THE VERY CORRUPT IN THE GOVERNMENT HERE IN CALIFORNIA WHO WITH INTENT HAVE HIDDEN MONEY, WASTED MONEY AND ADVERSELY IMPACTED MILLIONS.

California stands out among all the States in the United States - as one of the largest - economies- in the world.

Once California was the fifth largest in the entire world - competing among countries, world wide and today having the distinction of being seventh - among world economies.

California also has the distinction of having some astute environmental advocates.

Even though we do our best - we still learn - again and again - how some large agencies - do not do their job. With intent harm people because of greed, poor judgement, and abject - foolishness.

There have been many instances where California State agencies -  that should be using millions of dollars - for the good of the public at large - have chosen with intent to divert millions - towards programs that have nothing to do with the agency policies.

We learned this when our California State Parks were closed - depriving thousands of using our great State Parks.

Then suddenly we found that money was hidden - and those in charge are still there - and must be sent to be adjudicated in our California Courts - and sent to jail.

Again millions of dollars; tax payers' money - meant to help people have clean drinking water; monitoring Artesian wells in the Central Valley and elsewhere - actions required by law were not carried on.

This issue is all the more very serious; when an audit revealed that drinking water wells - were not monitored for many years - and the money diverted by crooks to other unnecessary  projects.

Where is Governor Jerry Brown on this one?

Does he want the many who have died from Cancer and those about to die - and there a many - thousands of innocent human beings - to sue the State of California?

When was the last time the top officials - handling millions of dollars as appropriation money from the Federal and State agencies - when were these scum bags - given an orientation in Ethics and sound Morals?

 I expect Governor, Jerry Brown an ex-Jesuit too - to act on this as a mandate - on a War Footing - and those that made grievous mistakes - fired.

Can anyone with a heart truly comprehend the many farm workers - and others - deprived of clean drinking water - all these many years - when truly speaking there was the money.

Millions of dollars - and people - innocent people had to drink contaminated water - from the drinking wells, the watershed polluted by toxic chemicals - from the over flow of agriculture - pesticides mixed with water - toxic, contaminated, and poison to the health of human beings.

The people in charge knew it and today thousands suffer from cancer, all sorts of cancer. Tumors and suffer - each and every day. Just because they are farm workers and have no clout today - does not mean they will have no clout tomorrow.

The are human beings first - and our folks in California at the Assembly and those in the Senate - as fast asleep at the wheel - doing nothing - must helping waste millions of dollars.

Governor Jerry Brown better stand for those that have been impacted - and deal with the "thugs" that diverted the money - and think - they can get away with murder - in broad daylight.

The many today suffering from tumors and cancer? Who is responsible for this uncouth action. Imagine the millions of dollars that have to be spent - for medical care. 

Imagine the thousands of man hours - that loved ones have to spend with those who are suffering. More so the children. All this in California - one of the richest states in the world.

In Sacramento we have Assembly persons and Senators - screwing around. There are committees on this issue - but, the matter is handled in a nonchalant manner. This nonsense must stop.

These jerks must get to the bottom of this nonsense - and compensate the many - innocent children - the farm workers - and others who have been adversely impacted.

The Democrats are now controlling both the California Assembly and the Senate - get to the bottom of this nonsense - and bring about a holistic resolution.

We are not talking a few millions of dollars - but hundreds of million of dollars - divert to projects that had nothing to do with the maintenance and monitoring of  clean drinking wells.

Hundreds of millions of dollars - that could have been spent rightly - and brought about progress. More, helping the constituents of California and others - to have access to clean drinking water.

In the year 2013 - we seem to be hearing more about corruption and less about decency, ethics, and sound morals.

The corrupt State of California officials involved  - should have their mugs and their addresses - posted in the leading California newspapers and of course Television.

This is a federal crime and time to use the RICO Act. We do not need such corrupt officials - we already have too much to deal with on a daily basis - just dealing with life.

IMMIGRATION IN THE UNITED STATES - AND NO MENTION OF THE THIEVES THAT STOLE THE LAND.

We say tongue in cheek that we have laws and praise the laws of the land. Immigration laws; in the United States - but to whom does all of this land - belong to?

If we are talking about Turtle Island - what is now known - as the United States of America - stolen by the Whites - also known as the "strangers". Again I ask -  to whom does this land belong to?

More; it belongs to - the Native Americans - who I will address as the "First People" or First Nations.

Now we ought to have a frank discussion - with complete accountability and transparency.

Let us discuss Immigration - with the right people at the table - not some fake ass folks - that do not know what they are talking about.

Dictating terms and thinking all of the world is theirs. Those days are over - the "strangers and all of their ilk are pathetic, despicable, and the scum of the earth".

Just see what those that colonized so many countries have left in the path - and what sordid legacy they have left behind - Holland, Belgium, Germany, France, England, Portugal, Spain, Japan, Argentina, Indonesia, the United States and there are more.

The world is evolving and when it comes to education and the competitive edge - most of the Congress persons and Senators - themselves - are not educated on issues.

Less are they informed and educated in the many fields - that bring about growth and progress - in our contemporary world.

The old drab politics; being a lair lawyer, and working with the consultants and lobbyists - has proved again again to be the worst - "cesspool" to swim in.

If you still do - and feel the liar lawyer way - is the way to go; examine your head.

WE have a lot of them here at San Francisco's City hall - the Legislative Branch and also the Executive Branch.

Those that control these jerks - Willie L Brown Jr. a thug former Mayor and Rose Park - one worse than the other.

Recently they went to China and all of them got shafted.

The Chinese do not play with those they do not trust - unlike the folks in the United States - who play and pander to the highest - bidder.

Folks who have no morals, less ethics, and are pathetic - the laughing stock of the tax payers and those that are - decent and ethical.

No one consulted the First People when they came here; to Turtle Island.

 The "strangers" raped, stole, and bit the hand that fed them. You just have to read "his" - history and figure that out clearly.

You want to talk about true democracy - not a republic that purports to be democratic. It is really a Republic - that has an Electoral System - that has its roots in ancient, no good - feudalism.

It has decimated the Middle Class. The Middle Class is the back bone of any true Democracy and today it is vanishing - quickly.

Those that are making it vanish are crooks and we have most of them in San Francisco. Panderers to Developers and to the Zionists who have placed themselves in key positions. Scum of the earth - the likes of Goldman Sachs, J.P.Morgan Chase, Bernie Maddoff and his ilk.

This Nation has failed to address Slavery and the compensation that this Nation should have initiated and put in place - paid out to those that were adversely impacted - Blacks who have been taken for a ride in the United States.

Some how history has tried its best to wipe out the facts and though we have empirical data - the scum bags are trying their  best to erase the facts; all the more - there are millions who have blood on their hands. The White Slave owners and their evil - kin.

The blood that the slave owners and their families - linked to this sordid time - we know as slavery; with its large plantations; taking advantage of human beings - this is totally wrong - and thus you folks - and you know who you are - have BLOOD - on their hands. Make no bones about it.

It is the same with the folks from Mexico - the United States - used intimidation - and brute force - forced the Mexican Government to sell the land for pennies.

The same with Alaska and how we tricked the Russians to sell that large chuck of land.

We; today have a population of about 320 million and have millions of acres of land that are fertile and we have water - to sustain crops of every kind.

So, we have no problems with food sources and surviving ; land that was kept pristine  for thousands of years - by the First People.

Land that was polluted in less than 250 years by the pathetic, greedy - strangers - the pale faces.

Today the strangers - have NO problems - polluting the entire Earth second only to China - with our Carbon emissions and disrespecting the "First People" - by putting them on the Reservations.

Our Immigration laws are Smithsonian and pathetic.

Leave it to folks that are mostly White - and have no clue when it comes to morals, ethics, and plain decency - to decide who must enter the land of the First People!. 

You saw that with the colonial regimes - go to South America, Australia, New Zealand, India, Burma, Indonesia, the many countries in Africa - South Africa, Mozambique, Angola, Sudan, Kenya, Ethiopia, Uganda, Malawi, Zaire -  the crooks steal the resources - and to this day the Whites - allow people to fight each other - kill each other - destroy entire cultures - and steal the resources.

The blood diamonds that we know; that the rich folks wear around their sordid necks - and in other places - come from the blood and sweat of those that work for the corrupt as slaves - for little or no pay. Much of work done by children - child labor that we abhor in the United States and in some so called civilized countries.

Today in America we think we need no Farm Workers - but; ask the Americans to bend down for hours and pick - lettuce, strawberries, asparagus and so on - and on one wants to do such type of back breaking - jobs.

Mexico unlike the early and late 1960s and before - had a growing population - a woman on the average having 6 or 7 children.

As the years went by - these young men and women sought opportunity to come to the United States and move to places to make a living.

No more. Today in Mexico the women in the cities bear one or two children - and in the country side - may be three. And there is work in Mexico - because of trade agreements with Canada and the United States and other countries.

Here is something most Americans have no clue about. Say if any equipment is manufactured in China - and imported to the United States - we get less than 4% - of that benefit goes to the United States.

The Economists who are fast asleep - will tell you better - and paint a worse picture.

If say a computer or some other equipment is manufactured in Mexico and brought in to the United States - we in the United States get 40 percent of the income - because of our trade agreements.

It is our trade agreements, the changing demographics - the progress made in Mexico and Canada and many other countries - that have changed the immigration game.

Those immigrants - that are here now - with proper documentation - must be allowed to stay.

More those born here and for sure those that are educated here.

There is truly only ONE entity - that can say who stays and who goes away from Turtle Island - from day one.

The First People - the indigenous people - have that God given authority.

For sure the Whites are low on the totem pole - with all the greed and evil they have introduced all over the world.

Now; any way you look at it - it is about education and skills that counts - that are found more in Korea, India, China, and in countries that want to send their citizens to learn - and then have a good - life. Often most returning back home - and we have the empirical data that favors this trend. The immigration authorities know this - but they do not have a sustainable plan to address the making of the laws - that benefit all immigrants.

Can anyone be proud of the education we purport to have in our middle and high schools in the United States? 

Are we proud of our education in the colleges and universities? 

What is happening to us? Where are our Congress persons and Senators on education - most of them being - buffoons themselves?

We have had no "balanced budget". We love to go to war and waste trillions. Who the hell are we to invade - sovereign countries - be it Iraq (where are the Weapons of Mass Destruction?) and why have we not jailed George W. Bush Jr. and his minions?

Our Nation must first acknowledge that this land belongs to the First People.

Our Nation must compensate those that it has adversely impacted the Blacks and the First People. Make no bones about that.

We do not need Whites coming in on any quota system - those that have come in - have already done too much damage.

We need to open our doors - more towards those that favor the First People.

More towards those that the indigenous people - embrace. For sure NOT the Whites.

There are tons of studies - that the Anthropologists and the Sociologist - the Economists and those that know better - have garnered and we have the Empirical Data - that gives clarity to the blatant discrimination - minorities - have endured in the past.

Blatant discrimination meted out to the minorities - and the other funny names the "strangers" - designate to the minorities.

Not that the First People did not call them - Palefaces -  " Fork Tongued" - and other names - too.

The mostly White Congress and the Senate - have taken our Nation down the wrong path - when it comes to immigration.

Pretending that they own the land and govern the land - all of the land - when they stole it - in the first place. 

Thieves the world over - are not respected - and you see this behavior when you watch the pot belly men - most old white hags - in Congress and the Senate - purporting to know something - when they know - nothing much.

The White men and women must understand - that for thousands of years before the "strangers" came to Turtle Island - mistaking it for "India" - the Iroquois and other First People Nations - the Six Nations - practiced - genuine Democracy.

The Founding Fathers invited the First People to the White House.

The Founding Fathers incorporated a lot of what they learned from the Six Nations - into the Constitution that we know today.

This land belong to the First Nations - it is a shame that the United States government today - using the Department of Interior - put down the First Nation - and continues to steal the resources and treats the First People - with disdain.

The Federal Recognition laws - that the Department of Interior exercises is Primitive - if your belong to the First People - you must have Premium Rights - not rights bestowed by the corrupt - the strangers - some good for nothing - jerks.

The many new innovative business we see today - say in the Silicon Valley are start up and progressive companies created by folks from India, China, and other countries that are not White.

Little credit is given these companies and those that used their skills to make good things - happen.

The White folks - much like the Zionists - want it all on a platter - after some one else has worked hard.

TESTIMONY AT CITY HALL BY FACULTY AND STUDENTS FROM SAN FRANCISCO CITY COLLEGE - SANS SF CITY COLLEGE TRUSTEES.

There was a lot of testimony at the hearing called for by Supervisor Eric Mar - some of the faculty were present  from San Francisco City College; and of course the students.

Missing for sure and many surprised; but not totally surprised - the San Francisco City College Board of Trustees.
<p>
You would have thought these good for nothing scum bags - would come and speak to the truth -  but; they were no where to be found and seen.
<p>
San Francisco City College is going through some very rough times. That is putting it mildly. The SF City College Board of Trustees - have failed miserably - and the students as usual are the victims.
<p>
One faculty member teaching Arts - spoke about the many adverse impacts that would follow - when a student would not be able to repeat an "Art Class" for example. There are mandatory rules and regulation that prohibit the students from repeating some classes.
<p>
No through evaluation has been done regarding this latest ploy and no one seems to give a damn about the student - and her or his education.
<p>
On the surface this situation seem easy to understand - but, not when the "class" is a basic requirement. Some one has made a decision not to permit student to "repeat" a class - all you get is one time to pass it. Who could these fools be? 
<p>
Further; mostly the minority students - who happen to be poor - and it so happens they also happen to be working two, three - and I was very surprised four jobs.
<p>
Of course those working are working temporary jobs - you get no benefits - and if you make one single mistake - you get shafted.
<p>
The stress is unbearable - but that is the case with most students and they trying their best to survive. But, if no one cares - truly; no one would be bothered about the students per se - to some they are just statistics - to be used - and thrown away - like a dirty, rag.
<p>
The students want to educate themselves - but while they are doing it - they are stressing, themselves to the limit. And as with any other job or project - the more stress there is - the end result will not be encouraging - where the the environment is hostile - progress in on the low end.
<p>
So; whoever the idiots that thought this was a nice way of keep the classes under control - and save some little money - has put the cart before the horse.
<p>
True educators do not believe in this fashion - they would not in the private colleges and universities - those deans, those faulty members work with the students and the student unions - and the end result - is some holistic approach to most issues that need - to be solved. Not so at San Francisco City College - there are few opportunities to adjudicate and less to have a meaningful - dialog.
<p>
This devious method is a good way of keeping those who need help - those that should not be kept apart - those that should be encouraged to learn and educate themselves.
<p>
Some folks with intent are keeping the students down - doing all in their power not to encourage and foster upward mobility.
<p>
The devil always has to have his way. And in this case it comes from the top - mostly people who do not have the best interests of the students. Add to this mix corruption and greed and you have the perfect storm - and as usual got in the middle of this tsunami - the students who want to get an education.
<p>
A counselor from San Francisco City College -  spoke about how the many other counselors have been laid off.
<p>
She is the only one - that has a permanent status - and so she has to work hard - just to keep up - and she does not mind doing the work - because if she does not the students will suffer. Some grant given to SF City College keeps her working - so she said.
<p>
Student after student spoke about San Francisco City College and how City College has helped them. But, now most of them; just when they need San Francisco City College most - find that they are in peril - they find themselves fighting to survive, fighting to get a good education - thrown to wind.
<p>
I know this first hand - from the many students and graduates I have known - over the last forty years. This is the first time so many students that want to learn - find the cannot - and the opportunities are few. The economy is hard on them - and we must not let the students down - not those that have an aptitude to learn and succeed in life.
<p>
So, now Supervisor Eric Mar wants to use Proposition A that was passed by the voters of San Francisco - and infuse some real money into SF City College.
<p>
I doubt there is the backing to do this - but, someone has to begin - somewhere.
<p>
You will get NO backing from say Supervisor Malia Cohen and less from Supervisor Jane Kim. This two are like some sordid wall paper - they want attention - attention to themselves - are are shallow and spineless.
<p>
These two will have nothing much to say - they are NOT for the students and surely they had it good; when they were young and went to college.
<p>
 Never mind - how they used their student loans and other grants - to whore their way up - to where they are now.

Pandering and doing nothing much for the constituents, the tax payers - and for sure NOT the college - students - as I said.

You cannot get anything holistic when it comes to Supervisor Scott Wiener.
<p>
Scott Wiener is a loser. The same holds good for the other Supervisors - when it comes to our single mothers, our youth, our students who go to high school and to college. These jerks - sit on the fence and see - which side is green.

I was at a meeting recently and this City of San Francisco employee was openly touting that SF City College - would conduct classes and fulfill the aspirations of those interns - at City College - linked to construction, carpentry, plumping and so on and so forth. Wrong?
<p>
There is no money to conduct such classes.
<p>
At the Southeast Commission Facility at 1800 Oakdale in the Bayview Hunters Point - the Bill Gates Foundation - decided to give the youth and the community an opportunity - to educate the youth. The foundation provided state of the art - computers. This is a off site City College location - that is going to the dogs.
<p>
That program lasted two semesters and it was moved to the Oceanside Campus and was put in the lap of Ingrid Gonzalves.
<p>
We have leaders in the Bayview Hunter Point and other loud mouths just talking and singing the blues. Who permitted this program to go away?
<p>
No one worth the salt is questioning - why was this major project to help our students moved away - in a - clandestine manner?
<p>
The classes held at the Southeast, the Evan Campus also in the Bayview, classes held in the Mission District - classes held in China Town - are all impacted - because of funding and there is poor leadership - coming from the San Francisco City College - Trustees - who are NOT in touch with reality.
<p>
The poor students attending these institutions such at San Francisco City College -  at one time; not long ago - the students got a sound educated - worked hard and contributed to Society.
<p>
At one time many classes were held Downtown where everyone who could go to these satellite college affiliated to San Francisco City College - and did well.
<p>
More the City College classes held Downtown. Most of these classes now have corporate influence - and they are packed as soon as they are announced - but not for those that need it and for sure not those that - are poor.
<p>
So, what really is happening to San Francisco City College?

What is happening to the accreditation - that was once held in high esteem -  that has now has fallen into a sordid - cesspool.
<p>
A cesspool of someone's creation - could it be the SF City College Board of Trustees - have lost their mind?
<p>
Some one must do something quickly - but not without consulting the students.
<p>
The students must be at the table - and the community at large must be informed - about the shenanigans, the ploys and machinations - taking places at all levels at San Francisco City College - that have been going on for many, years.

San Francisco City Hall is no better - there is no leadership - the hearing is just the beginning - let the fire works - begin.

THE MESS AT SAN FRANCISCO CITY COLLEGE - WHERE SOME OF THE MEMBERS ON THE SFCC BOARD OF TRUSTEES - HAVE SOLD OUT THE STUDENTS AND THEIR ASPIRATIONS.

San Francisco City College once had the distinction - offering thousands of San Francisco; tax payers - adults and the youth - an opportunity to learn - educate themselves - and contribute to Society.

Most everyone in San Francisco and the neighboring cities in the Bay Area admires San Francisco City College. We know that and we must do everything in our power to maintain that - standard and ambience.

In past years - we all remember the times and days; when those that were on the San Francisco City College Board of Trustees took the lead - and worked very hard with the students to take them to a better - place.

Then came through blatant corruption and uncalled for poor leadership - in recent years; more in the last 7 years.

People in high places at City College - who with intent wasted and stole money - and played the students who go to San Francisco City College - to get a sound education.

Enough is enough - and San Francisco does have the patience and may I add the compassion - but some of those that chose to represent the best interests of the students at City College; have not - and the time has come for them to - choose another path - and stay away from imparting shallow education; trying to be fake leaders.

Some of you want to do something vague and in doing so; you have failed - miserably.

What we see is not good - and we cannot permit this cancer to linger - spread and destroy. Those of you who are unfit - must bid adieu. Do it quietly and do it quickly.

Especially those that have been there for over 15 years or more - time for you to go away - and fade away into oblivion.

All you do is talk the talk and fail to walk the walk. Pander to the corrupt and think - you can fool all the people all the time.

This is another day and in this digital world - those of you on the San Francisco City College Board  - that are antiques - Smithsonian - and so very awkward, nonchalant, and what is more - stale and smell bad. You do more harm than good - so please; please - fade away.

We need new blood, and with new blood - dynamic ideas that will spur us to keep up with what is going on in the world.

Our students are the best ever - but, you cannot treat them like cattle. As human beings our student from San Francisco, the Bay Area, the world over - can and should succeed. You who must care; must not impair - their success and fail to give them the best education.

You in authority let your guard down, waste money, and through poor leadership - lacking accountability and transparency - adversely impacted; thousands of students. Innocent students - who you in power - must now repay and make amends.

You can stick around and change your lives and your sordid way of thinking - or plain - just go away.

There are three of you that are not needed - all you do - is warm that chair - and look forward to a pay check.

On no level have you three contributed to Society; the best interests of the students and their parents at large; less to the welfare and betterment of the genuine education of the  students at City College - who are our pride and we hurt to see them suffer  the pain in our pain and you on the SF City Board College - are nonchalant.

Wake up - this is another day, another time - a time to take action - and more to get rid of the chaff. We know who you are - you know who you are - you can make the move - and it will be best not to move you all - out of the way.

The recent protests revealed a lot - and the time has come to put those that purport to lead SF City College - on the Board and at other levels - put them to a test.

You must find a viable and sustainable solution - and put San Francisco City College - back on the best viable and sustainable  track.

Good leaders know the way, show the way, and go the way.

This includes drastic changes at  the various satellite colleges at Evans by Third Street in the Bayview, at the Southeast Facility in the Bayview, in China Town, in the Mission, and the other small facilities - where those faculty and others  like the Printing Press,  that worked hard and do right - have been - wronged.

You need to get rid of scum bags like Veronica Hunnicutt.

Any one that has stolen money - had illicit relations with the students.

Over the years been a arm-chair critic and not contributed to the progress of San Francisco's once worthwhile and admired City College - must take a hike.

The long drawn out SF City College Board meetings are just that - a waste of time.

The agenda must be short and to the point. We have work to do and not hours and hours to waste - talking in circles - and all the time adversely, impacting the students at large at SF City College.

I know the students and I know most of the SF City College Board - too well for words.

 I look for actions - and all the time for the best welfare of the students at large. The parents and sponsors spend money on the students that they may make them proud - and get a sound education - not be used as - pawns.

The students must be treated fairly - and the students themselves must be at the table - so that the student with guidance, love and genuine support - can turn the current mess that has been going on - into something - very positive.

We must remember that over the years thousands of students from City College have gone to better and higher positions. Contribute to this City of San Francisco, this Nation the United States, and the world.

Those students, the many alumni - are proud of the professors and the other staff at SF City College that have impacted their lives for the best. They tell me this all the time.

Shanell Williams has gone out of her way to do good things.

I worked with her early in her life - teaching her a few things that have stood her in good stead.

Shanell Williams and the other student leaders - must be protected, nurtured, encouraged, listened to with reservations; guided with good intentions - to take the student leaders, the students in general, the many general staff at SF City College - the supporters and the faculty to a better - place.

Some of the SF City Board members are antiquated, Smithsonian, they want to do something and linger just to get their pay check - but that type of thinking and acting is not conducive in today's fast, ever changing, progressive world.

There is a lot of information out there - and only those with the ability to discern, pick out the best information, and put it to use - can bring about change. The change is genuine - education.

I do not see in the SF City College Board astute members who can think with the students and yet show leadership where the student admire the Board members and want to work with them - diligently. There is something missing - and some drastic change is required - to empower all - so that in unity - a change can be brought as partners - stakeholders who have most things in common.

We do not want to see people at loggerhead - confrontation for confrontation sake - no one bring forth sound ideas and concept that benefit all. No one have a holistic view, no infusion of concepts in keeping with our digital age - away with the old, stale, antiquated that does not work.

It is the same at the college with those at the top - who want their salaries - but when it comes to a sound curricula, the size of the classes, the quality of the amenities, the total and sound care of the students - are lagging behind; have nothing substantial to offer.

We must remember at all times that we must cater to the best interests of the students, our purpose is education of the highers caliber - the students are not machines.

Stop the many shenanigans, ploys and machinations - enough is enough. The students have the power and have shown it - and as the months go by - we the tax payers will be watching the deliberations, the meaningful dialog that is required; and the unity to move along the education path of success.

Each entity in syn working hard to fulfill what is best in the interests of everyone.

Many of these students have to deal with serious issues at home. Many have to work one job, some two - and I know many who work three jobs - just to attend college, live and survive.

You do not want the college students to be exposed to a dysfunctional situation - and what prevails at San Francisco City College today; is just that  - on every single level. Pathetic.

San Francisco City College Board members; those with no purpose - aged and stale with years of stagnation; in some doldrums that they cannot fathom; doing more harm than good - more some within the Faculty talking from both sides of their mouth.

I have heard this, witnessed this, and heard it from all quarters. No one in their right mind wants a scathing attack to be directed to those that do right with the best of intention.

For sure - when thing have got completely out of hand - the time is ripe - to rid of the chaff - and we know who they are - and those stale, spineless, and plain useless - must be noticed - and got rid off.

To the many San Francisco City College students I say - this is your time to show your true colors. You must learn to unite - preserve what is good and make it better. 

Work with those that can take you to a better place - women and men must work together. Think of your parents and your grand parents, think of things positive - and be proud that you are American and those of you who are not - be grateful that you enjoy what we Americans want to share.

The world is watching us - and the protests are good - they are a sign that you are alive and have some good blood circulation - your student leaders are courageous and we will protect them - because we are watching - like a hawk and we have the the empirical data - and that is more than I can say.

Lastly and this is my subjective opinion -t those of you that know me - have heard me say it again and again. You are fully aware you must feed your body right to feel good - work, play, love, pray, study, and do all the good things in life.

You also know that you must educate yourself and prepare yourself to leave a legacy - every woman, every man, every each one.

Your mind is powerful and can take you places - bring people together, cure people as doctors, build as engineers, brighten minds as educators - your get the drift.

Finally; my dear sisters and bothers all is for nought if do not feed our souls with the best this life has to offer.

When you are spiritually strong - then you are best at what you do.

Peace of mind and good health - take you a long way - and you then really - can bring the best possible change.

All the best you students of San Francisco City College - your journey may be a little difficult - but, rest sure in unity - you will arrive at your destination.

Leave a legacy that - most everyone one that cares - will remember and cherish - do not leave this Earth without leaving a worthwhile mark and sound - legacy.

THE UNSTABLE CHINESE ECONOMY AND THE FAKE FRONTS AND REVELATIONS OF GDP - GROWTH IN CHINA.

The Chinese economy is artificial in many senses - the most in the areas of economy growth and financial stability.

In the West we formulate and say  - if four consecutive quarters of below six percent growth - shows its ugly face - we could have a hard landing.

In China there is no transparency and for sure no accountability when it comes to hard numbers and for sure nothing the Chinese reveal as data - for the general public - can be trusted.

Yesterday, April 15, 2013 the Stock Market in the United States did not favor the Chinese economy - sending a signal that China and its growth is going through some upheaval - moving in the direction of a hard landing.

In Europe as well as in the Americas - our middle class has created a buffer - and often times - when the "hard landing" is predicted and happens - that middle class  - that has the clout - manages; to keep the economy afloat.

We have seen this in Portugal, Spain, Ireland, France, Italy, and to a lesser degree in Cyprus and Greece. But, all the same we have seen it play a part - complicated, convoluted - but all the same - a reality - the signs of the time.

China's corporate sector boasts 120% GDP which has been improving from the time period the early 2011 to 2012 - and this sector is now seeing some drastic upheaval - downward spiraling.

So called economists all over the world - cannot get a sound foothold on this running train - that is going to crash - in China.

Chinese banks could suddenly without any notice choose to freeze lending.

We saw this mentioned in a way - if one paid close attention to the 60 minutes report - recently - revealing that thousands of condominiums stand vacant for years - the so called Middle Class Chinese cannot afford to buy them.

Brand new cities with thousands of housing units are vacant - and shops with fake names and no business running - have awning painted with names like Gugi, Starbucks, Rolex, Fiat, and other fancy names - to create an illusion of sorts.

Millions of Chinese citizens - who have bought into the housing units and some of them very expensive - cannot pay their rents and premiums on time.

The Chinese government has stepped in - offering incentives to keep this falling economy - afloat. Propaganda offering incentives to other Nations and some American Corporations have fallen for the ploys and machinations.

There is a hidden economy  in China- the underground economy - known in the Western World as "shadow banking".

This non-bank credit now is flourishing and has grown so big that it is out of control. This hidden economy - could fail suddenly - and create yet another situation leading to pandemonium and even dire - riots.

Those of us monitoring the Chinese economy have noticed in recent years and more in the last two years for sure - insufficient public inventories to sustain the failing domestic growth in China.

All the vain talk that the Chinese economy was growing steadily an that it could sustain the population is now - hog wash. The economy was propped up - without any sound foundation - and most of all lacked a safety belt.

I have mentioned the glut in condominiums, other housing units - vacant for years - with no demand because the Chinese population that once could afford these housing units and the Chinese middle class - that could procure high end condominiums - cannot afford to take the risk - anymore.

The shadow banking that now has penetrated at all levels of the Chinese economy - is making headway - but much like a very fast train - without any breaks - heading for a collision - sooner not latter.

All over the world -  and more in the last two years - there has been no incentive to buy Chinese products.

More Chinese product that are - inferior and cheap - more so in the Western European countries and for sure here in the United States of America. 

In does not help that tainted food product - more product linked to dog and cat food - have created suspicion and distrusted among the millions of dog and cat lovers - who are one of kind - when it comes to buying products - and most these folks - simply shun the "made in China" - products and rightly so.

In China millions of workers - working in sweat chops - and millions more in "slave camps" - are now enduring heart wrenching - suffering. The Chinese government could not give a rat's ass.

The days of high corporate leverage - the wheeling and dealing with rogue financial institutions like J.P. Morgan Chase, Goldman Sachs and some others - have come to an end. The Hedge Funds game of  chance - has hit - bottom.

April 15, 2013 we saw - the first visible crisis on Wall Street - the tip of the iceberg; linked to the Chinese economy - and there is more to follow.

For sure much before September - we in the United States will witness a spiraling downfall - on Wall Street - that  has learnt - nothing much from the last major economy downfall - in the year 2008.

Our economy in the United States is in the doldrums.

Perhaps an economist like David Stockman - has been the best in predicting what will come about. 

he Federal Bank - which is a private bank - and does NOT have the best interest of the average person in America - is playing with lives and has in the past - when millions lost their hard earned income in the United States mostly - Seniors.

The Chinese spiraling economy will bring about large - very large bankruptcies - the like we have not seen before.

There are already many job losses in China - but this could increase - by fifty percent if not more.

The banks in China have stringent controls - and non-performing loans, high liquidity crunches, major bank crisis - including the total spiraling of the now prevailing "shadow banking" in China could show its very ugly face - and blow out.

This land we call America belongs to the First People.

Two things help us all Americans - the vast resources we have on the land that once belonged to the First People. Food and water we have been blessed by the Great Spirit. Turtle Island.

Our population is nearing 320 million in 2013 - the 2010 census tallied a figure close to 311 million.

We in America must stay away from the Chinese and their ill fated polices.

Depriving people of free speech and incarcerating and torturing those that do not abide by the Chinese dictatorial - mandates.

Here is San Francisco - we can do without the Chinese help - their tainted money and their so called expertise that is linked to corruption and blood money.

America must work hard, with our resources and our talented people.

We must pray to God and have faith - and hope in our own people and our own resources. We must stay away from the Zionists who have been planted in all the key places. They do not have the best interests of our Nation.

The people of America must come first - and time to send a message to Washington DC - the corrupt politicians and more the Zionists - who want to destroy - all that is good in America - better known as Turtle Island. Aho.

If anyone reads the law that has been passed in Colorado recently - that much is touted about - the law does more harm than good - linked to gun control.

Our First and Second  Amendment rights are stronger than ever today - than it has ever been before - in this Nation. 

here are over 320 million guns out there all over the United States. Most of the gun owners need their guns to defend themselves - and rightly so.

Our government is destroying the middle class - and now want to go touch our Social Security and our Medicare. The middle class is eroding and soon when the Economy Spirals into the cesspool - created by folks like Goldman Sachs and the Zionists who are given lee way to do as they please - pandemonium will reign. 

We need our guns to save guard ourselves - against anyone that will dare - come into our sanctum that is our home. You cross the line - you get what you deserve.

Our nation is a land of laws - not of dictators and politicians that are not educated on issues. We are a Republic and so far  - for hundreds of years - the time tested Constitution has worked - the best in the world. Our Second Amendment is precious - and if some one who is idiotic want to take that away - for sure - all hell will break and rightly so.

Those parents that allow their mentally ill children to play with guns - like the recent case - where a military style was used to kill some innocent children - is the fault of the parent.

More, a single White mother - and little has been said about this dysfunctional mother - whose former husband paid her thousands just to stay away from her and her dysfunctional behavior.

This mother even had a gift ready for Christmas - and the gift was yet another gun - for her "mentally challenged" son. A loner, a White mentally challenged boy - who had serious issues.

Some one who used his gun, many guns for that matter - in plain sight in his large home -  and a ton of ammunition - as if they were toys.

Anyone in their right mind know this - and those that use guns for the right purpose - do not agree that those "mentally challenged" should be permitted to use guns - in fact they should be kept far away from any weapon or tool that can cause bodily harm.

So now typical of a Democrat that has put a cart before the horse - the Mayor of New York - is using his billions - to spew diatribe - spread lies - and in fact use other Democrats to influence local, state, and national elections - which is wrong. Using "gun control" as a ploy - this will back fire.

The National Rifle Association has been in existence for the longest time ever. Since the mid 1800s and it has many, millions of members.

The Democrats have never had a blue print about the use of guns.
Not one that has been vetted and accepted - the Democrats sit on the fence and jump on that side that is green. They cannot articulate anything - accept whisper and fill their campaign - coffers. Leading the thugs of politicians Nancy Pelosi and Diane Feinstein and both happen to be from California.

 Again and again in the past - some Democrats who have been members of the National Rifle Association (NRA) - have opposed the government trying to interfere with our Second Amendment Rights. Ask Harry Reid what is thinks about guns - he may sing the blues for a moment - and the guy for years - backed the National Rifle Association and right so.

The Democrats will fail in this attempt to bring any pressure against the NRA and the plan will back fire.

Already, in a show of hands - in the past three months millions of guns have been bought - and with that tons of ammunition stocked - by not only by decent folks who own guns for legitimate purposes - but also those that have no business owning guns.

That is what happens when some idiots with thinking challenge the system.

It is a JOKE when this debate is taken on the many television stations - and the host of the shows - knowing little; less educated on issues - have no idea about semi-automatic weapons, other weapons - proceed to talk as if they know it all.

One British host - keeps pounding and uttering statements that make no sense. Britain is Britain and the United States is the United States - and here in America so far - our Second Amendment rights are top on our priority list.

Make no bones about it.

Already in many States that are laws on the books - here in California too - but, there is NO funding to conduct the necessary checks to enforce the laws on the books.

For example here in California we have a long list on those that should not own guns - for one reason or another - be they felons or for some reason that they have been notified about.

Diane Fienstein know this and I suppose her side-kick an idiot Malia Cohen. So why don't these two idiots - fork up the money - so that the State can conduct the necessary process and enforce the law?

The mentally challenged should stay away from all weapons - but our Nation being what it is - cannot enforce this law to the extent that each and every person is monitored. This is simply not possible.

So we have many goof balls running around. We have more in San Francisco - and we have incidents - where those branding a knife have been shot by the San Francisco Police Department. In some cases the SF Police Department has doled out thousands - for killing those that are mentally challenged.

Reading the history of our Nation - in our fair Nation over the years - millions were killed - more in our Nation's Civil war .

Millions were killed by guns in all sorts of situation going back to 1776 and over the years - many laws were passed and fine tuned to meet the needs of the constituents of this great, and fair Nation.

In the past many primitive guns - that left large holes and people died more from excessive bleeding - it is all recorded for those that are not educated on issues. Today's gun kill you in an instant - guns are not toys - they have a purpose.

Our Nation sells guns, other weapons to many countries - our NATION  - strives on selling guns. You must find out - who the purveyors of gun selling are? It will boggle your mind!

From President Abraham Lincoln to President John F. Kennedy - and others important and not so important - many, have been shot and killed - by maniacs.

We have them on the streets and elsewhere today - and we will have them as long as our Society does not "do" - and does to take stringent measures - to deal with the maniacs.

They kill people by NOT - representing.

Raking in the millions and some of them are so afraid of their evil deeds - they pay for protection - round the clock. For themselves and their - ilk.

For hundreds of years - ordinary people have joined the National Rifle Association  and for hundreds of years - the NRA taught in schools and at gun clubs - how to use a gun - for hunting, for defending oneself - and for those that needed to know anything about a gun and its proper - use.

In the inner city we have violence because of lack of opportunities. We have issues in the Bayview Hunters Point because of corrupt folks like Malia Cohen.

She has NO clue what is happening - and the BLOOD of our children - is upon her and all those that back her up.

Recently for a photo opportunity she had the Chief of Police - Gregory Suhr and a person who was spewing diatribe talking about Union Square, and the Redevelopment Agency that does not exists anymore - a person who must be audited for mismanagement - Thomas is his first name.

Malia Cohen - chose to give this Thomas a commendation. 

So what about a commendation to the one sister and the many brothers - all Black and one Samoan - why did they not each of them - get a commendation.

The authorities who have their office at 150 Executive Park - the two crooks at the top must be investigated. 

This Thomas guy who is not from the community - and not respected by the community - has divided the community.

A case in point a Black brother one of the best on any level - left the organization recently in disgust - and there is more to come. Time is on the side of the decent and those that stand for the truth.

The District 10 Supervisor - Malia Cohen is a JOKE.

She now lives in the Potrero Hill area - but for months after she election as the District 10 Supervisor - she lived in District 9 even though she was the Supervisor of District 10.

This is the same shallow, inept, spineless - corrupt Black woman - that no one knows why she chose to represent District 10 - when all she is a chronic - sellout. A house negro.

The Community Response Network must be totally revamped.

I know the Brothers in that organization that matter - and those others; that tow the line.

I was there from day one and I have been following the many issues - may detrimental to the Brothers and sisters who put their lives on the line.

When it comes to a commendation - a measly commendation from a Supervisor such as Malia Cohen - she wants a photo opportunity - and did not want to acknowledge more in action and from the heart - share something worthwhile - with those that are at ground zero and work hard.

The laws of the land must protect all and if one needs to protect oneself - than in America - no one has any right to tell any decent American citizen - what to do and what not to do.
