All those who fail to recognize this fact - foremost the San Francisco Planning Department are playing with fire.

You know this to be the TRUTH and you are put on notice. The Mayor of San Francisco - Edwin M. Lee and all his minions - who pay lip service and have failed to represent. You know who you are - and your time has come.

This failure to look away from the true needs of the people and tax payers of needy San Franciscans and build units and homes for this segment of the population is well known - complete with empirical data.

The SF Planning Department is till compiling its data - trying to hoodwink us. If was true to its mission - it would have the data. But, it has failed at meeting the true needs - and now at this late date - it will find excuses.

Much like this City has done with the last 3 Housing Elments - that are prepared every 5 years - and the past 3 Housing Elements have been found - defective - and are in the Courts for adjudication.

In this City of San Francisco market rate housing - abounds - over 400% over and above the cap - for the filthy rich - is a crime against humanity.

The abundance of Market Rate Housing is there to see - for all those that have eyes - costing over $1 million, many in the $2-$3 million range - and some as high as $5 million just condominiums.

In San Francisco right - that has a risen population of 820,000 - there are 30,000 vacant homes.

Over 50,000 homes are used for rental vacations - linked to AirB&B - other crooks - who do not pay taxes and compete with the Hotel Industry.

The failure to plan - have a sound vision - keep rental units in place - more that come under "Rent Control" has escaped the mind of this City - and those put in charge.

This City with intent allowed thousands of Rent Control units to fall into the hands of - corrupt entities like the Academy of Art University - who over the years bought hundred of buildings - governed by Rental Control.

If this is not a crying shame - I do not know what is. 

Again, the Academy of Art University bought hundreds of buildings - containing thousands of rental units - all coming under - "rent control" - and converted them to - dormitories to accommodate mostly - foreign students.

This has been going for years - and only recently because of my - "constant pleas" - writing and speaking out - some hearing will be held; by the SF Planning Department - to adjudicate the - continuing, blatant crimes - too late but not too late - to adjudicate.

Right now Olson Lee from the Mayor Office of Housing, Mayor Edwin M.Lee, Brian Cheu from the Mayor's Office of Housing, the heads from the Department of Building Inspection - must all be cited under the Rico Act.

Slick talking - hoodwinking the people - must not be tolerated.

The protest you see today at City Hall - will spill into the streets and the take over of buildings.

This occurring episodes - are just the tip of the iceberg.

Soon market rate units - in market rate buildings - all over San Francisco will be taken over.

If something drastic is not done - thousands of market rate units - will be vandalized.

The San Francisco Police Department with it measly 1800 police personnel - most of them not equipped - many old and obese - will not be able to meet the opposing forces.

If people are killed - and some may lose their lives - what we have seen in Baltimore and and other place in the United States - will pale in comparison.

Believe you me. In the past - all that I have written - has come true.

I represent the Muwekma Ohlone and have told the Mayor of San Francisco - who has lost his freaking mind - to serve the people - and not pay - lip service. All those silly "press conference" where he spews lies - and talks from both sides of his mouth.

The warning signs are all over - and this man thinks - that everything is under control.

We do not want our City that we love to go in flames - we do not want the anarchists to come to our City - and vandalize.

This Mayor and those who advice him - are playing with fire.

They have failed to serve and protect our infants, our children, our youth, our young adults, our seniors, those that need help most.

Everywhere in our City - Quality of Life - has been compromised. The City has missed the boat,the bus, the train, and the plane ....

I am open in my communication to the Chief of Police - Gregory Suhr - to the Sheriff - Ross Mirkarimi - to the Controller - Ben Rosenfield, to the City Attorney - Dennis Herrera, to the Department of Building Inspection - through this blog - you must be able to read - between the lines.

The City Administrator is going with the flow - this will not do.

There are other City Department heads - who I have spoken to - and if you feel that you have not heard me - hear it now - drastic changes for good - have to be made - quickly with sound time-lines and goals - more, with full transparency and accountability.

In the last 8 years - over 40,000 families have left San Francisco. They will never come back - and while away - their experiences will be told to other - not the good ones, but how this City with intent - drove them away.

I will tell you - representing the Muwekma Ohlone - we do not favor the "techies" - and those shallow - who act like "cardboard".

These folks do not contribute to the culture of our neighborhoods.

They have adverse impacted the unique rich culture - established in our various, neighborhood.

The evil plans that Mayor Edwin M. Lee endorses - working hand in glove with the likes of Walmart, the Koch Brothers, George W. Bush and his implants - other that I will not mention - now but will save for another day and proper, time.

City College is one example - while all of us appreciate and thank the City Attorney Dennis Herrera - for filing the suit and winning - against the Accrediting Commission for Community and Junior College (ACCJC).

We the people united - do not appreciate the lip service and the wheeling and dealing behind close doors - to privatize our community colleges by Mayor Edwin M. Lee and those minions who are in bed with him.

For God sake the SF City College Board - has not met yet - even though they were elected by the constituents of San Francisco - months ago. They will meet next month - July, 2015.

The Accrediting Commission for Community and Junior Colleges (ACCJC) - have connections to power and corrupt forces - that want to privatize our community colleges - all over San Francisco and California.

In our Courts led by City Attorney Dennis Herrera and supported by us the COMMONS - we have fought a good fight - and appreciate the City Attorney taking the lead and exposing the ploys and machinations of the ACCJC.

We thank the judge who saw the "evil plans" linked to the lies and others shenanigans - by the ACCJC.

The book was thrown at the ACCJC and it is for this - one singular reason - the State of California - is aiding SF City College with funding - to meet its baseline requirements.

But this ACCJC which must be barred - continues to invade the SF City College campus and create - divisiveness.

The entire "Accrediting" system revamped and light shed - on the criminals ones there now; dismissed - better still sent to jail.

Right now the Mayor Edwin M. Lee opened his mouth and promised - money for those students who were indigent - including immigrants - to join SF City College and aid them with some financial assistance. Nothing has happened.

A study has been done by the City and County of San Francisco - revealing the positive impacts - and the contribution to the good of our City and the surrounding area - by SF City College - and the students and others who contribute to the wealth of San Fancisco.

We all know this - but, some how the immigrants and the indigent students have been penalized - further causing a decrease in the enrollment.

Casting this "dark cloud" that is hovering over City College of San Francisco - it should NOT be there - but, it is there for all to see.

The teachers from SF City College - has not received a pay raise - since 2009. Does anyone think it is fair?

The Board to City College has not be paid. The Student Trustee has not be paid. The Czar over SF City College receive over $200,000 in salary and benefit. A rental unit to stay - for $3500. A car with gas paid by SF City College.

He works a measly four days - and has nothing holistic to contribute. Worse still he stays at Lake Tahoe - and commutes hundreds of miles - with all the fun fare of a buffoon.

In the interim the student must fork out thousands - with no guarantee that they will receive any "certification", any degree, what a freaking, mess.

Right now the " Corrupt " some from as far as Texas - have planted themselves - at SF City College. We are watching them like a - "hawk".

Their aim to privatize our Community Colleges - much like the failed Charter Schools.

Much like the shenanigans we know - created by " Teacher For America" model - having no training, less qualified orientation - invading the SF Unified School District - to privatize our public schools - serving a short term of two years - and leaving.

The "COMMONS" must stand up.

Mayor Edwin M. Lee once understood well what it is to fight for the poor and those that need hell - no more.

Today, Mayor Edwin M. Lee is pussyfooting with Hillary Clinton - ' a loser ".

Participating in some "tea ceremony" - having tea with Hillary Clinton - in a Japanese setting.

What a political scene - two jackasses - who talk the talk and cannot walk the walk.

You judge people by their compassion.

You judge people by the "trust" they get get from those that matter - not the crooks - that do not count - not the sell outs.

These two souls - Ed and Hillary - are pathetic - the have lost their mind.

I am old enough to know more - and have followed these charlatans for the last 35 years and more. 

Few can say that - and if someone wants to debate me - meet me anytime - anywhere - in any open forum - worth the salt.

The Democratic Party has failed in San Francisco.

Recently, I asked for a meeting with Olson Lee and even informed the Mayor Edwin M. Lee to assist in this meeting. 

The issue is linked with " the concerns and aspirations of a first time home buyer " to document the process - and see who is helped and who is not.

I meet all the requirements - I served my Nation with the highest commendations in the Sixth U.S. Army and Presidio of San Francisco.

I am a Senior pass 65 years - I am disabled - City Hall knows my work, the Mayor knows my work - but this jackass - stays away from serving and helping - those that have gone - over and above to serve San Francisco and San Franciscans. Time will tell.

No wonder people leave San Francisco - and only the chaff, the excreta that must be flushed down the commode is left in San Francisco, now.

This November, 2015 the Election is the time to rally and vote for those that truly represent the people.

Truly have compassion - truly want to take San Francisco to a better - place.

God see it all - but most of these devils are just that - reeking with - "evil" in their very corrupt, bones. You can smell them from miles away - Sulpur spreads and the stench is unique and bearing of those that - are the scum of this Earth.

In the interim the poor are increasing by leaps and bounds.

The homeless on our streets - at Union Square, in the Financial District, by the Ferry Building, by the freeway near Costco, by 16th heading East, in the Western Addition, on Sixth Street, on Geary Street, in the Exelsior, in the Bayview - only the blind cannot see this growing mess.

Filthy and stinking - these indigent people are there for all to see and more to bear witness to the sad affair that prevails in our City and County of San Francisco.

The Mayor Edwin M. Lee who sees this - and more - is waiting for major sweeps - before the Mayors from all over this Nation - meet here - in San Francisco.

Mayor Edwin M. Lee is put on notice - he will witness fireworks of a kind - he has not seen. ever before.

The difference this time "stealth" tactics will be used - and will surprise and confound those that underestimate - those, that have superior training - that comes from experience. No law will be broken - but, those that have not seen and pretend they are blind - will see and more, realize. Aho.

WHO REALLY IS BEHIND DESTROYING CITY COLLEGE - AND WHY ARE WE TALKING IN CIRCLES - WHEN WE REALLY KNOW - WHO ARE THE CULPRITS?

Every family who has lived in San Francisco for some years - 10 years - 15 years - has someone who in the family or outside the family that has benefited from City College.

City College has help thousands to gather skills and further upward mobility.

The physically challenged - other challenged have taken course and better their skills - sought opportunities - and done well.

Today, we had a hearing at City Hall - and even though - many fully comprehend that City College - did not have to go through the hell - that has adversely mostly - poor students.

Few in the know wanted to speak to the TRUTH.

Today we know for a fact - immigrant students - have to shell out thousands - because they do not meet some immigration status - putting more hurdles in the way of those students - who need help most.

The City and County of San Francisco promised some help so that the immigrant students could be helped - but this money has got stuck some where in the pipe line.

May be Mayor Edwin M. Lee who makes so many promises and originally backed this idea - could fulfill the wishes of those immigrant students.

The immigrant students seek the help - of the Mayor of San Francisco.

Many immigrant student cannot proceed - they do not have the money to pay $1200 a unit  - many have chosen another path - not education - but work just to survive.

The City College Board though elected - is now busy getting all sorts of training which is good. They were elected to represent - and other despots represent - not for good but for evil.

The City College Trustees cannot participate and deliberate.

The cannot find solutions to the many issues - because they cannot gather the empirical data.

The City College Trustees were elected to perform and represent - more to serve the students and the constituents of San Francisco. Their hands are tied - and they are waiting for that day - to begin working and representing in earnest.

The rumor is may be in July, 2015 - but as each day goes by - the erosion of City College affects thousands of students.

Student enrollment is vital - and the Accrediting Commission for Community and Junior Colleges (ACCJC) - keeps interfering - creating a hostile environment.

Failing to abide by the Court's decision - that in the first place - the ACCJC should have never, ever accused City College of fiscal malpractice.

Brought forth other ploys and lies - that the judge was kind enough to see through and through and threw the book at the ACCJC.

Kudos to the City and County of San Francisco and City Attorney Dennis Herrera who saw through the ploys and machinations - filed the suit in the first place - and won it.

The students from City College, the teachers and supporters were in Court - to prove to those who could see - including the judge - that there were thousands who cared about City College.

ACCJC behind the scenes has been planting its operatives - who in turn have been targeting the elected Board members and those who want to keep City College open.

Targeting the student trustee who has worked so hard and must be commended.

Who continues to work and whose representation - is stellar and above reproach.

Whose testimony again and again - has shed light on the ACCJC and others who want to take control of all our Community College in California - as she did today - May 7, 2015 at City Hall in San Francisco - in Room 250.

We in San Francisco do not want our Community Colleges to be controlled by corrupt, crooks.

We will not agree to allow these outside crooks to rake in millions - as profit.

Profit on the back of those who are poor - and want to learn to better themselves. These crooks put all sorts of hurdles in their way - and this is totally uncalled for.

In the entire Nation there is no other learning institution - that operates as a City College as does City College of San Francisco - and offers so many courses - many know the world, over.

So why did the ACCJC go out of its way to facilitate some czar who lives in Lake Tahoe - is given a salary of above $240,000 and who is afforded a housing unit costing City College $3500 a month.

Gives him a car - pays for his gas - and this man chooses to work four days a week - and reports to someone in Sacramento - while all the time - City College is suffering and the students are desperate.

Well the President of City College tried to paint a rosy picture - and had a golden opportunity - to expose the corruption - and those very evil forces - that have to be charged under the RICO ACT.

These forces who want to control our Community Colleges must be taken to court - and we can do it in San Francisco.

The City Attorney came to the aid of City College.

The evil forces behind - the forced take over of City College - have billions - Walmart, the Koch Brothers, the Bush family, others too many to name - but they all have their finger in the pie and connected to some crooked people in San Francisco.

In the meantime the City College teachers are not paid well - the Trustees are NOT paid - so what is happening?

An Art Building was suppose to have been built but all plans have been thrown asunder.

Students who made their plans - now have to dream - as the site chosen now will turn into a complex for housing units - some developer will rake in the millions.

That includes the parking lot that belongs to SF Public Utilities Commission but now has been offered money - to offer it to some developer to make more millions.

The Mayor Edwin M. Lee pretending to be on the side of City College - while rubbing shoulders and in bed with those who I have mentioned above - trying to deprive us of our precious, Community Colleges as we know them today.

This business model - contemplated to run our City Colleges - is dangerous.

If this plan goes through - it will be used as a ploy to keep working families down and deprive thousands from going to our Community Colleges - forcing thousands to stall their dreams and afford them less robust opportunities.

If one goes to the Community College you better yourself - upward mobility is easier - if not - you are stuck - education betters one. That is why so many International students have come to City College of San Francisco. Many have become world leaders - so why are some of these crooks out to ruin the legacy of City College of San Francisco.

Who are these demons that have planted themselves at City College - more linked as attorneys - offering fake counsel?

Making deals and decisions - and not including the Trustees and keeping the students out of any meaningful - discussion.

Case in point the Community College at 740 Eddy Street - known as the Civic Center Community College.

The excuse it does not meet seismic standards - but why at the eleventh hour? Time will tell. Putting the students in harms way and stressing the students - to make alternative arrangement and travel long distances.

San Francisco City Hall where corruption of the highest order - abounds.

San Francisco has always had compassion top most- on its list - looking out and catering to the constituents of San Francisco and those that like to make their abode in San Francisco.

For the longest time ever - all sorts of people - with a vision and others hoping against hope - to find some freedom - have come to find succor and make their abode in San Francisco.

We embrace - all human beings - all shades - and with this diverse mix - our hearts in the right place - we strive to go to a better - place.

Today, in San Francisco it is despicable to find so many homeless and more "indigent" folks - sleep on our streets - facing the - "inclement weather".

Never, before in San Francisco - did we have entire families with children - forced to sleep under the bushes.

Under the bridges, in cars and vacant buildings and spaces - in places that are filthy - worse than some - "third world countries" - more war torn.

Yesterday, at City Hall in Room 250 - May 6, 2015 - I heard Supervisor after Supervisor - from the Budget and Finance Committee - try  to addresses Quality of Life issues - tongue in cheek - and make a fool of themselves.

When you legislate and make policies - these policies and legislation - must come from a better place - from "wisdom" - and the lack of spirituality - the more bankrupt SF Supervisor - swim in a cesspool of their own creation - they are not sensitive to the people.

Their sordid hearts steeped in greed and focused on their campaign coffers - not all of them - but most of them.

Depriving the community from speaking for three minutes - at Public Comment - this is one glaring factor - that points to the mentality of these - " good for nothing, shallow, cardboard like, inept SF Board of Supervisors".

When it comes time for these despicable Supervisors to speak - they wag their tongue with long winded statements.

Often spewing diatribe - shallow words - they speak in circles -  waste the time of the public - more they pollute the air and the environment.

At the fore-front Scott Wiener - who loves to parade his half-baked thoughts - he cannot and will not be embraced by those families - who see through him - his ploys, shenanigans, and machinations.

As long as we have families and children - in great numbers leaving our City - 30,000 plus in the last 7 years.

The SF Planning says: " is booming and bringing in the money - the most since the 1940's".

Why then do we not have a better "grip" on our planning and resolve the problems of housing for low income and no income.

Seniors, those disabled, other physically challenged, those mentally challenge are treat like dogs and feral cats.

Human beings - innocent human beings - deprived of Quality of Life issues.

The Elderly gathered on the steps of City Hall -  spoke about discrimination, evictions from their homes, transportation, lack of finding for Elderly services - the list was long but on point.

Since so much money is coming in why do  we not establish a fund - a Elderly Community Fund - to pay for home care and other necessities.

Let us get FaceBook, SalesForce, Google, AirB&B, Twitter, who get the big breaks - think of their parents - and contribute as best they can - for those poor and indigent - to enjoy their - "golden years".

Mayor Edwin M. Lee was busy patronizing - Hillary Clinton - who might fantasize that she can run for President of the United States.

Hillary Clinton is a lost cause - her run for President will be long, very difficult - and in the end - just like the last time - she will fail and bring disgrace to anything - decent.

The Clinton family likes attention - and their Foundation, the many mistakes made by former President Bill Clinton, his wife Hillary Clinton, and the nonchalant manner in which Chelsea Clinton has been brought to the stage - betrays sound leadership and trust.

The lack of sound service to our Nation, lack of discernment - lack of trust - what is more important - the Clinton's failing to comprehend our times.

The needs of those that are hurting financially. The great divide - the filthy rich and the very, poor.

The many families who are hurting, our seniors, minorities, people who are challenged - those that cannot defend, themselves.

The general view of many in this Nation is not to trust - the politicians - on the local, state and federal level.

In San Francisco much is made by many that our City is booming - who wants the booming with the increase of the Carbon Footprint - by over 800%? 

Who love pollution and contamination.

The congestion on our roads - the worse in the Nation and comparisons made with Los Angeles and other places - known for their - "smog". We in San Francisco had it good - until the developers decided the model of high rises and the sordid congestion of Manhattan - favor our City and County of San Francisco.

When I visit the New York area - I stay of Long Island - and take the train downtown - and we do not need the congestion, pollution, the rat race - of the Bronx and Manhattan. 

In San Francisco we have natural air-conditioning - we know it as the holy "fog".

Without the "fog" we would not enjoy the many micro-climates - and the good weather we enjoy.

What is hurting our City of San Francisco - are the dangerous particulate 2.5 mm that are exacerbating chronic respiratory diseases.

Heart problems, ulcers of all types - in general, mostly affecting our infants, our children, our Seniors - those with immune issues who are adversely impacted - hundred die a slow death.

Our SF Health Department with a budget of over $1.8 Billion - has failed our City of San Francisco - with a population of 820,000 and growing.

The health and welfare of our constituents - who pay taxes and get little if nothing in return is compromised.

Where was the Health Department yesterday?
If they came they would be talking in generalities - they themselves - are suffering from strokes and heart attacks - and are contaminated - Ebola.

Jose Cisneroes and Carmen Chu - the first the Treasurer of San Francisco and Carmen Chu - the Assessor - brag about the money in the millions coming in - but little goes to our neighborhood - depriving us of Quality of Life issues.

The very character of our neighborhoods is changing. God help us.

It is the same with the SF Planning Department that focused on the Developers and sided with building too many Market Price housing - 1,2,3,4, 5 million dollar each - condominiums.

800% plus when it comes to building Market Price condominiums and when it comes to low and no income - minus 700%.

The Association of Bay Area Governments - has all the documentation and empirical data. No one is paying attention.

The last three Housing Elements have gone to Court - the issues still pending - the SF Planning Department is a farce - and those making mundane statement - and hook winking the tax payers of San Francisco - corrupt.

Time to us the Rico Act - and send these criminals to jail - for a long, long time.

Wake up San Francisco - a City now likened to Sodom and Gomorrah.

There has never, ever been a great divide - the filthy rich and the very poor - more, in the South of Market Area.

Once famous for Black churches that moved to Third Street - where now - the worst type of gentrification is taking place.

Before that these churches were on Pine, Bush, and the neighboring areas - moved to the South of Market Area - where none are to be found.

The churches on Third Street are there - this time around - the congregation consists - of mostly - the Elderly Blacks, more - young children.

The congregation is devoid of youth, young adults - and that speaks to many things - as part of the fake evolution of sorts - within the Black community and by inference - the Filipino community.

The lack of opportunities and creating the Black - even today - as second class, citizens.

Saint Patrick Church on 4th and Mission - a bastion of the Filipino community - the alter boys - the readers so eloquent - pushing for a better tomorrow - Catholic, Apostolic, other denominations - doing what must be done - to represent - the spiritual values - that others can embrace - to save them from the many evils of this - mundane world.

Let the Sociologists make their case - my lens is subjective - my experience world wide  - to facilitate and garner support - bring people together. At least those that want to work as a team - and share their bounty.

I count many Blacks and Filipino as my trusted - friends.

Stay away from the sell outs more those that pander to politicians, take bread crumbs, speak from both sides of their mouth - look for some opportunity for themselves and a select few. They will learn - even as babes learn and when they grow up - they know whom to trust.

The worst thing that can happen and should not happen - is one Filipino group pitted against the other - I know them all - and can discern and see who is on the right side.

As with the Black who moved away - it is the same with the Filipino community in the South of Market Area - once they occupied most of what was then known as "skid row".

Now the Moscone Center and all the many complex buildings and institutions - given to those that have much.

A site has been selected and given to the Filipino community on 4th and Mission - the building declares who will build a center - it has been years - but those that have HOPE - win.

All the buildings, all those stores, all those shopping centers and more - connected with our largest convention, center. The former San Francisco Redevelopment Agency - fostered gentrification.

As with the Blacks the Filipino community was thrown to the wilderness - and allowed to suffer and survive on little.

Today, the Mayor's office of Housing - others are doling out some stale bread crumbs - to the Filipino community.


The Filipino community deserves more - and some of us are watching - like a hawk.

We understand gentrification, planning, land use, the failing infrastructure, lack of good schools and education.

Poor health facilities - most important housing - two and three families - crowded in areas - where drug selling, prostitution, and other harsh things - adversely impact the youth.

Career jobs are scarce - there is a lot of talk - hot air - verbosity - many love to talk the talk - and few walk the walk - and God sees it all. Really!

Moved here, there, and every where to this day the Filipino community suffers - many living in conditions - worse than most Third World countries - in many cases.

They come to me, the talk to me - I have known them for years - and so I have to represent - without being harsh - but I guess the time as come - to speak to the Truth - and let those that make decisions know - that they are being - watched - even as the disparities - grow.

The Saint Francis Complex - by Third Street closer to Howard Street - offered some succor to the now Elderly Filipinos to live their golden years in new housing -over 50 years ago.

This was some small token - but by far - the majority over eighty percent - suffered - living in Single Residential Occupancy (SROs)  - one kitchen on a floor - shared toilets - nasty but what can those say - that cannot defend themselves.

Are at the mercy of politicians the likes of Jane Kim - who is playing one segment of the population - against the other. Time will tell.

Here lies the crux of the problems - the poor who do not have a voice and have been suffering for over 70 years - that is a long, long time - and this City and County of San Francisco has yet to find solutions.

In the 1980s - the Filipino Veterans that marched alongside the American soldiers - the famous Bathan March - were promised - American citizenship.

Some of us at the Presidio first embraced the Filipino soldiers - permitting them to join Sixth U.S. Army and Presidio of San Francisco - in the many historic events.

We then together with other entities petitioned the United States government - our United States government was too slow - some got some benefits - but most died and their memories are all that is left.

Much like leaves that fall from the tree - and in due course compost and become part of the dirt.

On which they once lay - and looked good - but now serve another - purpose.

The Filipino Veterans were not treated as they ought to have been treated. It is not too late for restitution - and more time to help the families of the Bataan March - not only here in the United States - but in the Philippines.

Today, we pay lip service - but our children ought to known their history - the real facts and not the fluff and the so called Filipino Community - today - seems to be interest in.

Just like the Filipino soldiers made sacrifices - we must all of us - they brought us freedom - they sacrificed a lot - and many lay down their lives.

In Daly City which is the strong hold of the Filipino community - the stronger segments connected to the erstwhile Marcos family - have power - and what they say and decide - matters - at least until some years - ago.

The poorer more indigent Filipino populations - in Visitation Valley, in the Avenues some, in the South of Market - live day to day - they need help - more career jobs - and not the handouts - that some prefer to take.

Here, there - in smaller numbers - the Filipino segment of the population - work hard and carry on the struggle for survival.

In the East Bay the many Filipino communities thrive - teachers, bankers, nurses, in real estate, in many of our City Halls, City Councils. Many in San Francisco and other cities too.

They all make their living - their contribution to society known to many - devoted - many still very religious - their heart in the right place.

On another note the well know U.S. Buffalo Soldiers - all Black soldiers with White officers - were sent to the Philippines - to put down some rebellion.

Only for many of the soldiers to see for themselves the ill treatment and discrimination - much as Blacks experienced at home.

Some of the soldiers married the local women. Few know about these facts - but they are all there for us to discern - study and apply.

There is this silence among the corrupt, the developers, the politicians - when you tell them to their face - they stole this land, all that is San Francisco.

Raped the Native American women, harmed the children - when you speak so - they look at you - the speaker - as if you have lost your mind.

When it fact - these rapers, thieves, folks with no conscience - greedy to the core - have BLOOD on their hands - for generations to come.

None of them stand tall and all of them have failed when it comes to morals, ethics, standards - pathetic.

It does not shock most of the strangers - even to this day - to comprehend - that until 1924 - one could kill a Native American person - a human being - no questions asked.

Basically, the Whites - strangers to this land - could do so and fetch as a reward - a measly $5 for a scalp in all of California.

Edicts sent out by the Governors of California - to kill the Native Americans - who could not defend themselves - in their own land.

Kill them all so that the land could be stolen. Who then should right the wrong? Who then should speak to the TRUTH. The rapists, the murders, the thieves - those that have no morals, no ethics, no standards - or those that were here for thousands of years - before?

Here in California over sixty percent of the California Native Americans tribes are not Federally Recognized.

In other words - for all the talk in Sacramento and in the present White House - we, have forgotten our humanity - lost our compassion - have lost our morals, ethics, and any standards - that define who truly is this being - call homo sapiens.

In the understand the situation at hand - forgotten to acknowledge the greatest "genocide" committed on this land - once known as - "Turtle Land".

Now, know as the United State of America.

How can we all with a conscience - look at our Native Americans in California - with such disdain - and deprive them of all the rights laid down in our Constitution and the Human Rights laid down by the United Nations.

All over the world - the more decent Nations cannot fathom - why in America the land of milk and honey - we despise our Native American tribes - and hold them hostage in Reservations.

That today - even as Canada and Australia has apologized to its truly native populations - the First Nations and the Aboriginals of Australia. Here is the United States not a whimper - who are we afraid of - if not ourselves and the demons that we carry - BLOOD on our hands.

Here in the United States - the Native Americans are deprived of decency - transportation, sound housing, clinics and hospitals, good schools, in short Quality of Life issues.

On so called Reservations - land that is far away from the land taken away from the tribes - and even now on the Reservations - greedy corporations - and looking for gas, oil, minerals - greedy to the core.

In San Francisco the Muwekma Ohlone have Patrimonial Jurisdiction over all of San Francisco.

Also on some neighboring lands - and have laid claim to these lands - as part of their Right of First Refusal.

The White men as dumb as he is - first put the Muwekma Ohlone on the Federal Register and then illegally removed the Muwekma Ohlone tribe from the Federal Register.

 All this because an agent working for the then Bureau of Indian Affairs in 1927 - decided that all the Ohlone in this area - the Bay Area - were no more.

Today the matter is in the Courts - the Muwekma Ohlone had to gather up all the documents, DNA tests, other pertinent documents like Birth Certificates - to prove that the tribe existed - and more so - continuously had records to prove so.

Imagine the millions of dollars one has to spend to cater to the evil ways of the Whites - in our Courts - that purport to carry out justice - when it is more - "injustice".

The Department of Interior has been playing with fire - for the matter of Federal Registration - lies with their - jurisdiction.

The very dubious and sordid way the Department of Interior has conducted itself all these years - is some testimony - how we conduct ourselves Internationally - in Iraq, Libya, Yemen, Iran, Syria - at one time we were friends - with all these Nations.

San Francisco could have taken a stand - but it will not - for if it did - it would lose jurisdiction and if this happened - all that we see today - would come under some treaty, understanding, memoranda of understanding - with the Muwekma Ohlone - all hell would break loose.

This is not a problem for the Muwekma Ohlone who have the immigrant population, people of color who the Muwekma Ohlone have embraced - and most importantly - time, time is on the side of the Muwekma Ohlone - and the Native Americans of Turtle Island.

Not so the developers, the politicians, and for sure not the racists Whites - and for sure the Zionists - who talk from both sides of their mouth - bastards who will sell their mothers for a nickel. They all are experiencing their "karma" and will perish - even as they continue to play with fire.

Just to clear the record - people of color - from the Middle East and many parts of North Africa - are Semitic.

I am infusing this element in this discussion - to bring to the fore - how we spend Billions on Israel that is not part of the United States.

Fail to spend sufficient money - on our Seniors, our infants, our youth, our young adults - and most important our Indigenous people - the Native American of the United States of America.

Permit the Zionists to control our economy and have lobbyists who influence Congress and the Senate. These vermin try to do as they please - but, their time has come.

Our Constitution was heavily influenced by the Six Nations - the Iroquois and others - who practiced Democracy for thousands of years - our Founding Fathers - incorporated these values - as part of our Constitution.

In the early days - many tribes visited the White House - many early Presidents that good relations with some Native American tribes.

Then came the "greedy" and when greed in infused in any equation - all that is good - turns evil - and when evil reigns - all hell breaks lose.

This history is not taught in our Elementary schools, in our Secondary schools, in our Colleges and Universities - as it ought to.

Revealing in detail the many killings, scalping of the innocent, raping, stealing of the land - and so one and so forth. 

Placing stakes here, there, and everywhere - and then taking illegal control of the land. Hence the word - stakeholders - more "thief holders".

Today, we are at the cross roads when those of a more recent generation - younger and more decent, being fair and favoring justice - would like America as a Nation - to bring all the tribes in - and give them Federal Recognition.

Sufficient time has been given, much water has flowed - so much so that rivers and lakes that once were full of water -  healthy, clean and vibrant - alive and gushing are now dry - with no life.

Our Presidents including President Barack Hussein Obama - has failed when it comes to Federal Recognition.

More with our beloved Native American tribes here in California - the rest of the Nation - these the United States of America.

It was these tribes - the Native American tribes that preserved for thousand of years - all that we see contaminated, polluted, and dying - today.

Clean pristine land with busting life - now converted to concrete jungles. 

Once these lands were pristine - but now no more. How much time must pass - before - we stand up - all of us - and speak the TRUTH.
