Gentrification and related issues facing the community in the Southeast Sector.

GENTRIFICATION AND RELATED ISSUES FACING THE COMMUNITY IN THE SOUTHEAST SECTOR OF SAN FRANCISCO.

The southeast Sector of San Francisco has been suffering a lot from neglect.

The present economy has made things - worse. This City of San Francisco can bring about some change - but, has deemed necessary to play games and look the other way.

When Mayor Gavin Newsom was the Mayor of San Francisco - Gavin Newsom failed to read the "Unfinished Agenda" that dealt with all the problems most Blacks faced when other Mayors were in office too - in the years that preceded - him.

That document the "Unfinished Agenda" revealed in details the plight of the Blacks and what would happen - if nothing was done.

So, when Mayor Gavin Newsom had Fred Blackwell, Doris Ward and others to address the concerns of the flight of Black from San Francisco - and created a new document named the "Out Migration of Blacks".

This exercise in futility - clearly - pointed who really was in charge of the Gentrification in our great City - the City itself and leading the charge our Mayors. In this case linked to the "Out Migration Report" - Mayor Gavin Newsom.

Large areas where thousands of units were available for affordable housing - in Public Housing and once were housing stock that belonged to poor people - were original built by the Army and Navy. When the Army and Navy went away - the Housing and Urban Development (HUD) took over and for a long time they rent the units.

Then; the San Francisco Housing Authority chose to rent the housing and when that happened - all hell broke loose. Now, the housing stock at Potrero Hill, Huntersview, Kiska Road, Oakdale, Sunnydale and in other places - could first have been maintained - but this was not done - deferred maintenance was chosen instead.

Pretending that the housing was in poor condition - having done everything to arrive at that stage - the thousands of Public Housing units and the sites - have now been given to Developers to develop.

The plan was to have San Francisco Redevelopment Agency provide the funding - but, that cannot be done any more. Governor Jerry Brown has decided not to fund the SF Redevelopment Agency any more.

However, the plan in mind was "gentrification" which simply means the removal of the targeted unwanted population - and building "gated communities" to populate a complete new type of population.

Now, those mostly impacted are the Polynesians and the Blacks.

For years I have been trying to reach out to these two segments of the population but as much as some serious efforts have been made - my efforts and those of many other advocates have not been successful.

The Polynesians community and among them the Samoan population precisely; have been adversely impacted.

I have had only one Pastor who is Samoan who truly understands the situation at hand. The others could not care - not because they do not care - but because they are not educated on issues. The Pastor who understand is Pastor Alex Toeaina.

It was totally wrong of Mayor Gavin Newsom to do a study on the Black population and leave out the Polynesian community - that is also seriously affected by - what Mayor Newsom and his crones - term "Out Migration".

I read the report - and even though the report attempts to address a few issues - it is a convoluted report that says a lot and really offers nothing much.

At least the "Unfinished Agenda" had empirical data - and pointed to solutions that could be followed to take the then Black population to a better - place.

The Black population in the Bayview has no clout - and the few that shout and scream - what we called in the old days - Mau Mau - are stuck in a place where there is no movement and no progress - doldrums.

Many of them backed Lennar, a Rogue Developer - only for Lennar to let them down.

Our Black youth in the Bayview Hunters Point deserve better.

The main problem the youth in the Bayview Hunters Point face - is lack of leadership.

The older generation have been so focused making money and catering to their own needs - that no one has taken the time - to hand over the "torch", the experience, the know how, the wisdom - to the younger generation.

The condition of people and especially the youth is pathetic.

Making this worse are the thousands of youth mostly Black who have not completed High School, those that can now go to school and get some education are truants. Over 6000 chronic truants - and other in and out of the incarceration - system.

Of course the old generation those that could afford to sell their homes for more money - sold their homes and moved to places like Vallejo, Tracy, and further away. For some time they saw some and experienced some solace - only to caught up once again - in the rat race.

Hit, by the present Economic Situation that has forced many of them to sell their homes - caught in a bind - because of the sub-prime scandals, the other ploys and machinations - involving the banks and other financial - institutions.

Today, the paradox is some of those that went away when the going was good - are coming back to their old hunting grounds - and find it better here then far away like Tracy, Folsom, and Sacramento.

It is the same with the Polynesians.

Caught in the bind - those that have taken refuge in the Tenderloin - District Six - many living on the streets - and to make matters worse - whole families - and that is crying - shame.

Of course the City and County of San Francisco - will say - that they have nothing to do with plight of those I have mentioned. That is the typical behavior of any entity that has no conscience.

The City and County of San Francisco will rake in all the taxes and have NOT given opportunities to those they could - all these many years - but, it is too late - now.

Some things can be fixed but not the deliberate plan with "intent" to do harm - called and know by most that are astute as - gentrification.

The rest of the related issues are many and I will address them as the weeks go by.

The San Francisco Arts Commission and the Bayview Hunters Point.

THE SAN FRANCISCO ARTS COMMISSION AND THE BAYVIEW OPERA HOUSE.

The San Francisco Arts Commission is up to mischief again and this time is has requested over $500,000 to rehabilitate one wall - that some one says has dry rot.

Over $800,000 has already been spent to spruce the Bayview Opera House that was build in 1888.

Now, if that $800,000 was given to say the Department of Public Works; we could have given San Franciscans jobs and all the work required to be done - would have been done.

The $800,000 was spent - as if some volunteers were helping the Bayview Opera House and some one pocketed a lot of money. An audit is called for and we want a line item of all the expenses - linked to the rehabilitation.

For a long time no one could use the Bayview Opera House - when it was under rehabilitation.

The Bayview Opera House is a Landmard and so the repair work must be done following very high standards - we call them the Department of Interior Standards. Some say this was not done - but, this had to be investigated.

In the sixties riots took place in the Bayviw and Third Street. The Nation Guard was called - complete with machine guns and tanks. Some of the rioters took refuge in the Bayview Opera House.

The SF Police Department and other Law Enforcement - shot at the Bayview Opera House and caused damage. The one of kind chandeliers put there by the Mason way back in 1988 were damaged.

I once made mention about this fact - only for some Zionists to refer to Kristal Nacht - a day when the Nazis - invaded and smashed shops and homes - belonging to the Jews in Germany.

Well, now the SF Arts Commission has taken over the Bayview Opera House and all sorts of ploys and machinations are in order and are being executed.

It is strange how the SF Arts Commission consisting of most bigoted Whites - will invade and take over landmark buildings - from a community that is mostly of color.

The Polynesian community, the many Latinos, the Native Americans, the dwindling Blacks, the decent Whites - are not permitted to rent the Bayview Opera House - easily. This is a crying shame.

Now, during Summer - the Bayview Opera House will be out of bounds to our youth. So, more youth will be killed. The SF Arts Commission - really does not care about life and Quality of Life issues. All it cares is about money, grants, gifts, and huge amounts - so that it can keep much of it for dubious purposes.

The Bayview Opera House is name the Ruth Williams Opera House - but not once; will mention be made - of this fact.

There is even a bust of Ruth Williams inside - in honor of her hard work and maintaining that landmark building for years - when the City and County and others - deferred maintenance and let it go down. Her son is the will know Kevin Williams - who this City and County harassed because he took a stand.

As a Compliance Officer at the SF Airport - the Whites put a noose on some sites where Black contracts were operating. Kevin took a stand - but this City and County of San Francisco - sided with the crooks and those that put the noose. So, much for justice and blatant - discrimination.

Around 2002 I took upon myself to donate over 200 good chairs and some long tables so that we could have some decent events - at the Ruth Williams Opera House.

We started with the " Bayview Hunters Point Conference on Crime Prevention " that was held on May 31, 2002 at 4705 Third Street where the Ruth Williams Opera House is situated.

Hundreds of City officials and hundreds of other interested people attended the Conference - one of the better conference we organized - with the community in attendance and many still speak of that conference. California Senator in those good times - donated a large banner and that was nice. Supervisor Jake McGoldrick was in attendance and so were many officials that were amazed about how this event was put together - and we also had guest from Southern California and other places.

Later, when we went to rent the Bayview Opera House - excuses were given that it was not available. At other times a high price was quoted - to keep the local people out.

However, the SF Arts Commission on high jacking the Bayview Opera House - now, does as it pleases.

Tell lies that the Bayview Opera House is used for this, that and the other. While all the time - asking for money and pocketing most of it. The future is ours and time is on our side.

The San Francisco Arts Commission its ploys and machinations.

THE SAN FRANCISCO ARTS COMMISSION - ITS PLOYS AND MACHINATIONS.

The San Francisco Arts Commission in San Francisco has not been transparent - especially, in the last ten years.

When San Franciscans voted that two percent be set aside from any large City projects - so that we could sponsor some artists and celebrate with San Franciscans and give them some of the best Art Works to view and appreciate - no one anticipated - corruption.

No one anticipated; the high jacking of the Bayview Opera house and its operations by folks that no one knows about - but, pretend they are working for the better interests of the neighborhood.

No one, anticipated that local constituents for the neighborhood would be ignored - and the Arts Commissions would do as its pleases.

For the last 30 years - the Bayview District the Portola District has been ignored - by the SF Art Commission and before that the City and County of San Francisco.

Now suddenly; that the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC) has a large project some 3 billion dollars - the SF Art Commission is all excited.

The SF Art Commission already got a lot of money from the first round with the Water System Improvement Project (WSIP) two percent of the over $4.4 billion.

None of the deliberation; in detail - were given and no meaningful dialog linked to the public at large. No printed materials, no explanation, that the public at large could review - it is disgusting how these ploys and machinations are executed.

Recently, in fact a couple of days before the SFPUC met at 18000 Oakdale, at its meeting - some of us learned about Luis Cancel - a crony of Mayor Gavin Newsom - who has been having a gay time - spending and wasting money that is meant for art. Shame on him - he ruined something good that he could have taken to a better - place.

The less said the better - artists and art stands for something noble and good - and Cities and Countries are judged by their artists and the art they present.

I like to say; that the Artists are the soul of any civilization and throughout my life - I have supported artists. Did what I could in a big way - when I was at the Presidio of San Francisco.

It is a shame that the SF Public Utilities Commission - has NOT first consulted the community.
And when the issue linked to spending large amounts of money on Art - was brought before the meeting held on June 28, 2011 at 4 pm at 1800 Oakdale a number of constituents - commented - that this agenda should be brought again - for meaningful - discussion.

I would like to see - money set aside to document the "gentrification" of the community. The lack of respect shown by the City and County of San Francisco to thousands of innocent people who were bombarded by Toxic Dust, Dangerous Particulates, and Radioactive elements and more.

Billions of dollars - tax payer dollars over the years - taken by the City and County of San Francisco and very little given back. We have over 10,000 small industries and they all pay taxes in the zip code 94124, 94134, and 94107.

The main produce market, the concrete and aggregate companies, the recycling company, the many lumber companies, the many electrical and plumbing companies, the U Haul company, the Internet Service Hotels, the many places you can repair your vehicles, the many places that do welding on large and small pieces of iron, steel, and whatever is need. The many construction companies and the list goes on and on.

The Department of Public Works has its large Maintenance Facility in zip code 94124, there are big and small restaurants, Bio-diesel refueling hubs, dry cleaning facilities ( most of them are in 94134) and not in other areas - you get the picture.

Huge Ship Building Repairs, the University of California San Francisco has its campus, huge trucks are parked in zip code 94134 and 94124 and 94107. We have the two largest Post Offices - one on Evans and one on Old Bay Shore by Visitation Valley. There is no amount of business that do not pay taxes. The problems is that no money is put back in proportion that zip codes 94107, 94124, 94134 pays taxes - to the City and County of San Francisco.

Sees Candy has their large factory on Old Bayshore, other famous companies that cater to catering for large parties and so on and so forth.

Where is all our taxes going - why are the zip codes 94107, 94134, 94124 not treated with respect.

Then you have Lowe's and similar businesses and the many business that repair cars and replace car windows - plain and tainted. And there is more - and I could name them all - can if you want - but, think I have made my point.

The City and County plants trees and does not maintain them.

The trees on San Bruno Avenue have not been pruned in years.

Recently, some one was using a " tree saw " - to prune the flowers plants and one type resembles the lilies and they are in bloom - and I could not understand this madness.

The trees must be pruned from time to time and the plants treated with care.

The weeds removed and there is way to clean around the plants and I did that once from Silver Avenue all the way to Wayland. I could not imagine this joker - using a tree saw to remove the weeds around the trees.

Now; how many art objects do we have on San Bruno? How much in taxes does the City collect from San Bruno Avenue - even now when the economic is not doing well - San Bruno Avenue is bustling.

The same in other areas.

One of my offices is situated on Third and Palou - the building 4909 - and some one has done some art work - drab art work. When I tried to find out - who was behind it - the SF Arts Commission.

This is what happens - City Hall appoints mostly Whites - who take care of their own - represent their own - and act snobbish and now have invaded our community. Case in point - the Bayview Opera House.

I donated furniture to the Bayview Opera House and have prove that I donated a lot of furniture - this, when no one was helping the Bayview Opera House.

Now, suddenly for ulterior motives - every one is interested in the Bayview Opera House - zip code 94124 to fill their pockets.

The San Francisco Arts Commission is CORRUPT.

SF Public Utilities Commission and the Sewer System Improvement Project.

SF PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMISSION AND THE SEWER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENT PROJECT.

The San Francisco Public Utilities Commission met at 1800 Oakdale in the Bayview at the Southeast Commission Facility on June 28, 2011 at 4 pm.

The SFPU Commissioners were given an opportunity to address some of the issues facing the community at large - and also how millions of dollars - will be spent on Arts, Job Training, and a host of other issues. Some of these issues were discussed and other hopefully will be in the near - future.

The SF Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC) has NOT been transparent in the past and this time around - some of us feel that we have speak up so that the TRUTH - is told and told with facts and empirical data.

The first time around when the Water System Improvement Project (WSIP) was initiated - now as this project is at its tail end - millions of dollars linked to outreach and related issues - were NOT addressed properly - and over one hundred million dollars were - wasted.

This time around with the SSIP there are millions of dollars as much as $300 million for Outreach and at the meeting held on June 28, 2011 - millions of dollars were doled out to AECOM and PARSONS as much as $150 million for ten years.

This process is still open since the community at large has no clue who will do the real outreach - and how exactly this will be done.

The community in the Bayview Hunters Point has not received Accountability and Transparency - in all the years - especially since 1987 when the Southeast Facility was built - to serve the community and more our youth - from the SFPUC.

It was meant to address Quality of Life issues - as has been stated in the Southeast Commission Mission Objective - this has not happened - these issues are critical to evaluate - so that the Mission Objective - may be exercised and implemented.

It is time the SFPU Commission have more people of color - representing the diversity of San Francisco as Commissioners.

The Commission as it is now - represents the interest of the Mayor of San Francisco - if the Mayor is corrupt - then it follow the deliberations of the SFPU Commission follow suit. Make no bones about it - for the last 20 years the SFPUC has had a sordid history - and before that as the Water Department - all documented.

I say this because I attend the SFPUC meeting regularly - and if I do not - watch it on SFGOV TV and what I see I do not like. I am also privy to documents that I have in my possession.

I attended - the SFPUC meeting on June 28, 2011 - and spoke up a couple of times - and the Commissioners paid attention to what I commented on.

The Bayview Community is perhaps one of the very few communities that has a Raw Sewage Plant stark naked in the middle of the community.

The Digestors that hold the treated sewage sink to high heaven. One large digestor lid is open and is known to breed mosquitoes and other insects that adversely impact - thousands.

The WEIRS that hold treated sewage by the Bay are in disrepair - adversely affecting the Bay - the so called secondary effluents - many a time turn out to be half-treated sewage. The reasons given are many - but, the matter of fact is that the Bay is adversely impacted.

The Treatment Plant has neared on some occasion - salt water backing into its system - if this happens the entire system - will have to come to a grinding - halt.

The system that takes eighty percent of the City's sewage - is old and cannot meet the current requirements and need. Some of the sewage should be diverted to the Ocean side Treatment Plant by the San Francisco Zoo.

The Presidio of San Francisco sends all its sewage all the way to the Bayview. This sewage can be diverted to the Ocean side Treatment Plant.

This time around - billions of dollars will be spent on the Sewer System Improvement Project (SSIP) - and when eighty percent of the raw sewage from the City comes to the Phelps Raw Sewage Treatment Plant - that as I said is stark naked and situated in the Bayview.

A Task Force was established of Community Members - and the suggestion made by them - noted in a document that is available for the community at large.

Other documents are there - including the Environmental Impact Report (EIR) - that is on the SFPUC website - linked to the SSIP.

The Bayview community sharks are now circling and circling seeking out money that they think they can get - without any due process - and this is not so.

We are a Nation of laws - but for a long time - certain entities and now an entity such as RDJ Enterprise is setting itself to get some money - and use the money for dubious purposes.

The SSIP will expand over three Billion dollars and about two percent will be spent for arts and five percent - hopefully for outreach and job training - opportunities.

What bothers me is, how outsiders - and helped by mostly Black sell outs - are positioning themselves to do harm to the community.

This opportunity is the only opportunity to revive the community. Some of us have put pertinent suggestions in writing - but, the response from the SFPUC has not been - forthcoming.

It is not that something positive can be done but the effort must come from the SFPUC and its inept - leadership.

The window of opportunity is very narrow - and there are too many sharks in the water.

The community must not only have a plan - but have the right leadership with a viable plan to deliver.

No accountability in our leaders on the local level in San Francisco.

NO ACCOUNTABILITY IN OUR LOCAL LEADERS IN SAN FRANCISCO

It has been some years now that our leaders at City Hall have had NO accountability at all - and all they care is about themselves and how they can climb up the corrupt - political ladder.

We have a population of about 816,000 in San Francisco.

We have less children then we had some years ago. But, for sure we know our dog population - it is over 100,000. Add the cats and the other pets - and they all are treated better then our children - our children especially in the Southeast Sector of San Francisco.

Thousands of decent families have left San Francisco - they just got fed up. Poor schools, lack of safety and very poor health service for those that are poor. Lack of Quality of Life issues - that I have been address and will continue to address - until the buffoons change their ways.

After all we the tax payers pay these folks who say they Represent and lie before they are elected - but, once they are elected - are like snakes and talk with a fork tongue. They call themselves - politicians.

Recently, there have been plans to draw political lines to help some segments of the population easily elected who they want. That is how cheap and convoluted San Franciscans in some areas have become - who are under the spell of the corrupt - politicians.

The queer folks have had their day in Sacramento - at this time we have Mark Leno and Tom Ammiano who is openly queer or gay.

I know Fiona Ma favors the queer population, and I really do not know where Leland Yee stands on this issue - but, being a politician - he will do what he can to accommodate the queer population to get their - votes. Politicians are like that - if you deliver to them votes - the moral, the ethical, standards do not factor in that equation.

San Francisco does not have much land - and what land we have is available in the Southeast Sector of San Francisco.

This land is very contaminated - more with radioactive elements. Recently, some test were done on the Candlestick shoreline, very near Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - and the results declared - the shoreline and the waters - contaminated not only my mercury, lead, but by radioactive materials in very high levels.

Depleted Uranium was first tested at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - as part of the War Effort. One Atomic bomb left San Francisco and Hunters Point to be dropped on Japan and killed millions of innocent - people.

There are over 1200 toxic hot spots all over San Francisco that need to be cleaned.

It is the responsibility of the City and County of San Francisco to clean these very toxic and dangerous hot spots. The City and County of San Francisco will talk about our City being Green - which is a joke.

Talk about our Carbon Foot print - but this vain talk is cheap and full of hot air.

In the Southeast Sector over 200,000 tones of Methane Gas spews in the air. Mostly from land that was once wet lands, filled with toxic and lose material - the vegetation and other material has been composting - and the end result is foul smelling Methane Gas.

One ton of Methane Gas equals twenty two tons of Carbon Dioxide and this large amount of Carbon Dioxide that impacts the population near by - is known to the San Francisco Supervisors and the District 10 Supervisor - but, they all think this problem will go away - just by NOT doing anything about it.

So much for all the talk that our Carbon Foot Print is note worthy when we do not tell the TRUTH and do not account for all the Carbon Dioxide over 100,000 tons in the Financial District and more from dangerous particulates and other toxic elements - that will take pages to spell out.

Hunters Point and Parcel A is toxic.

Parcel A is the only parcel on Hunters Point where the City and County of San Francisco has jurisdiction - even though it has been turned over to the SF Redevelopment who is turn gave it to Lennar, a Rogue Developer to build homes.

Now, Lennar wants to build 1600 homes on Parcel A that is contaminated. Who would want to buy a home in the middle of Chernobyl? Our City and County of San Francisco knows too much about Lennar but still wants to do business with this Rogue Developer.

We call Lennar a Rogue Developer - because Lennar poisoned our children and continues to play games with the help of most of the SF Board of Supervisors and the past and present Mayors of San Francisco.

Lennar with intent chose to bombard our children and community - with toxic dust, dangerous particulates, Asbestos friables and or course radioactive elements at very dangerous levels.

Anyone that deals with Lennar has BLOOD on their hands.

At this time our children are suffering from severe headaches, bloody eyes, lack of sleep, and so on.

Asthma is prevalent at Hunters Point and the Bayview - two areas very close to Hunters Point Naval Shipyard.

Some of us have been monitoring this area for over 35 years - and prior to that knowing well; the operations that took place at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - and fully knowing that it was very contaminated.

Thousands of people since the late 1950 were exposed to many dangerous elements and died. Many from being exposed to Asbestos and other from other types of cancer all linked to the operations at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard.

We the astute community want the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard to be cleaned.

We the community and all of San Francisco was the entire area to be cleaned to high standards as voted by eighty seven percent of the people who voted in San Francisco in the year 2000 in a Citywide Ballot Measure - Proposition P.

The Mayors of San Francisco know the will of the people - but, with intent want to fight the will of the people - and not stand for what is right. They say they represent but they do not.

The mostly Black sell outs and the Poverty Pimp Pastors (PPP) are the scourge of the community, all they want is money.

Since when did any church endorse serving mammon and this is done by most of the sixty two plus churches in the Bayview Hunters Point area.

The City and County of San Francisco now wants to fight some of us - who have been posting articles - but, as long as we have the Internet - we will fight; and we will take this fight into the courts and win.

If have to name the scum bags that is the only way the world will know who they are.

Ninety Five percent of Middle Schools in San Francisco Fail the students.

NINETY FIVE PERCENT OF MIDDLE SCHOOLS IN SAN FRANCISCO - FAIL THEIR STUDENTS AND THIS WHEN WE SUPPORT THEM WITH SF RAINY DAY FUNDS.

We use to have good Middle Schools and Elementary School in San Francisco - no more.

Check out things for yourself.

Go to this site and then put in the zip code and surf the Middle Schools and other Schools and find out for yourself what the hell is happening:

http://school-ratings.com/

Thousands of decent straight families are leaving San Francisco.

When these families leave they take their children with them and also a lot of history and contribution to our City and County of San Francisco.

In fact these decent families leave because their children cannot go to good schools and at the bottom of the totem pole - are our middle and elementary schools. Pathetic performance - year after year - after year.

Of course we know in San Francisco we now have more animals - dogs, cats, animals pets then children. An article even appeared in the National Geographic Magazine about San Francisco having 100,000 dogs. Go figure!

The schools are ranked from 1 - 10 - and more then ninety five percent of the Middle and Elementary Schools fail. And when I say fail - they fail miserably. We must ask why?

It is shocking when the fall into the category - Worse Schools! Why?

There is something wrong with our San Francisco Unified School District.

More with the SF Unified School District Board - most of them are not there to serve the children but to build their political - portfolio. You can see them on SFGOV.TV playing to the TV and projecting themselves to be the next SF Board of Supervisor or something else.

These SF Unified School Board members have failed the constituents of San Francisco.

Every year our City bails them out - we bail them out with our tax payers money - the Rainy Day fund - from our City's coffers the General Funds.

The schools come under the State of California - and for years the SF Unified School District (SFUSD) has been wasting money. Yet taking money from our City and County of San Francisco. Taking our City for granted - this nonsense must stop.

The SFUSD do not have a plan to keep good teachers. Year after year the teachers are kept guessing and many of them are laid off. No one will want to work for such an organization.

This is San Francisco and we boasted of good schools. In past years - many parents contributed to the schools - and made their schools look good. No more; our schools under the SFUSD have run down, poorly maintained; with deferred maintenance - and lack of respect for the students, the parents, and of course the tax payers.

The City and County of San Francisco is now pandering to the SFUSD by appoint folks like Hydra Mendonsa who is good for nothing. She talks the talk but cannot walk the walk. The City should not pander to one person.

Our schools are not doing well and those in charge of the SFUSD - must evaluate their performance. Too many them on the SFUS Board are there - as I said to promote themselves - they are looking to become the next - SF Board of Supervisor or something.

Now, this is not representing and we really do not want such public officials - always looking to fill their campaign coffers and promoting their own - agenda. If you are on the SFUSD Board - represent and work for the schools and the student and respect the parents and those that support the many San Francisco Public School - students.

You can spend a lot of time surfing this site and learning a lot about our Public School in San Francisco:

Gang Injunctions are related issues in the Southeast Sector of San Francisco.

GANG INJUNCTIONS AND RELATED ISSUES IN THE SOUTHEAST SECTOR OF SAN FRANCISCO ONE OF THE RICHEST CITIES IN AMERICA.

The Main Media is slow to address pertinent issues.

No one will write about Gang Injunctions, the failing Middle Schools, corruption in the SF Redevelopment Agency, rogue cops and so on on. They simple do not have the balls.

It does not come as a surprise that sometimes even after keeping some of some posts for a long time - Indymedia or some novice Editor will take it upon herself or himself to remove my posts. I have no problem with that - after all they can make whatever decisions they want.

Gang Injunctions is San Francisco have failed and those in power the City Attorney Dennis Herrera and others who pushed for it will fail. No one in their right mind should be voting for Dennis Herrera. Dennis wants to be Mayor of San Francisco.

Our Middle schools are failing.

So, when you allow people to see for themselves; using a rating link - some folks do not like it. It is a joke when over 95 percent of the Middle Schools and Elementary school do not make the grade.

Big developers work with corrupt politicians.

Corrupt politicians work with San Francisco Police Department to take out any hurdles and harass anyone who will come in the way. Decent San Franciscans have seen this for many years - and cannot really speak up. They fear retaliation.

Imagine San Franciscans living in a Police State?

We must be careful who we vote for - and we must not vote for some like Dennis Herrera who went out of his way to bring hardship and adversely impact thousands of people. Dennis did this when he declared null and void - over 33,000 signatures linked to SF Redevelopment Agency in the Bayview Hunters Point.

No one should be able to defy the will of the people - and if 33,000 people sign some petition and someone like Dennis Herrera thinks he can defy the will of the people - something must be wrong - and shame on those that will vote - for such a dictator.

The constituents of San Francisco are astute.

In the last ten years we really have no newspaper that is worth reading in San Francisco - more because the local newspapers are drab. Hence most intelligent people go to the Internet and on line blogs and reporting - make the news today and are worth - reading.

Surely, in San Francisco there are no newspapers like the Washington Post or the LA Times - the Chronicle is a joke and the Examiner - not even worth looking at from a distance.

Drab news reporting and of course siding with Big Developers and anyone that pays someone to write.

No investigating reporting at all - worth the salt and on topics that matter.

So, when some speaks up for the Native Americans the Whites do not like it. The Whites killed people and took their land and they will not admit they did wrong - and the world knows they did wrong.

Imagine, the Native Americans living on Reservations in their own land?

No one denies that the Native Americans are not the First People - the first to be here in America - but, no one will stand for all Native Americans being Federally Recognized - recognized in their own country - so that they can avail of some minimum benefits.

Americans will cross oceans to punish people and destroy and harm people to push for Democratic Principles - they are doing this in Iraq ( where we had no business going) and in Afghanistan - not knowing that no foreign power - has ever tamed the Afghan. Not the British not anyone.

Here is San Francisco - we have the San Francisco Mafia - and those in power who are NOT with our Nation.

The work for some other Nation - the likes of Bernie Madoff - and we know who they are. These vermin are placed and appointed in critical places to do damage. Favor their own kind and bring about destruction and mostly harm those that need help - most.

We saw this with Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan, AIG - and the others very corrupt large Financial Institutions. They are the cause of our present economy.

When you connect the dots - it all works - money is used to buy power.

Blacks we call them sell outs in the Southeast Sector. Supervisors that have no morals and will work against the constituents. Mayors - who will work with corrupt entities and Big Developers like - Lennar.

It is fine if Indymedia cannot take a stand and permit some one to tell the truth.

There is more then one way to do it - and we can find another path and do well and speak our peace.
