HERE IN SAN FRANCISCO THE REPUBLIC BANK, SIGNATURE BANK IN NEW YORK, AND OF COURSE SILICON VALLEY BANK - THESE THREE BANKS FAILED US THE PEOPLE - THE MANAGERS GAMBLED WITH OUR MONEY.

Greg Becker appeared before the Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs - astute Senators, primarily women, did a great job - grilling the Managers of the Bank that went under - in this case, Silicon Valley Bank - here in California. He tried his best to cover up the corruption and failed - miserably.

Most of us have a very short memory and need to remember the spiraling of the economy in Thailand in 1997.

Greedy investors brought the Thai economy to its knees - with magnets like Soros - wheeling and dealing - with billions of dollars - devaluing the Bhat. Then buying the Bhat back and making a considerable profit.

Soros stated I am interested in making money and he did. 

To hell with empathy and caring for humanity and those that most need to be helped.

At that time, many thought the Financial Institutions in the United States were stable and that our economy could withstand most situations - linked to our economy.

Million of innocent had to deal with their mortgage-back securities - others lost thousands and millions - from their IRA and regular savings in the many banks that carried their saving and assets.

The 2007-2008 financial crisis was severe and had adverse impacts worldwide. 

People said it brought memories reminiscent of the Depression in 1929 - all because some greedy bankers took part in excessive risk-taking - much like the edge funds and the risk-taking involved today.

We know what happened with AIG, Lehman Brothers, and Bear Stearns when the U.S. Federal Bank refused to guarantee its loans to this large financial institution - who were gambling with our money.

Some of us must remember history repeats - and it did repeat in 2008.  And like a thief who shows up at night - in 2023 with the collapse of SV Bank, Republic Bank in San Francisco, and Signature in New York.

Signature Bank in New York followed with a similar downturn - and all over the United States - most people - were very concerned about the savings and investment in the many banks.

The Senate Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs questioned the heads of the banks - and we all became aware these Bank Managers or Directors - did not pay attention to Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC)  examiners and the advice they gave them about their sordid state of affairs in their respective banks.

These managers paid no attention to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) supervisory recommendation and, may I add, the U.S. Federal Bank - that years ago knew what was coming down the corrupt pipeline.

When thousands of customers get panicky and start pulling billions of dollars as they did here in San Francisco with Republic Bank - the adverse impacts are profound and many.

JP Morgan Chase and its head honcho Jamie Dimon said, "Our government invited us and others to step up, and we did."

Some of us remember how the Glass-Steagall legislation was revamped and adopted in 1933 - permitting financial institutions to address risk average, risk-taking, commingling commercial risk-averse, and several contemporary adverse impacts linked to edge funds.

We know that the most vulnerable are low-income folks who fall for predatory financial products - as happened in 2007-2008 with sub-prime loans.

In 2008 the Emergency Economic Stabilization Act pumping over $800 billion, failed to slow down the free fall of our economy.

Again and again, we see the U.S. Federal Bank turn a blind eye to the Managers of the large Financial Institutions and entities that must be held accountable - and this utter nonsense must stop - now.

Suffice it to say the firewalls created to maintain banking standards are all ignored.

Not so regarding the citizen or constituent - you miss one payment, and these banks are all over you. Forcing you to pay late fees - never once considering  - if there is a situation that puts the customer in a predicament - linked to illness, some dire straits - banks love people's money - and love to gamble with it. 

Here in San Francisco, we have Republican Bank that JP Mongan Chase and other banks - came to their rescue - even President Joes Biden, our President, was involved - in the rescue operations.

San Francisco has its Federal Reserve Bank - we know it has been interested in Climate Change - not so much in standards, serving those who invested in the banks, more poor people. The banks need to pay more attention to the FDIC supervisory recommendations.

On another matter very important for all the world to know the Office Of Personnel Management was hacked in November of 2013.

Four million - Federal workers lost money from their accounts, and many had their Security Clearance hacked to this day - we have no assessment of how serious this hacking adversely impacted - those who worked so hard and served our nation.

The Chinese attacker group is dubbed XI by the Congressional Office of Personnel Management breach. All these happened when President Barrack Hussein Obama was the President of the United States.

We all remember BRIC - stands for Brazil, Russia, India, and communist China.

Several attempts made in the past for the above-mentioned nations to have their own monetary system - have been put at rest by the World Bank, the U.S Federal Reserve Bank, and our Law Enforcement.

However, slowly but surely, the Republicans here in the United States who foster our sourcing - many of them billionaires - have been creating pandemonium at all levels - even when it comes to our " debt ceiling. "

Granted, when we plan to spend taxpayers' money - we must be leery and use taxpayers' money wisely as our Nation mandates responsibility and sound leadership. 

Again and again, Congress failed us miserably - today, the divisiveness has reached saturation point.

Gone are the days of bipartisanship where the poor and indigent - our Elders and Seniors are cared for.

We cannot call ourselves decent human beings when we disdain our infants, our children, our youth, our young adults, our Elders - those with compromised health - more the mentally and physically challenged.

We do this all the time with our " pork barrel " spending - crooked congresspersons and Senators - passing bills - to help the area they represent.

THE UNITED STATES HAS NO SOUND IMMIGRATION POLICY - TITLE 42 WAS USED AS A PLOY TO KEEP IMMIGRANTS AT BAY - TITLE 8 HAS BEEN AMENDED TO MAKE IMMIGRATION - CONFUSING..

Thousands of immigrants in dire straits - forced to endure - trials and tribulation. Added enforcement when it comes to documents - many fleeing hostile government - others have walked for months and weeks to see HOPE in the United States.

The United States, in the last 50 years, has failed to create a sound immigration policy.

The Statue of Liberty invites all to the United States - the U.S. Immigration Policy is so broken that the State Department has no clue what it is doing.

When the former egoistic maniac Donald Trump enforced Title 42 - a law mainly dealing with Health and Emergency - his main focus was to keep immigrants out - build a wall - and anyone who believes in borders and barbwire - is out of sync - and must have their heads examined.

Title 42 ended, and we now have the old Title 8 that was full of loopholes - and now has been made all the more difficult - amending Title 42 - forcing an immigrant to show that they were denied immigration statutes - by another nation.

Creating other hurdles - the immigrant is forced to fill out an application - the application is difficult to download - the immigrant - more those with children are slowly dying, and no one cares.

We pause and ask what Lady Liberty would say - today - and why has the United States - become so hostile?

The hundreds you -the United States - have signed - everyone you have broken, much like amending Title 8.

In San Francisco in the 1980s, some of us fought hard to make the City and County of San Francisco - a " Sanctuary City. "

At that time, we focused on the plight of those fleeing El Salvador - the cartels murdering innocent people. Earlier, the United States - interfered and messed with the government of El Salvador.

Years later, the United States has had to deal with other nations - most fleeing their homeland - because they have no freedom to speak their mind - denied access to work, to live as any decent human being should.

Much of what has happened in South America is linked to the Banana Republics.

The United States interfered in these nations - and even carried out assassinations.

The United States Congress - had to put in place laws - to prohibit assassinations and invading other nations.

We have just to witness what happened in Syria, Iraq, Libya, Afghanistan, Guatemala, Honduras, Argentina, and many other nations - we trigger situations - that are despicable - and then deny having anything to do with these nations.

We all witnessed firsthand - what happened when the Taliban - a terrorist group to this day - overran Afghanistan - and forced thousands to flee.

The Donald Trump administration dared to sign a treaty with the terrorists Taliban. The Taliban is not a recognized nation - they are a bunch of thugs - much like Donald Trump is.

Billions of dollars of military equipment and other sensitive paraphernalia were stolen from the United States in Afghanistan and landed in the hands of the Chinese and other notorious entities.

The United States stayed for over 20 years in Afghanistan - once Afghan women could attend schools, colleges, and universities - no more. They must remain at home - and be accompanied by a male - at all times. The Taliban are thugs who rape, steal, and commit atrocities - they follow no law and accept the devil's evil ways.

We promised the translators in Afghanistan freedom and an opportunity to come to the United States, only to hoodwink them in broad daylight.

Some flights took off from Afghan airports - and took Afghans to some nations close by - they are still lingering in Albania, Qatar - and other places - waiting for some sign - remain for years - waiting to come to the United States.

The United States must stop - turning their back more when they make promises. They have done this to the Iraqis that help us - of course, the Afghans who are now dying from starvation - and more young girls and women - treated with utter disdain in Afghanistan.

None of us wish to be in the shoes of these immigrants - treated with disdain - these atrocities known by President Joe Biden and Kamala Harris - have not done justice to humanity - they are close to being charged - with " Crimes Against Humanity. "

There was a time in San Francisco when we had the San Francisco Mayor's Office of Criminal Justice. This office was closed by Mayor Edwin Mah Lee. 

Mayor Edwin Mah Lee outsourced violence prevention and related issues to HealthRight 360, the Department of Health. 

He had as its Director - Diana Aroche is now a Director at the San Francisco Police Department - Director of Policy and Public Affairs.

Diana Aroche started with Coleman Advocates, then worked for Maria Su at the Mayor's Office of Children, Youth, and Families, then for Mayor Edwin Mah Lee - who outsourced Violence Intervention and Prevention to HealthRight 360 - and now works at the SF Police Department as its Director of Policy and Public Affairs.

Hundreds of youth gathered in front of SF City Hall - to protest the injustice done to the youth and the abject disdain shown to Trans youth - foster youth - and poor youth who have no roof over their head and crash all over the place. 

In years past, hundreds of youth protested in front of SF City Hall. The youth may protest, speak their mind, cry, scream, and express their deep pain. It simply falls on deaf ears - the SF Board of Supervisors - most of them - buffoons. For sure, Connie Chan, Hillary Ronen, Shaman Walton, and Asha Safai.

In the past - when all the meetings held at SF City Hall were in person - I took my time to attend - thousands of meetings - and so I know how this vermin act - and given the opportunity to talk - how they spew diatribe.

We can return to RAP and Community Response Network (CRN) - I know all the founders, and the founders know me. Today - we have the Street Violence Intervention Program - (SVIP).

Paradoxically, none of the established Non-Profits that deal with youth and violence can intervene in our elementary and middle schools. 

The rules and regulations linked to the San Francisco Unified School District SFUSD)  prohibit anyone group or anyone else - from intervening - when it comes to elementary and middle schools.

The SFUSD comes under the State of California - and most San Franciscans do not know this.

Schools must provide the attendance data - and based on attendance - funding is provided to each school.

You can imagine when we all experienced the recent pandemic - and our school was closed for over two years - the predicament of our children and the parents of the children.

The changes made by Mayor Edwin Mah Lee - and coming to haunt us today - corruption was rampant then - and has reached saturation point - adversely impacting the quality of life issues at all levels today.

The present Chief of Police - came from Los Angeles - where the Shriffs call the shots - the LA Police Department plays - second fiddle. Chief  Williams Scott was appointed by Mayor Edwin Mah Lee. When Chief first came to San Francisco - I went out of my way to meet him - he knows what I said - and I know why I said - what I said to him. 

Our youth today are smart and know whom to trust - they will not trust those who lie - those that say one thing and do another.

I speak with the youth all the time and listen to them.

The children, youth, and young adults suffered greatly during the pandemic.

I participated at 1800 Oakdale and vaccinated those who most needed them.

Per diem, nurses and travel nurses worked hard and did a good job.

I witnessed how unprofessional the San Francisco Health Department was and is today.

The well-being of our citizens and our children, youth, and young adults - those with compromised health - more physically and mentally challenged - are most in dire straits in San Francisco.

Mayor London Breed - the worst Mayor ever works from Room 200 - under her, most things have fallen by the wayside. Our streets are unsafe, those in the dire strait are treated with disdain, and the physically and mentally challenged suffer. The SF Police Department has failed us - and yet - receive millions of dollars in overtime.

With the millions spent on overtime linked to callous actions - failing to adhere to the SF City Charter - the SFPD spend the money - and then come to the SF Board of Supervisors - weak in the knees - who pander to the SF Police Department.

Our Controller failed with the SF Public Utilities Commission - and the likes of Juliet Ellis and Harlan Kelly - and now is defying the norms and the values of the citizens of the City and County of San Francisco.

Millions of dollars were wasted - Stimulus Money the Federal government gave to the City and County. We want to see the audit - and more about what has been done with the crooks who wasted the money.

There is an SF Court ruling - give sufficient notice to the poor - the SF Police Department - should refrain from duties that do not fall within their preview. Suffice it to say the SFPD has failed in areas that need their presence - do not abuse over time - and do not waste the SF taxpayers' money. 

No one can arbitrarily shoot some numbers in the air  - and say it will cost Two Billion Dollars to address " Homelessness " in San Francisco.

Stop hoodwinking us in broad daylight. Stop demeaning the homeless - blessed are the poor, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.

There is a Federal Law in place - the City and County cannot and must NOT remove the tents without giving those who live in the tents that have precious heirlooms, the medication, and what they consider precious - bulldozed - this must NOT - happen.

It is not for the City Attorney who can appeal what the Federal Court has mandated - do not adversely impact the indigent, the poor, more those mentally challenged. 

The Mayor London Breed should be ashamed of herself - she has taken our great City and County - ten years back.

Suffice it to say London Breed -  is into initiating many half-baked programs, all of which have fallen by the wayside.

City Attorney David Chiu and Mayor London Breed do not have their hearts in the right place. You must have your heart in the right place to take people to a better place.

Krystal Erickson came to her tent - only to find it gone - with it, her precious belongings. Let us not repeat this mistake - that has been made before - the Mayor of London Breed should apologize - no wonder we see Nordstroms closing shop, the flagship Wholefoods closed by 8th and Market - over 40 million square feet of commercial space vacant -  London Breed has failed us all - and must fade into oblivion.

I have been to Erie Street to see things for myself and help many folks who fell in bad times. We must realize that anything can take one down, and anyone can fall on bad times - the sooner the authorities understand this, the better.

The authorities at SF City Hall and the 33,000 employees - need to figure out whose land this is? The City Administrator Carmen Chu, a transplant from Los Angeles, is a JOKE. David Chiu, the SF City Attorney, a transplant from Taiwan - better adjudicate - he replaced Dennis Herrea, the former SF. City Attorney - now General Manager of the SFPUC. We understand the musical chairs game - placing unqualified folks. Folks like the Mayor of London Breed cannot make a sound needs assessment.

Most poor people in San Francisco are in dire straits - food is scarce - and it is not common to enter stores - with a large garbage bag and stack it with whatever they need to survive.

San Francisco is a concrete jungle - the City and County have built tons of market-price housing - but nothing is visible and available there regarding housing for the poor and the working poor.

I have seen some thugs wipe out an entire shelf -  and was shocked.

I have read many Walgreens close their stores.

I also know for years, Walgreens and other pharmaceutical stores - have sold OPIODS to addicts - without screening the prescriptions. 

Walgreens and other stores like CVS were taken to court and charged. 

The Walgreen Security guards should be given some direct orientation - about the general food security in San Francisco.  

Walgreens has paid the fines, and the City and County have received millions and want to use the money for other issues - and not abate and mitigate the situation at hand - food security.

Mayor London Breed is a JOKE - and it is just a matter of time - a movie is created on here - lacking comprehension - barking up the tree every time she is given a mike to speak. Pathetic.

JUSTICE FOR BANKO BROWN

The Security guards are outsourced, mostly individuals who have yet to learn about the situation. We have youth who have no food to eat, no place to sleep, no place to shower - more those who have no next of kin. Others who are disadvantaged - are the physically and mentally challenged. I see them, talk to them, help them, and know their condition firsthand. I see the pastors talk - more Black pastors - talk is cheap, we want action - and the SF Board of Supervisors - the Legislative Branch is slow to build homes for those youth that most need help - now. Time is running out - you idiots are playing with fire.

When the many youths came to SF City Hall - Room 250 and spoke to the SF Board of Supervisors, those Supervisors who favor Mayor London Breed - perhaps found out how shallow Mayor London Breed is - London Breed has no clue what is coming - the youth cannot and will not tolerate this nonsense anymore.

San Francisco has a budget of over $14 million - five years ago - I requested to build a facility for our youth - the homeless youth - foster children who are given a few dollars - and they go out into the world - and cannot find a home - cannot find a job - our city has no conscience - San Francisco is going to the hogs.

The Mayor and the SF Board of Supervisors Connie Chan, Hilary Ronnen, Shamann Walton, and Asha Safai have blood on their hands.

I was watching these scoundrels at the SF Board of Supervisors meeting. 

While the youth lined up to speak at Public Comment were begging for help. Most SF Board of Supervisors were nonchalant and pretending to hear - with no empathy, sorrow, or compassion in sight.

Do not take the youth suffering and slowly bleeding to death - this abject and pathetic situation - having disdain for the disadvantaged youth - cannot and will not be TOLERATED.

The First People of San Francisco won this land that was all stolen - every square inch.

Before the Whites came - there was no abject poverty - no diseases like syphilis and chlamydia - no heart attacks, no obesity - no rampant mental challenges, and no addicts we see today - every single day in San Francisco, three or four from Fentanyl overdoses.

No decent person can walk the streets of San Francisco without witnessing or being a victim of assault.

Our homes are broken into - cars broken into - rampant shootings and killings - need I say more. And here you have the Mayor, the City Attorney, and some other parasites - prey on the poor.

At the Walgreens at Fourth and Market, Banko Brown was shot in the back - and the SF District Attorney was quick to adjudicate the case without looking at the store video, revealing the facts.

Within 24 hours, the Security Guard - who used his gun to murder  Banko Brown - was released - someone who murdered an innocent human being - what has happened to this City and County of San Francisco.

I was the first to write about Oscar Grant - and again, I was the first to write about Mario Woods. There was a time - we knew what was right and wrong. Slowly but surely - we are now reeling into the cesspool of our creation.

Some come out with gimmicks - no one can fool all the people - all the time?

Most of these Security Guards that work in San Francisco have no supervision - in fact, the SF Police Department - once in 1972, had some ordinance to follow - but no one knows why it is not - in operation and followed.

Anyone who looks at San Francisco today - San Francisco has gone to the hogs.

Soon the City and County will be over one billion in the red - already, it has reached - $900 million.

San Francisco has a 14 billion dollar budget - you would not know this - from all the dirt and filthy - the increase in homelessness - the San Francisco Board of Supervisors - spewing diatribe - that tongue has no bone - or else their language would snap.

Foremost at the SFBOS Hillary Ronen and Connie Chan.

Let us remember who lived here for 15,000 years plus.

The knowledge of the Indigenous - incorporates " emotions " - Guidance from the Great Spirit - good actions - no lying, no cheating, it is a shame to harm a child, a woman who cannot defend herself - those with the forked tongue must be kept at Bay - do not go near the cesspool.

 

We must stand united to save those missing. We must devise a plan to address this severe issue on a War Footing - we can do it - we must do it - we cannot let this happen - ever.

Today we have digital platforms - we can be creative and communicate - our unique wisdom - going back 15,000 years. We understand the smoke signal - we know communication. The indigenous as no one else achieved - in World War II - and even today - we can communicate and win.
