525 Golden Gate Avenue - where corruption

stinks to high heaven.

 The Sewer System Improvement Project started with a tab of $6 Billion - has now reached $10 Billion and will soon reach $15 Billion plus. Only in San Francisco.

Much like the Central Subway - started with $600 million and is now close to $2.2 Billion.

It is the same with the Van Ness Rapid Bus Transit - only in San Francisco - most everything reaches the billions dollar mark. Not forgetting the Trans Bay which is still having seriously problems - and is costing us over $3 billion.

The corruption at the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC) has reached saturation point. 

Its General Manager - Harlan Kelly - has been subpoenaed - and so has it Assistant General Manager Juliet Ellis - who is Missing In Action.

At the last SF Public Utilities Commission - I clearly stated to the Commissioners present - that all of them have failed - when it comes to Accountability and Transparency - and will not leave a legacy.

The SF Public Utilities Commission - have been looking the other way - but not for long. 

Now those remaining Commissioners have a responsibility - to put things on track. It  will NOT be easy.

A short time later - the SF Public Utilities Commission went into Closed Session - and most probably - at the deliberations conducted - which are not revealed to the Public at Large - it was announced at  that fateful meeting- that two sitting Commissioners would resign.  In short jump the ship.

Mrs Caen has been trying to hold the Fort - the corruption stinks to high heaven - and with SF Federal Attorney David Anderson - mandating all those making $100,000 a year - to hand over - most of their transactions - involvement with bids and more.

The  cockroaches are making a vain attempt to run. They can run but they cannot hide.

Most probably Mrs Caen will bid adieu and with her Francesca Vietor who is on the SF Public Utilities Commission - but also sits on the San Francisco Foundation. Fred Blackwell heads the San Francisco Foundation. 

Francesco Vietor and Juliet Ellis the Assistant General Manage for External Affairs and Chief Strategist are good friends and have been involved - in a number of projects.

Including some upgrades - at 1800 Oakdale - the Feds will have to check out the details.  Grants given to favorite Non-Profits and more.

In  life when anyone decides to play with FIRE - the possibility of getting burned are high.

Ed Harrington is slated to come back and help the SF Public Utilities Commission - I would not approve of such a move at this time - Ed Harrington can fix the problem - but it will involve a lot of very heavy lifting - and too much stress.

Dwayne Jones who has been having a field day - is now keeping a low profile.

Again a cockroach may try to run and hide - but this time the possibility of getting caught - are very high. 

Millions of dollars have been doled out to crooks - by Dwayne Jones - parties held - and all sorts of ploys, machinations, and shenanigans - created to hoodwink us the tax payers in broad daylight.

Even as the ship is sinking the present Project Manager Robinson at the Phelps Raw Sewage Treatment Plant - is being tutored by Harlan Kelly - what to say at the presentation made at the SF Public Utilities Commission meetings

More - with line items tweaked - the Digestors costing $3 Billion plus - is a project - that is moving at a snail's pace.

 Mr Robinson has links with Juliet Ellis and anything that touches Juliet Ellis - is contaminated.

Community Benefits meant for the community more our infants, children, youth, young adults - our beloved Elders - those with compromised health.

More - our physically and mentally challenged - have been doled out to crooks - Dwayne Jones using Young Community Developers as a conduit. For the longest time - these crooks mostly Black - have been having a field day - not anymore.

The crooks will be audited - again the crooks may think they can hide - but not for long - they will be caught and the evil deeds - exposed - for the world to see.

The District 10 Supervisors Shamann Walton - has been having a field day - talking from both sides of his mouth - he will be investigated - the operations of Young Community Developers - audited - and right now that audit is on going. 

Time will reveal more.

The 1550 Evan Street Project - on Third Street  - was meant to show case some. It will not go any way. 

As things happen - the recent subpoenas have cast a " dark cloud " and those who had sordid and putrid plans - for this, that and the other - are now singing the blues.  Their plans have gone - asunder. 

No one can fool - all the people - all the time.

It is amazing how these few corrupt Blacks - and I have named them before - openly - are defying norms - cheating, stealing, hooding the tax payers in broad daylight.

The people educated, their heart in the right place - united can never, ever be defeated. 

Our community has been taken for a wild ride - but all this and more will be revealed - and the crooks will be caught - and when they are caught the world will know.

No one can defy the Truth.

Today the authorities declared more than 200,000 dead. That is a large number of human beings. The same authorities say come January we will have 400, 000 dead. We must speak Truth to Power.

It is not easy for a human beings to see so many suffering on the streets of San Francisco. For all the talk we must first take care of our neighbors - right here in our back yard.

And  things are getting worse - with the foul air - the smoke hanging over our City and County of San Francisco.

We have authorities in San Francisco - who have failed miserably -because they are focused on what the devil says. If we cannot do what we must do. Then the fault is here at home. We must STOP focusing on anything that is NOT relevant. How many innocent people have to die - on the streets of San Francisco? 

Those who allow this to happen - all Democrats  - reflect - crime against humanity.

I want to take a moment - to thank the many women, mothers, women teachers, doctors, nurses, in short essential workers - for stepping up and doing what you all have done - in San Francisco.

I know it has not been easy - but I have been fighting hard - on many fronts. There is only so much we can do - and we will continue to do more - we will never give up.

In like manner the many men who are essential workers - you know who you are. We are looking into the injustices - those laid off when they could have been working - other issues - labor issues - that are being deliberated. Mayor London Breed thinks she is let off the hook - her time is coming.

Virtual Meetings - will take years to make us humans

feel comfortable - more our children, youth, and young adults.

Our Elders are left to fend for themselves - and all this must change.

If there is no understanding, compassion, inclusiveness - 

your plans are just that - drab - cardboard - keep chewing!

There is this entirely new " platform " that we all are suppose to adapt to - " virtually meetings " - where more harm is done than good. 

Innocent children, youth, adults, parents, Elders - and kept out of the equation - and those savvy with computers and technology - made to take the lead. The problem is that many of these so called experts " tech savvy "  - have in the past - showed their true colors.

We are social human beings - and where there is NO total inclusivity there is nothing - much to show. The education of our children and youth is already suffering.

Our Elders are left to fend for themselves - they were before - and just getting on board - how they have to deal with technology.

The virtual meetings we participate with here in San Francisco - linked to the City and County of San Francisco - are long and drab - the SF Board of Supervisors, the meeting on Audit and the Budget, the SF Planning Department - the Mayor stupid conferences - barking up the wrong tree. It is a mess - and the one thing missing is spirituality. Think about it.

These steps lead to the offices of those 

that wheel and deal at SF City Hall.

The corruption in San Francisco  reached with those working for San Francisco - has reached saturation point.

The many crooks will be subpoenaed - as the weeks go by - by the end of this month at least 20 will be subpoenaed.

Let us now turn to the State of California - where there are serious issues - California is the fifth largest economy in the world - and we are hurting. We must stand shoulder to shoulder - to turn the tide and bring progress - find solutions - and execute them on a War Footing.

he has had to deal with the pandemic, the Wildfires - over

we must unite, stand shoulder to shoulder - the best minds -

I know Governor Gavin Newsom and his knows me. Ever since Gavin Newsom became the Governor - he has had to deal with calamities one after the other. 

Dealing with the pandemic and then at short notice - deal with the Wildfires - is not easy.  Over 5 million acres torched -  thousands of homes lost. Thousands of California homeless - and there is more.

Governor Gavin Newsom has to deal with thousands of small businesses that have had to close. Many have not receive their Stimulus Money. Here we have in San Francisco - the Mayor's Office of Economic Development - headed by an Actor - B Movie Star - pandering to the politicians like Nancy Pelosi - where is th Stimulus Money promised the Small Businesses.

As the weeks go by - we learn more about the junkets she takes, the favors she asks - and the Big Developers who get access to most everything. Her disdain for the indigent - her love for frolicking and associating with unsavory characters.

The constituents of San Francisco do not respect her - there lies the crux of the issue and problem - the First Black woman Mayor - who has disgraced the office of Mayor.  London Breed has nothing much to show - but hot air and diatribe.

HER SUBPOENA IS ON THE WAY - JUST A MATTER OF TIME.

Let us end with on a sobering note - let us deal with one of the most serious issue facing California - our Wildfires.

We thank the firefighters - local, State, firefighters from all over the Nation - and even abroad.

These Wildfires have burnt down over 5 million acres of forest land, and other land. Homes and other facilities.

 The Wildfires have polluted the air - adversely impacted our watershed, the lakes, the rivers and all that were pristine.

Here is California - we care for our old growth Redwoods, the millions of acres of forest - but we also must be aware the millions of dead trees did not help - it created an inferno - never, ever seen before.

The  types of Wildfires we have seen recently - is something else - that demands - that we have the right resources, equipment  - on land and in the air - to address the situation at hand.

Climate Change has come here to stay.

The SF Unified School District talks too much -

more in circles - has failed our children - more -

those that need help most - their education thrown to the wind.

Our children and you - have just got some reprieve - many of them - suffering from " food security " - can now get some reprieve. 

The San Francisco Unified School District has now chosen the SFGOV-TV channels and waves - to spend hours on end.

Talking in circles. These folks are suppose to be educated - again and again they display their ignorance.  Now more so - Maria Su from the Mayor's Office of  Children, Youth, and Families joining the fray. Time Maria Su steps down and fades into oblivion.

Our infants, children, youth, parents, supporters - are truly fed up with the SF Unified School District. In the past constantly relying on the " Rainy Day Fund " - now using the SF Board of Supervisors - and the SFGOV.TV to push for their hidden agenda.

The agendas are long - the meetings even longer - their deliberation unending, their attention span short - there outcomes even shorter, their capacity building nonexistent.

If  you cannot collect your thoughts and speak to the point - please do not make a fool of yourselves. 

For sure you all have failed our children - prior to Novel Covid-19 virus.

Do you think - you can do better with the Virtual Settings - have No resources, less leadership, absolutely no transparency and accountability. Talk in circles - STOP - your utter nonsense - before things get out of control.

THE SMOKE IS UNBEARABLE ALL OVER NORTHERN CALIFORNIA - THE AIR QUALITY INDEX REGISTERING VERY HIGH NUMBERS - OVER 280 IN SOME PLACES - TAKE CARE AND STAY AT HOME.

 

The Air Quality Index (AQI) is registering very high numbers all over Northern California in some case over 260. 

Right now it is about 210 in San Francisco - we have the fog and surrounded by water on three sides. The winds help us some - we still have to deal with the consequences. Foul air.

If we can help it - stay at home and wear a mask that can filter the Particulates - Particulate Matter 2.5 are very tiny and invisible to the eyes - these dangerous particulates can enter your lungs - and cause havoc.

We must protect our infants, our children, our youth, our young adults - for sure our beloved Elders - those with compromised health - more our physically and mentally challenged.

Climate Change is here to stay - and the wildfires - are raging - and what is compounding the state of affairs - the toxins - in the air - that rise up and stay up and then rain down - given certain conditions - rain, fog, wind, and what have you.

Carbon Monoxide, Lead, Mercury, Sulphur, particulate matter that I mentioned above, Ozone, many other contaminants that are used such as pesticides - each combine with the air and wind and send contaminants - hundreds of miles - away. 

Here is California over 3.5 million acres have been adversely impacted by the California Wildfires.

Our firefighter from here in California - from all over the United States - and even from overseas - they are all united on the frontlines - fighting the Wildfires - the biggest  -  Wildfires ever seen before - and over 3.5 million acres of forest land and more - have been torched and incinerated.

Those on the frontlines are reporting they have never, ever seen anything like this before.

When  asked why do you think this is happening - again and again they say " Climate Change ".

I have friends who have lost everything - their homes, their farms, their heavy equipment, their animals cattle, goats, chickens - everything. Most even the long protected - heirlooms.

Some had time to take their essential belongings and flee - most had little time. 

The fire took no time to reach the homes - spreading so rapidly - flames like torches - flying in the air - and before one knew it - hundreds of acres - torched and the rest is history.

As reported over 3.5 million acres torched - and in many places the raging fire - has not been fully contained - after weeks of burning - old growth forests and more.

It makes it harder for all to fight Wildfires - climbing up steep hills and also in the valleys - where the winds carry the Wildfires and incinerates anything and every thing in its path - in nano seconds.

We have many who have lost their lives.

To  the families and friends - you have our deep sympathy and condolences.

The SF Public Utilities Commission is a lying Commission - they allow presentations to be made - and the Chair touts the presentations are Crystal Clear - I was following the presentation and have spread sheets - that say the contrary.

It is a shame we have SFPU Commissioners - who are hand in glove with the on going investigation - the General Manager - Harlan Kelly has already been handed a subpoena.

Juliet Ellis a scumbag, cheater and liar  - headed this abject corruption - has ties to the entire SF Public Utilities Commission - bribing some of them - one who works for the San Francisco Foundation - who have been looking the other side.

They will have a lot of time to reflect and hopefully the other crooks - hiding like cockroaches - will learn some from the deeds of those jailed.
