OVER - HUNDRED THOUSAND CHILDREN - NATIONWIDE - EXPOSED TO GOVID-19 VIRUS - MOST OF THEM - SEEM NOT TO NEED HOSPITALIZATION - HOWEVER, SOME DO AND MANY HAVE DIED..

 

Mayor London Breed - absolutely no leadership - she has failed San Franciscans - she and her minions.

The authorities - the Centers of Diseases Control - the local SF Health Department - are health entities sending mixed messages.

Mayor of San Francisco - London Breed - running her mouth - failing to comprehend - the many unknown and mutating variants.

This current pandemic is challenging - not for buffoons who have no clue and less leadership - so-called authorities - wasting their time - at long, drawn-out press conferences that no one pays attention to the diatribe.

With the emerging Delta Variant and the Lambda Variant showing its ugly head - pediatricians - nationwide have stated over 100,000 children - have been exposed to the COVID-19 virus - many need hospitalization - and the Centers of Disease Contol and Prevention - continue sending mixed signals.

Today, the City and County of San Francisco are facing a surge - and Mayor London Breed has yet to address wearing the mask - in the proper manner - indoors and outdoors.

Our MUNI needs better monitoring -  for all the talk at the virtual meeting, the Director of the Municipal Transportation Agency  (MTA) - has failed to serve the constituents of San Francisco. 

MUNI buses stink to high heaven more  MUNI 8, 8AX, 38, 38R, 9, 9R, 14, 4R, - ride these lines and smell the environment.

More and more innocent people are exposed to some individuals who do not wear their masks properly - wrap their mouths with cloth - breaking the laws and exposing innocent people taking Public Transportation.

It is the time - every week - that MUNI test the surface randomly on the MUNI buses and posts the results.

The many mutating germs - that have compounded over the weeks and months - because the MUNI buses have NOT been cleaned and sanitized - to standards.

In recent years MTA has decided to ignore the public - sitting on a large amount of Stimulus money - catering to the inner circle - and treating those who pay their taxes - innocent and hardworking San Franciscans - with utter disdain. 

MUNI operators are fed up with the MUNI management and the MUNI Commission, which focuses on mundane issues and fails to address the pressing issues.

We made a great mistake - allowing the former Director of MTA - Ed Reskin to leave.

Hiring this new Director Tumlin on board - this good for nothing, inept individual, lacking any etiquette - the Director of MTA - Tumblin - who thinks no end to himself - he and his minions.

San Francisco General Hospital - ICU beds, filling up - the Delta surge has shown its ugly head in San Francisco.

 In San Francisco - our SF Board of Supervisors (BOS) does not have Blue Print to address Quality of Life issues.

We have not once since the pandemic visited us - addressed Transportation, Safety, Education, Health, our Infrastructure, High-Speed Internet, Unemployment, helping small businesses, helping Non-Profit that do good work in a meaningful - manner.

What we have done is dole out money to crooks - folks that are connected - but have done nothing whatsoever - to uplift and contribute to the progress - of San Francisco. 

Our SF BOS have no clue about Transportation, Education, Health, Safety; the details about the COVID-19 pandemic,  they talk and talk at their virtual meetings - saying a lot and very little of their diatribe - makes sense.

The killings and shootings have increased in San Francisco - and SF Chief of San Francisco Scott Williams does not know what is happening at ground zero.

It is the same with Malia Cohen - the Chair of the SF Police Commission - Malia is anathema to anything decent, brash, and mannerless she will butt in while someone is making a comment - much like a brat that comes from a dysfunctional home. 

An innocent 16 year Samoan girl who shot outside her home - and so far, there has been an adjudication on this matter. This happened at SF Hunters Point. In the last six months - killings and shootings have increased - the SF Police Department - making all sorts of excuses.

August 22, 2018 - I was at my office - when I received a call - and was told that Joseph Taeotui, better known as Jungle - was killed.

I left immediately with my friend to the SF General Hospital - some of us stayed outside the hospital - having a vigil - ten days later, Joseph Taeotui passed away.

Soon, those of us who care and are watching the situation at hand will remember and celebrate the anniversary of Joseph Taeotui.

On the day of his funeral, the Mayor London Breed and Malia Cohen, the District 10 Supervisor  - could have paid their respects - the coffin and last ceremonies were held at Kezar Stadium. 

None had the courtesy to do the right thing - they did attend another event - cutting the ribbon - the opening of Cafe Envy. Malia Cohen, the present Chair of the SF Police Commission - is positioning herself - aiming for a better political status. 

The problem she is not respected by anyone worth the salt. 

By large measure, the Polynesian Community has contributed a lot to San Francisco. 

The Polynesian Community has not been embraced -  the SF City has yet to address the concerns of the Polynesian Community - as it does with other segments of the population - more the Black community that has caused many severe problems - involved in assaults, robberies, shootings, killings, being incarcerated, the Black pastors always begging for money - Poverty Pimp Pastors.

In the Bayview Hunters Point, we have over 60 Churches - most will not lift a finger - to address Quality of Life issues.

Over $300 million - Community Benefits - linked to the Sewer System Improvement Project - could have been spent on our infants, children, youth, young adults, our beloved Elders - those with compromised health - more the mentally and physically challenged.

Shamann Walton - the President of the current SF Board of Supervisors - who has raked in millions - hand in glove with Dwayne Jones - the purveyor of all things crooked - who is fooling whom?

Dwayne Jones is known as the Gate Keeper - the purveyor of all things crooked - doling Community Benefits - to those that use the money for mundane purposes - the Community - shafted. 

There is NO justice and fair play in San Francisco.

San Francisco is a Racists City - and those in charge - the authorities that must maintain law and order - pandering to the corrupt. Most of them are Black.

THE 2020 TOKYO OLYMPICS HAVE COME TO AN END - THE GAMES WERE SPECIAL - ONE THAT WE ALL WILL RECALL - THOSE PARTICIPATING - REPRESENTED THE BEST WE HUMAN BEINGS CAN SHOWCASE - IN THE MIDDLE OF THE PANDEMIC.

Our U.S. women won many gold medals and here showcasing the best 4x100 - the best track women runners - we have and are proud of - winning the Gold Medal.

Games and competition - teamwork and fair play - character, fortitude, and tenacity - have always impressed me all my life. This year, we waited for one full year - before we showcased our 2020 Olympics - kudos to the Japanese government and the International Olympic Committee. 

Here in the United States - the Olympic Games could not have come at a better moment - to showcase the best our Nation has to offer to win a tally of 113 medals - and 39 Gold Medals.

Each beat this drummer sounded represents something holistic - much like the heartbeat of the heart.

We all witnessed the many trials and tribulations that the athletics endured -  in supporting them - we all participated  - the best we human beings can offer.

The new sports introduced to the 2020 Olympics - Rock Climbing, Surfing, skateboarding, other sports using mountain bikes - we human beings love to display our sporting spirit - and this year, the women showed it best.

The United States stands for freedom - there is freedom, and there is license. Abuse of Freedom is License.

When we humans meet and share our talents - using teamwork - and love - we share the better elements of the human being - kindness - brotherhood - as we saw with the two high jumpers - one from Qatar and the other from Italy - sharing the Gold Medal.

It is the same when our women gymnastic team - saw they had to step up and work as a team - we had Sunisa Lee - win the Gold Medal and others step up and prove we can and will show our best as a Nation.

I always admire the tenacity and fortitude of the runners

from Kenya - I remember them running early on the 

the 1960s - making a name for themselves - Kudos to the Kenyans.

The Olympics is all about shedding light -

shedding light where there is abject darkness -

the politicians must learn that - and STOP -

the wars, the abject hate -  learn to work as a team.

We all are proud in the United States - as President Joe Biden announced today - the Olympians showed the world we are strong as a Nation.

We are on the right track because the people that live in the United States have a voice - and will stand up for what is right.

This land we call the United States, once better know as Turtle Island - is blessed - and there will be times - we feel a little lost - we will unite and have united - we are determined to stand tall and represent.

Once again, I personally want to thank all our representatives - stellar and astute Olympians - for representing the world and the best elements of the universe.

The many families and supporters who supported our Olympians and uplifted the Olympians when they needed help most.

During this pandemic - the Olympians from all over the world have shown us human beings - we must look at those factors and elements that uplift us all.

We look forward to the next Olympics in three years in Paris.

CHILDREN AND YOUTH ARE NOW MOST VULNERABLE - TO COVID-19 - THE MANY VARIANTS - DELTA, LAMBDA AND GOD KNOWS THE NEXT ONE MUTATING - KNOCKING AT THE DOOR - WEAR YOUR MAKS INSIDE AND OUTSIDE.

 

We must increase the testing and the sequencing - focus on our children and STOP thinking the COVID-19 has gone away - when we are witnessing various surges - the Delta Virus and now the Lambda Virus knocking - at our door. 

There is no one epidemiologist's  - tongue in cheek - able to give us clarity about the latest mutation linked to the ever-persistent COVID-19 virus. 

First, the recent Delta Virus spread like wildfire - and closely the Lambda Virus's heel - both related to COVID-19.

Superintendent of the SF Unified School District - Vicent Mathews - who loves to talk from both sides of his mouth - bent on opening our Public schools -  with a sound vetted plan for our children - absolutely No leadership, less tenacity, and no fortitude whatsoever. 

Here in San Francisco, the Superintendent of the Unified School District - has failed San Franciscans, the State of California that pays to operate the many SF Public Schools - and the City and County of San Francisco - that bails the SF Unified School District - each and every year.

The pandemic has opened our eyes - more to those institutions - that have elected individuals who joined the SF Unified School District for all the wrong reasons.

One must watch the long, drawn-out virtual meetings. Before the pandemic, the same meetings took longer-each trying to vie with each other - to say something and mean nothing at all.

Again and again  - the SF Unified School District has failed us - abysmal academic results - Black children are poorly served - when you bring the situation to the SF Unified School District - the look the other way.

The teachers who work for the SF Unified School District are fed up with the politics - the students are the victims - and the best way to get rid of cancer - a total and complete overhaul. 

The current Superintendent, who got his Doctorate from the SF State University - has failed miserably and must move away.

For some years, I use to visit many of the SF Public Schools - and have seen things for myself - today, the SF Public Schools in San Francisco - need a complete overhaul - the segment of the population most suffering Blacks. Polynesians and Latinos. 

 

Mayor London Breed 

The SF Ethics Commission has charged the Mayor of San Francisco - London Breed - and she has paid a fine of $23,000 plus - makes a salary $400,000 a year - and as usual is shameless.

The Mayor of any City must address Quality of Life issues.

The Mayor of any City must have qualified experience and be educated on issues.

One must have morals and ethics - both of these virtues - seem to lack mayor London Breed.

The two variants are testing our health system - the current surge with the Delta Variant and soon to follow the Lambda variant. This is a pandemic - a unique pandemic - we need stellar and astute leadership - and when it comes to Mayor London Breed - she is like a reed blowing in the wind - any which way.

Dr. Grant Colfax has his hands tied - much as Dr. Tomas Aaragon had his hands tied - Dr. Tomas Aaragon chose to leave the SF Health Department and move to the State of California - where his previous experience is valued.  

Our hospitals will soon be tasked, and our essential workers will be used like a dirty rag - the Mayor London Breed has refused to compensate our essential workers - more our hard-working nurses. 

We cannot encourage camps for children who are not vaccinated.

We cannot look the other way - without caring for our infants and children - and working hard to get some qualified help and advice from the experts - when it comes to our infants, children, youth, and young adults.

We do not have a single Black leader in San Francisco - worth the salt - our Black Poverty Pimp Pastors - have no shame - all they want is the money to satisfy their own temporal needs - and to hell with the congregation.

The churches are empty - only the aged attend the services - the youth and young adults in many of the Black churches - simply avoid the services.

When one questions the youth and young adults - they speak ill of pastors the likes of Amos Brown and others too - too many to name.

What have Pastors Calvin Jones and Aurelius Walker done for the children, youth, and young adults - lately?

One built units by his church a parking lot - Pastor Calvin Jones.

The other on the contaminated ground - surrounded by the worst pollution and contamination - True Hope Church.

The church provided the leaders during the Civil Rights - the Civil Rights led by Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. - that spurred many nations to fight for their independence and freedom.

Today we have another brand of Blacks who want to put a dent in justice and law and order.  One of them is a Jail Bird - Shamann Walton.

Where is Shakira Simley by the way? Sheryl Evans Davis and London Breed - thought they could world the New York immigrant to death - do this and do that - she just left them hanging in the air - to pussyfoot around. 

Each time Sheryl Evan Davis talks - she talks in circles - never, ever once came out with a BluePrint that is original - and from the heart. Always wasting taxpayers' money - while building up her own sordid chest box.

The Human Rights Commission that once was respected is now a worthless entity - and with Sheryl Evan Davis in the cockpit - a cesspool of her own creation. Where do they find such idiots - that are not educated on issues - and pander to the corrupt.

Most of these leaders come from dysfunctional families, so it comes naturally to them - to do what they want to do - and not accept the consequences.

Our Black youth are confused - many have NO clue about the Civil Rights movement. Others are caught in the materialistic world - care little about sound information, have no inclination to discern, gravitate to sound information to gain a sound education.

There is little empathy - and so many Black Seniors suffer - they deserve the best in their Golden years - but no one cares.

It is the same for Black infants, children, youth, and young adults - Community Benefits that could have elevated their lives - doled out to crooks and the corrupt - by folks like Harlan Kelly, Juliet Ellis, and Dwayne Jones.

Recently, I had the opportunity to help the Seniors - providing them transportation and naturing - so that they could live - get their vaccinations - and live their lives - without falling prey to COVID-19.

God sees it all - and those that have genuine empathy - earn it from trials and tribulations - one goes through the fire, and one learns some - and when you listen to the Elders - you gain wisdom from those that have an abundance of what is rare. 

Common sense is rare - and those that have it - are blessed.

We have NO one the likes of Harriet Tubman in San Francisco.

We do have Black women the likes of Naomi Kelly, Malia Cohen, London Breed, Veronica Hunnicutt, Sheryl Evans Davis,  others too many to mention - all corrupt and greedy.

Bottom line good actions count - too much talk is just fluff - these folks that I have mentioned prey on the poor, the needy, say something that means nothing at all.  A disgrace to the human race.

Where are the Blacks the likes of Ann C. Woods Lombard? John Francis and Mary Ellen Pleasant well know to all in those times to San Francisco.

Henry Clay, Jonas H. Townsend, William Alexander Leidesdoriff, Henry Wager Halleck - built the 100 series building on the Main Post at the Presidio of San Francisco. I could go on - but it would no good the to thugs and corrupt - who call themselves Blacks - and a scourge to San Francisco.

We have our many virtual meetings - and one must pay attention to these devious meetings - committees are formed and mundane subjects discussed for the record.  Some are headed by Blacks who take their dictation from corrupt Whites.

Behind closed doors - actions voted on - that favor those who are very corrupt and part of the MACHINE.

The COVID-19 pandemic adversely impacted many of us -  and many of us carry ourselves as best we can - stand tall and represent.

Conceptual Plans - high-density living - many may dream of living on the contaminated ground and then experience their worse nightmare. 

San Francisco has much to learn from the pandemic - you would not notice that from the San Francisco Board of Supervisors - they still think nothing - permitting thousands of housing units to be built on the very contaminated ground - where depleted uranium was tested - Hunters Point Naval Shipyard.  

Human beings think little when they are greedy and contaminate the air, the ground, the waters, and even communication waves.

Some Blacks think they are doing something to improve the situation at hand.

Keep on dreaming - those that preceded you, folks - were selfless, had empathy, and focused on good actions - free breakfast for the children and hungry, free clinics, free buses to visit those incarcerated, free legal aid, free ambulances - all these good actions carried on across the nation - we call America.

Dwayne Jones - purveyor of all things crooked and very corrupt - so-called Philanthropist -  using Community Benefits money to dole out to those that do not deserve a cent - Gate Keeper to the Bayview Hunters Point - his time is coming.

AECOM has, at last, come to some understanding that Dwayne Jones will not represent AECOM - when it comes to Community Benefits.

Each Prime will deal with that issue - working with Dwayne Jones - to carry out his sordid ways - it never ceases to surprise those that seek justice and fair play.

Someone has stashed millions as much as ten million - Community Benefits - and the people who must be served - have NO clue what is happening.

WEBCOR has at length decided to keep the Bio-solids project alive - asking for a billion-dollar-plus - an increase of over 130% of the original price.

Of course, MHW will be the one doing the real work - and WEBCOR laughing all the way to the bank.

You may not know it - but Dennis Herrera, the former SF City Attorney, is now the General Manager of the SF Public Utilities Commission.

Corruption has reached saturation point in San Francisco - and those that think this nonsense will go on forever - will fall flat on their face.

We provided the right information three years ago - we even finetuned the information - yet - we are waiting for justice and fair play - Waiting for Godot!

WE CANNOT ADVERSELY IMPACT CHILDREN WITHOUT HAVING THEM VACCINATED - WE MUST WEAR OUR MASK INSIDE AND OUTSIDE - FOR OUR OWN GOOD - LET US NOT LET OUR GUARD NOW - IN TWO WEEKS WE WILL SEE A HUGE SURGE.

In two weeks, the current surge will reveal how dangerous the Delta Variant is - the surge we are experiencing today - will surge a hundred times more and open our eyes.

 Three months ago, when we learned for sure that the Delta Variant - was spreading like wildfire - Mayor London Breed was still talking about opening schools, SF City Hall, and a gamut of other activities - continuing to talk from sides of her mouth.

The SF Health Department has been sending mixed signals - the Bayview Hunters Point area has a rising surge - and the District Supervisor is busy addressing mundane issues. 

Right now, the Delta Variant is posed to hit the Bayview Hunters Point Area - and the few sites where the vaccinations are administered - the Covid-19 virus test held - lack the proper outreach and quality resources.

Some of us took it upon ourselves some months ago to help the San Francisco  Health Department - the SF Faith Community having failed miserably to do outreach - sending out links that did not work.

The Third Baptist Church in the Western Addition - other churches - thought they could handle the situation at hand - could not - and threw their hands in the air.

Three months ago - the Delta Variant - showed its ugly head all over the United States. 

First - it spread like wildfire - in the Southern States on the East Coast - places like Florida - now it is all over the Western States - spreading like wildfire in Southern California - and in two weeks, we will see the real results - right here in San Francisco.

San Francisco Office of Emergency Services has failed to do quality outreach. Not once did it address the failed links that did not work for months on end - linked to scheduling vaccines. 

The links were sent to people to get vaccinated - and even today - we have NOT done a needs assessment -  on that issue.

Mayor London Breed - has failed as a leader - she a panderer, catering to some very corrupt entities - she will fall flat on her face.

The mayor London Breed is famous for - gathering some lackeys like Carmen Chu, Joaquin Torres, others who must be at the office doing their job - but prefer to surround the " heifer " spewing diatribe - while innocent people are put in harm way. 

Thousands of Seniors in San Francisco - need help, and they are getting nothing at all.

Again and again  - to get help - the crooks resort to the digital tools that the Seniors and those that need help most - have NO access to.

Hundreds of Seniors need transportation to get to the sites for vaccinations - I have done all in my power to help some - the authorities listen to the pleas - and do nothing whatsoever.

Millions of dollars - Federal Stimulus Money - have been doled out to crooks - it has been one and half years - and many small businesses have received no help - whatsoever.

The Mayor, some new Director of Economic Development, and the District 9 Supervisor - recently doled out $10,000 each to three small businesses in the Mission.

It is a shame on San Bruno Avenue - the small businesses have been left out totally for over one and half years.

San Bruno Avenue businesses paid their taxes and help the City and County of San Francisco 2007-2009 recession - and even during the recent pandemic - most stayed opened - dug deep into their own savings - to keep their businesses open.

The businesses on San Bruno Avenue in San Francisco have been shunned, and the City and County of San Francisco must be ashamed of themselves. 

Most important is the laughing jackass that represents District 9. 

Testingsequening is critical now with one-third of the population, about 100 million, having FAILED to get vaccination - this situation has created a mess - today, those who are fully vaccinated - surrounded in many situations - with more unvaccinated - can create a surge - added we have asymptomatic individuals - who seem to be fine - but are busy spreading the Delta Variant - which is very dangerous.

Paradoxically - here in the United States, we have fanatics who refuse to get their vaccination. More when it is for free.

Around the world, billions are anxiously waiting for a dose of vaccines to save their lives - and cannot fathom the madness on the fanatics in the United States.

We do not live in a bubble - the current Delta Variant - has everyone confused - more the World Health Organization and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. 

We all remember early days the Centers For Disease Control were not prepared for the Novell COVID-19 virus - sent out kits - all over the Nation - that did not work. 

Did not have the necessary chemicals to verify the tests and so on.

There was a period when all sorts of  " fake tests " were available - the world was watching us - and during this period - we had an egoistical maniac in the White House - creating a worse mess.

Today President Joe Biden - has been lenient, and President Joe Biden believes in consensus.

No one can have consensus with the " devil " - more with the Supremacists -  mostly White Racists - who are the main cause of the recent surges all over the Nation.

Right now on the East Coast  - we have hospitals, Doctors, Nurses, Social Works, Medical Technicians, Janitors  - others essential workers totally stressed out. 

NO ONE IS PAYING ATTENTION TO THIS SITUATION.

We simply cannot permit unvaccinated people - who are told again and again to get their vaccines - they do not listen - and fail to do so - putting millions in jeopardy.

We cannot then allow these fanatics access to the hospitals to create more confusion - and what is pertinent to note - break down our system of health care.

Here is San Francisco - we reached a point the last time around- making arrangements to ship patients out of San Francisco - we somehow managed to keep the patients here - creating added space - building tents, and so forth.

We do not have a fair and equitable health system in San Francisco.

We do not have a fair and equitable housing system in San Francisco.

The last time around, thousands of Latinos were adversely impacted - many living in congregate situations -  our Mayor London Breed and the SF Board of Supervisors - have yet to develop a sustainable and viable plan.

It is the same when it comes to the Polynesians - congregate situation must be addressed - there is Stimulus money to help those in need - the Mayor and her lackeys - talking in circles - enough is enough.

There is talk about Equity and semblance, but it is nonexistent in San Francisco.

It is the same with Stimulus Money needed for rent - thousands cannot pay their rent - have accumulated unpaid rent in the thousands - and will soon be put out on the streets of San Francisco.

Toxic Stress is creating turmoil in San Francisco - and our so-called representatives - are busy addressing mundane issues - our SF Board of Supervisors are a JOKE.

The SF Board of Supervisors recently approved a plan to build 30,000 homes on land prone to liquefaction - where Depleted Uranium was tested - we cannot do this put innocent people in harm way - not in San Francisco.

HOPE SF, the developer, is a rogue developer that thinks it can hoodwink the taxpayers of San Francisco in broad daylight. 

Our Regulatory Agencies - the Environmental Protection Agency, the Bay Area Air Quality Management District, the Regional Water Board, the SF Planning Department.

The SF Board of Supervisors, the Law Enforcement Agencies - others are fast asleep at the cockpit.

The Mayor of San Francisco London Breed, the SF Department of Building Inspection, and the SF Public Utilities Commission is responsible. 

They have let the citizens of San Francisco down.

Who is fooling whom? Time will tell.

  

DURING THE TOYKO OLYMPICS - HIGH JUMP EVENT - WE WITNESSED TWO MEN - ONE QUTARI THE OTHER ITALIAN - MUTAZ ESSA BARSHIM FROM QUTAR AND GIANMARCO TAMBERI - SHARED THE GOLD MEDAL .

 

Mutaz Essa Barshim from Qatar and his competitor - jumped over 7 feet, 91/4 inches - with equal tries - and were told they could share the Gold Medal - and they did - they were good friends.

Rarely do we see two competitors at the Olympics being asked by an Olympic Official - given an option for the two competitors - having achieved the same results - in this case, the same tries - at high jump - and told they could share the Gold Medal. 

"Can we have two golds?" Barshim asks the official.

We were watching and were surprised each other hugging each other, and the Qatari Mutaz Essa Barshim even shed tears of joy.

Both were friends and had met earlier in Canada.

 Gianmarco  Tamberi met with a severe accident and could not compete for some time - overcame his injuries - and managed to make it to the Olympics.

We witnessed both men jump over the bar - set at the same height - and most of us thought perhaps Mutaz Essa Barshim, tall and agile - would make another attempt to have the bar raised - forcing Gianmarco to compete.

Even as the official explained something - which we at home had no clue what was the subject -we witnessed - both men hugging and jumping for joy.

The Olympics came about when one man ran for miles to warn his countrymen - that the enemy had been sighted - and after he handed the information - they say the man - passed away.

Every four years  - we hold the Olympics  - the present Olympics was scheduled to be held in 2020 - it was postponed for one entire year - and then against great odds - the Japanese  Government, with the consent of the Internation Olympic Committee - agreed to hold the Olympics in Tokyo. 

The last Olympics held in Japan was in 1964. At his Olympic held in Nagasaki -  a city that was earlier bombed - in World War II - many who saw the City before and then had the opportunity to see the City reconstructed - admired the tenacity and fortitude of the Japanese people.

Some of us remember a Native American runner - who was suffering from diabetics win the 10,000 meters. 

The times were different then - racism was rampant.

In 1936 when a Black man - Jesse Owens - won his race - right before the eyes of Hitler - who favored the Aryan Race - a Negro winning shocked Hilter and the Third Reich.

In 1936 Jesse Owens - an American - then called Negro - today Black - a four times Gold Medalists - proved to the world - Blacks could achieve what they wanted to - just as they do today - given the opportunity and more without blatant racism.

William Mervin Mills - Ogala Lakota Tribe - he ran the 10,000 meters in 1964 - won the Gold and won the love - of all humanity.

In 1964 the last time the Olympics were held in Japan - in Nagasaki - William Mervin Millis won the 10,000 meters - he belongs to the Ogala Lakota tribe.
