" Dark Money " given to crooks - the likes of London Breed, Malia Cohen, Scott Wiener, Shamann Walton and others - the worse type of human beings - who take money for " nefarious purposes " - and sell their souls to the devil.
We have them sitting at City Hall in San Francisco - in Room 200 and 250 - talking the talk - failing to walk the walk.
Others have moved to Sacramento to spread the virus of utter corruption - we are monitoring them - like a HAWK.
We have a population of over 830,000 in San Francisco - and many families living a life - worse than that on any third world Nation.
Our current very corrupt Mayor London Breed makes $366,000 plus but has nothing to show.
She is a loud mouth - shouting in the mike - saying something that means nothing at all. She should be ashamed of herself.
None of the promises she makes - she keeps - she panders to the developers - while having disdain for those that know that she is a crook.
Our SF Board of Supervisors make over $175,000 with benefits and have nothing to show - but, hot air, diatribe, patting their behinds - truly thinking - that all is right.
We have 12,000 children and youth homeless - in all of San Fancisco.
8000 plus truants among the children and youth - some how they manage to attend school - when they can - and many especially those who are Black - have given up - going to school.
No one cares - this is an emergency - the politicians - are nonchalant - they eat well, smile, talk from both sides of their mouth - and not one of them when they speak - can articulate and address serious issues - with empathy and compassion - but more with a Blue Print with goals and time lines.
Our Public Education is San Francisco has failed - and it does not help that former SF Unified School District Board members - are serious thinking using the failed polices - from the SFUSD and bring them to tarnish and contaminate the policies and mandates - at the San Francisco Board of Supervisors - linked to the City and County of San Francisco and with a stellar Charter.
For starters the SF Unified School District - comes under the State of California - which is never brought up - it is not our duty as citizens of San Francisco - to come to the rescue of the SFUSD - with a " rainy day fund ". That the SFUSD is taking for granted.
Time they raise their own funds - and stop screwing San Franciscans - and delivering very poor education.
Garnering millions to building housing and expand money of other things - when many of the Superintendents - the main one and his minions the Six or so that report to him or her - are pussyfooting around.
Whey are we paying the Superintendent and the Six or so Deputy Superintendent - so much money - for doing nothing at all?
Our San Francisco Unified School District has failed miserably - the present SFUSD Superintendent - Vincent Mattew - is a JOKE.
The Six or so Deputy Superintendents - who pretend to report to Vincent Mattew - do not have the ability to make a " needs assessment " on any issue on importance.
Most of them believe in primitive abject - drab " straw polls " - to evaluate Principals and Teachers - more those that take a stand - and speak Truth to Power.
We live in a digital work - and the SF Unified School District - do not have access to any digital platform - to help them make a " needs assessment ".
Our children are suffering - and these mostly House Negros who are in power - are playing with fire. Enough is enough.
In neighboring Oakland - parents and teachers have joined the teachers - protesting - forcing the authorities in Oakland to cow down - and make promises - to avert the strike.
This only happened when a General Strike was about to be called - and the authorities realized they better come out with a solution.
This at the eleventh hour -the authorities decided to sit with the Teachers Union - the Teachers' Union in Oakland - will not compromise - the Oakland teachers have suffered - and more the parents and teachers.
Kudos to the children in Oakland who supported their teachers - stayed at home in solidarity.
In San Francisco we have be able to suppress the protests linked to a " STRIKE".
The shallow, inept, spineless SFUSD Superintendent and others devious entities - offering " bread crumbs - to the SFUSD teachers - relying on the - " Rainy Day Fund ".
Accepting gifts like iPads from SalesForce - always pandering to the enemy - those that do not have the best interest - people of color.
We must have self pride - and in having self pride - keep those that smell of Sulphur at Bay.
Working with the SF Board of Supervisors to garner funds - and even resurrect another joint-committee - consisting of SF Board of Supervisors and the SF Unified School Board - where as before they will gather -wag their tongues - and just kick the can down the street.
The SFUSD spends thousands on consultants - who prepare documents - thick documents that sit on the shelf - collecting dust.
Just the way the SF Unified School District works is convoluted - I have seen this all the 35 years - I have monitored them.
One has just to attend the meetings on Tuesdays at 555 Franklin Street - the agenda is long and confusing - they SFUSB is know to pass Resolutions - on thing and everything - Resolutions that have no clout.
One has just to study the turn over - the many Superintendents who have decided to lead the SF Unified School District and failed. The present Superintendent is NO - exception.
The many Charter School and other private schools are having a field day. The SFUSD has contracted with other teachers - who have given NO orientation - these outsiders - teachers - do not have the best interest of the children and youth in the SF Unified School District.
The SFUSD spends around $20,000 on each teacher - money that it receives from Sacramento, California. Many of the teachers after getting trained - cannot work - where most everything is dysfunctional. In many elementary and middle schools especially - no sound leadership.
Principals are mandated to bite more than they can chew. Those in upper Management -playing the Principals - in many cases the Principals - resort to be confrontational. Mostly in cases - where they have to do the heavy lifting.
The many confrontations between Parent Associations and the Principal at many of our Public schools in San Francisco - must be addressed early on.
There are no Standard Operating Procedures - how to go about important issues - the issues impacting the children - adversely impacting many on other levels - each elementary, middle, and high school - in San Francisco.
Addressing the issues and bringing about solutions - need astute and stellar leadership - folk that can go to a school - take the notes, consult those involved - do a " needs assessment " and bring about solutions.
One has just to study the turn over of the teachers - who before the " Rainy Day " was created.
The teachers working for the SFUSD - were treated like chattel - nothing much has changed - after the " Rainy Day " fund was created.
This " Rainy Day Fund " was initiated, created and the Ballot Measure passed by the citizens of San Francisco - led by a former SFUSD teacher, then SF Supervisor, then Assembly Member - before retiring - Tom Ammiano.
Tom Ammiano is alive and watching the circus.
It is a shame - that those who purport to love our children are paying lip service. It is a shame those that must serve our children are playing with FIRE.
I have gone out of my way to speak to the teachers and Principals.
Some Principals are worth the salt - and some have failed us miserably.
More the many Principals - the ones that come and go - at Willie L. Brown Jr Middle School.
Note must be made of the one Principal who sat on a child - a Principal who was over 300 pounds - at Dr Martin Luther Middle Schoo. When the Safety Officer intervened - he was fired.
We had to go to 555 Franklin Street in San Francisco - protest - then, finally there was a hearing and the Safety Officer was retained - at that time he had already served the SFUSD for 35 years - and shortly after this incident he - retired.
We have serious issues at E.R. Taylor right now with the present Principal - and the SFUSD is slow to address - the situation at hand.
Recently we had the occasion to intervene with the present Principal at Visitation Valley Elementary School.
In this case the Principal has worked hard to serve the children, the teachers, and is backed by the community at large.
Yet one Latino parent and a few disgruntled Chinese parents - have chosen to gang up on the Principal - just because she is Black.
The Black District 10 Supervisor - he name is Shamann Walton was told to intervene - he prefers to kick the can down the street. The AH is from Vallejo - and in all the time he stays here in our jurisdiction - he will be a pain in our ass.
One disgruntled Chinese Teacher - thinks she can act up - like a brat - and create problems.
This Chinese teacher at Visitation Valley Elementary School - was once fired - but brought back by the SFUSD - now, for the second time - and she is causing many problems - her name Maureen Wong.
She is put on notice.
Again and again in recent times - we have seen the lack of trining more " implicit bias ".
The SF Unified School District - is fully aware - of the many problems - choses to look the other way.
Recently there was an attack on an Elderly Chinese Lady in the Visitation Valley - other attacks on the Chinese have been on going - many not reported. No one want to get to the bottom of all this nonsense - especially the assault on the Elder Chinese Lady that was NOT warranted at all.
The Ambassadors - who wear Yellow Jackets - and we see on the MUNI buses - walking our streets - standing at some schools - were formed as a result of a Chinese Elderly man - who was pushed from a train station - by Palou Street and died.
Some of us took a stand to stop the violence.
We took a stand - held a protest - and stopped the on going violence - by speaking Truth to Power. That first protest has been recorded by me - and was witnessed by Chief Suhr, Supervisor Eric L. Mar - others.
We did not see the SF Mayor then - Edwin May Lee and we do not see our present Mayor now - it is much of the same - talk but no walk.
The initiation did not come from any other quarter but the community at large - many of them Black coming to assistance of the Chinese - who seem to bite the hand that fed them.
Today the City and County purports to be doing something - these Ambassadors cost the tax payers money.
No evaluation has been done - linked to the operations of the Ambassadors - aka Yellow Hornets.

Recently I contacted Street Violence Intervention Program - and the Director who I reached after calling many other numbers - told him his entire Staff - was at another School - trying to address a situation.
What entity or noted organization - can we the citizens reach - to address - serious issues - like assaults, one group fighting the other, some nefarious youth waiting to attack some innocent student - all this and more is taking place daily in our Public Schools - be it elementary, middle, or high schools.
Do we have to call the SF Police Department - that recently failed at Balboa High School - traumatized the parents, the children, and has left a sour taste in the mouths of the citizens at large.
The SFUSD must also be cognizant - that others - people of color are fully aware of the Chinese who have recently arrived in the Visitation Valley - ganging up on Elderly African Americans.
I have participated and spoken up - and predicted that if those in power - the Mayor, those entities and departments at SF City Hall - purporting to work in our neighborhood - talking the talk - but failing to walk the walk.
About a year ago a meeting was held on Leyland Avenue - and I was invited.
I shocked to hear Elderly African Americans - who have lived in the Visitation Valley for decades - treated badly by those Chinese running the Community Center on Leyland Center.
Those Chinese in charge - heard the charges and had nothing to say. We had some idiot from the City - brave enough to state the African Americans if they want some help - they could go - to another Center.
Why should the African American Seniors - to this very day do not have access to the Leyland Centers - to access meals and other benefits that are offered the Chinese.
Many of the Chinese - who are new arrivals - while those who have been in the community for decades - suffer?
The discrimination showered on the Black - more Elderly - who have contributed so much all their life - the least we can do for these Saints - is care for them - and I am not about to see them treated with disdain.
In recent months - I have been getting complaints - too much to bear - and recent nonsense going on at Visitation Valley Elementary School - has to be evaluated - and resolved.
Every year - the SF Neighborhood Services - handing awards to entities and individuals - who are NOT addressing the serious issue impacting the 11 Districts.
"Divisiveness " in our neighborhoods - is raging like a wild fire and at this time Visitation Valley and more Visitation Valley Elementary School - needs help - meaningful help - and those perpetrators - provocateurs - who I have mentioned at put on notice.
Portola District being another one of those locations - where one segment of the population is pitied against the other.
The Bayview Hunters Point being another - the influx of Chinese in greater numbers - creating clicks.
Confronting and fighting - selfish to the core - creating scenarios that favor parochial issues that benefit the Chinese.
For all the talk about EQUITY - even linked to Cannabis Clubs - the SF City and County is fast asleep at the cockpit.
These issues linked to discrimination - other issues linked to lack of opportunities - those new comers create problems that defy good norms, lack of manners, no etiquette - spitting and pushing while entering the MUNI bus - and there is more - all pointing to the detrimental - Quality of Life issues in general.
One has just to witness very long lines - in the Southeast Sector - mostly Chinese waiting in line from early morning - to collect food and other things given to the indigent.
Then move to another center - to collect even more food products - distributed to the poor and indigent. Some visit three and four centers - to horde and latter on sell in ready made markets - on the streets and on Market Street in full view of everyone.
The food and the other things given by charity organizations are NOT for sale.
These markets selling food and other things without a permit is a mockery - and defies logic and more good manners and etiquette.
Our City and County of San Francisco - has witnessed such actions - by these Chinese not any other community - and can do something about it - but those in charge - look the other way around.
Early in the morning each day - more on weekdays - you will see the Chinese carry their garbage in small bags - home garbage - and place them in the large garbage - Public Garbage Cans on San Bruno Avenue - for example.
This scenario is repeated all over the City - in all the Eleven Districts.
This type of behavior is disgraceful - it is time we address such behavior - that is detrimental to addressing Quality of Life issues.
I bet you the present Supervisor - from District 9 - who talks too much - and has gone all the way to the Mission and 16th Street - to clean a Bart Station - has NO idea that stinking fish remains, and other stinking home garbage - brought from the homes and deposit in the Public Garbage Cans - are a health hazard and these folks seem not to care - polluting the environment.
Again and again innocent people have to endure the unbearable stench - on a Commercial Corridor - which is San Bruno Avenue.
San Bruno Avenue merchants and other pay taxes - millions of dollars - and in return we get nothing - one has to approach the City Department heads to - power wash our footpaths, paint our crosswalks - recently after over 20 years - some area where many fatalities have taken place - many losing their lives - we will hopefully get traffic lights - that work and bring about safety - to areas where pandemonium reigns.
Such behavior will NOT be tolerated by decent citizens. We have been ignored - by David Campos and now by Hillary Ronen - who talks the talks - but cannot walk the walk.
The sooner those that come to America - learn good manners, etiquette - the better.
Those Chinese who know better can do better - but they chose not to do anything - we see the bad behavior pushing Elders on the MUNI bus. Children given seats and Senior made to stand - when the signs clearly say " For Seniors ".
Sitting in the seats - reserved for Seniors - doing things that are obvious - but those that are selfish and think that they can do as they please - are now hurting the sensibilities of others - those that have contributed a lot in our neighborhoods - have been here for decades.
We must all live in harmony - but where is the genuine leadership from the Chinese Community - except being parochial?
Unlike many - I go to City Hall - and have to sit down at the many SF Board of Supervisors meetings - hear and watch the SF BOS act like fools.
When the Supervisors talk - they talk for hours on end.
At Public Comment - a measly two minutes is given.
Astute and stellar advocates - have STOPPED coming to SF City Hall - more to attend meetings at - Room 250.
Not once has there been a hearing - about families - two and three living in a one or two bed room unit - because it cost $3500 to rent a one bed room and more than $5800 for a two bed room.
The disparity among the poor and the rich in San Francisco has been compared to Rwanda - a third world nation - in Central Africa. Who is looking into this situation?
The stress created by those living in such sordid and putrid conditions - pours into the streets.
The same stress Pours into our institutions be it our Public Schools, the Hospitals, any place where the community comes together.
Be it City Hall - where droves come and literally abuse the SF Board of Supervisors - most of the SFBOS are - shameless.
Our SF Health Department is fully aware how Quality of Life issues have been compromised - people living in tents.
Infants, Children, entire families living in tents, our Elders living in tents.
People wait in line to get a bed in the shelters - and are given a CHAIR to sit down all night long.
This inhuman way to treat any human being is uncalled for more in San Francisco - the home of the United Nation and a City named after Saint Francis of Assisi.
London Breed is full of it - she just talks - about building Affordable Housing.
She is not qualified nor does she understand the fundamentals - she hails from the hood - where she learned nothing more than to survive - doing anything to stay alive.
Simply put it costs over $1750 per square foot to build any decent housing. It use to be $650 - then rose to $850 - and now it is rising - more and more - and soon it will cost prohibit if it already is not.
There is NO way - any developer or any entity - will subsidize the cost of building new housing - give the poor and those that have fallen on bad times - a helping hand.
The Academy of Art University - bought hundreds of buildings - in San Francisco - most of them coming under Rent Control.
The Academy of Art University - upgraded these buildings - to suit their needs, changing the inside of the building to create large dormitories.
The dormitories were built to accommodate students from abroad - and thousands of " rental units " vanished from the Market.
Not once - has this fact been brought up and addressed in a holistic manner.
I brought the matter up for the last 15 years - at the San Francisco Land Use, the SF Planning Department - at the SF Board of Supervisors and the facts have fallen on deaf ears.
London Breed as I said before she could become Mayor of San Francisco - is a loud mouth - and her actions speak louder than words.
London Breed fundamentally cannot do any " needs assessment " on her own. She is surrounded by "idiots" and all that and more will come to an end - come 2020.
London Breed - reads what is given her to read - and cannot comprehend what she is reading.
She is just a worthless person - and time will tell.
London Breed and some others connected with the sordid "Emerge" organization - instill view and a bias in all of their ill conceived orientation.
This has brought out the worst in this evil woman - who cannot discern - she was against Proposition C - then after it passed she was in favor of Proposition C. She is like a reed in the wind - blowing any which way. Shame of her.
Then Proposition was taken to Court to be adjudicated.
London Breed and Vallie Brown come out with a formula trying to hoodwink us all - linked to Proposition C - which is held up in our Courts.
London Breed and Vallie Brown proposed to allow the money collected by Proposition C - to be given to London Breed and Vallie Brown and their minions.
Those contributing to a Housing Fund - with money linked to Proposition C - where London Breed and Vallie Brown are in charge - propose to give the entity that donates the money - a 20% break.
Such nonsense will not fly in any decent Society - more, a Society like San Francisco - where we can smell a rat from a long distance.
No infant, No child, No youth, No young adult, No Elder, No single mother - no one who is Mentally and Physically Challenged, No one whose health is compromised - should be suffering - but they all do - today.
THOSE MENTIONED ABOVE HAVE NO VOICE.
Who will speak - TRUTH to POWER.
Anyone cares to debate me on the above mentioned issues - any SF Board of Supervisor - those who are " evil " - that have taken " dark money ".
More - the likes of Shamann Walton for sure leading the charge.
Shamann should be sent to jail not sitting down at City Hall in Room 250 - creating more problems.
Shamann Walton deliberating - each time he open his mouth - he shoves his dirty foot in.
Shamann Walton is from Vallejo and came here to San Francisco to cause problems.
He was made aware of the many problems in District 10 and kicks the can down the street.
He was asked under the Freedom of Information Act - to provide relevant and pertinent information - and will be taken before the SF Ethics Commission - who must zero in - on all the " dark money " - Shamann Walton and others have received - to do great damage to decent citizens.
We must NOT encourage - crooks to take advantage of our Democracy - idiot who fundamentally - do not comprehend the base line requirements need to address Quality of Life issues.
