SFPUC HAS YET TO CLARIFY THE MITIGATION SUNSETTING LINKED TO 1800 OAKDALE - THE SOUTHEAST COMMUNITY FACILITY COMMISSION BUILDING - LESS - WITH TIMELINES AND GOALS LINKED TO THE LARGE DIGESTERS - NO ACCOUNTABILITY AND LESS TRANSPARENCY.

A joint meeting was held - at the Southeast Community
Commission Facility Building - 1800 Oakdale Street - 
those members of the Southeast Commission -

failing to have a quorum at the start of the meeting -

the Citizens Advisory Committee to the SFPUC - having a quorum -

a dog and pony show - lacking empirical data - 

facts that count and make a difference - missing  from the presentation.

No one can  " hoodwink " all the people all of the time.

Let us try this one - " there is no way - all the people - can be fooled all the time " - this nonsense that been tried before - and failed - miserably.

In life you must be " truthful " - the SF Public Utilities Commission is known to tell " lies " - and conduct itself in a dubious manner - with intent  providing " information " - that cannot be backed by empirical data - facts count.

To show a good example to the youth - adults must NOT tell lies.

If adults are educated - the must NOT with intent - provide half truths and false premises - to our youth - and think for a second all will be well.

In the year 2000 -  a Proposition was passed by the tax payers of San Francisco - mandating the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC) - to upgrade the clean water system and the sewer system.

Over 1100 miles of clean drinking water pipes more than 80 years old then - and consequently 1000 miles of sewer pipes - also over 80 years - the urgent upgrading Mountain Tunnel - very near the Hetch Hetchy Reservoir - more the entire Hetch Hetchy system - need upgrades - to face the impending large earth quake - fondly called the " Big One ".

Just like that the SF Public Utilities Commission - chose to deal with the clean water system - that they now called a fancy name - the Water System Improvement Project - and the sewer system was left to die a slow and painful death - much like some withering vines.

Never mind since 1960s the residents close the Phelps Sewer Treatment plant - have been suffering from the Sulphur like stench,  chronic respiratory diseases - heart problems - and a host of other diseases - all well documented by the SF Health Department, the Environmental Protection Agency - and hundreds of Environmental Groups.

Those adversely impacted with intent - must be made whole. This is not understood clearly by SF Public Utilities Commission - and so a Law Suite - well document - will resolve all the issues - in the open - and is in the offing. Watch out - enough is enough.

Community Benefits for the SFPUC -

needs to have his head examined.

In the 1970s - the cross town tunnel was planned - but when it came to the execution - the neighborhoods - mostly Whites - did not agree for the tunnel to pass through their community.

It was fine for those in District  2, District 3, District 4, District 5, District 6, District 7, District 8 - to have their waste - their sewage travel all the way to the Bayview Hunters Point - for the residents of the Bayview Hunters Point - to suffer adverse impacts - all these many years.

Huge pumps would be placed - to facilitate the Cross Tunnel Project -  " that would move millions of secondary effluents - clear across the San Francisco - from the Southeast  Phelps Treatment Plant.

The hostility was intense - that those who are in the late 80s and 90s still remember those days - and recall the feuds and blatant racism. Of course those presenting some nonsense today - have NO clue - for the simple reason there were not around. Especially this clown - from New Orleans - hired by the SF Public Utilities Commission - who must be fired.

In the 1980s the Southeast Community Facility Commission was built - with Commissioners sitting - the one kind all over San Francisco.

The result of the " Community " fighting hard for a building - to foster education for our youth and young adults. A mitigation process that has failed the community because the SF Water Department was slow to implement the Manifesto - and in 1996 when the SF Public Utilities Commission took over - the situation became worse.

Those attending the August 9, 2017 meeting - were mostly -

not from Bayview Hunters Point -

the photographs are there to prove the point -

hundreds of them - many close ups.

At one time the 1800 Oakdale which is the Southeast Community Facility Commission Building - had courses where nurses could be certified, there were culinary courses, young women could learn tailoring skills with certification.

Youth were tutored in the proper manner, young adults, and adults - learned many skills - and were employed and when on to building careers - as the Southeast Community Facility Commission - and the staff - took their responsibilities very seriously.

The Green House were suppose to provide Horticulture and other Green services - at that them these concepts were ahead of their time.

The main purpose to bring in income - and create a  sound " scholarship fund ". This concept never took roots - as corruption slowly made its way - and this fungi spread as wild fire - eroding all that once was good.

The " Green Houses " three of them - each paid thousands - no one can account for the money. Recently each of the owners on were given notice - and offered $100, 000 to move away to another location - that they had to locate to.

The 1800 Oakdale facility - became so corrupt in the 2000s - that one person resorted to leasing space and pocketing the money. 

She was fired and debarred from having anything to do with 1800 Oakdale - and was present at the meeting held August 9, 2017.

City College was invited - and is there today - and other entities that did good work - evicted - while those with hidden agendas - came in - and continue to create - " divisiveness ".

Dr. Espanola Jackson and I - on many instances - had to visit the warring parties - to bring peace - and explain to them why the Southeast Community Facility Commission Building existed.

One of the worst Directors, Toye Moses - the Director of the Facility located at 1800 Oakdale  was - who was present at yesterday's meeting - held at the 1800 Oakdale site - August 9, 2017.

At times the elevators would not work. The community room was given a new floor - the tiles popping out - that work had to be done again.

Much like the upgrade of  the Facility - bid for $ 1 million - that cost the Southeast Community Facility Commission Building - $1.6 million - the many amendments done - under the leadership Juliet Ellis - who know nothing much about construction - and less about being a sound Project Manager.

Great care was taken to invite -

the interns and their families -

to showcase some training of sorts -  time will tell -

that has nothing in writing and it not mandated

to provide " career jobs " for these youth.

The Bayview Hunters Point has had some great leaders who truly cared for the people - Dr. Espanola Jackson, Alex Pitcher, Shirley Jones, Ruth Williams.

All of the above and others - to many to name - these leaders gave their life - to do right by the community.

 When one does right - one does not lie,  fabricate,  cheat - create convoluted concepts that reveal one thing - but lead to another - mostly adversely impacting the community.

This has been the history of the Southeast Community Facility Commission Building - note the word - " COMMUNITY ".

We saw some with ulterior motives -

the ones creating divisiveness - 

they attend to see what is there on the platter -

to be offered to them for free.

As much as the advocates who have the best interests of the community - we have others - who work against the community at large. Selling out the community - taking stale bread crumbs - and failing to see - the larger - picture. More the good that must come to our community - historically treated with disdain - by the City and  County of San Francisco.

These sordid folks - in the minority doing major damage - want money to be given them on a platter for free. This nonsense must STOP.

Others who are known - to be corrupt - attending the meetings - failing to contribute - but quick to attack those that are working for the community.

God watches all - and the work must go on - we must connect the dots - make the necessary reports - documented by photographs - and bring succor to those that most need - help.

The Sell outs - the House Negros are well known.

They will be called out - the decent constituents of the Bayview Hunters Point are fed up - we cannot take this on going nonsense any more.

The digital world does not favor most in the Bayview Hunters Point. What favors those that have lived here for over 50 years - are focused discussion in  small groups -  talking to the people - in simple terms.

As much as many would like to believe that the Bayview Hunters Points cannot represent - that the people residing in the Bayview Hunters Point - know nothing at all - on closer scrutiny -  you all will be in for a great surprise. 

The first Human Rights Committee was formed in the Bayview - later it became the Human Right Commission.

The mitigation for the 1800 Oakdale was totally formed by the Community - hence the inclusion of Community in the name - Southeast Community Facility Commission Building - at 1800 Oakdale Street.

Through the ModelCities concept - the Bayview Hunters Point - played a role - on building the newer SF General Hospital and many clinics. People fail to recognize such major feats .

Ruth Williams saved the Bayview Opera House - only for some idiots to bring hurdles - and fail to encourage remembering her good work - when a " plague " was suggested to be placed on the wall and honor her. If  Ruth Williams did not save the Bayview Opera House - the Opera House would not stand.

Mayor Edwin M. Lee a racist - must make note of that. Stop fostering racism - Mr Mayor you are not a leader - inept and spineless. 

Do you want to debate me - bring it on.

The youth did what they were told to do -

these are college bound youth - young adults that must be educated - education mean sound information - empirical data .

I was forced to speak to the youth - at the August 9, 2017 meeting - and give them some sound advice - I encouraged them to have their facts right - and consequently  their " heart in the right place " - to go to a better place.

Our youth have not read the Draft Environmental Impact Report   - linked to the Swear System Improvement Project - that is a must.

The youth heading for college must know the facts - the many issues that impact the upgraded Sewer System Improvement Project.

The new plant - will generate chemicals - that will impact the Bay - and the SF Public Utilities Commission fails to comprehend - and many astute San Franciscans - will not tolerate chemicals - that can cause more harm - than already exists.

The Weirs are in disrepair and the damage done to the environment - is a crime - I repeat a crime.

Others came to witness who speaks the " truth " -

so it was not all  " bad " -

the JUST - will be there in court - when the plea is made -

for fairness, justice and fair play.  Aho.

Our combined sewer system - was NOT created for a population that we have today - in such  small area 49 square miles - which once had 56 hills - and has a population of 630, 000 today.

The 3 Treatment plants - the one at North Point, the one by the Zoo at Ocean Beach and of course the one in the Bayview in a residential area - the Phelps Raw Sewage Treatment plant - situated at  750 Phelps Street in the Bayview - surrounded by residential buildings.

The more than 1100 miles of sewage pipes - many older than 80 years and leeching into the watershed - and contaminating the ground.

On any normal day - with any rain - our dual sewer system - treats over 80 million gallons of sewage - the end result called secondary effluents - that are pumped in the Bay.

On any rainy day - the Phelps Sewage Treatment Plant - treats over 600 million gallons of water.

 There have been several occasion that salt water - be it - NOT in large amounts - have entered the treatment plant - because of the impending sea-level rise.

 

   The people most impacted were NOT present -

the demography of the Bayview Hunters Point -

has completely changed - Latinos, Asians, Polynesians -

for sure - NOT present - at the August 9, 2017 meeting -
 they all pay their " sewer taxes " -

no meaningful outreach - done - to the community at large.

I have thousands of photographs taken over 30 years - the many meeting that I attended - and just in researching this article - I am astounded - how many articles I have written about the Phelps Sewage Treatment Plant.

The lack of facts - presented at yesterday's meeting - at 1800 Oakdale - the Southeast Community Facility Commission Building - is a disgrace to the human race.

General Manager Harlan Kelly -

he has been appointed to lead -

more to leave a legacy - he has five years now -

and may be more. God willing.

Understanding the problems that would issue - 6 years ago - I envisioned a plan to create a facility to address " career jobs " - and to provide the community at large - facts - by having small meetings.

A facility such as envisioned above - at 5 Thomas Mellon Circle - where I have an office. That building is now slated to be demolished to build - condominiums - the signs of the times

It took us three years - to build the facility - equip it with fast Internet - good furniture - all sponsored by SF Public Utilities Commission and more Manager Harlan Kelly.

 Something I could do in a month at the Presidio of San Francisco - took 3 long years.  Back and forth - back and forth - it is like pulling teeth and with that your hair.

We got the space at 5 Thomas Mellon Circle - and after 3 years - lead by Scott Hanks and Jae Ryu my partners - the SFPUC Contracters' Center was inaugurated - not a word of acknowledgment to Scott Hanks, Jae Ryu, and I - that is how SF Public Utilities works.

After the inauguration of the Contracting Center that has since moved to 150 Executive Park - from 5 Thomas Mellon Center - very little is done in term of career jobs.

 Except this one program facilitated by Young Community Developers - which does not have a sound track record - having had past Directors like Dwayne Jones - who were corrupt. The many audits - that found millions of dollar missing.

The Home Depot was forced to hand over $75, 000 for Workforce - and no one knows how that money was spent.

Home Deport sold their permit and plans to LOWES on Bayshore - and they too had to fork out - more money - as much as another $75, 000 and no one knows - how that money was spent.

The Task Force was created and it was agreed that 5% of the $6 Billion - linked to the Sewer System Improvement project would be set aside as Community Benefit - $150 million for Workforce and another $150 million for outreach.

Juliet Ellis she must step down -

corrupt to the core - and devious.

Juliet Ellis the Assistant General Manager for External Affairs - funneled $200, 000 to the East Bay - to an organization called Green For All - where she served on their Board. 

A case was filed - and the Fair Action Political Committee - that  fined her - and she paid the fine. She should have been fired - but still works for the SF Public Utilities Commission.

The SF Ethics Commission endorsed the decision of the Fair Action Political Committee -  a renowned - California State Agency.

The above have failed to represent - one trying to acquire private property using his powers as the Supervisor of District 11 and more. Failing to seat on is chair and listen to the public are Public Comment - we the people pay your salary - and we the people can remove you from office and will.

London Breed from District 5 as failed as the President of the Board - ruling in like some fiefdom - hailing from the hood. Her rude behavior and the manner she conduct herself - demands some trying in " etiquette " - she is ignorant and more very arrogant.

Malia Cohen from District 10 - is so full of herself - that each time she opens her dirty mouth she shoves her dirty foot in. Katy Tang represents District 4 - where in her District - whoring has increased and in much demand  - $40 a pop - for full service. She shredded sensitive information - in her office - and declared that she had failed to archive such important information - yeah!
What else in new?

Mark Farrell has paid a fine - cheating to win his seat - charge by the SF Ethics Commission - but also the State of California - Fair Political Action Committee. From the start - this man has been - dishonest - and with all his Jesuit training - he is a farce - and should be ashamed of himself.

Our infants, children, youth, young adults, our seniors, those with compromised health, our physically challenged and our mentally challenged - have been adversely impacted. Many of them cannot receive quality health care.

The increase in reparatory diseases, in heart diseases, tumors on the increase - one of a kind - mostly near the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard and Candlestick Point.

Our hospitals - do not know - what to make of the increase - even as " hospitals " - do not want to provide " actute care " in San Francisco.

Rents are on the increase with 60% of the those that rent - pay 80% of their income - $3300 for a one bed room - $4800 for a two bed room.

Those holding Certificates of Preference - have been waiting for over 30 years - and much is made of the few who are taken in - and given rental units - Certificates of Preference - by the Office of Community Investment and Infrastructure  (OCII) - who is fooling whom.

Amidst all these - the Chinese from Mainland China - are walking the streets - putting up advertisements - ready to buy homes - with hard cash.

More, with NO enforcement by the City and County of San Francisco.

Real Estate ploys, machinations, and shenanigans are gone amuck  - and there is NO singular City Department - ready to step in and do something. Entire blocks sold - what is happening?

The Ohlone - the First People -

San Francisco they say is a progressive city - our so called  environmentalists in San Francisco - more, the institutions and foundations - embrace environmentalists - world wide.

More, so called contributors to the betterment of our " environs " - worldwide - favoring them with prize money - and kudos that are very much appreciated - by those that acknowledge, accept - and thank those institutions and foundations from  San Francisco - for their kindness of sorts.

San Francisco and the neighboring areas is Ohlone land - and all over the Bay Area - are the Shellmounds - Sacred Burial Sites of the Ohlone - much like acupuncture points - that heal the Earth.
Few know about the Shellmounds - more those that are racists - but also happen to be very ignorant and more arrogant.

The anthropologists, archeologists, ethnohistorians - those that look at life and more the origins of human life - have admired the Ohlone.

 Admired their way of life. As I said they lived in this area we call San Francisco - and the neighboring area - better known as the Bay Area - of over 13, 000 years. Records of the Ohlone language - paintings by European artists - artifacts found - all lead to conclusion that the Ohlone lived a prosperous life - with abundance of a variety of nourishing food - and a pleasant climate.

A majestic Ohlone Warrior -

we have many paintings and recordings -

of the Ohlone - and have learned more recently -

after all the genocide - where one could murder -

Native American until 1927 - and fetch a measly $5 -

for a scalp - those that stole the land - have BLOOD -

one their hands - and the time for restitution is now.

300 years ago - here in the Bay Area - the Ohlone - did not have to deal with polluted air, contaminated ground, respiratory diseases, heart diseases - other diseases.

The diseases and pollution  and more - the abuse of our eco-systems - that evolved and allowed the Ohlone and other Native American Tribes the Pomos, the Miwoks, the Piutes, others - to live a healthy life - has now been destroyed.

The strangers who now live in San Francisco - have no clue about the Muwekma Ohlone.

Not long ago - I met a doctor - an eye surgeon and she was astounded to know - about the Muwekma Ohlone.

Dr. Debra Gill who works for the Kaiser Hospital - a Health Maintenance Organization. Dr Debra Gill does good work - blessed as a good surgeon - operating and restoring eye sight to many who are grateful.

I met a scientist who spends months - in Greenland - here in San Francisco - we spoke over lunch - he spoke about his work - taking care - of seeds - seeds gathered from all  over the world - preserved and protected in Greenland.

These seeds are gathered, preserved and protected - with great care - the Scientists acting as guardians of this Seed Bank - climate controlled -  just in case - there is need for these -  one of a kind seeds - that have survived - for thousands of years - to be introduced back to the site of location.

This has been done in some parts - in the Middle East.

As part of our conversation - I mentioned the Muwekma Ohlone - and the Ohlone in general - and he was amazed - that they lived here in the San Francisco - area - for over 13, 000 years. 

He was aware of the Dinosaurs living in this area - the Bay Area - extinct  large birds - the likes of a large flying bird - Pelogornis Sanders - like skeletons - have been found - in the Calaveras Area -  skeletons of the Dinosaurs right here in San Francisco - we make nothing of these finds - because we cannot connect the dots.

In the Bay Area - thousands of Shellmounds - hundred recorded -  - hundreds of Ohlone remains have been found too.

When an Ohlone died - the clan would spend months mourning - as as part of these ceremonies - the Abolone Shells accumulated - heaps and heaps of them - at the sites - were the rituals and mounting ceremonies took place. Some Shellmounds large - like the one destroyed by the Emeryville Shopping Center - today a large Shellmound sits intact - at the San Bruno Mountains - south of San Francisco - by Brisbane - for those that want to know.

More and more those that are greed - love to focus on the dinosaurs, the large extinct birds - making fantasy movies - but staying away from the indigenous people - because this fact - disturbs the bastards and the kin - the murdered fellow human beings - in their ignorance and arrogance - and do not want to admit the crimes - the BLOOD they have on their hands.

The Oakland Museum and some other places - have made some vague attempt - to bring to life - how the Ohlone lived - but surely more has to be done - so that - soon they are NOT forgotten - with all the skyscrapers, the pollution, the contamination, the congestion, the stress factor - the many chronic diseases - and more the kind of people immigrating to the Bay Area - selfish, greedy, and very, very self centered and more spiritually - bankrupt.

Of course -  most people of color - were not-human - looked upon with disdain -  making room for a more clear distinction -  for sure -  Blacks were not human.

The above nonsense still prevails - and as more and more attempts are made to address - " implicit bias " - it still reigns supreme - among those who think their - " shit don't stink ".

The Carbon Footprint in San Francisco - has increased by leaps and bounds.

The thousands of acres of poor landfill - with Methane spewing -  in the Southeast Sector - is mind blogging - some 1 million tons plus - of Methane gas - from 4th and King to Geneva Avenue - one ton of Methane Gas equals - twenty two tons of Carbon Dioxide.

Recently studies have shown - that the way we figure out our Carbon Emissions - more in our large cities - is totally defective.

Cumulative impacts must be taken into account - in the cities - millions of gadgets are used - most of them made in far off countries - and this singular fact - in not included as part of the Carbon Footprint - and more dangerous contribution to  emissions worldwide and contributing to the increase in the Carbon Footprint.

Many cities think - that only industrial emissions - at the location - need to be counted - that is not so. 

Much like contamination and pollution - that can be carried by the wind to far off places.

We saw this with Chernobyl - within days - we detected the nuclear emissions - as far as here in North California and Oregon - astounding scientists and today making them all the more aware - of such happenings and conditions.

Once all over the Bay Area - the rivers and streams - were pristine  - 300 years ago - no more.

 The oak trees were found in the thousands - in the Bay Area - all gone.

So were large tracts of Redwood -  " old growth forests " - cut by the greedy bastards - we know who they are - but lack the guts to point them out.

These bastards must be called out - their faces posted in our Post Offices nationwide - they and their sordid families.

Again and again - the crooked human beings - use those convoluted " models " to state what they want to state.

Those amassing the many gadgets - bring a price to the fore - pollution and contamination - even though - in the short term - these luxury goods - give them pleasure - mostly at the expense of others - in far of countries.

Here in our back yard - the Ohlone kept our Bay Area pristine for 13, 000 years plus - only for those that are greedy and embrace pollution and contamination - to destroy the pristine environs.

We now want to cover up the crimes - of the polluters  - and create models - that far from giving us a true picture - on the increase of  the Carbon Footprint - cheat us into thinking - that all is well.

Never mind we have an increase -   all sorts of chronic diseases - respiratory diseases, heart diseases and more.

The stress factor up the roof,  our infants, children, youth, young adults, seniors - those with physical and mental challenges - others - suffering.

The environs - hurting the above - and bring them closer to the end of their life span - their  demise -  earlier not later.

WORLDWIDE THE CHINESE MAFIA - HAVE BEEN BUYING REAL ESTATE - NEW YORK, SYDNEY, AUCKLAND, LOS ANGELES, SANTA BARBARA , SAN FRANCISCO, LONDON, FRANKFURT - YOU GET THE PICTURE - AND THERE IS MORE.

It is simply amazing to see the Mainland Chinese - coming into our neighborhoods - and gobbling Real Estate.

Down town San Francisco  too - worldwide trillions of dollars - have been invested - by the Chinese from Mainland China - poised to take control of the destiny of cities and those that live there - who then have to deal with - gentrification.

Here is San Francisco - the SF Planning Department has just got up from their slumber - when it comes to " rental housing " that some " corrupt forces " gobble up - and then use for other purposes.

The Academy of Art University - has gobbled up thousands of  sound " rental units " - for years - and then converted these units - to dormitories.

To house " foreign students " - who are promised rooms - but on arrival are  given a bed - and have to share the space with ten to fifteen students.

Other amenities like a kitchen, a bathroom, storage space - are all shared - and while we and more the SF Planning Department could have done something - for over 14 years - we have done - nothing at all - adjudicating this issue - with the Academy of Art University.

Mayor Edwin M. Lee -

has set our City on Fire.

Once these rental units are removed - these units are gone forever.

Thousands of San Franciscans who could be accommodated - and who could have contributed to our great City - have left - with heavy hearts - never to come back  - again.

The SF Planning Department - the Mayor Edwin M. Lee, and the SF Board of Supervisors - have been slow - to do anything at all.

I brought this matter - linked to the Academy of Art University - 14 years ago - and today - after all these years - the SF Planning Department - is pussyfooting around - the Mayor Edwin M. Lee - others are in the pocket of the movers and shakers - linked to the Academy of Art University.

The Certificates this sordid so called University use to issue - is no more recognized. Foreign students have lost - millions of dollars - and on this front and other humane fronts - the City is quiet.

It is so expensive to live in San Francisco - that the students - more female students - from the Academy of Art University - have forced the students into prostitution - and other nefarious activities.

This one singular issue - has tarnished the name of San Francisco - and Mayor Edwin M. Lee and those that advice him -  and know about these pathetic issues - are to be blamed. 

Those endorsing such crimes - those putting the student in harms way -  must be brought to book.

With thousands of rental units - gone from the market - we now have the Chinese from Mainland China - buying homes and depriving local citizens - from purchasing homes.

 Forcing many families - to leave San Francisco - never to come back - to San Francisco.

Such tall buildings have tarnished -

the SF skyline - and brought about congestion -

and high density living - we must evaluate -

Mayor Edwin M. Lee has been pandering to the " developers " - and with large corporations - giving them tax breaks - allowing these large corporations to ply buses on our roads - contributing to the rise in the Carbon Footprint.

 Giving the large corporations - other breaks - when it comes to building permits - and the on going paradox is that - the so called " expeditors " - linked to the Department of Building Inspection - are the Mayor's point people who are selling out our values.

this land - each and every square inch -

was stolen - and the time for restitution in now.

This is Ohlone land - and no one has given the SF Planning Department nor the Mayor Edwin M. Lee - permission to use this land - for purposes that are not holistic - and more to defy - Quality of Life issues.

The San Francisco skyline is not what it looked like ten years ago.

The height limits - defy the state of affairs - and we see that with the Millennium Towers - and other buildings - defying liquefaction and severe flooding - and falling prey to these forces.

It is just a matter of time - when one of the skyscrapers - will NOT be operable - if the building tilts a lot - the elevators for sure will not work.

The windows will be jammed - and those who live in these condominium - having paid $ 2 million to $ 10  million - will lose everything.

Those who have been adversely impacted - could sue the owners - the project developers - these matters take years in court.

 Our Mayor Edwin M. Lee - is taking  things lightly - having no heart - a greedy bastard - acting  as a snob with that mustache - looking like a fat hog.

More - waiting for his term to expire and disappear. The man is all about money.

Putting the lives of thousands in harms way - our infants, our children, our youth, our young adults, seniors, the physically and mentally challenged - those with compromised health - others - all of them in peril.

In the interim our SF Board of Supervisors - are encouraging those that are on Opioids and injecting heroin and other drugs - catering to areas - where they can do their " dirty deed ".

Encouraging those that are high - to put their needles in some can or box - many of them are so high that they continue to litter the streets with needles - and more those that are so high - that they get belligerent.

Now, on MUNI we have these folks - so high and filthy - sitting down on a seat - stinking to high heaven.

 Then  everyone who is on that row - on the MUNI-  get up and stand for a while - then most get out of the MUNI bus - and hopefully wait for the next MUNI bus.

Hoping against hope  - that the next MUNI bus - does not have these " junkies " - who have NOT had a bathe in months.

Decent San Francisco are leaving San Francisco.

Even if you have Certificates of Preference - to apply for some so called affordable housing - the forms you fill are long - and you cannot have more than $63, 000 on your account - for a family of two.

 Other factors - that point to the direction - of you being an indigent - is the only option  - in order to use your Certificate of Preference (COP).

When those Victorian homes and other homes were taken by the SF City and County - the former SF Redevelopment Agency - took them all under " eminent domain ".

 The racists and the former SF Redevelopment Agency - did not compensate those that were adversely impacted.

 Now, after 30, 40, 50 - years - they use bait and switch - and try to fake - those that need help most - those that need a roof over their head - trying to get help - given the run a about.

As a matter of fact - there are hundreds with Certificates of Preference  - who today are sleeping in tents - on the Streets of San Francisco.

The Chinese are here - they have NO conscience - we have allowed them to come to the United States  - more the Democrats - the Obama regime - giving them opportunites - for investing here in the Untied States - issuing them EB-5 Visas - other incentives.

All the while NO one is paying attention to Quality of Life issues.

No one is measuring the " Stress Factor " - that is making so many sick - the Hospitals now are looking at your insurance - and if you - do not have good insurance - they will play with you - you as a person - become - expandable. Many land on the street and die a slow - death.

We have just to look at Saint Luke's Hospital - reduced to 29 beds - and NOT a whimper from Mayor Edwin M. Lee - who continues to wheel and deal - and will suffer - he has BLOOD on his hands.

The Mayor continues to take junkets - once even forcing a airplane to turn back - because he lied that he had no health problems - and had a chronic eye problem.

 He would have had serious health problems - serious issues - the plane was turned around - and he was saved.

The Mayor fails to count his blessings - but the next time around - he will have to say - good bye - and forever hold his peace.

The dynamics of these gremlins - coming from Mainland China especially - and buying Real Estate in California - is unbearable.

 The economic adverse impacts - have forced thousands to leave San Francisco - for other areas.

 Some head for far away areas - other States - where you can buy a home for $ 200, 000 - that will cost you $ 1 million plus here - in San Francisco.

This is Ohlone land - and the Ohlone - gave no one permission - to polluted and contaminate the land - and for sure not Mayor Edwin M. Lee - who is a very corrupt person - who must STEP - down - now.
