FORCES BEHIND THE SCENE LED BY MAYOR EDWIN M. LEE - HAVE FULL CONTROL AND CAN INFLUENCE THE MAJORITY OF THE SAN FRANCISCO BOARD OF SUPERVISORS - TO DO THEIR BIDDING - COMPROMISING QUALITY OF LIFE ISSUES - LEADING THE PACK LONDON BREED, MALIA COHEN, MARK FARREL, SCOT WIENER, JULIE CHRISTENSEN, AND KATY TANG.

No one ever expected to witness the shenanigans going on at the San Francisco Board of Supervisors - rambling and making sordid decisions - to the detriment - of hard working, tax paying - San Franciscans - in the year 2015.

This is Ohlone land - the land was stolen - all of it.

In less than 200 years the land was polluted - with it the water - and the air we breathe.

We have the "Precautionary Principle" on our books. I will post the link for you all to read the contents:

http://www.sehn.org/precaution.html

Some of our SF Board of Supervisors - the sell outs - leading the pack London Breed, Scott Wiener, Malia Cohen, Julie Christensen, Katy Tang, and Mark Farrell - have failed all San Franciscans - when it comes to representing the tax payers.

There is NOT a single document that our City and County of San Francisco holds today - that clearly states that the land we call San Francisco - was brought from the Ohlone - the "First People" of San Francisco.

In all the time I have represented the Ohlone - the Mayor acknowledging this fact - this City more during the tenure of this Mayor - Edwin M. Lee - has with intent - disrespected the ancestors of this land.

For that one single reason - this City and County of San Francisco - will pay a very, heavy price. Read the website below and learn before it is too - late:

Learn about the history of the first people - and those of you who say you represent - learn to represent. More because you are in the land of the Ohlone - or prove otherwise?

Before you learn to represent - cleanse your hearts - those of you that sell out our communities, our neighborhoods, act like political whores and pimps - and think nothing of it.

You know who you are - and if do not - just read the heading of this blog - twice.

In San Francisco today the Black population is in a "state of emergency".

The paradox is that the Black woman - who held the Black community together - for hundreds of years - is perishing before our eyes in San Francisco.

This is all the more evident - as the grandmothers near their 80th and 90th birthdays.

There is no one left - worth the salt - there is no one left in their families - to carry on the - "torch". Carry on the deep love and sacrifice - that the generations before them - bestowed on the entire - village.

In our County prisons and other State and Federal prisons - Black men linger - incarcerated because - conditions are created - opportunities not given - for young adults and adult Black men - they fall into a trap - and their lives - ruined - forever.

Even President Barack Hussein Obama has realized this - at this late date - he talks a good talk - but the pain and suffering - the millions incarcerated - these voices and more are crying to heaven - for justice - and there is none to found.

The "justice" system that prevails in this Nation - and here in San Francisco is " His Justice" - and that means - what ever it means - if you are Black - you are targeted - mostly just because of the color of one's skin.

Our so called Elders - our drab politicians who are Black - have failed us - miserably.
Not all of them - but most of them - and as the years do by - we fail to see Black leaders - like Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

WE know that and have allowed - a few of these cancerous individuals - all Black - to spread the cancer. We have them in San Francisco - pandering - seeking favors for themselves and their sordid - minions.

The Mayor has failed when it comes to Violence Prevention and Intervention - by not finding - long term - concrete solutions.

The youth, young adults, adults - many Black and Brown journey men and women need jobs. There are jobs for those that come from out of State - Primes bring their own employees - including laborers - and this is something - that has to STOP.

People drive 150 to 200 miles everyday to work in San Francisco - the many high rises - that are propping up everywhere.

While in the shadow of the high rises - our people - young adults with skills - have to watch and wipe their tears. How much of this can the Black and Brown - women and men - endure?

In the Bayview Hunters Point area over 8000 small businesses - operate - all sorts of businesses - and to date in the year 2015 - we do not have resource directory - on the over 8000 small businesses.

All sorts of welders, all sorts of metal fabrication, all sorts of "furniture stores" - stores selling electrical goods - other operations linked to the digital technology - food preparation industries - and so on and so forth.

The Contract Monitoring Division has failed us all - and the Mayor Office of Workforce Development has been ramped up - but does not have a "Blue Print" - that has been vetted and will work.

Rhonda Simmons - the former Director of the Mayor's Office of Workforce - who created a mess - brought about divisiveness - has been let go.

This after doing much damage. Those that hired her a transplant from Oregon - Michael Cohen, long gone - Jessie Blout, long gone - others are here - who protected her - are still around - and should be let go too.

Tiffany Bohee has continued to take orders - and has failed on many fronts.

The on going mess on Parcel A - the workers not paid - a woman electrician fired - more when she complained about - "sexual harassment".

So, where are the women organizations that get so much money - that the Mayor brags about at Press Conferences - where are they on this one?

There are some San Francisco Board of Supervisors and you can see the evidence - from the way they dress - they smell, look, and talk like political whores.

The stench of BLOOD MONEY reeking from their filthy - pores. They cannot look you in the eye - the power of "Truth" - makes them swoon.

The districts they represent need help - and these two political whores - are pussyfooting around. Making hay while the sun - shines. Giving people two minutes at public comment - while they wag their tongue - spewing diatribe - that tongue that has no bone!

The Mayor has failed when it comes to congestion.Yesterday, around 3:15 pm I was on the MUNI - 38 Geary a few blocks - before Union Square.

There was an incident. A very large glass window - from the MACY's store came crashing down - the MUNI bus stalled for 50 minutes - and other cars too.

Such traffic back to back bottle necks are taking place every where in San Francisco - and there is no protocol - no standard operating procedures in place - to rush - "traffic personnel" - to steady the traffic - clear the obstacles - and let the traffic move steadily.

All this during this tourist season.

Such incidents should be reviewed by those heads of departments - that listen to the Mayor Edwin M. Lee - brag about this and that at the many press conferences.Wasting our tax payers money.

All the while for years - now - our congestion - on the roads of San Francisco - has become unbearable - and growing worse.

Some survey named us as the worst City when it comes to congestion - traffic that has been so stressful - and often times - fights break out - as tempers flare - in the middle to the streets and back to back traffic.

We need a hearing on this issue - and let us see how the San Francisco Board of Supervisor fare.

Let the Mayor give an introduction on this issue about the sordid "congestion" - that he purports is under control - in a nonchalant - manner - with blinking an eye.

Those San Francisco Board of Supervisors - backing the developers - fast tracking their "entitlements" for large sums of money - to fill their campaign coffers.

Others making deals for condominium for themselves and their sordid family members.

We have the information. You cannot teach these vermin - who are steeped in greed - how to change their lives - and represent. They must be booted out. They are spiritually - dead.

Thousands of children, youth, and youth adults - are stressed out - impairing their education - many families in turmoil - they cannot even do their homework. They live two and three families in a two bed room house.

The San Francisco Health Department with a $2 billion plus budget - is all over the place - but has failed - to address Violence and Violence Prevention is a holistic manner. Those in charge are either on leave - and those working half-heartedly - feed the Mayor lies.

Youth who are stressed because of lack of opportunities - abused, because they cannot live in good homes.

The infants, the children, the youth and young adults - others - cannot rest, sleep without noise, constant disturbance that drives them crazy.

There are no amenities that allow them to eat right and under some decent conditions.

They lack other necessary sanitary requirements - are confused.

They cannot study - and if one is not educated - a whole series of adverse impacts - follow. The path is opened to incarceration - daily - wrong choices are made.

All over our City and County of San Francisco - open spaces are being built on - where there are open space called parks - there are NO facilities - like sound bath rooms. Who is kidding whom?

In the last four years - this City and County of San Francisco has undergone - drastic changes - and the San Francisco Planning Department - has not adhered to its own Master Plan.

The last three Housing Elements that should have guided the SF Planning Department - are in the Courts - being - adjudicated.

We do not need a $500 million brand new jail.

We do need a facility to treat our mentally challenged.

We do need housing for the physically challenged.

We do need housing for the Transgender individuals.

We do need Senior housing.

We do need housing for our teachers and other professionals - to attend to "emergencies".

We do need housing for women who are caught up in Domestic Violence situations.

As you see - our Mayor and the majority of our SF Board of Supervisors - have favored Market Rate condominium that have been bought by absentee owners - each worth from $3 million to $10 million and 50% of them - are vacant.

Anyway you do the calculation - when it comes to "low income" and " no income" - let us put a figure - those making $30,000 and less  - there is no new housing worth the salt - when you do the calculation - this segment of the population has been - totally ignored.

Aged Public Housing must be totally wiped out - and brand new Low and No Income housing built.

The main reason the present "infrastructure" is so old that is it pathetic.

The walls of the old Public Housing - laden with Asbestos, Lead, and other very toxic particulates.

Our Mayor wants to give the walls a "window dressing" and have poor people live in contaminated homes.

Permit the crooked and corrupt John Stewart Company, Bridge Developers, Mercy Housing - Mickey mouse with Public Housing - and adversely impact - generations of poor people in the present and future.

When it comes to the poor - stale, bread crumbs are thrown to them.

The Great Master - uttered these words - " Blessed are the poor - for theirs is the Kingdom of heaven". Aho

GREEN ACTION AND AN ENTITY NAMED IDENTIFYING VIOLATIONS AFFECTING NEIGHBORHOODS (IVAN) LAUNCH A WEBSITE - WHERE FOR NOW ONLY BAYVIEW HUNTERS POINT CONSTITUENTS CAN REPORT VIOLATIONS - BACKED BY REGULATORY AGENCIES AND OTHER ENVIRONMENTAL AGENCIES - THIS TASK FORCE HOPES TO SHED LIGHT ON ENVIRONMENTAL ISSUES .

Some of the Regulatory Agencies and constituents from the Bayview at the meeting
held at 1800 Oakdale in the Bayview

Since the early 1950's the Bayview Hunters Point Area has had its advocates - speaking up trying to resolve issues with solutions.
Few of them could afford organization - but the Black Churches and other Social organizations - did what they could and document events - with photographs.

The 1960s and 1970s further encouraged Bayview Hunters Point constituents and Community Based Organization - to stand up and address issues such as health, education, and homes for those that needed it most. We have a lot of information, film, and some very pertinent empirical data and documentaries.

In the 1980s crack cocaine was introduced by "nefarious entities" - for sure not anyone from the community. The adverse impacts from this drug - has caused irreparable damage to many a family and consequently to Quality of Life issues in the Bayview and Hunters Point area.

In the 1990s to today - many of us - who addressed Environmental issues - have focused with success - closing down two power plants the Mirant Power Plant and the Hunters Point Power Plant. We did the heavy lifting the crooks took credit. That does not matter - we made things happen.

We removed 20 tons of very toxic dirt from Pier 92. Worked with the Department of Toxic and Substances Control - to clean up many hot spots.

Thousands of tons from other sites - all hot spots - and we have over 3000 hot spots still left to be clean - all over San Francisco.

More in areas prone to liquefaction and severe flooding.

Challenged the United States Navy to do a through clean up of the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard.

An on going project - that seems to go no where - the City and County of San Francisco - seems to want to develop the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - not paying attention to standards - lined to abatement, mitigation and for course through - clean up.

Hunters Point Naval Shipyard is a "Super Fund" site - and only - the worse contaminated sites - and put on the Superfund Site list.

Faulted many times - the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission - the aging Treatment Plant situation at Phelps Street - discharges Methane Gas into the air.

At times when it rains hard - our dual sewage system that carries the runoff from the heavy rain and the sewage - over loads the Treatment Plant aging operations.

Causing the system to discharge secondary effluents into the Islais Creek - truly speaking untreated sewage.

This is made worse at the Phelps Treatment Plant takes in sewage from neighboring counties - not know to the public at large - lied to by the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission - that has failed to do due diligence.

On some occasions the Phelps Treatment Plant - has been forced to shut down - to impede "salt water" from entering and adversely impacting - the entire Phelps Treatment Plant. This information is not revealed to the Public at Large and should.

The SF Public Utilities Plant has been very slow to repair its aging Digestors - huge tanks that hold the "treated sewage" - only recently have these digestors - been fixed.

For years over 40 years plus - an entire area surrounding the Phelps Treatment Plant - has emitted a strong stench - mixed with Sulphur - that has adversely impacted thousands of innocent people.

The "stupid" SF Public Utilities Commission once once used "Clorax" to try to neutralize the stench - the effluents - than pumped out - into Islais Creek and the Bay. The regulatory agencies were astounded - but could do little about it.

The well know Bay Keeper that takes samples could provide IVAN - all the information is needs.

All the empirical data on the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard is available at the Main Library - by 11 Grove - in San Francisco - 8th and Market.

The Final Historical Radiological Assessment Report makes very interesting reading.

The SF Public Utilities could have done better - but continues to this day - with its nonchalant behavior.

Right now wasting millions and playing with time - while innocent people are slowly - dying. Its Assistant Manager of External Affairs - still playing with fire - wasting Community Benefit money.

The newly formed Bayview Hunters Point Environmental Justice Response Task Force has created a brand new website - which it launched yesterday - July 22, 2015 at 1800 Oakdale in the Bayview.

Where for now - the constituents from Bayview only - can tap into this website - and report "violations" - that can generate Notice of Violations and hopefully bring about some solutions and meaningful - adjudication.

The website purports that it will try its best to be " computer friendly ".

Allow the constituents to report complaints - in several languages - and "experts" - will review the complaints - and channel them to the - "Regulatory Agencies" - to act on the complaints - hopefully with results.

Time will tell.

Here is the website:

www.bvhp-IVAN.org

At the meeting held at 1800 Oakdale several people spoke at "Public Comment" - mostly talking about the on going contamination in the Bayview - from particulates and dirt contaminating the air - to other adverse impacts compromising Quality of Life issues.

One anonymous complaint was made regarding discharge into the Islais Creek by San Francisco Public Utilities Commission. The complainant suggesting that the discharge was contaminated.

This complaint for example could go to the Regional Water Board, the Game and Fisheries, the SF Public Utilities Commission - other appropriate agencies decided - for adjudication.

This has happened before - with the Regional Water Board - heard the complaints and did nothing about it.I went to Oakland for two of these hearing - years ago - and was disgusted by how the Water Board acted - so dictatorial.

It is the same with Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - declared a "Superfund Site". Hundreds of complaints - some going to the Department of Justice - only for Senator Diane Feinstein and Congress person Nancy Pelosi - to step in - and hold the adjudication at bay - interfering with Justice.

Time to enforce the "RICO ACT" - this website could help - to further shed light where there is - "abject darkness" - now.

I would challenge the Bayview Hunters Point Environmental Justice Response Task Force to be transparent and accountable. Most importantly to know who is funding this project - and what "clout" do those purporting to use the "website" have - true enforcement - where those that break the law - and fined.

The website www.bvhp-IVAN.org could start with - archiving the past Notices of Violations - sent to the Regional Water Board, the Department of Toxic and Substances Control (DTSC), the Bay Area Air Quality Management District (BAAQMD).

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the local San Francisco Health Department and its Environmental Division headed by Stephanie Cushing and Amy Brownell.

The lack luster San Francisco Department of Environment that knows it all - but has been nonchalant - failed to exercise - the Precautionary Principle - that is an Ordinance and a law - when it could with authority. Pathetic.

Other, dubious so called "Regulatory Agencies" - that have looked the other way - and chided the hard work and diligent community at large.

San Francisco has been on the frontline with educated advocates standing for what is right Michael Boyd, Ahimsa Sumchai, Maurice Campbell come to mind.

These educated stalwart advocates and others - have worked with me - and we have been bold enough with fortitude - to serve the community at large all these many years - over 35 years.

Our work has helped the San Francisco Grand Jury, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Nation's Courts, the Senate and the Nation's Congress - to hear first hand reports from the community at large.

Let us not kid ourselves - our "Racist Nation" has different standards for those that are indigent, poor, and of color.

We must be careful - who we trust - and how these folks operate - who want to delve into our work - and compromise our life's work.

Some of these entities are not educated on issues - have no concrete history - lack the ability to write and more to read with understanding - but purport to be Environmentalists and act as moles for those that have EVIL - designs.

Sellouts have no "data" collected over a long period of time - have no understanding how to read the empirical data and more to make sense of it. They are good at spewing hot air - and these "sellouts" - better take and pay heed. We are watching you all - like a HAWK.

It is nauseating to hear folks proclaim that they own and care about the Bayview - when over a long period of time - they have done nothing, much.

When they pass away - they will not leave a - "legacy" - and that will be a crying shame. it matters like this - humility is what matters - and fortitude brings - results.

Make no mistake - San Francisco is a "Racist City". Today Blacks make up less than 3% of the community and more than 58% Blacks are incarcerated in our County Jails.

It is now common for some Black to go visit our County Jail - and see 9, 10, 11 of his school mates incarcerated - many of them - waiting for a trial.

Many of them - after weeks come before a judge - and they are released. No one wants to have a "working and vetted model" - a pre-trail model - that can help the unnecessary traumatization, stress, and long term hypertension - that most Blacks endure - both women and men.

We know what is wrong - and this is part of Environmental Racism that must be also allowed to be part - of this website - really: www.bvhp.IVAN.org

Most of our Sisters and Brothers lingering in jail - cannot make bail. There is a lot of talk - about addressing the situation at hand - but most of it is hot air. Brown and Black and others indigent need help - not disdain.

Any Task Force - any 'Committee" is just that - you meet, have an agenda, take minutes and ponder on what you all have decided.

Mostly no time-lines and loose objectives - time will tell.

When it comes to solutions - most Task Force and Committees, do NOT have the financial ability to do something.

It is practically impossible to do something - without a budget - that is meaningful - that brings about results.

If an organization is lucky to get funding in terms of a large grant, some rich benefactor - some foundation that cares.

If that lucky organization believes in serving the constituents, have their hearts in the right place - and have fortitude - most everything will be well - this is rare.

As things stand today with Mayor Edwin M. Lee in charge - our City and  County is going to the dogs. This man loves to spew hot air - and that is all - he has contaminated most everything that was working right.

Our SF Health Department, our federal Environmental Protection Agency - other Regulatory Agencies - State and Local - have the proof - about contamination of the land, air and water - ample Notices of Violations (NOVs).

These so called Regulatory Entities will use - ploys, machination, and shenanigans - to linger and procrastinate - let years go by - and force those that are not SPIRITUALLY strong - to give up.

Some of our filed cases go 35 years back!

Today we are dealing with "EVIL' - human beings who with intent want to incarcerate - because some one wants to make money - using innocent human beings - like - dirty rags.

San Francisco wants to build a brand new jail - when we should be caring for the mentally ill in homes built with in house nursing and medical facilities.

Use the latest medical know how to help infants, children, youth and young adult. Queer youth. Those treated with disdain the Trans-gender population, others too - when will be learn - to spent tax payers money - wisely.

Why do we not cap the salaries to those that make these "sordid decisions" to $100,000 - the Mayor of San Francisco, the City Administrator, the SF Board of Supervisors - who think they can do as they please - and have failed to represent.

We want to spend at much as $500 million - on a jail in the year 2015 - this type of thinking - comes from the "DEVIL".

Our City is named after Saint Francis of Assisi - a Saint known for his compassion and embracing all - things good.

In toto our San Francisco Board of Supervisors approved technically to go forward with the building of the brand new jail -project.

Here is my take - each of you with intent - who approved this brand new jail project - have BLOOD on your hands - make NO mistake about this.

Much like the so called Environmentalists who do nothing - cannot address the Carbon Footprint - the over 400,000 tons of Methane Gas.

Spewing from the thousands of acres - prone to liquefaction and severe flooding - from 4th and King all the way to Mid-way by Geneva Avenue. One ton of Methane Gas equals 22 tons of Carbon Dioxide.

Our Regulatory Agencies, our Representatives are in for the "money" - wear GREED tatooed on their foreheads - the likes of London Breed, Malia Cohen, Katy Tang, Scott Wiener and Mark Farrell.

This City and County of San Francisco needs to wake up from the very, deep slumber - our Law Enforcement and Regulatory Agencies - playing politics.

There is not a head of Department in San Francisco, a head of Law Enforcement in this City that I do not know personally.

I can only challenge you all to have a heart and do right. Fuck the politics.

Too many innocent people are dying - traumatized and become zombies for life.

There is a God that watches all - and we all have a conscience do right - politics should not help created the - "great divide" - but it has. The filthy rich and the ONE PERCENT POOR living from pay check to pay check.

To the youth, the young adults, I ask you to seize the moment - be good leaders. Stand for what is right - and make good things - happen.

Good leaders show the way, know the way, but most importantly go the way. Aho.

Fine tune your moral compass - go to a better place - leave a legacy - and make this Universe a better - place.

THE 4.0 EARTHQUAKE - EARLY THIS MORNING - ON THE HAYWARD ROGERS CREEK FAULT - IS FOREBODING - THE LAST LARGE QUAKE ON THIS FAULT REGISTERED 6.8 IN 1868- THE CALAVARES DAM, THE IRWINGTON TUNNEL, AND MOUNTAIN TUNNEL CLOSER TO HETCY HETCY - WILL ALL BE ADVERSELY IMPACTED IN THE NEAR FUTURE.

The Hayward Rogers Fault

Our inept, shallow, and misinformed Mayor Edwin M. Lee - is busy gathering unexperienced folks from the Office of Emergency Services - to listen to him - while he rambles about what should be done - if the Big One strikes.

Some, so called Supervisors, our failing Department of Building Inspection - joined by others who are mandated to appear - at the "dog and pony" press conferences - with the Mayor Edwin M. Lee spewing - hot air and diatribe - about doing something - in China Town - where buildings lack the basic - seismic retrofits.

Talk is cheap - action speaks volumes - again and again when this City and County has had major catastrophes - those talking too much - are no where to be found.

The Office of Emergency Services in San Francisco - is a JOKE.

I say that because I have been monitoring the the City and County of San Francisco since before 1989. In 1989 we had a major Earthquake and this City and County of San Francisco - has its hands tied.

At that time we had no Office of Emergency Services - the City and County failed miserably - in 1989.

Sixth U.S. Army and Presidio of San Francisco came to the rescue of the City and County of San Francisco. Addressing all the major impacts - mostly in the Marina District - where the impact was mostly felt. The Mayor at that time was Mayor Art Agnos.

Today, in San Francisco we have thousands of homes in the Sunset - sitting on poor foundations - most on sand - that will topple down like matchstick boxes - if we experience an earthquake - a magnitude 6.9 and above.

More on a fault like the Hayward fault that is closer to San Francisco and last experience a major earthquake in 1868 - said to register at 7.0 :

https://web.stanford.edu/dept/EHS/prod/general/erprep/documents/1868_Hayward_Earthquake_Retrospective_000.pdf

Experts have been talking about this fault - that has been very active - and so far has send out some quakes -lasting for short times - but all the same - getting - stronger.

We in San Francisco must be concerned because a large earthquake will surely impact those areas in San Francisco - that the Department of Building Inspection has empirical data on - but does not have the resources - nor the man power to do a good job - addressing urgent seismic retrofits.

As I said thousands of homes - sitting on poor foundations - more sand - will topple down - mostly in the Sunset area. We know about this - and we talk a lot - but it has been years and no one is addressing this emergency situation - on a war footing.

Distance from San Francisco - epicenter.

The San Francisco Public Utilities Commission is playing with fire - having failed to address the serious concerns at Mountain Tunnel closer to the Hetcy Hetchy Reservoir.

Right now Mountain Tunnel is in jeopardy. The SF Public Utilities Commission has heard the concerns - the General Manager hears the concerns, the Mayor Edwin M. Lee hears the concerns - but there is no Blue Print to address the concerns. More there is no plan - with time-lines in place to address the urgent - issues at hand.

The Irwington Tunnel that has some very serious problems with its huge pipes - deep under ground pipes - that were compressed - by pressure from the water and related factors.

Most importantly the Calavares Dam where millions have been spent - with very poor engineering - and glaring pitfalls.

Failure to address - previous faults - from previous earthquakes - knowing that the faults were there somewhere - lacking the boring holes - which is one way to find out - where the faults - really were.

Bottom line -right now if the Hayward Rogers Creek Fault - activates - all of the above infrastructure.

All critical to the delivery of clean drinking water to San Francisco and the neighboring region - some 2.4 millions customers - will be adversely, impacted.

I have been bring this to the notice of the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission for many years.

Recently, Bay Area Water Supply and Conservation Agency (BAWSCA and others have been addressing the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission about Mountain Tunnel and related issues - the pleas falling of deaf ears.

www.bawsca.org

The San Francisco Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC) turns the matter to the inept, shallow, and misinformed - SFPUC staff - who will be caught with their hand in the cookie jar - as they have before.

Mother Nature has a way to inform us about bigger things to come.

The recent drought has forced greedy landowners who operate huge agriculture fields - tapping into the ground water - expanding millions of gallons of water a day.

Depleting the watershed has severe consequences and trigger tremors and quakes - a prolonged tremor is a quake.

We will see more of this soon - as if saw a few months ago - not too long ago - in the Napa area.

FA'ATASI YOUTH SERVICES - SUMMER CLASS OF 2015 - HELD AT DR. MARTIN LUTHER KING JUNIOR MIDDLE SCHOOL - IN THE PORTOLA DISTRICT IN SAN FRANCISCO - FONDLY NAMED - CAMP FA'ATASI BY THE POLYNESIAN COMMUNITY OF SAN FRANCISCO.

Fa'atasi Summer Class of 2015

The Polynesian Community is well known - and even though our City and County of San Francisco has NOT stepped up - to serve this community - as it well as it could. I has on its own - in this instance - done well for itself - it has shed light - where there is abject - darkness.

The caring Polynesian community with little - has done more than it could - stretching every needed dollar - to aid and nurture the children, the youth and the young adults. The Fa'atasi Summer Class of 2015 - was a grand success - and I was a witness - to all that happened - all documented and recorded.

In the name of Pacific Islanders - others  claim they represent all - rake in the millions - writing grants with titles that start with the title - Pacific Islanders. This on going shenanigans must stop.

God sees it all - and the time in ripe to unite - and call a spade a spade.

I know the leaders and the leaders know me - and for over 35 years - I have done what I can. Now - is the time for action. God sees it all.

The Asian groups that have gouged millions of grants all these years - they must step up and do justice to the smaller, better organized groups - among the Polynesian community, more - those that have heart - and support the Pacific Islanders. Time is running out.

Camp Fa'atasi is all about VOLUNTEERS and this has been their SIXTH year - doing some excellent work. Many of the leaders of this group are very well  known to me - and to the other leaders all over San Francisco - from other communities - that matter.

Mcee - Molly Iulio-Ufau

When good things are done - the parents love to send their children to such camps. The parents can trust - those in the their community - that have passed the test of time - love their culture and know the true meaning - of " cultural competency".

The parents  know that under the leaders from own their community having a " bloodline" going back thousands of years - those, that have proved to be good leaders - the children, youth and young adults will be well taken care of.

That they will learn their CULTURE better and year after year - this great work as been going on - with excellent results.

We must step up - and we must do - what has to be done - for we have the "life" and the "understanding" not written in books - but, passed from generation to generation - as most indigenous do. We must value what those that are ignorant and arrogant cannot give us - because that what they try to sell us - is not "spiritual" has not been vetted by God.

When you plant a good seed, the plant nurtured we grow to be a healthy tree - and the fruit that tree bears - know no bounds.

Much like the NONI tree - that is well know by Polynesians - that can cure diseases and keep one in good health.

Much like the coconut tree - every part can be used - and every part is valued. The coconut oil known the world over - as a gift from God.

The Polynesian people are a gift from God - and in the many years I have know them - I have grown closer to them - today they call me "Grandfather" - it is a word I treasure - but more this "word" has more meaning -  spurs me to action - more action and less talk.

This year "Camp Fa'atasi" was held at Dr Martin Luther King Middle School.

Yesterday, July 17, 2015 - it was declared by the organizers - next year - "CAMP FA'ATASI" will hold it Summer Camp for the children and youth - for the second consecutive time - at Dr Martin Luther King Middle School. We thank the San Francisco Unified School District - and we thank those that make Camp Fa'atasi - the best that be organized - by the volunteers - whose heart is in the right - place. God bless you all - and next year - will be even, better.

The youth put their best into this dance and other dances - proving once again - that we must invest in our youth and young adults - when it comes to our culture - honoring our ancestors as indigenous people. God sees it all - and that is all that matters.

The Polynesian children, youth, and young adults pride themselves singing, dancing, revealing to the adults who are caught up in the American ways - putting aside their own long and proud Polynesian Culture - for another day.

We all know what happens when we do this - our great Nation - embraces all people of all cultures - but more the indigenous people - the Polynesians fall into this category.

The Polynesian culture is deep and we must preserve that which the ancestors left to us all - the Matais must step up and so must the pastors - who are the leaders - lead by example - and give honor to the Polynesians people and culture.

I represent the Muwekma Ohlone - the First People of San Francisco - and have been in touch with the Polynesian Community in San Francisco - for over 35 years.

The Muwekma Ohlone support the Polynesian Community - more as indigenous people - but also as having the largest number of members serving our Nation's Armed Forced - more than any other State - in proportion to the  population - of the many states in the United States.

We as a Nation thank the the women and men for their service - to this Nation - and look forward to working with them - on all issues including - cultural services - and more cultural competency.

My first contact with the Polynesian came  when I served with  with Sixth United States Army and Presidio of San Francisco - and in the years that followed -  all over the Bay Area.

It  was my pleasure working with the Pacific Islanders  Cultural Association (PICA)  starting the Aloha Festival at Crissy Field - at the Presidio of San Francisco - when Sixth Army had the jurisdiction of that area.

PICA  started in 1995 and  we  brought it to San Francisco and Crissy Field.

That Aloha Festival has grown so big - and is widely know - now, all over the world. Giving impetus to other Aloha Festivals - each vying with one another - passing on the rich culture of the Polynesians and more the blessings of the ancestors.

Smaller Polynesian now vie with one another - the Samoans, the Tongans, those hailing from Hawaii but living here on the Mainland, other smaller Polynesian  groups - all have so much to offer - and put up an event cost - money.

There is going to be a Aloha Festival in San Mateo on August 1, 2015.

Pacific Islanders Together Festival at Jefferson High School in Daly City, August 15, 2015.

The Poly Atamai Luau on September 5, 2015.

The SF Giants Polynesian Heritage Night on September 18, 2015 and more.

Only the brave of heart - those that have a vision -  those that have fortitude - look to preserving a culture that is so rich and loved world wide.

Not only in Hawaii - that has the Polynesian Cultural Center - that has the resources - but in other places - where good people put their hearts and hard work and make good things happen.

I want to congratulate those that volunteer and have done so much good through the Fa'atasi Summer Camps - this year concluding the Sixth one - with excellent results. God bless you all. Talofa.
