In San Francisco the homeless situation has reached saturation point.

Today, it is common to find the homeless living on the streets of San Francisco - we now are used to the homeless.

Used to the filth - the strong stench of urine - and the blatant defecation - that tarnishes the image of our City and County of San Francisco.

Senator Diane Feinstein, Congress person Nancy Pelosi, other who say they represent - are political pimps and whores - are pandering - amassing wealth - for ulterior motives.

It has been an on going saga - that has baffled us - but folks like Mayor Edwin M. Lee - thinks nothing of it.

The Zionists continue to harm our City and our Nation. The will bring down our Nation -just like they did in the year 2008 - with our Nation facing the worst spiraling of our economy. Time will tell.

All over the city of San Francisco - for the last 5 years - the homeless population grows bigger and bigger.

Yet, our City and County of San Francisco - with a $9 Billion plus budget - cannot - come out with a viable and sustainable - plan - to address homelessness.

For the last ten years -  every single year over $100 million have been wasted - on programs that defy - logic.  Think about it. 

From the year 1996 to today - from Mayor Willie L. Brown Jr, to the metrosexual Mayor Gavin Newsom - to the "clown" Mayor - Edwin M. Lee - the situation - now has reached - desperate levels.

All we here are excuses - we have not housing, we have no services - we have no money - yet those who utter these words - make in access of $250,000 with benefits. Check it out for yourselves.

At City Hall we have mostly Whites - who are paid to creates - statistics - that defy logic - make no sense - and a disgrace to the human race.

These White lack cultural competency. Many of them have no real sense of what it means to have a real woman - as a wife - children - family life - and think about concept - in a convoluted manner.

It is a business - corralling the homeless - in shelters - treating them with disdain - the poor cry for help - but, all they get - is more stress.

Today hundreds are suffering from stress - as deep stress - that leads to - " D E A T H ".

We have thousands of homeless - living on the streets, under bushes, under bridges, anywhere they can rest their head.

Among them hundreds of youth and young adults. Young girls and women - thrown to the streets - to live and let live.

Others the "living dead" - on drugs - stealing, ripping off anyone they can - we see them - but the City does not have a viable plan - they do have a plan to fill their pocket - with tax payers - money.

Filthy, failing to take a bathe - we now see such persons - boarding the MUNI bus - and forcing others to vacate the bus - holding their noses - the stench is so unbearable.

In certain parts of Mid-Market - in the Tenderloin, on Sixth Street, in front of City Hall - by the Costco on 11th and Bryant, by 16th and Potrero - in other places - all over the City -  tents are now a permanent fixture - with the homeless conducting their mundane, business.

The Single Residency Occupancy (RSOs) are filthy - infested with rats, mice, bugs, roaches, and other vermin.

Filthy is an understatement - the Mayor should go and visit the SROs in cognito. Live there for a week - and he will be a changed man.

San Francisco is NO - first class City - and cannot be under leaders - like Mayor Edwin M. Lee - who listens to those that know little - and he himself has no spine, no ethics, and " stupid" to the core.

Go to the shelters - and see things for yourself - that offer the indigent a " chair " to sleep.

If, you fall off your chair - the orderlies drag the people out - and there is always - some one to occupy the chair.

Such inhumane behavior is being meted out to those that are ill, mentally ill, physically ill, sick to the core - and no one really cares.

Single mothers with babies.Senior on fixed income. Others who have fallen on bad times - the filthy rich - spending over $5000 on lunches and dinners - here in San Francisco. Fine wine and gourmet dishes - half of which are left to be discard in the trash.

Barbara Gracia - from the San Francisco General Hospital - who is the Director of Health - has a $2 billion plus budget.

No one really - has addressed the " growing homeless situation " - with their heart in the right  - place.

The presentations given at the SF Health Commission - are shallow, clueless people gather fake statistics - and promises made that will never, ever be fulfilled. 

Health services are becoming expensive - and Obama Care is a JOKE.

Yet, you have folks - speaking from both sides of their mouth - when the truth be told - Obama Care - is destroying many - when it comes to spending large sums of money - for poor   health care.

Sutter Health Care Services has destroyed our hospitals - Saint Luke's one took care of thousands - no more.

The California Pacific Medical Center - a brand new facility - will only care for the - "filthy rich".

Sutter Hospitals are being taken to Court - for charging people an arm and a leg. Has been for many years.

The San Francisco General Management Plan has been thrown to the wind.

 Failing to listen to the "constituents" - some 2200 immigrants from the Philippines - who have struggled against past discrimination - in the South of Market Area (SOMA).

Suffering today from the misdeeds of  the former SF Redevelopment Agency, the economic spiraling that followed - the worst in recent times in 2008 - other hurdles - only to  be told this time - that they have to go.

We, are watching them -and if you play with fire - God will see to it - more, when you adverse impact the poor - with intent. You have BLOOD on your hands.

The SF Planning Commission Meeting held on September 17, 2015 was a clarion call to the SF Planning Commission - that "rubber stamping" and following the " sordid dictates " - of Mayor Edwin M. Lee and his " thugs " - will NOT be tolerated - by those that know more - and what is good to know in this unique case - " love and caring " for their neighbors - is the way to go - for those that have their heart - in the right place.

" Spot Zoning " - changing plans - working behind close doors - with the "demons" - who now want to grab any vacant land - and build tall buildings.

 More,  to care for the " filthy rich " - and care less for those who live - pay check to pay check.

The Seniors who are 40% plus of community on fixed income, the mentally challenged, the physically challenged, single mothers, youth who have no roof under their head - sleep under bushes, under bridges, under any place - where they can get some respite. 

This is not the old San Francisco - the number of homeless, the filth and stink on our streets - is unbearable. 70% of those now living on the streets of San Francisco - once lived in as normal constituents in San Francisco.

It is interesting how " Forest Hill Developers " who have been at this game before - have been busted - with their " hand in the cookie jar ".

It is the same at " Pier 70 " where the clean up is non-existant - and devious entities backed by Malia Cohen the District 10 Supervisor - is permitting this developer to have a hay day.

A million tons of liquid tar has to be address at Pier 70 - two large areas of Ammonia Spill - all part of the World War II - efforts - and part of the SF Port Authority. Developing large areas - without proper abatement, mitigation, and standard clean-up.

The Supervisor Jane Kim from District 6 - knows the shenanigans, ploys and machinations - and if she is for all the immigrants and constituents who hail from the Philippines - than she will do right by them and the others - who need desperate, help.

The housing advocates are just learning the " sordid ways " of those who are loaded with million of dollars - making deals behind close doors.

 With so called Community Based Organizations - who are pandering to the Mayor Edwin M. Lee - who is known for his blatant - corruption and is being watched by Federal Law Enforcement.

I have attended numerous meetings - and I have been pleading that the current issues of congestion on our roads, the increase in the Carbon Foot Print, the increase  of contaminants like mercury, lead, and dangerous particulates - does not bode well for our infants, children, youth, young adults, our seniors and those many with compromised health - issues.

The signs of the times - this on going four year drought - has brought us - all over California - more, in the countryside to our knees - and just like that - homes and other precious possession - turned to ashes - this one of kind raging - fire.

It is when such horrendous tragedies take place - that humanity must - garner the finer aspects - we have - and express our gratitude - share our blessings - more with compassion and our hearts in the right place - share our best with those we support and must come to their aid.

There can be no love without - sacrifice.

The greedy in San Francisco - have been slow to express - their concern for our fellow human beings.

In large measure - this is how - the poor and those who live pay check to pay check - are treated by this current administration - here at home. Time will tell.

The fire men and women put their lives at risk - and so far the human damage is low.

WE have not received the current reports - we pray and hope - that the human casualties stay low.

Four firemen that were rushed to hospital in the Davis area - and now doing well. Thank God.

Some reports recently state there has been one death - and 28 injuries.

We pray and hope - that the containment - comes soon - with milder climate, less stronger winds - and maybe a couple of showers to keep the fire low and take it out.

The recent hardship - has touched people all over the world - may thinking the fire is closer to San Francisco - and it might be - we pray this raging fire - be brought to a dead - halt and extinguished.

This four year drought has been one of the worst - and the damage done so immense - that again and again - the Governor of California - has declared entire areas - " an emergency area".

With the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) - the Red Cross - and others - whose heart is in the right place - offering succor to those victims - that need help.

Again the City and County of San Francisco - has been fast asleep at the cockpit - not a word about helping - those suffering as a result of the - " Valley Fire".

Right now we are safe - in San Francisco - but you never know - when some natural disaster - may visit us - maybe in a month or two.

May be in a year or two. We know - how our City and County of San Francisco - boasts of doing this and that - mostly vain talk and little action.

I was there in 1989 when the Big One struck - and saw first hand - how things worked in our City - the Marina received most of the required help - from he Army - to be exact Sixth U.S. Army and Presidio of San Francisco.

When others suffer - we have been slow to provide help. Even with our wheeling and dealing - and bragging about a $9 Billion dollar budget.

Ashes are already visiting the Golden Gate Bridge area - and soon tomorrow when we wake up - we may smell the smoke and be showered with ashes - much like the fire that ravaged the Oakland Hills - and did the same.

We are human - and most of us - wallow in our pride thinking that - as long as - most everything around is fine - we do not have to think and more come to the aid of our fellow human beings.

We must and if we do - God will bless us.

In our time of need - others will come to our aid - that is how karma, works. Of course - we know - hundreds of ordinary people are already - stepping up and performing extraordinary charity.

The many propositions - like Proposition F for sure - will send a clear signal to AirBnB - who really is in control in San Francisco.

San Franciscans have had it - and this on going corruption - is now well known all over the world.

The Mayor  - Edwin M. Lee has turned this City from a first class city - that had standards - to one that " is now known well - for its abject, corruption".

How did we come to permit such utter corruption and more tarnishing of our standards, compassion, and catering to the Pacific Height Mafia?

Who are these transplants - who now act as agents of change - for the Pacific Height Mafia?

San Franciscans are educated on issues - and no one is going to fool us - especially those of us who have experience - and have been well trained to deal - with the - chaff.

Caltrans, the City of Oakland, the City of Emeryville, other East Bay cities - the City and County of San Francisco, Brisbane, Burlingame, South San Francisco - other cities South of San Francisco - have been complicit - when it comes to the remains of the Ohlone.

I represent the Muwekma Ohlone of matters linked to Land Use, Planning, Base Closure, Housing,Transportation, the many Disposition and Development Agreements (DDAs) - and have attended - countless meetings - where hot air is spewed - and  evil models like " Land Banking" - used to - rake in billions.

Often times we in the Bay Area forget that land - all the land - in and around - belongs to the Ohlone.

The first people of the area - and that all of the land that now - is a concrete jungle - as we see it - once was very pristine - for a fact - and history should stated it clearly - it was - all STOLEN.

Again and again - we have to remind the "thugs" - the filthy rich developers - who make their "blood money" - the wrong way - and leading the pack - here in the Bay Area -

Lennar Urban has joined hands with other "thug" amenities and other individuals who have been "charged before" - one Darius and others watched by the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

Public Trust Lands belong to the people - the City and County of San Francisco - knows about this and has failed to exercise - certain - mandated standards - when it comes to the transfer of such - lands.

More allowing tax payers, citizens of the United States - constituents - the "right of first refusal". For sure the "First People" who exercised their legal right - way back in 1991. 

In 1991 the Muwekma Ohlone legally exercised its "Right of First Refusal" and among other lands - mostly Public Trust Land - the Muwekma exercised its "Right of First Refusal" on Treasure Island and Yerba Buena Island.

Treasure Island is man made and sinking about 2" (two inches") every year. The United States Navy that had jurisdiction over Treasure Island - has contaminated the land.

Again and again the people have spoken about the contamination - in many areas - "hot spots" laden with "high levels" of radioactive elements.

Corrupt entities who do not want to serve the needs of our great City and County of San Francisco - are planning to take - all that they want - and build Market Price housing.

The lengthy Disposition and Development Agreement (DDA) - and laden with legalities.

The plan is to make tons of money - on land that has been given to the "developers" for nothing.

There is nothing wholesome about Lennar Urban - that promised Vellejo - our neighbor - 10,000 housing units - then walked away and declared - bankruptcy.

Nothing good is happening on Hunters Point - that one Parcel conveyed to Lennar Urban. Endless issues - workers fed up, contractors crying tears of blood - no payments made on time. Homes built of toxic land - with very high Asbestos reading - that now - suddenly - are not released.

Lennar Urban, Kenwood Investments, Wilson Meany, Stockbridge Investment - Congresswoman Nancy Pelosi, Willie L. Brown Jr, Edwin M. Lee, Diane Feinstein, the John Steward Company - charged individuals like Darius - other one worse than the other - want to rake in billions and share the loot.

Some 300 plus acres - in 2011 the San Francisco Board of Supervisor were warned and did not pay - attention. In the 2004 similar situation with Hunters Point and Park A.

These SF Board of Supervisor - weak in the knees, no spine, immoral, and many charged by the Sunshine Task Force and the San Francisco Ethics Commission. As I said God see it all.

We San Franciscans are just understanding the situation at hand on Treasure Island and Yerba Buena. Some of us fought this battle and won - in the year 2004 - when it came to Bayview Hunters Point. Brought the demise of the San Francisco Redevelopment Agency - and was and is the foundation - of most of the corruption we see today. Tiffany Bohee and others continuing the work of the - devil.

The people united - will never, ever

be defeated. We few have not dropped

the ball - we will fight to the end.

when Lennar first incorporated - in Sacramento - invited to California -

by the "thug" Mayor of San Francisco -then the Speaker in Sacramento - Willie L. Brown Jr -  that middle initial - stands for

Corrupt entities have gathered behind close doors - leading the pack " Platinum Consultants" - Willie L. Brown Jr. a former "thug" Mayor of San Francisco.

Who planned to take over Public Trust Lands -  he used legislation - easily passed - to take Public Trust Land - that belonged to the Port Authority - and built - then Pacific Bell and now AT&T Park.

Hunters Point Naval Shipyard, Mission Bay, Treasure Island, Yerba Buena Island - all Public Trust Lands - use a model called - " Land Banking " - to amass large profits. 

Minimal cleaning or abatement is done - land that mostly is given away - and "Land Bank" used to rake in billions.

The people united cannot - ever be defeated.

Time to exercise the RICO ACT and charge all these individuals - who must spend the rest of their lives - in a jail.

More, in solitude - and the stiffest punishment - meted out to these "scum bags" - who have adversely impacted the lives of thousands of innocent - people.

Corrupt individuals the likes of Malia Cohen, Scott Wiener, Katy Tang, London Breed, Mark Farrell, and Julie Christensen - are hand in glove with these - behind the scene - ploys and machinations.

Mayor Edwin M. Lee has - since the days when he was the City Administrator - sided with some shady individuals - we do not have the real "Mafia" here on the West Coast - we have entities that closely - purport to do conduct likely - activities.

These folks do not pay their taxes. The get huge breaks using a slew of accountants and financial wizards - who know the loop holes - delve and find the loop holes - in the 40,000 pages - of convoluted tax laws - that allow those very corrupt - to commit murder in broad - daylight.

We have the " Pacific Coast MAFIA" - who have had free reign and the time has come to coral these "thugs" - all of them - charge them - and throw the key away.

Yerba Buena for sure could be used to build sound housing for those that have been deprived for the last 30 years - plus - of Quality of Life issues.

More housing - sound affordable housing - is required for those who are San Franciscans - good hard working citizens who pay their taxes - and for the longest time - have been treated like dirt.

Moderate housing and mixed housing - to give our teachers, middle management, artists, those holding positions like construction management, other jobs in sync with our digital world - to live on Yerba Buena - and make a difference - for the first time - contribute their talents - and help them live in San Francisco.

The Ohlone have left their footprint and legacy - shell mounds - acupuncture points - that those that have "wisdom" - comprehend.

The ancestors knew it all - saw those with "fork tongues" - corrupt folks like Malia Cohen and Edwin M. Lee - shallow.

More - spiritually bankrupt - money is not everything - you all were given an opportunity - and now you are on borrowed time - save your soul - that is - if you have one worthy the salt.

God sees it all - even Rose Pak - sees it - and has said it all - when it comes to Mayor Edwin M. Lee - her words " I am disappointed with Mayor Edwin M. Lee" - and rightly so.

Malia Cohen and London Breed in bed with developers - closely followed by Scott Wiener, David Chiu, and Mark Farrell - and then Katy Tang and Julie Christensen the last two anointed - to do the devil's - work. Aho.
