SO WHAT REALLY HAPPENED TO THE EMERSON PROJECT - THE OUT-REACH GIVEN TO DWAYNE JONES AND HIS MINIONS - SUDDENLY - THE ACTUAL WORK HAS BEEN TRANSFERRED TO PLATINUM CONSULTANTS - WHAT IS HAPPENING?

 

Dwayne Jones has access to millions -

wheeling and dealing - pretending to use outreach 

money - some $500 million - linked to contracts and

outreach - doling to his friends - but keeping a vast

amounts for himself - time will tell.

once I reported the matter - everything came to a halt.

Way back in 2018 I reported about the EMERSON Project - I saw then and I see it now - how - very corrupt Harlan Kelly, Juliet Ellis, and Masood Ordikhani have become - corruption - has reached a saturation point at SF Public Utilities Commission.

Our Main Media is not into investigative reporting - one has to do the heavy lifting - then given the data and empirical data - to the Main Media - and then only they write about garbage - much like vomit on the street - puke from drunks and those inebriated - most of you know what I am talking about.

At 1550 Evans this large so-called Recreation Center -

is costing millions - and the project is crawling at 

snail's pace - there is no outreach done - none what so ever -

yet three crooked entities are doing the outreach - one worse

then the other. Why are these entities after our Community Benefits - while our infants, children, youth, young adult, our beloved Elders - those with compromised health, more our mentally and physically challenged are suffering.

Crooks of the worst order - keep getting contracts - and the Prime have the luxury to get millions more added to their contracts - and then work with Masood Ordikhani, Juliet Ellis, and Dwayne Jones - to use the Primes and the added money given to them - to permit the three I have mentioned above - to do outreach with transparency and accountability - again, and again, and again.

Unfortunately only the Federal Burea of Investigation can follow the money - as they did with the EMERSON Project - in the year FY 2017-2018 - Rudolf Dwayne Jones (RDJ) received a huge sum of money $818,814 for outreach - then in FY 2018- 2019,  RDJ Enterprise received another amount of $1,349,730 then in the year 2020 - 2021 nothing - zero - we had to dig deeper - and low and behold  - Platinum Consultants  - has the contract - Chris Gruel - how did this happen?

We a few of us fought for Community Benefits - for the infants, the children, the youth, the young adults, our beloved Elder, those with compromised health - more our mentally and physically challenged.

For sure - not some Blacks - crooked to the hilt - the likes of Sophie Maxwell, Juliet Ellis, Harlan Kelly, Naomi Kelly, London Breed, Sheryl Evans Davis, Doris Vincent, Veronica Hunnicutt, Dwayne Jones,  Elosie Patton, Toye Moses, DionJay Brookter, Shamann Walton, Al Williams, other not Blacks like Masood Ordhikhani, Youlanda Mazone, Chris Gruel - and of course behind the scenes for Mayor Willie L. Brown Jr.

$6 Billion - has reached $12 Billion - and is easily  

poised to reach $20 Billion - who is kidding whom?

Juliet Ellis has been subpoenaed by the Federal Bureau of Investigation - and is spilling the beans - she has always been someone NOT to be trusted -  playing games hand in glove with Harlan Kelly - so has Cathy Ho, Melanie Wok, and a host of others - that Mr. Dip Stick - Harlan Kelly - has had a gala time. 

 

Harlan Kelly is busy clearing his office - he will resign to a lonely life - his health in shambles - he can now massage his balls and sing the blues. I told him many times - even publicly to leave a legacy - he has NOT - he is a scumbag of the highest order.

I once approached him early in 2014 and told him about Dwayne Jones - he seems to think his fraternity in Berkeley - and related issues were important to him and his wheeling and dealing. 

Dwayne Jones is from Los Angeles - a crook of the highest order -but not for long - he will be subpoenaed - the day has come - he will be charged.

That is why - he has been offloading his contracts elsewhere - he can run but he cannot hide. He is just like a cockroach - when you shine a light on coaches they freeze - and then one can stomp them out.

taking huge sums from Lennar Urban - aks 5 Point Holding LLP -

using Dwayne Jones a conduit - Dwayne funneling huge

sums to Young Community Developers (YCD) - more

when Shamann Walton  - was the Director - and then

paying Dwayne Jones as a Consultant - we have the 

empirical data - the proof - so where is our SF City Attorney

Dennis Herrera and of SF Controller Ben Rosenfield - 

both the above individuals kicking the can down the street.

Why do we have so many very corrupt Blacks - and I have named them again and again - treated decent Blacks who came from the South had a high standard and believed in hard work.

Believed in standards - people of faith, giving hope to the Black community - mother our grandmothers - nurturing all - even now in this pandemic -  and now have to deal with crooks.

Mostly Blacks - who have NO shame and NO standards - even fewer ethics.

There is a God that sees it all - and soon - very soon these crooks will be corralled and sent to jail.

These ploys, machinations, shenanigans - where million are being doled out - to other crooks - while innocent people are suffering during this on going - COVID-19 pandemic.

Those slowly dying our infants, our children, our youth, our young adults, our beloved Elders ( most living in tents and in filthy conditions), those with compromised health. 

More are mentally and physically - challenged.

San Francisco attracts many people - and San Franciscans always embraces most everyone - more those - who will work with the Host Nation - to do good. This has been a pattern for thousands of years - the Shellmouns bear witness to it - more like acupuncture points - that brought about healing.

The Greedy call the Shellmounds - middens - whatever that means - the Greedy - would not like to call their cemeteries - trash sites.

It has become fashionable for the privileged class - and those who are not culturally competent - to write commentaries of those human beings - who were much more civilized - when most of them now commenting - lived in caves - and slept with animals. 

When other humans beings lived for over 15,000 years - and took care of their clans and tribes - they achieved something we cannot and will not.

Take this pandemic SARS CoV2 also know as COVID-19 - over 235,000 have died - and millions more will - if we do not change of mentality. It is not only the egoistical maniac - living in the White House - but many more - who will herd like cattle - wearing No masks - taking little care about the health of others and less of themselves. We in San Francisco - for decades have attracted the best talent - be is artists, musicians, poets, educators, scientists, teachers, computer specialists.

Architects, engineers, doctors, nurses, blue color workers, white-collar workers - religious leaders and faiths from all over the world - and more.

As I said in my introduction this is Ohlone Land - and the Ohlone lived here for over 15,000 years.

Ohlone - remains and artifacts - all Carbon dated.

The archeologists, the anthropologists, other - one of a kind scientists all agree - the micro-climate in the Bay Area one of the best in the world - favored the living conditions.

Birds like the one above - Dinosaurs of all 

types foraged - we all know this. Now -

we have a concrete jungle - have absolutely no clue -

what we have destroyed - for all posterity. The forest -

the rivers and lakes, the water-shed, the air, and 

more - the contamination and pollution is reached a

We here in the Bay Area boast of the best hospitals, medicines, laboratories, doctors, nurses, in short, essential workers - that have been treated with disdain by Mayor London Breed. 

When the essential workers requested some financial, help - they got nothing at all. The greedy, inept, spineless Mayor London Breed gave herself - a raise. Mayor London Breed is famous for barking up the wrong tree.

The concrete jungle that is San Francisco -

thousands homeless - our Elders dying -

We often forget of whose land we are - more when we see political leaders who want to lead this Nation - now known as the United States - supposedly, a Superpower - and do not have the integrity, tenacity, and fortitude - to serve the people in humility.

How can we all - go along and forget on whose land we live?

How can we allow so many indigenous women to be raped - murdered - thousands missing children and women - and not give the situation at hand - a second thought?

I see these fools - talking from both sides of their mouth - spewing diatribe and hot air - and thinking they can be greedy - as greedy as they can be - rape, steal, cheat, lie, and that this nonsense will be tolerated.

One has just to visit the Reservations  - sovereign lands - with signed treaties with the United States - none kept - and the United States - looks the other side - while millions of indigenous people suffer - more, on the tribal lands.

Today we have many indigenous women -

they stand tall and represent - the 

Great Spirit sees it all.

All men have to realize - you need the balls - 

to defend those that most need help - good actions.

The Democrats for all the talk - have NOT addressed the sad plight of the indigenous women. Nancy Pelosi can do better - no one will tolerate - a woman failing to do something positive on a War Footing to save the indigenous women -  thousands missing, hundreds raped yearly, more I imprisoned and we here on Turtle Island must remind those who commit and allow such atrocities - whose land this is.

There is more to come - this administration and chaos go hand in hand - watch out for what happens on November 3, 2020. We must be prepared and men with balls - must stand by our infants, our children, our youth, our women, our beloved Elders - those that need help most.

Even here in San Francisco - we are asleep at the cockpit - we think Nancy Pelosi and her sidekick Chuch Schumer will come to our rescue. Be prepared for any eventuality - the time is running out.

Treaties signed but never, ever kept. We see this - we understand this - but what are we going to do about it? We must learn to honor and respect the indigenous who were here for over 15,000 years.

We must be educated on issues - we must understand the process - we must stand tall and represent and help those that most need help.

Please do not fall into the trap - when money is offered not to go good but to pity one against the other. I have seen this again and again - and the time has come to do something about it.

We must respect our Elders they have the wisdom - ceremony and tradition come first - however, our heart has to be in the right place - only those that the Great Spirit, deems beneficial - the Great Spirit will empower to lead to a better place.

We have seen this with Chief Sitting Bull and Chief Joseph - others too many to name - but we have seen it and we must seize the opportunity - today.

Indigenous people are lead by the Great Spirit - most indigenous people have lived on Turtle Island for over 15,000 years - human remains, artifacts, carbon-dated - to satisfy not that is necessary - to say who was here first and who will remain here - after pandemic after pandemic - will wipe those the speak with a forked tongue. 

This present COVID-19 will be here for a long time - all those who tested positive and more those who spent time in the hospital - have had enduring ailments - weakness, pain, endless days without sleep, no appetite as they had before - many turning to spirituality for the first time.

We know - we must feed our minds with sound thoughts, ideas, a vision that embraces the best a human being can embrace.  Our mind is a powerful and all-encompassing - part of being.

Everyone knows when we eat healthily we feel better. Less sugar, less salt, stay away from preservatives.

Consume fresh and pesticide-free - greens, fruits, there a numerous kinds of nutrition -  that cater to each individual. 

Those obese in the United States have been disproportionately adversely impacted - prone to COVID-19 pandemic. 

Those with underlying ailments - high blood pressure, diabetes, those with heart problems, those inflicted and prone to diseases because their immune system is compromised. 

We need to exercise and tone our muscles - it is not easy - but it helps one to live longer and be more upbeat and happy.

Our soul needs the best attention - meditation is best it takes you to a better place. Stay away from anger and having hate feelings. It is not easy - but if one can forgive - half the battle is won - when you pray and the Great Spirit opens your mind and soul - to the Universe. 

Once there were nature locations - open spaces near our lakes and beaches - you claimed a hill or a mountain - when I was young I took great advantage of such sacred places - and loved it.

It is kind of difficult in the City - concrete jungles - we can get out - visit the Parks and do what we can do best - do ourselves - and free our being - from those sordid thoughts, angry that keep eating once vitals, be creative, find solutions, bring people together - organize and allow others to lead and create a better place.

When I was two years old - I was inflicted with polio - and my left side was fully paralyzed. I overcame most of the paralysis and at 16 was a boxer. My exercise and being involved in sports - was something I treasured - managed women and men sports teams. 

If your heart is in the right place - you will make good friends - uplift friends and those that need help.

I  go out of my way to unite people and uplift them - here in San Francisco the Polynesian community,  LatinX, Blacks, Asians, others - my plate in full.

I also tackle those that take advantage of others.

Some Blacks are fighting for reparations, they want money - even though they are just 3% of the population -  once a mule and 40 acres were promised - and you know - who made that promise - but, did not keep that promise. Never trust those that speak with a forked tongue. Now, we have some Black wanting money on a platter - it is not your call to use taxpayers money - for things that you are not capable of handling - more,  if you are jailbird - who has not been rehabilitated. 

We have the Zionist leaching on the vulnerable - the banks like Chase Morgan from the days of slavery - go to them and get the money.

 Goldman Sachs too -  involved in the insurance of slaves and other sordid and nefarious activities. These Zionist keep leaching - keep preying on the vulnerable - keep wheeling and dealing - and this nonsense must STOP.

Recently Goldman Sachs got in some nefarious activities with Malaysia - forced to pay huge fines - scums never learn from the past - always ripping - always making money - illegally.
