COLIN KAEPERNICK IS ON THE 49ERS ROSTER FOR 2016 - HE HAS TAKEN A STAND FOR JUSTICE - NOW IS OUR OPPORTUNITY - TO STAND BY HIM AND SUPPORT HIM - THIS JOURNEY HAS JUST BEGUN.

we now have to support him in his quest.

Colin Kaepernich took a stand - and in taking a stand - he did not fully understand the consequences - because each situation - on this magnified stage is different.

Colin has made the roster - now he must prove he does not play second fiddle for long - we want him to be our premier 49er Quarterback - and win the Super Bowl.

We remember well once in the final - we were a measly five yards - away and did not make it - Colin Kaepernich was our Quarterback - and the coach called the play.

Then again we were  in the finals - and in closing moments - Colin Kaepernick - followed the order - he threw the ball - and the Sea Hawks - grabbed it - a difficult catch and they won and we lost.

Third time is a charm they say - and with all that is going on - we the people can support and must support Colin Kaepernick - on this very long journey - nothing comes easy - we can do it - and we will do it.

The immediate support in action he got from the Justice for Mario Woods Coalition - sent a strong message to the 49ers organization.

We the leaders from the Justice for Mario Woods Coalition - in the past - have dealt with the 49ers organization on many levels. 

We have visited them in Santa Clara at their headquarters - and have shared pertinent information in the past - that they have appreciated. They know us and we know them. More Doctor John York, his son Jed York, and the sister of Eddie DeBartolo - Denise DeBartolo. All of them have been good to us - the Bayview Hunters Point community.

It is true that they have their own stadium - but they have not forgotten San Francisco - and I want to take this opportunity - to express our thanks - and request them to work with us - in our quest to bring justice and fair play - with Colin Kaepernick - his parent and supports - working together for peace and justice for all.

Right here in San Francisco - the Justice of Mario Woods Coalition had to take - care of business - and our Press Conference at the SF Police Officers' Association - was a blast.

The San Francisco Police Officers' Association - were put on notice - and had this not been done immediately - many of the present actions - that are being deliberated - would not come to be.

The San Francisco 49ers fully comprehend that the public matters. They understand marketing and more having very good relations with the public at large - more San Franciscans that matter.

 So, when the Justice of Mario Woods Coalition took a stand - they paid attention - to what was said - the derogatory remarks made by the SF Police Officers' Association - and sent and will continue to send a stronger message - that we the people support Colin Kaepernick.

It is this type of solidarity - without compromise - seeking nothing but the TRUTH - that makes all the difference.

We all know that every human being must be treated with respect.

However this cannot come about - when most people cannot respect themselves. More to do have a good understanding - how some play others - be it the SF Police Officers' Association - or a sell out like Amos Brown.

Mario Woods should not have been shot like an animal - but he was. Over 50 time at very close range - totally uncalled for - and something that has shocked the world. Yes the world.

We have video footage - every single frame - that can be magnified and frozen to view the details - so we have the empirical data. 

Yet our District Attorney has not chosen to bring charges - using ploys and machination to buy time - procrastinate - more so that he can run for the seat of California State Attorney - Kamala Harris - that we be vacant in November, 2016.

George Gascon the SF District Attorney promised the Justice for Mario Woods Coalition - that he would bring charges months ago - and gave a deadline of two weeks - nothing happened.

 Our representatives be they Senator Diane Feinstein, Congressperson Nancy Pelosi, Mayor Edwin M. Lee, many of our San Francisco Supervisors - have not fought hard enough for Justice and Fair Play.

The murders on our street - by " rogue police officers " is uncalled for - each and every  - human life is precious.

 Our Nation has always treasured the life of every American - however, our President Barack Obama, our United States Attorney Loretta Lynch, our Senator Diane Feinstein, Congresswoman Nancy Pelosi - once the Leader of the House - have failed us all - when it comes to what is happening in San Francisco - the extended Bay Area - and all over the Nation.

 Those decent yer poor people - who need their help. They have done some - but today - we need more help - for our people.

is an opportunist - and not some individual - that can be trusted.

Colin Kaepernick must be warned to stay away from opportunists - this fight is about justice - and not about seeking favors and begging for money.

The SF Human Right Commission offered Justice of Mario Woods a certificate - we want JUSTICE. The SF Human Rights Commission - never stood for the injustice - but decided to placate us and others - those decent - several organization - did not accept the certificates - we all demanded JUSTICE.

The Justice for Mario Woods Coalition led the charge - and Cheryl  Davis the co-chair of the SF Human Rights Commission - witnessed it all. We do not sell out - and we know who the sell outs are - you are put on notice. 

We have some - folks that I have mentioned above - using ploys and machinations - that are immoral - these corrupt agents - have kept  mostly Black people down - by selling out.

There are many people - who have treated the indigenous people with disrespect.

 The time has come in the year 2016 - to study factors and implement the factors  - like " cultural competency " - " explicit bias " that exists in all of us - and try to arrive at solutions - that are fair and just and benefit all.

The situation at hand is that the common person - the ordinary person is treat with disdain -  forced to work two and three temporary jobs - to make a living.

Chronic stress is a disease - that plagues all - and many families are sick - not form the usual diseases - but from STRESS.

Infants, children, youth, young adults, seniors, those who compromises health, more the mentally and physically challenged - suffer. The hospitals - the health departments - know about this - but do nothing.

Skyscrapers where condominiums sell from $2 million to $10 million. Less of Open Space with facilities in San Francisco for example. Congestion that grows daily - back to back traffic - stuck in traffic for hours - with dangerous particulates, mercury, lead and a host of contaminants - killing us all - slowly.

The rents are high so high that thousands have left San Francisco - thousands of families - that is father, mother, and children.

One bed room goes for $3600 today - and two bed rooms for over $5000 -  so if you rent a two bed room you need $60, 000 just for your rent - per year. That one factor says a lot. Go figure.

In our poor communities - opportunity are not given to those that need them - so that - they can have career jobs. People work for a few months and then are laid off.

The San Francisco Public Utilities Commission has $300 million - set aside for Community Benefits - 5% of the $6 billion actually $6.9 Billion - $150 million controlled by Juliet Ellis a very corrupt person - another $150  million controlled by Dwayne Jones another crook - both of them Black.

A Task Force fought for the benefits - but failed to form a committee to control how the money is spent. Summer time the Mayor Edwin M. Lee taps into the money - for Summer Jobs - thousands of dollars spent - the Bayview Hunters Point Community that fought for the money - kept in the dark - and more have to smell the stinking stench - from the Sewage Treatment Plant. This stench has been increasing - for the last 60 years - pathetic - the SF Public Utilities Commission and more Juliet Ellis.

Our schools treat the physically and mentally challenged with disdain - more the San Francisco Unified School District. The last Superintendent has jumped ship to seek a job in Texas - Richard Carranza.

Blacks once made up 25% of San Francisco - the Blacks have been pushed out - daily droves leave San Francisco.

 Poor Blacks have no where to go.

First they may try to find some shelter in the Tenderloin - and when they fail there - no one knows - where they go. 

Many die slowly on the streets of San Francisco. Mayor Edwin M. Lee - talks about " shared equity and other fancy talk " - all talk but no concrete - action.

Today Blacks make up 2% of the population of San Francisco - which is about 620, 000.

If you go to our jails - 50% of those incarcerated are Blacks.

There are TV programs that talk about this and that - many of the Black are not charged - they wait to come before the judges.

 They linger  in jail - just because they cannot make bail. 

Some linger there for months on end - what type of justice is this?

I often meet Blacks who are NOT educated on issues - they talk a lot - love to bark up the wrong tree - ask them about the law, about process, about empirical data - and they say that is not for them.

If we are NOT educated on issues - if all will perish. Daily I get call for help - this has been going on for years - the calls I get daily - now number in the hundreds - and there is no way - I can reach out nor help all those my heart want to help.

The situation is so bad - it has reached saturation - point.

This crap that you can make fast money - is nonsense - one wrong move - and if you are caught - your entire world comes to a halt.

Since the year 2000 I have attended 258 funerals mostly Blacks - shot and killed - many Black on Black violence - and mostly tied to deals that went bad on the streets.

And it is not only Blacks - but the Latinos, the Polynesian, the Whites, Asians - but when you study the statistics - for some apparent reason - that we advocates - know all about - Blacks come out on top.

Our fight has been a long one - and in the long fight - the Bayview Hunters Point have had leaders that created the Human Rights Committee in the early 1960s.

 Today it is called - the Human Rights Commission - that is watered down and does little if nothing.

The Black leaders fought to lower the height limit for police officers - helping to bring in the Asians - leading to having a Police Chief - Chief Lau and others who are part of the Command Group.

The above facts are not known to many - and there must be a context to bring forth these points - to muster strength - with a strong voice.

 On a platform that matters - and Colin Kaepernick - has permitted me to write three articles - all these three articles have been received well - all over the world.

In San Francisco we have done it all - we have begged and pleaded with Mayor Edwin M. Lee and the SF Board of Supervisors - for JUSTICE.

 Some of the Supervisors are with us - many are sell outs - the likes of London Breed, Malia Cohen, Mark Farrell, Kathy Tang, and Scott Wiener.

We have some good leaders - that I work with - and our work is not easy.

 The Press Conference we had in front of the SF Police Officers' Association - was a good one.

 The Main Media - always fails to give it full coverage - more Channel KTVU 2, KPIX 5, KGO 7 - they pander to us - want us to speak to them - and then create and give their own - spin.

Then you have Amos Brown - he will not join any protest, he will not speak up - in front of the people.

Amos Brown loves to wheel and deal - spew hot air - makes hidden plans  to take the Mayor Edwin M. Lee - joined by other sell out like Cheryl Davis and Paul Henderson - to make deals - and these folks - they CANNOT -  fool all the people all the time.

Well we are watching you all - like a hawk. Aho.

THE HATERS KEEP HURLING STONES AT COLIN KAEPERNICK - A 28 YEAR OLD FOOTBALL QUARTERBACK - AND AN INTELLIGENT PERSON - WHO IS EXPOSING - THE DARK SIDE OF LAW ENFORCEMENT IN SOME QUARTERS.

Our First Amendment Rights are critical to comprehend the actions of Colin Kaepernick.

When law enforcement and others - hurl stones at Colin - because he wore some socks - with the words " pigs " - that is his right. One may not agree with this one act - again - it is his right.

When he says - he will seat or even kneel - while the National anthem is played or sung that is his right.

Wish Muhammad Ali were alive - he would have silenced the haters with a one liner.

Haters fall by the way side - speak to the Truth - and you leave a legacy.

The Police Officers' Association - hiding behind the Police Officers' Bill of Rights  - have harmed many innocent people - shoot first and ask questions - later.

The problem with those that are blind to this fact - is that they have not read the Police Officers' Bill of Rights - they want some one to give them a commentary.

Again and again their excuse - the feared for their lives - and shot and killed. Often times the person shot - unarmed - many a time having mental issues. All this and more must change - for the good of AMERICA.

Implicit bias runs supreme among " rogue police officers " - and we must deal with such - bad apples - on a war footing.

One cannot generalize and say all law enforcement officers are bad.

 Some are - rotten apples that bring shame to decent citizens,  to law and order in general - and of course the Police Departments they represent.

Many of us have worked for the Department of Defense (DoD) - we more what is means to be a real - patriot. Many of us have volunteered for decades to make America great - some of us have not - you just know it from their diatribe and verbosity.

Again and again - after years of keeping silent - all over the country -  our Nation the United States of America - people are angry.

The many murders - the harassments -  blatant discrimination -   the unwanted atrocities - that cry to heaven for justice.

Here is San Francisco the Mario Woods murder, that of Alex Nieto, most recently Jessica Williams and others too many to mention - have riled up many - not only in San Francisco but all over the Bay Area and beyond.

In the past - professionals from the Sporting World - have taken a stand against bullying and discrimination.

 This is nothing new to those of us who have seen the world and witnessed the many sordid situations - here at home - and in other places.  As citizens of this Nation - we need to focus - what is really going on - in our back yard.

 It perturbs those who are not educated on issues - to true fathom what our National Flag stands for - what our National anthem stands for.

There are many who - have no clue about our First Amendment Rights -  more - who just happen to be  citizens of the United States. There are other who are informed - this distinction is important to note - to have a dialog.

Many have not studied the Constitution - and less participated in the deliberation linked to civics and politics of today - exemplified by such characters as Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton.

Our representatives in San Francisco - Congressperson Nancy Pelosi and Senator Diane Feinstein - who have not utter one single word - about the many murders committed by rogue police officers - on the streets of San Francisco.

The Santa Clara Police now what to threaten us that they will  volunteer - painting the situation at hand with a broad brush - if you police officers - truly believe you are so important - stay away - if you feel it is hot in the kitchen.

Sound policing can be done - by any trained entity - it is always fun to see the many obese Santa Clara police officers - and those not trained to inter-act with the public at large. Work on it - and if you feel you are under paid - or find it hot in the kitchen - move to a cooler place of your choice. 

Colin Kaepernick is a 28 year old man - who has chosen to protest - and there is nothing wrong with that.

Some may argue - his protest should be taken elsewhere - and should not distract the National Football League (NFL) - that is their subjective opinion.

Colin Kaepernick is laying his career on the line.

 His endorsements - his fame earned on the football field - to show case the blatant discrimination - against people of color.

Today a decision will be made if he will make it - put on the roster to represent the 49ers - who once were closer to San Francisco - but now make their abode in Santa Clara.

It is amazing the number of haters that have taken to abusing and name calling - hurling stones at - Colin Kaepernick.

Clearly displaying their immaturity - while Colin Kaepernick - calm and recollected - explains his point of view - and every time his explanations - clears the air - with his heart in the right place - and those that are fair minded - see his point of view.

They may not fully agree - but they see his point of view.

The ones that are hostile - are the ones that have no clue about the inherent racism associated with our National Flag - they will continue to be haters - get ulcers - and fall flat on their faces.

The lyrics of our National anthem - when fairly analyzed - shock the senses - written when our Nation - practiced slavery - and when some implicit biases - reigned supreme.

We have just to pause - breathe and read with an open mind - and realize - that in the year 2016 - we must find solutions.

Sometimes it takes confrontation - some one must bring it to the attention - to those who are Smithsonian.

Today's world demands fair play,  decency,  fortitude, leadership, a clear vision - accountability and full transparency.

Today it would be foolish to have such a ceremony at San Francisco's City Hall.

However, such ceremonies are held under the cover of darkness - in places - where the torches are burned - and the oath taken - to target - people of color and more despise  people of color .

Truth be told many law enforcement belong to the KKK - right here in San Francisco.

Those law enforcement who do not live in San Francisco - who uphold the teachings of the KKK - are paid by San Francisco's tax payers.

More these " rogue elements " so called police officers - and are protected by entities - that encourage discrimination and have committed untold - atrocities - those in authority - looking the other way.

You must read the " text messages " incorporated in the SF Blue Ribbon document - nauseating to say the least - disgusting - and a shame to those in Law Enforcement - rogue elements - hurling stones - at Colin Kaepernick.

The Main Media is into " sensational news " - there has been NO investigative reporting - the Main Media in San Francisco is pathetic to say the least - and we do not have one decent newspaper - comparable to the New York Times, the Washington Post, the Los Angeles Times - you get my drift.

The layperson, the hard working tax payer - those working hard and who have loved ones - pay our Police Officers to protect us.

What we see on our streets - is para-military actions - we do not have a war here at home - and these fools - who think they had it good - will be exposed - rotten apples - not all of them - but many of them.

More and more - most decent citizens - cannot trust our police officers - and this must change for our common good - our civic leaders must play a role - and what is most important to note - lead by - ' COMMUNITY POLICING '.

All this para-military actions - all over this Nation - our police are not the military - they must not treat the citizens as the enemy.

 If this nonsense continues - we all will be poorer from the actions  

of a few - " rogue police officers ".

We need more peace on the streets of our Great Nation - once known better -  as Turtle Island.

 Simply to proclaim that the symbol of our " American Flag " - the singing of our  - " National Anthem " - should foster love and unity - and follow by disdain - being biased - " implicit or otherwise - does not foster unity ". It is this that Colin Kaepernick - a young 28 year old man - want us to understand.

Those of us that have our heart in the right place.

People sing and feel emotional - while the National Anthem is being sung or played -   do not take time to understand - what really stands behind the symbol of the flag - the lyrics sung - the music played.

People are  quick to use their " implicit biases " - in a second - to act and speak bad of people of color - many a time - without provocation. Failing to comprehend that has human beings - we all are Americans First.

Our players be it the National Football League - other professional sports - use our Blacks and others - people of color as " pawns " - much like the Gladiators - for pure entertainment -  those that watching the games - treated the players like gladiators - most of the time.

Many a time - what we hear and see is disgusting - the people are riled up - with only one intention in mind - to WIN.

How many times - have we stood up and sung the National Anthem - then sat down - to hear those around us - shout abuses to the opposing team - making derogatory remarks - many adults paying NO attention to the ladies around us and more children.

All these behavior lead to " implicit bases " - and more - and the time has come for all professional sports - to think outside the box - and take a lead to bring our people together.

Starting with the Native Americans - whose land was stolen - where the name " Redskin " - originated from scalping the Native Americans - and where those that scalped a Native American - fetched a measly $5 for a scalp.

Next time you hear the words " Redskin " - think again - and yet think again.

How many times have we been at some game - and some idiot - intoxicated - joined by others - have assaulted some person - from the opposing team - and many times from the same team - just because they are people of color.

I have seen this happen - again and again.

In our daily lives - thousands in our Cities - people of color are treated with disdain.

In our daily lives - thousands of innocent citizens are treated with disdain - by Law Enforcement.

Here in San Francisco - hundreds of innocent people of color - have been  murdered - by rogue SF Police Officers. Shoot first and ask question - later.

Here in San Francisco the SF Police Department has gone -   totally rogue -  more the SF Police Officers Association - who had NO business to criticize - the 49er Quarterback Colin Kaepernick - for taking a stand - not standing up when the Nation Anthem was played. None of their business - some 200 or so SF Police Officers who belong to the SF Police Officers' Association.

The entire SF Police Department has about 2000 Police Officers.

We must be educated on issues.

If we study the history of the American Flag - there are so many mysteries about the flag.

Facts - that is mind blogging. People just suppose that all is well - with the history of the flag - and what is really - represents.

The lyrics of our Nation Anthem - do not reflect - our times - but those times - when Blacks were treat as sub-human.

In  those times many believed Blacks had no soul. Worse still Blacks then called Negros - were treat like commodities.

When one delves deep into the meaning of the " words " - the truth when told is not pretty. 

Foolish people have no clue about this - and all this and more - will be revealed by those that speak to the Truth.

Suffice to say even in the year 2016 - that history is being revealed - the George Town University - just revealed yesterday - August 1, 2016 - it sold 270 plus slaves in the early 1880s to buy property and pay its  - debts.

In the year 2016 - the George Town University situated in Washington DC - want to cater to the children of the former slaves - offer them - scholarships.

Name two halls - named for former Presidents of George Town University - renaming them after the SlAVES - that they feel - need  due retribution and an apology - after all these many - years.

So when Colin Kaepernick - whose heart is in the right place - says he wants to make a difference.

That he  wants to make a statement - without harming anyone - wants the world to know - that the time has come to say - enough is enough.

 Colin Kaepernick's actions were long due - and need our heartfelt - support.

Colin Kaepernick is about LOVE not about HATE. 

The charities he supports - speak volumes - but the Haters would not know that.

We have a track record - stand for what is right.

We are NOT afraid with those that bully and put others down - just because they are children, women who cannot fight bullies, -  people of color - murdered on our streets of San Francisco.

I will not name them - but they know - who they are.

San Francisco should have a Official Proclamation - supporting Colin Kaepernick - but that will not come from our Mayor Edwin M. Lee.

Mayor Edwin M. Lee - who talks a lot about - " shared equity " and other cliches - that fall by the way side. He mostly talks from both sides of his mouth.

The Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan - had the Minister Keith Muhammed read his personal statement - encouraging all women and men of good faith - to stand by our Brother Colin Kaepernick.

When the Nation of Islam - makes a statement - and vouches to stand by the Minister Louis Farrakhan - believe you me - that will be executed - to the very detail - necessary.

We San Francisco are NOT afraid of the San Francisco Police Office Association - who to this day - have not be given their day of Remembrance.  

At the rate they all behave - they place - is in the trash can. They literally beg you to honor them - for their dishonorable deeds. We know a bad apple when are see one.

They spent thousands of dollars - to take out a full page advertisement - to vilify and taunt the supporters of  Mario Woods - for the SF Board of Supervisors - declaring July 22, 2016 as Mario Woods Remembrance Day.

This one despicable action by the SF Police Association says a lot.

We have over 2000 SF Police Officers - and only about 200 of the entire  SF Police Officers belong to the San Francisco Police Officers' Association.

These mostly " rogue SF Police Officers "  until now have not been confronted - they have not seen anything yet - 
San Franciscans - do not and will not - support any rogue SF Police Officers - we pay their salaries - and they work for us - period.

If you " rogue officers - do not want to work in San Francisco - go elsewhere.

We need a new San Francisco Chief of Police - to weed the SF Police Officers' Association - this entity is NOT a UNION - and truly speaking - must be shut down.

Colin Kaepernick has our undaunted support - today, tomorrow, and for many years to come - this movement has just begun - some years from now - most people will forget - how this movement began.

Remember this is a MOVEMENT - and MILLIONS - all over the world - are in contact with us - and have sent me email and commented on my writings. They are amazed at the atrocities of the SF Police Officers' Association - and also some remarks - by those that are not educated on issues.

Any United States citizen - can sit down while the American National Anthem is sung or played. No law or ordinance says - one cannot do that.

The symbol of the United States Flag - is ripe with inconsistencies  - myths and follies - those that have no sense of true history  - empirical data - just follow others like sheep.
