CAMERAS THAT DO NOT WORK ON MUNI OUR TRANSPORTATION SYSTEM - TOWN HALL MEETINGS MEANT TO VETT NOT TO VENT - AND IT DOES NOT STOP THERE - AND THERE IS MORE.

There is something strange about MUNI - our local San Francisco transportation system. 

The cobwebs are many - and the doors and windows - need to be opened and the ENTIRE area - cleared of the disgusting - reining and festering - corruption at the Municipal Transportation Agency (MTA).

We are a hilly city - as many as 42 known hills some small, others average, and only a few large to be called extra steep and big. Those that know little about history , less educated on issues - fail to comprehend the goodness and the challenges of San Francisco - with holistic operations and models - that have been successful.

The first thing the "idiots" think of is making the constituents pay more.

Failing that cut some services - and penalize those that need help - put more hurdles in their way - of those that need help most - and these "goons" think that all is well. 

Well, you will be in for a big, big, surprise.

So it was not by accident we are fortunate to have inventors who put in place our famous - world class - cable cars. Think deep about this invention and operation.

When is the last time the Municipal Transportation Agency (MTA) - invented something decent that helped the people. Each and every new gimmick the MTA has imposed on the people of San Francisco - has been received with mixed - feelings.

In the early fifties and sixties we put in place light rail - that took people to far off places - you could if you wanted at one time travel from Market Street - through San Bruno Avenue, Old Bayshore - all the way to present day Burlingame.

The problem is that we have "idiots" who have failed at doing other things in other places - then hired - by our City and County of San Francisco - to head Agencies and do things that they are NOT capable of dong.

Good for nothing - spewing diatribe and hot air - all the time - time to send these folks - packing.

Right now - all these corrupt folks are doing is hoodwinking the public at large.

Our GRID - how MUNI operates and carries thousands of people is antiquated. 

We should have changed our GRID a long time ago - ideally 30 years ago.

Mayors Frank Jordon - Art Agnos, Willie L. Brown Jr. leading to Gavin Newsom - bragged about this and that - to fix MUNI and the MTA - and failed - miserably.

The worst Mayor to screw MUNI - Willie L. Brown Jr and he did it on purpose. More with the two- tier system - where those who joined MUNI after 1996 - are shafted, royally. 

For example the situation in the South of our City of San Francisco - MUNI service is poorest in the Southeast Sector.

The idiots at MUNI have yet to figure out - how, the now defunct 15 Third performed so well - still get compliments - and why was it removed.

You could take one bus from San Francisco City College - that is the 15 Third - all the way to Fisherman's Wharf - pass through the CalTrans Station at 4th and King - through Market Street, thorough the Financial District - and enjoy some quality crab and clam chowder at Fisherman's Wharf.

Try doing that now - you have to stop - hop - alight - and still FAIL to arrive on time. 

The 3rd Street Rail is a joke and cost over $800 million.

Starting at 4th and King and stopping - abruptly at Middle of No Where - Visitation Valley! 

Whey did not this $800 million White Elephant connect to Balboa Station? We want to know.

The 3rd Street Light Rail is also called Phase I of the proposed Light Rail route - through the Central Subway - Phase II - that has now reach over $1.8 Billion - started at $600 million.

Where do we get these jerks - who plan all these grand plans - and fail - each and every time.

Over 30,000 units are planned for the Southeast Sector - and as thing stand today - the public transportation in the Southeast Sector is pathetic - to say the least. 

The many stations, doting the 3rd Street Light Rail - filthy.

The bus stops not functional. dirty - and no one cares. Check the one at Arleta and Old Bayshore - it has NOT been working for the last 3 months. There was one bus stop the signs working - the one replaced - is just that - a white elephant.

The cameras on 80% of the MUNI buses are not functional.

Crime is on the increase and what is most disgusting - the buses filthy.

Ride on any SamTrans and compare - we would not - because we and more the Municipal Transportation Agency - would be put to utter - ashamed. 

Now, suddenly the authorities that have messed MUNI, John Haley, and Ed Reskin, and others - want to trim MUNI - our bus stops and other amenities that have served our constituents for over hundred and fifty years!

Who are these new comers and what the hell do they know?

Who appointed them - and how is it - you come in to establish a 311 and 411 system that is faulty - and then suddenly head the MTA?

More with the exit of Gerald Ford - who was let go - for cheating and hoodwinking - we imported him from Chicago and before that Micheal Burns and before that many - that will go unmentioned - for now.

There is a relation that brought Gerald Ford to San Francisco - and the man behind that dubious relation - Richard Blum the husband of Senator Diane Feinstien.

We are not London - and we are not Sweden - and the glaring factor that stares us in the face - is our terrain - we are a hilly City and have always been one.

San Francisco our terrain - the land of the Ohlone. Each and every square inch stolen - by crooks and greedy mongers.

The current Municipal Transportation Agency - town hall meetings are just meant to trigger the IRE of the populace.

Believe me - people are very angry - and always remember you triggered the anger.

Our buses are crowed and dirty - and those "yellow hornets" with yellow jackets - on the bus and off the bus - are useless. They provide no "security" and are worthless.

And here is a surprise they are paid by the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission some $500,000 plus - money that should have gone to the Southeast Sector - our youth, career training, and so on and so forth.

At Palou Street MTA forced me to collect signatures to put up two bus stops - to help those get some shelter in inclement weather - our seniors and single mothers with infants - others that need shelter. 

The MTA forced me to collect the signatures - in the rain - and challenged me - while I fulfilled my obligations - that more was required.

When they wanted me to do more - and pushed the buttons -  I did what I do best - I fired an email back - to those that run MUNI and head the MTA - and then - just like that - everything fell in place.

We have folks heading the Municipal Transportation Agency - who are a disgrace to the human race.

When you decide to eliminate bus stops and force the Elderly and those Mentally and Physically Challenged to walk long distances - something is wrong with this picture.

When MTA decided to give a break to GOOGLE and other Tech Companies - asking them to give a dollar or some little money to use - tax payers funded Bus Stops - something is wrong - with this picture.

When 80% of the cameras on our buses - are not operational - some one must be fired.

May be the man who talks the talks - cannot walk the walks - and has a ear piece that does not - perhaps - work. Haley not Hello!

Google gave our youth a break recently - and that is good - they could do more - and joining them SalesForce, Twitter, and a host of other Techies - that take a lot from us San Franciscans and give little.

The San Francisco County Transportation Authority (SFCTA), John Avalos who is Chair of the SFCTA is all FLUFF.

Ed Reiskin and his minions - all have let us San Franciscans down - do not mess with our IRE - it has reached saturation point.

We have MTA planning department failing us San Franciscans.

We have MTA stealing money from the former Taxi Commission and the Trust Funds of the San Francisco Taxi Drivers - we have all sorts of shenanigans, ploys, and machinations - and we lack sound leadership at MTA.

Give some one the opportunity - and we could turn this nonsense around - the one thing required - fire the MTA Commission and those heading the Municipal Transportation Agency.

Today - for sure the man with a ear piece in his ear - and his nose stuck up - while all sorts of corruption - is going on. Any takers.

The SF Controller was given all the documentation - linked to rampant corruption at MTA - nothing happened.

Can you imagine that. The City Officials condoning - corruption - or should we post the emails and the documents - on the Internet. May be that is called for -  and will be done - shortly.

Do not penalize the youth, the seniors, the single mothers - the poor and the indigent - that are treated with disdain. All of them need help from MUNI - the MTA and our Mayor Edwin Lee.

MUNI and its services are worse off today - then ever before. Time to turn it around - but first we must clean house. Clear and sanitize the filth - that has been piled to high, heaven.  Aho.

MALIA COHEN THE DUMB, INEPT DISTRICT 10 SUPERVISOR - RUBBER STAMPS - OVER 300 ACRES OF LAND - TO LAY INFRASTRUCTURE ON LAND THAT IS PRONE TO LIQUEFACTION AND FLOODING.

District 10 in the San Francisco Bayview does not deserve very poor representation - but, that is all it gets from Malia Cohen - the District 10 Supervisor - not worth the salt.

Again and again Malia Cohen without comprehending the issues - rubber stamps - legislation, poor policies, ordinances - with only one thing in mind - contributions to her campaign - coffers.

This time around she must be booted out and those who vote for her - remember - you all have BLOOD on your hands.

This woman, Malia Cohen - with "intent" has harmed our children and elders. All Malia Cohen cares is pandering to those that can massage her ego - and give her money - most of it - under the table. Time to enforce the RICO Act.

Over 300 acres by Candlestick Stadium in the Southeast Sector - the last frontier - are slated to be graded to make way for some poor quality infrastructure.

Land propped up for Street Vacation with any meaningful dialog with the community at large. Large changes will be made - with those in authority - doing as they please.

Much like what has been done without any meaningful dialog with the community - a large outfall - has already been put in place - and most people living within a mile of the large outfall - have no idea - that it is in place.

There is no doubt - some corrupt contractor - some corrupt Prime will get the job.

Some Prime  - who will help fill the campaign coffers of our Mayor Edwin Lee - and those Supervisors - he has chosen to act as his lackeys - to vote on his present and future - legislation.

Soon some Primes and others who want jobs will be mandated to buy $50 or $100 a seat - tables with ten seats -  all that money going to further ploys and machinations - to further - adversely impact Quality of Life issues - that the Developers have little consideration - more to make money and foster - greed.

One of the Mayor's supreme lackeys is Malia Cohen - who entered the race for Supervisor of San Francisco's 10th District  - the last time around - with 23 other candidates - this type of races and about panders - and about the electorate - taken for a ride.

Because of that flawed Ranked Choice Voting system in place - Malia Cohen won by a few hundred votes - not because the people voted for Malia Cohen - but because other stellar and decent candidates did not muster sufficient - first and second place votes - to be counted in the flawed Ranked Choice Voting system.

This time around this despicable House Negro - must be sent packing back to where she came from - hell.

In all the time Malia Cohen has been at Potrero Hill a racist part of District 10 -  where she has been pandering to White folks - looking with disdain at Black folks who are poor - and dared to oppose a 100 bed facility to help the indigent - linked to Mother Brown's facility catering to the poor and those that have fallen on bad times.

Malia Cohen backed Nadine Burke some Jamaican doctor - who suddenly appeared in our community some years ago - propping herself after some year to receive $4 million from California Pacific Medical Center and another $300 thousand from the 49ers the Football Team who has chosen to make its home at Santa Clara.

Some investigation must be done to find out how much money - Malia Cohen received - and how will this money be spent.

The money was given to help our children - these two evil women - chose to build a Wellness Center - at 3450 Third Street - a contaminated area.

As it often happen - crooks of the first order - use our children to receive grants and money of all kinds - to rake in the millions - turn their backs on our children - and adversely harm our children.

Now we have learned that Nadine Burke a Black Jamaican - has jumped ship - she has chose to turn over the Wellness Center to someone - who has decided to take the Wellness Center - but not had one single meaningful meeting in our community.

 Again Nadine Burke - has transferred the Wellness Center to Charles Range -  from Health Care Clinics -who has NOT had one single meaningful meeting in the community.

I spoke to him and he says that he is in the process of taking over the clinic - but he is working some issues that he will explain to me. I know Mr Charles Range - and look forward to meeting him soon.

Mr Charles Range has got some Federal Government  grants and looks forward to doing what he does best. I am looking forward to meeting him and offering to him resources and information that may better serve our children - our Black children, other children that have suffered - because of some adults - more like Malia Cohen who have no idea - about the harm they have done with intent.

Simply because Malia Cohen is not educated on issues - is an air-head - and has no clue about representing the community. The community does not respect her - and less trust her.

Why is the community always taken for a ride - and why do these crooks - always escape without - being taken to task?

Much the same as Malia Cohen used her office to change the zoning from industrial to one embracing wellness centers - in an area that is known - to be very polluted. 

The site 3450 Third Street by Cargo Way have recorded very high particulates - from the millions of vehicles that ply in the area.

Now, Malia Cohen in her typical fashion - with the help of Scott Wiener and Jane Kim - both transplants from New York - rubber stamped and have sent - an entire area - over 300 acres to be street vacated - so that some poor infrastructure - can be laid on land - prone to liquefaction and flooding.

Another some 100 acres of very poor landfill - part of which - was a garbage dump - later declared with some fun fare - as the first State Park - in an Urban Area.

The area spews methane gas - and jack rabbits and other animals have been known to be adversely affected. Our City and County of San Francisco has lost its mind - and that includes Senator Mark Leno who backed Lennar Urban - in help Lennar Urban - initiate legislation that was part of Proposition G.

G that stood for Goons and Greed. Lennar Urban backed Proposition G and wasted $10 million dollars. To this day - no one decent backs - Lennar Urban and Kofi Bonner knows that.

Lennar Urban plans to implode Candlestick Stadium - grade over 300 acres - and build a Shopping Mall and other drab facilities - on land prone to liquefaction and flooding.

This people are out of their mind - further planning a Causeway from Highway 101 north - closer to Executive Park - over Yosemite Slough - to the very contaminated Superfund - Hunters Point Naval Shipyard.

Greedy developers do not give a hoot - and much more Lennar Urban - that has contributed to the Mayor's Campaign and to Malia Cohen - who is a lackey, a sell out, and a House Negro that does the White man's bidding. A disgrace to anything - decent.

The agenda item came up yesterday - March 17, 2014 before the Land Use in Room 263.

There were only two people from the Bayview Community - commenting on this sordid ordinance - Dr Espanola Jackson and Francisco Da Costa.

It is a shame that the community is asleep - and that thugs - folks that have gone to jail - are acting as "brokers" trying to make hay - while the sun shines - linked to big and small projects - linked to the 300 acres - the street vacation - and other planned shenanigans.

We are watching the crooks - and we may have to put a halt to the on going nonsense - by taking the matter to court - and for sure - make our presence felt -  before and after  the impending - November elections.

This sell out Negro - Malia Cohen - who is a House Negro - does not deserve our support - and must be booted out.

IS THERE A FORUM IN PLACE WHERE OUR YOUTH AND YOUNG ADULTS WITHOUT ANY PRESSURE FROM INEPT ADULTS - CAN DIALOGUE - CAN DISCUSS - AND ADJUDICATE THEIR OWN AFFAIRS?

Is there a forum in San Francisco where our youth and young adults without any pressure from "inept" and "uncaring adults" - can dialogue - can discuss - and adjudicate their own - affairs?

More and more inept adults - more City officials - are moving forward - trying to hoodwink the constituents - the most affected - the youth and young adults - adversely impacting - education.

In San Francisco for years we have been in the fore front of establishing - through "grass roots" movements - creating models for our youth and young adults - to have meaningful discussion - and established models - that benefit our youth and young adults.

Angela Alioto as President of the San Francisco Board of Supervisors - created the Youth Commission - and since then - in some years we have had - youth and young adults - stand tall and represent.

In recent years - the youth and young adults - have got no support  from those that pretend to represent - corrupt politicians and adults with a hidden agenda. 

Tons of talk, more vain talk, diatribe - and NO support for our youth and young adults. This must change - and if the adults do not take and stand for good - the youth and young adults must move forward - on a War Footing.

Anything is possible if you set your sights on what is wholesome - and education is a must - when it comes to standards, ethics, morals, and being good citizens.

As often happens - there comes a "saturation point" - and when that moment comes - there will be a revolution.

Much like the "Boston Tea Party" - and the cronies - that we have here in our City - folks who sit on the fence - and see which side of the is green - before jumping with "glee" - and contributing with - "lip service".

That type of nonsense must stop - we must look forward - to putting our best foot forward - and we must represent - our City and County has had a track record of representing well - and that " representation " has tarnished - we must restore - faith.

We have seen this with City College - and have NOT paid attention to the machinations of Richard Blum and his wife Diane Feinstein.

Who are these people - and how have they amassed so much wealth? Why are they interested in ruining the good that has been happening at City College? 

Why does Richard Blum want City College - prime real estate - and why does he and his minions - CBRE and others - want to destroy - all that is good - and more education for the COMMONS?

What has Nancy Pelosi done for the youth?

She was born in 1940 on March 26 - and in all the years she has been representing San Francisco - she has been a first class - panderer. Time to boot her out of office.

It is the same at San Francisco Board of Supervisors.

We must thank our youth leaders - and young adults more - that have taken a lead - to keep City College open for those that want a good education.

Thank God for Shannel Williams - Student Trustee - who I mentored and who can now take a stand - speak on any pertinent topic - and prove to one and all that she can - represent.

Shannel Williams is that shining light - and we need more of her.

Can you imagine that some wanted at one time - not long ago to impeach Shannel Williams? That is when I took a stand - and put an end to that nonsense.

I am watching the current machinations - and invite all those that have the guts to be present today at City College at 4 pm.

Take a stand for what is right - take a stand for our youth and young adults.

As to Law Enforcement this is San Francisco - so let us not instigate more violence through methods - linked to the para- military tactics.

As I said this is San Francisco and I know - our Chief Gregory Suhr can put in place - some meaningful and peaceful protocols to bring about - more peace and less divisiveness.

In fact I invite the Chief to speak to the students and assure them that he has their back - and the students must move forward in peace - to learn - and those that created some animosity can be forgiven - but, no one should be subjected to brutality.

Law Enforcement is there to aid the constituents - not to create pandemonium. 

We do not have a Board of Trustees at City College - they have been disbanded - we have some Czar who is there to do the bidding of those that do not have the best interests of the City College students and San Francisco.

Millions of youth, young adults, and adults have taken advantage of City College - there is not a family that has not made good - that has not had some connection with City College.

We know that - but many of us - do not want to take a stand for what is good - sound education and better progress.

Again we must have forums for the youth and young adults - without any interference and pressure from adults who have a hidden agenda.

We must learn to trust our youth, young adults and like minded people who nurture our youth and young adults.

Others who pretend to care for the youth, young adults, and those that want to contribute their best to our City and beyond - putting hurdles in their way - and thinking they can do this without any consequences. 

We are watching like a HAWK. 

THE BLIND BLACK LEADERSHIP IN THE SOUTHEAST - WHO HAVE FORSAKEN OUR CHILDREN WITH INTENT - OUR CHILDREN MORE BLACK SUFFER DAILY - AND NO ONE CARES.

Mayor Gavin Newsom, Mayor Willie L. Brown Jr, Roy Willies, Kofi Bonner, Linda Richardson, Dwayne Jones, Aurelious Walker, Lolla Whittle, Doris Vincent, Veronica Hunnicutt, Calvin Jones, Sophie Maxwell, Malia Cohen - and a host of other diabolical individuals that still continue to pander to Lennar Urban.

Lennar Urban now has the blessing of the present Mayor Edwin Lee, the City Administrator Naomi Kelly, the SF Health Director Barbara Gracia, many others who should know better - but are pandering to the devil - Lennar Urban.

No one can harm our children with intent and think for a second that all is fine. 

The empirical data is there - that Lennar Urban - fined by the Bay Area Air Quality Management District - with INTENT - bombarded large areas - in the year 2004 - with Asbestos Structures - and was fined over $515,000 by the Bay Area Air Quality Management District.

Lennar Urban paid this fine. The world knows about it.

Lennar Urban the diabolical entity that we the community do not want in our community - is at it again - daily there have been high readings of Asbestos Structures - at Parcel A.

With the high winds - all it takes one single Asbestos Structure to lodge in one's lungs - to eventually - make you ill - and suffer a painful death - Mesothelioma - Asbestosis.

The naturally occurring SERPENTINITE rock at Hunters Point - when crushed releases large amount of Asbestos Structures.

One way to keep the structures is by keep the structures contained - and you do this by using large amounts of water. Lennar Urban has failed to do so. More workers do not use masks - and soon many of them will DIE a slow, death. Mark my words.

Lennar Urban has failed the community - the Bay Area Air Quality Management District has failed the community, the San Francisco Board of Supervisors have failed the community , the City Administrator has failed the community, the Mayor Edwin Lee has failed the community.

The San Francisco Health Department and Barbara Gracia has failed the community. The SF Health Department has not have at TOXICOLOGIST on its payroll. Go Figure!

It makes no sense to build one single unit on Parcel A - when daily we get high readings.

Why building housing units in the middle of Chernobyl? Who is their right mind will build homes - where "depleted uranium" was once tested?

The entities above must analyze the readings and make sense of them.

It is a crime - crying to heaven - when we harm our infants, our children, our youth, and our young adults - with intent.

For all of the vain talk - people with NO compassion - are pandering to Lennar Urban - who do not have the best interest of the community at large.

Lennar Urban has chosen to defy the community.

In the year 2004 Lennar Urban spent over $10 million dollars - to defend Proposition G - backed by Diane Feintstein, Gavin Newsom, Bevan Dufty, Sophie Maxwell, Jose Cisneroes, Carmen Chu, Aurelious Walker, Lola Whittle - other despicable people who have NO idea about Quality of Life issues.

The above all have BLOOD on their hands. We will never forget how the above jumped on the bandwagon - and even today - continue to serve and worship the DEVIL.

The entire Hunters Point Naval Shipyard is a Superfund Site.

Only the worse of the worst contaminated sites are put on the Superfund Site.

Yet, Mayor Edwin Lee has chosen to follow in the steps of the former "thug" Mayor Willie L. Brown Jr., Gavin Newsom (another despicable character), and the crooks I have mentioned above - who pander to anyone that gives them money.

Large areas in the Southeast Sector are prone to liquefaction and flooding.

That includes Mission Bay - where the recent fire costing over $35 million - leaving many to ponder the poor job done by the Department of Building Inspection, the San Francisco Planning Department - and of course the failed polices of the Mayor's Office of Housing and one Olson Lee.

The Contracting Monitoring Division has failed to monitor - and judging from its policy does no good to the small Contractors - more those small contractors who invest their resources - and are forced to close their shops.

Large Primes who can fill the campaign coffers of the politicians are given opportunities.

More through crooked and corrupt consultants like - PLATINUM which is controlled by the former "thug" Mayor of San Francisco Willie L. Brown Jr.

Our City and County of San Francisco - named after Saint Francis Assisi has always embraced our infants, children, youth, young adults - no more - under the present. corrupt - administration.

As much as we advocates work hard to maintain law and order - curtail violence, help the infants, children, youth, and young adults - we have forces that defy us - and create many hurdles.

This nonsense cannot go on forever - not with politicians seeking their own aspirations based on greed, corruption, and utter disdain for Quality of Life issues.

That fire - the 360 Project where over 272 units burned down - where dangerous particulates still bother those that live near by.

Where people are now thinking twice about - high density buildings - where buildings can be torched and large areas burned.

Where there is NO sufficient water pressure - and our San Francisco Fire Fighters are put in harms way.

Where our politicians have NO clue - about the dangers of raging fire - and how most of our our buildings - contain frames build of wood - that can easily be set on fire.

Where large areas can burn down - had happened on this 360 Project  at Mission Bay- which has forced everyone who have some sense - think - twice.

Our infants, children, youth, young adults must be given the first priority, nurtured by all - " it takes a village to nurture and fend for those that cannot fend for themselves and need our unconditional love and attention".

What we have here on the corrupt and drab, sordid, and mundane political cronies - who are actively fostering - greed and blatant corruption.

Politicians talking from both sides of their mouth, having meaningless - "ribbon cutting" ceremonies - with no purpose and no benefit to those that need help most.

Pathetic, shallow thinking, shallow words - fun are that goes no where - no one can fool all the people all the time.

Time to boot these folks - who have no intention - to represent - and only care about themselves and their own selfish interests.

God help them - and more mercy on their souls.

The crime against our infants and children - is the worse that can be committed and this is done - each and every day - in San Francisco.

One in three children in San Francisco - go to bed hungry - and this must be addressed right now - and measures implemented - right now - on a war footing.

The same with our Seniors - one in four - go to bed hungry.

The paradox - the Blind Black Leadership that could have done something - learned something from the Civil Rights Movement - but the have - created all this mess - and leading the charge the Tabernacle Group - who now purport to know much about - construction and much interested in development.

The Shepherds have forsaken the Sheep - and no not - what they are doing. They will be judged by God - and they already know in their hearts - the mockery they have created by their deeds - shallow words - and empty mundane - promises.

LENNAR URBAN IS A DIABOLICAL ENTITY THAT SIMPLY DOES NOT GET IT - NO GOOD EVER - WILL COME AT HUNTERS POINT NAVAL SHIPYARD - CHANGE THE NAME - DO ANYTHING - YOUR TIME HAS COME AND YOU WILL FALL FLAT ON YOUR FACE.

At Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - once stood two hills - much like the Bayview Hill by Candlestick Stadium. 

he two hills were demolished - and the dirt with the remains of the Ohlone - removed and used as landfill.

The City and County of San Francisco is playing with fire.

We the constituents of San Francisco - saw this with Proposition F - I was one of the proponents. My name is Francisco Da Costa and I served our Nation - under three United States Generals - at United States Sixty Army and Presidio of San Francisco.

Unlike the many lackeys I have to deal with - who are NOT educated on issues - and less have sound morals, ethics, and standards. Break the laws of our Nation - each and every day.

We the people of the Bayview and the entire City and County of San Francisco - the decent constituents - opposed Lennar Urban and took them to the - "cleaners".

Proposition F spent $5 thousand.

Lennar Urban the devil spend over $10 million.

More - spewing lies, and hoodwinking the public with $10 thousands advertisements - all of which were used to do the - "devil's work".

God has blessed our children, the sisters and brothers who took part in the movement and are well respected and remembered all this many years - from 2004.

Ten years later - we are geared to do God's work - and this time - there will be a more resounding success. Take this warning seriously - and again no laws will be broken - the RICO ACT and other legal rules and regulations - will be applied.

Today we have "thugs" - jail birds - people without any morals, no standards, less ethics - trying to aid and abet Lennar Urban.

Acting as consultants without proper cerifications - trying to build on Ohlone Land - and not comprehending that anyone - who has anything to do with Lennar Urban - be it the former "thug" Mayor Willie L. Brown Jr - his minions - folks like Roy Willis, Aurelious Walker, Calvin Jones, the Tabernacle Group - all of them will fall flat on their face.

Kofi Bonner must remember - this is not Emeryville Shopping Center where another Ohlone Shellmound was desecrated.

This time around - " I am warning you - long before you see anything - you and all those have anything to do with Lennar Urban - will fall on your face".

Right now as I write this article there have been exceedances of Asbestos Structures - over 25,000 Structures per cubic meter.

On many days the workers - working on Parcel A have been exposed to the Asbestos Structures. The workers are not wearing face masks - and no one gives a damn.

Mayor Edwin Lee has no clue about rules and regulations and no one has told him about the high levels of Asbestos Structures. 

Mayor Edwin Lee must request Lennar Urban to have a copy - of all the days - there were high levels of Asbestos Structures - where NO NOTICE OF VIOLATIONS - were issued and why?

What is the Bay Area Air Quality Management District doing - and Mr Jack Broadbent. Do you want us to initiate another law suit? The last time around Lennar Urban admitted guilt and was fined - $515.000. Yes or No?

This is the year 2014 and for Lennar Urban and Tiffany Bohee and Thor Kascofsky and Bronson Johnson from Lennar Urban  think they can fool all the people - all the time.

This is not any other place - "this is San Francisco".

I represent the Muwekma Ohlone - and this land is ours.

The land was stolen and I want to ask Mayor Edwin Lee if he can produce any document which the City and County of San Francisco has - that says the White thugs early on bought the land.

They stole the land all of it.

Again and again all the illegal Environmental Impact Reports and Studies done - have ignored - first informing the Muwekma Ohlone and secondly following the rules and regulations.

Again I say - do not play with fire - you will be consumed by it - do not play with the indigenous people - they do not worship mammon and for sure they are not "greedy".

The high density being built does not encourage Quality of Life issues. Town houses do. So, for all your worthless talk - you slept for hours - before you woke up to make some drab statement - on Project 360 and there is more to come.

Our Fire Fighters need good equipment to do their work. Our Fire Fighters need sound pressure in all the hydrants to do their job. Our infrastructure is falling apart - and some one is running his mouth. Time to wake up - and face reality.

Buildings are built for Seniors on contaminated ground - Brownfield - without any standard abatement and sound mitigation - in the Bayview.

Nancy Pelosi running her mouth - this coming National Elections - you will see Nancy Pelosi and Diane Feinstien - drown in the cesspool of their own creation - again, these vermin - have failed to truly represent - San Franciscans.

The Seniors in the Bayview more then anywhere else in San Francisco - are already inflicted with severe, chronic respiratory diseases.

Cancers and tumors of all kinds - in their golden years - the Seniors should have had some respite - but not with the City crooks around - making hay - while the sun shines. Pathetic.

The San Francisco Health Department knows about the contamination and the many health problems - but does nothing about it.

Tumors, Cancers, all sorts of chronic diseases are well documented - there is all the empirical data - for anyone who may want to read and use the valid information for research.

Yet our City Officials be it the City Administrator, the General Manage of the SF Public Utilities Commission, our SF Controller, Steve Kawa - crooked advisers who whisper sweet nothings into the Mayor's ear.

Those in charge of HOPESF - are playing with fire.

Take my warning very seriously - you will suffer - while we are alive to see it all.

We have had a lot of patience - and time is running out.

Lennar Urban is cutting corners - trying to intimidate City Officials to take short cuts - using the SF Public Utilities Contractor's Center - to give seminars on Financing and Bonding and other shenanigans - "who is fooling whom".

Where are the Career Jobs?

Do you think we have no grass roots movement ready to mobilize and take anyone on?

All this in our back yard.

Do you think - we cannot and did not take control of San Francisco City Hall - on several occasions?

Do you think for a second - we will stand by - while you all slowly kill our children?

Do you think for a second - well stand by and wait - while you kill our Seniors?

We hear those that have no morals, less ethics, less standards - speak from both side of their mouth.

Spew diatribe - our patience has reached, saturation point - and listen - you may want to see us - but we do not want to have anything with you.

There is a time for everything - this time is ours.

We are in charge of our destiny - this is Ohlone Land - always remember that - the thieves cannot and will not dictate to us.

San Francisco is unique and what keeps San Francisco somewhat operational - in the various neighborhoods are the neighborhood advocates. We still have some - who are stellar and wise.

There is nothing like sound wisdom - more when it accompanies sound accountability and transparency.

Recently, we noticed how the "techies" that our City Officials think and feel are here to stay - but I tell you - just like the dot.com era - these "good for nothing" jerks - have nothing substantial to contribute to the culture of San Francisco.

Our elders always kept it simple - " your heart must be in the right place - and everything will fall in place".

"Money does not make a person - being a good person does".  "Better than greed - compassion".

The techies are like zombies - they are there, some how - but you get the feeling they are far removed from real life.

The "techies" are caught in the web of cyber space - far distancing themselves from reality - and lost in their own world.

The techies could not communicate with the many segments of our population in the Mission for example - Roberto, Mitchell Salazar, Oscar Grande, Renee when she was there - and many more.

Folks like Jane Kim who hails from Korea - raised in New York - who has no roots in the Bay Area and panders to the MACHINE.

Jane Kim took a stand to bring TWITTER - to San Francisco and has screwed up so many things.

Can you imagine TWITTER  getting subsidized by the City and County of San Francisco?

The Mayor at his latest appearance before the SF Board of Supervisors - in Room 250 - proclaiming that in the year 2014 - our City is still in the red - lacking funds.

While we appreciate GOOGLE forking out some millions to pay the Municipal Transportation Agency (MTA) to help our youth ride free.

 GOOGLE did that - so gather some recognition - and stem the adverse impacts and negativity - from the GOOGLE and other buses - bothering decent San Franciscans.

San Franciscans love their culture - the various restaurants - offering the world's cuisine in our various neighborhoods.

But, even in the world of restaurants - the people who operate these world class restaurants - must live near by and afford the rents.

Our weird San Francisco Board of Supervisors the likes of Jane Kim, Scott Wiener, Malia Cohen, David Chiu, London Breed the others could not care less.

The above idiots love to hold hearings on this and that - long after much damage has been done.

Be it the many Ellis evictions, the pedestrians dying on the streets of San Francisco, high rents, lack of jobs, the many who suffer from respiratory diseases, obesity, the homeless - and the many other pertinent issues - that escape the current SF Board of Supervisors.

Our San Francisco politicians be they Diane Feinstein, Nancy Pelosi, a former "thug" Mayor like Willie L. Brown - are folks who raked in the millions at the expense of the decent tax payers of San Francisco.

I personally do not give a "rat ass" to pander to them - once they are gone - they cannot possibly leave a legacy - and will NOT be remembered by the majority.

San Francisco once boasted a strong middle class - not any more.

Over 300,000 in the last ten years - all decent San Francisco have left San Francisco - decent families and with them their children. Gone, gone, gone forever. What a loss!

The dot.com era saw the exit of thousands of stellar artists - I tried my best to keep some at the Presidio of San Francisco - shelter them - in those buildings and ware houses - and played some role.

Today, thousands more are leaving in disgust - and our SF City Planning is pandering to the developers - and impacting thousands. 

It does not help - when a fire that brought attention to the worse aspect of "high density" buildings - and the lack of sound planning.

More leading in the loss of 172 units - linked to the 360 Project - at 4th and China Basin. And there is more to come.

In the Southeast Sector where our children, youth, and young adults are in the majority - our SF City and County has shafted this segment of the population.

Giving them no opportunities. Time will tell.

The children, youth, and young adult will remember those that could have helped them - but did nothing much. Karma.

Our homeless are growing by leaps and bounds. Entire families cramped in small places - others bound for shelters that are dirty and bug infested.

Mercy Housing, Hamilton House, Progress Foundation, some Faith Based Organizations to many to name - others - preying on the poor.

The paper work, the many questions, the mandatory meeting one must attend to reveal yourself and bare yourself naked to others that you do not trust.

Millions of dollars go to these organization - and mostly these organization make a "worse person" - when those that need help - need some succor and less to be bothered - and tortured to get some shelter, some help, some, something - pathetic.

Our streets are full of the mentally challenged - and at times many of these folks - attack our tourists. others who happen to be in the vicinity - and do things - that a normal person would not do.

Our City and County has chosen to look the other way - hoping against hope the problem of destitution will go away.

The San Francisco Housing Authority is poised to divided Public Housing to "private developers" the likes of the John Stewart Company, Mercy Housing, Bridge Developers.

Vying for some attention the "Tabernacle Group" - that our SF City and County - has said - "to go to hell".

The Black leadership in San Francisco is pathetic - they made hay while the sun was shining - during the Willie L. Brown Jr regime.

The present Mayor Ed Lee - will not accept corruption - or so he says - and will not endorse corruption and crooks - more from those that have a proven track record - linked to - "tugs and blatant corruption".

Thugs who have gone to "jail" once were part of the inner circle  - who raked in millions.

The person who clear cut 400 trees that were on Parcel A at Hunters Point.

Others who raked in millions at the Mira Flores Project in the East Bay - an entity that is crooked to the core - and now want to build housing - and be part of the San Francisco fabric linked to sound development when the opposite is the case.

Some Blacks simply do not get it - "you do not have the money" - you want the City of San Francisco to give you the money.

Tax payers money - to make a profit - that will NOT happen.

More if you went to jail - more if your certification was revoked - you are put on notice.

We the people encourage Community Policing at the highest levels.

We the people who endorse the principle well stated by the COMMONS.

We the tax payers - must have a say - in choosing decent developers - to work with decent people who have stellar standards, more morals and sound ethics.

No one can fool all the people all the time. Aho.
