Our beloved Seniors - those that have worked so hard - those who we must respect, honor, and have love and  compassion - are tired - being treated with disdain - by these City and County of San Francisco.

It does not matter we have a Commission for the Aged - at this particular Commission - there is a lot of talk and less concrete action.

 The Municipal Transportation Agency - keeps bothering Seniors - paying no attention that Seniors cannot walk long distances - when arbitrarily MUNI bus stops are eliminated.

It is the same for the mentally and physically challenged - the Federal Government provides millions to the local government - and again and again - there is NO entity - that monitors - the above adverse impacts and issues.

blatant discrimination in San Francisco.

Time for the U.S. Attorney General to step in and monitor the racial basis, the blatant discrimination across the board - when it comes to all Seniors - and the abject disdain and action - when it comes to listening to the pleas - and quick action - linked to those that most need - help.

GOOGLE buses still occupy our MUNI bus stops - and in defiance force MUNI buses to double park in the middle of the street.

Forcing the blind, the seniors, and those with  challenged issues - risk their lives to board a bus. What is happening to our City and County of San Francisco?

In the interim millions are spent on Women's Conferences - where speakers are invited from New York and the East Coast - speakers who have NO idea - about how we live on the West Coast -  more in San Francisco  - and most of them lack - cultural competency.

Again and again Mayor Edwin M. Lee talks about " shared equity " - talk is cheap.

Today the disparity that reigns in San Francisco - is below the disparity that is found in Rwanda, a small Third World Nation - in Central Africa.

The education in our once great City and  County of San Francisco - more public education - is sinking - the leadership at the SF Unified School District - abject - folks like Shamman Walton - dabbling with Lennar Urban - taking bribes - and seeking to move up the political ladder - for worse.

It does not help that Richard Carranza is jumping ship and  is heading elsewhere - as Superintendent of the SF Unified School District - he has played his game with SalesForce and other entities - talking the talk and failing to walk the walk.

Again and again the mentally and physically challenged - are put in what is termed " Special Education Classes " - given minimal supervision - and the education imparted to these students - is despicable to say the least.

There have been substantial cases - some documented - other cases pushed under the rug - children from some of our middle schools - from the SF Unified School District - trying to jump from a second floor classroom.

Children having needs - deprived - going to the restroom - and others kept in seclusion for a long time - all this happening in San Francisco.

The SF Unified School District - receives its funding from the State of California - and our SF Unified School District - does a poor job managing its fiscal resources.

Again and again - the SF Unified School District taps into the SF City and County General Fund - the " Rainy Day Fund " - set aside to aid the SF Unified School District.

This habit has penalized our generosity of the San Francisco - tax payers - we have compassion -  we should not be taken for a wild ride.

Some of our SF Board of Supervisors - should call for a hearing - we want to know - how our tax money is spent .

More - Summer Time - where the SF Public Utilities Commission - has been dipping into Community Benefit Funds - linked to the Sewer System Improvement Project - some $300 million.

Handpicked corrupt  folks from SF Public Utilities Commission - under one Juliet Ellis  - using these money to provide stipends - during Summer - for Summer Jobs - that the SF City and County purports to do some good - when the opposite is true.

More - under the direction of Mayor Edwin M. Lee.

These temporary ploys and machinations - do not lead to concrete - " CAREER JOBS ". 

These gimmicks must stop - and an open audit is called for - on all the thousands of dollars spent from the Community Benefits - linked to the Sewer System and Improvement Project (SSIP).

A project - that has been stalled - linked to " digesters " a $2.6 billion project -  part of the SSIP - in many other areas - of that - urgent project - SSIP - funded with Bond money - San Francisco - tax payers money - to STOP the on going STENCH in the Bayview and bordering areas.

Plans are afoot to make drastic changes at 1800 Oakdale - the Southeast Community Facility Commission Building - emphasis on COMMUNITY. The Community kept in the dark - who is fooling whom?

Plans are afoot to build a campus on Evans and Third Street - the Blue Prints are discussed - in a small circle - again Juliet Ellis who has no experience - less knows what she is doing - is pushing to waste the $300 million - half set aside for Work Force development and half for Out reach. 

We are forced to be invited to taste Jamaican Jerky - we want the corrupt out - now. You are put on notice - move before you are put on trial again.

Juliet Ellis adjudicated on charges - by the Fair Political Action Committee and the SF Ethics Commission - for illegally  moving $200, 000 to Green For All - from the Community Benefits fund - some $300 million - set aside for our community in San Francisco.

Our City and County of San Francisco seems to pay NO attention to corruption - and those who with INTENT - break the law.

Juliet Ellis - paid a fine and returned the money - but has firmly returned to the old, sordid, and evil ways - wasting money and taking " kudos " for mundane and trivial projects.

Harassing mostly men - who do not want to be micro- managed - more by someone who has no clue what she is doing - again and again some of us are forced to shame her in public.

Money - given to corrupt folks that do not have anything much to do with the community at large - more the Bayview Hunters Point Community that matters.

The on going pervasive stench that can be smelled miles away - a
disgrace when visitors and others shop at the Evans Shopping Center at Third and Evan Street.

The foul smell saturating the area around the newly improved Produce Market - more the stench adversely impacting a radius of three miles - a strong sulphur stench - adversely impacting the eyes and throat and this nonsense that being going on for the last 50 years - as more sewage is sent to the Treatment Center on Phleps Street in the Bayview.

Those adversely impacted feel like vomiting - our infants, our children, our youth, our young adults, our seniors, those with compromised health - all bearing these adverse impacts - while Juliet Ellis is pussyfooting around.

At Third and Cargo Way there is a Wellness Centers - our infants, children, youth go there - and it stinks to high heaven. Malia Cohen the District 10 Supervisor - picked this stinking location - just because her campaign coffers were filled. Time will tell.

The District Supervisor Malia Cohen - who is pussyfooting is now on - an undeserved vacation -  bidding her time - to jump ship and seek - some other position - where she can rake in the dollars - as she is termed out. Good riddance of very bad rubbish.

Malia Cohen has sold out the community - now - deeply entrenched with the ploys and machinations - of Lennar Urban and Proposition " O " - that wants to amend Proposition " M " - voted and passed by the voters - all over San Francisco - that put a cap on Office Space - citywide.

Right now all the analysis points to a " tanking " of Office Space  citywide - and here is Lennar Urban using Sophie Maxwell, Shamman Walton, and Veronica Hunnicutt - three sell outs - trying to help Lennar Urban a rogue developer - attack Proposition M - passed by the voters to make room for Proposition " O " that just caters to the evil needs of Lennar Urban - a rogue developer.

More - to make amendments to Proposition M - to cater to the evil needs of Lennar Urban - requesting millions of square feet for its projects - 5 million square feet over some years.

Office Space  built on land that is prone to severe liquefaction, flooding and contaminated - with high level readings of Radiological Elements - cesium, radium, and other high level reading mercury, lead, and other contaminants all documented recently - from soil, air, and water tests.

This is Ohlone land - more Muwekma Ohlone Land and I represent the Muwekma Ohlone on matters pertaining to SF Planning,  Land Use,  Infrastructure,.

Transportation, Schools, Child care, Senior Living, Safety and a whole number of pertinent issues - that this City and County has failed to deliver - and attain standards - to address Quality of Life issues - impacting all San Franciscans.

This City and County is put on notice - more those who advise the Mayor Edwin M. Lee.

Daily, we see the many adverse impacts that impact our poor - living in tents - good people forced out - because of very, very high rents. Greed know no bounds - and this City is full of it.

We once were known for our compassion and embracing those that needed help - no more.

 Greedy folks headed by Mayor Edwin M. Lee - has been working with corrupt and evil folks - to prey on those that cannot defend themselves - no more. 

God sees it all - and we still have many good people who are vigilant. It is not as if - we cannot rally thousands and do what is aim to do - with our rights - and full aware of law and order . We can and we will. 

This land all of it as stolen - every square inch - there is NOT one single document - more a legal document - that has the signature of the Muwekma Ohlone - giving this land on a platter - all of it - to the greedy, the strangers, and those who are full of it. Aho.
