Wearing the mask and giving sound vacations could have better served the Mainland Chinese - who have no freedom and cannot own land in China. Most are treated like robots - millions of inferior housing built but not occupied.

The Real Estate situation in China is spiraling - young adults have college degrees but have no work. Women are treated with disdain - and families now stick to one child - even though the government offers incentives. 

It does not take a rocket scientist to understand the situation - who loves Freedom as does Vladimir Zelensky from Ukraine.

The United States, at the start of the Ukraine invasion, offered Vladamir Zelensky succor -  Vladamir Zelensky said, " he does not need the ride - he prefers ammunition."

The Patriot missile system can slow Putin - maybe take him out  - for all his talk - he is a bully - that the free world can - STOP.

 

Both Xi Jinping and Vladimir Putin must understand that autocracy does not work.

All over the world, human beings treasure their Freedom - and anything that smacks of autocracy - stinks to high heaven.

Xi Jinping understands that he cannot allow the targeting of the Ughgurs who are Muslim - and have not been hostile to anyone - but are treated with disdain - this type of intrinsic Chinese hate - must stop.

Vladamir Putin must fully understand that Ukrainians are hard-working and very intelligent - we have over 2 million Ukrainians in the United States, and the Ukrainians - have contributed a lot to the United States of America.  

We have millions of Chinese in the United States who work hard and love the United States - own homes and large real estate, which they could not and cannot do in China.

The sordid dynamics happening in Mainland China and Russia are testing the Free World.

The Northern Alliance Treaty Organization and the United Nations have been lenient to autocratic governments.

The United Nations - are looking away because both Russia and China stall and have been defiant. Time to sound the clarion call - and remove both nations from decision-making and adjudication.

The FREE WORLD has been tolerant - the FREE world has allowed the two rogue nations, Russia and China use the VETO power in the United Nations.

Both China and Russia - time and time again - use the VETO power for ulterior - purposes.

This experiment is now teetering - the middle class has eroded - we have the filthy rich and the very poor.

The middle class keeps the balance - it is that glue that one can depend on when it comes to semblance. 

Politicians, by enormous measure, lie, steal, and hoodwink - and there is no transparency or accountability.

This experiment shows that the Founding Fathers were men of faith - I say this because they decided to have checks and balances - at all levels.

Again and again, they fought for the separation of the Executive Branch with checks and balances - no President could be a traitor - one has to check to hear the oath of any President of the United States.

If one is deemed a traitor - that person may be the President of the United States  - the penalty is death - in bygone days - hanging.

The Legislative Branch has its own checks and balances - however when you have Republicans who do not believe in bipartisanship - and Democrats who think they know better - there is NOT going to be any progress.

The Supreme Court is now stacked because of politics - and when the Supreme Court courts " dark money " - is in your face with statements that "corporations are people too - and wants to control the bodies of our women - it is time that the Supreme Court Judges have term limits.

We know each State plays a role - we see each State contributes to the Federal government - California sends more money to Washington DC - and gets some - and that is how it is - our Republic.

We cannot govern the United States of America - if we have NO unity

We cannot control the United States if our hearts are not right.

We cannot govern well if we have no leadership.

WHAT IS OUR SF CONTROLLER'S OFFICE DOING - EVEN AS THE HUMAN RIGHTS COMMISSION IS DOLING OUT MONEY - CORRUPTION AMONG NON-PROFITS HAS REACHED SATURATION POINT.

Dwayne Jones - so-called gatekeeper and philanthropist - wheeling and dealing - CEO of RDJ Enterprises - has milked the City and County millions of dollars - his sidekick Juliet Ellis who left SF Public Utilities Commission.  

The San Francisco Controller's Office, the Sunshine Task Force, and the SF Ethics Commission have all failed the citizens of San Francisco.

The Mayor of San Francisco is known for doling out money - so it is the Human Rights Commission - doling out money - to those in good books with her. This nonsense must STOP. 

Dwayne Jones has fleeced the City and County of San Francisco  - millions of dollars. 

At first, it was as a philanthropist using taxpayers' money using the Sewer System Improvement Project (SSIP) - the Community Benefits money.

The SSIP was capped at $6 billion - now it is nearing $12 Billion - it will end up costing us, citizens of San Francisco, $20 Billion.

A task force linked to the SSIP - mandated 5% of the $6 Billion - amounting to $300 million - $150 million for the workforce under Dwayne Jones and AECOM.

The other $150 million was controlled by Juliet Ellis, who has now jumped ship and will be charged - it is just a matter of time.

Juliet Ellis gave herself the title of Assitant General Manager - making over $300 million in her pay, added benefits, and gratuity.

Julier added to her title she added Chief Strategist - it should have been Chief Crook. 

The woman initiated all sorts of ploys - linked to behest donation, ploys, and machinations - hoodwinking the SF Controller.

When the Feds got to Juliet Ellis -she sold out General Manager  Harlan Kelly - often on his junkets - Juliet accompanied Harlan.

Juliet and Harlan shared a single bedroom. Of course, they were on business - related to the SF Public Utilities Commission.

Such is the devious ways of some in the City and County of San Francisco.

Harlan posted the photographs of his junkets with Juliet on Facebook - the man lost his mind - such are the ways of whores - who can take one to the cleaners. 

They say there is no pill for pussy fever.

It is the same today at San Francisco City Hall - favoring lifestyle - those straight - must be politically correct and stay away from the pussification and sordid ways of those who have no standards, ethics - in your face - defiance.

Each of these so-called crooks played a role - adversely impacting San Francisco. At one point, each of them would get away with murder - no more - each has a guilty conscience. 

We took pain to paint the entire picture of abject corruption. We gave the information to the SF Controller he gave it to the SF City Attorney - the SF City Attorney, Dennis Herrera, is now in charge of the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission - the fox guarding the chicken coop.

Juliet Ellis had to step down - her title when she worked for the SF Public Utilities Commission - Assistant General Manager of External Affairs and Chief Strategist - she stole millions - and conceived a model - linked to behest donations - to this day goes unchallenged. 

The Sewer System Improvement Project (SSIP) started with a budget of $6 billion - now reaching $12 billion - heading for $20 billion.

This SSIP project has its tentacles deep and wide with Primes of Corporations like AECOM, with which Diane Feinstein is connected.

WEBCOR, which built 525 Golden Gate SFPUC headquarters, has raked billions.

MWH and some other companies had to report to Dwayne Jones - he did the outreach, got the permits, and did anything and everything - like any pimp on the street.

Every SF City Department contacted Dwayne Jones and Juliet Ellis for favors - that includes the Mayor's Office more when Mayor Mah Lee was Mayor.

Mayor Edwin Mah Lee working with Juliet Ellis. Juliet Ellis doled millions - and for years, she was a queen whore - who used taxpayers' money - laughing all the way to the bank. 

Dwayne Jones has now positioned himself at Treasure Island - trying to make hay during the sunshine. 

Before that, he was and is at the SF Port - doing the same.

Before that, Pier 70 and 1550 Evans - 1550 Evans was not signed off as a building that met the standard - Quality Control.

Before that, Dwayne Jones raked in millions - taxpayers' money -for the Sewer System Improvement Project (SSIP), purporting to do outreach - which he did not.

Dwayne Jones worked with Romulus Asenioo - using Romulus to facilitate some of Dwayne Jones's ploys and machinations - again,  doing outreach and offering permits on a platter - to any Prime contractor or sub-contractor.

People say Dwayne Jones works for the Feds - if this is the way our government works - then the plans the present Republicans have for the FEDS - is one deserved.

For long, we, the citizens, put our faith in the FEDS - think childishly that they were capable of order and order. We know - and have empirical data they failed - Capitol Hill insurrection - January 6, 2021.

The Task Force created to investigate the Capitol Hill insurrection - was well-planned and executed by Representative Liz Channey. She went out of her way to hire a person who worked for the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC).

The man did an excellent documentary - chronologically - put all the facts together. The documentary we saw on CNN in the United States - has more to it. 

The information the Capitol Hill police had early on - so too the Nation Park Service, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, and the Central Intelligence Agency - and there are five other law enforcement agencies that I cannot disclose.  

General Mark Miley - Defense Secretary Llyod Austin, retired General James Mattis - others all military - stood by our Constitution and offered the best advice - given the sordid circumstances created by Donald Trump.

Paradoxically - one-third of our American population - are fanatics - and do not believe in our Founding Fathers and the Constitution. The United States population - is 340 million.

More and more our schools, colleges, and institutions of higher learning - need to educate our students on pertinent issues - the education imparted is shallow and teaches less about Social sciences and the United States Government.

It is the same in San Francisco - the above information is imparted because today, the City and County of San Francisco - our Mayor London Breed, and the City Administrator Carmen Chu oversee 27 departments and programs.

Carmen Chu Supervising, a workforce of 2,700, needs a better job. 

President Joe Biden - has declared California - needs National Emergency Services. San Francisco has a Safety Officer with NO experience in emergency services, as we are experiencing with the - Pineapple Express or Atmospheric River - which will cause us what we are experiencing today - again and again.  

San Francisco is a very corrupt City - millions of dollars were stolen - Stimulus Money was misspent - such are the deeds of those who have no standards, fewer ethics, and absolutely no morals. 

Each of these crooks has positioned themselves - to hoodwink the citizens of San Francisco - from left to right - Tyra Fennell, now the Director of Public Affairs and Commissioners, Malia Cohen, now the State of California Controller, London Breed in the background, she is the Mayor of San Francisco - of course, Shamann Walton - he was the President of the Board of Supervisors and represent District 10. He recently was shamed and toppled down - the same person who took on a Sherrif's cadet at SF City Hall - the cadet requested Shamann - line up and go through the screening mandated for all - and Shamann refused - calling the Sheriff's cadet the "N" - word. This news made headlines.

I took this photograph - both Harlan and Naomi were happy, and things were good, or so we thought. Harlan was indicted, and the court case is taking forever. Naomi stepped down - as the City Administrator - Harlan Kelly was the General Manager of the SF Public Utilities Commission. 

The crooks and we have many in San Francisco - approached both Harlan and Naomi for favors - this wheeling and dealing went on for years.

Every time I called Naomi, she was away from the office.

Daily she went on shopping sprees - and had a good time. Now, she is singing the blues.

I was good friends with Harlan, and even today, I listen to others who speak about Harlan without knowing the details.

Between the two, they took over $800,000 home and had two sons. 

I still send my blog to Harlan and pray that he may see the light at the end of the tunnel.

I heard something - Naomi played a role in bringing the LUCKY store to the Evan Shopping mall - in the Bayview.

For the sake of the two boys - Naomi must stay strong.

The crooked Blacks must understand - always do right.

Think about that - the City and County of San Francisco want to build - 30,000 units on very contaminated land -prone to severe liquefaction.

We took it upon ourselves to show the SF Controller and the then City Attorney Dennis Herrera - the wheeling and dealing - the end result - Dennis Herrera is now the General Manager of the SF Public Utilities Commission - the fox guarding the chicken coop.

The City and County of San Francisco - the Mayor's Office, the City Administrator's Office, the Mayor's Office of Economic Development and Workforce, the SF Public Utilities Commission - practically every City Department is corrupt.

At the SF Board of Supervisors - most of the supervisors talk a lot - they go on for over half an hour at a time.

You idiots who talk a lot  - work for us - during the Public Comment - you give two minutes while the Supervisors - talk and talk and talk.

The President of the SF Board has his work cut out. Put an end to the abject corruption.

San Franciscans are stellar and astute - we do not need folks from New York bringing models to San Francisco - that will never ever work.

Several Non-Profit organizations in San Francisco need to be in good standing. It is all about Transparency and Accountability.

The City has doled out millions of dollars illegally without vetting many Non-Profits, as much as $40 million. 

The United Nations Plaza has created a memorial of the United Nations that was formed in San Francisco in 1945. The entire area for over three years was infested with drug addicts - and in the last two years, City Hall and Room 200 invited addicts - to use the Tenderloin Center - which was illegally operated.

During the pandemic, many Non-Profits receive millions of dollars - among them some Black churches -  many of them stating they are Non-Profit but not in good standing. 

Room 200 at City is a web of crooks - wheeling and dealing - and much of it taking order from the MACHINE.

The Mayor's Office of Economic Development and Workforce - will be audited, and those in charge will make all sorts of excuses.

We already have seen several mid-level employees jump ship. They made hay while the sun was shining.

The Federal Emergency Management Agency is fully aware of Room 200 - several audits have exposed the Mayor's Office - abusing Stimulus Money.

President of the SF Board of Supervisors - Aaron Peskin -

has all the empirical data - to bring some semblance to 

the City and County of San Francisco. The abject

Urban Alchemy started in Ohio - made headlines in Los Angels - now they want to establish hubs - based on some New York model - one person came to the San Francisco - San Francisco is not New York.

A caller called from New York and expressed herself clearly - she said what she heard from the presentation - was not factual - given by a man named Sam - who seemed to have hoodwinked SF Budget and Finance, the SF City Attorney linked to SF Board of Supervisors and the City Attorney himself.

We want a hearing - let us show you how to do things - the San Francisco way.

Now, we have New York talking about a model not backed by New York City for legal reasons - they receive all the funding from private sources. 

At this time, the model in New York - operating from a facility of some 2500 square feet - attending to some 35 patients at a time - begs the question.

Sam told us - loud and clear - that the model is experiencing funding problems. Yet we want to imitate the model?

The Mayor's Office of Children, Youth, and Families - takes shortcuts - and caters to dubious entities.

Entities sent their way by the Mayor's Office and Room 200, the Human Rights Commission - Sheryl Davis, and the Mayor, London Breed - both in cahoots.

AARON PESKIN IS NOW THE PRESIDENT OF THE SF BOARD OF SUPERVISORS - MAYOR LONDON BREED HAD NOTHING TO SAY - AS USUAL THE REMAINING SF BOS ARE CONFUSED AND CONFOUNDED.

 

Aaron Peskin was chosen President of the SF Board of Supervisors - 17 rounds into the selection process - and Aaron is now in the cockpit - but does he have the ability to discern, or will he continue to muddy the waters. 

San Franciso is a very corrupt City and County - the San Francisco Board of Supervisors - the legislative branch has failed San Francisco - with too much talk and less action that matters.

Shaman Walton, the former President of the SF Board of Supervisors (BOS) - was toppled.

The only saving grace at the event I watched virtually - was the President of the Board of Supervisors - presenting him a plague with a gavel - that Aarron Peskin stated he has several of these at home.

Supervisor Matt Dorsey, Supervisor Mandelman, and Shaman Walton spoke - most of the statements sentimental - that calm the soul - and as things stand in San Francisco - we allow our representatives to express themselves - and hope against hope - that they will address the pressing issues. 

I have yet to meet the new Supervisor on board - Engardio.

So I will not say anything. 

As things stand, from time to time - I attend the virtual meetings - SF BOS meetings - that I detest.

That is the only way I can monitor the SF Board of Supervisors - most of them talking in circles. Round and round the mulberry bush!

San Francisco - over 62,000 units are vacant in San Francisco.

Every eight years - California encourages our cities to create a Housing Element. San Francisco decided to challenge the State of California - our Housing Element is still being accepted.

Oakland made it on the list - they have a better Housing Element - and will receive more funding.

San Francisco has for decades focused on Market Price housing - and failed to create Affordable Housing - more catering to those who make below $80,000.

For all the talk that San Francisco is named after, St. Francis of Assissi - the SF Board of Supervisors and many city department heads - are deep into corruption. That holds good at City Hall - to those who wheel and deal in Room 200.

  

The pandemic fostered all types of corruption.

The State of California - suffered over $20 billion loss - from all sorts of ploys and machinations. Crooks of every type from all over the world stole millions using Social Security Numbers and took advantage of the many loopholes.

San Francisco needs a Commander in charge of Emergency Services.

No city has a Security Officer - managing emergency services - having no experts who can do a deep needs assessment.

We had a time during the pandemic in San Francisco - when folks were sent a link and could not open it. 

People needed to be vaccinated and were not, and many died - more in the Mission, China Town, and the Bayview.

Hotels were leashed and sixty percent left empty - the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) billed for vacant hotel rooms - and there is more - all those charlatans who participated in the riff off of the Stimulus Money - will be audited sooner, not later.

The City and County charged $80,000 a year for a tent, three meals, and a pit stop where one could relieve and feel at ease.

The inclement weather is here - and the Mayor London Breed - partying in Las Vegas - acting the fool - while preaching to us all - what we should and should not do. The woman from the hood - will not get it - for heaven's sake - this is the City and County of San Francisco.

We know of the many Non-Profits, the ones from outside San Francisco - the likes of Urban Alchemy - who were given millions to help the indigent - and screwed them all.

Many Non-Profit made money - the SF Board of Supervisors and the Budget and Finance Committee - doling out millions. 

One Executive Officer made $200,000, and others paid for doing nothing.

The City and County of San Francisco - will have a deficit of over $800 million - in the next two years.

The Mayor has failed San Francisco on many levels - Fentanyl deaths - folks living in tents - slowly dying, many of them - our Seniors. 

When the City is notified and shows disdain with intent - crimes against humanity occurs.

A judge has already ordered that no tents be removed - more during this inclement weather - the City and County had failed to provide decent shelter with safety.

Many indigent women have gone to the shelter - only to be raped. These cases are shoved under the rug - for all the talk those women at City Hall and Room 200 address - there is no comparable action worth the salt.

Each of these folks milked our City and Couty of San Francisco.

These charlatans should be ashamed of themselves - gerrymandering and adversely impacting millions of decent San Franciscans.

The Central Subway started with $600 million -  ended up costing the City and Count of San Francisco $1.8 Billion plus.

 convoluted Housing Element  - 2023-2030.
