THE CURRENT DROUGHT IS THE INFERNO THAT THOSE WHO HAVE SEEN IT - SAY NO MORE - OUR NATURAL RESOURCES LOST - MILLIONS OF ACRES - IMPACTS OF CLEAR CUTTING IN ONE PLACE - OVER GROWTH - DRIED AND READY TO FUEL FIRE - OUR WATERSHED COMPROMISED - AND ALL OF THIS AND MORE IN LESS THAN 200 YEARS.

Here is a chart that spells it out.

This drought has led to an - inferno.

When will we humans learn - to use little

and save for future - generations.

This land we call "America" was from time immemorial called affectionately - "Turtle Island".

The "turtle" respected by the indigenous people the world - over.

If you study the "turtle" - its ability to roams the world - using currents - and traveling thousands of miles. Every aspect of its mode of travel, its ability to pick the spot to lay eggs - give life - and survive - it is mind - boggling.

Here is California we have had huge fires - so many fires that - those who know some about " raging fires " - say they have not see - a phenomenon such as they are witnessing first hand, today - every before. Inferno.

In Washington State millions of acres burnt - and we have sought assistance from fire fighters - from far away as New Zealand and Australia. We are grateful for any help - more to teach us about respecting - Mother Nature.

Three fire fighters died - caught in a trap - they fell prey to a huge "fire burst" - in Washington State - may their souls rest in peace.

Our firefighters have fought a good fight.

However, this inferno - is one of a type.

Men have died to save lives, property, 

down the fire - lay down their lives -
the ultimate - sacrifice.

Here is San Francisco it is business as usual - tons of vain talk - wait until - we face a flood - in less than five months.

Our local Office of Emergency Services or whatever fancy name they call themselves - are a JOKE.

When Lewis and Clark visited the West some 210 years plus - they saw a "pristine" California - reported back to Jefferson and others - who never expected to hear - all that they revealed. The push to the Wear began and has never - ended.

of forest and burned hundreds of homes

our brave fire fighters are exhausted. 

The State of Washington, California, the neighboring Western States - have seen so many large, raging fires - high winds  millions of acres torched - they all have reached - saturation point.

For the first time in many, many years - we have called our Army Reservists, we have called laymen that have any experience - to hand a helping, hand. God bless them all.

In short - we have so much to deal with it - lacking human resources - we are begging for any help. Many States have exhausted - most of their resources. They is a lesson to learn - but most folks are looking - the other way.

In the air we have used all possible resources - and have over worked our aircraft - some huge aircraft tankers - that have been be grounded for maintenance - after doing - too much - overtime.

In California we have the Central Valley - the bread basket of the world.

We here in California pride ourselves - to be the 8th largest economy in the world.

California is not a Nation - part of the United States - it is a State.

We have to learn to respect Mother Earth - and be less greedy.

If not our sordid actions will bring - the death of all life as we know it, today.

The Earth is buckling in the Central Valley - caught in satellite photographs - documented - with sound - "empirical data". The land is sinking in parts - five, six, seven - feet.

Food grows where water flows.

Greedy farmers have continued to 

defy Mother Nature - and will

pay a heavy toll - in the near future.

Greedy farmers - have depleted much of the watershed - pumping out "trillions of gallons of water".

Today - from photographs sent from space by "high tech satellites" - we can calculate how much of the land is sinking - where the watershed has been depleted - the land is sinking - more - buckling, cracking, and saying to us - no more.

In some parts over ten feet - 2 to 4 inches a year. In many parts  large areas have - "buckled up" - in many areas - we have had cracks - adversely impacting - old structures and homes.

This and more are the signs of the times - many who use millions of gallons of water - for their crops - simply do not get it.

Politicians still favor - farmers who use millions of gallons of water - to quench the thirst of "pistachio trees".

Vineyards that bear grapes - where millions are made - and vintage vine - sells for thousands of dollars a bottle. All the while the Earth is parched - dry - and cracking, dry. They make use some water - but not all the water they want - not paying attention to the drought. You do that - and you will perish - by your own - evil, sordid - selfish - deeds.

Seeing is believing - brings tears

to the eyes - but, to the greedy -

they are depleting our watershed.

Once gone - gone forever.

Stupid politicians the likes of Diane Feinstein, Nancy Pelosi, other dumber than
dumb - water to send water from Northern
California - south - decisions made
in a vacuum - rich farmers - filling
campaign coffers.

I know of prisoners - women and men - who are paid ten cents an hour  - to pick pistachios.

The greedy farmers - have made millions - using subsidized water - and the sweat and blood of our sisters and brothers.

More in the Chowchilla area of California some 160 miles from San Francisco.

In the year 2015 - the Whites still do not get it - they are playing with fire - I predicted the incineration - but did not spell the details - you have to permit - the stupid to learn the hard way.

In San Francisco we get our stolen water from Hetch Hetchy. The SF Public Utilities Commission - thinks nothing when 150 millions gallons of treated water - all coming from the Hetch Hetchy Reservoir are wasted.

Old pipes some are old as 130 years - are still awaiting replacement - the deferred maintenance and upgrade - is taking a heavy toll.

It does not faze the SF Public Utilities Commission - that there stupid is evident - for all the world to see.


For thousands of years  - this land that we know - within Turtle Island - California named after a Black mythical goddess - California - by the strangers who set foot and were looking for gold and other riches.

For thousands of years the Native American - the indigenous people that I respect - took care of this land.

Blinded by avarice, greed, anger they seek to rape, plunder, steal - while spewing diatribe and bragging they have laws, regulation, and standards - all of which are shallow, do not manifest, lack spirituality - beg the question.

These are the "idiots" who will not seek wisdom from those that used it for thousands of years.

These are the "vermin" - those that have "fork tongues" and will refute the "Truth".

I see them daily in my work - corrupt politicians and we have many of them in San Francisco - at City Hall and more in Room 200.

It is amazing how the City and County of San Francisco - has failed miserably - while those in charge - are busy having a good time - right now - taking long vacations - wasting the tax payers - money.

Mayor Edwin M. Lee - for the longest time ever - has been pandering to "very corrupt forces" - no one dare needs to believe me - it will all be revealed - in the Courts - within two months.

We have over 3500 toxic hotspots - all well know to the Environmental Division that comes under Barbara Gracia - head of the Health Department.

Barbara - she is known to talk the talk and fails to walk the walk.

The San Francisco Health Department has several studies done - revealing the adverse impacts to our infants, our children, our youth, our young adults, our seniors, the many others - whose health has been - compromised.

It is a shame that our Mayor Edwin M. Lee has failed to get a full and complete brief - on the state of affairs - when it comes to the health and many adverse impacts - linked to our beloved - infants,children, youth, and young adults - how much do they have to endure?

San Franciscans love our Seniors.

Why are they NOT respected?

Who give permission to the sordid to behave - in the manner they behave today?

A very high of our Seniors who form over 48% of our population in San Francisco - live on fixed income - and have very serious health problems.

Our City and County of San Francisco - has now decided to treat our seniors - like dirt. When any entity - deals with our seniors - as our City and County of San Francisco is doing - then believe you me - we are in "deep" - trouble.

The people united will not be defeated.

Lennar Urban is a "rogue developer" that has ruined the "economy" of Vallejo.

Lennar Urban has now consolidated its assets - in one last attempt - to hoodwink the constituents of San Francisco.

Using " land banking" and other nefarious models - to rake in millions - and hoodwink - innocent, hardworking - San Franciscans.

and dealing - and we have the - "data".

Some one is watching you all the time.

We cannot with intent harm our infants, our children, our youth, our young adults - our Elders - those with compromised health - and play games with lives. We simply cannot do that without - consequences.

The San Francisco Public Utilities Commission in charge of our water - which it pumps all the way from the Yosemite Region - the well known Hetch Hetchy reservoir.

The thieves - have stolen the clean drinking water - from the Miwoks, the Pomos, the Piutes, the many other tribes that consider the water Sacred - more from the confluence - where the waters meet - and where life has been sustained for thousands of years.

The Regulatory agencies be it the Environmental Protection Agency - with Jared Blumenfeld in charge.


The Bay Area Air Quality Management District with Jack Broadbent in charge.

The others one worse than the other - the Department of Toxic and Substances Control that has just been revamped.


The local so called "drab and sordid" regulatory agencies - the SF Department of the Environment - the SF Health Department with Barbara Gracia at the helm of affairs - are NOT doing their job.

The State agencies who should be focused on the health and welfare of our infants, our children, our youth, our young adults, our seniors, those with compromised health - are all asleep at the cockpit.

Rose Pak an advocate from San Francisco's Chinatown - has been bold enough to say - that Mayor Edwin M. Lee has failed representing the poor - more from Chinatown.

In fact recently - Rose Pak went to say - that Edwin M.Lee has been an utter failure. Some of us have been saying that for a long time - but for Rose Pak to say it - is something - she put the sucker where he is now. Time will tell.

Lennar Urban now wants to build a large shopping mall - on land that is prone to liquefaction and flooding.

Right now at Candlestick View - the new fancy name given to the area in and around the former Candlestick Stadium - the air, the land, the watershed, most everything in sight - has been polluted and severely - contaminated.

Who in their right mind with the crashing of the economy - not only in the United States but in places like China, Spain, France, Italy, Russian and other places - have the money to shop. Where will they get the money from?

How about building good schools and paying our teachers well?

Educating our teachers and providing them with good homes - subsidizing the units where the teachers live - to help our children compete in this world - with first class - education?

We are 46th in the Nation - that is California and worse off here in San Francisco - when it comes to stellar, education and more sound educational - facilities.


Our San Francisco Unified School District is a JOKE. Our immigrant children - treated with disdain.

August 19, 2015 I paid a visit to the brand new Willie L. Brown Jr. Middle School - located at 2055 Silver Avenue in San Francisco.

I could not meet the Principal - I tried using two telephone numbers one of them: 1.415.642.8910 - no one picks up the telephone. They say "communication" is everything.

So, I took myself to the Willie L. Brown Jr. Middle School - since I live in the neighborhood.

I signed myself in - explained the purpose of my visit to the school - there was no way the staff - told me that I could see the Principal that day - August 19, 2015 - there was too much to do - too many fires to put out.

The Principal was over whelmed with problems - most arising from issues linked to dysfunctional models and operations - that the school - was experimenting with.

In all the under lying factors - and I have done my home work - the lack of " cultural competency". Black children are shocked that they cannot cope with the curricula. The Asians take it in stride. Some of the children who take it in stride are happy - those that cannot - are confounded.

Wille L. Brown Jr the "former thug Mayor of San Francisco" has done well having a bridge named after him - he now brags that he has one over Senator Diane Feinstein - having a school named after him.

The former Mayor - could do even well - having some toilets names after him - in and around Market Street - and closer to Saint Regis Hotel - where he makes his abode.

It is a shame that we have such leadership that want to name things after them. Willie L. Brown Jr will always be remembered as a "thug Mayor" - he cannot leave a "legacy" by buying people off - never, ever.

Nor can Mayor Edwin M. Lee who plays second fiddle to Willie L. Brown Jr.


I know how these scum bag work - steal, lie, cheat, deceive, pander, favor, and both Willie L. Brown Jr and Edwin M. Lee - have ruined the lives of many - innocent people.

San Francisco needs sound leadership - we need leaders who understand that our resources are not there to waste.


The clean drinking water was stolen - from the Native American tribes - and today is wasted.

Deferred maintenance - millions of gallons seeping away from failed pipes - old, rusty, with seams leaking - compromising the watershed.

We keep building tall buildings, skyscrapers, costing millions of dollars - a condominium in one of these better buildings - one bed room costing $1.5 million - two bed room $3 million - in locations that are expensive to live - more.

Who are these jerks who are messing with our lives?

Why are we allowing these scum bags to act like this - and giving them a free reign - when they should be locked up in jail - for a long, long time?

Our Regulatory have sold out - much like our Supreme Court.

The Senators, the Congress persons - the State Assembly persons, those at the California Senate.

The SF Board of Supervisors - the worst ones London Breed, Malia Cohen, Mark Farrell, Julie Christen, Katy Tang - and the Zionist - Scott Wiener.

ALL OVER OUR CITY AND COUNTY OF SAN FRANCISCO - OVER 3500 TOXIC HOTSPOTS - THAT THE CITY OF SAN FRANCISCO - HAS FAILED TO ABATE AND MITIGATE - EXPOSING MILLIONS TO HEALTH HAZARDS - AND DEFYING SOUND ENVIRONMENTAL - MANDATES.

Make no bones that San Francisco is a racist city - and when entities who prefer to see to their own ends - and fail to hold the City and County of San Francisco - responsible - who "with intent" adversely impact the innocent - more damage is done - when it comes to accountability and transparency.

The City Administrator - Naomi Kelly fully knows and comprehends- about the increase in contamination and pollution all over San Francisco. She has no blue print to address any of the very serious issues. No plan whatsoever to address - the failing standards linked to Quality Life Issues - in San Francisco. 

The over 80 skyscrapers - the increase in traffic, the worst congestion on our streets and freeway.

Aggregate, concrete, dust, particulates of the worst kind - have increased our Carbon Footprint by over 400% in San Francisco.

The over 3500 toxic hot spots - the over 300,000 tons of Methane gas spewing into the air - from the thousands of acres of poor landfill land - prone to liquefaction and flooding - are but the tip of the iceberg.

At Pier 70 we have a site that holds a million tons of " liquified coal tar".

Three large sites - at Pier 70 - where huge Ammonia spills took place - the City is fully aware of these sites - and the abatement, mitigation - cleanup and restoration - that should be mandated with standards and this has not happened.

This land is the land of the Muwekma Ohlone - the thieves may say what they want to say, the Mayor Edwin M. Lee - may think what he wants to think - but, this warning is "fair" - put a stop to the pollution, the contamination, the gentrification which is your doing. You of all the people - should know better - STOP - running your mouth too much.

When the City of San Francisco - find out that it has to abate large area - so some standard mitigation - when money is factored in - the City and County of San Francisco, the "greedy developers" want to take a short cut - and do what is "evil" - do what the devil does.

What one hears in such cases - is that the area will be capped - and the "greedy and egoistic developer" and those that take bribes - facilitate in fast tracking the "permitting process" - these vermin - go laughing to the bank.

The City has the Department of Environment - that has chosen to address mundane issues. Has not taken a deep look at pollution, contamination, health issues, in short the failing Quality of Life - issues.

Has not bothered to look at those projects - where the SF Department of Environment can take a stand and bring about mitigation.

It has chosen the easy route - advocate and fill its own coffers - to stay alive - and beat around the bush.

The City also has another entity -  the Environmental Division situated at Fox Plaza - with folks like Amy Brownell and Stephanie Cushing - again under the Directorship of Barbara Gracia - who heads the San Francisco Health Department - which has not taken a stand to address the chronic situation when it comes - to the increase - of chronic heart, respiratory, and other fatal diseases.

These regulatory folks - do not want to address any issue - that will - "rock the boat".

Bite the hand that feeds them - the Mayor Edwin M. Lee, Barbara Gracia, Tiffany Bohee, the Department of Building Inspection - others are intimidated - to stay away from contamination and pollution issues - as they are happening - right now at Candlestick Point and Parcel A on Hunters Point Naval Shipyard.

Let the people suffer - look the other way. Shame on our City's leadership.

Recently out of no where an entity was formed - led by Green Action - named the Bayview Hunters Point Environmental Justice Response Task Force.

Marie Harrison purports to represent the Bayview Hunters Point - and the Director of Green Acton - Bradley Angel - and a few others.

The make up of the organization does not reflect the demographics of the contemporary population of the Bayview Hunters Point - the same people, the same Regulatory Agencies - that have stood by and have harmed our community.

I attended the very first meeting and one that as held - yesterday - at 1800 Oakdale - the Southeast Community Facility Commission Building - in the Bayview.

The second one held yesterday, Wednesday, August 19, 2015 from 2 pm to 4 pm - by the Bayview Hunters Point Environmental Justice Response Task Force.

More - to address some agenda items - more on feedback, suggestions, and confirming agency contacts linked to complaint responses - linked to issues that were discussed at the very first meeting.

IVAN stands for Identifying Violations Affecting Neighborhoods (IVAN).

The Bayview has been on the forefront to address " Environmental Issues" and more take them to adjudication and win.

We have a sound track record - and a Class Action is what we must - work in unison - being educated on issues - and more on the process that has failed the Southeast Sector of San Francisco - because of sell outs.

Unlike past advocacy movements - this new model - aims at collecting complaints - and does not have a clear path - about "jurisdiction" - less about adjudication - and even less about making the community - whole - which begs the question - accountability.

Some of us advocates and here I would like to give credit to Dr Ahimsa Sumchai - with whom I have worked on several issues - have not only spoken about the adverse impacts, the pollution and contamination, but we have backed it up with "empirical data".

The San Francisco Public Utilities Commission has again and again - treated the Bayview Hunters Point community like dirt.

Doling money to some groups - and creating - divisiveness.

The person behind this is Juliet Ellis from the SF Public Utilities Commission - who was faulted by the Fair Political Action Commission - the San Francisco Ethics Commission - the SF Sunshine Task Force - and is a disgrace to anything - decent.

Barbara Gracia - the Director of Health Department - has all the documentation on how our infants, children, youth and young adults are dying slowly - but, does nothing about it.

More folks from Bayview for example use to have easy access to Saint Luke's Hospital - no more. No one will take on this blatant and glaring - issue.

The SF General Hospital has a $2 Billion budget - but follow a patient from the Bayview in distress - going to SF General Hospital - and find out the real results.

Again and again the SF General Hospital owes a lot to the Bayview community - including the rebuild of parts of the SF General Hospital - with money given to the hospital by the leaders of the community.

This was long before - FACEBOOK - could dole out some of its "blood money" to the new wing of the SF General Hospital.

Thousands of innocent people from the Southeast Sector - that I represent as the Director of Environmental Justice Advocacy - for the last 35 years - have died from lack of proper health care, nutrition, adverse impacts the importation of "crack cocaine" - the selling of guns in our community - many actions - backed by sell outs - the end result - that we loosely term - "gentrification" - but fail to hold the "sell outs" responsible. Who is behind this ploy?

Some of us are watching the shenanigans, the ploys, and the machinations. Time will tell.


Those that have been working with us - gathering the data - and fine tuning - the "facts that matter" - can stand their ground - and will stand their - ground.

I keep Mayor Edwin M. Lee abreast of most of what I am stating in this blog. His so called advisors Tony Winniker and Steve Kawa - that has had a long run - he will leave - " no legacy".

Single handedly Mayor Edwin M. Lee and those that do not have the "best interest" of our City and County of San Francisco - have taken our great City of San Francisco - that belongs to the First People - the Muwekma Ohlone that I represent - down the drain - into the "cesspool" of their own creation.

The people united - will not be defeated.

We need a air monitoring station or some equipment - by at Hunters Point - free from all encumbrances.

We need other monitoring equipment - to gather information about Asbestos structures, lead, mercury, and other very harmful elements - that will baffle those that will have to read the results from the various tests - conducted.

In the past we have conducted such tests - paying for it from our own pocket.

The fake surveys - the fake meetings, the vetting at the meetings - are all superficial - we find no real solutions - we expose what we already know. Some of these folks are barking up the wrong tree - misleading - and trying to hoodwink the community.

We have the data and we have the real patients who are suffering - from all the adverse impacts.

Many of those adversely, impacted  will die - the demographics are changing - and those that are suffering and have suffered - many of them - are on the last leg of this journey on this Earth.

Please do not play with the lives of the people - for little bread crumbs thrown your way.
