Our Universities, our Colleges, our institutions that matter - have been slow to take on the San Francisco Planning Department and the San Francisco Planning Commission.

Both the SF Planning Commission and the SF  Planning Commission -  have let us down  - the constituents of San Francisco.

An organization - dubious in nature - SPUR - has been putting out information - suggesting plans - other modes of addressing housing - transportation, pushing for high density, favoring market value units - less affordable housing for those make under $80,000  - all detrimental to the our Neighborhoods.

Our neighborhoods are diverse - we embrace true " diversity ".

We have unique restaurants, cuisine from all over the world, music and dance, and people that speak so many languages - that it baffles those from other cities - we have been blessed - but for those that have come to upset the apple barrel.

That is why all over San Francisco - we have been thriving - all these many years - more, since 1906 - after the great Earthquake - until the arrival of the so called " techies " and the evil, corrupt - selfish - developers.

Now  - with the invasion of the "techies" - AirB&B that owes millions in taxes to San Francisco, others - who do not have the best interests of our City and County of  San Francisco.

In the last ten years over 60,000 families have left San Francisco. Thousands of decent folks who contributed so much to our City and County of San Francisco. Never to return again.

More, the crooked developers like Forest City, Lennar Urban, that ignore - " cultural competency " that think they can bring their sordid methods and values from Miami, Florida - the East Coast to San Francisco - the premier City on the West Coast - know all over the world for its diversity.

The above when being instrumental in pushing so many away from San Francisco. Lowering the standards - three and four families living in a one and two bed room unit. Paying $3500 for a one bed unit - $4500 for a two bed room unit.

The City named after Saint Francis of Assisi - known for his compassion. We San Franciscans embrace all - the nonsense played before us  - has been stressing us out.

Crime is on the increase, shootings and killings, and the Mayor and those in charge - blowing hot air - spewing diatribe - and thinking - they can fool - all the people all the time.

In recent years - the flower children, the Grateful Dead, other bands and organizers of large music events - Bill Graham and others - have made their home in San Francisco.

In many of the artistic fields - we San Franciscans - have contributed so much.Those of us alive and kicking will do so - until we close our eyes.

Even today the many artists who still have remained - are putting their best foot forward.
The Burnin Man events started here in San Francisco - as I said - we continue to contribute to the artistic field.

Artists are the core to any culture  throughout civilization - not greed developers - and those that only have their own selfish and sordid - interests.

We lost many of our decent, tax paying constituents - during the dot.com era.

 I did what I could to accommodate many in the Presidio of San Francisco - but when the Presidio Trust - chose to target those that we had saved - increasing their rents - the artists had to leave - they could not afford the large rents - demanded - and more unfriendly - attitude.

Our City should save our artists and accommodate them with reasonable rents - not so much in a contaminated area - the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - that is contaminated - more, in areas that are clean and can bring holistic - results.

Our SF Planning Department loves to talk about Open Space - but no mention of Recreation Facilities.

We need the Open Space - with need more urgently the facilities to clean up, drink clean water, swimming pools, gyms, areas to protect the infants, the children, the youth, seniors from the inclement weather.

With a roof over one's head to rest, and participated in indoor exercises, other programs that can only be held in doors - wood craft, painting, dancing, Tai Chi, the many aerobic classes - now popular - cooking classes - much like we have been doing for years.

San Francisco Recreation and Park has become so bold as to break the laws and are now conniving behind close doors - to build a hotel next to the Place of Fine Arts.

 Over 20,000 signatures collected - to stop this idea - that is detrimental to all - we San Franciscans - stand for.

Phil Ginsburg and his gremlins must be ashamed of themselves.

Phil Ginsburg - does not even know the history of the Palace of Fine Arts.

 How many hotels do we need in  San Francisco - when we already have so many - match boxes - that accommodate those that visit our City - only to find so many homeless;  filth and dirt on our streets.

Our youth and young adults must be educated on issues - on important matters linked to Quality of Life issues.

Housing, transportation, safety, health issues like  sound hospitals and clinics - charity care for those that are poor and the indigent.

The Carbon Footprint that has increase by 800% in San Francisco.

Our City leaders - pulling wool over their eyes - our Mayor Edwin M. Lee, our City Administrator Naomi Kelly, others who we know - failing to comprehend the basics - ignorant and failing to review the empirical data.

The tons of concrete, the particulates from the many vehicles, the methane gas some 600,000 tons - City wide - latest empirical data - proves what we have been saying for the longest time ever.

One ton of Methane gas equals twenty two tons of Carbon Dioxide.

The City's Department of the Environment, the Department of Building Inspection, the SF Health Department and its Environmental Section - headed by Stephanie Cushing and Amy Brownell - failing our constituents - to review of these entities.

Greedy developers building Market Rate housing - have failed our great City.

These crooks not wanted in San Francisco - no one decent invited them - are building on land that belongs the Muwekma Ohlone that I represent - on matters like Base Closure, Land Use, Planning, Infrastructure, Transportation - you get my drift. Enough in enough. Aho.

TRANSBAY JOINT POWERS AUTHORITY BOARD - PRESENTED A BLUE PLAN - HOW A MASTER LEASE - COULD RAKE IN MILLIONS - BUT THE CONCEPTUAL PLAN IN FULL OF DEEP HOLES.

The Transbay Joint Powers Authority (TJPA) Board was given a presentation - December 10, 2016 - a conceptual plan - how to rake in the millions - just a conceptual plan - that is deep with holes - to keep the TransBay Center - operational.

Those deliberating are desirous of have a Master Lease - putting the burden on the Master Leasee - and less of those who are responsible of the Transbay Center. Time will tell.

Another plans - to deal with Operations and Maintenance - again - a plan that is full of holes - and those spewing diatribe - failing to understand - the bubble that is about to burst.

Again Maria Ayerdi-Kaplan - all caught on tape - taking control of the situation at hand - directing the elf and gremlins - who come to the podium - and lack the confidence to speak to the point - and less about the subject at hand.

While, those chosen to given the presentations - lack leadership, inept, failing to be articulate - failing to have a clear vision less - clear picture, of the situation at hand.

These shenanigans have been going on for a long, long time.

Many of us have refrained from attending the meetings and commenting - that time is coming - and the situation - will NOT be very - pretty. So wait for the fireworks.

The last time - December 10, 2015 - a long presentation was given - and again and again - anyone with a half-brain could adjudicate - there was - no empirical plan to address - most importantly nothing much about a true and valid " risk management " - linked to the Tranbay Center.

We pay these good for nothing - so called experts - they have no real qualifications - except - they are planted by folks like Willie L. Brown Jr. and others - to reap profits.

Hand over on a platter bids to crooked developers - who make contributions to fill some campaign coffers. This nonsense must stop - stop on the tracks.

Crooked management who work for the Transbay Center - give bids to those that make huge bribes and participate in illegal and nefarious activities.

In short - it is all about GREED and less about standards and performance.

The Chair. Greg Harper - of the Transbay Joint Powers Authority (TJPA) Board - who represents AC Transit, Ed Reskin who represents the San Francisco, Municipal Transportation Agency, Mohammed Nuru who is the San Francisco, Director of the Department of Public Works - all asked some good questions - the answers - from the so called experts - were NOT so forth coming - and less worthy of taking any note off.

One presenter gave a top heavy presentation some futuristic media technology.

It is this type of conceptual plan - too much emphasis - on the complicated - and less on the practical - that creates the fog - which the blind idiots - cannot and will not be able to navigate through.

Bottom line when you ask anyone about the Tranbay Transit Center - the first question that comes to anyone - what about the High Speed Rail?

Why most people want to take the train - the high speed rail - that has been talked for so long - and nothing - absolutely nothing is forth coming - except hurdles, fake promises - and tons and tons of diatribe.

For now - no one wants to say anything much - about the High Speed Rail - the cost has risen beyond control.

The many issues linked to Environmental Impact Reports and Studies not in place - and fundamental aspects linked to the High Speed Train - rails and platforms - still being deliberated.

In the interim Webor/Obayashi - Turner - others are raking in the money - so far we have knowledge of some discrepancies - which is not uncommon - on such a large project.

We want to look at this project - as a glass half full - but we simply cannot believe this to be the fact.

We have presenters - who say one thing - and mean another.

When one looks deeper - it is much about loose talk - and less about empirical data.

The local businesses that can offer some clear direction - linked to marketing, retail experience, location, movement of people, the many facets that make shopping an experience - have been left to insane dreamers - those who talk in circles - they say much but mean nothing at all.

Mr. Jim Patrick from Patrick and Company knows a lot - no one seems to like what he says.

The idiots are many - and those who have the needed " wisdom " - a precious commodity - are not taken serious.

I personally know over 10 local businesses and their owners - that have been adversely impacted by the Transbay Center - no one seems to be bothered too much - and that may be so - but so is K A R M A .

The Federal Government - that is our Congress and Senate - have passed legislation - that will stop the funding - needed for the High Speed Rail and other key transportation plans in San Francisco - that was much needed - in the tracks.

Leaving - Maria Ayerdi-Kaplan - holding an empty bay - with tons of so called experts - making a lot of noise - and nothing sound that makes sense - pandemonium.

Her lackeys Nancy Pelosi and Diane Feinstein - can do nothing much - and less Willie L. Brown Jr - always double dipping - and fleecing the tax payers - and the constituents of the Nation - filling their own pockets.

I am looking forward to attend the meeting in January, 2016 - to express my concern - and more to notice those - trying to hoodwink us - that enough is enough.

I was dreaming of the High Speed Rail being in place - dreaming of taking trips to Southern California - more Santa Barbara, and near by town and cities - not Los Angeles for sure.

At this rate I can wait for another 10 years if not 20 years. Time will tell.

What a pleasure to travel all over France, Germany, and other other European countries by rail.

Japan and China and even Russia has some sound high speed rail.

Of course we have a High Speed Rail plan too - we hear a lot about it - we read some about it - we pay folks to work on it and more.

The High Speed Rail should be high on our priority list - with sound leadership and expertise.

Rather - it is low - down under - and no where to be found - nothing moving on those tracks. We hear a lot of noise - oh to hear the sound - of the whizzing high speed rail - and look forward to some destination - away from San Francisco - Santa Barbara!

ALL SORTS OF PLOYS AND MACHINATIONS - DURING THE HOLIDAYS - THE GREMLINS ARE BUSY - AMENDING, CHANGING, RUBBER STAMPING - AND SELLING OUR THE COMMUNITY AT LARGE.

You would think that during the " holidays" - we all would share the best in us.

Bring the best on intentions to the fore.


What is more - in the spirit of the holidays - take us all - infants, children, women, men, seniors, those with compromised health - to a better - place. 

While most decent families and others are vacationing - taking their holidays - giving themselves some rest.

Those that can afford some, succor, enjoying some " peace of mind ' - the gremlins are busy at City Hall - and more at the San Francisco Planning Commission - doing their " dirty deeds".

It is amazing to see those at the Land Use, the SF Planning, the other mundane Commissions and Committees - that were once formed to do good - act as if they were - GREMLINS.

We once believed in good government - no more - today City Hall is where corrupt folks meet - to " cause disruptions " - adversely impact thousands.

These two legged "gremlins" - must be dealt with - and the only way - that can be done - we in unity need to " weed these corrupt folks out ".

Again and again when decent, hard working, informed constituents go to City Hall - to express - their heartfelt feelings.

These decent,hard working constituents are given - a measly two minutes - at Public Comment time. 

Corrupt SF Board of Supervisors - the likes of London Breed, Malia Cohen, Katy Tang, Mark Farrell and Scott Wiener - continue to hoodwink the public at large.

We are watching them like a hawk.

In the interim all sorts of amendments, changes, rubber stamping - are going on - no one wants to pay attention to the standards in place, the ethics that are important, the principles set to attain standards - the ordinances, the laws - that must be adhered to.

How can we permit anyone to build - thousands of units - on land prone to liquefaction and flooding?

Yet - with all the protestations - those that must adhere to the law - permit, sky scrapers to be built on such -sordid, land - prone to liquefaction and flooding.

How can we with intent - put our infants, our children, our youth, our young adults, our seniors - others who have their health, comprised - in harms way?

San Francisco City Hall does it with glee - much like the GREMLINS - leading the way Mayor Edwin M. Lee.

We have the SF Department of Environment who are wasting our time and money.

They have no sound " Blue Print" - when it comes to congestion.

Sea Level rise - and other cliches that we think - repeating, like some mantra - and hope that chantings will - bring about automatic - change.

PERTINENT CHANGES MADE AFTER THE SHOOTING AND KILLING OF MARIO WOODS IN THE BAYVIEW - THIS ONE CHANGE - MANDATED POLICE REPORTING ON DRAWING A GUN - WILL HELP A LOT - AND LESSEN SUCH SHOOTINGS AND KILLINGS IN SAN FRANCISCO.

Common sense is a " rare sense " - it had to take a special order by the Chief of Police - Gregory Suhr - to bring about a necessary change when Law Enforcement Officers - draw their gun - to make them think - and more report in detail - such arbitrary decisions - each and every time they unbutton that holster.

The SF Police Commission has NOT done a good job - you have to watch their deliberations - they go on and on - playing to the camera - and not really addressing the pressing issues of the day.

The SF Police Officers - now also can use shields - in any encounter where shields are deemed necessary - read the report at the end of this article.

I have written about them and also about the Office of Citizens Complaints entity - that takes the reports from the victims - allow the Complaints to seat unattended -  then conveniently tell the victims - time has run out.

Such shenanigans will not be tolerated - the Office of Citizens' Complaints must step up - be transparent and accountable.

If an independent audit is done - a can of worms - will be opened - and add to the stench that has saturated its office and that of the San Francisco Police Commission - too.

Not once has the San Francisco Police Commission addressed Quality of Life issues.

San Franciscans do not live in a vacuum - and hearing the SF Police Commissioners - I do not think - they know the amount of damage they have done.

The abuse they received at the last SF Police Commission - exposed each and every Commissioner - and they should seriously  think - if they want to serve - or STEP DOWN.

They have no clue about the lack the dire need for sound housing in San Francisco.

The lack and dire need for sound, transportation, schools and child care.

The dire need for good hospitals and clinics - the congestion on our streets and have no clue about the contamination, pollution and the adverse impacts - on Society and San Franciscans.

The lack of recreation facilities nor open space and, safety facilities in general - where the public is welcomed.

They lack the sense and the importance of - land use, planning - the blank look on their faces on such issues betrays their ignorance and more arrogance.

In San Francisco our public schools are failing - the immigrants in our Public schools are treated with disdain. The brand new Willie L. Brown Jr Middle school has serious - problems. The principal who was first brought on broad - jumped ship.

In San Francisco over 6000 youth do not do to school -  the on going truancy is on the rise and will it petty crime and that rest of the nonsense that comes with it. 

The SF Police Commission and the Youth Commission must have a joint hearing - and the constituents will see and watch for the first time - how Smithsonian the present SF Police Commission has become - stale, inept, spineless, and not worth the salt.

The SF Police Commission should go visit the Single Residency Occupancy (SROs) hotels and see things of themselves.

Witness how the Senior, the Mentally challenged, the Physically challenged are treated - the SF Police Commission - better step up - or resign - your stench fills the air - and you contribute seriously to the on going contamination - adversely impacting - Quality of Life issues in San Francisco.

Joe Marshall should step down - he will rubber stamp anything - and is using the platform as a Commissioner on the SF Police Commission - for ulterior motives.

The sooner he fades away into oblivion the better.

San Francisco has  a population of about 820,000 and a Police Force of about 2000.

 With many retirements taking place - and more in the pipe line - there is room to bring in more officers.

Those in charge - must discern, and bring on board - better qualified Law Enforcement Officers - more those who live in our City and County of San Francisco - who believe in diversity and who truly care to serve.

For sure we do not need Law Enforcement Officers - who live far off - come to the City just to work - have not real connection - with the constituents of San Francisco.

Have no idea about what a Police Officer stands for, truly - less Cultural Competency - we are a very diverse city - and we have people living in our City - from all over the world.

In the last 35 years I have seen it all - the many changes in our San Francisco Police Department - and have known the last six Police Chiefs - well enough to have direct contact with them - and carry their personal cell numbers and telephone numbers with me.

The present Chief - Chief Gregory Suhr is my very good friend.

I know him well - well enough - to vouch for him - more when I can sit down with him - and discuss matters of importance.

I did not like the way many behaved themselves - barking and shouting - more when they were NOT from San Francisco - at the last San Francisco Police Commission.

It is not worthy if you bark and shout at anyone - and do not have a viable and sustainable plan to present and execute.

Less, if you do not live in San Francisco - but purport to know some and make a fool of yourselves - acting like fools - at the SF Police Commission.

When Oscar Grant was killed - I wrote the first article and published it on IndyMedia.

We, a few of us spear headed the movement - and we were responsible when the District Attorney of Oakland - resigned - for lying and thinking that he was invincible.

Few know these facts - but the facts stand - for those who want to check the facts and more to keep in mind - that some of us are watching carefully the on going ploys and machinations.

It is not a JOKE when hundreds of Mentally Challenged are roaming our streets, are on the MUNI buses,  assaulting innocent people - and our Mayor Edwin M. Lee - fast asleep in the cockpit.

Our infants, children, youth, young adults in the Bayview Hunters Point - live in an environment that is not conducive to a healthy living. 

Stress, lack of sound housing, transportation, health services, more mental wrap around services, counseling, case management that matters, and a host of innovative methods that could be used - that not used - we have folks that talk the talk and do not walk the walk.

Diane Aroche who purportedly must be at work - is out on maternity leave for six months - while our youth and dying on the streets - and there is little if NO Intervention - in the acronym SVIP - Street Violence Intervention Program.

It does not take a rocket scientist to figure out innovative ways - and even though I have sent an email mail to Mr. Paul Anderson and Charles Morimoto to meet me - not a sound.

 Nor from the Mayor Edwin M. Lee - who will say something about the Violence situation - and that is all - his press statements are shallow and inept - they lack leadership - the diatribe will take this City and County no where.

Chief Gregory Suhr must now gather his forces and speak to the TRUTH.

The SF Police Association - must step up - this is San Francisco and we can prove to the Nation - that we have a through understanding - can bring about a solution that works.

Must admit that we made a mistake - many mistakes before this one - and be woman or man enough - to take our City and County of San Francisco to a better - place.

The SF Police Commission must be throughly revamped - no one should be sitting for more than four years on that Commission -  more an individual that is useless and using the SF Police Commission title - to further one's own personal - interests.

The same with the Office of Citizens Complaints (OCC) - it has no clout - they pander, take your statements.

Make you fill long forms - keep your paper work on some shelf - and then have the audacity to say - there is nothing the OCC can do at this time - and let one sweat it out - sometimes stressing individuals - who end up - getting a nervous break down.

We do not want anarchists coming from the East Bay - trying to set our City on FIRE - that will not happen.

The Black leaders of San Francisco - who seek photo opportunities but have failed the shrinking Black population - better wake up.

So far the fake Black Leadership and the two Black representative siting on the SF Board of Supervisors - Malia Cohen and London Breed - have failed miserably.

Amos Brown of the NAACP is a JOKE - let us keep it real.

Most importantly Black on Black Violence must STOP - this inherent hatred - to take another life - is STUPID - and those that have some qualified influence - must STEP UP - and do the right thing.

Black life Matters - and those of us on the front lines know this - but we all must educate ourselves - to understand and more comprehend the details , the many facets, the under laying factors - that lead to violence, hate, and killings and shootings.

Some of those factors - the tip of the iceberg have been addressed in this article - but there is more - and the leadership - must step up and deliver - or forever hold your - peace.

On the surface the Environmental Impact Report that the SF Board of Supervisors passed - linked to the Warriors' Event Project - looks good - but it is superficial.

 The matter will go to Court - and on empirical data, produced - linked to liquefaction, flooding, contamination.


19 elements all heavy pollutants - some radioactive elements - with high readings - any judge with half a brain - will adjudicate those issues - and stop the Project in its tracks.

Some SF Board of Supervisors have not been paying attention to the Tranbay Joint Powers Authority - the many ploys and machinations - and the TJ P A failing to put in place - a " risk management plan " - worth the salt.

Ed Reiskin and Mohammed Nuru have been asking the right question - sending shivers down the spine of Maria Ayerdi Kaplan - who has taken control of the T J P A and keeps - ruling it - like her own - fiefdom of sorts.

The Federal government recent decided not to fund - many of the larger Transportation Programs - millions of dollars shelved - sending Mayor Edwin M. Lee and his lackey Congresswoman Nancy Pelosi - into a swoon - and more delirious - gasping for breath. 

The High Speed Rail - with all its inherent problems - platforms that do not meet standards - rail cars that have to be modified - tracks that do not meet standards - and a host of other issues - too complicated for those with a low IQ to fathom less comprehend. Time will tell.

The High Speed Rail is dead on arrival missing the required expertise - that those who talk  - think they have - but are making up stories - as the project sinks deeper, and deep in the black hole of corruption and waste of tax payers - money.

The latest curve ball thrown by Crescent Heights - famous for its purported $165 million cash transaction - promising the world - will adversely impact - the T J P A project.

It has crashed - the lofty plans Tiffany Bohee had - leaving Tiffany Bohee and others who backed her - sitting on some well lit coals - their asses on fire.

The infusion of Aaron Peskin after leaving the SF Board of Supervisors - and now back again - having won the Supervisorial Election in District 3 - has toned down the verbosity of big mouths like Malia Cohen, London Breed.

Mark Farrell - Katy Tang and Mark Farrell too - they will see the light - at the end of the tunnel - but it will be too late.

The San Francisco Public Utilities Commission - with its Clean Power SF - is going no where. Barbara Hale - talks the talk but cannot walk the walk.

Again, it is immature for SF Public Utilities Commission to take on Pacific Gas and Electric - that has over 110 years of experience.

Again and again Barbara Hale and others have shown how dumb the SFPUC  are in their stupid - deliberations.

 One has just to listen to the SFPU Commission meetings - describing their plans in open - more stupid plans - with no vetted model, less a risk management plan - worth the salt.

Failing to understand the fundamentals - failing to fully grasp truly how energy is marketed - how vulnerable it is to situations like war, the economy that is looking forward to a bubble burst and so on.

It is a pity to hear Francesca Vector - other incoherent t Commissioners  - and more Barbara Hale the SFPUC employees - and those who work for her - fail to produce any viable and sustainable plan.

For their lousy work they get paid. Their plan was to implement the Clean Power SF - in the Bayview it will not work.

Now they plan to use proxies like Lennar Urban, and other businesses - so that they are compete with Pacific Gas and Electric - it will NOT work.

Come January, 2016 - Pacific Gas and Electric will come out with their models and plans - and the prices will be low.

 So low - that with one scoop - SFPUC that does not have a sound model, less a sound Business Plan - and missing a sound Risk Management Plan - will have to drop their plans and lick their chops.

Much as they done before with the failed Combustion Turbines that they wanted to place in the Bayview and failed to do so - because of a few of us.

Much as they have failed with Mountain Tunnel where they are ready to spend $100 million plus - as part of the Water System Improvement Project - that is tail ending - that project soon.

Much as they have failed with Irvington Tunnel and  more.

Barbara Hale has come out with cockeyed plans before - Barbara Hale and Susan Leal - the former General Manager of SFPUC - once planned to place three Combustion Turbines in the Bayview.

More - using fossil fuel - next the Mirant Power Plant that was slated to be shut down - but when the proposal was made - still spewing dangerous particulates, mercury, lead and more into the air.

Plans were in made to use - secondary effluents - treated sewage - for cooling purposes -  other methods - more of them untried - trying to prove that they had a plan - when they had nothing - but their foolishness in hand - Susan Leal and Barbara Hale.

We remember those days - and it was all played out in the open - on Channel 26 - the SFGOVTV - for all the people to see.

Española Jack ( who is the hospital now - fighting some serious health problems ) at age 82 and I - fought SFPUC -tooth and nail and won. The SFPUC was forced to sell the 3 Turbines for better measure - and concede to us advocates who fight for the people at large.

Our only friend who understood the situation at hand - Richard Sklar - a Commissioner and former Ambassador to Bosnia.

The three Combustion Turbines - part of the Enron Scandal - that were stored in Texas at an expense of $250,000 a year - to the City and County of San Francisco - were sold - and the rest is history.

We now have a SF Board of Supervisors wheeling and dealing - the above mentioned - and listed - asking developers for favors - in exchange to speed up - entitlements.

Aiding crooks who act as Real Estate brokers - who instead of the usual two and half percent fee - get five percent - and no one is there to say a word.

It took Aaron Peskin - to open the can of worms.

The head of the City's Real Estate - fighting to find a valid answer - and coming out with all sorts of disingenuous reasons - lying through his teeth - and making a fool of himself.

We have all this Real Estate and it belongs to the people - the commons - and the land should be used for the community - more those that have lived in San Francisco for over 20 years.

 Here, we have the SF Supervisors who lick the shoes of Mayor Edwin M. Lee - making deals.

 The SF Board of Supervisors - asking for favors - from the developers - it is just a matter of time - when some of them will go down and stunned - out.

In the interim we have congestion on our road.

The homeless are on our streets - slowly dying.

 The El Nino rains are here - and the homeless - many poor families on the streets of San Francisco - have to face inclement - weather.

The mentally challenged do not have one single hospital - with hundreds of beds - where wrap around services are available - the few beds at SF General Hospital are a joke.

Most mentally challenged get some qualified treatment and help - in our County Jails - and Barbara Gracia, our Mayor, Edwin M.Lee, his lackeys - think that all is well.

Excuses are given that if a certain number of beds are exceeded - if a facility is built for the Mentally Challenged - Medical and Medicare funding - is NOT available.

Why not tap into the Private Industry - who have their share of mental family members - who are given privately - the best care ever.

They will not shy to provide - basic care - as they personally understand the situation at hand - including Diane Feinstein - and other rich entities who make their abode in San Francisco - Pacific Heights and the surrounding area.

Please  do not treat our " mentally challenged ' like dirt - worse than animals.

The mentally challenged - unkempt - filthy having not taken a bath for months - lice in their hair - and you look into their eyes - and their gaze is miles away - from where these poor souls are.

God bless them - the " mentally challenged.

God is watching the scum bags - so called government  Representatives of the People - earning very high salaries - and wasting the tax payers money - doing little if nothing at all.

We should NOT have a single " mentally challenged" on our streets.

 We know that - but our Mayor and his lackeys - have not lifted a finger - to come out with a viable and sustainable plan. The time is now.
