SAN FRANCISCO HAS SPENT MILLIONS OF DOLLARS - AND STILL CONTINUES TO SPEND MILLIONS OF DOLLARS - WITHOUT TESTED PRINCIPLES AND MODELS - NO SOUND EMPIRICAL DATA - NO NEEDS ASSESSMENT - NO ACCOUNTABILITY AND LESS TRANSPARENCY.

From the days of slavery and before that in the United States of America - formerly know -  as Turtle Island - devious folks have used the poor - the indigent - those that cannot defend themselves - to make money.

In today's " slave plantations " - here in San Francisco - that tradition continues. The poor are used - they are not given benefits - many are given just temporary jobs. The sags goes on - even as Quality of Life issues - and thrown by the way side.

Millions of dollars are given to entities - who spend more to administer the programs - with proper need assessments, no audits on " capacity building " - no sound leadership that matters.

We have heard of Poverty Pimp Pastors - and guess what - why do you think they have got that name?

 These Pastors - have observed that if you can control a segment of the population - that is not educated.

Less - have no connections - cannot protest - you can use them - like a dirty rag - and dispose of them at will.

When we look at Public Housing - very little of it was built with money from the City and County of San Francisco. 

When we do a needs assessment and audit the millions spent on Public Housing - we see millions of dollars wasted.

Deferred maintenance model used - to run down thousands of  Public Housing units - so that devious - with sordid ploys and machinations - linked to " gentrification".

The above ploys can be carried out - by vested interest who can then use the very housing that they purport is run down -  use it for their own purposes to make money.

With any meaningful vetting - create HOPESF - divide the Public Housing - and give it on a platter to the John Stewart Company, Mercy Housing , and Bridge Developers - none of these entities treat the poor with respect.

Much before we had HOPESF - we had HOPESIX - those advocates who fought - for the poor in Public Housing - most of it built by the Department of Defense and paid for a hundred times over.

The Public Housing in San Francisco - was handed by the Department of Defense -  to Housing and Urban Development - who is turn - hand the inventory to City and County of San Francisco.

Who created the San Francisco Housing Authority - to initiate and control - the poor - and run down the public housing they lived in. - so that other uses could be created to benefit some.

Our City and County of San Francisco - our Controller Ben Rosenfield, our City Administrator Naomi Kelly, our City Attorney Dennis Herrera.

Our City officials the former czar of the homeless who jumped ship Bevan Dufty - Trent Rhorer who has been working with Human Service Agency and Barbara Garcia - Tomas Argon who head the SF Health Department in one capacity or the other.

Olson Lee from the Mayor Office of Housing,  Tiffany Bohee who heads the Successor Agency to the former SF Redevelopment Agency - and a host of others - have treated the " homeless situation " - as something other cities are experiencing too - and that some how at some time - the homeless situation we are experiencing today in San Francisco - will fade away.

The above have not sat down once - to audit the various model that have never worked. Instead of focusing on rap around services - they have focused on providing housing - with tenants - who are mentally and physically challenged - have other pressing needs - but some how - those providing them housing feel - all the ailments will disappear - as and when they are given housing. 

It simply does not work like that.

San Francisco is made up of unique neighborhoods - the Mission, the Excelsior, the Sunset, Pacific Height, South of Market Area, the Western Addition, China Town, Bayview - other neighborhoods - those that lived in these neighborhood - built  those unique neighborhoods.

Neighborhoods that boasted good restaurants, good music, theater, diversity with people from all over the world - worshiping in the churches, sending their children to schools and colleges.

The many fairs - clubs - today many of  them facing closures - those that truly contributed their best - forced out - because of very high rents - $3500 for a one bed room unit - $5000 for a  two bed room unit - cost of living increased a hundred fold.

Today there are many from all our neighborhoods -  decent, hard working, tax paying San Franciscans living on the streets of San Francisco.

How did this come about - we must not just ponder for a moment - and pass it off? True San Franciscans must fight for our rights.

Yet this City and County of San Francisco - does not have a system to gather the empirical data - as to why so many San Franciscans - many of them are forced to live in tents - under bushes, under bridges - on the dirty,  filthy streets of San Francisco.

Many of the poor - families - that is father, mother, and children - living on the streets of San Francisco.

At another level - families three and four - huddle in one and two bed room units.

Imagine the conditions - and our Mayor Edwin M. Lee thinks by creating - yet another department for Housing - and paying the head of this Department over $200, 000 with benefits - he can attempt to solve the problem.

The Mayor today - with all the millions spent - does not have the right empirical data - to study the situation at hand.

The Mayor, Edwin M. Lee - stupid as he is - does not have one single - " needs assessment " on the poor and the indigent.

 One single qualified model - vetted focusing on " capacity building " - linked to models and bringing about progress.

 One single vetted blue print that creates a system with accountability and transparency.

Millions have been spent - and yet the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. 

It is only recent some software was purchased - so that San Francisco could help those  that need shelter space or slot.

Help the poor and indigent - get a shelter - without standing in line - by sleeping overnight - on our dirty, filthy streets - to get a number or coupon.

And even those who did it - facing the inclement weather - they did not get a slot - in some shelter - most shelters noisy, unkempt, and not safe - especially our women and children.

As a matter of fact - we do not have the capacity to shelter all the homeless. Many homeless are fed up - standing in line - following the process.

The poor and indigent - are so stressed - they do not want to go to the lines and suffer abuse. Our Mayor must know that - and he can stand in line - go there in cognito and find out for himself.

Our Mayor is a JOKE  - recently he went all the way to Washington DC to speak on behalf of our SF City Planning - in favor of getting some grant for " smart City planning ".

Prior to that I read and heard that we would get this grant easily - but that was not the case. 

Even with the Mayor stating Uber, AirB&B, Google would match this grant - dollar for dollar. - his pleas fell on deaf ears. It is his arrogance and stupidity - that defies his logic - and he just cannot sell our City and more represent our City - because he is a pander of sorts - has no sound leadership - qualities. No personality what so ever - to be a stellar Mayor.

Our City and County of San Francisco - is a mess - the congestion on our streets, the air is foul, the amenities offered to the poor and those that need help - lacking.

What grant will help us better ourselves - when right now we are swimming in a " cesspool " of our own creation?

The authorities did not recognize San Francisco - and we did not receive the grant - and rightly so. 

We must think - that there are people out there - who know about all the corruption, the shenanigans going on in San Francisco. 

Heading the on going " corruption " Mayor Edwin M. Lee - who has been taking bribes.

 One has only to read the briefs in our Courts - the many court cases - pending against the Mayor of San Francisco - Edwin M. Lee - the more you read the Court Cases - the more you feel like puking.

Supervisor Mark Farrell, Katy Tang, Malia Cohen, London Breed, Scott Wiener - have done nothing substantial and viable - to help the poor - the homeless - address our housing needs - in short they all looked with disdain on these issues - and have not addressed Quality of Life issues.

Again and again the San Francisco Board of Supervisors have chosen - to go with the flow.

Why did it take us so long - in the year 2016 - to find out - that our computers - gather piece meal  information?

That we have no centralized server - no centralized capacity building - to gather data - to provide - the rap around services - to those that need it most ?

You ask a Supervisor or those who receive large salaries - and ask them for a needs assessment report  on the homeless situation or any other issue of important - and they look at you - funny!

In any other organization worth the salt - these scum bags would be fired.

It is the same with transportation, our failing and very expensive health system, our education that has targeted the mentally and physically challenged.

Our schools run by   the San Francisco Unified School System which is suppose to be funded well - by the State of California. - constantly every year end - laying off good teachers.

We have over 30, 000 homeless - yet the City and County of San Francisco - shows a figure of about 8, 000. Why this disparity in data - figures that are misleading - figures used to hoodwink the public at large?

This is not funny - it is not funny that we cannot assess what is visible to anyone - what you witness in down town San Francisco and our neighborhoods - is the reality of the fact - that the homeless situation is out of control.

We have a budget of $9.6 billion - the Mayor proposes a 10% cut - yet Mayor Edwin M. Lee - has employed hundreds of his lackeys - folks that are not educated on issues. 

We have over 10, 000 students who do not go to school? So what do you think - these juveniles do - each and every day?

In our poor neighborhood people of color are treated with disdain - we have racist SF Police Officers - and all the evidence and more to justify what I am stating.

Our Mayor,  Edwin M. Lee has NO leadership qualities - he has proved - again and again to be a - " lap dog ".

MAYOR EDWIN M. LEE - HAS SUFFERED A SEVERE BLOW - FROM THE RESULTS OF THE SF DCCC - HIS OTHER POLICIES ON HOUSING, THE HOMELESS, HEALTH, CONGESTION ON OUR STREETS, AND SO ON- ADVERSELY IMPACTING MILLIONS.

When San Francisco Mayor - Edwin M. Lee dares to say that San Francisco is a world class city - he thinks people are not listening carefully - the more the people - who know listen - the more Mayor Edwin M. Lee - makes a bloody - FOOL of himself.

The congestion on our streets, the many skyscrapers that have changed our skyline for the worse - the poor education afforded our children, and health care too. 

The poor transportation - with brand new buses breaking down - the many other failed policies - have made Mayor Edwin M. Lee - one of the most hated mayors - San Francisco - has ever had.

His recent inauguration at City Hall - was a mess - the protestors showered the guests with coffee and other liquids.

 Among - those showered Governor Jerry Brown, Senator Dianne Feinstein, others too many to mention -  most of them corrupt and his lackeys - and most of them were there to support this lap dog - that has failed San Francisco.

The recent Democratic County Central Committee results - saw most of the supporters of Mayor Edwin M. Lee defeated. 

Those who aspired to work with developers, make millions,  fill the campaign coffers of folks like Congressperson Nancy Pelosi, Senator Dianne Feinstein, of course the Mayor, Edwin M. Lee - and other mostly Democrats - that have lost their mind. These vermin talk too much and have failed to represent us all.

City Hall is moving in another direction - you see the difference - and it is for the worst.

You hear  the debates get  - " bitter " - from time to time.

Supervisors - Katy Tang, Mark Farrell, Scott Wiener, London Breed, and Malia Cohen - still continue to back those developers that are corrupt.

Back polices - that adversely impact - mostly decent, hard working -  tax paying - constituents of San Francisco.

San Francisco is changing - and Aaron Peskin is slowly but surely creating opportunities - laying the foundation to take over from the former Mayor Willie L. Brown Jr nearing 82 years.

Aaron Peskin in his fifties - has come in for the second time - after serving two terms as a Supervisor - termed out.

Aaron Peskin is vying for the position - that the Progressive lost out - the last time around - due to their foolishness - Aaron wants to  be Mayor of San Francisco - time will tell.

The many drastic changes and lengths that these politicians go to  amend our General Management Plan.

Trying - to address the pressing needs of so called " affordable housing " - legalese - and making things much too convoluted.

No one wants to address decent housing for those making less than $40, 000 a year - with timelines and goals.

The price of concrete and just the high cost of living - today make building an unit per square foot - a hundred time more expensive - cutting profits - and the only units - developers can build - are the ones the can sell to those that have too much money.

Talk is cheap - and we see politicians using their tongue - wag it until it is sore - it is a pity that tongue does not have a bone - if it did - many tongues in Room 250 - who break - fall loose - and talking would cease - as we know it today.

The two House Negros - Malia Cohen and London Breed - are just that - they talk the talk but have failed to walk the walk.

Both District 5 that London Breed purports to represent - and District 10 which Malia Cohen purports to represent - have NOT seen any meaningful - representation.

Blacks in the thousands have left San Francisco. No one paid to the document " The Hidden Agenda " - giving a report - much to a " needs assessment". That document that was prepared in the 1960s - sits on the shelves - collecting dust.

A recent document titled " The Out Migration " - much like birds migrate from place to place - is full of verbosity - and those who prepared it - lack any sense of urgency - and failed to address - safe guards for Blacks in San Francisco.

Today thousands live in Vallejo, and further North - never, ever to step into San Francisco. Some of them fell victim to the spiraling economy in the year 2008 - and some of them are homeless again - only this time it is not San Francisco.

Sophie Maxwell after a long rest - has now decided to join politics again.

Sophie may be following the lead of Aaron Peskin - running for political office - and may get the seat that she held before - as Supervisor of - District 10.

Malia Cohen the present Supervisor  has failed  -miserably.

 She now dresses like a clown - changing her wigs - lowering her bust line.

Grinning like a jack ass - opens her mouth - saying stuff that betrays her ignorance - has no clue the damage she is doing at City Hall and ignoring all the standards of sound and good government.

How she got to be the District 10 Supervisor is anyone guess - but we who know her roots - and her attitude - have this to say  and let us make it plain -  " Malia Cohen  is very bad news ".

Mayor Edwin M. Lee continues to have his ribbon cuttings - but there is no sense to the ribbon cutting saga.

 Some playground that was left unattended for decades - the Gilman playground was revamped - only for a young girl to be molested - by some youth.

So there you have it a play ground must be a safe haven - but when there is no security - and safety is compromised - and this has been brought to the attention of the Mayor - but,  he has nothing to say.

The Mayor has decided to speak about the two cyclists who recent were killed.

Other cyclists  take on cars - they,  think they have some power - because they have a Political Action Pact  (PAC).

 The cyclists tried to deceive us by introducing a fake Environmental Impact Report - to accommodate bikes on our heavily traversed road - hill roads that are the signature - of our City and the more than 50 hills - that once were there and now are leveled.

Death by collision - the cyclists - taking on car and bigger vehicles - is something we all witness - and those that ride the bikes - pay no license to ride their bikes - and they all take the liberty to exercise license - which is abuse of - freedom.

The Mayor does not know how to handle these collision cases -  he is quick to receive thousand of dollars from the cyclists and their Political Action Committee ( PAC) and the blame game goes on - and the more he tries to address situation like the above - the more he makes a fool of himself.

The congestion on our roads are the worst ever - sometimes it takes one full hour to cross four blocks - tempers fly - and all this and more have forced thousands to leave San Francisco - and live in other counties.

Public transportation is getting worse - and in parts - there is no reliable transportation - the Southeast Sector - the buses 23, 44, 24, 19 .

The Third Street Light Rail - that goes round the City to get to Balboa Park.

It starts from 4th and King and stops in the middle of Visitation Valley - no where.

Over $800 million were expanded - the Mayor then was Willie L. Brown Jr - he and his minions made hay while the sun was shinning.

Much the same as the Central subway - that started with an estimated cost of $600 million - and now is nearly $2 Billion.

 With cost over runs - the businesses in and around Union Square, North Beach adversely impacted.

The Mayor and his thugs that surround him -  will come up with excuses. We have never ever seen corruption ever.

It is the same now with the TransBay - the gang that was on the Joint Transbay - booted Maria who was the Director - and now there are plans - to tie the Light Rail with the new Warriors Stadium.

Other - plans NOT vetted with the constituents - and plans are afoot to waste Billions of dollars - foolishness prevailing  every where - the experts and those wise - are told to shut up take a hike.

The Van Ness Bus Rapid Transit - the Geary Bus Rapid Transit - none of these two project have been vetted throughly - the business will suffer - many of them have NOT recovered from he spiraling economy in 2008.

The San Francisco County Transportation Authority - lacks the acumen and the expertise to - deal with issues that I have stated above. The consultants hired - take the money - and offer suggestions - that far off left field. 

The ability to make needs assessments - collect empirical data - analyze the data - create models that works - those who are paid large sums of money - fail to attain anything - because they do not fundamentally comprehend the scope of the work.

 They do not have any idea about - " capacity building ".  More they cannot discern - because they are not educated on issues.

Most Whites most of whom do not live in San Francisco - working for the San Francisco - County Transportation Authority.

 All of them receive high  salaries - they - do not have their heart in the right place. 

Laughing all the way  to the bank - cashing out their salaries - and thumping their noses - high at  San Francisco and its tax payers - they take pride they are taking us all for a ride - backed by Mayor Edwin M. Lee - who is a - " lap dog with fleas ".

BOTH SAN FRANCISCO AND OAKLAND - TWO CITIES THAT HAVE SERIOUS ISSUES WITH THEIR POLICE DEPARTMENTS - ADVERSE IMPACTS - THAT HAVE SERIOUSLY AFFECTED - PEOPLE OF COLOR - ON MANY FRONTS AND LEVELS.

The Mayor of San Francisco - Mayor Edwin M. Lee has adversely impacted Quality of Life issues.

When it comes to housing, transportation, career jobs, health, education, the quality of our air - our waters which are the Bay and the watershed - all once pristine now no more.

Congestion on our roads - crime - and murders of people of color  - homeless on our streets and getting worse by the hour.

The lap dog  Mayor of San Francisco - Edwin M. Lee - has little to say - except - spew diatribe and contaminate the environment - further.

Mayor Libby Schaaf from Oakland - is no better - ran on a platform to address Police Reform in Oakland.

Today she is swimming in the " cesspool of her own creation " she is drowning - and she has lost all respect and will not gain it - for sure not from the people of color - that she has been hoodwinking and lying to.

Today we see that Mayor Libby Schaaf's  shallow promises and her dictatorial ways - have impeded - " meaningful dialog ".

Some three Police Chiefs appointed and removed in a span of a few weeks. This one fact shows that Mayor Libby Schaaf may talk the talk - but she has failed to walk the walk.

In San Francisco the Black population is a meagre 3% and in Oakland 28% and spiraling - Blacks have been targeted - both in San Francisco and Oakland. Large segments of the population removed - in Oakland and San Francisco - gentrification.

In San Francisco - even though the Black population is only 3% - we have a total population of 850, 000 in San Francisco - the factors linked to homelessness, abject poverty, chronic disease such as respiratory diseases, cancer, others - inflict Black more than others.

Our SF Health Department and our Mayor - look the other way - but not for long. We must hold them accountable.

If the Mayors of Oakland and San Francisco find it hot in the kitchen - get out. Fade into oblivion - better anyone one - than some one who pretends to be Mayor - but their heart in not in the right place.

If we visit our shelters  in San Francisco - many filthy and noisy. Women and children preyed upon - more than 40% of those in the shelters - are Black in San Francisco. 

I have visited the shelters in SF - incognito - and know what I have seen - and what I have seen has traumatized and shocked the core of my being.

We have two Black Supervisors in San Francisco - Malia Cohen from District 10 and London Breed from District 5 - both despicable and have done nothing much - for people of color.

If we visit the jails those jailed - the constituents of San Francisco - it is not uncommon to find - more than 50% of the inmates - Black. Why? And this has been going on for the last 30 years.

Again and again - when Blacks are stopped by the Police both in Oakland and San Francisco - they are treated with disdain.

Searched, handcuffed, told to sit on the side walk - spoken to with disrespect , abused and bitten - and I have seen this - both in Oakland and San Francisco.

The empirical data is there - the reports are there - but we are NOT united - to follow a Blue Print in Unity - to make good things happen.

Both Mayor Libby Schaaf who is being exposed  - right now - who has been working with some folks in her City of Oakland - to target Blacks.

7 Blacks have died during her term in recent months - and each case cries to heaven for justice.

When asked if this is true - the answer given - " we cannot say anything the allegations are under investigation ". 

This type of answers - always means when you see some smoke - there must be fire - present.

Both in San Francisco and Oakland our Black Pastors have NOT united - as many Black pastors - have done in cities all over this Nation.

Our Blacks leaders - the Black caucuses in the Assembly and Senate in California - in Congress and the Senate - can do more - must have done nothing - much.

In California we have State Attorney General Kamala Harris - she has nothing for the Blacks.

She has favored the Department of Justice (DOJ) - that I call the Department of Jokers.

Using the Community Oriented Police Services (COPS) from the DOJ - who cannot investigate.

All that COPS does is - collect information from interviews - and produce lengthy reports - and lie on the shelves collecting - dust for years. We the people do not believe in pacification - we want meaningful - action.

We found out through some sources that the Oakland Police Department is not " in receivership " - meaning the Federal Government investigating all levels of the Oakland Police Department - with authority to adjudicate and bring about quick charges.

It is being monitored by some entity - some " drab monitoring " much like a fox guarding the hen house.

Every time we ask for an independent investigation -  our politicians in San Francisco - fly to Washington D.C. sit down with the Attorney General - who is Black.

Cozy with her - and the Attorney General will  send the entity named  COPS - the COPS have no power to investigate. They waste our time - and cannot conduct themselves with accountability and transparency.

Now that Barbara Lee and the members of the Black Caucus have a sit down - in Congress - a fine example of action that is meaningful.

 Resurrecting - some of the tactics - of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. - other stalwarts who participated and are still alive - in Congress and the Senate - at last some light is being shed.

The constituents of this Nation - who have suffered from gun violence - other adversed impacts - now - see some light at the end of that very - dark tunnel.

Our Black President Barack Hussein Obama - has failed us in Oakland and San Francisco - pandering to Senator Dianne Feinstein, Congresswoman Nancy Pelosi - other donors that given him campaign money - it is all about money - and less decency and respect for those that most need - help.

Others - SF leaders, politicians - many of color - who do not want to speak to the murders committed by the SF Police Department.

We are a City and County of San Francisco - and we can show the way - but again and again San Francisco has led the wrong way - and adversely impacted - people of color.

San Francisco shamelessly - instituted " gang injunctions " we fought them - and slow but surely - the implementation was put on the back fire. However the damage was done.

It was the same in Oakland - the then Mayor Jerry Brown - using military tanks - and SWAT teams armed to the heel - with para-military equipment - trying to bully some " small set  " on the streets of Oakland.

Black leaders from San Francisco - met with Black leaders from Oakland and untied - and then Mayor Jerry Brown - apologized - light had to be shed - when we saw areas of importance in  utter darkness.

Both San Francisco and Oakland - the Cities must go under mandated " Federal Receivership " - on all levels where the constituents are governed - and grants and loans received from the Federal Government.

Both Oakland and San Francisco - are pawns of the developers - others in power - the same crooks that brought about the Economic spiraling of our Economy in 2008. 

Second around 2018 - which is less than two years - from now.

San Francisco is already gentrified - large sections of the population in the Mission, in the Bayview, in the South of Market Area - slow creeping in other neighborhoods. 

The filth rich will rule - the poor -removed - cast away to die a slow death - we are witnessing the reality both in Oakland and San Francisco today - Blacks look at other poor Blacks - and NO compassion is shown - today the Black are living in some hot spots in San Francisco and Oakland - worse than the days of slavery.

East Oakland is being bought lock, stock and barrel by the Zionists - their fancy name for East Oakland - East San Francisco.

You take the Bart from San Francisco and in less than ten minutes - you arrive in East Oakland.

The people who once lived in East Oakland cannot believe what they are witnessing - the reality check has shocked them - Mayor Libby Schaff is pussyfooting around - and her days are numbered.

Her speeches at the forums organized by the Business Times - nonsense, chaff - hot air - tons of talk and no walk.

The Blacks from Oakland and San Francisco San Francisco have shared a common destiny from the early 1800s. Few know about this - but that is a fact.

Stellar Black leaders, the famous Buffalo Soldiers, the famous Porters,  Blacks businessmen, the Jazz musicians, Engineers,  Black Restaurants, Newspapers - SF had 16 newspapers - at one time  and clubs, Churches, and I can go on and on.


Unlike other cities in the Nation - from the inception Blacks participated in the building of Oakland and San Francisco.

We fail to realize that - and on the political front we have always had and still do have some Black - political leaders - worth the salt.

It is time we take an inventory - and prove to those that want to target who is the BOSS.

For sure the land was stolen - from the Ohlone - both Oakland and San Francisco comes under the jurisdiction of the OHLONE.

I represent large areas - and again and again - Sacred Remains are an issue. The University of California Berkeley - has 10, 000 
Ohlone sacred remains - kept in cases - in some gym.

The Ohlone have a sound relationship with the Blacks of Oakland and San Francisco - we can start from there - and build on all our achievements - we have a right to this land - and a right to be respected and treated as human beings.

We need to work with your youth of color - from our middle schools, to our high schools, to our colleges, to our universities.

The many advocates and intellectuals who have failed to incorporate in the thinking and unification of all people of color.

 Blacks are larger than life - and not peons and minions - to be had.

In certain arenas - Basketball for example -we see our gladiator Blacks - vie for the ball - fight - and even create tension - Black on Black - the teams are owned by the Whites - and they laugh behind our backs.

We must ask who laughs all the way to the Bank - and why do we tolerate the lack of unity - the great divide - the disparity in San Francisco has been compared to Rwanda - a third world nation - San Francisco has a budget of 9.6 Billion - plus.

Why so many - people of color the homeless in San Francisco?

It is the same in politics - the leaders want us to believe and hoodwink us - but few among us - can read between the lines.


Only those educated on issues  -only those  leaders with their heart in the right place - can take us all to a better - place.

Frederick Douglass - a self taught man - took on President Abraham Lincoln and proved to be more eloquent and wise.

Dr. Martin Luther King Jr - the leader of the Civil Rights Movement - who won so many rights that most of us take for granted.

We can and must take on those that have stolen the land, those that have engineered ploys and machinations - to adversely impact us all.

Those that continue to use people of color - like a dirty rag - use us as pawns.

We have our rights - now, we must  have the best leadership -  good leaders show the way, go the way, and know the way.

SAN FRANCISCO FLAWED BUDGET PROCESS - THE PEOPLE UNITED DEMAND A BETTER PARTICIPATORY PROCESS - LINE ITEMS THAT HAVE " REAL INPUT " FROM THE CONSTITUENTS - AND A BUDGET COMMITTEE - THAT IS AT THE TABLE - THE DOG AND PONY SHOWS ARE A SHAM.

Every year San Francisco - pretends to give an opportunity the constituents of San Francisco to have some " drab input " - where the deliberations are made at the long Budget Meetings - at City Hall in Room 250.

More behind close doors - and then a day or two chosen - for the constituents to make some token comments - within two minutes.

We are in the year 2016 - and for sure - both the Executive Branch led by Mayor Edwin M. Lee and the San Francisco Board of Supervisors - led by London Breed - have failed us the constituents of San Francisco - to address Quality of Life issues - in a meaningful way.

At the Budget meeting held June 20, 2016 in Room 250 at 10 am - many constituents - many of them hurting for funding - the many programs that fund non-profit service, organizations - more money to those that have connections - with the Mayor and his cronies.

We all had to stop at the doors - led to the pews - and made to sit in order. Then the Clerk of the Board - as if he has no other work to do - led us one by one - to stand in line - to speaks of a measly two minutes.

Outside the door in the halls - ten or more Sheriffs all in Black uniform and armed - much like a SWAT team - looking all mean and aggressive - welcome us - the " the place of the people of San Francisco ".

Take this para-military sit to the war zones and none of these type of appearance are appreciated by the people who are decent an pay their taxies. Including these Sheriffs who can be employed - doing something better.

The present Sheriff who heads our City and County of San Francisco - should be ashamed of herself. Such para-military appearance do more harm than good. Take it from me.

The women on the Status of Women - constantly are asking for more money - millions more.

They want more fund - every year - in the millions - funding for programs to address Domestic Violence.

Domestic Violence must be addressed - but first the programs must be streamed lined - few institutions that address Domestic Violence - doing a better job.

With the Status of Women - you have man haters - we see that and we know that - and that attitude must change - do not hate men and then ask to use of tax payers money - every year the finding goes up - 60% - 70% - who is fooling - whom.

The organizations addressing AIDS - which some say is under control - want millions more - and have all the excuses for the increased funding.

 While some say - AIDS is still an issue - that has not been addressed - because some chose to do what they want to do - do not take the necessary precaution.

 There are hot spots in San Francisco - where we find AIDS cases on the increase. - these hot spots must be dealt with - and risky sex practices - put to a STOP.

It is the same with Sexually Transmitted Diseases in San Francisco - involving not only straights - but bi-sexuals.

Many hot spots - with increases of over 300% and the SF Health Health Department knows about this - but has not addressed it on a war footing.

More incarcerated folks that are released in the community - bring with them AIDS - many of them straight - and this and more - need another type of precaution - before AIDS patients are released in the community at large.

AIDS patients - as are patients with HEP C and other chronic diseases cost our SF Health Department millions of dollars.

We can spend that on infant and child care. Give decent people - who do not practice wild and unsafe sex - an opportunity to contribute to Society.

All this and more cost money - anything that involves health - and when people get sick - they go the the SF General Hospital - and demand that here be served - many of time for their foolishness and bad habits.

 Fewer to other hospitals - with private insurance - many private hospitals many excuses not to take AID patients - which is wrong - but that is a fact that has to be addressed.

Again and again our Federal Representatives - Congressperson Nancy Pelosi and Senator Diane Feinstein - have failed San Francisco - when it come to Quality of Life issues.

In San Francisco our " homeless issue " - must be addressed on a war footing.

Let us stop comparing our homeless issues with Los Angeles and other places - whose population is in the millions and they are not doing well - economically.

Our population is 850, 000 and we have a booming economy - the money is coming in - and millions of dollars are wasted on issues - some of which I have address in my previous articles.

To address the homeless issues - we need to study the related history - in San Francisco we always had the " homeless issues " under control. Nothing that we see today - over 30, 000 homeless and our Mayor - calls our City and County of San Francisco - a First Class City - when we are very far from that.

Our tourists harassed, poor folks begging - as part of their survival - the City and County has let the poor down - many of them once had a roof and now cannot afford - to eat and less to sleep where they must pay - an arm and a leg.

A one bed room going for $3500 and a two bed room for $5000 in San Francisco.

Saint Anthony, the SF Salvation Army,  the many faith based organizations - Catholic Charities, Presbyterian Church, Methodist Church, Lutheran Church.

Martin de Pores, Glide Memorial - hundreds of other smaller and well organized institutions - have done yeomen service - only for our City and County to create added problems.

The many mostly Black pastors - affectionately name Poverty Pimp Pastors - doing the minimal - and more barking up the wrong tree. Action count more - and less talk - more mundane and vain.

The Mayor and his advisors chose to invite the Tech Companies to San Francisco - giving the Tech Companies - millions in dollars - in tax breaks.

Twitter, Zynga, Google, Facebook - others too many to name - all at the expense of the tax payers of San Francisco.

Google buses occupying our City bus stop - putting Seniors and others in harm way - forcing them to board MUNI buses - in the middle of the road  - surrounded with congestion and heavy traffic. No one seems to care about safety and less about the right of our constituents - who pay huge amount in - taxes.

Businesses in San Francisco pay large taxes - in many areas - the side walks are filthy - it is worse when  - those that cannot relieve themselves - because of lack of toilets.

It is a shame when businesses and home owners - are forced to clean the excreta, the many time people choose to urinate - in front of the business - and are force to hire professionals to clean up the mess.

The City is quick to fine you - when some " idiots" graffiti the walls - the businesses  - the homes - but slow to maintain the hygiene and cleanliness of the areas - concerned.

We have some experts in San Francisco - that can address the homeless issues  and bring quick solutions 

The Mayor and his cronies that he listen too - mostly white and aligned to the Zionists - think and act - as if they have all the answers.

These advisors all make over $200, 000 a month with benefits - and we could start by capping their salaries to $100, 000 for starters. Evaluate them every six months - they have to achieve some progress - no progress - out the door.

We have thousands of units today - known as Public Housing - paid for a thousand times over - by the Department of 
Defense (DoD).

Public Housing  at Potrero Hill, Hunters Point, Oakdale Public Housing, Sunnydale Public Housing, Cesar Chavez Public Housing, several other Public Housing - that all should belong to the Public at large - to manage.

We are fed up with all the nonsense that has been going on and at last a stop was made - by firing Amos Brown and his thugs that led the SF Housing Authority. The SF Housing Authority was the entity that acted on behalf of the City and County of San Francisco - previous Mayors the current Mayor - for all the wrong reasons.

Our Mayor's Office of Housing took over - and they too - cannot handle the situation.

Public Housing - through the Housing and Urban Development , the Federal Government, the State Government,  receives millions of dollars.

Other grants - funneled millions of dollars to the City and County of San Francisco - the Mayor Office of Housing - no clear accounting practices- and more cover up.

The City and County of San Francisco for the last 50 years plus - with intent chose " deferred maintenance ".

Running down good properties - using " deferred maintenance" creating the mess we have today - with intent - boarding up - thousands of units -adversely impacting - thousands who need a shelter.

Creating a crooked entity named HOPESF.

 WE all remember the failed  HOPESIX - the  nonsense that was linked to HOPESIX and its failed - policies.

This hoodwinking must STOP.

We the people must control all the properties - now.

We the people have Community Development Corporations - and can manage our own destiny.

Who are these Property Managers - that have their own contractors - trying to hoodwink us.

 The John Stewart Company - controls Huntersview, Treasure Island, many properties in the Tenderloin, others properties.

 Our SF City and County keeps giving the corrupt and rogue company - the John Stewart Company - more properties to manage. How much more?  www.jsco.net

Two other Property Managers - all White - Mercy Housing and Bridge Developers - are part of the problems - worse than the MAFIA.

Hundreds working and receiving huge salaries - hoodwinking us all - having access to large property and long leases - 66 years and more.

Given the opportunity - all this and more -  can be done by  the public at large - that already have Community Development Corporations - Property Managers - some non-profits and some for profit  organizations -  all qualified to do the job.

Again and again - at the end of June we have these Budget sessions - long and drab - giving the City Departments to make all excuses - why they want more money.

Again to find out - large loop holes with the Municipal Transportation Agency - and then more excuses follow.

The SF Public Utilities Commission an Enterprise Department - again- millions wasted - with open questions linked to Mountain Tunnel.

The Calavares Dam, and Irvington Tunnel - if you ask Mayor Edwin M. Lee if he has any clue about the above - he will look the other way around - he has no clue - what so ever what is happening.

Recently a forum was held - with the background of the Golden Gate Bridge - leaders from around the world - taking about Climate Change and related factors.

Here is San Francisco our Carbon Footprint has increased - the many skyscrapers have emitted millions of tons of Carbon Dioxide - compromising and adversely impacting our Carbon Footprint.

Our poor landfill in the Southeast Sector alone - emits Methane gas - over 500, 000 tons - one tone equals 22 tons of Carbon Dioxide.

In the Southeast Sector we have an increase of Respiratory Diseases, Tumor,s Still Child Births,  Cancer of all kinds - no one singular study has been done. We have the University of California - San Francisco - other hospitals that can do more - but have failed the poor neighborhoods.

Universities like the University of San Francisco, SF State University - other institutions that have known about the plight of the poor and the indigent - but care about the on going - gentrification - and less care about the health and safety of the people involved in the affected - areas.

When I mentioned the various factors linked to Climate change - to the Mayor in his office - he seemed not to  know - what I was talking about.

The Mayor is all about wheeling and dealing - and I will not be surprised - when he serves a long time in jail - the RICO ACT beckons him.

Times have changed - and we need professional people - who can evaluate the City and County of San Francisco's budget that is flawed - year after year.

Our Office of Emergency has failed us, our San Francisco Police Department have failed us - our Municipal Transportation Agency has failed us - our SF Department of Health has failed us.

No one can fool all the people all the time.

We need profession people - constituents of San Francisco - women and men - to evaluate our large budget - some $9.6 Billion - plus.

Here are some marks - we can gauge - addressing Quality of Life issues - on Safety we get a  F-.

We get the same with our Transportation System - a D -,.

With our Office of Emergency Services - F -. 

An F - when it comes  to Recreation and Park - taking our Parks and out-sourcing them to the Fishers and others. Pathetic.

An F- when it comes to our shelters - and rap around services for the poor and homeless. 

We make a big deal about our " Navigation Centers " folks can take their animals to these shelters - and the shelters carter to some that can handle such situations - but there is more.

Some hundred or so benefit from such centers.

What about the 12, 900 other homeless - who are left high and dry - all over San Francisco ?

The people who live in our unique neighborhood are fed up.

Idiots come and change the traffic lines for the worse - painting red lines - that have a lot to do with the " gang colors " .

These Planners are stupid if not crazy - we need some qualified and expert " input " - from the neighborhoods.

I keep getting complaints - from so many - and I feel at a loss for words. 

We have " buffoons " - with all sorts of crazy ideas - adversely impacting our decent constituents - who pay taxes and get little if nothing in return.

I have to remind all - this is all Ohlone land - more Muwekma Ohlone land -  that was stolen - and look at the mess - we have done - a mess that cannot be undone - in a jiffy. Aho.
