THE WORD "EQUITY" HAS BEEN HURLED - LIKE A BALL - IN THE SF BAYVIEW HUNTERS POINT - IT IS ALWAYS OUTSIDERS - COMING IN AND SPREADING - PANDEMONIUM.

Dark money and the stench it leaves.

Those of us who have studied and read our United States Constitution know well - that within the U.S. Constitution - the many rights mentioned - do not sit well - with people of color - who are discriminated.

You may say the U.S. Constitution says what it says - but, really how does that - play out in real life?

We all know the utter discrimination - meted out to " people of color " - and nothing much has changed since the Civil Rights days - recently the situation has got - even worse.

In the past Blacks were slaved, the Chinese taken to task just because of the color their skin, the Japanese incarcerated and not compensated, the Native Americans - the indigenous people of the Turtle Island - put on barren land - and called Reservations.

Paradoxically the Founding Fathers - incorporated the wisdom of the Six Nation - more the Iroquois Tribe and others - who they governed for thousands of years - and practices Democracy.

It was not uncommon for the Founding Fathers to invite the Elders from the Six Nations - a Matriarchal Society at that - to converse and our Founding Fathers - appreciate the education they received from the indigenous people - more the Elders.

As history tells us - those that were fed - bit the hand that fed them - those who were educated and learned of the wisdom - shared by the indigenous - were treated with " disdain " - and called Savages.

We can read the history of President Andrew Jackson and compare him to Donald Trump - history they say repeats itself - but, none of us - expected to witness what we see at the White House - today.

Here is San Francisco - we all know - if you are not with the MACHINE - you have to face the hostility of the crooks - mostly Blacks - who are abusing Community Benefits - wasting millions - and there is NO one to - speak Truth to Power.

All the gains made after the 1960s - linked to housing, education, health, sound transportation, safety - however one describes it - other gains - all have been spiraling downwards - and we must take stock of the situation at hand.

In San Francisco we have a Mayor who is Black her name is London Breed.

The City Administrator Naomi Kelly - who is Black and controls over 33,000 employees - we have 300% more employees than we had in the 1970s.

More - burdening our City and County of San Francisco  retirement system.

Our City and County of San Francisco Health System and City and County of San Francisco Employee benefits - playing havoc - adversely impacting the balancing our City and County of San Francisco Budget - which is over $11 Billion and growing.

The Chief of Police who is Black and his name is William Scott - he has been here for sometime now - but has made no progress where it really counts. 

Not with his relations - with the well known Police Officers Association ( which is not an Union ) - nor when it comes with the SF citizens linked to tasers and  the many de -escalation tactics that can be used - to save lives - rather than shoot first and ask questions later.

Best practices do not exist and all this and more has been pointed out in detail by the Blue Panel, the Grand Jury, and the many recommendation some 272 made by the Community Oriented Policing Services (COPS) - now defunct - that used to work for the United States Department of Justice - its services out sourced and paid by tax payers.

Recently Barbara Garcia who used to be the Head of the SF Health Department - was fired - she helped her wife get contracts - conflict of interests. 

Barbara was a good person - a good friends of mine - for some 35 years.

But,  as we all know - things change - and human that we are - many who talk the talk - fail to walk the walk.

The SF Department of Health - has numerous documents - linked to the contamination and pollution in our communities - the Southeast Sector of San Francisco.

Our politicians and heads of SF Department - fail to understand that we cannot over look the health of our community. 

The adverse impacts resulting from contamination and pollution - the slow death of of our infants, children, youth, young adults, Elders, those with compromised health.

The above is linked to WorkForce, it is related to our Hospitals and Health, Child Care, Education, Safety - in short Quality of Life issues - none of which get the required attention.

We had a Black Malia Cohen - a professional political whore - who represented District 10 - recently she was termed out - good riddance of very bad rubbish.

Malia Cohen  will now continue to do what she does best - gravitate towards " dark money " - representing the State of California - holding one of the seats - at the Board of Equalization. Out of sight is out of mind.

Recently there has been hogwash spewed by those who do not have their facts - and more the process of marketing, distribution, and taxation of CANNABIS.

More - the growing, processing, operations, marketing, transportation, manifest preparation, the cloud hanging over the head of the Cannabis Clubs - taxes and the Federal Government.

The many cannabis clubs - and the lack of education at every level.

The word "Equity" has been thrown around - believe me there is no " Equity" when it comes to " people of color ".

For sure when it comes to " Cannabis Clubs " and  " Equity" - we have seen this abject failure - in Oakland.

For one simple reason - most of those who are poor and do not have access to a lot of money - cannot compete with the bigger Corporations - who already have what is needs to market, operate, and distribute.

These large Corporations -  have the money - access to very " dark money " - galore.

Those that are listed " as Equity distributors " - do not have Equity to begin with.

They lack the education to market and operate -  less to be accountable and have full transparency - more, when it comes to the IRS and taxes.

Today those operating "Cannabis Clubs " cannot go to any legal bank and deposit their money - the Federal Laws prohibit - such deposits.

Again we hear of places robbed - the Cannabis Clubs that hoard their money in huge vaults - sometimes millions of dollars - having no way to legalize the money from their cannabis sales.

Today - it is cheaper to access and buy your Cannabis or weed - illegally - it cost 300% more to buy it at a Cannabis Club. 

At the Cannabis Clubs - taxes are added added at every point - and this and other factors - right now make the sale of Cannabis from the Cannabis Clubs - cost prohibitive. Go figure.

So what is really happening?

Few know - why this business is touted so much - and some with ulterior motives - trying to trap the poor under the guise of some title that makes no sense - " Equity ".

No one can talk about Equity in a vacuum - if one is not educated on issues - does not have the layers needed to grow cannabis, operate, market, and more importantly - have access to the profits - in a legal matter - everything that the hype is made to be - is naught. 

For those that are poor, they have had no opportunities in ages not been opportunities in ages.

It is wrong  to just talk about the poor - taunted them with words like Equity - concepts that have not been thought well - all this and more  means nothing to the poor - unless they are respected,  and taught to make money legally.

It is about created jobs that take one to a better place -right now the model being discussed has a dark cloud hanging over the heads of those already involved in larger measure - dealing with Cannabis.

Those really in the market - vying to run the Cannabis Clubs - already have amassed " dark money " - distributing large amounts of Cannabis - tons of it - we know who they are - and those that know who they are - are playing with fire.

Those of us who work with the poor - know that without sound education - the poor are jumping from the frying pan into the inferno - raging fire.

Education is paramount - to uplift our poor from Public Housing - and even as some of us do this - we get NO support form the Mayor's Office of Housing, the Mayor's of Economic Development and Workforce, the Mayor Office for all their vain talk.

The Office of Community Investment and Infrastructure (OCII) - now headed by Nadia Sessay - once a Deputy Controller - is a crying - JOKE. 

The OCII has failed miserably at Hunters Point which is a Superfund Site - recently replete with soil manifests changed - and Class I very toxic dirt - sent to our landfills.

We have a raging fire on Parcel E2 - wells at E2 that spew Methane Gas into the air - polluting and contaminating a large area - impacting thousands.

One ton of Methane Gas equals twenty two tons of Carbon Dioxide. So much for the increase in our Carbon Footprint.

The OCII, the City Administrator, the Mayor London Breed and the Chief of Police - have no clue what exactly is happening on Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - were over 50 SF Police Department employees are still working - a few hundred feet from Parcel E2.

Equity goes hand in hand with the Precautionary Principle - that is on our books - but never, ever enforced.

These Blacks in authority are used as pawns - I have seen them hire consultants and pay the consultant thousands of dollars - on issues like the Millennium Tower - that is sinking 24 inches and tilting 18 inches - North West - right in the middle of the SF Financial District.

The Southeast Sector has heavily borne the increased pollution, contamination, vast swaths of land prone to liquefaction and flooding, the OCII that was the SF Redevelopment Agency, then call the Succors Agency to the SF Redevelopment - and now a fancy name the Office of Community Investment and Infrastructure.

No one should be living at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard and Parcel A - no one should be living at Candlestick Point - no one should be having anything to do with Lennar Urban, aka 5 Points Holding LLC - same snake different head.

It is a crying shame that Blacks - crooked Black - those belonging to the Tabernacle Group - mostly Poverty Pimp Pastors - other Blacks the likes of Malia Cohen, Shamann Walton, Dwayne Jones, Eloise Patton, Juliet Ellis, Toye Moses, Linda Richardson, Aurelious Walker, Calvin Jones, Sophie Maxwell, Veronica Hunnicutt, Tyra Fennel, Shakira Smiley, London Breed, Amos Brown, Doris Vincent - others too many to name - that have been selling out the community.

The BLOOD of those that suffered and died is on your hands - and you will never have peace of mind and enjoy good health.

The Sewer System Improvement Project - started with a budget  of $6 Billion - it now stands at $10 billion.

There are millions of dollars - linked to Community Benefits - that is going to Young Community Developers, Girls 2000, Hunters Point Family, Baycat, other dubious entities -  one worse than the other.

We have NO access to empirical data - how many Career Jobs have been created. We have NO empirical data - where poor people have been trained and given Career Jobs - not only Blacks, but Asian, Latinos, Whites, Native Americans - others - the demographics of the Bayview Hunters Point - the Southeast Sector has changed - dramatically.

The 1800 Building - named the Southeast Community Facility Commission Building - was created to bring about " Equity ".
As part of the business plan - plans were laid for Green Houses to accommodate and produce Horticulturists - way back in the 1980s.

At one time one could be educated at do well being certified in the Culinary Field. It was the same one could be certified and hold a certificate as a Registered Nurse - 1800 Oakdale was well know - before the SF Public Utilities Commission destroyed all that and more.

Today the City College courses offered at 1800 Oakdale are a JOKE.  I met with the Dean and his Secretary - and tired to create a program to help our Elders - they seemed not interested - more talk and less walk.

These outsiders - and entity from the Mayor's  Office, the SF Public Utilities Commission - which is an Enterprise Department - and has failed us all.

Its General Manager - Harlan Kelly - who has created a monster - Dwayne Jones -  wheeling and dealing - dividing our community.  Doling out Community Benefits without impunity. Time to stop this nonsense.

Wasting millions - millions set aside as Community Benefits - given on a platter - with much open fun fare - to sordid entities and individuals - that follow a certain life style.

If you meet the norms that I have described above  - money comes your way - millions of dollars given to artists, sculpture - mostly  outsiders - while the infants, children, youth, young adults, our Elders, those with compromised health - more our Mentally and Physically challenged - suffer - and are slowly dying.

The questions we ask those that spew " cliches " like EQUITY - where is the justice and do we really care about the citizen, the tax payer, the community at large - or have we lost control - and are looking the other way - while these demons - fuck us over in broad daylight. 

They are mostly Blacks - who have lost their mind - have no qualms of conscience - in fact they have no morals, less ethics, even less standards. Go Figure!. 

AFTER FIVE YEARS OF DATA COLLECTION - THE GAP WIDENS - AT THE MAJOR CORPORATIONS - WOMEN LACK BEHIND - WHILE MEN CONTINUE TO CALL THE SHOTS - MORE WITH EXTREME , HUGE SALARIES.

The Long Cabin - the Six Nations -

a Matriarchal Society that contributed

to the making of our U.S. Constitution.

There is NO doubt in my mind that " women " - play an important role - at all levels - in contributing their best to Society. That men have to understand this vital role - with justice and fairness to all.

Matriarchal Societies exists all over the world.

In these Matriarchal Societies it is amazing to witness first hand  - how spirituality and wisdom - plays an internal and deep role.

I could mention more factors - but let us stick with these two - wisdom and spirituality.

I have to inject the most important factor that has existed and evolved among the indigenous people - I have studied many of these indigenous cultures - taking into account " spirituality " and "wisdom'.

Here on Turtle Island now known as United States of America - we tend to look at contemporary issue - in a vacuum and more with tunnel vision. Lacking in any equation - spirituality and wisdom.

Our contemporary state of affairs - in the United States - linked to our economy  - is deeply, flawed.

For starters it is about the Almighty Dollar - you invest one dollar and get as much as you can with that investment - never mind the tactic one uses - good, bad, or ugly. 

If it smells of Greed - where there is Greed - there can be not be equality, empathy, compassion, spirituality, anything holistic.

Greedy mongers focus on one thing only - money.

The more one is greedy -  mostly leads to the destruction of all holistic values - empathy, compassion, patience, understanding, peace and tranquility and more.

Again and again studies have been shown us the disparity between women and men. 

For the same type of work, with even better talents - women who produce more - work harder - attain more.

These women are treated with disdain - in most Corporations - Corporations - that have screwed our economy that bite the hand that feeds them.

Turtle Island which today has a population of about 330 million and covers an area of 3,717, 812.8 square miles - is very rich in resources.

Turtle Island - is in the hands of those that stole, cheated, raped, robbed, lied, evil to core - and today try to say something which means nothing.

Those that commit the atrocities - do not take the time to comprehend - that for over 15,000 years indigenous people ruled Turtle Island. 

So who are these strangers - who have not been here for 500 years - have NO authority - to say anything and less do anything. 

Yet these Corporation any way you look at them - are the devil's workshop. All of them without exception.

Indigenous people - the many Tribes who have lived on Turtle Island for thousands of years - all cared for Mother Earth.

And in doing so they took little and kept more for others.

More for their children and generations to come.

Whenever you are with the indigenous people - far away from greed and materialism - the theme resounds in the air - Mother Earth - the Great Spirit - love and peace and caring for the family and loved ones.

All this and more changed when the Strangers set their foot on Turtle Island - and more and more Indigenous People - must speak up and what is more create novel ways and operations - to neutralize - EVIL.

In less than 200 years - those strangers that have come uninvited to Turtle Island have destroyed most of what was once pristine. 

None of them had passports - and none of them were invited.

More the Strangers have spread a virus worldwide - treating women with disdain.

One has just to review the character of Donald Trump - but also of some leading Directors in many Corporations - who for years - felt nothing - forcing women to sleep with them - to get a pay raise - or some slight promotion - looking at women in general with disdain.

With the " Me Too " Movement - some of the evil ways have been exposed - but there is more - under the rug - and more that is exposed - the more one understands - the evil way engrained in the DNA of the monsters - reminiscent of the Barbarians who once lived in caves and slept with animals.

Many never took a bath - even their Kings and Queen took a bath once in five years - if not more.

Measles, small pox, cholera, others dangerous diseases not known to the indigenous people - were brought to Turtle Island and other pristine places - and millions died - falling prey to these strange diseases.

The predominant diseases that is killing us today - is GREED.

Today in the year 2019 - a detail, deep study, lasting 5 years - clearly shows in the Board Rooms - there are very few women.

When it comes to making important decisions - more linked to billions of dollars - women are looked at for input - and doing the heavy lifting- but NOT in the final decision making.

When it comes to women of color more Black - the data is non-existant.

When it comes to critical decision making - White women are found here and there - but as I have said - predominantly White men call the shots - most - lacking spirituality and wisdom.

Here in San Francisco - we have large Corporations - wheeling and dealing - with Billions of assets.

Corporations such as McKesson Pharmaceutical, SalesForce, Google, UC San Francisco, the City and County of San Francisco - all target women - and in many cases promote some women - and pity them against other women.

So does Spirituality and Wisdom matter as part of a unique distinction - and critical elements - in creating women rights ?

What is more important  giving women  "equity" - when it comes to decision making, management, fairness, justice, equal pay, and many other salient and pertinent issues and elements that matter - that having women play second fiddle - all the time.

There is only so much of the Missionary Position anyone can take.

Few of us realize - for all the lies told - that our United States Government  was deeply influenced by the Six Nations - on the East Coast of America.

The Iroquois Tribe - when our Founding Fathers - met the Iroquois and had scheduled meetings at the White House - influenced deeply and incorporated a lot of the Democracy practiced for thousands of years - by the Government of the Six Nations - indigenous Tribes - into our U.S. Constitution.

It was not uncommon to invite the Six Nations and other Native American Chiefs to the White House -  and have deep discussions.

All that came to nought - once Greed, Avarice, and lack of gratitude took hold of those that bit the hand that fed them.
Today - the GREED - knows no bounds and has reached saturation point.

In less than nine months - we will experience a Recession - worse than the one that hit us the last time around - in 2007.

It does not help that our Corporations are cowing down to Donald Trump - who is out to destroy our Nation. 

No one in their wildest dreams - would have imagined having a President that is a disgrace to the human race - such as Donald Trump - an egotistical maniac.

China, Russia, Europe, Canada, Brazil, and many other Nations - will not have anything to do with the United States - because the " Trust " level - is at an - all time - low.

Today, January 2, 2019 - the Democrats will try to negotiate with Donald  Trump - one single FOOL against some Democrats.

Again and again you will hear - Donald Trump - insists that he wants a WALL built.

A primitive notion - that Whites have embraced from day one - and is in their DNA.

This embedded notion of walls, fences, barriers, that is how most of them look at their world. 

Saying and wishing all the time - " this is mine - and I must build - a wall - some security that belongs to me. "

In the indigenous world - such concepts are non-existent and anthropologist, sociologists, theologians, philosophers, others who are educated on issues - all know how the indigenous look at our world - and respect Mother Earth.

Indigenous people took little and kept more for others.

Indigenous people were the keepers of Mother Earth - to this day with all the injustice meted out against the Indigenous People - the Indigenous People - still hold tight to their values - ingrained in the DNA.

Greed destroys, is selfish, propagates his - tory.

The  "he"  is a destructive force.

There is  "fe male"  and male.

There is she and then he.

There is women and  "we men " - and deep within these words  - more etymology - comes out the best or the worst in us humans. 

It is left for us who are educated on issues to teach and for good to prevail. Aho.

STATE OF CALIFORNIA - LONG TERM SERVICES AND SUPPORT - ARE WE ADDRESSING THE NEEDS OF OUR GROWING " ELDER " POPULATION.

Senator Richard Pan chaired an Information Hearing to understand better how our Elders in California - meet their needs.

As usually happens - in the year 2018 - we have just realized - that we need to collect the pertinent and relevant data.More to address a viable and sustainable model - to address the care and service our Seniors - more those who are disabled and bed ridden.

California and a City and County of San Francisco brag they are progressive - and as much as they say they are - they have failed miserably to address the " aging issues " facing our Elders.

In fact we are just working on a survey - to best find out what is happening at ground zero. 

This needs assessment - that should have be done ten years ago - latest five years ago - we have just begun in the year 2018.

When we look at how the money is spent - most of money is spent on the Disable Population.

The  Disable Population  - that even though it forms a smaller percentage - as I said - more money is spent on this segment of the Senior population. 

About 15% of the totally population needing Long Term Services and Supports are the Disabled Population.

In the year 2018 it is estimated that 15% of the total population are Seniors fall into the Disabled Category.

In their Golden Years - many of the Seniors are suffering because they have to deal with lack of housing needs, transportation, hospitals, nutrition, medical equipment, support to help them taking their medicines - help in  many areas  - such as rehabilitation and more.

In San Francisco those providing Home Care Services do a magnificent job.

Since there are such a large number of Home Care Providers - most of them family members - those in charge - have created programs and workshops to train and inform those so that they can better provide the best care - in a meaningful manner.

The Media-Cal system embraced by the State and the Medicare system provided by the Federal Retirement System - has tried its best to provide the best care to our Seniors.

The care varies from one Health Care Provider to another -  Kaiser Permanente - a Health Maintenance Organization - that offers Senior Advantage Care - has created a model that is touted to work.

The Senior Advantage Care that Kaiser offers - may provide the basics - but the problems arises when " disabilities slow down a Senior " - bring about mobility issues, nutrition, rehabilitation, housing, access to recreation and other facilities.

How all these factors -play a key factor - in the well being of a Senior, an Elder, those that we pray and hope - enjoy their Golden Years.

In realty most of these Seniors - are left to fend for themselves.

It must be noted that most of the Seniors - those who maintain themselves entirely on Social Security find it difficult to live in San Francisco.

One bedroom rents for $3500 and two bedrooms for $5500 - even more - depending on the location. 

It is absolutely impossible for any Senior getting only Social Security to live on this income only. For reason best know to our Society - this is a problem - and this problems has become a life and death issue.

One has just to visit the Single Residency Occupancy Hotel - where Seniors share a toilet and a kitchen on one floor.

They live there because the rents are low - but even living in these horrible conditions - many do not have money left past the 5th day of the month.

Many go to Saint Anthony's, Glide Memorial, St Martin De Pores - to have their meals - and thank God for such places - they survive. 

Many visit clinics such as HealthRight360, Clinics run by non-profits that go out of their way to support our beloved - Seniors. God bless these folks who love and sacrifice so much.

Visiting the living rooms of the Seniors in the SROs and other living models - where they get three meals a day - and minimal support - I learned a lot. I saw the suffering but also the little HOPE that keeps the ailing Seniors - living.

Small  and congested with furniture and other essentials - leaving the Seniors little room to move around - in most of the Single Residency Occupancy Hotel rooms. 

I have gone out of my way to study this situation - have been waiting for validated data - have still to read a good sound validated report - so that I can be enlighten on this much need matter that needs to be addressed - linked to the Seniors who are living their Golden Years - in places that are NOT conducive to health environment in San Francisco.

Why is it that we have chosen to undermine our Senior population ?

More - those that cannot function - because of disabilities - mental, physical, psychological and others.

From time to time I am shocked and horrified to visit someone that I worked with at the Presidio of San Francisco - or someone I have known when they were healthy - become afflicted with a disability that makes them bed ridden. 

At times I am horrified - how a person - woman or man - can succumb to some diseases - and lose all their faculties.

The State of Affairs when it become to our Mentally Challenged and Seniors - is mind boggling - with no beds available - and told again and again - that they will have to be transferred out of State - by officials with a straight face.

This situation is the same with sub-acute beds - again and again loved ones are told - they will be transferred our of State - by hospitals such as Sutter Care.

The Jewish Community has taken care of their own - by acquiring land and building a Home for a Aged - right by Mission Street and Silver - with State of the Art Facilities - and have done good by their own people.

Again the Jewish Community has created institutions on Geary Street - favoring the study of Gerontology or Biogerontology the Science of Aging.  

Our University of California San Francisco - and some other institutions do more - and cater to Medicare, Medical, and those that belong to other Health Care Services.

In San Francisco there has not been a Senior Care Coordination  effort - to benefit all.

With the constant changes - Saint Luke bought by Sutter Hospital - depriving those who need health help - more, our Seniors are left to fend for themselves.

Seniors suffer more in a situation such as the changes made at Saint Luke - now Sutter Hospital - and there are other situations - none of which make it easy for the Seniors - to get help. Thrown to the wind - to fend for themselves.

In fact try contacting any Agency Local, State, or Federal to get help for a Senior in San Francisco - and you will find it to be an exercise in futility. 

Of course the San Francisco Board of Supervisors - all of them - have never, ever once discussed the Health Care of our Seniors - the Commission on Aging - discussing moot points - going in circles - and shooting themselves in the foot.

I have visited in cognito some of those home - trying to help Seniors more with mental and physical problems - who are provided three meals a day - and provided some amenities - mostly in very poor conditions.

It is pathetic to hear these so called authorities - blurt statics that cannot be verified on matters that pertain to the Seniors.

If  you carefully hear those so called experts give their testimony - you see again and again contradictory statements. The other things you notice - the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. Agencies work in silos and do what they think is best for themselves - never, ever having a holistic approach. 

Missing in the equation Adult Protective Services - when one monitors the role of this agency - it is simply mind boggling - more as the Seniors have more and more cognitive issues that adversely impact their lives.

Just imagine some agencies just getting used to using Electronic Time Sheets.

I have heard many complaints - agencies loosing or misplacing Time Sheets - and problems with Pay Roll.

It is not uncommon for some flimsy reason - those caring for their loved ones - told that the amount of hours spent on home care for their loved ones - will be curtailed - putting the Home Care Workers in harms way - besides stressing them out - working long hours and getting paid very little.

It has proved again and again that family members are best suited in the majority of cases - to best serve the needs of the family member that need - In Home Care Services.

Again it is pathetic when senility creeps in and those Seniors needing help cannot get any help. 

Some Private Centers offering Social and Health Care amenities - have to pay as much as $10,000 a month.

Another factor that most have not taken into consideration - adversely impacting those that have Life Insurance - and are asked by the those providing Social Services, Health Care, Meals - if they have Life Insurance.

Then without providing the patient legal help understanding any contract to tap into the Life Insurance Funds  - make them sign documents and work with the Insurance Companies - to use this money - as they please.

This Life Insurance issues linked to Life Term Services Supports  - used to provide care to the one who has paid into Life Insurance - in now becoming fashionable to be tapped into - by unsavory entities - offering Long Term Care.

The State of California - studying and trying to react to the many issues and find solutions - on Long Term Care.

The every growing Senior population linked to  Long Term Services and Supports - this population is growing rapidly - the Baby Boomers - most are 65 year plus - in the past 5 years are growing by leaps and bounds.

In 20 years from now there will be more Seniors than those under 18 years - or so the experts say.

The experts may say more - but, what are we doing to prepare ourselves for this day - that is not far away.

In San Francisco - we have Seniors living in Tents.

Those living in Recreational Vehicles - are harassed - the City and County of San Francisco - does not have have a sustainable and viable solution to address the needs of our Seniors - more when it come to decent affordable housing and health services.

Our Mayors starting from Willie L. Brown, Jr., Gavin Newsom, Edwin Mah Lee, the present Mayor London Breed - have been talking the talk - but have failed to walk the walk.
