FOREST CITY AND THEIR 5 M PROJECT AT FIFTH AND MISSION - WITH SPOT ZONING - AND HIGH LIMITS THAT DEFY THE CURRENT ZONING STANDARDS - CHANGING THE NEIGHBORHOOD WITH HIGH DENSITY UNITS - REMOVAL OF THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE WHO NOW MAKE THEIR HOME IN THE AREA - IS TOTALLY UNCALLED FOR.

It is simply uncalled for Forest City to go ahead with the 5M Project at Fifth and Mission - with high density - with new skyscrapers - increased height limits -  140 feet tall buildings casting shadows that totally defy San Francisco Planning standards.

Working the Supervisors - making deals - with Malia Cohen, Scott Wiener, Katy Tang, Julie Christensen, London Breed, Mark Farrell. and Jane Kim.

The three Supervisors who voted against the project -  heard the pleas of the affected constituency - Eric Mar, David Campos, and John Avalos.

This project encourages " spot zoning " - encourages displacement of thousands that now live in the project area - many of them Filipinos - in lesser measure Latino, Chinese, Black. Whites and others.

Forest City has no consideration what so ever - when it comes to recognizing " cultural competency " more in regards with the Filipino community that has a greater number of Filipinos - in the project area.

Filipinos - that have already been displaced twice before - we remember the International Hotel  and the mass removal of thousands of Filipinos from the now Financial District and in later years -  from the Yerba Buena area.

It has become fashionable for our Supervisors - so called Representative to sell out the community - in the name of so called " affordable housing " - which really means housing for those making under $71,000 and those making $110,000.

Those San Franciscans - making under $40,000 are ruled out - and more those on fixed income making under $25,000.

Organizations like SPUR talking from both sides of their mouth - fostering - " gentrification " - we have been monitoring them for a long time - on projects all over San Francisco - where SPUR - has sided with developers - who keep fostering - racism, discrimination, and blatant - " gentrification ".

A sordid organization that will down in the " cesspool " - of its own creation.

We have segments of the population Latinos, Chinese, Blacks, Whites, Native American, others - who have witnessed the plight of the Filipinos before - the International Hotel, removal from the Yerba Buena area - once know as skid row - and now the South of Market Area (SOMA).

We have stood shoulder to shoulder - and we are not about to give up. Forest City as is Lennar Urban - two very corrupt entities. These rogue developers - create divisiveness - and should be debarred from doing business.

In San Francisco our neighborhoods matter. You kill one neighborhood - you kill and intimidate other neighborhoods.

The Mission neighborhood is most united - and other neighborhoods are just waking up - do not trust City Hall - and most of all Mayor Edwin M. Lee - who is a sell out - does not have the " balls " - to stand up for what is right.

This is Ohlone land - every square inch of San Francisco - stolen from the Ohlone - the women raped - the children removed by Whites - sent to boarding schools.

More, to destroy the cultural and decimate the Ohlone - this is the same thing happening today - in the South of Market Area (SOMA) - followed by other areas - if we do not STOP this nonsense - nip this on going - crap in the bud.

The Filipinos have fought for the United States we all remember the Bataan March - the promises made to the Filipino soldiers - who were denied American citizenship.

I fought for these soldiers - when I worked for Sixth United States Army and Presidio of San Francisco - at the Presidio. We did what we could and some of the Filipino soldier who participated were honored - more, when the were nearing death - in their late 90s.

The few Filipino soldiers  still alive - most in their late 90s - those relatives of these " honorable soldiers " who have suffered so much  - now - treated with disdain - by developers like Forest City.

Forest City has screwed this City at the old Emporium - cheating us - when they did not protect and preserve the dome - as they ought - to have had it protected.

Forest City  will screw up at Pier 70 - over million tons  of very toxic and contaminated  - " coal tar "  - seeping into the Bay. Two hot spots with " ammonia spills " - from the " war operations" - World War II - and ship building.

No one is talking about abate, mitigation -they talks about " open space " - with NO recreational facilities - always laying - and all this and more must STOP.

Mostly White developers - thieves - who keep adoring and building this - " concrete jungle ". The Ohlone do not respect such folks - that speak with a " fork tongue".

The sooner you evil developers leave us alone the better - do not dare harm the poor - if you do - you will fall flat on your face.

More when the land you build on is prone to liquefaction and flooding - when you are so full of " avarice " - that everything you see - you want - shame on you developers - the scum of the Earth - the likes of Lennar Urban, Webcor, Nibbi, Forest Hill, Tutor Perini, Obiyashi, AECOM, URS - others - the list is long - and they are all despised - and will be know for their long list of evil, greed, actions.

Our City and County of San Francisco and more our current Mayor - Edwin M. Lee is a sell out - making deals - and amassing a lot of money.

It is just a matter of time - before - where there is now abject darkness - light will be shine - and reveal the truth.

It is time to enforce the RICO Act and send the crooks to jails - for a long, long, long time.

We now have Supervisors who have made deals to receive condominiums - as bribes and gifts - Supervisors such as Malia Cohen, Katy Tang, Julie Christensen, London Breed, Mark Farrell, and Scott Wiener - who have lost their mind.

Greed has taken control of these - Supervisor - scum bags and a disgrace to the human race.

London Breed at the San Francisco Board of Supervisors - held on November 17, 2015 - the meeting that started at 2 pm - going past mid-night - bragging that the Supervisors are paid " big bucks " - for conducting such meetings - hinting at the late hours and long hours put in.

She should also have mentioned the favors she receives -the money she has taken under the table - and opportunity she takes to wag her tongue.

The harm London Breed has done to San Francisco - and the constituents of San Francisco. A sell out and a House Negro at that - and with her Malia Cohen - another - chronic - sell out of a worse caliber.

People will wake up - November 18, 2015 and read in the Press about Forest City and the 5M Project - the most despicable project - to come before the SF Planning Department, the Land Use, and now the SF Board of Supervisors.

Also about 75 Howard - thousands of dollars per square foot for condominiums. Why are we building more for those that are filthy rich.

This is Ohlone land - and all the land was stolen - every square inch. Shame of the thieves - and those who - continue to build and pollute.

Where will be get the drinking water - where will the sewage go to - why contaminate - the particulates - the congestion? Why not address Quality of Life issues - as human being for human beings?

This day November 18, 2015 will go down in infamy - the Filipinos better remember who they are voting for - the next time around.

Learn and remember - how their community was divided - Forest City offering - " bread crumbs " - to some Filipinos - who should be ashamed of themselves - for sell out their own community - enough is enough.

NO ONE IN THEIR RIGHT MIND SHOULD RESORT TO KILLING AND MAIMING INNOCENT PEOPLE - THOSE THAT HARMED INNOCENT PEOPLE - HAVE THEMSELVES TO BLAME AND FEEL THE CONSEQUENCES - WHICH WILL BE SEVERE.

Millions of people - all over the world - are in shock - the killings and maiming in the Paris bombings - have left a strong impression - on millions of minds - on decent human beings - such type of atrocities - only lead to more violence.

We are all now now in shock - much as many of us were when we have a death closer to home.

When, we witness killings and shootings - when we suffer as a Nation - when " terror " - in all its many dimensions - make innocent people suffer, maim thousands - and more when people die in vain.

Nations resort to war - the stronger the Nation - and more powerful and stronger the measures taken - to harm the enemy. Right now training centers and ammunition depots are bombed.

Terrorists use the after affects of the bombing - to tell their side of their tainted - story.

 There is never an end - to any type of - violence - tit for tat - much like the Israelis use - and other Nations feel that such measures - and failed tried models  - will bring the demise of the - " enemy ".

Muslims, decent God fearing Muslims worldwide - are as shocked as we are Christians and others belonging to the many faiths Jains, Buddhist, you name them - we humans all have a heart - but more we have a conscience.

When we all saw the Syrian boy lie dead on the shore - in Greece - he parents feeling to come to Europe - try to help his family - the father holding - " his dead, young son" - and the world - felt the pain as any decent human being - does.

We have had great leaders the likes of Mahatma Gandhi - Dr Martin Luther King, Nelson Mandela, others - who have taken upon themselves - to bring about change - meet the enemy and try to convince them that extreme violence - in fact any violence - does not solve problems at all.

Missing in all these deliberations - the many long winding commentaries on CNN and other " drab" media -  giving a one sided - picture of the situation at hand.

Fueling the situation at hand - trying to sensationalize - the situation at hand - mostly White women reporters - who have no clue - what they talking about.

Bring in some General and others so called experts - who talk from - both sides of their mouth.

Little do they know that the  " terrorists " listen to this garbage - and that fuels the ire - all the more.

 The drab talk have consequences - the gossip can and has severe - consequences.

As any one who is in this business, knows - talk less -very less - and do more - that is why our Special Forces - play the critical role that is needed - in such matters of importance.

They will now - and they will in the future - but we need to keep those barking up the wrong tree - pretending they know some - out of the picture.

There are no expert as far as I can tell - in today world - to curtail and find out - how lone wolves operate. This is a new phenomenon - and the Paris attack was such. 

In the confusion - one of the culprits - was apprehended - but there was no defined information available at the time of the apprehension and he was let go. This one fact must make us ponder - to talk less and prepare more - to address such situations - in the future - better.

Those of us in the know - know, very well that we had no business going to Iraq and no business creating the mess that we have created in Iraq - today.

Iraq - Babylon the land of Abraham - the Father of all Nations. Of course the arrogant and ignorant - would not know that - not now - not in the future.

The Sunnis were in the minority in Iraq - but controlled that land - with force and Saddam Hussein and his uncouth " thugs" - kept the Shias and others under control.

Saddam Hussein treated the many Christians with respect - and he tolerated no rebellion - no protests - no disruption - what so ever.

Today the Sunnis - do not trust the Shias - they never will.

Many of us  - do not know the details - and the Main Media - does not bother to conduct - investigative reporting.

Today very little has been reported about the thousands of Christians who have been murdered - those Christians in the thousands who have fled to Jordon, to Syria, to Turkey - to other places - and live in horrible conditions - in camps.

The United States could bring them here - that is if we had a heart - even at this late date. But, we wanted the oil - and got little of it - and as for compassion those that chose to go War - the younger Bush - he is licking his chops - he will never have - " peace of mind ".

Our United States government - in their poor wisdom has put in charge of Iraq a Shia - who learned what he now practices - from his stay in Iran.

 He took refuge - and learned a lot of his evil tactics - from those that know how to create - divisiveness - and keep other human beings down.

Many Sunnis today have lost their mind - because of years of ill treatment and treated like animals - by those who rule Iraq today.

The Sunnis  have resorted to Jihad - they truly believe that if they die - doing what they are told to do - as a Jihadist - they will go to heaven.

That - they will enjoy the company of " virgins" - what ever that means - and other vague stuff - and most of us - make light off - but these " terrorists " steep with anger, treated by others like the Shias with disdain - have nothing to live for.

The type of " terrorists " attacks - that has visited Paris - have already happened in London, in Bombai, in other places.

Here, in San Francisco and all over the Nation - we are doing our best - to be alert. That is all we can do - we do not want - innocent people to die - and more to be maimed for life.

Here is San Francisco - we are blessed to have people from all " faiths" - which gives us some unique insight - that most Cities - all over the world - envy.

 We can produce ecumenical documents and ways - to show that world - what can be attained - at many levels.

Of course we need leaders - who can show the way, know the way, and go the way.

For sure our Mayor Edwin M. Lee and some of our Supervisors the likes of Scott Wiener, Malia Cohen, London Breed - some others - have no clue  - what I am talking about.

This blog has refrained from taking sides - I have on the occasion - when the Yazidis were killed mercilessly - used my influence - to save the Yazidis.

We succeeded to a degree - and I thank the Department of Defense - and more some Generals - for helping us all.

I served my Nation and took part in Desert Storm and Desert Shield.

I understand the after affects of war - even though the Desert Shield/ Desert Storm - got over within months - thousands of our soldiers suffer to this day - from exposure to - chemicals - and vaccinations that harmed our dear soldiers - women and men.

Desert Shield/ Desert Storm - introduce the Reservists in great numbers - many women soldiers participated - and all those who were adversely impacted - had to wait for years - for sound medical help.

The above concerns are my deep concerns.

Many of our Veterans - come home - only to wait for years for medical help - again - it took years to investigate the Veterans Administration - and afford our Veterans - the help they needed.

Politicians are just that politicians - and no one truly respects them.

It is easy to say to go to war - but no one want to take the responsibility when it comes to the " disdain " shown our Veterans - the other injustices meted-out to them.

Thousands of Veterans died - when they could be saved - thousands more suffer today - the loved ones of our beloved Veterans.

Our Nation needs to stay out - we had no business going to Iraq - stupid wars that are none of our business - more when a Nation did not attack our Nation.

We have no business - giving Israel the latest war weapons and funding them billions - let us spend that money - home.

We have spend so far trillions on war - and keep spending more - we can at home - we have contributed to the war chest of the filthy rich - the one percent who control - ninety five percent of the Nation wealth.

Such actions have decimated the Middle Class - and we still trust and vote for Nancy Pelosi and Diane Feinstein and others - not worth the salt.

Let us discern and stop fueling the ire of those that feel and think - that Americans are bad - when we are not.

Americans - the ordinary American - do all in their power to help so many - all over our Nation and all over the world.

THE SAN FRANCISCO PLANNING COMMISSION - RUBBER STAMPING - LARGE PROJECTS - WITHOUT SOUND TRANSPORTATION PLANS IN PLACE - FAILING TO TAKE INTO ACCOUNT - CUMULATIVE IMPACTS.

The San Francisco Planning Commission - aided by nonchalant SF Planning Staff - those in authority who can help - but are looking the other way - in disdain.

It is simply amazing to watch the SF Planning Commission rubber plans - without - having any meaningful dialog - with the public - more in the neighborhoods - that truly make San Francisco - shine and admired.

Large project at Hunters Point, Candlestick Point, Pier 70, Mission Rock, the Transbay Project and surrounding area - do not have a sound Transportation Management Plan.

The congestion on our roads in other areas is so bad - that it takes over an hour sometimes to cross just three blocks.

Mayor Edwin M. Lee knows about this and cannot do much. The Director of SF Planning - knows about this and thinks - he can work with this issue.

Daring to put the burden on Ed Reiskin - who heads the Municipal Transportation Authority.

The City and County of San Francisco has  a General Management Plan - that has not been adhered to.

The last three Housing Elements - produced by the SF Planning Department - all three are in our Courts - plagued by fake statistics and plans that have not been vetted.

In the last 15 years our neighborhoods that truly make San Francisco work and appreciated - by thousands of tourists are now being " adversely impacted ".

All sorts of gimmicks - AirB&B - bringing in tourists that are cheap, noisy, boisterous, who keep eroding and  destroying the once peace of mind that the local neighborhood constituents enjoyed.

All sorts of traffic cars - the Google buses - other traffic bringing in congestion - and more contamination - filthy dirty particulates - on the increase. The Carbon Foot Print increased and those in power - think nothing of this nonsense.

This land all of it belongs to the Muwekma Ohlone.
Every square inch was stolen - by the thieves - and we know who the - thieves are today.

Added to this in many neighborhoods that enjoyed and have great restaurants and places of entertainment - dance, music, art displays, the spoken word - we have the rents go up - forcing such sound activities to go else where - many a time forced to leave our City and County of San Francisco.

Uncouth folks that have big money - vying for spots in neighborhoods - thinking that the existing cultural assets will be in place - when in fact - the rise of high rent - have pushed stellar artists - away from San Francisco - never to return again.

It is the same with bands producing music, dance artists, culinary experts - executive chefs, sous chefs, pantry chefs - others - many of them cannot afford the high rents.

With that waiters, domestic workers who work in hotels - others who do the much needed mundane and needed work - our City with this Mayor has no compassion - and he and those that he aids and abets - will fall on their face.

There is cheap talk to accommodate the teachers, law enforcement, other so called " emergency workers" -who now live outside our city.

This city loves to talk the talk - but fails each and every time to walk the walk.

At Hunters Point much is made of some housing on contaminated ground - to date - ten years after bragging about developing Parcel A - we do not have sound public transportation.

The roads right now near the area of development - have " detour" signs - and the roads just built - have pot holes and fooding issues.

The area all around Parcel A - has high levels of Abettors Structures - right now when it rains - the levels are very high. Anyone who know how - can do to Parcel A - and record the very high levels of Asbestos Structures.

Asbestos leads to Mesothelioma - a disease - that has plagued innocent people - living in and around Parcel A - a project controlled - by Lennar Urban - a rogue developer.

It is the same at Candlestick Point - go there right now - and you will see signs of " FLOODING".

The roads when dry have large pot holes - and the entire area is prone to severe liquefaction and flooding.

The Environmental Impact Reports and Studies are brought before the public - mostly during the holidays - where the SF Planning Commission - rubber stamps the Environmental Impact Reports (EIRs).

With little or not input from the community at large.
For example Linda Richardson and Veronica Hunnicutt do not have the " respect " - of those that matter in the Bayview Area.

No one asked these two two corrupt individuals to represent - the Bayview Hunters Point area.

This nonsense has been going on for ages - linked to large projects - linked to Hunters Point and Parcel A - Candlestick Point, the Transbay that lacks a " Risk Management" factor - that has revealed huge loop holes - in the Transbay Project - that is going no where.

The high speed rail project is spoken off - but it seems to be getting very expensive.

There are areas closer to San Francisco and more along the way to Los Angeles - who do not want to have anything to do - with the High Speed Rail Project. Lot of vain talk - and less walk that speaks to the facts - with time lines and goals.

Our City and more of inept Mayor, Edwin M. Lee and the City Administrator have no clue about the impacts of Cumulative pollution - all over our City and County of San Francisco.

All the building and pouring of concrete - at the many project Citywide - generate - thousands of tons of Carbon Dioxide.

The landfills generate over 300,000 tons of Methane gas - one ton of Methane gas - equals 22 tons of Carbon Dioxide.

The spewing of the Methane gas - more, in the Southeast Sector - where over 30,000 units are planned.

No one that has some sense  - be it the City Administrator, Naomi Kelly - the Mayor Edwin M. Lee who appointed her - more to rubber stamp issues -  want to discuss - about health issues - and the increase of the Carbon Foot Print. Pathetic.

The cases of asthma - other respiratory diseases - heart problems are because of contamination - at Hunters Point and Candlestick Point. So why should we be permitting others to move in a contaminated area?

Barbara Gracia from the SF Health Department has the empirical data - but those in authority - are not educated on issues - and that includes Mayor Edwin M. Lee and his City Administrator - Noami Kelly.

Mayor Edwin M. Lee - declared that he wants to address Housing, Homelessness, and Safety issues.

To date he has no plans - pouring millions in projects - out sourcing work - where millions more are wasted - his homeless czar Bevan Dufty is jumping ship.

Those selected to address " Safety" - do not have a Blue Print - that has been vetted and embraces the leading City Departments.

Diana Aroche a lackey of the Mayor of San Francisco - is  on maternity leave - she talks a good talk - and when there is need to address - safety - she has embraced a needed " safety net ".

Taken advantage - putting the " safety " of our neighborhood and City and County of San Francisco - in peril.

When it comes to " affordable housing " - there is no movement leading to true - progress.

For years the lottery system - has prevented those - who really should have been helped - but were left in the cold - they suffered - and finally gave up - and left San Francisco.

The Mayor's Office of Housing gives you general information - you may have good credit, you may have a good job, you may be of good character.

In the end - your name is put in some " dirty hat " - for those who know - what they are doing, wrong - to use one and decent folks that need - affordable housing - like a dirty rag - and be prey to the - " failed lottery system ".

House negroes working for the City and County of San Francisco - have fostered " gentrification ".

 I can name them - have named them before - and will name them at the appropriate time.

The San Francisco Public Utilities Commission is a JOKE - wasting millions - and now trying to destroy the renowned - " nurseries " - green houses - at 1800 Oakdale by the Southeast Community Facility Commission Building - to build a campus or some facility without the permission of the tax payers and the constituents that matter.

The community has been kept in the dark - while those in power - use their " evil powers" - to destroy the assists in our - neighborhoods.

All over our City and County of San Francisco - developers - are using " spot zoning " - ignorant City officials - taking their orders without speaking up - taking their orders from an inept, spineless, sordid - Mayor, Edwin M. Lee.

The SF Planning Commission is a joke - be it the projects at 1601 Mariposa Street - the 5M Project - Pier 70 proposed project.

There is talk of Open Space - but no talk of recreational facilities - my friend who is a Contractor that I helped - just improved Jackson Park - on Potrero Hill - and the Recreation Center.

Now, there is talk - to do more de-construction - at Jackson play ground - why cannot we do it - once and for all.

We have developers - greedy to the core - who are pompous - who want to take on the constituents and decent San Franciscans.

Greedy developers  - come into our " living rooms " and without of permission - re-arrange the furniture in our living rooms. Arrogant and evil - like the developers who wants to develop - 1601 Mariposa Street.

This Mayor - Edwin M. Lee is a joke - and has no ability what so ever - on Housing, dealing with the Homelessness - Safety - that he has absolutely no clue about. Aho.

BLACKS IN SAN FRANCISCO - AT THIS LATE JUNCTURE - CONTINUE TO SELL OUT THE COMMUNITY - IN THE BAYVIEW ANDE ELSEWHERE - EVEN THOUGH THE DEMOGRAPHICS HAVE CHANGED - THEY STILL CONTINUE BARKING UP THE WRONG TREE.

San Francisco is a " racist city"  - that has with intent - divide the segments of the population - and where possible used - " sell outs " - to create - greater divisiveness.

In the Mission - advocates and others have maintained unity - fostering some viable and sustainable - opposition to keep the crooks at bay.

Not so in the Western Addition and Bayview and creating more divisiveness the Blacks - who are in the minority - but when it comes to barking up the wrong tree - the loudest.

Today, in the Bayview Hunters Point - the reality is that Black are a - " low minority".

Daily not weekly - Blacks are disappearing - no one knows where.

All of the so called " affordable housing " - is given to those that have " credit" - a score of least 720. One must hold a decent job - and one must NOT have a felony - registered to one's name.

Nearly all Blacks in the Bayview Hunters have poor credit - do not hold a decent job - and have committed all sorts of crime - most - have no chance what ever - to get into - brand new housing.

Those Blacks who had some credibility - left the Bayview a long time ago - in search of some stability - only to be caught in the spiraling economy of 2008.

The few decent Blacks left in the Bayview - have a difficult time - watching what is paraded before them - by Blacks - who I term - the living dead.

Some for years - as many as 20 years have not held a job. Fallen prey to crime and drugs - and continue living - committing all sorts of petty crimes - in the hundreds -daily they target the innocent. This City know about such incidents - they know about the ' mentally challenged" - and nothing is being done.

In the Black population - in the Bayview - all sorts of chronic respiratory diseases, Sexually Transmitted Diseases, Prostitution, you name it it there - because for years - many were not given opportunities - and exercising survival - and committing petty crimes - come naturally.

There are over 5,000 small light industrial business - unemployment can be controlled - if thee business are given excess to stipends - to help those who have not worked - given an opportunity to learn habits that will help them - hold a job.

If those who cannot get up on time - have slept in bed until 2 pm - then most wake up at 5 am - you cannot cure those that instilled in themselves such habits - and try to get them learn some - and a General Education Diploma - when these candidates - cannot hold their attention - but for a few minutes. 

On another the developers are hoodwinking the public - building poorly built, small units - on land that human beings should not be living on. The land, the water, the air contaminated. Land cited as so toxic - that Hunters Point Naval Shipyard was put on the Superfund List.

All that is happening on Parcel A - at Hunters Point - is a joke.

The Chinese with AB-5 visas - which are now being investigated - are enticed to buy homes - water front home - on Parcel A - homes built by a " rogue developer" - Lennar Urban.

The real fact of the matter - is that not even animals should visit Parcel A - contaminated with high levels of Asbestos Structures - more when it rains.

This City and County of San Francisco - the SF Planning Department with John Rhaim, the Mayor Edwin M. Lee, the SF Department of Building Inspection.

Our SF City Attorney, our SF District Attorney, our SF Controller, our SF City Administrator - our SF Director of Health, Barbara Gracia - know about the contamination - - and with intent - permit - innocent and deceived - human beings to live on Parcel A.

More over, this land once declared a Superfund Site - has not been abated or mitigated or cleaned up. 

The Restoration Advisory Board (RAB) - community members who had a say in this matter - refused to agreed to the Record of Decision - a final document - before any handing over - or conveyance - of land - only for the authorities to dismiss the RAB.

It is the same at Candlestick Point - land contaminated with lead, mercury, poor landfill - all prone to liquefaction and flooding.

Right now if you go to Candlestick Point - near the State Park - you will see signs - of " FLOODING" - warning vehicles to stay away from the roads - near by.

Some little rain - and puddles are formed - creating a hazard to all those who ply the near by - roads. Imagine the situation at hand - have el nino - bring very heavy rains - and a " large lake" is created.

The pile of soil now piling - washed away - who is fooling whom. The piles of soils brought in are contaminated - with high PH - and other contaminants.

Lennar Urban want to create a shopping mall where once stood the Candlestick Stadium.

Buried under the rubble at the remain of the Ohlone - these remains were removed from the Bayview Hill - and dumped to create the foundation of the once - Candlestick Stadium.

This desecration is a known fact - by all Native Americans - and if anyone defies and does not make whole - what crime has been on going - " you all will fall on your face".

This has happened at Emeryville - it has happened else where - and I am stating again - " no good will happen at Hunters Point and Candlestick Point - as long as the desecration - is not righted".

Make no bones - those that play with fire - with be consumed by the " fire" - they play with.

Today, the remains still remain - desecrated - buried and malls and other facilities are intend to be built - on top of the land - causing the " remains " to be desecrated. This is a crime - crying to heaven for justice. God sees it all.

The City and County of San Francisco - all those I have named above - know about this - and they all have BLOOD on their hands.

Make no bones about it - you all have BLOOD on your hands.

When two sell outs Veronica Hunnicutt who lives in the Western Addition - and Linda Richardson who has two residences - and most of the time lives outside Bayview - take upon themselves - to represent the Bayview - they are not fooling anyone - but themselves.

No one in their right mind - " respects" these two sell outs.

Veronica Hunnicutt was removed from her position linked to City College at 1800 Oakdale - sent to another location - and recent she retired.

 Veronica Hunnicutt - has never - ever, represented the Bayview with good intentions. Always seeking favor for herself - she is a sell out.

The same with Linda Richardson - she cannot seek any work with the SF Housing Authority - she and Dwayne Jones - black listed.

Today - Linda Richardson - a sell out -  pretends she represents the Bayview but she does not.

She once ran for Supervisor, the Bayview -  District 10 -expanding thousands - only to lose - miserably - in that election.

That nail in the coffin should have given her come clue - but she continues - to lie - pretending to know some - when she knows - nothing at all.

Lennar Urban is a rogue developer - that not too long ago - promised the City of Vallejo to build 10,000 homes - and did not.

The City of Vallejo had to declared bankruptcy - that was in 2004 - and today is just recovering from that betrayal and deep loss.

Lennar Urban cannot be trusted - all over this Nation - Lennar has a bad name. In Miami, Florida, in Southern California, in Texas, here in the Bay Area.

Lennar specializes in " land banking" - taking over mostly Department of Defense (DoD) - properties - former (DoD) bases - doing minimal cleanup - dividing the land - and selling it - to the highest bidder.

No one, in the right mind should be living at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - declared a Superfund Site - only the worse of the worst land sites - and listed on the Superfund list.

At Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - high levels of radioactive elements have been  registered.

Millions have been spent - most of the money - pocketed by - so called entities that are experts at clean up - all of them - raking in millions and filling their own pockets - International Technology (IT) - Tetra Tech - others.

Lennar Urban now wants to increase the height limits at Candlestick Point. From 65 feet 8o feet.

Pretending to build a " match box" building - purporting to facilitate artists - Lennar Urban - has " no intention what so ever ' to help artists - not now - not in the future.

In fact Lennar Urban is preparing itself by lying - to have access to $100 million Bond Money - that was set aside to build a new stadium - and will use that money - proposing ploys and machination - shenanigans of all types.

The world economy is unstable - China is faltering - the Chinese economy spiraling down - other factors will adversely impact - tourists worldwide - we just have to open our eyes to see what is happening.

In down town San Francisco - established businesses - selling high end good - are find it difficult to survive. Lennar Urban wants to build a shopping mall - and attract buyers - this will not happen. It is but a dream - that will not come true.

Much like the conceptual plan that are like a dream - you wake up - and witness one's - worst night mare.

Willie L. Brown Jr. brought Lennar to town - and Willie the former " thug" Mayor cannot be trusted.

He is involved with AB-5 Visas - which is being investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation - time for a RICO investigation - where the crooks should be sent to jail - for a long, long time.

These few Blacks who act as consultants - who time and time again without permission speak for others - crooked to the core and Black - the likes that I have mentioned above - should be ashamed of themselves.

Aurelius Walker, Calvin Jones, Sophie Maxwell, Dwayne Jones, Doris Vincent, Linda Richardson, Veronica Hunnicutt, Malia Cohen, London Breed, Willie B. Kennedy ( now deceased), Leroy King (deceased), others to many to mention - have disgraced Blacks and in doing so - others.

Today, these Black come to San Francisco City Hall - and bark up the wrong tree - knowing well that they are lying - hoping against hope - to get some stale - bread crumbs.

Shame on such folks - who should stay out of the way - and not bring about more harm - to innocent - people who deserve help.

Black are nearing 2% of the entire population - which in itself should say a lot.

Yet this 2% want to speak for others - these few Blacks want a African American Market - for whom - there will be no African Americans left - to shop.

Simply - because they will be few African Americans left - and most of them will be - indigent.

The concept of an African Market in San Francisco - is primitive to say the least - I was born in Nairobi, Kenya - and now what I speak off. San Francisco is not Nigeria - the state of affairs in Nigeria - are pathetic - with rampant corruption - know world wide.

Decent African American - more Blacks from San Francisco and else where - have suffered - and those that want to do right - are few - and will not stand up and speak up.

We do not want folks like Amos Brown, Aurelius Walker, Calvin Jones - others who purport to serve others - but fill their own pockets. We will call you out - now - for all you are - your sordid deeds - inept, spineless, and not worth the salt. 

This is Ohlone land - and I represent the Muwekma Ohlone - the thugs know this - and I challenge them - to say that what they are involved with - the " thuggery " - is right when it is totally - wrong. Aho.

BLACK LEADERS IN SAN FRANCISCO - LED BY MALIA COHEN AND LONDON BREED - INITIATED AN ORDINANCE - THAT MANDATES AFFORDABLE HOUSING FOR BLACKS - BLACK LEADERS IN THE PAST HAVE PANDERED TO SF REDEVELOPMENT - AND GREEDY DEVELOPERS.

It was not too long ago that Leroy King ( now deceased) - Covington and London Breed - all three Blacks - rubber stamped what the - now, dead SF Redevelopment Agency - put before these three House Negroes.

London Breed, Covington, and Leroy King - one worse than the other - rubber stamped - many actions that - adversely impacted thousands - including poor and indigent Blacks - while serving - on the San Francisco Redevelopment Agency.

Now, joined by another " House Negro" the worst that we have at City Hall - Malia Cohen. Inept, dumb, spineless, immoral and totally lacking leadership.

 Now, at this late stage - Malia Cohen the Chair of the Land Use and Transportation and London Breed - the President of the current SF Board of Supervisors - without, any meaningful vetting - want affordable housing increased from twenty percent to forty percent - with no vetted legislation - that passes the  - " salt test". More to cater to Blacks that do not deserve " affordable housing".

When Blacks come to City Hall - with sordid political motives in mind - and talk from both sides of their mouths - they all betray their ignorance.

Many other hard working segments of San Francisco's population - deserve help and affordable housing. We must honor the hard work, the contribution to our City - and not pander to those who want things for free - as they do in Public Housing - and did in the past.

That ghetto mentality must not be encouraged - cultivating drug dealing, prostitution, creating crackheads, heroin addicts, general crime, and encouraging the - " criminal mentality" that has given our great City and County of San Francisco - a bad name - linked to folks who choose to live in Public Housing.

Never mind,  no one pays attention to Amos Brown who holds close to his fake title - as President of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People - (NCCAP).

 Amos Brown  has done nothing for the Bayview - did not utter a word against Lennar Urban - when Lennar Urban a rogue developer - poisoned our children and contaminated a large area - with high levels of Asbestos structures.

Again and again - Amos Brown and some lackeys who follow him - have with intent - " adversely impacted" the poor and the indigent - and in most cases Blacks.

There is no way the legislation now being reviewed -
as a viable and sustainable - " affordable housing plan"
does " justice" to all San Franciscans - who need affordable housing.

When some of us way back in 2004 - mandated " affordable housing" - for those making $80,000 and under. Those making $40,000 and under - those making under $20,000.

Affordable housing for " no income" and " low income" - more for Black grandmothers - who have saved so many Black children - fending and defending children - with little and no money. 

To this day - no one at City Hall - no one on the SF Board of Supervisors - has spoken - " in detail" - the yeomen service of Black grandmothers - they talk about the facts in generalities - but do nothing - about honoring Black grandmothers.

These Negroes who are barking up the wrong tree at City Hall - opposed us in the year 2004 - when we fought Lennar Urban - a rogue developer.

These House Negroes - favored Lennar Urban - that is failing today - favoring Proposition G and opposing Proposition F - way back in 2004.

We the advocates with hear - fought and pushed for   Proposition F expanded $10,000. Lennar Urban expanded $10,000,000 - that is $10 million and won.

Much like the recent victory by AirB&B - expanding over $9 million - with Proposition F. The opposition expanding less that $250,000.

House Negroes the likes of Veronica Hunnicutt, Aurelius Walker, Amos Brown, Calvin Jones, Dwayne Jones, London Breed, Malia Cohen, Sophie Maxwell, Doris Vincent, Linda Richardson - and many more - have created this present situation - for Blacks.

Just ask Calvin Jones and the so called " affordable housing" he built - promising those that went to his church housing - and shafting them - all.

A glut of market price housing - condominiums built and bought - and going from $2 million and high end for $10 million.

Millionaires are buying these condominiums  - as summer homes - and crash pads. A slap on the face of hardworking, decent, tax paying - San Franciscans - most of them non- Blacks who desire affordable housing.

Once 25% of San Francisco registered a Black population - that number has dwindled to 3% and spiraling. I brought this fact to the attention to all concerned - way back in the year 2002.

When it comes to those earning $80,000 and below - nothing is available - in term of sound affordable housing. 

If one applies for " affordable housing" the applications ask for good credit, a steady job - other factors that most - poor and needy Blacks - lack.

It is the same for others who want to live in San Francisco and want to buy their first home. Even Below Market Rate housing - that much is made off - but is a ploy of sorts.

The first things mandated is a sound " credit report" - and few have this report to their credit. At least $200,000 as a first payment - to make reasonable - mortgage payments.

Even if you have good credit - the present " lottery system" is as convoluted as one can imagine - favoring the Russians and the Chinese - who get into so called affordable housing.

With those - long living - in the neighborhood - wondering what is happening  to our neighborhoods - depriving residents who are from the neighborhood - from living in so called affordable housing built in their own - back yards.

In San Francisco our neighborhoods - matter. Each unique with character the Maltese, the French, the Italians, the Germans, others too - but I am stating an example - that many fail to consider and less - ponder.

Up until the late 1950s Black could not buy homes. The history of Blacks, affording homes and living in their own homes in numbers - started in the 1960s.

Today, in the year 2015 - many Blacks in the Bayview and other places - have sold their family homes - the children have betrayed their parents.

In most cases the money they got for their homes - spent on mundane things - and now most of them - are on the streets of San Francisco.

Our City has NOT paid attention to the " Unfinished Agenda" - preferring to refer to the - " Out Migration " documents - that lacks  - empirical data.

Today Blacks want the City and County to offer " affordable housing" on  a platter - to those that do not want to follow  - some vetted process - it ain't going to happen.

The House Negros were not on the frontline fight for affordable housing. We increased affordable housing to 33% in 2004. Fought for affordable housing for years - before.

Some of us advocates have been fighting for Affordable Housing for over 35 years. 

We want affordable housing to encourage Quality of Life issues - we do not want affordable housing - to permit " ghetto living" - destroying what is good with rubbish and inflicting hardship on others that want progress.

This last minute ' Mau Mauing" is something from the past.

As I said no one - in their right - pays attention - less respects - folks like Linda Richardson, Amos Brown, Veronica Hunnicutt - those that talk from both sides of their mouth.

Malia Cohen and London Breed - joined by Scott Wiener are panderers - time will tell - the present legislation has - deep holes - and more one  " Big Black Hole".

The present legislation - as presented - does grave injustice to building and offering " sound affordable housing" to decent San Franciscans - in  the neighborhoods - all over San Francisco.

The " house negroes" are taking a lead - without comprehending the pertinent and salient factors - that affect - thousands who qualify for " affordable housing' - especially those making below $80,000 a year. Aho.
