MALIA COHEN THE DISTRICT 10 SUPERVISOR AND BLATANT CORRUPTION IN THE SOUTHEAST SECTOR.

There could not have been a worse malady to befall District 10 - then the fake election of Malia Cohen.


Since being in office - she has done nothing - but rake in the money and filled her own coffers. Pandered to the MACHINE.


Recently, she stood for election to the SF Democratic County Central Committee and won. Only the most corrupt could win an election to this body - where as far as "true representation" is concerned - Malia Cohen has shown - little - and tarnished the name of District 10.


Ever since she has been in office - she has been selling out the community - left, right and center. She says all the right things - but does not take a stand - for the community at all.


Poor folks in Public Housing are suffering - and hundreds have been evicted.


Most of them Blacks - and Malia Cohen - will have nothing to do, less to offer in terms of succor - this Black woman is pathetic to say the least.


The best time she has and you can see her grinning - that wide grin of a kind - it when you mention LGBT - and when she is in some parade - it is fluff like that that inspires her - to come out of the closet and reveal her fake glow.


She is quick to lend her name where she can make money - and soon this route she has chosen - will take her over the precipice and into the "cesspool" of her own making.


Many young men have died - as a result of shooting and killings in the Bayview, in the Visitation Valley, all over District 10.


Instead of walking the streets and meeting with the community - Malia Cohen - coward that she is - has been prodding the SF Police Department to send extra Police Patrols - to create hostility in the community.


Some of us  really know what Community Policing which is lacking in District 10. When the community is intimidated what entails from such artificial actions - is hostility.


Community Policing can be attain only by trust and focused meeting when Law Enforcement and the community has a common stake - the welfare of all concerned. Malia Cohen has divided the community.


Of course fake, artificial, superficial Malia Cohen would not know that - she is NOT from the community.


Her ties lie with folks that are greedy, seek political power - in short Malia Cohen is a panderer.


Malia Cohen now makes her abode in the Potrero Hills - where she never lived before entering her race for District 10 Supervisor.  Despicable; Malia favors the cushion of larger LGBT community - where she can pussyfoot around.


Such are the times we live in - where folks pretend to be one thing - and favor a mind set that is perverted and consequently the actions - are flawed.


We learned this in the Army - and the lesson learned as far as I am concerned bear testimony. I watch for the deeds not the vain - talk. Malia Cohen is as fake and artificial as anyone can be.


Businesses on Third Street are hurting.


Malia Cohen cannot take a walk by herself on Third Street - all she does is criticize the community - from afar.


What decent person would change the zoning affecting 26 Blocks around Cargo Way in the Bayview without one single meeting with the community?


Not even informing the SF Port Authority that will be adversely impacted? 


What decent person - would think it prudent to place a Wellness Center at Third and Cargo Way - one of the most contaminated places in San Francisco?


Using our children as pawns - this act is despicable.


Malia Cohen has lost her mind - and her mind set - her mentality mainly focuses on herself.


When she speaks it is in circles. The mostly her diatribe is utter nonsense - sometimes - just hot air.


The woman cannot articulate - because she is not educated on issues - she is a panderer.


Panderers are mostly chronic liars. In deep there is a scar that has marred them - and they live in a make belief world - one day soon - this world will - crumble - the bubble will burst - and the panderer will be the worse for it.


If you look at crime and mostly Class One crimes - District 10 has the most.


If you look at foreclosure rates - it is the same - thousands of homes - under water.


If you look at education - the plight of the youth could not be worse - in District 10.


There is not one High School in District 10. Students have to travel long distances - often crossing - "gang turfs" - and putting their lives in danger. What is Malia Cohen doing?  Nothing.


If you look at Quality of Life issues - District 10 is contaminated, polluted, marred by abuses and lack of enforcement from all the Regulatory Agencies.


Recently at the end of Palou Street by Hawes and Griffith - for years the people were suffering from contamination.


God alone knows how many innocent people - mostly children and our Elders suffered.


No one - not the manager who was called, no one cared about the suffering - brought about by the worst contamination. Least of all the SF Housing Authority and its Director Alvarez.


I was approached by Espanola Jackson - and once I got the location; the address I sent an email to Mayor Ed Lee, the Health Director Barbara Garcia, to Rajiv Bhatia who is on vacation, the Chief of Police, Gregory Suhr, to the Director SF Housing Authority who was on vacation, to others - only for the Director of Health Department to take action and bring some relief.


The action is on going - and has taken days - leading to a an understanding that something serious had to be dealt with - a long time before - I brought this incident and issue to the authorities.


What would Malia Cohen know? She is pussyfooting and the wrath of God will befall her.


Malia Cohen would not know of this incident and hundreds of other incidents - that I take care of - thanks to the connections I have in this City and County of San Francisco.


At Third and Palou there was a dire need for a bus stop. Seniors and single mothers standing and facing the inclement weather - with no bus stop. I had to approach Ed Reskin from the MTA and get this job done. Collecting signatures in the rain - and making all the calls - where do you think Malia Cohen was on this one? Pussyfooting!


The youth in District 10 are fed up; about how Malia Cohen behaves. Haughty she think no end of herself.


Recently she went on a junket to Israel - with Scott Wiener and Carmen Chu. Her comments noted in one of the Blog that got her saying - she would have preferred taking the $6000 and going for vacation to the Bahamas. Yeh!


Malia Cohen - she is out of touch with reality - and loves fame and to be in the spot light. I saw her recently at the opening of the SF Public Utilities Commission - Building 525 Golden Gate - on the podium and not saying a thing. Hovering around like a poodle with fleas.


Malia Cohen saw me - and I looked at her - and she put her head down - not expecting to see me. That is what happens to liar, to those that are not stable with themselves - they are always leery of the facts - of themselves - they are patiently - fake.


I spoke to the Mayor Ed Lee - other dignitaries - gathered at the SFPUC even at 525 Golden Gate Avenue - and left.


You leave the panderers to hog and dabble with little things - that is why they are created - little people with little brains. Go figure.

THE FAMILY OF TILOTILO FAOA ADDRESS THE GOLDEN GATE BRIDGE DISTRICT - BOARD OF DIRECTORS.

The family of Tilotilo Faoa addressed the Golden Gate Bridge District today, Friday June 22, 2012 at the Golden Gate Bridge District - headquarters by the San Francisco - Toll Plaza.


This is perhaps; the first time in the history of the Golden Gate Bridge District's 75 years - that so many Polynesians gathered in that meeting room.


All with a sign of unity - also to send a very strong message to the more than twenty Board Members - who did not expect so many of us to be present.


We all met down stairs around 9:30 am and we had a prayer holding our hands in a large circle - we were over thirty five of us - with some children - that made all the - difference.


The Golden Gate Bridge District Board Members know me - and so they accommodated us all as best they could - in the packed space they had in the meeting room above. 


We could have all spoken at Public Comment - but we chose some key speakers - and we all did well - given the circumstances.


A pastor spoke, one of Tilotilo's brother spoke, his mother spoke - Patsy spoke - and I set the tone with the introduction - explaining some cultural nuances and the need for the Elders to speak .


The meeting room was fully packed - with many standing in the corridor.


The Security at the Golden Gate Bridge District - were kind to us - and those who witnessed this meeting - were impressed by our presence and the dignity we showed - in the given circumstances.


The Board Member promised the family that they would do all in their power - to help the family. 


The jurisdiction of the incident report taken by the California Highway Patrol - is the CHP - and so we must now determine - how through was their investigation - and when will they reveal to the family - that conclusion of their investigation.


The family wants - closure.


In a case like this where some clothing was found on the bridge - we know that the clothing belonged to Tilotilo - but we do not know for sure - beyond that what truly - happened.


As anyone may imagine - this is a case where a body has not been found - the missing person has not contacted anyone.


And so we wait - because the only  through closure to this case - lies in contacting the person - or in the worst case scenario - finding his body.


The family is united - and the family is holding tight -  and we have all done what is humanly possible - to spread the word and follow the process. 22 days have passed - and we wait for some sign for closure.


The San Francisco Police Department will assert what pressure they can.


I met Deputy Chief Cashman today at the meeting - who promised me his help. The jurisdiction of this case in not SF Police Department's but the California Highway Patrol - and there is only so much that SFPD can do.

TILOTILO FAOA - JUNE 22, 2012 - ATTEND THE MEETING OF THE GOLDEN GATE BRIDGE AUTHORITY - AND WE MUST DEMAND ANSWERS.

Tilotilo Faoa has been missing since June 2, 2012.


Some of us have made every attempt - humanly possible to get answers - each day has passed and we have had no genuine - closure.


In the given circumstances - as a family we need to stand together and this will happen on June 22, 2012 at 10 am.


We will gather on the San Francisco side of the Golden Gate Bridge and I am posting the link to the meeting.


The meeting starts at 10 am but it would be prudent to be there at 9 am so that by 9:30 we have our SPEAKER CARDS in and we express our sentiments.


In a case like this - first and foremost we must be very sensitive to the family.


That is why I have run the most important issues and happenings through the two main contacts that I work with - who in turn inform the family.


On Sunday I had a long talk with Chief Gregory Suhr - from the San Francisco Police Department. Chief Gregory Suhr has tried his best to help us - kept me informed and I have passed the details to the family.


June 19, 2012 I got an email from the President of the Golden Gate Bridge District - asking me who was helping me. Well ...?


The Polynesian Community is Spiritual and it is this factor that is critical at this juncture.


I am working very closely with Pastor Alex Toeaina, Tilotilo girl friend Gese Siaki - many of my long proven contacts - all of whom have bent backwards to seek - answers.

A REMINDER ABOUT THE DEMISE OF THE SF REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY AND RELATED ISSUES.

I was an ardent supporter - may be the only one in the fore-front that exposed the SF Redevelopment Agency for its many sordid deeds, blatant corruption, and its continued haughtiness of sorts.


The Redevelopment Agency was created by statute and was removed by statute all over California.


In the very first newsletter the California Governor published - on taking office - the Governor's office published by article. 


The article was about the blatant corruption of the SF Redevelopment Agency - and how I predicted its eminent - demise.


Many an email congratulated me - but the facts go beyond the congratulations accepted.


For the longest time ever - SF Redevelopment Agency - adversely impacted the poor and especially the Black community.


Sadly the Black community and more its fake, shallow, ignorant leaders the likes of Calvin Jones, Lola Whittle, Sophina Maxwell, Aurelious Walker, Willie L.Brown Jr., the Tabernacle Group, the many Poverty Pimp Pastors mostly Black, Dorris Vincent, Linda Richardson, Toye Moses, Willie B. Kennedy, Dwayne Jones, Tiffany Bohee - others too many to mention - still continue to seek redress from the contaminated well; of the SF Redevelopment Agency - now resurrected as the Successor of the SF Redevelopment Agency.


This time around we are monitoring each and every step; this good for nothing institution conducts - lying, deceiving, manipulating, and not providing the State of  California the correct documents - for review, auditing, and adjudication.


On another important note - we must learn to connect the dots.


The City Attorney Dennis Herrera once declared null and void - 33,000 signatures that we collected - our proposition was that SF Redevelopment Agency declared a large area as a Survey Area without any meaningful discussion, did not consult the community - and just like that declared the Survey Area - a Project Area.


The Hunters Point Naval Shipyard was included in this fake area, the Visitation Valley, and other areas as far as Sunnydale.


Let it be know to the public at large and the world that the Director of the Elections Department certified our signatures - 33,000 and we the people - have the certification and the valid documentation.


When it came time to submit our Ballot Measure to the voters - the City Attorney used a case from neighboring East Bay - to invalidate our signatures.


In course of time this case; from the East Bay - on which the City Attorney based his case - was thrown out.


The City Attorney purported that in order for our signatures - 33,000 to be valid we had to have had a map and detailed information - to inform those signing our petition - which we did - but to our chagrin the City Attorney - Dennis Herrera - denied us our rights. Time will tell.


From that moment on wards be it known to all concerned - I took on SF Redevelopment Agency and brought about its demise.


Governor Jerry Brown agrees with me and that is all that matters.


Be it that his side kick Gavin Newsom - better known in many circles at Mr. Dipstick - was in favor of SF Redevelopment and failed on this one. Imagine he is the Lieutenant Governor and NOT respected. Go figure!


Today the Successor to the SF Redevelopment Agency has been embraced by the SF Mayor's Office and will cause many problems. 


As much as our City says that it has no money - it continues to expand - the Mayor's Office trying every trick in its book - to support organizational changes, saying one thing and doing - another.


Right off the back I remember monies were expanded for some transitional positions at the Mayor's Office - and that was just that.


Now, suddenly the Mayor's Budget person - says there was a misunderstanding -  the Mayor's office has now accepted the "transitional positions, those salaries, those expenses - as part of the Mayor's Office Budget as permanent".


The Successor to the SF Redevelopment will come to haunt the City and County of San Francisco.


Even today - folks like Willie B. Kennedy are on the pay roll - the Successor's Agency paying over $90,000 plus for what?


LENNAR its ploys and machinations on Parcel A are a total failure. 


The Disposition and Development Agreements are in default - and the City is lucky no one with money is taking the City to Court.


The City WILL lose - with all the deep pocket mentality; the City Attorney and those that advise the Mayor -think - may favor the City.


The City Attorney must apologize for nullifying our 33,000 signatures. It is not too late.


The City Attorney got his KARMA when he lost his race - running for Mayor.


He thought he would go some where; but did not. Rose Pak can enlighten you more - on that episode and more.


Willie L. Brown Jr. the "thug" Mayor is busy making his calls - plotting how best to use the Sewer System Improvement Project; an over $6 Billion Project - to fill campaign coffers - while pandering to Primes that are outsiders - all saturated with utter - corruption.


In August - the Manager of the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission - and perhaps the only one who stood up to Willie L.Brown Jr. and won - ( Ed does not know something what I personally know) - will retire.


Ed Harrington must leave a legacy - the Southeast Sector has taken the brunt of the adverse impacts.


The so called leaders who are making decision are not from the community - it does not make the reality better - with crooks like Dwayne Jones continue running some outreach programs.


Dwayne's Communities Of Opportunity failed - the only one that profited from COO - was Gavin Newsom and Dwayne Jones. This was a $40 million failed project. The Main Media covered the corruption - complete with names, locations, and events.


Now; Dwayne Jones -  has sneaked in through the back door - partnering with AECOM an outsider that does not have the better of our community.


Holding classes using Young Communities Development - that has no clue; less empirical data about the Sewer System Improvement Project and less about the history of the Bayview Hunters Point.


Young Interns are given watered down information - false hopes - and that has been the pattern of these folks - that make promises - but cannot fulfill their obligations.


The interns must be diverse and the Interns must be exposed to the community leader who speak the truth. Do not go behind our backs - faking it and massaging some - false information. It will back fire - badly.


If I name - names they feel hurt - but, no one should be able to conduct such sordid activities - underhand using - entities and tools that do not serve the community, have no standards - and cannot hold their ground. I am watching like a hawk.


SF Redevelopment left a trail of sorrow, tribulation, and brought the death of hundreds of Black families - sent to live in Single Occupancy Residential Hotels - who then became prone to drinking alcohol, shooting heroin - destroying many Middle Class Black Families.


No one wants to read the Unfinished Agenda.


No one wants to speak about the plight of those Blacks that were innocent, deprived of their homes, cheated of their income - things done comparable - to slavery.


Mayor Lee should read "Unfinished Agenda" to the Black Sell Outs.


More because that document came to be when Ed Lee was the Director of the Human Rights Commission.


Much water has flowed - but nothing has happened.


There are those that talk the talk -  few that can walk the walk.


You have to be spiritual to do right. The devil does  NOT do right. 


You can have all the money - but if you have no soul - you will rot for the rest of your life.


You cannot use anyone with sordid actions, bluffing, cheating, deceiving, faking.


Some of us can see through you all. Pathetic fools who fall for ploys and machinations.


You must know history, you must be educated on issues, you must learn to discern - you cannot if you have no methodology - no sound Blue Print - no track record - no true community support - nothing, worth the salt.


The demise of SF Redevelopment was given to us on a platter - by God.


Remember Lennar spent $10 million on Proposition G - we the community spent $5000 - who won?


"No good will ever happen on Parcel A."


Kofi Bonner can give another three check of $7.3 million - it means nothing - LENNAR is doomed - doom from the day it came in the community and tried to buy it way in.


I challenge Kofi Bonner to a public debate - that weasel of a person.


Once there stood two hills - with the Sacred Remains of the Ohlone. The U.S. Navy destroyed the hills and scattered the remains of the First People - the Ohlone.


This desecration cries to heaven for justice.


Only Parcel A has been conveyed for nothing to the City - who is turn gave it to some corrupt entity - we named Lennar a Rogue Developer.  " No good will ever happen at Parcel A on Hunters Point"


Let it be know that the others parcels B,C,D,E, F, G, UC and so on all come under the jurisdiction of the U.S. Navy.


The U.S. must clean the entire area to the "highest standards" according to Proposition P - passed by 87% of the voters of San Francisco in the year 2000.


The above is a mandate - if you do not do it - you will see fireworks that you have not seen before - in Court.


This is no time to pamper folks - bestowing certificates and partying around like fools.


The BLOOD of our Elders, our children - cry for justice when a large area was bombard by Asbestos friables - the City and County of San Francisco - must conduct a sound investigation.


Paradoxically, our City has no Toxicologist. We hire some one from UC San Francisco - who will not bite the hand that feeds him.


I am watching you all - with God on my side - and I do not fear those that do the devil's work - smiling on your face and stabbing you in the back.


I represent the Muwekma Ohlone - this is our land - and what I say and speak is the TRUTH.


The  Great Spirit who sees all - and who guides me - has shown me the evil ways of those that purport and say that they will do right - but unfailing do wrong.

SUTTER HOSPITALS NOT INTO CARING BUT INTO PANDERING AND BLATANT GREED.

The SUTTER hospital groups are the most despicable; when it comes to offering the least charity care.


Check the empirical data on this issue and you will be shocked.


Frankly speaking Crooks Prostituting Medical Care - that is what CPMC stands for.


At the core of any hospital are our nurses.


For God sake - why do we have to bend backwards to listen to the crooks who now are in charge of telling us what we must agree to and what is good for us.


What is very good of us - in the first place is respecting the nurses.


Once you get that fixed - with the nurses getting "transfer rights" - full benefits - and what is more respected - as the essential element in primary and secondary care giving - then we MAY talk with the Sorry Ass Sutter Group of Crooks the entity behind CPMC.


Right now California Pacific Medical Center CPMC) - has serious issues with the Stationary Engineers, the Registered Nurses, discriminating against the Nurses from abroad, and a whole series of serious defiant moves - importing nurses from the South and shuning  and taunting good nurses; who have worked for years.


San Franciscans will rally behind our NURSES and NOT favor the Sutter Group - let alone permit the Sutter Group - to shove stuff - down our throats. Believe you me.


With drab benefits about offering 40 new jobs a year and 200 over a 5 year period - Sutter Hospital Group - thinks it can take us San Franciscans for a ride - and this will NOT happen.


Every time Sutter Group of Crooks gives a presentation - it is full of LIES. Those negotiating with the SUTTER GROUP - go back to the table and this time you must have the NURSES at the table.


The Sutter Group in the past did not care about seismic issues.


Now, suddenly the Sutter Group is lying.


I know this because I started addressing seismic issues over 2o years ago - a little before the 1989  earth quake and seriously after the 1989 Earth Quake.


 These Sutter Group Crooks - are LIARS of the first order.


In Marin County, at San Leandro, at Saint Luke's in the Mission - the Sutter Group that controls the Sutter Hospitals - has been raping the institutions that it has taken over.


Who does the Sutter Group of Crooks - think they are kidding?


Our SF Board of Supervisors are inept and dumb that is a given.


In the case of  Lennar - Lennar got the land for free.


If Lennar panders with a $7.3 million fake benefit - ask Lennar how much it paid for the land on Parcel A? Ask Lennar why it has defaulted on all of its Disposition and Development Agreements - DDA.


As for the Sutter Group - it fleeces the State, the Federal entities and works with Insurance Companies to rake in the millions. Charging the patients the highest amount and giving them the least amount of care.


The Sutter Group - wants to upgrade, build new hospitals - but does not want to deal with emergency care. So really what happens to emergency care? Every hospital must may sure that emergency care is factored in their services? More "charity care" - but the Sutter Group in utter defiance - wants to challenge us.


The Sutter Group does not want to deal with "Charity Care" at all - and we must fight for the poor, those that need help and those few that fall between the cracks - and depend on Charity Care.


Does our City and County of San Francisco - think it can get away with MURDER - in broad daylight?


Those in bed with the Sutter Group - better think twice.


This time around - we will take you to the cleaners. Believe you me.


The Sutter Group forces the Nurse in its system to work hard - long hours - and with fewer and fewer amenities. This nonsense must stop.


Rhonda Simmons must GO.


This woman opens her dirty mouth and shoves her foot - much like Malia Cohen - who has no clue what she is talking about. " Come on let us rumble" - What do you have to say - " Good Night". How unbecoming of anyone - on such an important issue - and health care at that.


How can we allow this woman - Rhonda Simmons - who has wasted millions to continue to float around.
She has nothing to show - and was hoodwinked by the Sutter Group - of course Rhonda Simmons has no clue about Project Labor Agreements and less about Work Force and Career Jobs.


Malia Cohen calling Rhonda Simmons  a Director -  when did that happen?  This woman Rhonda Simmons must go - she has failed with City Build. We must stop throwing money - in the cesspool.


Rhonda Simmons - has no clue about Project Labor Agreements and less about quality Work Force Training for Career Jobs.


Really speaking the Union must be into the Training and Work Force - NOT misfits like Rhonda and City Build and the other lack luster outfits - we find all over the place.


These so called Community Based Organizations are in for the money - with "thugs" like Dwayne Jones, and inept folks like Rhonda Simmons - none of whom are from San Francisco - preying - on San Franciscans.


Our City Department Heads must speak up - those that truly employ folks - stop this nonsense of band aiding - and wasting millions - when it comes to job training. 


San Franciscans want CAREER JOBS - if you can attain that - you are in. If not you are out. Get out of town - now.


The need for a sound hospital right now favors the Saint Luke's Hospital. District 10, 11, and 9 - needs Saint Luke's - much as Saint Luke's has performed well before - doing so much with so little.


The former "faith based" entity giving its best - before the Sutter Group came and bought them over and promised them the world.


Then came the devil - the despicable - " Sutter Group" - and all hell broke loose.


The site by Van Ness and Geary - on one side Franklin Street and the other side Van Ness - is the worst site anyone could have chosen. 


It is simply astonishing to hear "idiots" pander to CPMC - it is just a matter of time when CPMC will fall on its face.


CPMC is a disgrace to the human race - and should not be in the care giving business - it is a GREEDY out fit - with NO compassion and with intent does not want to have anything to do - with the poor and charity care.


I repeat; does not want to have anything with the poor and charity care. Such entities should stay away from San Francisco - I will take the lead on that.


No one worth the salt must have anything to do with CPMC - unless it changes its attitude and works with the Nurses, the hospital engineers, the various workers who are treated with disdain.


Anything; agreed upon must be in writing - and we know how to read the legalese - we know the crooks like LENNAR - studied the DDA on Parcel A - and have brought LENNAR - to their - knees.


I see folks like Michael Terriot from the Trades Council offer his two cents.


A man that will side with anyone that fills his coffers.


Manny Flores from Local 22 - who speaks from both sides of his mouth.


The man who did nothing when AIMCO fleeced the workers and denied paying RUBECORN from the Bayview - after completing the project.


Others, who do not know anything about our Union City and our UNION workers - we have had people die - shed their BLOOD - to maintain standards - and offer fair wages.


If the Sutter Group thinks it can drain millions like it did in Marin County and San Lorenco - to Sacramento its head quarters - forcing these hospitals to close down - when it comes to San Francisco - the Sutter Group will be in for a shock.


Lennar is a Rogue Developer - make no bones about it. They got the land for FREE.


They; LENNAR "with intent" bombarded the community and they adversely impacted our children and elders. We do not want Lennar in our community.


Much as the decent folks detests - CPMC.

When someone dear to the family goes missing - shock, sadness, numbness, despair - hits those that are most dear to the person - missing.


A young Samoan man who worked for the San Francisco Conservation Corps - has been missing since June 2, 2012.


There is a missing report filed by the California Highway Patrol - Number; 120 439 973. The name of the CHP Office - Bautista

The paradox is; that these numbers have no attendant on weekends. Do we care that if someone needs critical information - on weekends - what do we do? Is this fair in this digital age?

In this dire economic times - no one dares spend BILLIONS - unless they have an unending resource of funding.


A pipe line of money - ways to make quick money - that is California Pacific Medical Center - who should not be in the business of serving good, decent people.


This institution is one of the most despicable institution - that have come to San Francisco - lying, faking, creating ploys and machinations - shenanigans of every shade - most of them - crooked to the core.


A woman makes a statement that one out of every two women who delivered a baby in San Francisco - had the delivery in some hospital operated by California Pacific Medical Center.


YES, but not when the present California Pacific Medical Center (CPMC) was in charge. 


In fact CPMC should have heard the Bishop state clearly - how his Christian Faith Based organization - was enticed sell Saint Luke's by CPMC - only to disenfranchise the very people - Saint Luke's cared for many decades.


No one is really listening to the poor.


The poor and those that need help - like the mentally challenge are treated like dirt. Folks that once cared and love to go to Saint Luke's.


The many patients who went to Saint Luke's are so grateful for all the good things. That was much before CPMC came on the scene.


The present "thugs"  CPMC - came on the scene - with their phony presentations, lies and more lies - an entity that will create problems and has been creating problems - for many years - now.


CPMC own Hospital Engineers despise CPMC management and are on strike.


CPMC's nurses - are out there speaking their mind - and revealing to those that fall for CPMC lies and machinations - that they have to struggle - working so hard and getting little in return. Treated like dirt.


Our SF Board of Supervisors - have fallen for money - and really do not seem to have the ability to first discern, secondly adjudicate, thirdly serve the people.


Take for instance - that grinning Malia Cohen and her opening statement at the Friday, June 15, 2012 hearing in the chambers in Room 250 - " time to rumble" that is exactly what this woman said.


I really do not know what this dumb, inept, shallow woman is thinking - expect that she has been bought by CPMC - lock, stock, and barrel.


Malia initiate changes to over 26 Blocks in the Bayview to help another person - Nadine Burke - operate a Wellness Center - the ploy behind this sleek operation - CPMC and its gift of $4 million dollars.


The paradox this Wellness Center is being slated to be operated - at one of the most contaminated sites - Third and Cargo. Just visit the site - and see things for yourself.


All in the name of children - when Malia Cohen herself does not want to have children - and it not straight. She is as fake and as corny as they - come. Let us get that straight. She represents herself - and has no consideration for any of her constituents.


Malia Cohen is a sell out - and you thought we had it worse with Sophie Maxwell - this woman is a million times worse than Sophie -  a professional liar, a person who circumvents most situations - and what is important to note - a person who cannot be trusted.

Back to CPMC and it wild plans to build a brand new hospital; where once stood the Cathedral Hotel - let us see how they do it - and how many people and business they put out of business - on the Van Ness and Franklin corridors.


The entire Van Ness corridor had plans for Rapid Bus Transit - no one really knows how that will work.


CPMC pushed for its plans without any transparency and accountability. Buying people - left, right, and center.


Ninety percent of the folks that came to the CPMC meeting for the Special Land Use Meeting on Friday, June 15, 2012 - were paid to come.


The sellouts like Aurelious Walker, Linda Richardson, Girls 2000 - others who have no clue what they are talking about.


These were the same evil people who backed the Rogue Developer Lennar - on Parcel A at Hunter Point.


Where are their plans - after all these years? 


What is really happening to the land at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - the land still belongs to the U.S. Navy that polluted it. The land is a Superfund Site. Do folks like Malia Cohen and the dumb Supervisors - know anything much about a Superfund Site?


Does Barbara Garcia know anything about a Superfund Site? If so why does she act so nonchalant? She is the Director of the SF General Hospital and is backing CPMC.


CPMC is not the University of California San Francisco hospital chain. CPMC must not dare compare its sordid history with that of UC San Francisco - and at the June 15, 2012 presentation - it tried to put itself on that pedestal. NO.


Our SF Board of Supervisors - love to pass on Environmental Impact Studies, California Environmental  Quality Act documents, other fake analysis - with the SF Planning Department and Commission - pretending to stand for some standards - but pandering to money.


San Francisco has made a laughing stock of itself - when it come to our Planning and Pandering to Big Primes - devious folks like the Pacific Heights Mafia and the Zionists - who are behind all these machinations of a kind.


The Zionists are for the rich - and will not cater to those that need help and the poor.


Scott Wiener is another one of those - he will lie and not blink an eye. His time is coming - another one of those transplants - and has no clue about Quality of Life issues.


Barbara Garcia was there - and the SF Planning is now using a conduit of Lennar - participating in lying and spewing diatribe.


I will watch her like a hawk. We do not need - whores  acting like pimps - especially; when it comes to anything holistic - like our hospitals.


San Francisco in recent times is compromising its standards.


Our hospitals were mandated to be built according to new prescribed standards; and some needing seismic retrofit.


Years ago in 1996 - when Willie L. Brown Jr.was the Mayor - this weasel passed it on - to others - who had no clue - only for the current Mayor - to fulfill a mandate or face severe fines and Notice of Violation (NOV) - total closures of some of our hospitals - the SF General hospital falls into this category.


Time will tell.


Bottom line only a FOOL will trust CPMC.


Anyone that deems fit to rumble with Malia Cohen the fake, corrupt, politicians - it on the right path - to destruction - pathetic.
