The current Sewer System Improvement Project (SSIP) - the use of our Hetch Hetchy hydro-electricity meant for San Francisco - read the Raker Act of 1913.
The many deliberations about Clean Energy - without a sound Business Plan and less a Risk Management document - worth the salt - Barbara Hale trying to sell us the Golden Gate Bridge.
Pacific Gas and Electric (PG&E) has the ability to maintain the power lines - more the high power lines.
The transmission lines - and the SFPUC must ask themselves - if they can maintain anything at all - and more provide quality service - when it comes to providing maintenance promptly and with sound standards.
