THE SF POLICE COMMISSION IS A JOKE - THE CHAIR MALIA COHEN - BRASH - WHY DO WE ALLOW SOMEONE - WHO IS ALL OVER THE PLACE - AIRHEAD - ANOINTED ON THE POLICE COMMISSION?

It does not help San Francisco to have a Black Mayor - London Breed, the SF Police Department headed by William Scott, the SF Police Commission chaired by the brash and inept airhead - Malia Cohen - the President of the SF Board of Supervisors - President, Shamann Walton. 

Again and again, the SF Police Commission - is making a mockery - conducting its meetings - like some SITCOM.

90% of the deliberations can be carried offline.

The SF Police Commission meetings - the virtual meetings are drab, boring, and do not address quality of life issues. We, taxpayers, are fed up with too much talk and less action.

5 years ago, the Community Oriented Policing Services (COPS), an entity the Department of Justice outsourced - came to San Francisco to address the many killings and shootings.

Chronologically speaking, the SF Police Commission - has no clue - over 2 million have been spent on consultants - $400,000 each year for the last 5 years.

When COPS first came, and advocates found out - what they were all about - studied their history - we stressed to them to bring back relevant changes - within one year if not sooner.

The SF Police Commission has failed to comprehend the 272 recommendations - created a mountain out of a molehill - gone in so many directions - hoodwinking and pull the wool over our eyes - in broad daylight. Wake up San Franciscans and boot these scumbags - from doing further damage.  

Mrs. Gwen Woods holding the sign of her son - we fought for her - and she was compensated after year - $400,000 - we fought for others - we were fighting in the trenches and never saw a single Black sellout who now sit on the SF Police Commission support us - less Malia Cohen, DionJay Brookter or Paul Henderson. 

We protested outside 850 Bryant for years - to make sure - San Franciscans knew what was happening to our City - never, ever saw Malia Cohen or London Breed join us - pathetic sellouts - who are in for the money - and know for their abject corruption.

Community Oriented Policing Services (COPS) - came to San Francisco and started interviewing people - and before you knew it, we who advocated found out - that we were not part of the equation - even though COPS was aware of our work.

We stressed the parents and family of the victims shot and killed by the SF Police Department - be treated with decency - time and time again, the opposite happened - many of us disgusted and frustrated at the behavior of some - rogue police officers.

We made sure that COPS were invited to our meeting. 

Our meetings were held at the SEIU meeting hall - 350 Rhode Island - Potrero Hill.  COPS realized we were a force to be reckoned with and were made it clear this was San Francisco, and we have a history of taking crooks to the task. 

COPS created a huge document with 272 recommendations - linked to the many disparities and other issues they deemed necessary to create their huge document.

COPS were known for doing say too much and doing less - good actions.

It was customary for COPS to visit many States all over the United States  - create huge documents - most of it fluff -  the documents they created sitting on the shelves - because that model simply does not work. 

Most of the recommendations are vague, fluff, and what is really need is a BluePrint - with timelines and goals - for improvement - in this case, the SF Police Department.

These documents cost money - thousands of dollars - all taxpayers' money - the Department of Justice - did not take the entity COPS to the task - and as everyone knows today - they do not exist - they were shut down - by the previous administration.

The SF Police Department has a long history - not adhering to standards.

The SF Police Department -   has a long and tarnished record among Police Departments nationwide - coming under the " consent decree " - an entity or ombudsman supervising the operations and behavior of the SF Police Department - for years on end. 

DionJay Brookter is not from San Francisco - from Fresno - who has no clue - about the history of San Francisco - when it comes to Quality of Life Issues in the Bayview Hunters Point. As the Director of Young Community Developers (YCD), he has failed to create career jobs, is connected to corrupt individuals, one of them Dwayne Jones - he is not fit to be on the SF Police Commission.

We have serious issues to deal with homelessness in San Francisco, with thousands dying from an overdose.

Others -  living on the streets - surrounded by filth - shaming our City and County of San Francisco. 

Many of the homeless are a danger to themselves - and to innocent people. 

The tourists who are assaulted never, ever return to San Francisco.

This fantasy that 10 million tourists will visit San Francisco this year - is some joke - not with the City so dirty and the raging Delta Variant showing its ugly head.

We live in a digital world - yet our SF Police Department has a Smithsonian way of processing incident reports. 

It is difficult to use their present system to query, and there are more -  issues to the subject - revealing them  - will cast a dark shadow on the SF Police Department.

The SF Police Commission - has not once addressed the COVID-19 pandemic in a meaningful way.

It is paramount that the SF Police Department comprehend - that science plays an important role - in understanding the Novel COVID-19 pandemic. Failure to do so - will bring many adverse impacts - some dealing with death - more the raging - Delta Variant.

It is time the SF Police Department hires sound Psychologists and Psychiatrists - so that those sitting on the SF Police Commission - are cleared - meaning tested and found capable before any of them are anointed or appointed.

Judging from the SF Police Commission deliberations - most of those talking - at the many drab virtual meetings - from both sides of their mouth - who is fooling whom? 

Malia Cohen keeps inviting guests to waste our time - taxpayers' time and money.

Time and time again, Malia Cohen is brash - insulting those who during Public Comment - are given two measly meetings - and must be allowed to express themselves. She interrupts - who the f*** does think she is.  Malia Cohen - is a control freak. 

The COVID-19 pandemic has adversely the majority of the 850,000 who live in San Francisco. 

On a normal day pre-pandemic, that population increased to one and a half million. Not so now - as weeks go by - we see - more cars and I guess more people - if all goes well. 

Over 90,000 people have left San Francisco - never to return again.

There are over 40,000 homes in San Francisco - vacant.

90,000 housing units - many condominiums - that use to go for $5000 to $10,000 a month - and there is more.

Plans are afoot to build 30,000 units - on land prone to liquefaction and flooding - more near Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - where Depleted Uranium was tested - mostly Black crooks pushing to build these units - no one gives a damn - about Quality of Life Issues - impacting infants, children, youth, young adults, our beloved Elders, those with compromised health - more our mentally and physically challenged. 

The skyline of San Francisco has drastically changed - we continue to waste clean, treated drinking water - from the Hetch Hetchy Reservoir - using the water to flush our toilets.

Our MUNI has failed San Franciscans - received millions from the Federal Government - many MUNI lines eliminated during the pandemic have not returned - adversely impacting thousands. MUNI has million in its reserves as much as $600 million - yet - continues to have disdain - for the ridership - our Mayor London Breed fast asleep at the cockpit.

The Delta Variant must be stopped in its track - we cannot take a high risk - and allow the Delta Variant - neutralize the good work done by us who worked hard to get thousands to get fully vaccinated. Only those who are fully vaccinated - have had their two doses and completed two full weeks - after their final vaccination. One for  Pfizer, as the case may be. 

Finally - we all understand our children must be vaccinated - those under 12 years are not. STOP this nonsense of having camps - and putting our children in harm's way. 

We have a Mayor, London Breed, who thinks that people will listen to her if she just shouts and talks.  She continues to bark up the wrong tree - each and every time. 

While most of us stayed at home, we remember the time - she was partying at the French Restaurant.

These SF politicians uneducated - lacking etiquette - are a disgrace to the human race.

Recently after years of waste - the SF Board of Supervisors - found out that each year - that last five years - each year $2 billion were doled out taxpayers money.

SF City Departments - doling out grants - with no accountability.

This year our budget is capped at $13.7 billion. There have been many talks - that the budget will fulfill its obligations - serve all - the people do not believe a word. 

Politicians in large measure are LIARS. 

RIGHT NOW WE HAVE 80 LARGE FIRES RAGING IN NORTHERN CALIFORNIA - HUNDREDS OF HOMES BURNT TO THE GROUND - MILLIONS OF ACRES OF LAND - FOREST LAND - INCINERATED - ASHES.

These raging fires are coming at a time we never ever expected them - months before we use to get ready and predict the fires.

The Scientists keep providing us with statistics - the many metrologists baffled - most talking from both sides of their mouth.

NASA provides us with the latest satellites - the hydrologist, the other so-called experts - chime in - all purporting to be purveyors of " weather"  and each one failing to speak Truth to Power.

The indigenous tribes all over this land - for over 20,000 years - they named it Turtle Island - that was before the strangers came - and named Turtle Island - America.

Even though we understand the indigenous people were here before the Whites - the Whites pretend they were here on Turtle Island forever.

The indigenous tribes took care of the land - they called it Mother Earth - they took little and kept more for future generations.

Not so the Whites - greedy to the core - they take it all and more.

Imagine living here for 20,000 years - remains and artifacts carbon dated. At the University of California - Berkeley, there are 10,000 plus remains - that the University has been pondering for the last 30 years - what to do with the remains.

I say this because even within our learning institution, the disdain for the indigenous is rampant and chronic.

The indigenous look upon the Earth as a Mother. The care for the land and as any child love one's Mother - indigenous people have long had the utmost respect - for Mother Earth. 

Mother Earth has flora and fauna, the many rivers, creeks, rivers - the old-growth forest - the majestic trees thousands of years old.

The thousands of species of birds - the migratory birds that come from the North and the South - the come more to breed - the many wetlands that once thrived - now no more.

The many healthy Lakes - now polluted - tons of pollution, or sorts of rubbish dumped into the Lakes - we see this, but we do not care to find out - why Whites do harm to our land, our rivers, our lakes, our oceans and pollute the air and the environment.

The scientists will tell you the ozone level is depleting - and the sun's rays - are warming the waters - the warming waters are producing all sorts of algae - and the coral reefs are dying - right before our eyes.

The Scientists talk about Carbon Dioxide, Methane Gas - one ton of  Methane Gas equals twenty-two tons of Carbon Dioxide - the layperson hears it but does not get it. 

California and the raging fires North and South - hundreds of homes burnt down - some for the second time - add the forest have a problem - millions of dead trees - some Beatle infestation - that is playing havoc. The U.S. Forest Department and other agencies have removed millions of dead trees - millions more remain - the fires rage - and the dead trees - create fodder.

We know that we simply cannot use fossil fuel - and think that we can stop climate change. For that matter, " sea-level rise.

The indigenous tribes believe that fossil fuel plays a role in balancing the Earth. They have known this for thousands of years.

It is the same with the Ozone level and the sun.

Today scientists are confused - they are confused because they are afraid of the politicians as intelligent. 

We just have to witness the madness prevailing in the United States of America.

There is a big divide in intelligence - what I call empirical data -  one may read the data - if you cannot make sense of the data - understand the many algorithms - models, nuances - one is left high and dry.

Lyell Glacier, which is a key source of our clean drinking water - we bring the water from 1700 miles - Hetch Hetchy - and store the water in huge reservoirs - here in San Francisco - two large reservoirs - one University Mound - the other the Sunset Reservoir -also Crystal Spring a large lake - and Calaveras dam near Sunol.

The Hetch Hetchy Valley was one of the most beautiful valleys in the world.

The corrupt political power to be in San Francisco - stole the valley - used mighty politicians to craft legislation - to dam the Hetch Hetchy Valley - dam the Tuolumne River - and bring millions of gallons of pristine clean water - to San Francisco.

The legislation created was the Raker Act of 1913.

Those who could share the water were listed in an agreement signed in 1914.

Before 1914, a handful - and post 1914 more. 

One organization BASWA has 26 members - each vying to take more water from Hetch Hetchy water, controlled by the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission.

The greed of these entities knows no bounds - take IBM, for example; they use millions of gallons of water - in the computer chip-making operation and other operations.

Others have access to clean drinking water from Hetch Hetchy - just because they have the money.

It is always about money - the SF Public Utilities Commission - is about hoodwinking and making money. The Commissioners talk in circles - and it does not help to have an air-head - the Commission Chair Sophie Maxwell.

Whites will never get it - because the most important element or factor in understanding our resources is " spirituality " - not money or greed.

For over 20,000 years, the indigenous people protected, cared, nurtured the land, the water, the forest, the air - then the strangers came - and destroyed it all.

In less than 10 years, these raging fires will incinerate the Hetch Hetchy Dam and the surrounding area. 

The Hetch Hetchy concrete dam will crack - the fissures will allow the water to spill, the gushing spilled water will take its own course.

The Great Spirit deemed it fit to have the rivers and lakes - more for the salmon and other creatures - to thrive.

The two-legged creature - homo sapiens - may dream but must realize - homo sapiens more the White Species - has contaminated, polluted, and adversely impacted the entire world.

We have seen this with the Colonization worldwide the Portuguese, the French, the Spaniards, the Germans.

The British, the Italians - others - slavery, amassing and stealing ivory, gold, silver, diamonds, other precious elements - platinum, cobalt, cutting the old-growth forest, overgrazing, and turning millions acres - unfit for agriculture or grazing. 

Millions of indigenous tribes have suffered just because they did not have access to gunpowder, dynamite, guns, and ammunition.

No one is entitled to go into someone else's home and, without their permission, rearrange the furniture and think everything is fine.

The White men's law is faulty - convoluted - he speaks with a forked tongue and is not trusted.

LET US NOT BLAME - SOCIAL MEDIA - WHEN IT COMES TO TAKING RESPONSIBILITY FOR OUR OWN LIVES - WEAR THE MASK INDOORS AND OUTDOORS - WATCH OUT FOR SF CORRUPT POLITICIANS.

 

San Francisco brags that it has 76% of the population vaccinated. In contrast, the Bayview Hunters Point has a surge of the Delta Variant - the push to vaccinate Blacks has been lethargic - the District Supervisor Shamann Walton - has done an inferior job.

No one really knows how many constituents are fully vaccinated in San Francisco.

Fully vaccinated meaning - taking the full dose one or two - depending on the kind of vaccine. Staying - healthy - for two more weeks after the second dose  - as in the case of the Moderna Vaccine. The single dose of the Pfizer vaccination does the job. 

The politicians have used Vaccinations and how they are delivered as a ploy to make some money - and while some may think - this will go unnoticed.

We know entities like Young Community Developers, some Faith-Based organizations fail us all when delivering quality service.

It means nothing - if you dole out T-shirts with your logo - when you do not do your work.  Glossy Flyers with your organization's name - saying you do this and that - but the way you do it is shabby.

I know what I am talking about as I saw - Young Community Developers - act as if they are in charge - of the places - where vaccinations were administered - doing no quality outreach - for the simple reason - Young Community Developers - are not respected in the community.

From the inception - when vaccines were available - there has been a flaw - in quality outreach.

How those who wanted to be vaccinated are treated - starting with links sent to people who could not open their links - and that frustration - led to many holding back and not taking their vaccinations.

Some of us had to come forward - and because we had access to many that we knew - we brought large groups - and got them vaccinated - but we also treated them well - went out of our way - at our own expense - to make a difference.

Some Faith-Based organizations tried their hand to help in the administration of vaccinations and failed miserably. It has become fashionable for some Black Faith-Based organizations to jump into action - without having the needed personal power and expertise - to do a good job. 

On their education, a sad reflection- how they communicate, interpersonal relationships - more, having empathy for those in dire straits. 

The mostly Black Faith-Based organization failed when it came to administering vaccinations - in San Francisco.

The most incompetent - Western Addition in San Francisco - Third Baptist Church - from which edicts were sent to do this and that - and most of the messaging was despicable - to say the least. 

Thousands in San Francisco were afraid that they may die - many were willing to make a sacrifice and wait in line - to get their vaccinations.

Some days - thousands waited in line - only to be told after waiting for - four, five, six hours - that they ran out of vaccines.

Someone had to study the situation at hand - and some of us - took it upon ourselves to uplift others.

When all the workers from Soo Fong Restaurant - got their vaccinations - Alvin Wu had a smile on his face - like a good leader and owner - he took care of his family and those who worked at the restaurant.

When Sean from Celtic Glass - agreed to vaccinate his entire family and workers - he was a happy camper. We could give you more examples - but suffice to say - we stepped in and did what we could and did it well.

Quality outreach does not come easy - from time to time - true Americans roll up their selves and make it happen. 

When corrupt politicians look for opportunities to make money at the expense of the people. More the people in dire straits - all hell breaks loose.

Backing organizations and operations that could not offer quality services -SF Mayor London Breed - who herself shamed her office - attending dinner at the infamous French Laundry Restaurant - took her time to apologize for her sordid behavior. 

Imagine - asking us to follow her mandates to wear a mask and stay at home - then breaking the rules - herself. 

Typical of someone who still embraces the hood - brag about it - London Breed has no manners and less etiquette. For sure, she does not command any respect - among those that have standards.

Shamann Walton, for all his vain talk - has no walk.

It is the same for District 10 Supervisor Shamann Walton - talking too much - and making a fool of himself.

Recently he was at some drab Press Conference - standing at the Southeast Vaccination Hub - desolate - and stating people do not want to get vaccinated.

The hub is situated in a desolate area. Seniors and others have difficulty walking to the hub.

The mud road - making it more difficult - for those challenged. Feces and the smell of ruin - where the homeless and others take the liberty to relieve themselves - permeates the area.

Shamann Walton is a joke - how could anyone place a vaccination hub - at such a location?

He did it to earn some browny points. Even though the hub was open - in an entire week recently - only one person went to get the vaccination.

Bayview Hunters Point in San Francisco - has the highest number of new cases - and this surge linked to the Delta Variant - is getting worse - every day. 

Shamann Walton - must ask himself what has he and his office done - when it comes to quality outreach?

What did he do - to correct the many " vaccination links "  that did not work - frustrating the constituents of San Francisco and the Bayview Hunters Point in particular?

Again and again - we see Shamann Walton gravitate to situations - where he can make money - much like - Dwayne Jones, Derf Butler, Derrick Smith, DionJay Brookter, Malia Cohen, and others too many to mention. 

Never saw the idiot Shamann Walton and the other lackeys - while we took to the streets and spoke Truth to Power. Who are these scumbags coming into our community - and messing things up?

Dwayne Jones, purveyor Philanthropist -  using taxpayer's money -Community Benefits - in the millions misspent - purports to be the gatekeeper of the Bayview Hunters Point too - a scumbag - corrupt to the core and a disgrace to the human race.

There is a dark cloud hanging above the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission.  Millions of dollars missing - and one Dwayne Jones, a good friend of Shamann Walton - have failed the community - the Bayview Hunters Point community.

Life is for the living - not the living dead.

We cannot take others to a better place - if our heart is not in the right place.

Each of us has a moral compass - we know what is right and what is wrong - we must speak Truth to Power.

Again, when it comes to our health and welfare - together, we must uplift each other - wear the MASK at all times - until we neutralize the very defiant variant - the Delta Variant. Aho.

WATER, WATER, EVERYWHERE - BUT NOT A DROP TO DRINK - WHY WOULD SAN FRANCISCO - BRING WATER FROM 170 MILES AWAY - HETCH HETCHY - AND FLUSH OUR TOILETS - WITH CLEAN DRINKING WATER.

From the Hetch Hetchy Vally to Crystal Springs - from Crystal Springs to University Mound and other Reservoirs in San Francisco  - clean drinking water is delivered to San Francisco - and most do not get our water - every single drop is stolen the indigenous.

 San Franciscans have had it good - when it comes to clean, pristine, drinking water - but not for long.

Soon after the 1906 Earthquake  - plans were afoot by the authorities and powerbrokers to bring water to San Francisco - to address the lack of clean drinking water - the recent fire that destroyed most of San Francisco.

The politicians use every wicked trick in the hat - to confuse, lie, and hoodwink the National Park Service - the Forest Department, the Bureau of Land Management - the Raker Act of 1913 was passed by powerful politicians - and the rest is history. 

Few know about the Raker Act and less that hydroelectricity was key in bring income to fill the coffers - of SF City Hall - it is interesting how Pacific Gas and Electric (PG&e) - completed the electrical grid - the City and County brought the high-power line and stopped 30 miles - South of San Francisco.

PG&E completed the high-power line - brought electricity to San Francisco - and the rich investors made money for over a hundred years - until the recent fires in Napa and the surrounding areas.

The history of California - is full of thieves, thugs, the worst type of folks - stealing, raping, shooting and killing, robbing land - and more. 

They took it all from the California indigenous - just because they could. Whites had no qualms of conscience - committing crimes and do it today - most White Collar Crimes.

To make the situation worse, these crooks lie, lie, and lie and rewrite history.

The true history of California is never told nor taught in the many schools and colleges. Few have read the history -  and very few historians have taken the time - to research and speak Truth to Power.

 Today, these crooks are exposed - simply put the lies no more work - and when that happens - all hell breaks loose.

The paradox is in San Francisco - many Blacks have chosen to commit crimes - adversely impacting - thousands. One of them is Harlan Kelly.

Most Black came from the South - places like Texas and Louisiana - worked hard - built schools and churches - many bought their own homes - and by far were not know for corruption and crime as are today Blacks in San Francisco.

Now, those Blacks who worked with Harlan Kelly have chosen to shun Harlan Kelly.

Blacks in San Francisco- are fully aware of the " crab mentality " - and even as the world knows what is happening - we have Sophie Maxwell, Dwayne Jones, Shamann Walton, DionJay Brookter, Derrick Smith, Malia Cohen, London Breed - defy decency and think they can hoodwink us in broad daylight.

Harland and Juliet - the two main culprits that wasted millions of dollars - Community Benefits - and no one seems to care less about crimes such as this - call for the RICO ACT.

 

To this day - the indigenous are being played. 

The indigenous people who have lived here for over 20,000 - all Carbon dates - artifacts and human remains.

Immigrants here came to make a good living - and few associate and work with the indigenous - who are true keepers and protectors - of Mothers Earth.

Before that, many Blacks - more those who were slaves - were always helped by the indigenous tribes - the runaway slaves - took refuge with the indigenous tribes - but that gratitude is rarely recognized by the many loud mouth politicians - the kind of Malia Cohen, London Breed, Harlan, and Naomi Kelly, and others who are the scum of the Earth.

In San Francisco, with about 840,000 population - and a budget of $13.7 Billion - thousands of San Franciscans are homeless.

The Mayor London Breed is Black, the President of the Board of Supervisors is Black, the SF Police Chief is Black, the former City Administrator was Black - all of them corrupt - and more Blacks - lackeys - now all being investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

Can you imagine it cost $70,000 per year - to live in a tent - in a program embraced by the Mayor of San Francisco - providing three meals - the tents located on a parking lot - with some pit stops and maybe a shower place - one or two - all for a huge sum of $70,000 per year. 

Many homeless are forced to crash anywhere they can - under some bushes, under the bridges - at the doorstep of the many homes used to the homeless.

Many homeless live on the streets - surrounded by filth - and in makeshift tents. 

The homeless - are San Franciscans who have fallen on bad times.

The SF Board of Supervisors (SFBOS) - give a damn about those who need help most.

Offices should be set up in each district - to help those who need help fill the many forms - the convoluted language - the idiots want to know too much - how much you make, what you owe, and so on so forth.

All the time, the SF Board of Supervisors - receives money - $50,000 and more from certain sources - we know this is happening and monitoring the situation at hand. 

The situation for those that need help is made worse by the Novel COVID-19 pandemic. - many live in tents - with no water to wash, no electricity, no amenities that we all take for granted.

The corrupt politicians who run San Francisco - will not own the problem - the homeless situation - some 12,000 plus living in dire straits - therein lies - a serious problem - someone has Blood on their hands. Make no bones about it.

Governors of California send out edits to kill the Native Americans - up until 1927. The California Governor's office would pay a measly $5 for a scalp.

The atrocities -  committed by those in power against the indigenous people of Calfornia cries to heaven - some apology has been made by the current Governor Gavin Newsom - but that does nothing much -  holistic restitution is the answer. 

 The indigenous people who lived here in California for over 20,000 years - all carbon-dated - their remains and artifacts - proof who lived here in California before the strangers came and polluted everything that was pristine.

The indigenous people always respected Mother Earth -  knew and know to take little and keep more for future generations.

Not so the Whites - who cut down the Redwood Trees - without ever thinking why would one cut so many "old-growth forests."

The Whites contaminated the rivers and lakes - take and waste they produce and dump it where they please.  They have destroyed all that was pristine and more.

As human beings - all humans must enjoy equal rights and all humans treated with dignity.

It was here in San Francisco that the United Nations was formed. This fact is not impressed by our political leaders - steeped in corruption of the worse order - a dark cloud hangs over SF City Hall.

Leading the charge of abject corruption - Mayor London Breed - who has no vision, less leadership - opens her mouth and spews diatribe.

In San Francisco, we have over 1100 miles of clean drinking water  - over 60% over 90 years old. There is money to upgrade the clean drinking water pipes - and the project should have been completed - two years ago. Today - we have no clue.

We know that millions of clean water leech into the Watershed - maintenance has been prolonged - and deferred maintenance is not the way to go.

 

Harlan Kelly - the former General Manager - indicted by the Federal Bureau of Investigation - now waiting adjudication - and for sure will be jailed for his many criminal activities.

Harlan Kelly worked with the many Blacks, Dwayne Jones, Juliet Ellis, Derrick Smith, Girls 2000, Hunters Point Family, Young Community Developers, others too many to name.

Oscar James, DionJay Brookter, Shamann Walton, Eloise Patton, Veronica Hunnicutt, Linda Richarson, Toye Moses, Sheryl Evans Davis, Shakira Simley, WEBCOR, AECOM/PARSONS - the many sub-contractors. 

More those who have written supporting letters to allow Dwayne Jones to carry on his nefarious activities -  sent to the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission that will be held on Tuesday, July 13, 2021 - a virtual of sorts the SF Public Utilities Commissioners patting each other behind.

At one SFPUC meeting - Sophie Maxwell used the F*** word - abusing her fellow Commissioner Paulson. 

This is totally uncalled for - yet we, the public, are reminded - how to behave - at the SFPUC meetings. 

These reminders should be given to the SF Public Utilities Commission - who ramble and ramble and kick the can down the street.

Imagine Sophie Maxwell using the F*** word - caught on tape - and not apologizing to the public at large. We know more about her and will reveal the details - at the appropriate time.

More, when the SFPU Commissioners - have failed us all - cheating, lying - making sordid deals behind closed doors - and should be ashamed of themselves.

Harlan Kelly, who is now indicted for many criminal offenses - was fired as the General Manager - Harlan with intent - harmed thousands -  and must pay the price for his stupidity.

Today - in 2021 - we are called to reflect - how nonchalant we have been and continue to be.

After - all these years - now that we have vaccinations - have wasted thousands of doses - deprived the world and more those poor and who have to be uplifted - treating them with disdain.

The Lyell and Maclure glaciers - each year - the glaciers - hold less snow as climate change players havoc - melting and depleting - sending us a message - for how long can we fully rely on these two glaciers? 

To the left the Lyell glacier - to the right the Tuolumne River - the Tuolumne fills the Hetch Hetchy Reservoir - each year - the San Francisco fills the reservoir - to provide 4 years of water - never mind with the climate is hot - millions of gallons evaporated - some of that could be put back into the Tuolumne River - to provide some succor to the Salmon. 

The Glaciers no more hold water in large amounts - slowly - but surely - those of us who take more and more- will realize - we will have to turn to other methods - recycling wastewater, capturing rainwater - conserving more - Water is Life.

I have always learned to respect the Elders - the indigenous people - from all over the world.

Again and again, at some workshops and meetings, I have asked who will speak for the salmon?

The salmon, for thousands of years - have provided nutrition to the old-growth redwoods - flora and fauna and more. 

For thousands of years - the Elder and those who listen to them - lit fires - all along the river's path - welcoming the salmon.

The glaciers provided the rivers with water - the salmon adapted to the depth of the water in the rivers. 

The other factors better know to the salmon - then the two-legged animal who think they know better - talk with a forked tongue - and have destroyed all that was pristine - but now has been contaminated. 

The rivers, the creeks, the lakes, and more were all protected by the indigenous people. 

As nature stood to provide to all who needed help, there was no room for a concrete damn - that catered to ulterior motives - corrupt politicians in San Francisco - counterparts in Washington D.C.  - Greed was their primary motive - selling water stolen the indigenous people.

John Muir fought a good fight, and so did many others - evil won - linked to greed - Mayor Phelan and his lackeys.  John Muir died - despondent - he was not perfect - however, his focus on Mother Earth and the environment - was spot on.

San Franciso has no connection with Hetch Hetchy Valley - except that a rogue engineer - put a notice on a tree - claiming the area - the Hetch Hetchy location one of a kind - its beauty second to none -  on this Earth. 

The Tuolumne River received its water from the two glaciers Lyell and Maclure - the Toulumne provided resources to a large area and all long its unimpeded course.

Then came the devils - who dammed the Hetch Hetchy valley - which gave these devils permission to cause harm to the indigenous people, the salmon, and other fish, the redwoods and other trees, the flora, fauna, the rivers, creeks, lakes, and more?

We simply cannot adversely impact nature - and then think we can fix the situation at hand.

We simply cannot overfish, overcut the old-growth forests,  contaminate the rivers, creeks, lakes, ocean, and think we can fix it. The situation at hand. It simply does not work like that.

I have been worldwide and seen for myself - how human beings have dammed rivers, cut forests, I look for the frogs and where the frogs abound and flourish - most everything is fine - that is my smelt test.

Rivers, creeks, lakes - have long served their purpose to help fauna, flora, birds of all kinds, more migratory - humans - and more.

Indigenous - people who have kept so much of our Earth pristine - only for the GREEDY to cause so much - damage.

We have lost over a million species - and more as climate change, huge fires, droughts getting worse - millions of human beings dying of starvation.

In the midst of this needs assessment - the Novel COVID-19 pandemic - hitting those that are poor - having to ability to have access to vaccines. 

The Pharmaceutical companies - trying to make more billions.

Already -  bailed out by the United States and other Developed nations - now trying to suggest - " boosters " are needed without empirical data.

 Greed knows no bounds - while daily, millions are slowly dying.

I have been to places to see large glaciers - more in Alaska - and seen for myself - these majestic glaciers - slowly but surely - fall apart - global warming, the depletion of the ozone - pollution and particulates - the mess some greedy humans have created - more in the last 350 years.

The skyline of San Francisco has changed - daily, we use millions of gallons of water for drinking and more to flush down the toilet - clean, pristine drinking water. We cannot do that anymore - and should have been using greywater - twenty years ago.

For over 35 years, I have been monitoring the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC) created in 1996 and related departments and entities.

The SF Water Department - the Department of Public Works - the SF Planning Department, the SF Ethics Commission, the SF Board of Supervisors, the San Francisco Health Department - and more. 

We lack leaders with a vision -  we once had leaders in San Francisco - worth the salt. No more.

The SFPUC is right now sinking - there is no transparency and less accountability.

We have organizations in San Francisco - some groups, too - who have no clue - comprehend how deep and corrupt the SF Public Utilities Commission has come to be.

The former General Manager led the SFPUC - down the drain into the cesspool of his own creation and that of his lackeys.

The SF Controllers' Office - Ben Rosenfield heading it - failed to address the blatant corruption.

The SF City Attorney Dennis Herrera has failed to represent us citizens of San Francisco.

The Mayor has anointed him to be the General Manager of the SF Public Utilities Commission - the same entity - the fox in charge of the chicken coop - failed to investigate. 

The SF Ethics Commission is today looked upon as a dysfunctional tool. 

Juliet Ellis stepped down - after spilling the beans - sending Harlan Kelly to his doom.

Tracy Zhou has jumped ship, Masood Ordhikani is keeping low - Carlin, the Deputy General Manage, opting for early retirement.

Hundreds of other gadflies - working for the SF Public Utilities Commission have left -  others are sweating one of them, Dwayne Jones. 

So-called Philanthropist and Owner of Rudolf Dwayne Jones - RDJ Consultants LLP - Dwayne Jones also purports to be the Gatekeeper of the Bayview Hunters Point - a scumbag who has stolen millions -  still is wheeling and dealing.

The Emerson Project was handed to Dwayne Jones on a platter - sole source by Harlan Kelly. It was a 15-year contract - when I brought the ploys and machinations to light - all hell broke loose.

AECOM/PARSONS two primes were chosen to handle the SFPUC - Sewer System Improvement Project - that started with a cap of $6 Billion is now $12 Billion - and will is heading towards a price tag - of $20 Billion.

The present SF Public Utilities Commission are lackeys - heading the SF Public Utilities Commission - Sophie Maxwell. Time will tell.

In 2002 the Water System Improvement Project was announced - with a tag of $4.9 Billion.

San Francisco handled $2.0 Billion - a Bond Measure passed - to address - the Water System Improvement Project - and the Sewer System Improvement Project.

The remaining $2.9 Billion was handled by the Regional partners -BASWA.

Paradoxically - the SF Public Utilities Commission - chose only to address the Water System Improvement Project - and is now nearing its completion in 2021.

In 2009 the Sewer System Improvement Project was funded by yet another Bond Measure - this time, it was tagged at $6 Billion. 

At this time, it has reached $12 Billion - heading for $20 Billion - the SSIP in the doldrums.
