THE CHINOOK SALMON - ARE AT ITS LOWEST COUNT - LESS THAN EIGHTY - THEY ARE NOW AN ENDANGERED SPECIES - WHERE ONCE THOUSANDS WERE FOUND - FLYING ON THE TUOLUMNE RIVER - CLOSE TO HETCH HETCHY RESERVOIR.

THE CHINOOK - DOWN TO EIGHTY - IN DIRE STRAITS

The Tuolumne River

Less than eighty salmon counted - the Chinook - that one number in the thousands - now in dire straits - the Tuolumne River - has less water and warmer - fostering algae and other toxic conditions - while all the time there is extra water - that could be released - the Hetch Hetchy Reservoir. 

For the last thirty-five years - I have been saying, and those who do not have their hearts in the right place - at the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission meetings - the Commissioners listen, say loudly," who will speak for the salmon?".

Year after year, going back ten thousand years, the Salmon would arrive - and all along the rivers inland - the indigenous would light fires - and have their rituals.

The greedy strangers who came to Turtle Island uninvited - destroyed all that was pristine in less than two hundred and fifty years.

They stole the land and killed the indigenous - up until 1927, one could murder any indigenous and fetch $5 for a scalp. 

Edicts sent by the Governors of California - and more facts and empirical data - are all recorded.

Most of us know about the Hetch Hetchy Valley - one of the most beautiful valleys in the entire world.

When the evil San Francisco Congresspersons decided to dam the Hetch Hetchy Valley - there was a hue and cry.

John Muir and others - fought a good fight - but the devils were too much for them to deal with.

The Sierra Club, the indigenous tribes, and other organizations - kept the fire burning - speaking for Mother Earth - to no - avail.

In 2002 we brought the indigenous tribes - to speak before the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission.

The SF Public Utilities Commission - heard the indigenous people - made vague promises - and judging by their demeanor that august day - we saw the evil-doers - would not dare - to do right.

The magnificent Tuolumne River - was flowing in all its majesty for millions of years.

Then came some two-legged animals - non-native - who pitched a stake here and a stake there and claimed the land. 

These same animals stole the water, turned their backs on all standards, were greedy and evil, and sold their souls to the devil.

The SFPU Commission today is a joke.

The General Manager must learn about the environment and the indigenous tribes surrounding the Hetch Hetchy Valley.   

The man is an anathema - bankrupt, and when it comes to spirituality - nada - once the former SF City Attorney, he is General Manager of SFPUC and makes $500,000 a year.

None of the sitting Commissioners - at the SFPUC are culturally competent.

Fundamentally, they need to understand that only so much water is needed to be stored in the Hetch Hetchy reservoir.

The SFPUC could have released some water - that has been our plea Peter Drekneier and I - Francisco Da Costa.

Our plea: " who will speak for the Chinook Salmon and all the other species in dire strait today?." 

Imagine less than eighty salmon this year, 2023.

The SFPUC has no remorse - this year we have record rain - the idiots will - allow millions of gallons - to spill over and flow in the opposite direction.

These morons  - rather than come to the aid of the Salmon - in the Tuolumne River - defy common sense - which is a rare sense - none of them do due diligence.

Stupid to the core - the Commissioners ask stupid questions - and not once will they respect the indigenous people - because the indigenous are spiritual and the Commissioners are evil.

At one time, four huge pipes - brought the pristine water - all the way to Crystal Springs - using gravity. The four pipes were reduced to three - today, the idiots have decided to use groundwater - hoodwinking the public and adding to it chloramine. Go figure!

The Hetch Hetchy Valley was dammed to create a Reservoir - the Raker Act of 1913 - laid out who was to receive the water - San Franciscans, the SF Municipality, and the U.S. Army - none of the SF Commissioners have read the Raker Act - it shows up - when they make stupid statements. 

The Chinook Salmon, like all salmon - thrive in cold water.

Warm water creates algae and other toxins - the SFPU Commissioners simply do not get it.

This year we received record rain - the mountain have received tons of snow - and soon, we will see - large areas flood - as the snow melts. 

This year for sure, the Tuolumne will have its banks overflow - and the cold water come too late - but not too late - miracles happen - the Chinook Salmon - will defy all odds and survive.

The SFPUC will never, ever get it.

The staff is funky and lap dogs who listen to the foolish management, not to " public comment. "

It is time to sue the SFPUC - take the matter to the United Nations - the SALMON - are in dire straits.

We want to know why the SFPUC has yet to release water - and chosen to store extra water four times the need - only to release the water after the very heavy rain.

No one expected the record rain this year - but it rained heavily - and revealed the " foolishness " - of those who have no standards, fewer ethics, and absolutely no morals.

The Salmon can survive - and will - any which way. Aho.

The United States is scrambling and working as hard as possible - to keep the United States and our allies all over the world - safe. 

It has been three years since the United States Space Force was created - many predicting that the deep skies are where China and Russia will test our power - leading the charge to see that this program meets the highest standards - General Chance Saltzman.

In recent years we have seen China and Russia other challenge us with hypersonic missiles - and other threats. 

China mocking the international community - by sending giant balloons to spy and gather information - which we can collect from China easily, and they know it.

I watched General Bradley Chance Saltzman before a select committee answer questions about the capability and sound capacity building - of the newly formed United States Space Force - its future, and how we are faring - to keep our adversaries at bay. 

China and Russia are autocratic governments - they do not need to go through any scrutiny, red tape, or long sessions where some talk and talk - but cannot get to the core of the situation - with a viable and sustainable plan.

We use some tools in Space, and all our tools are undergoing drastic changes - technology is advancing so fast - that we cannot keep up with it.

Our advantage is that we have the talent and lots of it. General Bradley Chance Saltzman and his core team - must discern - and choose the best talent - and they are doing a great job.

Recruiting the best talent that stays with our Armed Forces is a challenge - the U.S. Army, the U.S. Navy, the U.S. Air Force, the U.S. Marines - other special forces - needed to develop a viable plan - to recruit the best.

Fortunately for General Bradley Chance Saltzman and his organization - the talent is there - and the enthusiasm to go with it - our future is bright regarding Space and the many opportunities - that will be available. Our future is bright - and history will reveal the truth.

The ongoing war in Ukraine could not happen without the assistance of the United States.

Our United States satellites have delivered - and with hookups to tanks and other military equipment - communication and GPS - Ukraine has done its best to push back the Russians.

The Chinese are watching, and they manage all they want - soon, this war will visit the Southeast seas - and our United States Navy and the Marines will play a vital role.

Our Guardians that work with the United States Space Force - are positioned all over the world - for example, in the Southeast Seas - Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Guam, and even Alaska if need be. Once activated, China and Russia can sing and dance the blues.

If China wants to flex its muscles and attack Taiwn, they can dream - but when they wake up - it will be their worse nightmare. For starters, Vladimir Putin is a wanted criminal - crimes against humanity - does Xi Jinping want to join the club?

I am very proud of our Armed Forces and appreciate their daily sacrifices.

The United States Generals we have pledge allegiance to the Constitution  - and this one fact - is essential to note - not some king, queen, or President.

Paradoxically here on Earth and in the United States - we are experiencing divisiveness of the worst order.

Our U.S. Armed Forces are taking sides - when the allegiance should be to the Constitution.

It all started with Donald Trump, who is now running amuck and must be stopped.

The Chinese have thousands of Chinese students and spies making hay while the sun shines in the United States.

Here is what I have to say - let us keep the toxic drugs, the hacking, the lying, and cheating - that the People's Republic of China - exercises freely in the United States.

We must STOP importing the junk from China - and with it - allow countries like India and China - to supply us with essential supplies when it comes to Baby formula, medicines, our iPhones, and so many things that we should manufacture here at home.

On acquiring land, we must know that in China - the land belongs to the Chinese Communist Party.

Here in the United States, in places like Texas, the Chinese from mainland China, the North Koreans, the Iranians - in short, those that our foes - cannot acquire land close to our Department of Defense bases - more those who are not permanent residents and Citizens of the United States. 

The U.S. State Department - our U.S. Intelligence are mandated to check on our foes - who want to acquire land - close to our bases and intelligence-collecting facilities - rightly so.

Let us be careful not to talk from both sides of our mouths - if those who feel we are targeting the communist Chinese and the many dubious activities - they are free to go and live in mainland China or any other place besides the United States where they make their go and talk from both sides of their mouth.

The SF Board of Supervisors has better work to do -than embroil themselves on international subjects - and more issues that impede our national security. Stay in our lane and stop accusing those in power who have the empirical data - and are in charge of our security.

The Communist Chinese cannot be trusted. Xi Jinping cannot be charged today or in the future. 

Today - Xi Jinping is pussyfooting with Russia and Vladimir Putin.

What does this SF Supervisor putting together some fake Resolution to send to a Texas Senator who knows about what is happening. 

The Senator in Texas really states that no American Citizen is targeted or anyone with a green card - on any land acquisition - real estate to build a home - so why all this commotion?

Both Xi Jinping and Vladimir Putin are autocrats.

The United States must be leery of doing business with autocratic governments - be it Iran, North Korea, and I could name all of them - we must start somewhere.

The United States, in the past, has assassinated government heads - leading the United States to stop these heinous crimes. 

Paradoxically today, the United States is not a state party to the Rome Statute. The United States did participate in the creation of the court. 

However, in 1998 the United States, China, Iraq, Israel, Libya, Qatar, and Yemen voted against the Rome Statute. Also - known as the International Criminal Court. 123 countries are party to the ICC.

Twenty years ago, the United States invaded Iraq - we accused Iraq of having " weapons of mass destruction. " 

The United States realized we made a big mistake - General Colin Powell stated he had the facts - later on, his statement was proved false.

More and more, the United States is one of the five Super Powers that can exercise its veto at the United Nations - together with China, France, Britain, and Russia. 

Again and again, at the United Nations - Russia does not abide by the United Nations General Assembly - the United Nations Security Council - what does this say to any nation that purports to be civilized?

the United States must stop pussyfooting with these charlatans.

Xi Jinping is now flexing his muscles - now that he has secured a permanent position to lead the Chinese Communist Party - for life.

Xi Jinping wants to prove to the world - as he has done - in all parts of Africa and South America and beyond - that China can wheel some power - for the wrong reasons.

His one dream was to have a train go all the way - following the silk route to the Middle East.

That train got derailed because Covid-19 visited Xi Jinping in Bejing!

African nations now realize that China has taken them for a ride and wants them out of many African countries.

African have played at the many stadia built by the Chinese.

The Africans are fed up with cheap, contaminated plastic trinkets.

Africans witnessed cheap and poorly made shoes and clothes - their resources are plundered - titanium, gold, silver, diamonds, rubies, and the top government officials in the African governments - make money - mostly bribes.

There will be a problem with the many children that the Chinese have produced - marrying four, five, or six African women - time will tell.

Here on Turtle Island - we tolerate the sordid actions - of those who stole the land.

Who will come to the rescue of African nations?

Millions are dying - back to back - four and five years - droughts.

While wealthy nations deplete the Ozone - poor African

countries must deal with Climate change - hunger, and death - 

floods, fire, and other atrocities.

For three and four years - living in dire straits.

Drought five years in a row in Central Africa.

IT IS AMAZING - HOW WE MORTALS - EDUCATED AS SOME OF US ARE - LISTEN TO THE MUNDANE AND CONVOLUTED - THOSE THAT REPRESENT THE CITIZENS.

San Francisco has many dimensions of thinking and acting - cultures one of a kind - that vie for attention - San Francisco has it all cuisine, music, poetry, dance, and so much more.

In the forty-plus years - I have lived in San Francisco - the politics in San Francisco has changed a lot - that is putting it mildly - for sure, it is spiraling into the cesspool of those who put themselves first and the citizens - the constituents of San Francisco last.

People of color have at last awoken from their deep slumber. Sufficient about the " separate but equal " - the many mantras about racial equity, cultural competency, and other cliches that say something but mean nothing at all.

Our fight and that of our various teams - on the local, national, and international levels - has been to support and uplift those that most need help - single mothers, children, and those with compromised health - many left to die a slow - death.

In short, those who cannot help themselves - and need a little help - from other human beings - who have empathy - without any strings attached - human beings with their hearts in the right place.

Corruption is associated with Sulphur, and one can smell it as one enters San Francisco City Hall - today.

Then as soon as you meet the players - the representatives - the wheeling and dealing - begins.

The Great Spirit sees it all - no one can always fool all the people. Wake up and see the writing on the wall.

Why do they bring these creatures from the dark to wheel some fake power and hurt so many - from all walks of life?

The poor are given a tent in San Francisco, costing the taxpayers $80,000 a year - a waste of taxpayers' money.

A bed in some god-forsaken Navigation Center - $32,000 annually.

The pandemic hit those vulnerable hard - thousands of families left San Francisco - never to return - gone - gone -gone forever.

The Mission, the Bayview saw death - Covid-19 brought an end to those who chose to congregate situations - but they had no alternative.

Thirty thousand families have left San Francisco.

We have 71,000 homes vacant.

Over 30% of all Commercial space - millions of square feet - has the worst commercial vacancy.

To make matters worse, the Republic Bank - located here in San Francisco was baled by 15 other banks - infusing over $40 billion.

The Silicon Valley Bank - declared bankruptcy - those managing the bank risked the investors' money - playing with edge funds - and losing big time - the managers will be fired - all of them.

Today - we have variants surging. We must wear a mask - and, more, avoid congregate situations - that continue to take a heavy toll on our infants, children, and those with compromised health. 

To make matters worse - those that are asymptomatic - spread the virus, and in the past, we had a situation - where no one was in charge - the SF Health Department failed to test people, and the Center for Diseases Control and Prevention - lacked the resources and sound leadership.

Some links were sent - to those in need of vaccination and care.

The links could not be opened - some of us were given the gift to open the faulty links - and show empathy to thousands - we organized the site with per diem and travel nurses - and put our best foot forward.

The Federal government was generous with help - billions of dollars were doled under the Federal Stimulus Plan.

Food Security programs were funded for over two and half years - and many poor and those in need - received food and other essential help. Help with rent and workers' compensation.

California Employment Development Department ( EDD ) was one source of " corruption " - over $20 Billion - illegally whisked away - from the State of California - EDD.

Governor Gavin Newsom has been working on the EDD - for the last three years - while singing the blues.

The United States today is divided - over one-third of the population does not believe in the Constitution.

You may have heard Donald Trump must appear before a judge - Donald has informed those that followed him blindly to protest.

Reparation is a word that can be interpreted in a thousand ways.

I always thought the Native American - I prefer the name - indigenous - was worthy of respect, and we owe them and their culture - gratitude.

After all, the indigenous tribes lived here on Turtle Island for over 100,000 years.

We may not know it - Latinos, too, were lynched and discriminated against.

The Chinese were incarcerated on Angel Island - hundreds lost their lives building the Railway - we know all this and more - and do not mention this history as part of making reparations to one segment of the population.

Hundreds of treaties were signed by the Whites and the indigenous tribes of Turtle Island.

Then when the Whites - deemed it necessary to renege - the treaties were declared - null and void. 

Who owes trillions for land stolen from the indigenous tribes living here for thousands of years on Turtle Island.

Indigenous children and women killed, women raped, and other atrocities committed?

I also know up until 1927 - the demons could scalp an indigenous person and fetch a measly $5. 

The indigenous women were raped, and the children - were killed.

Chief Geronimo (Mascalero - Chiricahua)

June 16, 1829 - February 17, 1909

A medicine man from the Bedonkohe band of the Ndendahe Apache people. Geronimo joined three Apache bands - the Tchihende, the Tsokanende, and Nednhi - he fought the Mexican government - and the U.S. Military in the Southwestern American territories of New Mexico and Arizona. 

I am close to Geronimo - he could vanish, and his mind was created to leave a profound message to cowards - and those who have no principles - worship money - and will sell their mother for a nickel.

The next Big One is at hand - those who harm our infants, innocent mothers, and fathers - will be brought to their knees.

No one ever dreamed of San Franciscans living in tents, under the bridges, on the sidewalks, anywhere where they pitch some shelter - they do this daily. 

Day in and out - the indigent are harassed - they move from place to place.

The raids some in the wee hours of the morning - most lose their medication, heirlooms, some memorabilia that they held tight - taken away and treated with disdain.

Did I hear this city was named after Saint Francis of Assisi?

Our Mayor, London Breed - plays one group against the other.

She hails from the hood - and nothing much will change - unless she gets a brain transplant and, with that, a complete blood transfusion.

The many ploys, shenanigans, and machinations London Breed has initiated - will soon be revealed.

She has been fined by the SF Ethics Commission - some $23,000 and is being watched closely by Federal Law Enforcement.

In San Francisco, our Elders are treated with disdain - I have spelled this out in detail - to the authorities. 

I have done this more as the Director of Environmental Justice Advocacy - for over 45 years.

In the Bayview, we have the Bayview Coordinating Council, the Black Leadership Council of San Francisco, and the Environmental Justice Advocacy - all in good standing.

The many indigenous tribes living in San Francisco - have not been treated with due respect - many came here from all over the nation - a sister sent to Los Angeles - a brother of Oakland.

The many  Friendship Houses - have done well - with very little done so much. I remember there was a time the Friendship House - by Lake Merit - was in dire straits.

We went there on pilgrimage - raised money - and set Friendship House free.

I remember the saint Carol Wahpehap - Executive Director, very well, and I greatly respect her and her work.

The same holds good for the Directors of other Friendship Houses - the one on Valencia Street here in San Francisco.

The Great Spirit has allowed me to visit many places worldwide.

I thank the thousands of friends - those very close to me know who they are - at 75 years - doing what I do best - bringing people together - there is nothing I cannot deal with and succeed.

Not long ago, we rescued many from Afghanistan - we are providing succor to Ukraine - as many of you read my blog - and I believe in results here in the United States - I work with many friends who specialize in required fields - more linked to logistics.

Our indigenous tribes are dear to me all over Turtle Island are special to me.

The culture of the indigenous - the payers, the dance, the rituals, the costumes, the tattoos, the cuisine, the poetry - I keep in touch with - Sisters and Brother - we are soldiers, and we do not bow to those who are selfish and care little about those that need help most.
