THE SFPUC HAS SPENT THOUSANDS TO CREATE PRESENTATIONS THAT BEG THE QUESTION - WHEN IT COMES TO DRINKING WATER AND SEWAGE FEES - THAT WE TAX PAYERS PAY - SFPUC HAS FAILED IN ITS OBLIGATIONS.

The very notion of turning water off - penalizing the majority of constituents who have to survive and need to drink clean water, bathe, and use water for other essential uses -  be  penalized by shutting off the waters - because you cannot afford to pay one's water bill - deprived of essential amenities - is shocking to say the least.

Juliet Ellis was fined - she is still around with a title Assistant General Manger of External Affairs - pokes her dirty nose in Workforce  - knows little if nothing about Workforce - and loves to micro management - the lives of other employees.

Juliet Ellis must be fired - the ploys, machinations, and shenanigans she is involved with - is a disgrace to the human race.

Prior to the Raker Act - created in 1913 - the water flowed freely in the near by rivers - closer to the now Hetch Hetchy reservoir.

The Native American tribes  - never imagined the water would be sold - their rivers depleted - the salmon and other fish and life impacted. I often sit down and talk to the elders - they tell the true story. 

Paradoxically those that are thieves, liars, rapists, scum bags - do not have the gut to tell the true history - facts that matter - they are always spinning yarns - much like the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission - in less than 5 years -it will fall on its face in disgrace.

In the Native American vocabulary there is no word for  the white man's word  " greed ".

The Native Americans called those "strangers " they came in contact with - " pale faces ". And when it came to character - they spoke to the point and declared - " do not trust those that speak with a forked tongue ".

What makes the above statements pertinent and relevant - when so called Black more House Negros - the likes we hav at the SF Public Utilities Commission and elsewhere - turn there back to the Native Americans and to history - that protected many Black that ran away - from slavery and were given succor by the Native Americans.

Hetch Hetchy

The Raker Act mandated free water and hydro-electricity to those that lived in Public Housing - this came to an end in 1996 - when the City and County permitted Pacific Gas and Electric to put meters - and collect fees from Public Housing.

The SF Public Utilities Commission - gets the water for free - but charges a lot - and penalizes those that cannot pay their water bill - more, who are poor.

Daily all over this City and County of San Francisco - and in other areas - where SF Public Utilities Commission has water pipes that are over 90 years old leech.

Millions of gallons of clean water leeches into the ground - in many cases adversely impacting the watershed. Most of this because of deferred maintenance.

The idiots are not doing their job - waste millions in terms of precious resources that they stole.

There is no one document where the tribes allowed anyone to steal the water - no agreement what so ever.

The SF Public Utilities Commission owes the Southeast Sector community over $2 Billion - mitigation fees. Yet is wants those that have NOT been given opportunities - those that have to endure the stench of the Phelps Raw Sewage Treatment Plant for over 50 years - more the Bayview and Hunters Point area.

Mitigation fees - compounded to total now $2 Billion - that former SF Water Department, the SF Public Utilities Commission formed in 1996 - the City and County of San Francisco - the Regional Water Board  - agreed to pay.

As I said - compounded over the years - $2 Billion - this large amount must be paid to the community.

The stupid SF Public Utilities Commission has refused to address this mitigation measure. More in open defiance it want the constituents of Bayview and Hunters Point to pay more.

Many ignorant Blacks on the pay roll of SF Public Utilities Commission - going to the SF Planning Department - other places are making fools of themselves. These ignorant fools have no clue - about real facts - they do not even know that some of us went to the SF Sunshine Task Force - and put the SF Bayview Opera House on notice.

These fools mostly Black will do anything for some stale bread crumbs - ignorant to core - they have no knowledge of process, less of sound information - and are quick to speak from both sides of their mouth.

The SFPUC goes out of its way to garner more money for its drab services - including adding ground water - that smells bad -  forced us who protested - to deal with the situation at hand.

Once most of the clean drinking water was pristine - no more - the rivers have been polluted - the gold rush impacted the rivers, the mining of mercury impacted the watershed and the rivers.

There are many other factors - that I would not like to discuss. Why throw pearls before the swine - more idiots who simply do not get it - buffoons. 

These fool lack " common sense " common sense is rare sense - so they think we must live with buffoonery all our lives.

Sadly they are mistaken - one by one they will fall by the way side.

The SFPUC was involved in " de-watering " - a process used when deep piles are driven deep - more in construction.

Down-town San Francisco we have the Millennium Building - 58 story building - sinking over 19 inches and tilting 9 inches Northwest - as a result of de-watering other factors too.

Millions of gallons were pulled from the watershed - deep down in the Earth - pumped into our dual sewer system.

There was a required water meter - but that did not work - and the main culprit was the SF Public Utilities Commission and its main head Harlan Kelly  - who has NOT taken responsibility of this on going - nonsense.

These folks who present and talk about human beings in an arbitrary manner - mostly Whites - are out of their fucking mind.

It is just a matter of time - they turn off the water - and someone's ire is triggered - and they become victims - because  some SF Public Utilities worker - who is just reacting to orders - will be adversely impacted.

He or she will go to turn off the clean drinking valve - some single dwelling or whatever is the case  -  suffer the consequence of some ire or some person that has lost it - assaulting the person and the rest will be history.

THE BAYVIEW OPERA HOUSE - IS MANDATED TO REPORT ITS INCOME - MORE UNDER 12L - WHEN IT HAS RECEIVED DONATIONS OVER $250,000 - WHICH IT HAS IN ONE INSTANCE OVER $5.6 MILLION.

The SF Bayview Opera House -

has not reported thousands of dollars 

to the authorities - uses the institution -

for ulterior motives - failing the community at large.

The Bayview Opera House is replete with nefarious activities - more when this sordid entity - has a Director who acts like a neo-Nazi.

Makes a salary of over $200,00 - lives in subsidized housing - and thinks as a White woman - she has full control to the SF Bayview Opera House - that long has been a bastion of the cultivation of culture from the early 1950s to date.

What makes this circus all the more a mockery of sorts - buffoons now play on the stage - exposing their ignorance and arrogance.

The SF Bayview Opera House Board of Directors - many of them House Negros - who have no morals, less ethics, and have not an iota of comprehension - when it comes to sound - " cultural competency ".

The demographic of the SF Bayview Hunters Point has changed dramatically - Latinos, Asians, Whites, others have now a higher population - while some House Negros are purporting to make decision that are devoid of unity - and favors divisiveness.

Some of us will change this - in keeping with the situation at hand - and more for the best interest of the community at large.

Clearly the present Director have no clue who they are dealing with - their defiance clearly proves - that they are so used to the corruption - the cesspool their have created - that they prefer to drown in the " cesspool of their own creation " - rather than follow rules and regulation - and embrace all for the best.

The SF Bayview Opera House ever since the SF Arts Commission has taken over that institution - turned the SF Bayview Opera House - into a bordello of sorts.

Entities the SF Public Utilities Commission, politicians galore in the making - one worse than the other - use the SF Bayview Opera House for meeting and political charades - no ethics, no morals, and of course lacking standards.

Paradoxically we had to go to the SF Controller's Office to find out that indeed the SF Bayview has been audited - but the SF Bayview Opera House  defied the law - and refused to submit the audit done by the SF Controller Office - wherein 95% of the main elements the SF Bayview audited on - lacks minus standards - it has been an abject failure. 

Two audits dated December 20, 2013 and April 23, 2012 -  conducted by the SF Controllers Office - one states the Bayview Opera House Properly used grant funds - but incorrectly billed the Arts Commission.

The other states the SF Bayview Opera House Inc., did not comply with some grant agreement provisions and needs to improve its internal controls.

The SF Arts Commission has failed in its role to guide and bring some semblance when it comes of the SF Bayview Opera House. The SF Bayview Opera House is quick to accept the SF Hotel Tax - but has failed in its fiduciary responsibilities - with less accountability and transparency.

The SF Board of SupervisorS in 2013 - prevents the Controller Office to evaluate and more audit how the SF Hotel Tax is spent - which make any accountability difficult - and allows nefarious entities such as the SF Bayview Opera House - to make hay while the sun shines. This nonsense must STOP.

The best remedy in this case is to bring in the Internal Revenue System (IRS) -  the IRS has supreme jurisdiction and does not pander to entities - spineless, inept, and totally worthless - more the SF Arts Commission and even less the SF Bayview Opera House and the many crooks who make their abode - wheeling and dealing.

This current situation is pathetic and calls for a complete evaluation of very aspect of the operation - linked to the SF Bayview Opera House and its sordid directors.

More, bordering on the worst type of corruption - no ethics, breaking every law, and defying rules and regulations - the IRS can address the situation at hand - and even look further into the nefarious activities of each Director - that time in now.

The SF Bayview Opera has failed to pay thousands of dollars in taxes to the Internal Revenue Service - which means to the State of California too - the Franchise Board.

Of Cours the SF Treasure's Office that is fast asleep in the cockpit - failing to evaluate and the operations of many crooked entities like the SF Bayview Opera House - pandering to politics.

 The IRS can deal with the SF Treasure - our attempt to give the SF Treasurer' s an opportunity was spurned - now they can deal with their own decision - immature and what is more very disconcerting.

The SF Treasure Office is in the dark - purportedly - failing us tax payers who pay too much and get to little in needed services. 

The SF Treasure Office portends to be blind - suffering mostly from cysts in its eyes.

 On closer inspection - it has allowed the SF Bayview Opera House - to do as its pleases - while pretending it is FAIR - far from this assumption - the SF Treasurer's Office - has been very UNFAIR to us all - who pay our taxes.

The SF Bayview Opera House has corrupt Board of Directors - who changed the Articles of Incorporation -  moving away from cultivating Arts - to wheeling and dealing and incorporating - Economic Development.

More - benefiting some of its SF Bayview Opera House Directors illegally - and never, ever imaging - some of us would expose them.

These rascals have been caught with their hand in the cookie jar and what is more their pants at their ankles - shameless and pathetic to the core - a disgrace to the human race.

In it amazing after the SF Controller's Office ordered the SF Bayview Opera House to get their act together - they have defied the public at large.

More - the tax payers - the decent constituents of Bayview Hunters Point - the SF Bayview Opera House Board of Directors - think they can get away with murder - in broad daylight.


One has just to review their 990 Forms - their reporting is pathetic - and they have failed to pay thousands of dollars in taxes to the City and County of San Francisco - to the Nation and to the great State of California.

Anyone can request for the 990 Forms and they must be accommodated. 

Those of you that have been pussyfooting - pandering to the Citizen of Month - a Neo-Nazi who has been fleecing the community - here is your one chance to stand tall and represent.

The SF Bayview Board of Directors - have all with intent - defrauded the Nation, the State of California, the City and County of San Francisco - and must step down - now.

We went before the SF Sunshine Task Force - followed the process - the SF Bayview Opera House Directors and its sordid Executive Director - with intent - did not provide critical information we requested - this is totally illegal.

It took us 7 and a half months to adjudicate our case and we won 9-0 at the Sunshine Task Force. 

This matter will go before the SF Ethics Commission - as and when there is some semblance at the SF Ethics Commission that is undergoing - some turbulence of a nature never seen before.

Going to the IRS is the best option - initial contact made - on behalf of the community at large - is every encouraging - and every attempt will be made to bring to justice those crooks - corrupt to the core - who wheel and deal at the SF Bayview Opera House.

 No one can fool all the people all the time.

Theo still maintains it is the " OK " - to allow nefarious activities to take place at the SF Bayview Opera House - that bears the name of Mrs Ruth Williams.

Mrs Ruth Williams conducted herself with dignity - influenced the lives of thousands of youth and young adults - produced actors the caliber of Danny Glover and others.

Today the SF Bayview Opera House is a den of thieves - if you want to rent the SF Bayview Opera House and you are Black the Neo-Nazi resorts : " we do not rent to Animals and Goons ".

Our quest is one based on empirical data - we still are looking to audit the $5.6 million - of which only $2.2 million is accounted for - where is the rest of the money?

The audits done by the SF Controller's Office have not been delivered by the SF Bayview Opera House and its proxy the SF Arts Commission that stepped in to address the Freedom of Information Act request - when it should have allowed to SF Bayview Opera House to manage its own affairs.

Mrs Patterson a person who represent the SF Arts Commission has failed the SF Arts Commission - again and again and again the SF Arts Commission has been reprimanded - and continue to defy decency, ethics, morals and standards.

All the above adjudications are available on request to the SF Sunshine Task Force and to the SF Ethics Commission.

This quest has seen light - strong light that has exposed the cockroaches - hiding under the dirt rugs - now struggling to flee the scene - you can run - but you SF Bayview Opera House Directors cannot hide.

San Francisco was owed millions -  the Williams Electric Energy Company decided to settle the matter - by turning over 3 Combustion Turbines - in lieu of cash payment.

SF Public Utilities Commission - is known for its buffoonery - never ceases to amaze us all - instead of cashing on the 3 Turbines - Susan Leal the then General Manager of SFPUC - (now a consultant ) fired by Mayor Gavin Newsom - now embedded as a consultant - at 525 Golden Gate.

Her partner in this devious plan that did not materialize -  Karen Kubick - ( now the Project Manager of the SSIP) to place the 3 Combustion Turbines near Third Street and 18th Street.

The two of them -  were determined to place the 3 Combustion Turbines - by Third Street and 18th - and fire the 3 Combustion Turbines - using fossil fuel - to further adversely impact the community - spewing very harmful particulates.

We advocates had to fight to stop this nonsense.

Mr Richard Sklar - 

a decent, fair person - who understood -

the plight of those that continue to suffer to this day -

while crooks fill their pockets - 

thinking they can get away with murder.

Mr Richard Sklar passed away - he left a legacy.

The only SF Public Utilities Commissioner - who understood our plight - Richard Sklar - a former Ambassador to Bosnia - and once the General Manager of the SF Public Utilities Commission, the MTA - appointed by Mayor Diane Feinstein.

The paradox the SFPUC wasted millions storing the 3 Combustion Turbines in Texas - costing them in access of $300,000 a year - thisnonsense went on for years - with the Combustion Turbines - serviced - fired and turned on - to maintain some normalcy. 

After some years the SFPUC idiots - realized they should sell the Combustion Turbines -  use the money - for much need expenses.

This was closer to the years - when this Nation was undergoing the spiraling of our economy - the year 2006 to 2011 - SFPUC too had some serious problems - much as it has today.

SFPUC has created a cesspool - and it will drown in this cesspool. Make no bones about it. Soon people in high places  - will beg to retire - rather than go to jail.

Millions could have been saved - but millions were wasted.

Right now we see the same at Mountain Tunnel, Calaveras Dam, Irvington Tunnel - the lack of maintenance and replacement of clean water pipes - over 110 miles all over San Francisco and more Sewer Pipes over 120 miles all over San Francisco.

High density skyscrapers dot the skyline - and adversely impact our dual sewer system - while there has been talk to do this and that - raw sewage continues to adversely impact many areas in San Francisco  more in the Southeast Sector.

Huge pipes bringing clean water from the Hetch Hetchy Reservoir - most of the water uses - gravity - there are many pump stations - most of them brand new - and all experiencing problems - more with valves - many of them malfunctioning.

The $4.6 Billion Water System Improvement Project is near its end - started in 2002 - $2.2 Billion of the $4.6 came from our Regional partners that San Francisco provides clean drinking water.

Be it that many of the companies - especially those manufacturing computer chips - waste millions of clean drink water - used for their cooling systems and so on.

Again and again - at the many SFPUC presentation - idiots make presentation - and when they called upon to explain - some pertinent issues - have NO answers - the advocates are simply fed up - and no one goes to the SFPUC meetings anymore.

In the year 2002 there was a Ballot Measure - to revamp the clean water and sewer water system. The clean water system was named - a fancy name - the Water System Improvement Project (WSIP).

The SF Public Utilities Commission arbitrarily decided NOT to implement anything much - more, with the Sewer System Improvement Project.

Allowing thousands to suffer in the Bayview Hunters Point and a radius of over 3 miles - that has been experienced unbearable stench day in and day out - the smell of rotten eggs - the air pungent - creating tears in the eyes.

This nonsense has been tolerated by the community at large - since the mid 1960s.

Now we have the Sewer System Improvement Project that started with an estimated cost of $6 Billion but really is $10 Billion - and the idiots behind this scheme - are opening fleecing the tax payers.

The digesters started with a cost less than $2 billion and now is nearing $3 billion. The SFPUC thinks - it can keep pushing the buttons of the taxpayers - more, those from the Bayview Hunters Point. They are mistaken.

The SFPUC owes the taxpayers more than $2 Billion in mitigation money - and now will have to fork that money - as and who we the people decide. A ballot measure has been designed - and this one move - will bring the SFPUC to its senses - more folks like Juliet Ellis - who has to go - she cause unnecessary problems - every single day.

The Controller Office and more Ben Rosenfield knows that millions are wasted - by the SF Public Utilities Commission.

 Again and again audits done - clearly show how a Maintenance Manager - working at the Phelps Raw Sewage Treatment Plant - bought the wrong spare parts - costing thousands - so that expensive equipment and monitoring system - were stalled and could not be operated.

Air samples could not be collected  - the entire operation in some critical sections of the Raw Sewage Treat Plant situated on Phelps Street - stalled.

General Manager Harlan Kelly was fully aware of the ploys and machinations. So was William Carlin - of course the dumb and crooked Juliet Ellis - knew about on going nonsense - and still are around wasting millions - more. 

Instead of firing the crooks that still work at the plant and these crooks are mostly White.

 The idiots that be - pressured a good man Tony Flores to take - early retirement.

 They did that to Tommy Moala who was used like a dirty rag - and disposed with little fanfare.

Recently is has come to my attention - that Dwayne Jones who has been black listed - trying to hoodwink a contractor who won a contract - was told that the contract had to be re-bidded.

Those behind the sordid action  -  Dwayne Jones and Linda Richardson - with the blessing of Amos Brown - from the then SF Housing Authority. Go Figure.

Today, Dwayne Jones is embedded at 525 Golden Gate - represents some crooked Primes -  bidding as a sub-contractor and all this is baffling to those that adhere to ethics, morals, and standards.

Where is the Contract Monitoring Division on this issue.

What sub-contractor - who has a tarnished record - dares to act like he is invincible?

I was listening to the last SF Public Utilities Commission meeting - where some grant money - was being doled out - to a Cafe situated at Mandel Plaza by Third and Palou.

The perennial Girls 2000 that cannot produce nor train - youth and young adults - and provide them career jobs.

No good come from Nancy Pelosi -

she should step down and fade away. 

The SF Conservation Corps - that I helped way back in the year 1999 at the Presidio of San Francisco - that owes its allegiance to Congresswoman Nancy Pelosi - and other entities that prey on our youth and young adults - more from the inner city.

I remember feed our inner city youth - from the SF Conservation Corps - who came to work with having their breakfast and had no money for lunch. I took care of my folks then - as I do now - treat human beings - like human beings - not like dirty rags.

Again and again outsiders - who have no clue about the contamination and pollution - the entire area where the Green House were situated - news abate and mitigation - the AZUL company - cannot do that job - well.  They are slated to do the abatement and mitigation. Yeh!

The SFPUC should bore holes - collect the soil samples - and provide us the results.

Never mind if some concrete covers the contaminated soil and the dirt and land - contaminants leech into the air and the watershed - and no one can fool all the people - all the time.

Our youth and young adults should not be put in harm way.

BILLIONS OF DOLLARS ARE SPENT BY UNSCRUPULOUS CROOKS IN SAN FRANCISCO - EMBEDDED IN MOSTLY ENTERPRISE CITY DEPARTMENTS - MAKING MILLIONS AND ALL AT THE EXPENSE OF PEOPLE WHO NEED HELP MOST.

We need an assessment long due -

why are so many decent human beings -

living in despicable conditions -

even as City Managers and others -

are patting their behinds?

Recently I was watching a sordid ceremony where City Department heads - just woke up from their long slumber - and decided to give - some of their fellow City workers - commendations - patting them on their behinds. All on SFGOV.TV - free publicity - on some mundane matters - the real issues - affecting the tax payers - put on the back burner.

Ask the constituents - the tax payers about most of City employees and find out - what they truly have to say ?

We have over 33,000 City workers - and the City Administrator Naomi Kelly, some idiot from the Mayor's Office who has links with the Police Officers Association (POA) - were trying to impress us - that all is well with our City employees - when the opposite is true.

A certain team that purports that DAHLIA is working without any hitch. Let us have a second and third opinion.

Other City employees too many to mention - all think that our SF City and County of San Francisco are moving in the right direction.

No one seems to care the damage done by Olson Lee, the divisiveness left by Tiffany Bohee and her team now working for Land Lease - the many crooks embedded at 525 Golden Gate Avenue.

The millions over spent on the project know as the Water System Improvement Project - and the stalled Sewer System Improvement Project - the early retire of Tommy Moala and Tony Flores. An invite to bring a head from EastBay MUD - more to take control of over $10 billion dollars.

Juliet Ellis - she continues to wreck havoc -

Juliet Ellis who should be fire - is still doling money - in the wrong manner - she has NO clue about Workforce - and we are forced now to take this matter to court. Enough is enough.

This outsiders are parasites - and when you see parasites - you need to get rid of them - more when again and again they have been charged and paid a fine - for their misdeeds.

As I always mention - this is Ohlone Land - more Muwekma Ohlone land - who have lived continuously in this are we call the Bay Area and beyond for over 13,000 years.

The Ohlone protected this land, took little and nurtured what they saw. Then in less than 200 years - the strangers came and fucked it all up. 

Our SF City workers - most of them have NO clue who truly has jurisdiction over this land. In the last ten years the skyline has changed - for the worse.

The Carbon footprint has increased - with all the concrete, the aggregate, the congestion on our roads - more the dangerous 2.5 PM, the lack of food and nutrition - 3 out of 5 children go to bed hungry in San Francisco.

We have 15,000 homeless - many crash where they can. Others live in tents - while our SF City and County boast of a Budget that is more than $10 BILLION.

Rent are sky rocketing - over 15,000 families have left San Francisco - never to return again. These are families that contributed - to the making of San Francisco.

Our unique neighborhoods - have experienced  drastic changes - zombies have invaded our neighborhoods.

 Most  of them have their heads stuck in their  iPads, and iPhones, are nonchalant - they have nothing to contribute - to society at large -  are bland - more cardboard.

Our non-profits that use to do good work - have now decided to gather money anyway they can.

They pretend to work for the poor and those that need help most - but end up faking and creating data - doing less of the required  heavy lifting - more, linked to compassion and empathy, The are focused on  making large profits on the backs of the poor and the indigent.

Jeff Kositsky - Director of Homeless 

and Supportive Services making over 

$250,000 a year and having little to show.

We have a Homeless Czar - Jeffery Kositsky who makes over $250,000 plus - was heard to make disparaging remarks as he rode in a taxi - agains the homeless.

We tolerate and think such nonsense and the sordid mentality of most SF City workers - more the City Administrator, those who work for the Mayor's Office - many of the Heads of departments - who think it is kosher - so to speak - make disparaging remarks linked to those that need help most -  most of  these individuals -  stinks to high heaven.

Plans are afoot to build small homes - from shipping containers and other inferior structural models - 100 square foot - match boxes.

These gimmicks do not encourage Quality of Life issues - sordid - " dog houses " - that will damper the spirits of those that live under such conditions - no electricity, less drinking water facilities, no shower and toilet facilities.

California is the 6th largest economy - in the world.

Yet, we cannot help our own people - homelessnesses must be addressed on a War Footing by those who have a clear vision with compassion.

 More - with tenacity and fortitude that these jackasses - lack.

 They talk too much and act like fools - all the time.


Who are these maniacs who are making such disgraceful statements  - more have such concepts on their platform -and want to represent the people of San Francisco - as Mayor?

Barbara Ockel - she runs the SF Bayview

Opera House - when one Black woman -

asked her to rent the facility - she said -

" we do not rent to animals and goons " .

Can you imagine a Black running any cultural institution in China Town or for that matter in the Pacific Heights area - now why do we have a neo-Nazi running the SF Bayview Opera House?

Millions were spent - including this ugly rock garden -

the building built in 1888 -

anyone that has some understand of Landmark Building -

see the mismatch - there seems to be NO standard -

more when millions cannot be account for -

of the $5.6 million given to the Bayview Opera House -

only $2.2 million can be accounted for - Go Figure!

Better known as the Ruth Williams Opera House - in charge of cultural issues? A white woman - who discriminates, lack cultural competency, is corrupt to the hilt - and call Black - goons and animals - all this in San Francisco.

Barbara Ockel makes over $200,000 a year -live in subsidized housing - is linked to some housing project - part of the economic development she purports to be part of - with NO accountability and less transparency. 

Who is fooling whom?

The SF Bayview Opera House has NOT been audited in many years - 12 years for sure - any institution that makes over $250,000 must be audited annually.

 More when the institution  portends to foster sordid and despicable  " economic development " -  projects -without the tax payers of the Bayview Hunters Point area - having NO input - whats so ever.

In this singular case - dealing with dubious housing development projects -  fostering - wheeling and dealing - corruption of the highest order.

Our SF Controller Ben Rosenfield  is now looking into the matter, our SF Treasure Jose Cisneros is looking into the matter - the other City Department heads - including City Administrator Naomi Kelly - must look into this case - and remedy such situations all over the City and County of San Francisco.
