The Affordable Care Act - will be axed today - and that too with an unsavory ultimatum and a dead-line that makes no sense.

It does not matter - to Donald Trump and his lackeys - that the health of  our Seniors matter at all - or for that matter those with chronic illnesses - who need some compassion. 

That our infants, children, youth, young adults, seniors of course, and those with compromised health - must be treated, truly - the American Way.

I hear that Donald Trump has asked the Speaker of the House Ryan - to pull the Bill out - which now makes this debacle - all the more convoluted.

Donald Trump is using the word " American " loosely - and this in not some Television Show - "you are fired". Donald Trump must understand most of what Donald Trump does - is totally unAmerican.

It simply will not work like that.

Arrogant - Donald Trump - learned quickly and should learn from that one unique lesson -  that our Federal Judges - can stop him in his tracks.

Even - duct tape his mouth - and may be allow him to tweet - to further expose his ignorance - and relieve  his unsound - mental state of mind.

If the Exchanges could have been widened - across State borders - to market their rates and services - this healthy competition - would have eased the pains of  many.

 The Affordable Care Act  - could have survived.

 It is too late - now -  the Democrats failed to commit themselves to due diligence.

That answer must have come as a surprise to Malia Cohen - who has not yet learned - the finer aspects of the government workings - more State and Federal. 

What questions to ask - and the stupid comments she makes - sending mix signals - Malia Cohen is just that - " an air-head who is making a fool of herself ".

In recent years - " Emerge " - has backed arrogant folks like Malia Cohen to run for office - not so much to represent but to fill their " campaign coffers " - will illegal money - time will tell.

In District 10 no one respects Malia Cohen - and for Malia Cohen to pose a question that some of her constituents asked her about the Community Development Fund - this question was posed more for Malia Cohen's own - selfish needs.

The Visitation Valley Center at 66 Raymond Street - was opened with great fun fair - by Mayor Edwin M. Lee and Malia Cohen.

Today it is center - that propagates - " divisiveness ".

The Community Development Funds where used to rehabilitate the Visitation Valley Center.

In an area - the Visitation Valley - long known for Blacks contributing so much - Blacks cannot visit the Visitation Center at 66 Raymond - without being discriminated.

In many cases insulted and turned away - if you a non-Chinese you are anathema. The Mayor Edwin M. Lee and Malia Cohen - should figure out - how to fix this situation - before they try to dabble with other issues.

Recent the community held a meeting - and I was present - titled -
Agenda for Multi-Cultural Community Ourreach Lunch and Meeting at Visitation Valley Senior Activities Program: Date; Tuesday March 21, 2017.

I well remember when the Visitation Center - was first opened - at the recent ribbon cutting - there was no viable and sustainable plan - there is NOT one - now.

The Self Help for the Elderly led by Kelly Chow - has no clue about Cultural Competency and less about the history of the Visitation Valley - she thinks she can come into someone sitting room and without permission - re-arrange the furniture.

Blacks and the Polynesian Community - other Asians - Thai, Vietnamese, Whites, Native Americans others too - have been treated with disdain.  This nonsense must STOP - now.

The Felton Institute - well known for providing Health and Food Services to the Senior population - won a contract and threw itself into a cesspool - at the Visitation Valley Center - the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. 

The parties do not have a clear demarcation - as to who does what  - and more with the input of those mostly people of color - who have contributed so much - Blacks, Whites, Native American - Asians true but more besides the newly arrived Chinese - who seem to call the shots - lacking Cultural Competency - practicing daily - " implicit bias " - that thinking they are in control - this nonsense must STOP - now. 

Self Help for the Elderly and one Kelly Chew - tried her gimmicks in San Jose and was told to take a hike.

It is time the same is done of Self Help for the Elderly - being parochial - providing hot meals for the Chinese clients - while - trying to placate Blacks and others - with food that has to be micro-waved. 

Demanding two dollars from the Seniors - and if you cannot pay - you sit somewhere and watch the other seniors eat. This is America - and this type of blatant discrimination - will not be tolerated.

Linda Murley from SF DAAS - seems to think she can control the present mess remote control.

The Mayor Edwin M. Lee was exuberant - and Malia Cohen salivating - thought, she had saved the Visitation Valley - after the City and County of San Francisco - let the over 100 year old Center - shut its doors - because of deferred maintenance and lack of meaningful discussion - and help to the Center - more to the Seniors.

My very good friend from my Presidio of San Francisco days - Majorie Williams - did her best to serve her community - even at the Visitation Center at 66 Raymond.

More - serving on the Board and other capacities - a well known advocate - who served on the Sunshine Task Force -  a person who is not a sell out.

Malia Cohen a new bee - would do well to sit down with Majorie Williams and learn - what the constituents of Visitation Valley and for that matter District 10 - think about Malia Cohen - simply well known - as a liar and more a  - " political whore".

Malia Cohen has no clue about Cultural Competency, less etiquette that matters.

No clue how government works and how to treat experts - who she will point out with her dirty finger - much as some very ignorant House Negro - pompous and betraying her place in time - despicable.

Our Seniors will be impacted - but as the experts say - what will come down the pipeline - will come slowly - and around 2020.

In the year 2020 -  Donald Trump - will end his first 4 years - and then may be decide to spend more time - on TWITTER - and vacate the White House - as the worst President - to ever step in that August Home - where some stellar American Presidents - represented our Nation - well.

The White House built by Blacks - and there  is more - I will save that and more for another day and another time.

We are in good hands with Barbara Garcia and others who have done well with HealthySF and have a sound understand of MediCal, Medicaid, Medicare and the other conduits and exchanges - that each have something to offer to the Health Care Reform and related issues.

Our City  and County of San Francisco - under the Democrats and more attached to the San Francisco Democratic Central Committee and other bodies - that favor " dubious candidates ".

Nefarious candidates  - prospective novice politicians - grooming them - to continue the inherent " greed and corruption ".

A new breed of political pimps and whores - the likes of Malia Cohen, London Breed, Katy Tang, and Mark Farrell - one worse than the other.

Some drab politicians the likes of London Breed and Malia Cohen, Katy Tang and others - do not have the expertise first to under Health Care.

Secondly - to think they can come up with model and fiscal execution with transparency and accountability.

Each time - Malia Cohen opens her dirty mouth and shoves her foot in - she has no clue what harm she is doing.

We few who are monitoring - her every move -  we are vigilant.

Malia Cohen continues to announce the " two measly minutes " even to us advocates now - while she opens her mouth and spews putrid diatribe - and thinks nothing of it. Time will tell.

Thank God our Controller - Ben Rosenfield  - who I have known for a long time - has the ability and more the demur to deal with buffoons that ask him - stupid questions.

For sure - Malia Cohen and others - do not know anything much about fiscal responsibility and even less about factors like health care and related issues - even less about - delivery mechanisms.

Our other SF Board of Supervisor the new ones some anointed - others having narrowly won the last Election - are not prepared for Donald Trump and his ploys.

Where is the justice and more fair play in San Francisco?

The more astute constituents of San Francisco -  in the majority - are not  " stupid " or   totally  " ignorant " - as many of our San Francisco politicians - would like - the world to believe.

The politicians that play with fire - having disdain for those that need help most - will be consummated with what they are playing with - sooner not later.

So while the going is good - as it will get worse - do the right thing - or forever hold your - peace.

The many  hard working,  paying their taxes on time - most of them well educated with degrees - living a decent life - are daily adversely impacted by - crooked policies - initiated by our San Francisco - politicians.

Leading the pack Mayor Edwin M. Lee - there are many cases against him - pending in our courts - most of them - involving missing money and vanished " government property " - bribes to get contracts - circumventing the law.

Much before Mayor Edwin M. Lee was anointed the Mayor of San Francisco - the pending cases - were put on the back burner - crooked Democrats - using their power to foster - injustice. Working with entities that handle Court Cases - including one head judge - who has since taken - early retirement - and is related to a Senator of California.

Most of the cases involving - the issue of money - misappropriated - or " government properties " paid for - but lacking transparency and accountability - bought for  " Government Use " - but missing - from the taken, documented and stamped - inventory.

Mayor Edwin M. Lee - was clearly aware - of all that Zula Jones and others were doing on his behalf - to rake in illegal monies - to feed his sordid - " campaign coffers ". 

The world knows about this - so to pretend to tell us - with a straight face - he had no idea - others were raking in illegal contribution - to fill his campaign coffers - is simply NOT true.

When Mayor was head of the Human Right Commission - Zula Jones worked intimately with him - this was years ago.

It was from that time -  over 20 years ago - that Mayor Edwin M. Lee cooperated with Zula - on the many bribes taken - involving all sorts of permits, contracts  -  other shenanigans - pay to play schemes.

Zula Jones who worked for the Human Rights Commission as a staffer and Nazly Mohajer who was a Human Rights Commission - were involved deeply  in the election of Mayor Edwin M. Lee.

Hundreds of people were contacted - and most of them told - just contribute and that  the " core crooks " - would deliver - what they wanted - contracts, permits, access - you name it.

This type of wheeling and dealing was rampant - when Mayor Willie L. Brown Jr. was Mayor - but Mayor Willie L. Brown Jr. - would NOT permit Zula Jones or anyone - to boasts - what they could deliver - as did Zula Jones - no way.

Many of the cases -linked to Zula Jones went before our California courts and  judges - people went to jail - in some cases innocent people. 

 Zula Jones  - and others like her -  arrogant to the core - are well known Black - sell outs.

San Francisco City Hall - is where the wheeling and dealing goes on - and many of us know about it.

It would shock - the decent and those that think our politicians are some what decent -  to know how much money - flows into the coffers of our so called San Francisco Supervisors - thousands of dollars - most of it " illegal contributions ".

An Federal Bureau Agent Ethan Quinn testified in this one case how $10, 000 was sent through some conduits.

One of the conduits - conducting the ploys and machinations   Nazly Mohajer - others too - all had to go to Zula Jones who called the shots.

Mayor Edwin M. Lee can say - all he wants wants to say.

We all know - when it comes to money - large sums are received by Mayor Edwin M. Lee using unsavory and nefarious conduits.

Most of the money cannot be traced easily - from developers - from large corporations - it is a crying shame that Mayor Edwin M. Lee - is swimming in a cesspool of his own creation.

The Southeast Sector has now been saturated with

No one entity - worth the salt - is paying attention to the blatant and rampant - gentrification. 

No one cares about the many asthma cases, the cancers, the chronic  respiratory diseases.

The many one of a kind - tumors - the Southeast Sector of San Francisco - has been plagued with chronic diseases -  well know to the Director of Health - Barbara Garcia and those that surround her.

The Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - has NOT been conveyed to the City and County of San Francisco - in its entirety. 

Only one parcel - Parcel A - has been conveyed.

The entire Hunters Point Naval Shipyard is listed as a Superfund Site. Only the worst contaminated sits Nationwide - are listed on the Superfund List.

Depleted Uranium was first tested at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - and even today - there are " hot spots " - registering very high levels of atomic elements - cesium, radium - high registration of mercury, lead, asbestos - the entire Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - right now - is a - toxic " cesspool ".

When Parcel A was conveyed - the Restoration Advisory Board did NOT sign on the Record of Decision - which led to the illegal - conveyance of Parcel A.

Members of the community were on the Restoration Advisory (RAB) Board - many of the members on the RAB - well educated who stood up and represented the community - as best the could.

The RAB board wast targeted - and toward the end -disbanded - the only RAB Nationwide - to meet such a fate.

Come one San Francisco - let us get real - STOP these crooks in their tracks. Where is the Law Enforcement on the rampant corruption - and on going hoodwink - all over the Southeast Sector of San Francisco?

After Parcel A was conveyed - high levels of radioactive elements were discovered. Tetra Tech  was responsible before the conveyance.

Tetra Tech - was hired to come back - ( unheard of in normal business cases - linked to such of  operations and project) - and did some minimal - so called clean up.

Tetra Tech is the same company the MNBC Investigates - found changing manifest - of dirty soils that was noted on the manifest as  clean soil.  These recent reports have shocked some - but many of us - have seen the corruption - as close quarters - and today it has reached saturation point.

Once the fake manifest - linked to the dirty dirt - were in place -  the Class I dirty soil - was sent to our landfills - that do not accept - Class I dirty soil.

The one act should clearly reveal - the blatant  on going corruption  - and all those involved - who know about this situation - but are doing - nothing about it.

Our Mayor Edwin M. Lee knows and knew about the sordid facts.

The Hunters Point Task Force - headquartered and situated at 100 VanNess know about this.

So do many crooks mostly Blacks the likes of Veronica Hunnicutt, Aurelious Walker, Derf Butler, Angelo King, Linda Richardson, Dwayne Jones, Tiffany Bohee,  Mara Flores, Darshan Singh, and many heads of Departments - of the City and County of San Francisco. 

Our City Attorney is aware of this fact - his name is Dennis Herrera.

 Our Director of SF Planning John Rahaim is aware this fact - so is Steve Kawa the man that advises the Mayor - and many others.

Lennar Urban LLC a rogue developer who now goes as 5 Point Communities LLP - same snake different head - have built hundreds of homes on very polluted land - at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - Parcel A.

Parcel A is surrounded by the worst type of contamination.

The world knows this - yet thousands of EB-5 Visas are being sold to Mainland Chinese mainly - that go for $500, 000 a pop - to fill the coffers of Lennar Urban a rogue developer.

Part of this money - goes to fund the campaign coffers - of very corrupt politicians - Senator Dianne Feinstein, Congresswoman Nancy Pelosi, Mayor Edwin M. Lee, Malia Cohen - and the list goes on.

Recently Lennar Urban LLC - a rogue developer - gave the San Francisco Labor Council - a check for $500, 000.

Lennar Urban LLC has not paid the City and County of San Francisco - promised and signed document - linked to the Disposition and Development Agreement (DDA) - Community Benefits - since 2013.

The SF Labor Council backed Lennar Urban LLC and so did other entities - most of them - who had NO idea - how corrupt Lennar Urban LLC was and is.

They all decided  to  join Lennar Urban - in supporting Lennar's Urban - fake Proposition G.

Proposition F opposing Proposition G - was doing well - until Lennar Urban LLC - spent in access of $10 million on Television Advertisement and won.

 Proposition F did not spend more than $5, 000.

Today the Mayor Edwin M. Lee - a very corrupt person - who talks from both sides of his mouth - is promising the community - to build - over 30, 000 units - at Hunters Point and Candlestick Point.

Many of these units - Public Housing - where the units are being rehabilitated - form part of the 30, 000 units - in the pipeline.

All of the above units are in areas - prone to sever liquefaction and severe flooding - but more bombarded by high levels - of radioactive elements.

Lee, our City Administrator Naomi Kelly, our City Attorney Dennis Herrera, our District Attorney - George Gascon, our Senator Dianne Feinstein , our Congresswoman Nancy Pelosi - our SF Democratic County Central Committee (DCCC) - NOT understand and comprehend?

Right now crooks are poised to rake in thousands and millions - to milk the Sewer System Improvement Project - managed by the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission.

Presentations are given - conceptual plans proposed - at event and meetings.

However - but when it comes to timelines and goals - linked to the Sewer System Improvement Project (SSIP) -  the Digestors - other critical aspects linked to SSIP project and construction.

 There has been NO viable and sustainable movement - on the $6 Billion Bond Measure - paid by the tax payers - the constituents of San Francisco.

Shame on those crooks - mostly Black - who are selling out their community.

They - are not taking a stand - to eliminate the stench - emitting from the current Phelps Sewage Treatment Plant - adversely impacting millions.

More the pollution and contamination that is adversely impacting a large area - surround the Phelps Sewage Treatment Plant.

The Southeast Community Facility Commission Building (SCFCB) - is used to conduct meetings and other actions - dubious in nature.

Those on the Southeast Community Facility Commission Building are hand picked by the Mayor, Edwin M. Lee - most of them do not represent the community.

More because they are NOT educated on issues.

They keep rubber stamping - and they all must investigated - by the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

We have minutes going back to 1988 - chronologically describing - what has transpired at the many meetings - at the Southeast Community Facility Building Commission - the contradictions - the many lies - and the many fake - agreements.

This empirical is available to any Law Enforcement - to adjudicate and find out why so much " corruption " is saturated in the Southeast Sector of San Francisco.

The Phelps Sewage Treatment Plant and the infrastructure built by the City and County of San Francisco - never created a system - to service - millions of residents - way back in the 1960s - with some hastily prepared upgrades - and community mitigation - that have all but vanished.

The use of the Southeast Community Facility Commission Building situated at 1800 Oakdale - once favored using the now vanished " Green Houses " to collect funds - to give our youth scholarships.

The present Director replacing Toye Moses - who has retired and replaced by some one who is NOT form the community - and less of history of the community - and has FAILED to reach out to those that could have helped him - he is swimming is a " cesspool of his own creation ".

Deferred maintenance and our " hot spots and the many long utility corridors " - prone to liquefaction and severe flooding - foremost will adversely impact service - busted infrastructure - the worst type of contamination.

Never once in all of the discussion - is mention made of the stupidity to tunnel below the Force Main - to accommodate high power electrical conduits. The result the Main Force at 3rd and Marin - right by the Inter-Modal Bridge - compromised.

This matter was reported to the SF Controller Office - who has still not contacted me - over 17 years ago - such are the workings of our City and  County of San Francisco.

The Muwekma Sanctuary and Park on Port Property was compromised - this one singular issue and others - are known to many - but it does not help when we are dealing with corruption of the highest order.

Any takers from the City and County of San Francisco - to review and debates - such incidents - and further expose - more of the same - happening right now - at the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission among some of the Management making in access of $ 200, 000 plus with benefits.

Once 58 hills made up San Francisco - and the many low lying areas - once cradled water - this land Ohlone Land - where Dinosaurs - that I represent on Land Use, Infrastructure, and in short Quality of Life issues.

Human beings today have encroached - on most of the land - failing to pay attention to nature - stream and rivers - diverted underground. 

Further building in and around these riparian areas - where, the inherent flooding - will continue - unless we invest millions - to " contain the water - more during very heavy rain - as we experienced  this year 2017.

Superior drainage and manholes, underground containment boxes - huge - some over 26 feet high and as wide as 30 feet.

In one discussion sewer pipes as wide at 28 feet are planned - for the future - and the route taken this time - will avoid areas - prone to severe liquefaction and flooding.

Various methods will be use - to address flooding and related issues.

Prevent pools of water accumulating - this can be accomplished - with eco-friendly plants and trees. Trees have a huge intake of water - the bigger the tree the more the consumption - contributing to less flooding.

In todays world - hundreds of product are there for the landscape architects, the hydrologists to dabble with stop severe flooding - diverting water - in many cases stalling the flooding in catchment areas- and other landscape techniques some of which - we experimented and put in place at the Presidio of San Francisco - way back in the year 1998.

We call them the " Riparian Projects " mostly dealing with steams and rivulets  - that from time to time - created flooding problems. 

Understanding nature is complicated - but this and other holistic solutions comes easy to those who have their heart in the right place.

You have to be in peace with nature - and those who are inclined  and who do not harbor anger and hatred - for those that have standards, more ethics and morals ,  set a good example by stellar and astute actions -  that matter. 

Lack of leadership - twenty 24 years ago -  created the present mess with have impacted -   1100 miles of sewage  pipes - and many of our Force Mains - are in dire straits of repairs. 

The over 1000 miles of clean drinking water - also 80 years old plus - and leeching - and no one really cares - besides mentioning the situation at hand - from time to time.

What makes the situation precarious - large tracts of land prone of liquefaction and flooding. The entire area from the Ferry Building to Montgomery Street is prone to severe liquefaction - time will tell. 

The many skyscrapers will topple much like match boxes.

Few know that those building - by the Embarcadero - One, Two, Three, Four Embarcadero - their Foundations do NOT touch the bed rock.

Few also are aware of  buildings further down - that have been inundated with sewage - again and again.

 Some of them visited by Congresswoman Nancy Pelosi and other dignitaries - to raise money - while trampling of contaminated rugs - Delancy.

Most of the pipes are over 80 years old - deferred maintenance - and lack of leadership - kicking the can down the street - has come to bite us in the butt - much soon than anticipated.

San Francisco has a population of about 650, 000 - the day time population increases to over a million and a half - when we have conventions and other large events - baseball games and so on - more human beings - use toilet facilities - and of course use water to wash their hands and for other uses. 

Our dual sewer system - one of kind - is tasked - initially, the system could manage to treat the amount of sewage water - not any more - we know this - but those in authority - keep hoodwinking us - failing to report to us and publish - in real time - the many Notice of Violations - this one act - means someone is not following Transparency and Accountability.

We must STOP building skyscrapers - because our Infrastructure right now - on Ohlone Land - cannot handle the situation at hand - and we must learn to respect - Mother Earth.

The wear and tear on our sewer system - is huge - and the many analysis done - reveals - we have NOT been able to address the many - " adverse impacts ".

Mostly because some in management have been " nonchalant " and others - though few - totally incompetent -having no knowledge of engineering, less of environmental issues that matter.

 We know those that try to copy others, steal ideas, have Press Conferences without going to proper channel - doing things that are illegal - and so far have been tolerated. No more.

The operations - linked to our City's sewage system - where the heavier objects within  our dual system - logs, tires, gravel, sand, other materials that land in the duly system - impede and heavily task the " headworks equipment ".

More - resulting in the failure to control the stench - the gravel, large rocks, sand and other material -  impede the main purpose of the " headworks equipment and generally result in total operational failure".

Added to this - some of the equipment has been compromised by 
" with intent " - installing parts that do not properly work because the parts are defective.

This results in those monitoring the system - in the collection of samples - preventing them and stalling them from doing their work - properly. What else does anyone want to know?

The many Notice of Violations at the Phelps Sewage Treatment Plant are known - to those in authority.

Those in authority at all levels  - have failed in their leadership - and the time has come - to promote some still available within the chain of command - who can step up and deliver - more astute and stellar engineers - who can speak up and maintain standards - to serve the public at large - as best they can.

As the Director of Environmental Justice Advocacy -   my interaction with the advocates and the community - has been one of service with humility - for the last 35 years.

Our Black and Brown families have suffered for too many years.

Some of those in Management at the SF Public Utilities are busy milking the Community Benefits - monies set aside to help the community.

Many decision made - behind lose doors and in the dark - decisions made without Accountability and Transparency - by those who handle some $300 million plus - established to better service the community at large.

The Task Force  naive with the workings of disbursements - were tricked into asking for 5% of the $6 Billion - set aside for Community Outreach and Workforce Development - those in charge of the divided pot of cash - $150 million each - decided to have a field day.

One of them - was caught and should have been fired - but is still badgering other employees - and thinks she can commit murder in broad daylight - and go Scott Free - I assure you - no more.

A Freedom of Information Act and Privacy Act Request to one Michelle Peters is slow coming - patience is the Mother of all Virtues - and after that - all hell will break loose. This matter was discussed in the open - before the SF Public Utilities Commissioners.

What do we ask?

Line item - how much money of the $300 million - has been spent - money set aside as Community Benefits - to address help the adversely impacted community more - Work Force and Community Outreach - to main areas - decided by the SF Public Utilities Commission - without consulting the community at large.

It is not right - when some one in the Management - dares to challenge our advocates, those educated on issues - those that have worked very hard - funneling $200, 000 to entities like Green For All.

 Thank God this matter was brought before the State of California - Fair Political Action Committee - and one Juliet Ellis was charged and paid the fine.

The SF Ethics Commission dragged the process - finally upheld the decision of the Fair Political Action Committee - but fell short of - telling Juliet Ellis to step down - and more advising her not to work on a Public Enterprise like the SF Public Utilities Commission.

The Community at large - has worked hard and made a lot of sacrifices - to seek progress and real benefits - linked to Quality of Life issues.

 What we want  -  because years have passed - is not demand - more mandate - using the Precautionary Principal - other sound and vetted Environmental Principles.

Please address the many issues among them  - " the foul smell and added adverse impacts that have further adversely impacted the community at large - and areas at least five miles in all directions - from the centre of the Phelps Raw Sewage Treatment Plant - in the Bayview situated on Phelps Street.

In the year 2017 - the City and County of San Francisco - and those agencies - who should be doing what must be considered a priority have not been - doing their job.

First and foremost Barbara Garcia the Director of the Health Department - has failed to test the air and water samples - which will clearly show the adverse impacts - on the community and more general the enviroment - over a long period of time - decades.

The City and County of San Francisco - has Department of Environment - that has had no hearing - on the above issue.

With the SF Health Department - has a Division of the Environment - headed by Stephanie Cushing - there has NOT been a whimper form this entity.

The Bay Area Air Quality Management District has failed miserably.

The Regional Water Board is fully aware of many spills - half treated sewage - so called secondary effluents - that has adversely impacted the Bay - and compromises all life - daily in our Bay, our watershed, the land in general - and the environment.

The Southeast Sector has suffered more because the City and County has been dealing with Black and Brown people - and thinks that the constituents will suffer for ever - and not take a stand.

This is Blatant Discrimination.

For too long - have we in good faith -   cooperated with the SF Public Utilities Commission and Commissioners - they have failed to address and find solutions - failed to address critical issues  vetted issues - more environmental - with disdain.

The Sewer issue has been discussed for decades - a matrix that includes " Cumulative Impacts " - " Health Adverse Impacts " -  " Failure to address Quality of Life Issues " linked our infants, children, youth, young adults, seniors, those with compromised health - these issues have NOT -  been prioritized at all.

This is a slap on the face - of the many constituents - more a drastically changing current - demographics - the usual suspects - crooks mostly Black - keep trying to rake in the thousands - all in the name of helping the community at large - but that is NOT the case.
