The SF Office of Community Investment and Infrastructure (OCCI) is one of the most corrupt entities. 

It has inherited its tainted DNA from the former San Francisco Redevelopment Agency (SFRA) that was deactivated.

The Successor Agency to the SFRA was created - and now the Office of Community Investment and Infrastructure (OCCI).

The new play ground of the OCCI - is now Mission Bay - once the operations of the Santa Fe railway - where the land was contaminated - creosote and related contaminants - of the worst kind.

In the early 1950s to early 1980s - tons of chrome plating residue, all sorts of old worn our tires, all sorts of rubbish was dumped at Mission Bay.

Added - the many Piers were falling in disrepair - those who loved fishing - would perk themselves on worn out poles and other makeshift temporary platforms - and conduct their perilous hobbies.

I have posted the agenda above for those that would like to follow the " virtual meeting " - another agenda address so called affordable housing - units - one bedroom, two bedroom, and three bedroom - not for rent - ownership.

Commissioner Scott asked about rent and was told that the units were not for rent. She asked other questions - revealing time and again her shallow knowledge - when it come to subjects and issues that some one in her position - should know better.

We advocates recently have had the Federal Bureau of Investigation come to our rescue. 

These two agenda items - discussed at the Feb 16. 2010 virtual meetings will be adjudicated by some other authorities - the issue of the Environmental Impact Report.

The - close proximity to the Freeway spewing very dangerous particulates - that our children will breathe and cannot kept out by building a wall. Who is hoodwink whom in broad daylight.

Another factor to review - the close proximity to a sewer pump operated by SF Public Utilities Commission - in close proximity to the proposed new school.

The  site on which the brand new school will be located and built -  has not been abated nor mitigated - creosote and other contaminants have been found on the site - before.

In San Francisco we have had minimal testing and even less sequencing.

Hardly had the Federal Government assured they would do there best to provide vaccines to  Alameda County and provide vaccines that could be provided at the Oakland Stadium - and also at Moscone Center - we all welcomed the good news.

Here come Mayor London Breed shouting and screaming that the Moscone Center would vaccinate 7,000 to 10,000 daily.

As we realized and knew - only 1,500 were vaccinated on the first day - and the like number continues.

Our Elders were dying at Laguna Honda - a Center for Seniors - the vaccines were provided by the State of California - who do you think takes credit for the program - Mayor London Breed.

Mayor London Breed does not have one single BLUE PRINT created by herself - to serve the taxpayers of San Francisco - she is busy showcasing Poets, talking from both sides of her mouth - when it comes to our Public Schools that come under the State of California.

She has failed our Elders - those with compromised health - and has no clue about the VARIANTS come to bite her on her fat ass.

Dr. Grant Colfax - has no vision, less fortitude -  has failed us all - no testing -  even less sequencing. Several Variants - waiting to create surges in San Francisco -  we are NOT prepared. Wait until it happens - so quickly.

Mayor London Breed and her sidekick Dr. Grant Colfax has failed San Francisco  - one can state this many times. To no avail.

Harlan Kelly the kingpin a crook - who even as we speak has No remorse - and continues to do business as usual in private. Harlan Kelly will  fall on his face - he is a scumbag of the first order.

Juliet Ellis whose sole purpose to work for SF Public Utilities Commission - was to make money - she stole money - and Attorney General David Anderson - has the trial - follow the money - the Attorney General whoever he or she is - we will see.

We believe in the Truth - and the Truth will prevail - we started this process way back in 1999 - in 2020 we saw some results.

What we have is the empirical data - tons of it - and that is what matters.

They are connected to AECOM - and others - Willie L. Brown JR. - some of us are trained in the military - we can deal with the situation at hand.

Time and time again - mistakes are made from those in charge at the Moscone Center - to this day - we have Elders above 65 years who are not taken care of - we hear the same refrain - no vaccines.

Who is responsible of the deaths of the Elders.

With the pharmacies coming on board Walgreens, CVS, and other those most vulnerable should be take care of - the SF General Hospital, the SF Office of Emergency Management - have all failed us.

The pharmacies such as Walgreens, CVS can do a better job -

we are already seeing changes - at locations - closer to the neighborhoods - and Seniors and other taken care of.

Much like essential workers - we must vaccinate our small businesses. 

There are others that need to be vaccinated - the SF Office of Emergency Services - has NO clue about logistics.

The way they view thing - a sordid mentality - these two only want others - such as the Federal Emergency Management Agency to take the lead and do the heavy lifting.

When it come to taking action - the SF Office of Emergency Services has no vision, no leadership, they lack sound training - and to this day do not have a seasoned Emergency Management Commander - much as FEMA has.

The hub created at the Moscone Center have individuals who should be handling other important issues - but in the past you had Naomi Kelly, Harlan Kelly, Juliet Ellis - at the SF Office of Emergency Services - spending more time - frolicking.

Today -  you have other heads of department including Ben Rosenfield who is our Controller and others too many to name - all wasting their time at Moscone East - carrying one mundane actions - and making over $300,000 a year.

Our small business have shut their operations and have left San Francisco.

One has just to see the many stores close on Union Square - looks like a War Zone.

In our neighborhoods - and no one seems to care - once the stores. are shut and go away - jobs go away. The majority of jobs in San Francisco - are created by small businesses. Time will tell.

Joaquin Torres the former head of the SF Mayor Office of Economic Development - failed the small businesses - always kicking the can down the street.

He has been rewarded - and will now - head the Assessors' Office - the man is a "B" Movie Actor.

Joaquin Torres - has no experience linked to economics, less about running businesses, he failed at his last job - and now he is put in charge of an important job - the Assessors' Office.

The Financial District has millions of square inches  - vacant - and this will last of the next five years if not more.

Hundreds of large corporations and hundreds of start ups - more in the technology field - have left for Houston, Texas - Miami, Florid other cities that provide better facilities and tax breaks.

San Francisco bleeds small businesses - sometime it take 5 years to get a permit - and on an average 3 years - who has the money to invest and waits for years - to open a businesses.

For a long time the City and County took things for granted - more when it came to raking in millions - many a time - double dipping into the businesses -  you could appeal and win most of time.

The COVID-19 pandemic has hit the Mayor London Breed like lighting. Her advisors are at a loss - the easy way out they think - is doling out " pink slips " to essential workers - while the corrupt like Mayor London Breed - gets a raise - and she makes $400,000.

The Mayor London Breed in the middle of the pandemic has given herself a raise - she make over $400,000 plus perks. The FBI came for Mayor London Breed - and her fall will come soon - she has No clue how to run a City - more a City and County of San Francisco.

This one singular fact is not known to San Franciscans - who are suffering - under a Mayor who cannot handle her weight, the heifer seems not to care - about her health - and cannot articulate on any important subject.

She favors hogging -  at restaurants like The French Restaurant - where no one was suppose to congregate - following the COVID-19 pandemic rules. 

London Breed did not follow her own rules and regulation - and then took weeks to apologize. And when she apologized for her folly and stupid actions - she did it - in a nonchalant manner.

Very poor leadership, weak in the knees, inept and spineless.

She loves taking junkets - shopping and pussyfooting around - while San Franciscans our Elders, our children, those with compromised health are suffering.

This nonsense taking millions - some 10% of the budget - from the many City Departments and giving millions - to a recently created Office of Racial Equity headed by Sheryl Evans Davis, and Shakira Simley, and others - incompetent folks.

The Department of Racial Equity has not come to the community at large - with a meaningful presentation - about their nefarious operations and plans.

The the taxpayers who pay their salaries - these folks do not care to serve Native Americans, LatinX, the Pacific Islanders, the Asians, the poor Whites, others who need help.

Here are some of the morons - corrupt to the core.

On a personal level they stand for life style models - favoring those that have NO standards, less morals, even less ethics - we know what they do - when they close the door behind them. 

We know the sordid dens - where they play their dangerous games - even now - as the pandemic is raging - and they continue to do - as they please. Pathetic.

Blacks in San Francisco - form 3 % of our population, 52% of those incarcerated are Blacks, thousands of cases - over the last 5 years -  linked to assaults, shooting and killings, home break-ins, rapes,  hurting Elders, domestic violence, other Class One crimes - look at the data - and find out who is committing these crimes.

Quality of Life issues in San Francisco has been compromised.

On San Bruno Avenue in San Francisco from Silver to Mansell - too many stores have been broken into - the SF Police Department knows this but had done nothing to deal with the situation at hand.

In the Bayview shootings and killings - reminds one of the Wild West.

The District 10 Supervisor - corrupt to the core - who has taken millions from Lennar - a rogue developer.

The issue came up in the open - during the District 10 election - a candidate Theo Ellington revealing the facts.

Shamann Walton did not have anything to say - now he says he received the money - to served Young Community Developers (YCD) - programs - when he was the Director of YCD. An audit will reveal the Truth.

How about getting Community Benefit delivered to Shamann Walton from Dwayne Jones. Then Shaman Walton giving Dwayne Jones a corrupt individual - a job as consultant. 

This is conflict of interest - we advocates know more - but witnessing - the sorry sight and plight of Shamann Walton is pathetic.  More horrific - and nauseating.

The FBI will be knocking at his door and then let us see what he has to say.

We have all these Blacks - Harlan Kelly, Keith Jackson, Derf Butler, Naomi Kelly, Dwayne Jones, DionJay Walker, Malia Cohen, Zulu Jones - others too many to name - all have enjoyed money from the Community Benefits - linked to the Sewer System Improvement System -meant for the community.

I fought for these Community Benefits - never saw any of the crooks mentioned above - standing for the community - more our Elders, our infants, children, youth, those with compromised health.

Outsiders come and get $300,000 grants on a platter and it goes on and on. Corruption of the highest order.

Let us get to the point - we want the minutes of the Joint-Venture deliberations - linked to the Community Benefit - connected with Sewer System Improvement Project.

We are talking about $400 million - and one document showed some fake accountability or audit - for about $34 million.

Recently when the Controller asked for the audited document - the documents went missing - have you heard of such nonsense - under the nose of the very SF City Attorney and the SF Controllers' Office. SF Board of Supervisor - Gordon Mar requested the audit  - and now it has vanished.

This nonsense has been going on at SF City Hall and more Room 200 for decades.

For how long have I been pointing out the crimes perpetrated by  Juliet Ellis.  The same when it comes to Harlan Kelly, and Dwayne Jones - others.

Recently the SF Ethics Commission was told to cut their budget by 10% - the very Commission and its staff - who are suppose to maintain some decorum.

Right now the SF Ethics Commission has NO resources. The SF Ethics Commission no money to hire essential staff. One staff member who use to work as an investigator has joined the SF City and County in the Human Resources Department.

Title VI forbids discrimination - and the Racial Equity Department can be charged with blatant discrimination - with inept folks like Sheryl Evan Davis and Shakira Simley - opening defying the mandates laid down - by Title VI mandated laws.

There is more to this situation when mostly Black are found to be the most corrupt - wasting millions of dollars - we have the empirical data - all this in San Francisco - named after Saint Francis of Assisi.

There are Whistle Blower complaints before the SF Controllers Office and the SF City Attorney - linked to millions of dollars - wasted. 

Both the SF City Attorney and SF Controllers' Office feel they have to protect the crooks - and in doing so protect the City and County of San Francisco.

This logic is ass backwards - protecting crooks such as Harlan Kelly.

Even though he has been charged - he has created his own business and has been doing business even though he is charged for high crimes - too many to reveal - at this time.

Naomi Kelly will head a public bank - and will be busy counting money. The drama continues - San Francisco surely has a better show - substituting - for the famous show - now, no more - BEACH BLANKET BABYLON.

As things stand today - months after the vaccines are available we find " people of color " Native Americans, Blacks, LatinX, Asians - other you get the picture - find it difficult to get the vaccine.

What compounds the abject discrimination - are those 65 years and older - who are cleared to get the vaccines but cannot get them - because of various hurdles.

Those living in zones where poverty exists are left to themselves and those authorities and entities who should help them - are no where to be found.

Paradoxically, the CDC does not have the empirical data - and can tell you about Whites - women and men - but finds it difficult to mention - about people of color.

Again and again we find ourselves talking to the television - and if one is ignorant - have not read the constitution, have not read about Human Right protected by the United Nations.

Do not have any idea about the International Courts - if one is ignorant - one must begin to educate oneself - and use empirical data - to know more.

Simply put we know how to eat right to feel right - treat our body with respect.

We understand that education is critical to discern, stand up for our rights, and improve our living condition. Our children must be well educated to keep the standards we enjoy - Freedom.

Our mind is powerful and the more we exercise our mind - the better we are - each and everyone of us.

Most importantly most of us have learned about our soul - by large measure most people are people of Faith. That does not mean that we do not tolerate those that do not - believe in God and have no Faith.

 I am saying it is important to have Faith and believe in God. That is my subjective opinion. I have good friends, very close friends - who do not go to Church - they are good people and believe their good actions count.

Our Founding Fathers - created the Constitution.

The Constitution is a very interesting document - living in other countries - reading the Constitution before becoming a citizen and from time to time today - the more you read the Constitution it reveals situations - much as it has in place solutions - for those who favor insurrection - want to commit treason - and in short commit high crimes.

The Constitution is evolving - and the Founding Fathers - had no clue about technology, the advancements of atomic and nuclear weapons, our adventures into space, advancement in health, education, safety - in short Quality of Life issues.

Many amendments to the Constitution embrace the many rights that we enjoy - including one important one - the Right to Vote.

The Civil Right Movement - lead by Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and others - has brought true Freedom to many.  We need to do more - and that left on us - we cannot afford to have too many armchair critics - and no one on the frontlines - fighting the needed - fight for true freedom.

There is Freedom and there is License. Abuse of Freedom is License.

Again and again the United States has failed to apologize to the First People, the indigenous people of this land - they called Turtle Island.

The United States of America has signed many treaties - with the indigenous tribes - tribes having sovereign rights. Most of the treaties have been broken.

The Elders have a saying do not trust those that speak with a forked tongue - making direct reference to the Whites - who stole the land, raped the women, killed the children, maimed many, burnt homes -  to this day the United States government has not apologized.

Statutory Hall - the mob invaded and desecrated this this Sacred Space. They did the same breaking-ini not offices stealing, rampaging and show their true colors. Trash.

Today the arrogance of the Whites - that mob that attacked Capital Hill  is on trial - and those that broke the law - must be dealt - in a manner that a very strong message is sent to all those - that want to use violence to make a point - that can be made with true representation - and peaceful protests.

If you play with fire - think that you can harm others - adversely impact those that protect - behave like hooligans - you better think twice.

It is pathetic for some to think they know what a revolution is - when they cannot spell revolution.

There was a time - during the Civil War - where had it not been for a great Abolitionist, Editor, and Statesman - Blacks then known as Negros would not participate in the Civil War - and bring about victory - in battle after battle.

Frederick Douglass who I admire a lot - have read a lot about him - sat down with President Abraham Lincoln and proposed to him a plan that brought President Abraham Lincoln - our victory and freedom that we all enjoy today.

Many Blacks earned the victory for the rest of us - and we owe them our gratitude. Some were compensated - given land - and many Blacks from that time called Negros - took pride in tilling the land and working hard.

Slowly as time went by White farmers - more racists got huge subsidies and the Blacks were left to fend for themselves. Blacks gradually lost their farms. 

Blacks who made headway in politics - were adversely impacted - dirty politics that kept Blacks down for over a hundred years. Only after the recent Civil Rights marches - led by Dr. Martin Luther King - have we seen some resurgence.

Recently we saw our Capitol Hill invaded by a mob of Whites - most chronic racists. We do not pay attention - and history repeats itself. 

Earlier the Mr. George Floyd incident hit a raw nerve - we saw on television - a White so called police office - racists to the core - put his knee on the neck - of Mr. George Floyd.

Mr. George Floyd - begging to save his life - his every breath deprived - suffocated to death - and millions decided to take to the streets - all over the world.  

For the first time people from all walks of life - Asians, LatinX, Whites, Middle-Eastern, Native Americans - others.

Even - the Amish community came out and surprised so many - Whites too who care and many Whites - who suffer today.

So - many of the poor - from all walks of life - living pay check to check - decided to march and vent the disparity, lack of respect - crimes against humanity - the sordid ill treatment of those who work hard - two and three jobs - and barely survive.

Today we have a Defense Secretary a Black man - General Lloyd J. Austin who is the 28th Secretary of Defense and we all are proud of this fact - more, those of us who know some and stand tall and represent.

As we were going through our trials and tribulation we had General James Mattis - he is White but he understands the situation at hand.  We thank him for his hard work and standing tall and representing - when he was needed.

We are living in dire times - the COVID-19 pandemic has played havoc with those who are poor and needy.

Our children are suffering - from food security and lack of education.

This one singular fact - takes us all back years. Unless we create models to help all have bread and butter - some semblance - more decency, human rights as projected by the United Nations and other stellar and astute organization.

The World Health Organization and other institutions within the United States - have been beacons of hope - only for one egoistical maniac - who we have thrown out of the White House - to defund, leave organizations, and bring disgrace to the United States.

The only idiot to be "impeached twice" - the idiot should not have been allowed to be " Commander in Chief " - the only reason he got in - was because he was White. 

Today America is reeling in shame - confused, divisiveness is deep - and the scars and hurt - will take decades to heal. Wake up America - and see the light - of those that worked hard - and revealed the best aspects of our being to the world - now, tarnished - but there is Hope and we - Americans - will rise from the ashes.

President Joe Biden has done well by giving fair representation - appointment some very important people of color - to some very important position - where changes can be made.

The most important the position as the Secretary of Interior - time for all the tribes that are NOT Federally Recognized by recognized - that too in their own land.

How is it possible for Tribes that have lived here for over 15,000 years are treated as second class citizens - here on Turtle Island - also know as the United States of America.

In order to be Federally Recognized  - the tribes have to prove they have been here as a tribe - continuously living - according to mandates set by the Department of Interior.

We now can have DNA tests - to get rid of that primitive way - of making the tribe to collect - documents like birth certificates and other mundane documents and methods that defy logic and more fair play and justice.

People of color today - must understand - only in unity can we bring about change. We cannot leave out Native Americans, the LatinX community, the Asian community, the Pacific Islander community - talk about Racial Equity for Blacks - when they is no paramount logic to this current madness.

Here is San Francisco we have very corrupt folks mostly Blacks who are doing injustice to San Francisco. 

Yet millions have been taken from the SF Police Department and Sheriff's Department - some $21 million to be used by Sheryl Evan Davis and her lackeys - this type of nonsense will not bring about unity - not in the middle of this pandemic.

Black in San Francisco commit more crimes than any other community. Some of them horrific  - attacking Senior Citizens like Asians - not. only in Oakland China Town - but all over the San Francisco. This nonsense must STOP  - now.

We have three Blacks on the SF Police Commission - DionJay Brookter, Malia Cohen, and Paul Henderson who is uncharge about Police Complaints and related issues - none of them represent San Francisco and San Franciscans - they are an anathema to us all - and must step down.

The Chief of Police is Black - and crimes like home break-in are on the increase, stores booked into - assaults on the increase - domestic violence more among Black on the increase.

The empirical data must be posted on the website - the true picture - not a fake picture - saying hundreds of cases cannot be reported - as long as they being investigated.

The SF Police Commission is a JOKE - each one talking on that sordid Commission - talking in circle - folks yawning the likes of Malia Cohen and Paul Henderson. 

Each one patting the behind of each other - when these good for nothing jackasses - should not be on the SF Police Commission - that has failed us all.

We people of color must speak up - it is now or never. Do not think the Democrats in San Francisco - will come to our rescue. 

The majority of those who vote are Independents. Time the Independents show their true color - unity and stand tall and represent - their heart in the right - place. Aho.

We all witnessed the destruction at the Capitol Hill

 on Januar  6, 2021.

Insurrection and traitors go hand in hand  - on January 6, 2021 we witnessed - desecration of a Sacred Space - the Capitol Hill.

As the traitors - crashed into Capitol Hill - even as the Electoral Votes were counted - the then incumbent in the White House - encouraged the traitors to commit horrendous and nefarious activities all -recorded - thousands of photographs and videos as proof. 

Seeing in believing.

There is Freedom and License - abuse of Freedom is License.

Today - all sorts of excuses are made - and the Egoistical Maniac who lived in the White House - planned for 77 days plus to create pandemonium, confusion, hatred and divisiveness of the worst kind - our Nation hurt and the world astounded -as to what has happened to the United States of America.

This land we call the United States - for thousands of years - better known as Turtle Island - has seen the worst type of destruction - our land contaminated, our air polluted, the lakes and watershed contaminated.

The strangers stole ideas from the Six Nations - the Iroquois - and deemed to have created " Democracy " - that was tarnished - for all the world to see.

What makes the incident - so horrendous - is that it was led and fueled by someone - demonic - who lived in the White House - and who failed humanity.

When the world saw us before this incident - they saw the goodness of the human spirit - and with it love and kindness - empathy and compassion.

When the world see us today - they ask us - and many have asked me - how was it possible - that those in charge - permitted such actions to happen - at the Capitol Hill?

Each one of us who has served our Nation - know well - that we who serve - have no place for traitors and less for any insurrection.

The government of the people, by the people, and for the people - came close to be bodily harmed - but for the grace of God.

The Capitol Hill - that Sacred Space - was desecrated - and we saw the nefarious actions - on television.

Even as the destruction, the pillaging, the pandemonium - took place - those witnessing the horrific scenes - will never, ever forget the incidents of January 6, 2021.

Those memories will be etched in our minds - but what is more - our heart and being  is full of sorrow - to this day.

This land belongs to the indigenous people - and those who committed the crimes - were mostly White - we know this - but few want to investigate - why did so many fanatics - mostly White - have to committed nefarious activities for all the world to see.

Kamala Harris - as the Vice-President - some hours after 

the mob attacked Capitol Hill - showing fortitude and tenacity.

We know that former Vice-President Mike Pence - came close to be harmed. 

We know others Representatives came close to be harmed. 

This has never, ever happened before - the impeachment against the Demonic person who lived at the White on January 6, 2021 - his instigation, his prodding to do harm - other nefarious deeds - more precarious.

We know hours after the pandemonium the Electoral Votes were counted - and President Joe Biden was declared - the winner.

We must commend the Representative for carrying on their duties - counting the votes - standing tall - proving to the world Truth always prevails.

The loser was the Demon - he lost the popular vote - he lost the Electoral vote - he was declared the loser.

We know the "demon " today - better - as the loser and the sucker of all times.

Capitol Hill Police Officer Brian Sicknick -

laid his life - to protect other - murdered by the mob -

January 6, 2021. He was laid to rest today - Feb 3, 2021.

Today - February 3, 2021 - we all reflect even as we put to rest the Capitol Hill Officer - Brian Sicknick who gave his life to protect others. He made the ultimate sacrifice - he lost his life protecting - others.

During my life time - I have known many Capitol Hill Police Officers - even as I have known many United States Park Police - other Law Enforcement too.

We understand the Capitol Hill does a force of 4000 but for some reason only 1600 were present on January 6, 2021. We also understand that the Capitol Hill Officer - did not have higher standard of protective gear - to deal with the situation at hand.

I have been to Capitol Hill - seen the Representatives in session - stood and admired the many monuments - placed in a circle - Statuary Hall.

The more I remanence - the more I feel that the desecration - should not be taken lightly.

These so called fanatics - must know - that they will be brought before the courts  - they culprits - should all be treated as traitors -  their treason called out - justice meted out on a War Footing.
