THE SAN FRANCISCO ETHICS COMMISSION HAS FAILED TAXPAYERS - DECENT SAN FRANCISCANS - MORE, WHEN IT COMES TO ACCOUNTABILITY AND TRANSPARENCY - TAKING SIDES WITH THE CORRUPT EXECUTIVE BRANCH

We are a nation of laws, rules, and regulations.

San Franciscans early on - decided and fought to have a Sunshine Task Force, an Ethics Commission, a decent Controller who would do right, and an SF City Attorney who would abide by standards, morals, and ethics.

In San Francisco, we embrace all. That is why so many come to San Francisco - to experience a unique experience - all have a right to their freedom - the many privileges that the Constitution, our City Charter, and the Civil Rights Act of 1965.

Tools and workshops such as Cultural Competency, Implicit Bias, and Leadership courses - citizens participating with fairness on SF City Commissions.

Other SF boards, task forces, and astute entities that work towards addressing Quality of Life issues - bring progress to all in San Francisco.

Juliet Ellis - the Assistant General Manager for External Affairs - was charged with sending $200,000 to her former - Non-Profit - Green For All - by the Fair Political Practices Commission. The same complaint was sent to the SF Ethics Commission - they chose to sit on the case - woke up - only after the adjudication by the Fair Political Practices Commission.

As I mentioned before, we San Franciscans fought to create a Sunshine Task Force - that worked for a long time - attaining many goals that we fought for.

Dough Comstock, Majorie Ann Williams, Bruce Brugmann other high-caliber citizens of San Francisco - worked hard and fought hard - to shed light where there was abject darkness. 

I worked for the Sixth U.S. Army and Presidio of San Francisco and their Congressional Liaison in those days.

I would participate in the Sunshine Task Force on cases that I was a party to from time to time.

Since I was present, I often attended cases at the SF Sunshine Task Force to watch other issues. There was some stellar semblance that today does not exist at all. 

The SF Sunshine Task Force has been targeted by corrupt forces - one of them the Executive Branch - Room 200 at SF City Hall.

There was a period for over a year - one seat - held by a Challenged Person - was kept vacant - behind this ploy Scott Weiner - in recent times - Room 200 that smells of Sulphur.

The SARS-CoV-2 virus has stalled things for over two years. The Ethics Commission failed San Francisco during this time, even though it received more funding. It has been unable to produce results. Adding fuel to the fire - some worthy Ethics Commissioners - jumped ship - the corruption was too much endure. 

Corrupt to the core - Malia Cohen - we brought a case - linked to $3.5 million misappropriated - from the Bayview Opera House. The District 10 Supervisor was Malia Cohen, and the Director Barbara Ockel - Ockel has recently been fired - we have yet to find out about the missing $3.5 million.

We brought the case against the Bayview Opera House - the then Director Barbara Ockel at the SF Sunshine Task Force - and the SF Arts Commission - the plaintiff Kevin Williams - the Bayview Opera House is named after his mother, Ruth Williams. We won the case 9-0, and the SF Sunshine sent the matter to the SF Board of Supervisors - where it fizzled out.

At a recent Ethics Commission held - Friday, May 13, 2022, in the morning. The Ethics Commission started the meeting and then went into close session - keeping those wanting to make public comments - for over two hours.   

I stayed online and made my comments. I spoke on the key topics - and shed light. Many of the current SF Ethics Commissioner - have no clue about the past history - of the Sunshine Task Force and less of the SF Ethics Commission. 

What is important to note is that SF City Hall is corrupt and saturated with corruption - leading the charge Room 200 at City Hall.

Our SF Controller Ben Rosenfield - he knew for the longest time the abject corruption - kicked the can down the street.

The current process is first to go to the Sunshine Task Force with our complaint. If the case meets the standards - it goes to the SF Ethics Commission.

We have seen cases, and we were involved with one - we won 9-0, and the case was sent to the SF Board of Supervisors. We never heard back and are still waiting - it has been over two and half years.

The Juliet Ellis case went to the Ethics Commission and the Fair Political Practices Commission. 

The Fair Political Practices Commission - adjudicated the claim - fined Juliet Ellis - the $200,000 was returned to the SF Public Utilities Commission. 

When the same case came before the SF Ethics Commission - a mention was made about the Fair Political Practices Commission - adjudication.

The SF Ethics Commission - did not fire Juliet Ellis - she returned to her job as the Assistant General Manager and added another title to her career - Chief Strategist. Wow!

Juliet Ellis disgraced our City and Couty of San Francisco - over forty SF City employees - are under investigation - and many will go to jail. 

This of a kind investigation took place because the Federal Burea of Investigation - came into the picture.

Harlan Kelly did not have to take this route to disaster. Naomi Kelly, the SF City Administrator - had to step down - she has not been indicted - but is under investigation. The paradox the FBI - had Mayor London Breed in mind - and that dark cloud is still looming over her head. On one matter, Mayor London Breed was fined $23,000 - by the SF Ethics Commission- and she paid the fine.

As stated earlier - the FBI indicted General Manager Harlan Kelley.

His wife, Naomi Kelly, the then City Administrative, resigned. 

Naomi Kelly's position was filled by Carmen Chu - who was the former Assessor - they just keep rotating the crooks - it is written all over their faces.

Many SF Public Utilities Commission employees and other SF City Departments employees left  - many leaving their jobs - taking early retirement - and there is more to come.  

Dwayne Jones - the owner of Rudolf Dwayne Jones (RDJ) Enterprise - is having a field day - has raked in millions of dollars - all SF taxpayers' money.

Years ago, when Dwayne Jones was on the SF Housing Commission, another dubious person deprived a contractor of his contract and took it away from him.

The contractor took Dwayne Jones and his other person, a woman - to court and won the case. 

Dwayne Jones and this other woman were debarred from bidding any contracts - and other restrictions put on them.

Dwayne Jones continues to act as a middle man - promising Prime Contractors and sub-contractor - he can deliver anything on a platter. 

Endorsed by Rudolf Dwayne Jones - Gatekeeper of Bayview and SF Philanthropist - who uses SF taxpayers' money. Only in San Francisco - can such scumbags - move around unscathed. Wake up, San Francisco - the most corrupt city in the United States. 

Also, when will this nonsense STOP in the city of San Francisco - with the most deaths - Fentanyl, Heroin, Meth, and Opioids - in the nation.

Carmen Chu has No clue what is happening to our City and County of San Francisco. Now known as the most corrupt city in the nation.

The City Attorney is aware of this fact. So is the Controller's Office.

The Sunshine Taskforce knows about Dwayne Jones - so does the Contract Monitoring Department. Carmen Chu is the current SF City Administrator and course Mayor London Breed.

When will the SF Sunshine Taskforce and the SF Ethics Commission be totally reformed - both are a far cry from the early days - when justice and fair play - mattered and were delivered. 

Where is the needed Accountability and Transparency?

Our children's classrooms have shut down for the last two years - here in San Francisco. Very little is done to educate the children - in our elementary, middle, and high schools - linked to the SF Unified School District - that come under California.

At a recent Budget Meeting - held May 11, 2022 - chaired by Hillary Ronnen- preparing for the new budget cycle - the issues linked to the SARS-Co-2 pandemic.

Adversely - impacting our infants, children, youth, and youth adults -conducted - in a haphazard manner - those on the budget committee lack empathy - have no deep understanding of this dire situation.

There has been no Blue Print in place for two years - linked to mitigation. There has been no " sound needs assessment" - to help our children and youth - in the many elementary, middle, and high schools.

Our infants, children, youth, and young adults - are suffering from acute stress, trauma, and a host of chronic ailments brought about by the Covid-19 pandemic. The current SF Budget Committee is oblivious to this fact - and has not studied the issue seriously.

When it comes to Behavioral Sciences, be it the University of California San Francisco - other entities linked to the SF Health Department - the situation is pathetic.

More when it comes to subacute beds - beds for the mentally challenged.

The San Francisco Health Department, headed by Dr. Grant Colfax and related entities - we have done nothing much to address the seriousness of our infants, children, youth, and young adults.

Its Behavioral Sciences department is nowhere to be found - when it comes to our infants, children, youth, and young adults. Its Director a transplant - from New York.

It does not help Supervisor acting like a fool - walking around - failing to sit in his chair and address the situation at hand - as a decent human being - the man lack etiquette and is irritating to those that watch his erratic behavior.

The Legislative Branch, the SF Board of Supervisors, has failed us on many levels - Homelessness, Health mental issues, Food Security, and so many evicted from their homes.

Millions of Stimulus Money were spent by crooks doling out to the inner circles - their friends and fellow thieves. Thousands of small businesses have closed their door - thousands left San Francisco - never, ever to return to San Francisco.

For the last two years, our children - have been kept at home - parents have been forced to stay home.  Help their children. Every attempt to address the children's education - using virtual meetings - has been an abject failure.

Studies were done by some - reveal - that stress and trauma - have seriously impacted our infants, children, youth, and young adults.

If the parents lack education - then the impacts on the infants and children - are more profound - the trauma and stress.

Parents who do not have the means to afford a computer are left in the dark.

Parents who are undocumented fear - and the City and County have done little to help those that need help most.

Some SF Unified School District Board members were recalled in the middle of the pandemic - adding fuel to the fire.

The SF Unified School District Superintendent should have stepped down - he wants to hang around, get a fact pension, and retire.

Year after year - because of former Supervisor Tom Ammiano and his supporters - " the rainy day fund " was established to help the SF Unified School District - the SFUSD has taken advantage of this tool - but has failed to accomplish anything worth the salt.

The Mayor's Office of Children, Youth, and Families must be audited and completely revamped.

It has failed us - taxpayers and citizens - miserably during the pandemic.

Pandering - to entities that have access - to the Mayor's Office of Children, Youth, and Families - this nonsense must stop - now.

The Legislative Branch and the Budget Committee have failed us before - and this time around - with over $14 Billion - we must hold these scumbags responsible - enough is enough. The Chair of the Budget Committee must stop smiling like a jackass.

This current pandemic has challenged many of us - and we citizens have uplifted others - while many SF Board of Supervisors - have taken Stimulus Money in the millions and other grants - and used them for personnel gain.

These so-called Legislators - The SF Board of Supervisors, have failed to maintain a standard. More District 10.

Have shown little capacity to follow the rules and regulations. They ramble a lot - but when it comes to Public Comment - allow only two minutes.

The SF Board of Supervisors failed us with Redistricting - failing to abide by the rules that govern sound redistricting - favoring gerrymandering. 

Pitting those that most need help - the vulnerable populations that need resources.

More than one million Americans have died - and more will die - if we together do not uplift one another.

San Francisco should look into the McKinney-Vento Act - to aid the homeless - it is simply pathetic - to see so many die on the streets of San Francisco - surrounded by feces, filth, and unbearable stench:

The SF Board of Supervisors must have a hearing - allowing us, the taxpayers, and constituents of San Francisco - a preview of the millions spent - in the name of the Stimulus Fund - failing to help those that most need help. 

Right now, on a war footing - we must help our infants, children, youth, and young adults - so many adults dying - while the SF Board of Supervisors - talks and discuss mundane issues - lacking accountability, transparency, and, most importantly - empathy. 

This current budget must help those that have been left out.

This current budget will be monitored carefully - those thugs who think they can - fool all the people all the time - will be called out - and many will go to jail. Make no bones about this fact.

The monster - Vladimir Putin, did not have much to say - on May 9, 2022. His threats to use a Nuclear Weapon - some Tactical Weapon - typical of a coward - he targets infants, children, Elders, and those with compromised health.

On this very day - he knows Ukraine played a crucial role in defeating the Third Reich - yet, he chose to invade Ukraine. Ukraine is known for its freedom-fighting warriors - both women and men.

It has not been easy in 2022 to see so many refugees leave Ukraine - over 6 million refugees. A city like Mariupol is totally destroyed - carpet-bombed - and daily, the images of the destruction - adversely impact us all - because we are human - and have empathy. 

Anyway, one looks at Ukraine - the people of Ukraine have contributed to Society - writers, poets, architects, singers, drama, opera, and painters - Russia for hundreds of years - has profited from the Civilization contributed to Russia - Catherine the Great comes to mind - and Odesa.  

Scientists second to none - factories producing superior weapons - Ukraine handed over 1900 nuclear weapons to Russia - the United States, and Britain - promising Ukraine to help - as and when Ukraine needed help - as part of the denuclearization of the satellite nations - once part of the Soviet Union.

Here in the United States, we have millions of Ukrainians -  the first wave came in in the 1930s - and more after World War II - today - Ukrainians who share our values of freedom, free speech, and detest autocrats and dictatorship - stand shoulder to shoulder - to defeat the evil ploys and machinations of Vladimir Putin. 

Russian troops in the thousands have died on the battlefield in Ukraine.  Vladimir Putin - has realized - soon, he will not be able to replace the thousands of Russian tanks destroyed.  Russian soldiers were killed - the Russian soldiers lied to - that they were participating in some type of battle exercises. Vladimir Putin - will look you in the eye and lie.

While in Russia, these landmark buildings stand tall for now - in Ukraine, the Russians have decided to target and destroy - over thousand five hundred landmark buildings. Much like paintings, music, and other creative work - landmark buildings speak to civilization; some of the landmark buildings in Ukraine - are over 700 years old.

War is not pretty. 

In this case, thousands of innocent infants, children, youth, Elders, and those with compromised health - all Ukrainians - have been murdered and killed.

Russia cannot escape the Crimes Against Humanity this time around.

The Nuremberg Trails set the tone - this time, we must with all the empirical data gathered - thousands of aerial photographs - massive graves dug by the Russians - and Ukrainian civilians buried - one body thrown over another.

This behavior is totally uncalled for - and points to an evil streak - that we have seen before - Stalin, Lenin, and now fucking Vladimir Putin.  Putin joins the murders committed in Cambodia, Uganda, Darfur, Rwanda, Syria, Sudan, Bosnia, and Mynamar, and we must not let this skunk - get away with abject - murder.  

The Russian soldiers who participated in this parade are clueless.  The Russians have no clue that this may be the last time - they participate in a May 9 parade. Vladimir Putin's health is spiraling down - his time to go and fade into oblivion is - now.

The Ukrainians soon will be able to target Russian assets. We have seen some of this in the vast Black sea. A little inside Russia, some fuel depots. It is not too difficult - to visit Vladimir Putin's - den. 

The millions of refugees from Ukraine, as it is with Afghanistan,  Sudan, Syria, Myanmar, Hong Kong -  the many under-developed nations - Guatemala, El Salvador, Venezuela, Peru, and Haiti.

The wars in Yemen, Ethiopia, and Eritrea - the fueling of wars - by those who care less about humanity - and foster greed - are growing worse. 

Food Security is now growing cancer - worldwide - and millions are starving.

Both Ukraine and Russia are nations that produce large quantities of wheat - now warring, and millions who once had ready access to wheat - now have nothing much.

The United Nations - when it comes to Food Security, Health, and War - the United Nations Security Council - has no clout.

We are witnessing - what is happening in Ukraine. Soon it will be Taiwan. Yemen is suffering - millions of infants, children, and Elders - slowly dying.

We are seeing the same today in Sudan and neighboring nations.

Millions slowly die in Guatemala, El Salvador, Peru, Venezuela, Haiti, etc.

Climate Change is worrisome - we do have a plan - the plan that has been thwarted - the ideals for solar, wind, and other clean fuel - are now put on the shelf.

Billions will be spent to build new pipelines to carry natural gas to Germany from other European nations. 

Ports will be constructed to store  Liquid Natural Gas - then covert the Liquid Natural Gas - to Natural Gas - all this and more -  increasing the Carbon Footprint.

More construction is slated for housing and other needed facilities - more Caron Dioxide will contribute to climate change.

The human being is the worse animal - who has destroyed all that was pristine for thousands of years.

Millions of species are extinct.

Of kind flora and fauna - no more.

So far, over six million have been displaced from Ukraine. Millions of Ukrainians still suffering in Ukraine. The Russians continue to carpet-bomb, and this ongoing horror - we see before our very eyes - numbs our senses - but there is more.  

We have deprived our infants, children, youth, and young adults of their right to live in an environment conducive to their well-being. 

We are watching the drama and tragedy in Ukraine - how can we measure the pain and suffering, the trauma and the madness of the situation? 

We do not have leaders who are educated on issues.

We do not have leaders that can make a sound needs assessment.

We have leaders who do not have a sound vision for the future.

If you live for the moment, instant gratification, materialism - in the long run - you will drown in the cesspool of your own creation.

Today we do not have one single world body - that can bring about peace - and assure the world of some semblance.

The wisdom of the indigenous people - has long been treasured by those that know better.

We chose to use atomic bombs - to make some nations surrender.

In the making, we created nuclear bombs - and now every country - is in peril - with no exit - except to succumb to a nuclear blast and death. 

This May 9 event - that the Russians celebrate - is one of pomp.

He that boasts about warring - is a fool - there is no victory in warring - except shedding blood and death.

Peace comes with an understanding of higher spiritual values.

As human beings, our leaders have failed miserably -  we understand some providing our bodies with good nutrition.

Our mind, with the knowledge that is filtered - enlightens our mind.

Few can discern well - sound discernment favors an enlightened mind.

We fail miserably to comprehend the soul - its place in all our doings and actions. It lives forever - and ever.

Our conscience must be fine-tuned.

Once you attain a state of mind that understands peace - control of your breath - empathy reigns supreme - almost everything falls in place.  Aho.

   

INNOCENT POOR PEOPLE ARE TREATED LIKE ANIMALS - IN SO CALLED SUPPORTIVE HOUSING - DIRTY, STINKING, CROACH INFESTED SINGLE RESIDENCY OCCUPANCY (SROs) ONCE PROVIDED SUCCOR TO MARINE SEAMEN AND THERE IS MORE.

We have the skyscrapers and the filthy rich. Then we have the poor who, through no fault of their own - have to slowly die - in horrible conditions - as depicted in the recent report on support housing - and despicable accommodation - with elevators that do not work - the tenants treated with disdain.

In the 1980s, there was a hue and cry - the Patels - most of them fled East Africa - and brought their business acumen to San Francisco and other States in the United States. 

Here is San Francisco - most of the motels, SROs, and medium-sized hotels were at first leased by the Patels - who raked in millions. 

Using SROs and motels - for all sorts of nefarious activities - drug selling, prostitution - the Patels had seized on an opportunity and had all the wear with all to make hay while the sun was shining.  

I was working at the San Francisco - Presidio of San Francisco - and had first-hand knowledge of what was going on - on Lombard Street.

Turk Street, Ellis, Polk, and the other streets with SROs were all busy -  Mayor Diane Feinstein took on the Patels - but she was bought and had to play second fiddle.

Much like Diane Feinstein - now challenged - had issues with the Clubs and more the Mitchell Strip Club.

The SF Police Department - invaded the Clubs and harassed LGBTQ folks - the Strippers who flocked here from all over the United States.

The Rajneesh movement provided ample opportunity for European and other strippers - to make a lot of money.

Men - poured in weekends for a good time - and the then SF Police Department and the SF Board of Supervisors and more the Mayors - looked the other way.

Better the tents than the dirty, stinking SROs.

When Mayor Willie L. Borwn Jr. became the Mayor - in 1994 - the Mitchell Brothers, the SROs, the motel, the hotel, and even the more prominent Hotels - Four Seasons Stood out - all enjoyed a gala time.

Today a lot of what happened then has moved elsewhere - and San Francisco is suffering from a lack of tourists who do not want to deal with car break-ins.

Assaults, dirty stinking streets - the Mitchell's has been boarded up - the famous Market Street Cinema torn down - the other Strip Club in and around Columbus Street -  and North Beach - having trickle-down effects.

The Single Residency Occupancy (SROs) once catered to the seamen who worked on ships that carried petroleum and other materials.

These Marine seamen - they did not work for the U.S. Navy - were known as Marine sailors - they mostly stayed in the SROs - when they landed in San Francisco and other places - it was not for long - a couple of weeks.

They left, and others took their place in the SROs - those who managed the SROs had a good understanding of the system - and the SF Tenderloin, the Fillmore, and North Beach - provided a source of entertainment for the Marine Seamen.

At 15th Avenue there was a Public Hospital - behind the Hospital was a graveyard. 

Those Marine Seamen who were indigent were buried at this graveyard. Some of the graves were marked - others not - it all depended on the circumstances. 

The dirty streets and the despicable living in tents in some areas - are fostering a surge of Covid-19 cases - go figure! It is paramount we wear our masks - and ignore the stupid calls - to demask on our transportation system MUNI - where is this foolishness coming from if not from Room 200 - City Hall.

In those days in the 1940s to 1960s - the SROs were halfway decent and not infested with rats, coaches, broken plumbing, and what have you.

When the Patels came in - they did defer maintenance after buying these SROs from other White Property Managers - all the names are recorded - in the Assessors Office.

The Tenderloin has long been known - to prey upon the poor.

We have seen the Tenderloin take in refugees with the conclusion of the Vietnam war and other war-torn calamities.

We have seen the folks from the Tenderloin - form-focused groups - councils, hold conventions - and find solutions to help all their fellow women and men in the Tenderloin.

The Tenderloin has now attracted Cartels - Drug Cartels, and in the last 20 years - those suffering the most - the poor and the indigent - mostly the Elderly and children - who fall prey to these - thugs. 

Daily, these cartels send hundreds of drug dealers from the East Bay - daily, they take the BART - land and sell their wares - the SF Police Department knows about this and has done nothing.

The SF Police Commission is a JOKE, 

The recent report on supportive housing says it all.

Exposing - the hot air spewed by Mayor London Breed - and her tryst with Urban Alcamey from Ohio - established in 2017.

These folks wearing green jackets - now found all over the Tenderloin - mainly employing jailbirds - calling themselves - Practitioners - only in San Francisco such nonsense is tolerated. 

On Wednesdays and Sundays - the United Nations Plaza - holds the Framers Market. The drug selling and homeless shadowing the area - those shopping at the Farmers' Market - are leery.

 Adjacent is a camp - a so-called Wellness Camp - with about ten tents - bearing the name HealthRight360 - why is HealthRight360 - all over the place in San Francisco - an establishment headquartered in Los Angeles?

Who are these jailbird Practitioners?  Why are we wasting millions - helping outside provocateurs - who do not have the best interest of San Franciscans and San Francisco.

Why should innocent people - who happen to be poor - slowly die in the Single Residency Occupancy locations -  in filthy, stinking, rat and roach-infested conditions?

XI JINPING AND VLADIMIR PUTIN - ARE OUT TO CONTROL OUR ECONOMY - PUTIN MESSED THE SITUATION WITH UKRAINE - XI JINPING WITH TAIWAN - TIME WILL TELL.

 

China's Xi Jinping is a master manipulator.

The world looks at the United States to stand up and stand steadfast for values that matter.

The United States made many mistakes - in Iraq, Libya, Afghanistan, and even in Europe when Donald Trump tried his best to destroy the North Atlantic Treaty Organization.

Donald Trump - his failed stance with Iran - his denial of Climate change and the Paris agreement.

Signing an agreement with the Taliban -  leaving a mess in Afghanistan.

Finally - culminating with January 6, 2021, attack on Capitol Hill - creating divisiveness all over the United States.

Even as the United States was getting weak - Xi Jinping was creating grandiose plans - building a railway from Beijing, China, to Istanbul, Turkey.

Following the old Silk Route - that many of us may know little about - trade and power made the many Chinese rulers - dynasties such as the Ming Dynasty acknowledged worldwide - even on the East Coast of Africa.  

Together, Vladimir Putin and Xi Jinping want to teach us the Free World - more the United States - a lesson. These two autocrats wish to us the United States to play second fiddle.

We know now the SARS-CoV-2 virus evolved in recent years - in China. The SARS-CoV-2 is capable of billions of changes - baffling scientists - keeping our hospitals guessing.

China is fully responsible for playing a role in helping poor nations - more in Africa, South America, the Middle East, and other places.

While China will go to a nation - build a stadium, lay some rails to operate a railway line - the one from Dar -es - salam, East Africa, to Cape Town,  South Africa comes to mind.

China has thousands of projects all over Africa and South America - mining projects, media projects, agricultural projects - hoodwinking the poor with cheap trinkets - while the United States has absolutely no International sound policy.

While Donald Trump was in office - over ninety percent of the post linked to various ambassadors worldwide were vacant.

What does this one singular fact reveal to the world - and more to the educated in the United States? We have some talk but no walk.

While China could have done something to elevate poor nations - when it came to health and related issues. China has failed miserably on this front.

 China does some more contributing to the World Health Organization and uses this contribution to position itself.

As soon as the Centers for Diseases Control in the United States - found out about the origin of the COVID-19 virus - the United States requested access to the source - and was denied.

China did publish the DNA of the COVID-19 virus - for all the world to see - which helped the United States some.

Early on, the United States had great success with the Ebola virus - we stopped it in the tracks in Central Africa.

Ten years before 2019 - here in the United States, we already had significant success with the rRNA model - using proteins - that could latch on to the virus - and kill it - then creating anti-bodies that could make the body - ward off the targeted virus.

Russia had grand plans to use the Nord Stream 2 natural gas and petroleum pipeline from Russia to Germany - to use the natural gas pipeline  - to hold Europe hostage.  

Today, the world's economy has turned upside down - turpsy turvy as they say - the Middle East is hurting - food security.

It is the same with Africa - depending on wheat from Ukraine - the price for bread, cooking oil, and other essential commodities - is slowly killing thousands of African infants, babies, youth, elders, and those with compromised health.

Let us look at today's events - from a different vantage point. 

If our heart is in the right place - reflecting on past history and learning some - if our heart is in the right place?

If we have empathy - if we think indeed - the present history of warring for no actual cause - as in Ukraine - should be tolerated?

Here in the United States, the indigenous people's land - the Great Spirit- has blessed us with - abundance.

Once known as Turtle Island, this land is now known as the United States of America.

The world must know that the Iroquois Nation practiced Democracy for thousands of years on Turtle Island.

The Founding Fathers often invited the Elders of the Iroquois Nation - sharing views - many of the concepts incorporated in the United States Constitution - have their origins in the governing of the Six Nations - the Iriquois Tribe.

President Andrew Jackson has tarnished our United States Constitution - a rogue United States President who stole millions of acres from the indigenous tribes.

President Andrew Jackson murdered infants, children, Elders, and the most vulnerable -  his atrocities can be compared to the debacle we are seeing in Ukraine today.

His face is on the twenty-dollar bill  - and must be replaced by a decent person.

Andrew Jackson - was a despicable person - a disgrace to the human race.

Millions of acres belong to the Cherokee and Seminole indigenous people - from Georgia, Tennessee, Alabama, North Carolina, and Florida. 

Forcing indigenous tribes -  from their land of origin - and moving them to - other states - far away from the homeland. 

Thousands died on this trail - walking thousands of miles away - across the Mississippi River, where most indigenous tribes were forced to live - under horrendous conditions.

Americans seem not to care about this sordid history - and in doing so - they reveal their ignorance and arrogance. 

December 2009 - President Barack Hussin Obama - passed a bill offering an apology to the indigenous tribes - no reparations whatsoever - the bill was a farce. A slap on the face of decency. 

Thousands died - millions of acres stolen, a dark cloud hovering over our sordid history - and no one cared. Karma.

Shame on the United States government.

Muwekma Ohlone Warrior

Here in San Francisco, the only tribe that has exercised its Right of First Refusal - is the Muwekma Ohlone Tribe - this was done in 1991.

This land is called San Francisco, and all the adjacent land was stolen. There is not one single square inch that was sold - no document that someone or entity sold the ground - it was all stolen.

Until 1927 the Muwekma Ohlone were on the Federal Register - and then illegally removed by a Bureau of Indian Affairs Agent - L.A. Dorrington.

The Muwekma Ohlone Tribe used DNA to prove it right as a tribe with continuity. It also proved to birth certificates and other legal means - that they are a tribe.

The Department of Interior went out of its way - to bring about hurdles. Even though documents were found within the archives of the Department of Interior - that the Muwekma Ohlone Tribe has legal rights to land and benefits - as the First People of San Francisco.

The Muwekma Ohlone Tribes embrace and encourages all indigenous people to respect one another - follow the traditions of all indigenous people - when it comes to respecting the host tribe - of any land.

In unity is strength. Our hearts must be in the right place. We cannot take anyone to a better place - if we who purport to be leaders - lie, cheat, and are convoluted in our talk and deeds.

The San Francisco Board of Supervisors - has no clue about the Muwekma Ohlone.

If you play with fire - you will hurt yourselves - do not play one entity against another - never mind if you are using tainted blood money - to wheel and deal.

San Francisco is a racist city - known for playing one group against the other. Platitudes and wheeling and dealing - will not hinder the Muwekma Ohlone from attaining their right to be respected - and have control over land taken from them. 

Up until 1927 - if you killed an indigenous person - one could fetch $5 for the scalp. Edict sent to all of California - encouraging those who had no respect for the indigenous people - to kill, murder, rape, and commit other atrocities. The Great Spirit sees it all.

Slow to react - and now pussyfooting at the last moment - to come to the rescue of Ukraine.

What would Chief Sitting Bull and Chief Joseph have said of the White men and his endless greed and lack of spiritual values?

Even as Vladimir Putin wants to take over Ukraine, Russia loses with no purpose in mind.

Russia's economy spiraling, Russians leaving in droves - and Vladimir Putin - will soon hang for his misdeeds.

Alaska was bought for $7. 2 million dollars.

Alaska was bought by then-President Andrew Johnson in 1867 for $7. 2 million - about 0.39 cents an acre.

Some 586,412 square miles.

Russia was paid in gold - the transaction done by some brokers - most thought - then the land barren.

That was until gold was found in the Klondike - now oil in vast quantities by Juno - forcing us to think about climate change and pollution from oil spills.

These scenes from Mariopul force us to think about the future of the Ukrainians - is there a solution - by maybe allowing Ukrainians to settle down in Alaska.

As fellow human beings - we could allow the Ukrainians to settle in Alaska - build their churches, schools, farm, and prove to the world that they can adapt as most human beings do.

All the talk will take the Ukrainian trillions of dollars to build Ukraine.

Russia cannot be trusted - been after Vladimir Putin goes away - others will come - it is inherent that Russian leaders - have a streak for blood - Stalin and others come to mind - these leaders thrive on blood, watch innocent people starve.

The incarceration of thousands - much like China - the Galog starring at us. 

The thug and liar must be put away - now.

It makes things all the more difficult - allowing Donald Trump to move about and say and do things that are not warranted.

The Constitution points out and says that Donald Trump is a thug, liar, and traitor that must be hung.

Much like we cannot trust Vladimir Putin and Xi Jinping - Donald Trump is worse - the man does not believe in due process, lies, cheats - he is a LOSER.
