We once had stellar leaders in our neighborhoods - who understood well - what was needed to be done.

These caring leaders - brought folks together -and created opportunities and more took care of each other.

Mayor Edwin M. Lee - throughout his career - has been selfish - talking the talk - failing to walk the walk - in each of the positions he has held - be it at the SF Human Rights Commission, SF  Contractor's Office.

 The Director of the SF Public Works Department - as the SF City Administrator  - and now as Mayor of San Francisco - his short term and long term goals - have been short sighted - and created - divisiveness.

The clown that is Mayor Edwin M. Lee -

spineless, inept - busy - wheeling and dealing.

The man is not a leader - he does not have the ability to bring a team of sound leaders - together - have viable and sustainable blue plans - to address " real time " issues.

Mayor Edwin M. Lee  surrounds himself with lackeys - who must bow their heads - and take orders - and he loves when those that pander - praise his ass - the man is a Joke.

The likes of Paul Henderson and Diane Aroche.

The Bayview Opera House has a Rock Garden -

unaesthetic - and out of place - and for this 

rubbish, and gate that keeps people out - where,

once there was access - $5. 9 plus were spent.

While the Bayview Hunters Point was bombarded by Asbestos Friables that adversely impacted our children, our senior and others.

Crooks like Malia Cohen the present Supervisor of District 10 - who will be termed out - were put in place to create divisiveness - in the community.

Do nothing what so ever - for those that needed help most. 

Malia is going out - and the sooner we get rid of this rubbish the better.

The Opera House has been run by a woman who is very rude - "lacks cultural competency "  she works for the SF Arts Commission.

The SF Art Commission - sees big bucks - has come into the Bayview Hunters Point community - to control most of the resources - meant for the community - working to cheat,  lie, and hoodwink the community at large.

Malia Cohen has facilitated her aunty - operating some  Art Program - favoritism.

 Children are bused in - where they are fed some and given little opportunity to better themselves.

Our children, youth, and young adults - must be given opportunities - leading to " career jobs " - as far as Blacks are concerned - at ground zero in the Bayview Hunters Point Area - nothing much is done.

Over the years and in recent months - killings and shootings have increased - not a word from Malia Cohen.

At some forum sponsored by the Bar Association - she opened her mouth and spew diatribe. 

In all the years Malia Cohen has been in office - she has done nothing to move forward  - " true community policing ".  I challenge her to a debate - she avoid me like the plague - these dumb person who is a - " political whore of the first order ".

Malia Cohen has favored raking in thousands from Lennar Urban - aka 5 Points Holdings LLP, Forest City, and any entity that will fill her tainted - campaign coffers.

She is now running for a seat linked to the State of California - Board of Equalization - I hope she stays away from the community at large - good riddance of very bad - rubbish.

 Gates are built - to keep local folks out -

we once had easy access - now facilities -

are surrounded by gates and other barriers - 

to cater to the crooks like Malia Cohen, her aunt who has

been given access to facilitate some art program at the Bayview Opera House - nepotism . Malis has event at the Bayview Opera House - to raise funds - she gets the facilities for FREE - others have to pay - big bucks to use the community facility.

It has been happening all over San Francisco be it the Fillmore, South of Market Area, District 3, District 5, District 8, District 9 - those that pander to the Mayor and his lackeys - are funded - this must STOP - now.

It does not help that congestion is on the increase - with plans now to take extreme measures - to keep cars out of Market Street - and create more problems - who will do the enforcing and how much will that cost?

The Ohlone - this is their land -

San Francisco and the surrounding area.

The sinking Millennium Tower are signs of the time. More, other - near by skyscrapers are sinking.

 These skyscrapers do not have any place in the land of the Ohlone - these skyscrapers have tarnished the skyline.

San Francisco must put a stop to the development - using too much clean drinking water - forcing San Franciscans to pay more for clean drinking water and  a sewer system that has not been rehabilitated.

 Our watershed compromised - the Carbon Footprint has increased - by leaps and bound - the Mayor lying that the Carbons Footprint is not on the increase - but it is.

The pollution and contamination is unbearable - adversely impacting our infants, our children, our youth, our young adult, our seniors - those with compromised health.

The Mayor  Edwin M. Lee - lying, cheating and filling his pockets with illegal contributions - shame on this scum bag.

The time has come for all San Francisco - to shut down City Hall - and put a STOP to the corruption and on going nefarious - activities at SF City Hall.

THE BAYVIEW OPERA HOUSE - A FORMER MASONIC LODGE BUILIT IN 1888 - DECLARED AS A LANDMARK - FAILS TO CONTINUE THE LEGACY OF RUTH WILLIAMS - WHO SAVED THE BUILDING - NOW RUN BY DUBIOUS ENTITIES - THAT LACK CULTURAL COMPETENCY.

The Bayview Opera House -

once a Masonic Lodge - built in 1888 -

the area was called South San Francisco.
The building was donated to the people - and for years -
the people took care of the building - I know this for a fact.

Some of are very grateful to Ruth Williams - who left her legacy by saving the Bayview Opera House - more after the 1966s riots.

The community has collected signature and wants an plaque placed on the wall of the Bayview Opera House - something that does not require much to be done.

I understand the Department of Interior rules - regarding Landmark Buildings - and this small request fits well - and meets the Department of Interior - criterion. 

I worked for the Department of Interior - and more at the Presidio of San Francisco - that has hundreds of Landmark Buildings.

Calvin Hayes, Dr. Espanola Jackon, Shirely Jones, Kevin Williams - others too many to name - who did all in their power - to serve the community at large.

There are others - who cannot stand the nonsense coming from the Bayview Opera House - Board of Directors - trying to impede progress and folks that lack Cultural Competency.

Hundreds are now ready - to come together - to deal with the ploys, machinations, and shenanigans - some House Negroes - selling out the community. We know who they are - and they all put on notice.

The Army Reserve was called out - during the 1966s riots - complete with tanks on Third Street.

A 17 year old Black boy - Matthew Johnson - was shot and killed by the POPOS - Jack Shelley was the Mayor of San Francisco - a Racist - much like the one we have at City Hall today.

The Army positioned themselves with guns - on one side of the Bayview Opera House Oakdale Avenue and on the other side Newcomb Avenue. The tanks on Third Street - the above link says it all - for those San Franciscans that must know the past - to understand the present and the future. Enough is Enough.

Guns were positioned by Third Street  and guns fired at the Bayview Opera House -  hundreds of rounds fired - while some took shelter inside the Bayview Opera House - laying on the floor - many of them protesting the shooting of a young Black boy - who was killed by the POPOS.

Millions of dollars have been spent to rehab the Bayview Opera House - no one knows how much - some estimated as much as $15 million - from 2002 to 2016.

Once assessable - there is a gate - that keeps 

anyone from entering on the side - a route most of took -

getting off the bus at Palou or on 3rd Street -
 crossing the Mendell Plaza - 

some of us would go visit the Joseph Lee Gym  -

the rest of us would enter the Bayview Opera House -

from the side door - we did this for many years.

This gate - a barrier - reminds the community of the wall that Donald Trump wants to build on the border of Mexico - but here in the Bayview - by the Bayview Opera House we already have - a wall. 

It must come down - and those that lack cultural competency the present Director who is on the take Barbara Ockel - better pay heed - you are not the Masta - nor are you going to conduct yourself - as a slave owner.

More the Board of Directors sitting on the Bayview Opera House Board -  including some House Negroes - who have learned nothing - nothing what so ever - from history. 

Selling out the community.

The community must audit the books and find out how many millions of dollars have been wasted - for this monsterous gate and a drab rock garden - that has NO place in front of this Landmark Building over $ 7 million were spent.

From 2004 to 2015 - the Bayview Opera House - was closed for renovation - over 60 youth were shot at - and many died.

Many of the youth who visit the Bayview Opera House and Joseph Lee Gym - their lives could be saved - but the were not  -
facilities much need during Summer Time - were shut - putting the lives of many youth in harms way - someone has BLOOD on their hands.

Malia Cohen the present SF Board of Supervisor from District 10 has been raising funds - holding events at the Bayview Opera House - as if it were her house.

I never saw her around from the year 2002 to 2015 - doing anything - worth the salt.

No one in the community respects her - she knows this - but the sell out that she is - she should go away and stay away. Taking large sums of money from Lennar Urban aka 5 Points Holdings, LLP - Forest City - other entities from far off place - acting as the Political Whore that she is.

In the year 2002 - I donated over 150 good chairs - from the Presidio of San Francisco - Officers Club - tables and other much needed furniture - so that we could use it at the Bayview Opera House - for some functions - conferences, and other meetings.

We held several conferences - one of them the BVHP Conference - On Crime Prevention - May 31, 2002 - Peace on the Streets, Mutual Responsibility and Mutual Respect.

Then Supervisor Mark Leno was kind enough to donate a huge banner - that we displayed - to the community at large.

The many visitors that came from all over San Francisco admired our tenacity and fortitude.  Many supporters from the neighboring towns and cities - in the Bay Area.

We invited those leaders from Compton - who shared their stories - while - we broke bread and shared what we could all do to bring about peace on our streets.

For the nay sayers - we have videos - hundreds of photographs - on all the events we held.

Theo Ellington - an upcoming House Negro -

he is the President of the Bayview Opera House Board.

We never saw those House Negroes who are hovering in and around  the Bayview Opera House - more who are on the Board  -  some one like Theo Ellington - who I invited to meet me - but has NOT got to me. Time will tell.

who is very demeaning and rude -

she can screw around Pacific Heights.

We all knew at one time Calvin Hayes and others worked with the community - through a Non-Profit - I have the documents - then some one took over the Bayview Opera House  - and we could find out more details - from a former Bayview Opera House Director - who was removed from her post.

Replaced by Barbara Ockel - who is not a good fit - for the Bayview Opera House and very rude to the people - this must change.

Recently Barbara was bold enough to hire an entire crew of White people to paint a nearby building - giving no one from the community - people of color an opportunity. 

This mentality must change - even if she needs a brain transplant.

I have got so many complaints - that my heart is heavy - I have never seen - these so called House Negros including Malia Cohen - helping the people that need help most. They for sure talk the talk - but cannot walk the walk.

The rock garden is ugly -

right at the side of this majestic landmark -

such an atrocity would never, ever be committed -

in any other neighborhood.

There is " rock garden "in front of the Bayview Opera House - that has been renovated. This " rock garden" - aesthetically - does injustice to the Landmark Building.

Dogs, cats, birds - have a great time - using this " rock garden " as a " pit stop " - and on occasion a drunk and others - who want to relief themselves.

The Bayview Opera House has been highjacked by the San Francisco Arts Commission. 

They have formed a Non-Profit - and demand 20% of the profits on bids - already raking in thousands in donations, contributions - going to them - supposedly to rehabilitate the Bayview Opera House - but money lands in their pockets.

 Aided and abetted by Mayor Edwin M. Lee - who is a seasoned crook.

Not one single community meeting was held - to inform the community at large -  about the change of hands - the taking over of the Bayview Opera House by Barbara Ockel and those nefarious entities that back her up.

We have documents about the first Non-Profit formed - nothing much about meetings to form such an entity - to control our community at large - outsiders - lacking sensitivity - and demeaning the hard work of so many - for so many years - with NO assistance form the City and County of San Francisco.

This City and County of San Francisco - has with " intent " - fostered - blatant - G E N T R I F I C A T I O N . 

She is there to do the bidding of others - who are more interested in enjoying the benefits - from the more than $7 billion that will be expanded - and 2% of this amount goes to the SF Arts Commission - raking with corruption.

Over and above this sum - the Non-Profit linked to the Bayview Opera House - is positioning itself - to receive 20% on some bids - and this is illegal.

The SF Controller Office must look into the details - and interview those from the City Departments who work with Barbara Ockel  - and those from the Mayor's Office - who are participating in the hoodwinking - of the Bayview Hunters Point community at large.

Even when an event is held - at the Bayview Opera House - and sponsored by the SF Public Utilities Commission - there is really no one from the community - present. 

I attended one event -  some months ago - where I saw Malia Cohen - and spent some time talking about " reality " - and what truly transpires in the community -  with some one who has integrity - Mr Lemons Abrahams - who is a consultant to the SF Public Utilities Commission. 

Again and again the same sell outs - I do not want to name them - I do not want to tarnish this article.

These gremlins want money for nothing - they want money to do  fake outreach - how can these people do any outreach - if their heart in the NOT in the right place?

Hundreds of signatures are collected to place a plague on the Bayview Opera House - that would not exist - if it was not saved by Ruth Williams.

The Landmark Commission must be aware of this fact - and the opposition coming from Mayor Edwin M. Lee and his lackeys - who are NOT respected in the Bayview Hunters Point area.

No one wants to see the repeat on the 1960s riots - work with those that have their heart in the right place - and do right.

THE SINKING MILLENNIUM TOWER - HAS OPENED A CAN OF WORMS - MOST IMPORTANTLY - HOW DYSFUNCTIONAL CITY HALL IS - FOREMOST OUR MAYOR EDWIN M. LEE - THE SF BOARD OF SUPERVISORS

The sinking and tilting Millennium Tower.

The Millennium Tower a 58 story skyscraper - has sunk more than 17 inches - and is leaning 14 inches toward Fremont Street - the Millennium Building - situated at 301 Mission Street - downtown San Francisco.

In San Francisco it is all about the land - the land that belongs to the Muwekma Ohlone. 

While the San Francisco City and County is steeped in " greed " and " corruption " - it has with intent - desecrated the Sacred remains of the Ohlone.

There are certain laws not written that supersede all other laws.

At the very site the Millennium Tower is situated - Sacred Remains were found - and even though there are protocols to be followed - they were not. Can Mayor Edwin M. Lee look into this? Can the SF Board of Supervisors - look into this fact.

Near by and adjacent to the Millennium Tower is the Transbay Project on February 25, 2014 - five stories below street level - a worker operating a " Bobcat " -  spotted a bone -  it turned out to be the Sacred Remains of a Ohlone. 

Monitors - some Native American who are paid - were supposed to be at the site - none were found. The operator stopped - called the authorities - the remains were carefully removed and carbon dated to 7500 years.

The find has been named the " Tranbay Man " and is one of the oldest human remains ever discovered in California.

When this fact was brought to light - those authorities that purport that they represent the people - failed to do anything at all. Today they hold hearings - purporting to represent those that live in skyscrapers - filthy rich folks - who pay at high $5 to $10 million for a condominium - without doing due diligence.

The reason the Millennium and other skyscrapers will fail and bring about trouble - of one kind or the other is simple.

The thieves who stole the land - the entire San Francisco - every square inch - will NOT entertain facts - but pussyfoot on mundane matters - foremost the SF Board of Supervisors.

Learn to pay your respects to those that matter most - the Ohlone.
If you fail - you will continue beating round the bush - making fool of yourselves - while all the while having BLOOD on your hands.

The Muwekma Ohlone -

I represent the Muwekma Ohlone - normally, the indigenous people of the area - are informed - when Sacred Remain are found - this was NOT done.

The authorities at the Transbay chose to look the other way. That is until one worker - who has come out - did the right thing.

The same thing happened at the Millennium Building - and today - that building is suffering the consequences.

You heard me right - nothing good will happen - at the Transbay Project - they are countering hurdles after hurdles and will encounter more.

The Transbay Joint Powers Authority - is trying to manage a $4.5 Billion that is going no where - if you folks do not respect the remains of the Ohlone - do not follow the mandates - the Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act (NAGPRA) - you folks will suffer - and more have BLOOD on your hands.

San Francisco is fully aware of land that is prone to severe liquefaction and flooding. Yet, the SF Department of Building Inspection is ill equipped to deal with skyscrapers - more with foundation that do not meet standards.

When the SF Department of Building Inspection - is confounded with complicated calculation - mostly linked with foundations - they hire a consultant - pay the consultant of some " professor from some University " - all the time prodded by the Mayor and those behind the scenes - to have the expert - favor the project.

It is not about safety - it is not about standards - it is about Greed - it is about dishonesty - it is about making money -  it happens all the time - more with Mayor Edwin M. Lee - who must step down, now.

Mayor Edwin M. Lee -

he has set our City on Fire.

7 hearings have been held - linked to the Millennium Building - each of them a circus - people are asked direct questions - and they keep beating around the bush. It has taken years to get simple answers - there are folks that want to drag the issues - and cause pandemonium.

At each hearing - inept, uneducated, SF Department of Building Inspectors - are questioned - and those that head the Department cannot even speak good English - they cannot articulate, causing more problems.

Most of these good for nothing individuals - employed at the SF Department of Building Inspection - were hand picked by Mayor Edwin M. Lee.

Today, the Mayor does not want to shoulder the responsibility - he has set this City on Fire.

The Millennium Building sinking 17 inches and more -

the entire world is talking about this building -

we should avoid building skyscrapers on land prone to liquefaction.

No one gave the proper thought - when millions of gallons of water - called de-watering - millions of gallons were pumped from the ground - by the Transbay Joint Powers Authority.

No one has the proper permits -  there was no standard monitoring - the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC) - was involved - but they have been quiet - as quiet as a Church Mouse - those uncharge - now pretending they know - nothing at all.

It would be interesting to find out what Juliet Ellis has to say about these facts. She is always proclaiming as the Assistant General Manager - now as the Chief Strategist - of the SFPUC that she has everything under control - she does not.  She must go.

When de-watering is done - pumping thousands of gallons of water from the ground - in this case millions of gallons of water - special meters record the amount of  water pumped.

A log is kept - where is the log - and why when the meter was not recording - who was the person - that did not do due diligence.

Guess what? The water meter installed - a special one - one of a kind - did not work.

 So we do not have the proper tally - but one that we assume - and this and some other - nefarious activities make this situation all the more - dubious in nature.

The Millennium is sinking and tilting -

those who own condominiums  - paid $5- $10 million -

and want their money back.

The filthy rich those who could afford to spend $5 to $10 million - for condominiums - Joe Montana the former 49er Quarter back - had acquired two condominiums - he loaded one and the other - has led him to sue the owners of the Millennium Tower.

Others are crying foul - once they were proud to live in this tall building - with great views. 

Today - many of them cannot bear to stay in their failed condominiums - sinking and tilting - they want the SF City and County to do something - they want they money back. 

The Assessor's Office and Carmen Chu is bragging about collecting Property Taxes and chirping on the sideline is the Mayor Edwin M. Lee - who is promising to fix the maladies that have fallen the Millennium Building - hog wash - he is all talk and no walk.

SF Tax payer should NOT pay a cent - and those that do not want to stay at the failed building - must move away - more with their on going snobbishness. Those SF Board of Supervisors who want to help them - could start by taking a pay cut.

Supervisors Aaron Peskin, Jane Kim, and London Breed - should not make a mockery of the tax payers - that last hearing was  a JOKE.

We pay an expert - Deirlein - to tell us what he knows to the best of his ability and more reading reports of one Ronald Hamburger - an engineer associated with the Millennium Building. Both concluded - the building is " safe " - whatever that means.

Yet again and again the SF Board of Supervisors Jane Kim, London Breed, and Aaron Peskin - non-educated on issues - not engineers - kept prodding the expert - and the expert kept - telling them - what he was paid to analyze - by Naomi Kelly - the City Administrator who too - is not an engineer.

Independent experts have stated that the failure of the outriggers - could lead the Millennium  Building be red-tagged - and declared unsafe. The Millennium Building is unsafe - and soon the elevators will fail to operate - the result of titling - gravity will play a key role - in this mishap of sorts.

The City must not fuss over - the rich and filthy - who ventured into an area - where few would venture - their pomp and stupidity -  failure to conduct and do due diligence - is NOT the fault of the SF City and County.

Let us take care of the homeless. The many crimes committed. Let us STOP the wheeling and deal at SF City Hall. Let us listen to the constituents of San Francisco at Public Comment - give them the 3 minutes - instead of the measly two minutes - while the SF Board of Supervisors - run their dirty mouth -spewing diatribe.

Paradoxically the SF Board of Supervisors - have not done due diligence when it comes to Quality of Life issues.

The tax payers who are constantly telling the SF Board of Supervisors that they have failed decent, tax paying San Franciscans. In short the SF Board of Supervisors - have failed us all.

Recently spending an inordinate time - trying to name a portion of the SF Airport after Harvey Milk - who endorsed Jim Jones - who led his congregation to Jones Town in Guyana - forced his congregation to bring " cool aide laden with snide " - hundreds brought back and buried in Oakland and elsewhere - mostly Blacks .  Let us not name Airports - Streets after those that have tarnished records.

Our SF Board of Supervisor are busy acquiring City property to building homes for themselves - taking money from rogue developers the likes of Forest City and Lennar Urban - now called 5 Points Holdings LLP - same snake different head.

 Naming bridges, streets, airports and other things for those that must be forgotten not remembered the likes of Mayor Willie L. Brown - a rogue Mayor of sorts. Aho.

As to the Millennium Tower - better it be imploded - and with that the other skyscrapers in the vicinity - that have disfigured the skyline - and brought shame to the land of the Muwekma Ohlone - we do not support high density - and have never endorsed skyscrapers.
