As an advocate, I often say our infants, our children, our youth, our young adults, our beloved Elders - those with compromised health, more specifically the physically and mentally challenged - are thrown to the wind.
It is a pity when politicians and those who work for the people - pay to play - and treat those who most need help with utter disdain.
A prime example is the SFPUC and the CABAL, operating from 525 Golden Gate Avenue.
It is time the SFPUC is investigated, more under the RICO Act.
San Franciscans are fed up with the sordid actions of the SFPUC - treating the workers badly and ganging on them - intimidating some by posting mug photos - much like those criminals who are wanted by Law Enforcement.
Drastic changes are mandated at the headquarters - 525 Golden Gate.
The Raker Act has been thrown to the wind.
Clean water in the millions leaks from broken clean water pipes and the sewer pipes - most over 90 years old.
The money was appropriated 10 years ago to replace the pipes - managers have come and gone- the money has been used for mundane uses - and the SF Controller has revealed the facts.
The SFPUC managers are busy milking SFPUC - working one or two hours and charging the SFPUC for working 40 hours, and more, charging SFPUC for overtime.
The SFPUC Water Department is the worst - all sorts of nepotism.
It is time to investigate the Manager at the SFPUC Water Department at the Phelps Treat Plant. Soon, the plan is to move the Water Department to Napoleon Street and have the current thug take control of the brand-new building.
Three innocent, hardworking SFPUC workers for the Water Department were fired without cause, and the time has come to take the " thugs " to court and for the justice system to take care of the adjudication - we have the empirical data.
Soon, the SF Inspector General will get to know the facts - linked to the three former SFPUC employees - we gave the General Manager to bring about some fair and just adjudication, but he prefers we take him to court - and we will succeed.
We all watched the Super Bowl, and what we saw was the halftime show - the genius of the man who brought humanity together - showcased the Latin culture - the music, the love, uplifting others.

Today, Immigration Customs Enforcement (ICE) will be questioned by Congress, and we will see the true colors of the " thugs ". We want to know why ICE does not carry any Indentification - why do they cover their face with a mask?
They usually do not have a working camera; most law enforcement agencies have a camera that is on at all times.
These thugs arrest citizens when they are not supposed to, unless they have a warrant from a judge, not some administrative paper that is not legal.
ICE can go after the murderers and killers - the ones that break the law - even in this case, they must have a warrant - signed by a legally recognized judge.
ICE has failed us, American citizens, and those who have murdered innocent American citizens must be brought to book.

This is in indigenous land - better known as Turtle Island - that means those who are not must respect the indigenous at all times, more because the land was stolen, every square inch.
Few know about the Hetch Hetchy Valley - one of the most beautiful valleys in the world.
The Hetch Hetchy Valley is 160 miles away from San Francisco - some powerful, greedy politicians convinced Congress to permit them to dam the Tuolumne River and create the Hetch Hetchy Reservoir.
In 1906, San Francisco was struck by a significant earthquake that leveled many areas and set fires that destroyed many homes.
San Francisco lacked the hydrants and, what is more, the water to deal with another earthquake - another emergency.
The Raker Act, signed by President Woodrow Wilson on December 19, 1913, authorized the City and County to dam the Hetch Hetchy Valley - with the intention to aid San Francisco with clean drinking water and a hydroelectric power system.
Congressman John E. Raker, after whom the Raker Act is named, rejoiced, while John Muir, who opposed the Raker Act, slowly passed away.
Such are the deeds of those who are greedy to this day.
It does not bother the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission - that acts like a CABAL to not pay attention to humanity and human beings - use clean drinking water to flush our toilets - sell water to entities that contradict the dictates - linked to the Raker Act - and defy common sense.
The many crimes linked to selling water and thugs pocketing the money are well known; however, this nonsense has been going on for decades, at Sunol and other places.
The Water Department, where the crooks are, has been distributing untreated drinking water. Some years ago, one batch of the so-called drinking water contained algae, and the crooks had to stop selling water they had retrieved from a polluted source.
That drinking water was stored at a Warehouse, where the rent was $60,000 a month. Now, other things are stored - the rent paid by us, the taxpayers.
The warehouse is located near the Water Department, by the Treatment Plant.
Those working at the Water Department have also been caught selling copper wire - in fact, those buying the copper have the names of some of them - these crooks are shameless - they dare to fire innocent workers, when they themselves are corrupt to the core.
These crooks must be fired and rightly so - the three innocent workers did not do any wrong - except bring some wrongs to the attention of the low rank Water Department managers, one worse than the other.
We have reservoirs in San Francisco that must be cleaned, mitigated, and abated, but have not been cleaned, mitigated, or abated.
These reservoirs must be inspected by OSHA. The SFPUC itself has vacant positions. SFPUC employees who must inspect "Confined Space " projects are sometimes unavailable, leaving no one to do the job.
These important jobs were not filled for months on end - now one or two are - and the SFPUC employees who must inspect the projects do not know what to say, as they were handicapped and failed to be trained to do their jobs to standards.
Confined Space projects require training, and many workers were not given it; they were told to work on Such projects, putting them in harm's way intentionally.
In this case, William Taehan and Frank Jordon for sure. Joy Chan, who is from Human Resources, intimidated the three innocent SFPUC workers who were fired.
These reservoirs need cleaning - those in charge know this - all the same, the water is pumped out, and distributed to the San Francisco public to drink and use for other much-needed uses.
These baskets say a lot about the area where they were woven and created - the Whites and sell-outs would not be able to fathom the art of making something very special - these one-of-a-kind baskets - a legacy left for us to ponder and learn more.
San Francisco does not acknowledge the Ahwahnechee, Miwuk, Paiute, and Mono tribes that lived in the area for 20,000 years, who were forcefully removed from the land of their ancestors, and the water and land were stolen, every square inch.
The SF Public Utilities Commission and the General Manager and his minions - corrupt to the core - think little of the indigenous tribes that I have mentioned, and focus on selling the water and making billions.
In 2004, I arranged to bring the indigenous tribes to San Francisco and introduce them to the SFPU Commissioners.
This was the first time in the history of the City and County of San Francisco that such a meeting took place.
The indigenous tribal leaders wanted to meet the Mayor.
I had no prior appointment, so I took a chance and met with Mayor Gavin Newsom, who agreed to meet the Indigenous Tribal Elders on short notice. That was in 2004.
One of the indigenous basket weavers appreciated that I introduced her to Mayor Gavin Newsom; she hoped one day the indigenous tribes of the Hetch Hetchy Valley would be respected, their land restored, and their ancestors would see it all. Aho.
All these years, the clean drinking water - stolen by the thieves - has been abused.
I have a friend, Peter Drekmeier, who backs me up at the SF Public Utilities Commission - my friend does not know how much I appreciate his backing.
An expert on the Tuolumne River and the Hetch Hetchy Reservoir - the Great Spirit sees it all - and I thank you, Peter Drekmeier - I have done all I can do - and just like John Muir - I will do my best until I close my eyes.
At the meeting where I spoke twice, I said my mind - honestly speaking, I am fed up with these jerks - they have no clue - how much damage they have done.
When I said that the Budget Presentation was all "Bull Shit," I meant it.
Can you imagine starting a project with a budget of $6 Billion, which has now reached $15 Billion and will soon reach $25 Billion?
The taxpayers foot the bill - the crooks are part of pay-to-play ploys.
There is only so much wool anyone can pull over the eyes of those who are educated on issues, have standards, and can smell a rat, lying to the public and mistreating the workers who work for the SF Public Utilities Commission.
There are over 10 Audits done by the SF Controller's Office - other documents that clearly state the nonsense that is going on at the SFPUC - all documented and empirical data that does not lie.

This one audit speaks for itself. Again and again, we read the audits - thousands of person hours - go into the investigation - the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission - is shameless - the corruption at the SFPUC has reached a saturation point.
The document shows that a survey clearly highlights a lack of effective leadership.
Discrimination - less training offered to people of color.
Nepotism of the worst order.
Managers working a few hours a day - and being paid for the entire day.
Over time, Whites were granted time, while people of color were treated with disdain.
The Controller's Office has done its best; some advocates have tried their best; it is time to implement "Clean Slate." Shame on the present SFPUC leadership.
If you do not do right, you will fall flat on your face.
