THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT HAS DECLARED - JUNETEENTH AS A FEDERAL HOLIDAY - WE NOW WANT TO VOTE FREELY WITHOUT IMPEDIMENTS - HONOR THE 15TH AMENDMENT - WALK THE WALK.

Emancipation of Blacks - Juneteenth, a Federal Holiday.

When President Abraham Lincoln decided to " free the slaves " - it was not without Blacks then known better as Negros - proving they could be counted upon - fighting in the Civil War - and dying for what they then believed to be - right.

To this day, the 15th Amendment - the Right to Vote - has been denied to Blacks - all sorts of hurdles put in the way - and when it comes to opportunities - to uplift the Black population and people of color - there is much to the done.

Juneteenth is a Federal Holiday - it should be a day of recollection - a deep study of the Right to Vote - the deep study of " implicit bias" - the deep study of blatant discrimination.

Had it not been for Frederick Douglass, much of what we are talking about today - the role of Blacks in the Civil War, the Emancipation of Slaves, the mule and 40 acres of land, the very right to vote for all - would be naught.

Perhaps the only leader that could articulate with passion and full comprehension was John Lewis - who has passed away - and left a legacy.

Again few have read the Constitution to understand well the difference between Freedom and License. Abuse of Freedom is License.

It may sound odd - today, we do not have one Black Leader - worth the salt.

To understand the Right to Vote, the Right to own land, the Right to Free Speech,  the Right to speak one's mind - is deep - and today our Black leaders - talk the talk but do not walk the walk - and that includes Vice-President Kamala Harris.

All over this nation today - people will be marching and protesting - demanding that they be allowed to exercise their Freedom - there is Freedom, and there is License - abuse of Freedom is License.

Each of us must ask ourselves our deep do we know about our Constitution - the Supreme Court - our Rights as Citizens to do right.

How many of us understand - what the Founding Fathers had in mind. How many of us have read the Treaty that kept in place Slavery - and the right not to amend the Treaty - for the longest time ever.

Do Blacks truly understand unity? 

If so, why do we have several celebrations - each with its own " taint " - bragging about Juneteenth in San Francisco - when Blacks are hardly two percent of the population?

Why the public discord between Shamann Walton, the President of the Board of Supervisors, and Mayor London Breed and her ever-changing Mayoral Staff? 

Over $30 million controlled by Sheryl Evan Davis, Shakirah Simley, London Breed, other dubious characters all Blacks - who is fooling whom?

Over $300 million wasted - Community Benefits linked to the Sewer System Improvement Project (SSIP) - meant to help those that most needed help.

THE CORRUPTION AT SF CITY HALL - HAS REACHED SATURATION POINT - THE SUNSHINE TASK FORCE IMPOTENT, THE SF ETHICS COMMISSION DYSFUNCTIONAL, THE SF CONTROLLER AND SF CITY ATTORNEY IN BED - PUSSYFOOTING.

 

Mayor London Breed has established herself - as the head of abject corruption  - her latest stun - trying to establish herself and build a bubble around her - catering and pandering - to the SF City Attorney Dennis Herrera - others one worse than the other.  Lucifer.

We have a tendency to brag San Francisco is a First Class City - no more. 

The United Nations and other astute agencies and institutions have reported - San Franciso - has compromised Quality of Life issues. 

San Francisco has been compared to Rwanda - a third-world nation - when it comes to abject disparity - the filthy rich and very poor. 

The San Francisco Sunshine Task Force is impotent. The SF Ethics Commission is dysfunctional. The SF Controller and SF City Attorney are in bed - throwing whistleblower complaints to the wind. 

We have a District Attorney - he is a gadfly on the wall.

San Franciscans are confused - and fail to understand for decades we have had very corrupt heads of City Departments and Mayors - who have with intent - favored corruption - throwing checks and balances out - and embracing corruption of the worst kind.

The former U.S. Attorney for Northern California - opened a can of worms when he decided to target Mayor London Breed, Harlan Kelley, Juliet Ellis, Dwayne  Jones, and a host of other vermin - one by one they will meet their fate -  for decades this up to down abject corruption has eroded checks and balances, accountability, transparency, ethics, morals, standards -  the corrupt can run - but will not be able to hide this time - San Franciscans and hard-working taxpayers have suffered - for a long time. 

The San Francisco Ethics Commission is in shambles - year after year, it has had NO resources. No investigators worth the salt. Its audits have been prolonged - some completed - and others in the pipeline - left to wither on the vine.

As I have been saying, the SF Ethics Commission is dysfunctional.

 We have had the opportunity to have former Judge Quentin Kopp have a seat on the SF Ethics Commission -  others too - the back and forth was too much - no work done - and too much patting each other's behinds. 

The SF Ethics Commission has a website that is not user-friendly. It took Larry Bush to explain to the SF Ethics Commission -  how backward the SF Ethics Commission was. 

The SF Ethics Commission FaceBook page - frozen since 2018 - no First Class City - No World-Class City -  can operate less function - with laws and high standards - and operate in a lackluster manner.

The SF Ethics Commission is sinking  - never mind, it has been given - some resources - it has set precedence -  it has dropped the ball - and it will be difficult for the SF Ethics Commission - to stand tall and represent.

Dennis Herrera slated to fill the post of General Manager at the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission - making the seat linked to the SF City Attorney - a lackey of the Mayor - London Breed will fill it, and the ongoing corruption will get worse.

SF Controller has failed the Whistelblowers' Program - no one can fool all the people all the time - over $400 million wasted - was brought to the notice of the SF Controller - he chose to kick the can down the street - and will be responsible for a plethora of issues that will come to bite his butt - he had an opportunity and blew it.

Rudolf Dwayne Jones - philanthropist and self-appointed -  GateKeeper of the Bayview Hunters Point over $300 million wasted no accountability and less transparency - Comunity Benefits money linked to the Sewer System Improvement Program (SSIP).

Rudolf Dwayne Jones - still wheeling and dealing at the SF Port Authority - the Contract Monitoring Division, here, there, everywhere - our infants, our children, our youth, our young adults, our Elder, those with compromised health - more our mentally and physically could have been helped - he chose to play with fire!

The SF Sewer System Improvement Project started with a $6 billion budget ( yes, six billion ) - it has reached $12 billion and headed for over $20 billion.

The Digestors that should have been in place by now - stalled.

The Bio-Solids project - suspended - WEBCOR and its affiliates - demanded over $1 billion  - so-called changed orders - what is happening?

The investigators do not want us to disrupt their playbook - there is nothing to disrupt - bring those who are heads of these entities - including AECOM/PARSON.

Ivy  Fine from SFPUC missing in action - Harlan Kelly, the former General Manager charged by the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Juliet Ellis, who resigned - spilled some beans - and was let go - on a leash.

Masood Ordikani, Tracy Zhu, Yolanda Mozone, Eric Sadler, others too many to name - we heard them at the many meetings - lying, bluffing, and even as we spoke Truth to Power - for over 20 years - the SF Public Utilities Commission - turned and looked the other side. 

Millions wasted - even now as we are singing the blues.

We busted the methods of deceit - wheeling and dealings - and provided it on a platter - only for the dumb so-called investigators to wallow in their own ignorance - after years - they now have a playbook - that seems to be moving at a snail's pace.

Early on, we laid the route of the crooks - the so-called investigators - went to the crooks - and made their bed with the crooks - only for U.S. Attorney of Northern California - and the FBI to step in - and charge those that are now sweating - so many - that is has become overwhelming - San Francisco needs the Department of Justice - to step in and audit the SF Ethics Commission, the SF Controllers' Office, the SF City Attorney's office - before documents disappear - no one can fool all the people - all the time. 

The people astounded the SF Controllers' Office - they were fast asleep patting their behinds, bluffing the populace. 

The SF Marina Times - the Western Observer - took some leads from my Blog - having no clue - that all or what I wrote - took years of homework - and empirical data - that was concealed by SF Public Utilities Commission - Juliet Ellis, Ivy Fine - other crooks.

Masood Ordikhani, Tracy Zhu, and many others - all with the blessing of Harlan Kelly - the General Manager - who milked the system of millions of dollars.

So we few revealed the facts - we showed how the millions were wasted - if the SF Ethics Commission has NO clue what has happened and is still guessing what hit them like lightning.

They - have no need to operate - we need the Department of Justice - to reveal the injustices we the people of San Francisco have suffered - for decades - yes, for decades.  

We learned nothing much from the Water System Improvement Project. Millions wasted on Mountain Tunnel, Calaveras, Irvington Tunnel and, more.

Billions now with the Sewer System Improvement Project  - the Digestors moving at a snail's pace, the Bio-Solids project suspended - audit AECOM/PARSON - find out more about WEBCOR - who is Dwayne Jones and why does he have his dirty finger in every pie?

With the SF City Attorney's office's impending changes, there will be NO accountability and less transparency.

Right now, all we have are entities the SF Sunshine Task Force is impotent, the SF Ethics Commission dysfunctional, the SF Controller and SF City Attorney - in bed - kicking the can down the street.

SAN FRANCISCO AND SF CITY HALL HAS FAILED US WHEN IT COMES TO - BROADBAND - LINKED TO OUR INTERNET - OUR COMMUNICATION SYSTEM - IT IS JUST A MATTER OF TIME - WHEN HACKERS HAVE A FIELD DAY.

 

San Francisco has the ability to have the best infrastructure that we can have when it comes to our energy and electricity, our broadband and high-speed internet,  the sewer system we have with over 1000 miles most over 80 years old - our clean drinking water pipes - over 1100 miles with the City and County of San Francisco - also aging and leeching into the Watershed - and there is more.

Mayor London Breed and her lackeys - for all her talk, there has been no walk - London keeps barking up the wrong tree - saying something that means nothing at all.

City Hall has been closed for over 14 months - using Novel COVID-19 pandemic as an excuse - London Breed and her lackeys have wasted millions of dollars.

Any good Mayor has a BluePrint - address Safety, Housing, Transporation, Education, Health, Infrastructure, the growing disparity in San Francisco - compared to Rwanda - a third world nation in Central Africa - and London Breed has no clue about this and other major issues. 

In the past - way back in 2000 - some of us met to address critical issues within San Francisco and the Region-wide - the entire Bay Area. 

We got NO support from City Hall and the Mayors who were all busy filling their campaign coffers - Willie L. Brown Jr, then Gavin Newsom, followed by Edwin Mah Lee, the interim Mayor Mark Farrell, and now the worst of them all - London Breed. 

When Mark Farrell was the interim mayor, he pushed to address high-speed internet, controlled by the City and County of San Francisco. We have sufficient conduits to make this happen -because some of us - created a model - for the future - when high-power electricity cables - were installed - removed the electric poles - you see this on San Bruno Avenue - for instance.

You may not believe this - when then-interim Mayor wanted to implement - Broadband, highspeed internet, London Breed as President of the SF Board of Supervisors - ignorant, and lacking being educated on issues - refused to have anything with that progressive, viable, and sustainable plan.

the Veterans who could all have been accommodated easily at the Presidio of San Francisco - I have the facts.

When Frank Jordon was the Mayor of San Francisco - he was offered a plan - to accommodate the Veterans - and if that worked - the City and County could have leases thousands of units - so many that today - we would not be wasting our time - talking about housing - more affordable housing.

Mayor Frank Jordon - had no vision - and refused the offer.

When Sixth Army left the Presidio of San Francisco - deactivated - Nancy Pelosi chose to create the Presidio Trust - a quasi-federal entity - that has been - anathema.

The Presidio Trust was created to be self-sufficient - after the Federal Government pumped millions of dollars - to address some infrastructure issues - the Presidio Trust - decided to lease all the housing to the John Stewart Company  - www.jsco.net and the larger building to another Property Manager - all the Presidio Trust was interested was making money.

The Novel COVID-19 pandemic has brought the Presidio Trust to its knees - it has let go most of its employees, cut many programs - and is now drowning in the cesspool of its own GREED - and will fall flat on its face. Time will tell.

All the Veterans and more could have been living at the Presidio of San Francisco - and more. Veterans are skilled - prone to stress - they come home and are treated with disdain.

Early on, I suggested accommodating the Veterans at Fort Scott with all the amenities. After much discussion - two buildings that the nurses used - when the Letterman Army Medical Center was in operation - were handed over to Veterans and Non-Profit - Swords to Plows. The rest is history. 

For a few years, the entity was there and then told to leave - to cater to the Veterans at Treasure Island, Howard Street, 50 Otis Street, and elsewhere. Having no real amenities - as we had at the Presidio of San Francisco. 

Recently I saw Nancy Pelosi - in cooperation with Chinatown Community Development Center - shaking like a reed in the wind - talking from both sides of her mouth.

Mission Bay is contaminated - and no one should be living there. No needs assessment has been made of the contaminated soil - buried all over the place - the data is there - the empirical data is there - but abject corrupt and greed - moves London Breed, Nancy Pelosi, entities like the Chinatown Community Development Center to pander to corrupt entities - to make a little money.

It is the same at Hunters Point and Candlestick Point - all contaminated ground - where 30,000 units are planned - people exposed to all sorts of contamination - in many other areas  - radioactive elements - cesium, plutonium - depleted uranium was tested at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard.  

Dr. Ahima Sumchai has been courageously exposing the City and County of San Francisco - Mayor London Breed, the District 10 Supervisor Shamann Walton - these vermin do not care - they want to make all the money - and are in bed with the developers.

Where do they find these scumbags - who come into the community - and dole out money - taxpayers' money - Community Benefits - and then when charged - they resign, they try to hide - they can try - but like cockroaches - they will be exposed - and the world will know the Truth.

With over $600 million - one would think we could improve our Quality of Life issues - more about housing, education, transportation, health, our aging infrastructure - linked to our clean drinking water pipes, our sewer pipes, broadband, our high powered lines placed in conduits - that are in place - but the leadership is nowhere to be found - less with Mayor London Breed.

The Black so-called leaders - Malia Cohen, Shamann Walton, DionJay Brookter, Amos Brown, Veronica Hunnicutt, Linda Richardson, Doris Vincent, Eloise Patton, Dwayne Jones, Aurelius Walker - others too many to name - are a disgrace to the human race. 

The Black Panthers were known for their good actions - they did not pander to the MACHINE - today - we have parasites - who send mixed messages - Young Community Developers - will be audited fully again and again - the Truth will come out.

In the interim, will cannot and will not permit - the very corrupt to prey on the vulnerable - and for those boroughs up in the hood - to talk and act like " thugs."

There is only so much nonsense we can tolerate - those in the hood know who has been in the trenches fighting for those that cannot defend themselves - I am in touch with the vulnerable - and I have data, empirical data - on the crooks - so much that it will take a huge vault - to stack the paperwork.

Thank God we can scan the documents - thank God we can store them in many formats - thank God for David Anderson - the former U.S. Attorney General - who had the guts, tenacity, and fortitude to follow the money - and open the floodgates. 

San Francisco has a very dark cloud hanging - and there is much work to be done - it started way back in 1989 and to in 2021 - we see some to the results. God sees it all - those that are poor, those that need help - must be uplifted.

We are fortunate we have many in our hood; who knows what I am talking about - I am in touch with the - sisters and brothers -  unlike the Poverty Pimp Pastors - they will stand with the community that matters. 

We do not trust the politicians - more those who speak - from both sides of their mouths.  Aho.

We live on this Earth - Homo Sapiens - and have for over 20,000 years - remains Carbon Dated - for those naysayers - who do not want to believe in science - are fanatical - on aspects - and facts - that are part of our empirical data.

Those of us who study Philosophy, Theology, Sociology, the many sciences, including Medicine in all its aspects - we find it ridiculous - that dubious factors are created as a norm - to find some human beings - better than others - work with corrupt insurance companies - to come out with algorithms that defy - norms and standards - pander to corruption and false facts.

In the many "Gladiator Sports," some of us watch - we attach a bias - many love to pity one against the other - it is that inherent bias - that props up - we say may the  "better man win."

We pay No second thought - about the implicit bias - that we display - let the cat out of the bag - and thrive on one Gladiator going for the kill - and salivating on such - nonsense of sorts.

I was born in Nairobi, Kenya, East Africa -  always am proud that I was born at a time and place - where I was allowed to exercise my talents - as best I could. The land of the human race - where - early remains - point to the origin of humankind - Lucy and Oldiway Gorge. 

I was also blessed to travel worldwide - and see for myself - how human beings contribute their best to the Universe. Meeting thousands and facing cultural bias and reality - first hand.

I now live in San Francisco - where we are blessed to have so many nationalities from all over the world.

When the pandemic hit us - here in the United States - initially, we had to overcome many hurdles - our Leadership - at the White House was compromised - and thousands who could have been saved - died.

We did well in San Francisco - overcoming hurdles - links that could not work - making them work - and bringing thousands to sites to get vaccinated. While our Mayor London Breed was barking up the wrong tree, we did this - making statements that had no value. 

She broke the law - had dinner with like-minded folks - and when she broke the law in a congregate setting - she failed to apologize.

London Breed - heard from thousands of essential workers - who worked hard, put their lives on the line - and won our respect. London Breed could not help them with some monetary help - yet, in the middle of pandemic - she gave herself a pay raise - she makes $400,000 plus - shame on Mayor London Breed.

Today, London Breed is that gadfly on the wall - no one worth the salt - respects London Breed and her key appointees to City Hall - who have all failed us - decent, hard-working San Franciscans - miserably.  

Years early, I took a great interest in the Genome Chart - and also with all pandemics - but more diseases like Poliomyletis - better known as " POLIO. " 

I was paralyzed - the entire half side of my body - at age two - and today suffer from atrophy of my left leg.

I have learned to overcome Polio - but also compete in many other fields. 

I have heard the words " Race Norming " and challenged those that believe in that nonsense - proving them with empirical data - that one can and must speak - Truth to Power.

Shed light where there is abject - darkness.

Throughout my life - bringing people together - challenges me to offer opportunities -  to all - women and men - more children and youth.

When - I worked for the Army - I could use my talents - in other areas - and learn more about human dynamics - implicit bias, cultural competency - and a host of other concepts - shared by my inner circle.  We put our minds together and made good stuff happen. Many of those who participated - people of color.

While much has been made about " Race Norming " - Whites purporting to know better - being exposed to what I term - perversive - " inferiority complex" - learn the Truth - the hard way - but learn it, all the same, that is what counts.

"Race Norming" - is tied to Medicine and how a patient who is non-white - factors in some algorithm - that favors some adjudication - that favors - using blatant discrimination - to favor a party or decision - that has no bearing - worth the salt.

In many cases - Insurance companies work with corrupt attorneys - to bring about unjust adjudication - favoring Whites and disrespecting people of color - more Blacks.

Most hospitals and entities that want to save money use people of color as fodder - and this nonsense must STOP.

Here in San Francisco - I have heard at many meetings, some virtual and others in person ( all persons being vaccinated) - a unique situation - many Blacks caught in a web of corruption. 

Even when it comes to corruption - they use the words Race Norming - which is mind baffling.

Some in the circle - mention - " Race Norming " which astounded me - I had to listen - several times - why they used this term - and those most involved with Insurance Companies - were prone to use the words " Race Norming "  - as if the words - were full proof.

Condescending - more discriminating against those who did not have power and fighting the system- kept people down - just because they had no clout.

In 1981 the Federal Government - without much - fun fare implemented " Race Norming." 

I dealt with employees who were discriminated - and had to defend many and won my cases.

Equal Opportunities not made available to people of color - and related issues.

Employees were hard-pressed - to understand who was behind these new concepts.  Well - it was the White House, the U.S. Department of Justice, the leading Federal Agencies - who toed the line - against - people of color.  

In 1991 ten years later - the Civil Rights Act - outlawed the concept and implementation of " Race Norming " - and it still comes out - here, there, and everywhere - showing its ugly head.

It is much like the concept of " Qualified Immunity " - where Law Enforcement most favors White Law Enforcement to shoot first and ask questions later.

Truly speaking, these concepts - go back to the "Slave Plantation" - and Slavery - those who purport to be White - suffering from blatant - " Inferiority Complex" - lynching, treating fellow human beings saying they were only one-third human beings.

In recent years - all sorts of concepts - regarding the Human Race - have been thrown out for discussion.

For starters - we know that 98% of the wealth of our Nation -  is controlled by 0.01 percent of our population - which is around 340 million.

So, why is there a model that gives all citizens and entities in the United States - equal opportunities? What is fundamentally stalling this - if not discrimination of the worst order?

Why do we have a test that favors a certain segment of the population?

When it comes to hate - and treason of the highest order - why did we find - the majority of Whites - tarnish and demean - those values and rights so fundamental - to our common well-being?

Where are the Medical Field and experts on the hooligans, thugs, demeaning Capitol Hill - our Constitution that spells out in detail - about treason - taking both Congress and the Senate - to call for a meaningful and rightful  - hearing and adjudication. 

This nonsense about " Race Norming " - is much like those supporting the "thugs" who demeaned the process at Capitol Hill on January 6, 2021. All of them chose treason and must be dealt with.

We know who controls the National Football League - who are owners, who call the shots - any way you look at it - we know has the Black Football Players are treated like - Gladiators.

When it comes to being fair - paying the White Football Players receiving millions for pain and suffering - all this comes to a halt and stalled - when it comes to BLACKS - we must settle this score - once and for all.

Black basketball players, Black tennis players, Black Soccer players, Black Football players, Black Boxers - all must wake up - and take on the Insurance companies, the Federal agencies that endorse "Race Norming" and related concepts - some ridiculous - but forced down our throats.

The entire " Race Norming " since 1921 is flawed - it is ridiculous and mind blogging - how certain norms are created when it comes to Black women and men - and applied - without a second - thought. 

Here in the United States, many tribes are not Federally Recognized - President Joe Biden - for all his talk must address this situation at hand. 

The indigenous people were here for thousands of years - over 15,000 years. Democracy was practiced by the Six Nations - the Iroquois Federacy.

Our Founding Father invited the tribes of the Six Nations - to the Whtie House. Incorporated many norms and concepts into our Constitution - studied the norms of the Long - Log Cabin - and the Matriachial system - and more.

This implicit bias comes from the Whites suffer from " Inferiority Complex " - many did not take a bath for years - dousing the stench with scents - brought from the Middle East.

The numerals, algebra, geometry, mathematic in short - medicine, and other sciences all originated in the Middle East - the Whites know this but are short of acknowledging the facts - the Babylonian Civilization.

The Moors invaded and conquered Spain and Portugal and the surrounding area - and civilized those uncivilized -  the Univesity of Cordova and more. 

To know our present, we must acknowledge our past - we just cannot start fabricating and making policies - that are detrimental to progress - steeped in divisiveness -  more viable and sustainable. Aho.   

  

THE SF PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMISSION - IS TOTALLY DYSFUNCTIONAL - ALLOWING THE CITY ATTORNEY DENNIS HERRERA - TO BYPASS THE COMMISSION - SUING SACRAMENTO -FAVORING A FAKE VOLUNTARY AGREEMENT - WITH SFPUC - IN THE COCKPIT.

 

The Hetch Hetchy Valley 

There were four now three huge pipelines bringing millions of gallons of pristine water from the Hetch Hetchy Dam - the water store - granite walls - brought all the way to San Francisco - by gravity - some 160 miles - pristine water - all of which should be used only for drinking - but millions of this water used to flush our toilets.

Some months ago - we had two workshops - presenters - allowed to reveal facts - empirical data - showing us for the first time - after 15 long years - sharing facts that we appreciated - knowledge is power. 

For the last 20 years, we have been told fairy tales - and though privately we did our homework - we tolerated the nonsense told us - we did our homework - but today we have to speak out - because time is running out.

The Native American Tribes - the indigenous people lived here on Turtle Island for thousands of years - carbon-dated - over 15,000 years. 

Again and again, even as the indigenous people raise their voices - the Whites - Greedy as they are - turn away from wisdom and are now drowning in the cesspool of their own creation.

Water is Life. 

The salmon have long represented sustenance and life.

We may not know that -  but those who honor and respect Mother Earth - know what I say is key to life and nourishment and has been for thousands of years.

We think small - this Earth will survive all the pollution and contamination and forget who created this world - who looks after each and every species - and who on Earth is responsible for bringing about the extinction of millions of species. 

Time to pause, ponder, reflect and take drastic action - to correct the wrong - the proud and pompous - have done too much damage.

In the end, the Great Spirit sees it all - the indigenous people as they do now - will be the only ones who care for Mother Earth.

The  Elders have wisdom, and those who think they know some - know little - experience counts - and humility is an essential ingredient in all planning and decision-making.

Nature - comes first - long after human beings destroy - what they are capable of destroying - the Earth will survive - and others will come - and the situation will repeat and repeat and repeat.

Who will speak for the salmon?

Time is running out - and the time for long-drawn-out discussions is over - right now - this season - we have seen the results - the folly of those who are Greedy - and the depletion of the Salmon - revered and respected by the indigenous people.

In less than 300 years - much of what was pristine - has been polluted and contaminated.

Where once the White men came begging for help - he now bites the hand that fed him. Up until 1927, one could scalp an indigenous person and fetch a measly $5.

Edicts went out from the Governors of California - to kill the indigenous people - who would do that?  Those that have no morals, fewer ethics, for sure as we understand today - NO - standards - have failed us all.

While speaking for the indigenous people and the salmon, I have tried my best - I have put the SF Public Utilities Commission on notice -  warned them - they will fall flat on their face - suffer the consequences - because they lie -  liars are NOT worth the salt.

These experts - have a model that works - favoring the healing of the Sacramento River and the SF Bay-Delta - and allow the Tuolumne River - access to more water - to save the Salmon - that will soon - be extinct.

Some of us advocates - were quick that the SF Public Utilities Commission - learned something from the experts,  the well-prepared workshops.

It turns out - you cannot teach an old dog - new tricks.

It is simply astounding that the SF Public Utilities Commission - co thinks that being pompous - can bypass those caring for our environment and ecology.

Our rivers and lakes, our flood plains - and the welfare of the Sacramento River - the Bay-Delta, the other rivers - and be so small-minded - without a vision - and settle for some Volunteer Plan - that does not meet the smelt test. 

It is critical the Sacramento River - pass the true "smelt test. " Control the salination - simultaneously provide water for farming -  heal and revive the entire ecosystem - that has been compromised from many adverse - impacts.

Stop the access pollution, fertilizers -  phosphates, sulfates, nitrates - other toxins - ultimately exiting and flowing into the Pacific Ocean.

Pollution and contamination that harms birds, flora, and fauna and adversely impacts - Native Plants.

Gone are the days - where the rich nutrients brought by the thousands of Salmon and deposited at the foot of the redwood trees, other native plants, one-of-a-kind reeds - most depleted, and no one seems to care.

The Great Spirit sees it all - who will speak for the Salmon?

The Gold Miners polluted the rivers and destroyed the wetlands laden with mercury and other contaminants.

Some wetlands were drained, and farmers were encouraged to farm - shortsighted, the wetlands were destroyed. Then when all options run out -  the farmers were told - they need to restore part of the wetlands. The wetlands have always done well - reducing pollution - and help the native plants, migratory birds - and others - thrive.

Recently the wetlands are rehabilitated it late - but not too late -  this back and forth - the Greed playing an important role - nature defied by Gold miners - and other entities.

 

Harlan Kelly, the former General Manager - charged by the Federal Bureau of Investigation - failed in his duties - lacked sound leadership and spent inordinate time wheeling and dealing - 

he will be brought before the courts and receive his due.

The interim General Manager - too - has not been clear - 

he keeps kicking the can down the street -

while all the time - the SF Public Utilities Commission -

is growing in the cesspool of its own creation.

For decades, the Raker Act and the many agreements have favored - the City and County of San Francisco. The agreements permit the City and County of San Francisco - to fill the Hetch Hetchy Reservoir with sufficient water  - for the present and future needs. 

The SF Public Utilities Commission has been told clearly that they have sufficient water for 4 and 6 years. 

The SF Public Utilities Commission - could easily agree and release some water - sufficient for the Salmon to survive.

The - SF Public Utilities has defied logic - and helped to kill the Salmon, and for this - the SF Public Utilities Commission -  will pay the price.

Sophie Maxwell is the Chair of the SF Public Utilities Commission; it comes as NO surprise - not educated on issues - each time she opens her mouth - she utters nonsense - the questions she asks are shallow - and while once agreeing that the presentations given by the advocates shed light - she now wants to implement some volunteer plan - that does not meet any standards and fails to adhere to the data - more empirical data.

Mayor London Breed - she throws a Johnson wrench - she now wants to anoint City Attorney to be the General Manager - of the SF Public Utilities Commission - the SFPUC corrupt and sinking - London for reasons best know to her - puts the fox in charge of the chicken coop.

The present SF Public Utilities Commission -  have spent months working with the SF Human Resources - to select a General Manager. 

Suddenly out of the blue comes the Mayor of San Francisco - London Breed - she says she wants to appoint San Francisco's City Attorney Dennis Herrera to be the next General Manager.

The SF City Attorney failed to understand a fake Volunteer Agreement does nothing holistic to help the Toulumne River - some power-washing of the river bed.

Building some barrier that supposedly would permit the Salmon to cross the barrier - and by osmosis keep the non-native fish and other unwanted species at bay.

The SF City Attorney - decides that he can sue the State of California - and demand the State of California to stay put - while he dances and sings the blues.

The current SF City Attorney is part of the problem - failed to do due diligence - the ongoing corruption at the SF Public Utilities Commission - the same can be said about the SF Controller's office - and one Ben Rosenfield.

Juliet Ellis - stepped down - involved in nefarious activities - good riddance of dreadful rubbish.

Dwayne Jones - President of Rudolf Dwayne Jones - Gate Keeper of the Bayview Hunters Point - self-appointed Philanthropist -bragger per excellence  - has hoodwinked the community - spent millions of Community Benefits on projects that cannot be accounted for - his time has arrived.

 

Million of dollars - Community Benefits - spent on nefarious projects - one Juliet Ellis, the Assistant General Manager, has left her job - after being investigated by the FBI. She was in charge of OutReach and could not account for millions spent.

Dwayne Jones supposedly is in charge of WorkForce - and recently is quiet as a mouse - his day is coming.

    

Why would the SF Public Utilities Commission - hold to access water and not release some water back into - the Tuolumne River.

Help the Salmon to breathe better - accommodate the flow of the Tuolumne - help the salmon move faster - help the temperature of the water.

The Scientists are studying -  the many adverse impacts - when the water is less - and the adverse impacts.

Added are the many factors linked to pollution and contaminants -  as the Scientists face and solve the adverse elements - linked to increased housing - the outflow of secondary effluents - plastics and garbage -  the scientists keep pushing for results due time - to bring some solace.

I often say who will speak for the Salmon? As the Salmon entered the various routes inwards bound - from the Pacific Ocean  - inward bound to spawn.

The - Native Americans - the indigenous people - lit fires - all the way welcoming the Salmon - and what the Salmon contributed to the entire area - the nutrition they left - to nurture the Redwood Trees and other plants. 

The many species the Salmon provided nutrition - the Eagles, the various other animals, the bears, the many crawling species - all rejoicing - the salmon spawning and in doing so - bidding farewell - so much appreciated by those that believe in the Great Spirit. 

Who will speak for the Salmon?

Once over 100,000 salmon spawned - barely 1000 returned last year - and what do the SF Public Utilities Commission - need to know more - more the Chair of the SF Public Utilities Commission - Sophie Maxwell.

The leadership at the SF Public Utilities Commission is pathetic?

I paid keen attention to the two presentations - and thought for a second the SF Public Utilities Commissioners - would see the light at the end of the tunnel. I was mistaken - these Commissioners have blinders - and some earplugs stuck in the ears - with Gorilla glue.

Dennis Herrera is an anathema to our City and County of San Francisco. For years Mr. Butte has been saying - he knows Dennis Herrera to be a provocateur and a person who has faked his resume.

Mr. Butte continues to send messages to the SF Controller - Ben Rosenfield - to the SF City Attorney Dennis Herrera, to the SF Board of Supervisors - to no avail.

Those appointed to the SF Public Utilities Commission - seem to rubber-stamp - what the corrupt want and desire. 

The General Manager of the SF Public Utilities - has been charged by the Federal Bureau of Investigation. His name Harlan Kelly - a scoundrel who has disgraced himself and cast a dark cloud on our Fair City - the City and County of San Francisco.

The Assistant General Manager for External Affairs - Juliet Ellis - has left her position - snitching and spilling beans on the way out.

Earlier - in her career - at the SF Public Utilities Commission - she was charged by the Fair Political and Practices Commission -  headquarter in Sacramento.

She ignored the charges - paid a fine - and continue to do her dirty work - pussyfooting around -  wasting millions of dollars - taxpayers' money. 

All those sitting on the present SF Public Utilities Commission have knowledge of the matter at hand - and think little of the abject corruption.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation - has many others - all lined up - the investigation was initiated by former Attorney General for Northern California - David Anderson.

The actions the SF Public Utilities plans to help the Salmon - are all so out fetched and foolish - proposing to build a fish barrier - that supposedly would allow only the Salmon to negotiate the barrier - and some by osmosis - keep non-native fish - out of the Tuolumne River.

We are fortunate to have many advocates who have dedicated their lives and spend thousands of man-hours - advocating for the good of the Tuolumne River. The other rivers - and advocating sound model - back by empirical data.

One of them is Peter Drekmeier - I defer to Peter Drekmeier - to speak for the Salmon - those aspects - scientific and falling into the category of empirical data and sound models.

It is amazing how the SF Public Utilities Commission - like chaff falling by the wayside and stay there - useless -  not adhering to common sense and better judgment. 

Common sense is a rare sense - and not too many have it - and those that have it - must be humble - for the Great Spirit knows it all.

The window of opportunity to move forward has since passed - we have sadly learned - you cannot deal with buffoons - they hear you, but they do not listen.

I have been monitoring these charlatans for the last 40 years - the madness has reached saturation point. 

The Great Spirit sees it all - Greed is what these charlatans are all about - they will fall - flat on their face. Aho.
