WILLIE L. BROWN JR. ELEMENTARY SCHOOL DEMOLISHED - PLANS AFOOT TO BUILD HOUSING FOR TEACHERS AND OTHERS. WHO IS BEHIND THIS SCHEME.

On the very spot ;that Willie L. Brown Jr.  elementary school, has been demolished on - by Revere and Silver Avenue - in District 10 - plans are afoot by devious folks - to build housing for teachers, city workers - and others. No one really knows if there is Blue Print - but the vague news is -there is the plan.

The clandestine deconstruction was done in a hurry - and when some local contractors found out and protested - all sorts of excuses were given. 

It is NOT uncommon for folks from far off places to come into District 10 and be given jobs on a platter. The local contractors and the many who, want to work - given NO - opportunities.

In other parts a large deconstruction project is vetted - in District 10 without legal permits - people come in and do as they - please.

This matter about the demolished Willie L. Brown Jr. Elementary School - went before the San Francisco Unified School District  Board - meeting at 555 Franklin Street in San Francisco.

The community gathered in large numbers and  protested - vehemently.

The SF School Unified School District Board - did not pay any attention - to the public. Excuses were made and those that protested - were treated like a piece of dirty rag.

So, recently when the United States, Secretary of Education Arne Duncan - was in town and the San Francisco Unified School District Board and its Superintendent Richard Carranza - was beaming with delight - at some $45 million to revamp some elementary and high schools - and Willie L. Brown Elementary School was included in the list of 10  - many of us that monitor the crooks - were surprised.

It has been over a year now that Willie L. Brown Jr. Elementary school has been demolished. The area cleared - by Silver Avenue and Revere - over looking the City - you get a beautiful view of the Financial District. The site itself is in a neighborhood where you have many home owners.

The school is not standing - yet the report purports that money was spent on it - and the standard of the students - improved. Willie L. Brown Jr. Elementary was noted as one of the ten schools where this $45 million grant was spent and standards enhanced. 

Most of the home owners in and around the Willie L. Brown Jr. Elementary school - have no clue what is happening. No clue what is happening in their neighborhood.

The neighbors; first found out something was amiss - when some Blacks from the neighborhood - protested by the demolished school - fenced out - and kept out - while the school was being demolished. 

This happens all the time in District 10 - it happened when the former Black Supervisor Sophie Maxwell was in power and raked in millions.

It happens all the more today - with Malia Cohen - also Black and corrupt; who has been pussy footing around - doing nothing much for the residents.

Just yesterday she was at some fund raiser sponsored by Swinerton, Yerba Buena, Turner, San Francisco Builders' Association, Skidmore, Owings and Merril LLP, Avant Housing, and Omega Pacific Electrical Supply Incorporated - in Oakland.

An event held in Oakland to honor the Commission on Investment and Infrastructure - linked to the Succor Agency to the now dead SF Redevelopment Agency.

An agency that even after its demise - still is being investigated at all levels. Millions of dollars used for unsavory purposes - no accountability and less - transparency. 

Some fund raiser put together by Merriwether and Williams Insurance Services - Oakland.

There was airhead Malia Cohen - talking about District 10 - inviting all to come join in the prospects of District 10 - but stating no viable options.

She does this all the time - pretending to be some one - while selling out the community and raking in money on projects - taking bribes.

Can the District 10 Supervisor find out why we have no many truants from District 10 that do not go to school - more San Francisco Public Schools - that are part of the San Francisco Unified School district?

Can we have a hearing at City Hall on the above topic - with sound Out Reach - so that we get a good turn out - and people can witness first hand - our well educated that can attend and contribute - on issues - that Malia Cohen the airhead - cannot?

Can we have a hearing and report why we have so many pedophiles and perverts  in District 10?

Why do we have so many young adults suffering from Sexually Transmitted Diseases in District 10?

Why do we have such a high percentage of jobless folks in District 10?

Why do we have the worst public transportation in District 10?

Why do we have inferior health services in District 10?

Why do we have the highest percentage of cancer, heart issues, and respiratory diseases in District 10?

And I could mention a hundred more - but it would not help.

We need more sound elementary schools in District 10 - and some good High Schools.

The demographics are changing and Blacks are out - the policy makers - call it Out Migration - the likes of Amos Brown and his minions put that document together.

Few of them; on the committee linked with the Out Migration document - failed to read the previous, better articulated document - The Unfinished Agenda.

A sound and worthwhile, more astute, viable, and sustainable document on Blacks and adverse impacts in their lives in San Francisco.

The Unfinished Agenda was a better defined, analyzed, and solution driven document.

Of course Malia Cohen - has not read either document - but - invite her for an event be it in Oakland or Timbatu and she will be there - grinning, and spewing diatribe - shallow, inept, spineless and of course - worthless.

There is plenty of Open Space in District 10 - but most of it is contaminated.

Malia Cohen knows little about mitigation, abatement, hazardous materials, clean up and issues like that. She has no idea about the Hunters Point Shipyard.

She does want tainted money - pussyfooting - taking paid junkets to Isreal, Ireland, China - as most political whores do.

She and another Black Jamaican Doctor Nadine Burke - want to build - a Wellness Center at 3450 Third Street.

This one abject fact gives one an idea - what triggers Malia Cohen to do things - greed and money.

Folks like Malia Cohen and Nadine Burke think nothing much and less anything - holistic, about our children and their parents.

Instead of providing our children the best - these two; enticed with the  millions - some grant money worth $4 million - want to use our children to pocket some tainted money - given to them by the California Pacific Medical Center.

Another $300,000 by the San Francisco 49ers - who I suppose did not run a check on the panderers. 

Back to Willie L. Brown Jr. Elementary School  which has been demolished.

So, why not build another elementary school - the demographics have changed dramatically - with Asians, Latinos, Whites increasing - Black diminishing by the week - and soon there will be NO - Blacks left.

Folks like Sophie Maxwell and Malia Cohen - with a hidden agenda - made that happen.

The San Francisco Unified School District has been pandering to everyone - pretending to help District 10 - shouting at the top of its voice - that in this neighborhood - District 10 - the SFUSD is doing something.

But that could not be further then the truth.

The SFUSD says that Willie L. Brown Jr. elementary school did well - with the money spent - when all the time - we know for the last one year - it could not operate - since it was demolished. No school standing, no students to attend, no teachers, no principal, no nothing.  So, who pocketed the money?

Why the report and the inclusion of Willie L. Brown Jr. - when all the time some devious folks - are going to use the site on which Willie L. Brown Jr. sat - some prime property - to make money - building condominiums - and raking in millions.

The constituents of San Francisco - taken for a ride one more time.

Aided and abetted by sly, evil folks like Malia Cohen. 

SAN FRANCISCO UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT AND ITS LACK OF ACCOUNTABILITY AND TRANSPARENCY - LYING TO YOUR FACE.

Richard Carranza has a way, when it comes to hiding the truth and pretending all is well - when it is NOT.

He is the San Francisco Unified School District's - drab, shallow, inept - Superintendent. Our children have been bluffed and our San Francisco Public Schools are a disgrace - when compared to any school - worth the salt - within San Francisco and the Bay Area.

When Arne Duncan the United States Education Secretary was told that our schools in San Francisco - and more, those schools in poorer neighborhoods - were doing well.

All, because the San Francisco Unified School District (SFUSD) - had pumped some $45 million dollars - and had results to show - that statement was a Big Lie.

Ten schools were chosen and given extra funding - George Washington, Carver Elementary, Paul Revere, Willie Brown Jr. Elementary, Bryant Elementary, Cesar Chavez Elementary, John Muir Elementary, Everett Middle, Horace Mann Middle, Mission High, and John O'Connell High - each received part of the $45 million School Improvement Grants program.

One of the schools Willie Brown Jr. Elementary has been torn down - and before it was torn down - the schools had nothing much to show - accept - pandemonium and utter confusion.

The teachers were let go - the last Principal taken to task - and the children transferred here, there and everywhere - and no one - took any responsibility.

So, how does this school factor in the results, where did the money go that was supposedly spent on this school.

It is such drab reporting - that irks those that keep tab of the corrupt and the blatant - crooks. People taking credit for nonsense - utter nonsense - and shaming the people that want good - work hard - and contribute well to our Fair City and County of San Francisco.

Arne Duncan, the United States Education Secretary - has nothing to show - stellar - when it comes to all our elementary and high schools in the Nation.

We, the great United States of America - we stand around 38th among the Nations in the world - when it comes to elementary, middle and high schools.

We claim we are a Super Power - but NOT when it comes to education - for sure.

The San Francisco Unified School District is a JOKE.

Always - waiting for the last moment - each and every year - for the last 10 years - to cry poor - and tap into our City's - "Rainy Day Fund".

For the last 6 years - each and every year - our City's Rainy Day Fund - has saved the teachers - from being laid off.

It cost over $80,000 to train our teachers in the Public School system - and many good teachers have been laid off - over the years - when it comes to lack of fund and the pinks slips are doled out.

The reason why the younger, better educated teachers in the San Francisco Unified School District (SFUSD) - are told to leave and given pink slips - is because the SF Unified School District - has a failed policy to keep the older teacher having Seniority even if they have no skills to teach well and even if they are burnt out.

Teachers must be tested - and if they pass - kept. High scores - much like we have in the civilized Nations of the world.

Younger better skilled and educated teachers, that should be protected the the SFUSD sees to it  - that they quickly got rid off .

In is a shame that even though these teachers -  though younger and full of vitality; better educated, having the ability to work harder - are talented but just because they happen to be young - the SFUSD policy makers - deem they have to let them go.

What a crying shame!

I would challenge the San Francisco Unified School District to fund Dr Martin Luther King Jr. Elementary and El Dorado Elementary schools in San Francisco.

The San Francisco Unified School District - would not do this - just because these good for nothing jerks - think they know - better.

We have over 10,000 truants - that are linked with the SFUSD - and nothing much is done about this on going - issue - that is adversely affecting - quality of life - issues.

I have not heard the Superintendent of the SFUSD - say anything much about this on going situation and truancy.

When neighbor residents spoke against the Principal at Dr Martin Luther King Jr. Elementary school - and how this Principal abused a young child - the SFUSD protected this ill mannered and poorly educated Principal - that should have been fired.

Arne Duncan, the U. S. Education Secretary - should look into this matter - and then let us the public know - how the matter - has been adjudicated.

President Barack Hussein Obama must be kept abreast of this situation in San Francisco. We celebrated Dr Martin Luther King Jr. - but in a school named after him - blatant injustice and rampant racism - of the worst order.

We just discovered hundreds of high school students who cannot to to College - because they do not have the needed requirements - the needed A-G requirements.

The curricula that is mandatory to go to College. I would like Arne Duncan; the U.S. Secretary of Education - to look into this on going malaise fostering in the SFUSD.

All the while the SF Unified School District Board - spews diatribe at their many Board Meeting - that go on for hours on end.

When parents and advocates from the community speak out - at the SFUSD meetings - the President of the SF Unified School Board - cuts them off.

Some times even walking away from the meeting - shutting the meeting down. Many a time - forcing parents and astute advocates - to watch the shenanigans - well known - to all San Franciscans.

More of the money - that supposedly had to go to pay teachers and offer better amenities -  but,are used for Administrators - who do nothing - but while away their time.

Arne Duncan who the U.S. Education Secretary has been taken for a ride - on a shaky, broken carriage - ridden by Superintendent Richard Carranza of the SF Unified School District - a good for nothing - charlatan of sorts.

Going back to the requirement - the A-G requirement - the students require a "B" in English, a "C" in Mathematics, a "D" in Science, an "A" in Social Science, in a language other than English - an "E", in Visual and Performing Arts an "F" requirement - and two years of Physical Education - equal to 20 credits.

You can call the Principals of the many High Schools that belong to the San Francisco - Unified School District and request to get -  the detail information on the A-G requirements.

The number of credits - the number of years - for example 4 years of college preparatory English. All mind boggling - but yet the SF Unified School District - all these many years - continue to fail our students.

Just recently I read - that it does not pay to send our students to college - more if all the students just prefer getting a Bachelor's in Arts - the world is changing.

That hold true of most U.S. students - taking huge loans - not getting into the right classes - taking 6 years to pass a 4 year course. You ask them to write a paragraph on a topic that may not have been taught in college - and they get stumped.

Here is San Francisco over 40,000 families - that is mother, father, and children - have left San Francisco. All their contributions to this City and County of San Francisco - down the drain.

The public schools have let down the parents - so after reaching saturation point - the parents have left - and with them their children - the future of this great City of San Francisco.

It is common knowledge - today singles - most queer folks - have a gay time in our City - some of them have children - the call it "family" - and slowly in schools openly - young children children are taught about - "life styles" - that were not taught before. The say the times are changing - but it for good or what?

We must audit these prevailing shenanigans linked to the Policy makers and the San Francisco Unified School District - more the Superintendent - of the San Francisco Unified School District - today.

OUR LOCAL AND STATE AUTHORITIES CONTINUE TO PAY LIP SERVICE TO THE PRECAUTIONARY PRINCIPLE AND RELATED LAWS AND REGULATIONS.

A Nation that governs itself by laws that are well thought out - laws exercised for the well being of everything living - favors Quality of Life issues - is a Nation well respected.

In recent years - very corrupt folks - more large companies  - like Shell and Chevron are using devious ploys - pretending they can help with pertinent factors - related to Climate Change.

Reducing Emissions from Deforestation and forest Degradation (REDD) is a pretentious machination to favor the corrupt and crooks.

Corrupt and crooked - whose bottom line is money - tainted money - more so when the ploys adversely impact the innocent - as do the large oil companies, the coal companies - and rake in millions in dollars - blood money.

Hundreds of environmentalists all over the world do not favor the tactics employed by those that favor REDD.

The Precautionary Principle which we have on our books in San Francisco - is rarely used - and our San Francisco Board of Supervisor will pretend to challenge - dubious plans linked to some drab shadow law - while permitting Big Developers to build on Treasure Island and Hunters Point - on land that is contaminated - more with radio active elements.

Our San Francisco Board of Supervisors for example have no clue about what a Superfund Site is.

If they had a clue - one inept, spineless, and shallow SF Supervisor from District 10 - named Malia Cohen - would not be going along with the flow.

 But, Malia Cohen does and with her those that have no soul, no compassion and most importantly no education and clarity -  these so called representatives; with intent  -they harm our children and those that need help.

Malia Cohen wants to build a Wellness Centers with one who purports to be a Doctor - Nadine Burke - both - one worse than the other. 3450 Third Street by Cargo Way is contaminated - and our children should NOT be exposed to the contaminants.

The California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) should help those astute - those educated on issues - to use CEQA and the Environmental Impact Reports and Studies (EIR) and (EIS) to better address Quality of Life issues.

You would think our San Francisco Planning Department and our SF Board of Supervisors - would exercise better judgement and do - due justice to those they represent - but they do not. 

Again and again the so called representatives permit - large projects to go ahead without doing - due justice.

Case in point the Park Merced rental homes - hundreds of them will be demolished.

Once demolished those living in these rental homes - which come under the governing and legal ordinances - our rent control laws - will no longer be able to live there and more will not be able to find - similar rental housing units.

The many Seniors and others with disabilities will be thrown on the streets.

The Seniors and others - will be forced - to face inclement - weather. Four SF Supervisors were caught in a web of corruption - going against - the Brown Act - Eric Mar, Malia Cohen, Scott Weiner, David Chiu. Got in the act - break the law - and censored by the San Francisco Ethics Commission. Shame on them.

It does not help when our Mayor Ed Lee does not open his eyes and see - what is happening in China.

There are many cities in China - where no decent human beings should live. The air is polluted -  a million times worse than the smog anyone experiences in Southern California. Worse than the cities we think are polluted - in other parts of the world.

We do not want - too many market price units - built with tainted Chinese money.

We are watching the charade and we know that is no the way to go. 

We can produce American made and we must build with American man and women power and with our own money - not tainted money - from the Communist Regime - that is China.

No one seems to care to build homes and more rental units - for our Seniors.

To build decent rental units and homes for  those that need help - the mentally and physically challenged. 

We once took care of the needy - that is until we fell prey to blatantly greedy - the One Percent - who only care about - themselves.

Our SF Board of Supervisors, our Mayor Ed Lee and his minions - are playing with fire - trying to build and reduce the Open Space we have. 

It is not for you to build - not when the land is not yours. 

You stole it from the Ohlone the First People - and you have no shame what so ever - that instead of doing good - you wallow in rubbish of the worst kind. You know not what you are doing - no one will remember you all for your evil - actions.

CITY OFFICIALS TOWING THE LINE AND FOSTERING THE WORST TYPE OF CORRUPTION - HE THAT RIDES A HIGH HORSE HAS A STEEP FALL.

It is not easy to stem the abject corruption going on in many of our San Francisco City Departments. 

Again and again when decent employees do the right thing - they are targeted - and in some Departments and offices - more Enterprise Departments - the situation has grown from bad to worse.

The San Francisco Public Utilities Commission has decided now to foster in your face corruption.

Even when there is clear evidence, empirical data - of wrong doing - one Assistant General Manager is still lingering, hovering, making waves, plotting and using others in her circle to - create divisiveness - where once there was some law and order.

When we see a cancer - a spreading cancer - spreading like wild fire -  we must do whatever it takes to get rid of the cancer.

Right now that cancer is spreading like the wildest fire - in some areas at the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission - and even though something can be done about it - someone who can call the shots - has chosen with intent - to shove the stinking rubbish - under the rug.

In years past the Enterprise Departments be it the San Francisco Airport, the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission, the San Francisco Port Authority, the San Francisco, Department of the Environment - have been targeted to move City Employees - who have the backing of very corrupt - politicians and others who do the spade work for the crooks - City Head of Departments - the many that linger - here, there and everywhere - doing the devil's work.

The truth be spoken in the last five years - the corruption has taken a turn for the worse.

We see folks using tax payers' money as if it was their own.

We have other Departments like the San Francisco Human Resources - playing hell with hard working City employees - but favoring the corrupt - the crooks that belong to Management - more upper Management.

San Francisco has a population of about 805,000. We have about 28,000 City Employees. For every 28 constituents of San Francisco - we have one City Employee.

Many of them do not work hard - and over 30% of them must be let go. If you ask anyone - if annually these employees are evaluated - the answer is NO.

The situation is all the more worse - when over 25% of these employees come under what is called  Upper Management - where they make over $200,000 plus with benefits.

Many make over $275,000 with benefits - and we must eradicate these folks and let them go - the longer they linger - the more damage they cause.

It is just a matter of time - what is now happening to San Jose and other cities like Vallejo - will hit San Francisco - hard - linked to our pension system.

The pension of these mostly lazy city employees - who will stand in line to receive - huge pensions - 80% of their pay checks - that they receive now.

It does not help that these San Francisco City employees do not live in San Francisco - work here for the sake of they pay checks - and do not truly contribute to the workings and betterment of our Great City - the City and County of San Francisco.

We have a budget of $7.9 Billion - yes BILLION.

Our City's Mayor - Ed Lee has a chance to leave a legacy - that is if he stems the corruption that is in his face - but, he too looks the other way. Why?

We have corrupt people who are playing with the lives of decent people - they must go.

The Main Media has exposed them - and they are still lingering - in the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission.

A gang of five has set shop - so that they can mess with the community linked to the Southeast Sector.

Make drastic changes to the Southeast Facility Commission. 

Take over business that someone else has invested in - favoring a "thug"  Community Based Organization - that does not have a sound track record.

Making deals with those that are NOT respected in the community. Folks that have had deep connection with Communities of Opportunity - a defunct organization noted for its corruption.

Others - who are "thugs" working for Platinum Consultants on the Federal Bureau of Investigation watch list - who are scoping for opportunities - and now want to control the projects linked with the Sewer System Improvement Project (SSIP) in toto.

We have a SF Public Utilities Commission mid-level management who have no clue about the history of the Southeast Sector and more Bayview Hunters Point. Who hired these inept, shallow, spineless - individuals who think Power Point presentation can hoodwink the public at large. You are sadly mistaken.

You would think some one would investigate the Cumulative Adverse Impacts in the Southeast Sector - where over 90% of the industries are - most of them spewing contaminants in the air.

The Concrete and the Aggregate companies, the chrome plating companies, the companies that deal with other rubbish.

On top of that you have the SF Public Utilities Commission that has been a VERY BAD neighbor - spewing Methane Gas - in the air. One ton of Methane Gas equals twenty two tone of Carbon Dioxide.

The SF Public Utilities Weirs are no long capable of holding large amounts of secondary effluents - and the SF Public Utilities Commission has just constructed another Main Force - by Executive Park with NO meaningful dialog with the community.

This new Main Force will impact those that continue to wind surf and no one has informed many of the contamination and utter pollution and contamination of our Bay.

If you ask the SF Public Utilities Commission - they say their sludge is good, their secondary effluents treated - that they do not spew Methane Gas - not too much at least - without blinking an eye.

The matter of fact is that they do - and what is more cannot be trusted.

Three of their six digestors do not work - and this is a peril to the residential communities that live near by.

Some years ago a Proposition was passed to fix both the Clean and the Waste Water operations and facilities.

The SF Public Utilities Commission chose to go against the wishes of the people and opted to deal only with the Clean Water operations and related amenities.

The SF Public Utilities Commission called the program and gave it a fancy name - the Water System Improvement Project - WSIP.

The shameless SF Public Utilities Commission - that does not want to listen to the constituents be it from Lake Merced, the many areas where continuously there is flooding near Folsom near the Mission, other areas.

The many spewing of contaminants all over the Southeast Sector - the other facilities that the astute constituents bring to the attention of these good for nothing - so called City employees and Management - who are arrogant and what is more ignorant - not educated on issues.

Well - all we can do is tolerate your nonsense for only so much and for  a limited time.

At the rate you all are going - without a viable and sustainable Blue Print - you all are doomed to drown - in the cesspool of your own making.

We keep telling you - giving you plans for free - and you keep thinking that you know what is the best for us.

When in fact you do not - with your nonchalant - attitude that is pathetic to say the least. Aho.

SAN FRANCISCO'S TRYST WITH FAKE SO CALLED CLEAN ENERGY - USING COMMUNITY CHOICE AGGREGATION - AND MAKING A SORDID DEAL WITH THE SHELL COMPANY.

Some of us decent advocates way back in the year 2001 - sat down to discuss on a Regional Level - how best to address the Energy Consumption and linked to that - pollution issues - to San Francisco and the extended - Bay Area.

We had some high powered meetings downtown - and the good thing was we set the tone - to first understand, then study, and finally implement. We called ourselves - Stakeholders.

Stakeholder who with the best minds on Energy Issues - came together to best address all energy issues - and in particular Clean Energy issues.

These meetings were held at 77 Beale and even though the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC) was present then - we did not see anything forthcoming -  by those from  the SFPUC present. Shadow talk - and nothing up front - always groping in the dark. It is time some one worth the salt - shed some bright light where they now exists - abject - darkness.

The SFPUC under Susan Leal who was the General Manager - at that time - chose to hire consultants.

Consultants who were paid well - and did her bidding. Much as she is paid well now - working for some Prime and still having her dirty finger - in the current affairs of SF Public Utilities Commission and the Sewer System Improvement Project (SSIP).

Such ploys never cease to amaze those that care, watch, and are concerned - about our City and County of San Francisco.

The SFPUC always has a way of doing things - much like the cloak and dagger ploys - you see in the movies. The policy makers are convoluted - blurry - confused - back and forth - no sound leadership - groping in the dark - always look to the consultants to provide guidance.

We see it with Park Merced - the stakeholders created a plan but SFPUC could NOT read it. The SFPUC keeps making promises - and the stakeholders are fed up - instead of building trust with the community - the SFPUC with intent - creates divisiveness - this nonsense must stop.

Calavares - we now have to spend over $200 million of tax payers money. When I told someone something - she told me - she knew it all. Ask her to pronounce - Environmental!

Perhaps the only employee I met from SFPUC - in the many years - I have been following the ploys and machinations -  worth the salt; who could sit with you and discuss Energy Issues - in a forthright manner - was Edward Smeloff.

However those that could not match his talents - and knew that he could upset the apple cart - as often happens - when you tell the truth.

The crooks and the corrupt - tried to gang up on Ed Smeloff - and he went to Southern California and he is doing very well - there.

Energy issues are not easy to understand - and ever since Barbara Hale whose major is Philosophy and once worked for the sordid - California Public Utilities Commission; was hired by Susan Leal - we have had a dark cloud sitting right on top of the SF Public Utilities Commission in San Francisco - on all Energy Issues.

We saw this clearly with Barbara Hale - prodded by Susan Leal the then General Manager of SFPUC - trying to place 3 Combustion Turbines - fueled by fossil fuel - that would pollute the environment - in our community in District 10 and beyond.

The community was trying to get rid of fossil fuel. But here was Barbara Hale lying through her teeth, helped by Susan Leal, trying to use fossil fuel - with intent to contaminate our environment in the Southeast Sector by the Mirant Power Plant.

Never mind our children and elders and others were slowly dying from respiratory diseases - never mind SFPUC was spewing Methane Gas from its aged SF Phelps Raw Sewage Treatment Plant - that is situated a few feet - in a residential area.

Barbara Hale and her side kicks - did all in their power to have their way. Prodding against odds to figure out and have some contraception using secondary effluents; to cool the turbines - and a host of other mind boggling - shenanigans, ploys and machinations - to the detriment of the community at large.

A few of us had to fight them - attend meeting that stressed us out - while those that pay thousands of dollars at tax payers money - think this is a joke - not taking their jobs seriously - screwing the community - each and every opportunity they get.

Where do these people find such crooks and inept folks - who are paid thousands - over $200,000 and waste millions of tax payers money. Where do these sordid people come from? The community wants to know?

One stellar SF Public Utilities Commissioner Richard Sklar stood his ground - and backed the community. Espanola Jackson and myself - and we won with others; who joined in the fight. We fought against this plan - to place 3 dirty Combustion Turbines - and won hands down.

Others have short memories but we do not.

At that time we did not see nor hear of those that now are voicing their opinions - like some prophets doomed in some desert - thirsty for water - dying slowly - but purporting to know something - when they know - nothing much - about Community Choice Aggregation (CCA).

CCA that is moving target - some entity wants millions - tax payers money - to execute a plan - that has no sound business plan - and NO time lines - where a sound product can be deliver - green and clean.

When SFPUC wants to delay something - as it does with most if not all of its projects - wasting money - millions of dollars - it hires consultants to buy time and keep the issue - hanging in the air.

SFPUC does what it does best - procrastinate.

Endless meetings by those who know less - talk, talk, talk, talk, talk - but no action.

I mean you give them a plan - complete with everything - and they cannot execute. They will have a lot of excuses for their procrastination. They simply do not care.

It does not help; that it has some very corrupt folks like Juliet Ellis that must be fired - for corruption - now.

This ploy that Human Resources is looking into her corrupt activities - when there is clear proof linked to emails and documents; of corruption, unethical practices, lies, and more - is all that is needed - to send this corrupt woman packing.

Too many people that have dealings with Juliet Ellis have told me - that she must go - she has an attitude that may fit well, those - where she came from - the East Bay.

Here is San Francisco we will NOT tolerate anyone - being corrupt and still hovering around. Having the audacity to grin and smile and think all is fine. Still, making waves, haughty - and thinking that all is well. No way. You must go - now.

While our City and County shouts out that there is a freeze in our City and County - four people from the inner circle and from the East Bay; all close to Juliet Ellis - all lacking qualifications and sound information - were hired by Juliet Ellis.

Her -  business card reads - Assistant General Manager - External Affairs - but anyone will tell you she is NOT qualified.

Something stinks in Denmark.

This woman does not have the qualification to do the job - you could ask Michael Housh; who works for the SFPUC and we too have in our past careers; done a lot - and performed well - performing the duties - that come with that job - External Affair.

Juliet Ellis is shallow, inept, corrupt - and lacks morals and ethics.

Recently two SFPUC employees were fired - for using the Internet and watching some pornographic material - however; when the corruption linked to Juliet Ellis was exposed by the Main Media - some one is trying to hide the rubbish - under the rug.

Juliet Ellis used thousands of dollars - to conduct some drab survey. Lying that it was to be done by the consultant - but the consultant had nothing to do with it.

Juliet Ellis conduct the survey which was flawed - and no one seems to get to the bottom of that survey - linked to the Community Choice Aggregation (CCA) and the constituents of San Francisco - and how people in only some Districts in San Francisco - were surveyed - the richer Districts.

Well what does Juliet Ellis know? For sure she has no clue - about the many years - over 60 years of daily pollution and contamination - suffered by those in the Southeast Sector of San Francisco - where the survey - lacked any focus of those that needed - to be focused on.

Outsiders like Juliet Ellis and the minions she has hired - all of them - have NO history of San Francisco and more about the Southeast Sector.

This deal with the Shell Company - any way you look at it - is presumptuous and pretentious.

The Shell Company has a bad track record - with intent contaminating and killing people - in many parts of the world.

If you get to the bottom of the Energy Production - Shell cannot and could not provide - Clean Green Energy.

The energy Shell will try to procure - is tainted - and therefore cannot meet the standards - that Community Choice Aggregation advocates and customers - embrace.

It does not make it easy that our San Francisco LAFCO - is also dragging its legs - trying to hoodwink San Franciscans. Pretending that all is well on the Western Front.

It is not. Now, they have hired a woman - who speaks some technical language that is devoid of the truth. Time will tell.

Barbara Hale; is the the Assistant General Manager of Energy issues at the SFPUC. When Hale was tasked to place the ill fated 3 Combustion Turbines - she teamed with Karen Kubick a decent person - until that deal fell - through.

Now on the Shell deal and SFPUC providing CCA with supposedly clean energy - Barbara Hale - plotted with Juliet Ellis - this time - her partner in crime - is sordid and corrupt.

What does this say about Barbara Hale? Can someone connect the dots?

Right now decent, hardworking people - are hurting at the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission.

They are hurting because of divisions and divisiveness brought about by the daily actions of Juliet Ellis. Do not allow this cancer to linger - get rid of it.

Mayor Edwin Lee must step up and so must Dennis Herrera and do the right thing.

Do not force us to take this matter to the Federal Bureau of Investigation. In fact the RICO act must be enforced in this case. Thousands of dollars sent to the East Bay - tax payers money - we need it here in San Francisco.

We do not need these outsiders - coming into our living room without permission - rearranging our furniture - and telling us what to do.

Pompous and with an attitude that stinks to high heaven. We must get rid of all of them. That entire putrid circle of friends from the East Bay - must go - they are all - tainted.

We do not want decent workers at SF Public Utilities Commission affected by corrupt folks from the East Bay - who were hired by using corrupt and undue - influence.

They all must go - we do not want them - dividing San Francisco and more the Southeast Sector - where a very dark cloud hangs - and we are watching the deliberations - like a hawk.

San Francisco's tryst with fake - so called Clean Energy - using Community Choice Aggregation (CCA).

Making a sordid deal with the Shell Company - that has adversely impacted many - all over the world.

PERTINENT CHANGES SOUGHT IN SACRAMENTO TO THE CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT - IT SHOULD AFFECT SAN FRANCISCO ON THE LOCAL LEVEL.

Two major bills that will affect the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) - have been initiated in Sacramento the Capital of California - State Bill 317 and State Bill 731.

Here on the local level - our drab, shallow, spineless San Francisco - Board of Supervisors - the likes of Scott Weiner, Jane Kim, and others are dabbling to make changes to CEQA - more to seek personal gain and attention.

The CEQA bill is a State Bill that assures - all constituents in California the right to have a say - on matters that adversely impact them.  We, Californians must fight tooth and nail - to preserve this right - and deal with those that want to deny us this mandated - State passed right - which is law - CEQA.

Again and again we have seen that the original bill; CEQA - that once used to protect the rights of the tax payers - has been circumvented using many ploys and machinations.

In the old days - our Representatives never, ever imagined that we would have to deal with - "political whores and pimps" in the days we live today - where laws, rules, and regulations - are ignored by very - corrupt politicians the likes of David Chiu, Malia Cohen, Scott Weiner - and Jane Kim.

That is what we have in San Francisco today - political whores and pimps at City Hall - pandering to Developers and circumventing the process. Denying, decent citizens their rights - and adversely impacting thousands.

Those of us who have lived in San Francisco for some time - know - there was a time when - all constituents within a certain radius of a project - would be notified - no more.

When CEQA was first formulated - the many gray areas - were not addressed - and for a very long time - it was NOT visited to address the concerns of unnecessary law suits - and filing of documents - that delay the process.

There are technicalities that Land Use Lawyers - for a fee - can halt any project - as the legislation now stands - with some loop holes.

These loop holes must be closed - and those using fake ploys without justification and facts - less empirical data - must be taken to task. Including jail time plus heavy penalties made part of the adjudication - process.

The paradox is we have had SF Supervisors - play a role - is deceiving rather than representing.

We saw this with Scott Weiner, David Chiu, Malia Cohen, and Eric Mar - linked to the Parkmerced Housing - slated to be demolished. All of them were charged by the San Francisco Ethics Commission - and right so.

All of them did not side with the renters of one of the largest - "rental housing" in San Francisco - at Parkmerced. They chose to side with the devil - the developer - who we are watching - like a hawk. Your time will come - and when you fall down - you will live on your face - for a long, long time - shunned and in disgrace. You and those that sides with your - evil development.
You already failed in Canada - but our foolish SF Board of Supervisor - know nothing about investigative reporting and less about gathering - facts.

If demolished - the Parkmerced Rental Housing  will adversely impact; hundreds of senior citizens.

Seniors and other who have lived in these unites for decades - will be thrown out - evicted - and will have to fend for themselves.

In San Francisco - finding housing is very difficult - especially for those on fixed income.

Again and again we see - and I have witnessed myself - lobbyists - and some well renowned like the "thug Mayor" - Willie L. Brown Jr exercise his corrupt influence - to favor Developers - and bull doze the rights of decent, hard working - constituents - for a large fee.

Two Supervisors in particular who pander to the Developers - while pretending to work for the citizens of San Francisco - Malia Cohen from District 10 and Jane Kim from District 6. One worse than the other.

Then you have Scott Weiner - who can run his mouth - and has the same tendency pandering to the Zionists.

Zionists - who are seeking large land grabs - be it City College, other projects on Treasure Island, Hunters Point, the Transbay and so on and so forth.Scum of the Earth - sordid and despicable.

An important factor to note in the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) are projects built on infill. This discussion is now becoming technical and can be addressed - if a universal sound definition is arrived at. A definition that is holistic linked to "infill sites".

For years we environmentalists - who do all the spade work at - "ground zero" - have been hard hit - dealing with the CEQA process.

Again and again - lack of sound and precise - notification. If you are not notified - there is nothing you can do - except - protest - after the fact.

Advocates have also pressed for the element - linked to Cumulative Impacts - and for years.

The State Regulators, Local policy makers and Representatives - have turned a deaf ear.

We want to see - precise language in the tweaking of CEQA - and in the name of fair play - to incorporate - " the impacts of Cumulative Impacts".

At Hunters Point Naval Shipyard for example - the infill is the worst ever. It is a Superfund Site. One the worst sites are listed on the Superfund List.

More contaminated with Radioactive Elements; Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - contaminated by World War II experiments and operations.

The United States wants to hoodwink the public at large - by pretending to tell us - that capping, failing to address the clean up of the water shed.

Depleted Uranium was tested at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard. The National Defense Radiological Laboratory was at Hunters Point - what is now Lawrence Livermore Laboratory dealing with Nuclear elements.

One Atomic Bomb left Hunters Point to be dropped on Japan - killing millions - we know about this - but we fail to ponder about the consequences and KARMA. 

Using jargon and fancy words  in their drab, shallow, inaccurate documentation - the United States Navy - think we will accept their fake proposal and will permit them to hand over the Shipyard - for development.

No one can fool - all the people - all the time.

On Parcel A that was conveyed the Restoration Advisory Board (RAB) consisting of citizens - did not agree on the passing of the Record of Decision (ROD). We must remind the U.S. Navy that we the people - do not trust you for one, single second. Pathetic fools trying to play with fire. Your doom is at hand.

Keith Forman and his minions - have their work cut out for them - and they are doing a very poor job. They must suffer from the consequences of the doings of  - "jettison".

The blood of our children, women and men, seniors is on them - and the U.S. Navy cared less about the Precautionary Principle, even less about CEQA, and their NEPA, Record of Decisions - are heavily - flawed. They are never - ever to be trusted.

The District 10 Supervisor, Malia Cohen who is on the take - has always been on the take - joined politics to pander to people that can give her money - is a disgrace to the human race - and being Black - a shame to the segment of the population - she purports to represent.

Market Prices units are built elsewhere like downtown - and so called low income housing - on Brown Fields - that are contaminated in the Bayview Hunters Point.

The units built by the John Stewart Company - had not taken into consideration - Cumulative Impacts - the air is polluted - the surrounding area within feet of the newly constructed units contaminated.

The mostly Black population - in and around Huntersview NOT educated on issues - hoping against hope - to get some little - relief. Falling for the stale bread crumbs that are thrown to the sell out - like hungry dogs - who have lost their mind.

" No good will ever come at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard"  and that includes - Parcel A.

Lennar the Rogue Company is NOT to be trusted - ever.

Lennar and all those who purport to work for Lennar - have BLOOD on their hands.

On Parcel A and on Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - the constituents have been kept in the dark - by the U. S. Navy NOT providing empirical data - the data is changed to favor - the conceptual plans of the U.S. Navy.

The Environmental Protect Agency and Region IX had failed the constituents of San Francisco. You have not acted and pander to Diane Feinstein, Nancy Pelosi, and Barbara Boxer.

The Navy's Environmental Impact Studies are flawed.

The City and County of San Francisco wants the land to fast track development that is inferior in nature.

When the Environmental Impact Report (EIR) was released - it was released during the Christmas Holidays - and this was done to shun he public - and those who fought the EIR - did so at their own peril and expense.

We the people spent $5 thousand to fight Lennar and won -putting proposition F on the Ballot.

Lennar spent $10 million and lost - with Proposition G - and today is reeling the dust of shame and abject corruption. "No good will ever come at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard".

Anyone, that has anything to do with LENNAR has blood on their hands. We can name them as we have done before - but, it would do no good. They are - to say the least - despicable.

The City and County of San Francisco has NOT been mindful of CEQA, the Precautionary Principle, the many EIRs and of course - being truthful to the constituents of San Francisco. Shame on them.

We demand that Cumulative Elements that adversely impact projects - be taken, seriously - into account. We demand standards - and mandate strict regulations when it comes of infill.

If anyone lives at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard they will have to sign a waiver. The waiver says they cannot plant anything in their back yard. If they do it will in planters - having clean, fresh dirt - brought from a clean source.

The waiver will warn anyone from going to the near by Bay - they will be barriers and signs that read - stay back and off the area.

Now, tell me who wants to live in such conditions - who wants to live in the middle of - Chernobyl? Aho.

THE PATHETIC RECENT PATH OF SAN FRANCISCO RECREATION AND PARK AND ONE PHIL GINSBURG.

Our Labor Unions in the City and County of San Francisco must play an important role - with all sorts of programs - starting with apprenticeship programs - leading to Career Jobs.

San Franciscans need Career Jobs - the other jobs that do not fit that category - are jobs that some take because nothing else is available.

Those that are not given an opportunity - more in the poor areas of San Francisco - then resort to other nefarious, activities.

San Francisco is a Union City - however, in the past 20 years - gradually some vested interests - have slowly demolished the foundation - laid by stellar Union Members - in this great City.

The great deeds of the Longshoremen come to mind. The legacy left by Harry Bridges and admired all over the world.

So, recently when some of us heard that SF Recreation and Park was NOT supporting the apprenticeship program - initiated by the Laborers' Union, Local 261 - it was nothing new. 

The SF Recreation and Park Director - Phil Ginsburg and his ilk - are slowly privatizing our Parks, its facilities - pandering to such entities like the Fishers' and other devious entities.

Raking in the millions on the backs of people that live pay check to pay check - and thinking they can fool - all the people - all the time.

Think again - your time has come - and this time - you will feel the wrath of the people.

Slowly, circumventing the UNIONS with the blessings of San Francisco's past Mayors and heads of  SF City departments.

Allowing non-Union entities - entities like City Build - encouraging other rogue entities - who in the name of being a Community Based Organization - purport to offer some drab training.

This hog wash must STOP and can be stopped with enforcement and compliance.

No 16 week training - can create opportunities to lead our young women and men - into sound Career Jobs. The City and County of San Francisco knows this - but has done nothing about it.

More; those spineless, inept, shallow legislators that spew diatribe every opportunity they get. Their only salvation their tongue that has no bone - and they can wag it all they can - to thy kingdom come.

The City's Human Rights Commission - has been taken over by the City Administrator - and no one knows exactly what is happening - to sound compliance and certification.

Some Management Contracting Division (MCD) and its annointed Committee that I attended once - was aghast that the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission - was by passing the MCD.

Daring to go directly with changes and amendments linked to Work Force issues; other amendments - with no one monitoring the SFPUC and less the persons - who were negating law and order. In this case one person - Juliet Ellis.

The community does not want her - and as long as she hover around - there is this bad omen - and she must be sent away - anywhere to the East Bay, Jamaica - any place must San Francisco where she has caused - confusion, commotion - pandemonium.

It is the same with Phil Ginsburg - with that smirk on his face - always thinking he is beyond reproach - and his day is coming.

It does not help - that the Commissioners on the SF Recreation and Park Commission - have NO clue about standards - when it comes to gardeners and other vital personnel - that manage - our Recreation and Park facilities in San Francisco.

A great void has been created with NO - State Certified programs - and less State Certified Compliance Officers from Sacramento.

The many Managers who pander with the SF Recreation and Park - and its General Manager - in this case Phil Ginsburg - having a field day.

Once our SF Park and facilities were well maintained no more.
Once we had track and field and other high standard competition in games and in all kinds of sports - no more.

Once the youth, young adults, others came together in sisterhood and brotherhood - all communities from every nook and corner in San Francisco - and put their best on the line - to excel - show case San Francisco - and we as a City were the best.

It does not help when Ramon Hernandez and Vince Courtney from Local 261 - try to impress upon the SF Recreation and Park General Manager - that some standards must be attained. Only to be told that there will be no cooperation - from the Recreation and Park. This nonsense has been going on since before - 2004.

We need the cooperation - more - so that our Recreation and Park facilities, our open spaces, our playing fields, our world renowned gardens and more botanical gardens - can be cared for - as they well should be.

Phil Ginsburg has taken to Power Point Presentations - taking one into cyber space - with all sorts of - "feel good" - presentations and showings of sorts.

It is like those perennial conceptual plans - they look good - they are like a nice dream. You wake up and you face your worst - night mare.

When the empirical data is  evaluated and analyzed - it falls short - is shallow - full of fluff - despicable.

 More Phil Ginsburg's poor leadership - inept, and most importantly - worthless - divides and brings about disgrace where once reigned - grace and standards.

Local Union 261 - the Laborers' Union has been trying to put its best foot forward - again and again - first within its own ranks - there has been some - division.

Right now Oscar, Ramon, and Vince have been trying their best - but it does not help - when the City itself has turned its back on the Union and has a track record of slowly - doing away with the UNION and the benefits - UNIONS bring to the Sisters and Brothers.

Of course come election time - those of us in the know - know who takes money from Local 261 and the many sordid promises made - are never, ever - kept. 

In this City our UNIONS must take the lead - and lead by example.

Good leaders know the way, show the way, and go the way.

San Franciscans are fed up with SF Recreation and Park - on projects that defy logic and less consideration - of the public at large - when drastic changes are proposed at Beach Chalet fields.
With no meaningful dialog - openly defying those that are experienced and sane - and trying to hoodwink the public at large.

We are watching you all like a hawk.

Destroying the ambiance of Land's End - infusing artificial light - and preventing those that like to enjoy and gaze at the sky - when it is pitch dark - and experience that feeling that is spiritual, uplifting and very empowering.

Where a human being is in awe - and Mother Earth - displays her best - and heaven reigns supreme in all its majesty - and we beings - little specks - are put in our place.

Phil Ginsburg and his ilk would not know that - they are into raking the millions - any which way they can. The same ilk that destroyed our economy - occupying high places and doing as they please. Nothing much has changed - and we need the despondent, the corrupt, those that do not want to serve decent San Franciscans - out of the way. Now.

Greedy folks like Phil Ginsburg will destroy the ambiance, fill the environment with artificial light, confuse the birds - more the migratory birds - bluff the animals into thinking that it is day - when it should be night - faking all - rearranging all that matters - more that nature has known and maintained for thousands of years.

What is wrong with natural grass and all things natural?

Phil Ginsburg and his thugs of greed - will favor artificial turf - most laden with lead and other chemicals.

Difficult to clean when dogs and other animals - defecate - these corrupt folks - truly have no consideration for children - who hurt easily with open wounds - and are prone;  not only injuring themselves - but falling prey to the contamination.

Our City gardeners were once revered - but, then came the modern General Managers - who themselves are politicians - they can rake in the millions - for ulterior motives.

Burden our once much respected gardeners with added work - less pay - and constant changing of the plans. Being rude to those that served well - and changing the rules - and bring in those that are not trained well. This nonsense has reached its climax - and the once well respected gardener - himself and herself - have throw their hands up - in utter despair.

Phil Ginsburg knows little about gardening - he knows a lot about the political pimping and making money off people -  bringing more distrust. Pitting once against the other. Pitying the poor - demanding fees - he did that in the South of Market area - listening to some folks from the near by condominium who moved near a gym - were aware of children playing - but dare call the SF Police Department - on young children - for just being what children are when they play - a little noisy.

Using our long known facilities -  that once served the people - enticing vendors to prey on those that visit our Recreational facilities and Park - to spend more to receive less - be it food, soft drinks, any type of hospitality worth the salt.

Phil Ginsburg  favors more the drab commercialization of our Parks and Facilities. He is in for the money - and less to represent and serve the people of San Francisco.

This nonsense must stop.

Our Mayor Ed Lee must step in and ask Phil Ginsburg and his ilk to stop - prostituting our Open Space and Facilities.

San Franciscans have patience - but that patience is running out.

Flood lights at our Parks - till the wee hours of the morning.

 In neighborhoods of color - with artificial turf - palefaces playing - and that is not the complete story.

Those who live in the neighborhood cannot use their own Open Space and playing fields and amenities paid by their own taxes.

In those neighborhood where minorities live and are in the majority - they are made silent, docile spectators by those; who are not like them - and are forced to watch ghostly folks - screaming and shouting - to their hearts content - until the wee hours of the morning.

Making merry past 10 pm - for sure 11 pm - and stopping short of midnight. All this in our neighborhoods - where people of color in District 10, 9, and 11 are touted - by money paying for the use of facilities - where once most everything was free. 

Tax payers pay taxes for amenities - then must get shafted again for using the very facilities and amenities they must pay - for.

The General Manager of the Recreation and Park - once an adviser of that Metrosexual Mayor Gavin Newsom - who favors such characters - and now a despot - roaming and roving as the General Manager of  the SF - Recreation and Park.

As to Local 261 - you need to rally the necessary support and get rid of the General Manager - the old fashioned way - protest in numbers - more when his ilk show up - and find themselves facing reality - they are NOT accustomed to.

It is the most efficacious - in your face tactics - and will put the many shenanigans, ploys and machinations - to rest. Aho.
