Much like the bench marks are set - for the City Department - be the Recreation and Park, the SF Airport, the SF Public Utilities Commission, the SF Port Authority.
The Department of Public Works, the Department of Building Inspection - the Mayor's Office of Housing and Economic Workforce, SF Emergency Services Management - other City Departments - evaluated and reviewed from time to time - so must the SF Board of Supervisor be evaluated.

all she has to offer - are the worst elements from the hood -
she thinks - she can do as she pleases - and act like a brat.
In past years - we have witnessed many Presidents of the Board of Supervisors - conduct the meetings in the Chamber - Room 250 - with decorum - not London Breed - you will see her and her side kick both Black - acting like brats.
During Public Comment - where we use to get 3 minutes and now get 2 minutes - the least these two Political Whores can do is listen for their own benefit.
Case in point - yesterday some women and men - came to address the issue of " Comfort Women " an issue that was settled by the United States - acting as a mediator - the other key nations being South Korea and Japan.
We all know that War is horrible - and every Nation including the United States has been involved in crimes against women - this is a known fact.
As decent human beings we abhor such actions - rape, killing and maiming - other Criminal Act - all mentioned by the Geneva Convention.
Decent men do not want their mothers, sisters, relative, women and men friends - any human being - to be demeaned - rape is an ugly crime - that we all abhor.

This issue of the Japanese Army - using Korean women - as " Comfort Women - has long plagued those that care, have empathy, more compassion - and has been mudded by many fake reports - adding fuel to fire.
