Recently at a Commission meeting - one speaker from the Bayview clearly laid out the lack of EQUITY - prevailing in the Bayview Hunters Point Area - and Potrero Hill - linked to patients in need and transportation issues.

The SF Human Rights Commission - has NO clue - about the  
utter nonsense happening with the Sewer System Improvement Project - that started with $6 Billion and now will reach $12 Billion and more - with NO accountability and less transparency.

It has NO clue the adverse impacts the Phelps Raw Sewage Plant has had on the community at large - more the Bayview Hunters Point community.

Our infants, our children, our youth, our young adults, our beloved Elders - those with compromised health - more our physically and mentally challenged - slowly dying.

Those of the Human Rights Commission - are busy fighting QUEER issues for the last 10 years - and have gone no where.

Appointing Sheryl Evans Davis - a lackey - who has no experience when it comes to politics, less on transportation, even less on health issues - less on the pathetic state of affairs in education when it comes to Black youth and for sure has no morals, ethics, and standards.

The Human Rights Commission - has been ashamed in the Chambers - where awards given to the advocates and some entities were return - in fact thrown on the floor - and Sheryl Evans Davis witnessed this - but has learned nothing from this one singular incident.

Sheryl Evans Davis has NO clue about environmental issues - and cannot stand up and address any subject. What this lackey do - is read prepared speeches - and this is a crying shame.

Right now he has the Mayor of New York pumping $12 million to fight his cause - e-cigarettes - JUL - that is already being fought by other entities - with more resources.

Daily mostly Blacks inebriated start drinking early in the morning under late at night. No one seems to address this chronic situation - and more - helping this population that is slowly dying - and need dire help.

Also those " Chain Smoking " cigarettes daily and polluting our environment.

This too is a pressing problem - that Shamann Walton - will not touch - because the issue will impact his immediate future - and the way he conducts business - pitying one sector of the population against the other.

There is an agreement that THC -

does help many who need it to cure diseases -

We must put to rest that Cannabis can help some who need the particular type of THC that helps those that need help.

Having said that - we must also realize that there are many abusing Cannabis - and that in many cases Cannabis leads to other harder drugs - let us not fool ourselves. Daily we see some clowns - abuse Cannabis.

Shamann Walton is behind the Cannabis Clubs - a concept that will not work and is not feasible - for those that have limited resources - and think they will be millionaires over night - they are just kidding themselves.

The Cannabis Clubs are already hurting - it is know that only  those that have large amounts of money - more " dark money " have the money to do the marketing and make the money.

The other the pathetic ones - who have NO business acumen  - will fall by the way side. 

Right now all the money they make - it placed in SAFE - they look at it - but cannot touch the money - they cannot deposit the money - in any bank.

It is a Federal crime to invest the money - it is a crime to spend the money without accountability - some know about this situation - and fewer know - how this type of situation - is killing the Cannabis operators. 

In reality Cannabis on the streets is cheaper to buy - and as the days go by - the quality of Cannabis on the street is getting better - according to most reliable sources. 

Only a fool would go to a Cannabis Club - and buy the same amount - for over 50% more. Who is fooling whom - about the Cannabis Operators - deal - that favors the rich and famous. If one is poor - and needs Weed - you know where to go and get your fix.

Let me declare - I do not do drugs - never have - and for sure 
have NOT inhaled, ever.

Of course the Tobacco Companies have pumped $12 billion  - favoring JUL -  and this one fact alone - tells you that some one like Shamann Walton - has NO input or impact - he does not understand politics, less marketing, he is a vain, panderer - of no importance - anything he touches - fails.

A measly reward was offered by the authorities linked to Joseph Taeotui ambush and assassination - $25,000.

In San Francisco - where poor folks live there is NO Equity and for sure the disparity has been compared to a Third World Nation in Central Africa -  Rwanda.

The science is there for all the world to see - those exposed to extreme pollution, contamination, dangerous particulates - more PM 2.5 in our inner city areas - Bayview Hunters Point, South of Market Area, Excelsior, the Tenderloin - Fillmore - those who live in San Francisco  know more. 

Radioactive elements registering at high levels - cesium, plutonium and so on  - areas declared Superfund Sites - some calling them Brownfield areas.

Other dangerous elements like mercury, lead, ammonia and so on - found in areas like Pier 70.

Asbestos particles - found at high levels - more when Serpentine Rock is crushed - and little or no water is used to keep the structure in control.

Mission Bay is contaminated - truly speaking a Superfund Site - and no one seems to care - some developers and crooked so called Non-Profits - do not mind cooperating and back - putting high density housing - on very contaminated ground.

The words " Toxic Stress " is loosely used by the authorities - with truly comprehending how our infants, children, youth, young adults, our Elders, those with compromised health are slowly dying.

Mayor London Breed is busy cutting ribbons - talking from both sides of her mouth - spewing diatribe - constantly asking for money - from entities like SalesForce - daily, living the " high hog " life - making in access of $366,000 a year.

There is nothing wrong with the Environmental Protection Agency letter sent to the Governor of California - Gavin Newsom.

Los Angeles and San Francisco are becoming more and more polluted and contaminated.

Congestion, foul air, our watershed compromised, and the Bay in San Francisco constantly being dump upon - by half- treated sewage - billions of gallons - also known as secondary effluents.

San Francisco unique dual sewer system - taking in the run off from the rains and the raw sewage - is antiquated - and has for decades - compromised the Federal Clean Water Act and the Safe Drinking Water Act. 

I have been saying this since the year 2000 and no one seems to care. We just cannot keep on developing - in the year 2019 - use clean drinking water - to flush our toilet.

Not once have we tallied the Carbon Footprint linked to concrete, aggregate, congestion, industrial uses - we seem to tally of Carbon Footprint - in a manner that is tailor made - to a singular issue - and not once having a bird's eye view - of the situation at hand.

Again and again the Clean Water Act and the Safe Drinking Water Act - has been compromised - and the paradox is that this has be going on for decades.

Our 1100 clean water drinking water pipes are over 90 years old - and less than 15% have been replaced.

It is the same with the over 1000 miles of sewer pipes in worst shape - over 90 years old - and less than 15% replaced.

those in charge - have known about this situation -

fast asleep at the cockpit.

Our hydrants lack pressure.

We have "Idiots " in charge - and leading the charge our Mayor London Breed - she has NO experience at all.

Most of her heads of Department - are lackeys - minions who pander to her - have not read the SF Grand Jury report and are oblivious to addressing - Quality of Life issues.

Tomorrow God forbid if we have a very large fire - more on days that we just experience - 95% degree heat - large areas - home built back to back -  will be wiped out - right here - in San Francisco - more in the Sunset - but in other areas too.

Most of the homes built with wood - and foundations that are not secure - many built on land that were once sand dunes - in other places - poor landfill - prone to liquefaction and flooding.

The latest SF Grand Jury report - is scathing - and clearly states the obvious - we are NOT prepared to handle a situation - where a large fire occurs - more on a day that is windy - and the climate favors an inferno.

As the Mayor she has not practical experience - and what is important to note - is NOT educated on issues - she favor Commissions and Task Force - where jail birds who have NOT been vetted - will  be having a say in Districts 6, 10, and 9 - we are watching you - like a hawk - especially the worse one of them all - Shamann Walton.

This heifer keeps on hogging and thinks all is well with our once Great City - that is going to the hogs.

The 12,000 homeless, the many who have NO sound health coverage, the many infants, children and youth who go to bed hungry - our Elders too - who we are duty bound to take care of in their Golden years.

We have a large budget over $12.7 BILLION - and yet - our City and County of San Francisco - has been put in harm way - with intent.

In recent months we have seen cases - where large fires have occurred -  touch and go.

In each case - where a large disaster could have taken place - but for the quick reaction to the situation - by neighbors.

The SF Public Utilities Commission has failed San Francisco.

In the year 2002 we had a Bond Measure to address both Clean Drinking Water  System and Sewer System.

The SF Public Utilities Commission - against the mandate of the tax payers - who voted for a $2.4 Billion Bond Measure - the Regional Partners -  voted for a $2.2 Billion Bond Measure - chose to focus on the Clean Water - and turned their back on the Sewer System - arbitrarily.

This lack of fiduciary responsibility has not been seen into by the SF  Controller, the SF District Attorney and must be looked into by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and will be.

If need be we will go to court - where those entities - who can do something - and kicking the can down the street and have been for decades.

There are none decent citizens who are willing to deal with the devils - much like we see at the Washington DC level - a Whistler Blower - get nothing - but headaches and wrath from those evil.

One needs to be spiritually strong - and what is more be vigilant - these devils will be brought to book - and some will spend many years in jail. Their time is coming - health wise most of the crooks - are suffering here on Earth - and we see them wither right before our eyes.

In San Francisco Public Utilities Commission  - chose to stick and focus on the Clean Water System.

They took the liberty to  -  rename the Clean Water System - the Water System Improvement Project  ( Water System Improvement Project ) that is now in 2019 at the tail end of this project.

Over a billion more has been expanded on Mountain Tunnel, Calaveras Dam Project, Irvington Tunnel and more - all tax payers money - who is fooling whom.

Here is the report on the Sewer System Improvement Project - another Bond Measure was issued in 2011 in the amount of $6 BILLION -  that is now reaching $12 BILLION.

No one - seems to care - time to get the Federal Bureau of Investigation rein in the crooks.
