THE SHENANIGANS AND THE SF COMMISSION ON INVESTMENT AND INFRASTRUCTURE - SUCCESSOR AGENCY COMMISSION - STOOGES THAT ADVERSELY IMPACT QUALITY OF LIFE ISSUES IN SAN FRANCISCO.

It is not easy to watch fools adversely impact the land on which we live - Ohlone land. More when the fools lack spirituality - daily in their lives - they wheel and deal and worship - greed.
Have no real clue why they are on the sordid Commission - doing the devil's work.

Land known today as San Francisco by the Bay, the Bay Area expanded -  the strangers - keep contaminating - building homes on contaminated ground - with no expertise whatsoever.

The Strangers have filled the Bay - it has been reduced in size -  what, once was the Bay - is now quarter its size.

Daily, impacting the ebb and flow and saturating the Bay with pesticides and all sorts of dangerous chemicals and contamination.

The land that is known as Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - taken by eminent domain by the United States government - given to the United States Navy - to aid the War Effort in the early 1950s.

During World War II hundreds of acres of land - contaminated.  Technically for those that are educated on issues - a Superfund Site is what Hunters Point Naval Shipyard is.

Ships brought from the Bikini Island atomic experiment.  The ships sand blasted the toxic residue buried all over the Shipyard - some 700 acres plus. Other large animals buried - all contaminated in the Atomic experiments - who is fooling whom.

Thousands over the years who worked a the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard died - and even to day keep dying - slowly from various chronic respiratory diseases, cancer - the older men dead - those living still suffering, the wives and children adversely impacted - and some FOOLS - think this is a JOKE.

Depleted Uranium was tested on Hunters Point Naval Shipyard.

Those that know what I am speaking about - know how contaminated the land is - others think they know - but they know little.

The National Defense Radiological Laboratory was built at Hunters Point - few are aware of this fact - the same experiments conducted now - on a large scale at Lawrence Livermore Laboratories - people are not fully aware of the very toxic issues - that are involved with Hunters Point Naval Shipyard. 

Much like the corrupt, sordid, inept, and shallow - SF Commission on Investment and  Infrastructure. 

A fancy title given to those anointed - one worse than the other - all panderers - all paying homage to the devil.

The other sordid cohorts - behind the scenes - the likes of Veronica Hunnicutt, Aurelious Walker, Doris Vincent, Lolla Whittle, Sophie Maxwell, Calvin Jones, Linda Richardson, Dwayne Jones - and more - all sell outs who are the scum of the Earth.

All those anointed to the Commission on Community Investment and Infrastructure - have no expertise on large Developments, less about Infrastructure issues - and even less on subjects that involve Engineering Expertise and our changing and rapid demographics.

No expertise on Land use - and even less linked to City Planning - but most of all lack common sense - and are know paper pushers.

Economic issues are far removed from these scumbags - expect when given bribes and blood money.

Readily accepted by the sordid and corrupt folks - they garner NO respect from the people. They look you in the eye and lie.

Christine Johnson a newbie who has no clue about our history and less about the crooks that will use her like a rag. Maria Rosales who have never, ever attended any meeting in the Bayview Hunters Point and her experience with the San Francisco Airport and with small business has nothing to do with City Planning, Land Use, and understanding Chronic diseases, lack of opportunity - she is far removed from the issues facing the Bayview Hunters Point area.

Theodore Ellington who works closely with Dwayne Jones - and up and coming Black who has yet to understand the changing demographics, the Bothers on the street to not know him and hence less understand him. A novice playing with fire. Time will tell.

Marily Mondejar we have not seen her in the community - marching and attending meetings. Our situation is not about the shenanigans related to Domestic Violence - a one sided issue - that has risen from no where under the leadership of sordid Shorter and others - playing with fire.

For Marily Mondejar to present she understand our issues - sitting there and mouthing some drab sentences - is an insult to the advocates  - stick to your Domestic Violence issues that are going no where - and are ripe with corruption.

Darshan Singh misses his old friend and partner in crime - Leroy King - corruption and lying have been their forte. Darshan Singh served on the San Francisco Redevelopment Agency Commission - the most corrupt quasi-State agency - that is now DEAD.

Darshan Singh continues what he did before - only now in a subdued manner - a snake is a snake is a snake.

I fought the San Francisco Redevelopment Agency (SFRA) tooth and nail - the SFRA harmed thousands and the present SF Commission on Community Investment and Infrastructure is a JOKE.

These so called Commissioners all who have links with the "Thug Mayor" - Willie L. Brown Jr., others who hang with Willie L. Brown Jr. are there to aid - Lennar Urban and other crooked entities.

Lennar Urban is a Rogue Developer who will not succeed - they may try to do something - but; as I have said many times - " no good will ever come at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard".

The evil strangers took the dirt from two hills that were demolished for infill - together, with the remains of the Ohlone - and the strangers - spread it all over the land.

This is desecration. And when anyone commits this type of blatant crime - it cries to heaven for justice.

These fools who sit on the Commission - are pushing the paper - pandering to the evil and corrupt politicians. Thinking they represent the people - when the people do not even know them - less respect them - sordid to the core - a disgrace to the human race - pathetic.

I tell you - the time will come - when those with blood on their hands will die - and suffer - because they knew what they were doing - and they looked the other side.

These political appointments given to perverts who have no moral standards, no ethical standards, no expertise what so ever - and many of them - have not participated in the "Movement" - never ever stood with the grassroots people - to represent.

It is simply disgusting to hear them speak, ask shallow and empty questions - pretend to know something - when they know - nothing.

The future when it comes to sustainable housing does not favor high density housing. The SF Commission on Investment and Infrastructure - continue to approve projects reminiscent of the "Geneva Towers" - all this in the year 2013.

The AMCAL project back by Young Community Developers is NOT what the community wants. YCD does not represent the community - not with all the wheeling and dealing with Dwayne Jones - making it even worse - all this will come to an end.

A recent report shows that City Build and Young Community Developers waste millions - and do not have the ability to address Workforce issues - so since when has  YCD learned about Community Outreach and who are outreach to? YCD is not even respected by the community - and worked against the community - and reached out to Lennar - putting young women and men in harm way. 

Where human beings are crowded like cattle, like sheep, like hogs - by projects favored by AMCAL and YCD  - no good can come from such ploys and machinations.

When the SF Commission on Investment and Infrastructure endorses such project - more to serve the Community - the opposite is true.

This sordid SF Commission on Investment and Infrastructure is a JOKE and will fall on its dirty face in disgrace - very soon.

This SF Commission on Investment and Infrastructure - keeps on rubber stamping nefarious projects and plans - policies dubious in nature stemming from corruption of the worst order - knowing little and understanding less. Pathetic.

The Hunters Point Naval Shipyard has not been fully transferred or conveyed to any developer in toto. 

The U.S. Navy has refused to do a through clean up, abatement and mitigation - the Restoration Advisory Board  (RAB) did not endorse the Record of Decision (ROD) on Parcel A - and because they did that - the RAB was deactivated.

Since 2004 there is no decent, true, community representation on Hunters Point Naval Shipyard. The Citizens Advisory Committee simply rubber stamps - and this sordid entity DOES NOT and will not ever - represent the community at large.

The U.S. has refused to clean up the entire Hunters Point Naval Shipyard to Residential Standards - mandated by Proposition 8 by 87% of the voters.

The United States Navy was to CAP the areas that are contaminated - we the people do not agree - and we the people will fight the U.S. Navy, any Developer, and any entities such as the SF Commission of Investment and Infrastructure - a proxy entity created to rubber stamp - the nefarious projects without due process. Breaking every law - going against the will of the people.

The City and County of San Francisco  took control of one parcel - Parcel A - which the City and County of San Francisco - at that time in early 2002 - transferred to the San Francisco Redevelopment Agency (SFRA).

The SFRA now dead - which is turn transferred the land for free - to Lennar Urban - a Rogue Developer.

Lennar Urban brought about the downfall of Vallejo - the City of Vallejo had to declare - bankruptcy.

Promised Vallejo to build 10,000 units and did not keep that promise. Shameless to the core - evil, immoral, and unethical.

Lennar has adversely impacted thousands all over this Nation.
In Florida - one large complex - over 4000 units - were constructed with contaminated Sheet Rock - imported from China.

It cost more to tear down that complex - and the world knows more about Lennar and its nefarious activities.

Lennar Urban the entity that we are dealing with - are crooks of the first order.

First registering themselves in Sacramento in 1998.

I have been following these crooks since 1998 - now in the year 2013 they have changed their name six times. Typical of crooks - who are always hiding in the bushes.

The present registration of the Limited Liability Corporation - in a dubious City on the East Coast - Delaware - where all the Credit Card mongers rub shoulders - making millions while the sun shines - adversely impacting innocent people - with interests rate at high as 28%.

San Francisco better wake up - all sorts of gimmicks are going on at the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard.

Even the United States navy is confused but not for long - never trust a snake especially a snake that has a poisonous venom - deadly - like the Mamba.  

Our people those that lived in and around Hunters View, Kiska Road, Oakdale, Sunnydale - better known as Public Housing - are all being taken for a ride.

Vague promises made to the constituents who live in Public Housing - no mention made initially about good Credit Rate Score.

Then - just like that - the Credit Report and other machinations sprung upon the poor, the indigent, the seniors who are already stressed out, single mothers with children - told they cannot move into housing - and evicted.

Many land in the Single Residency Occupancy Hotels better known as SRO - there to fall prey to bed bugs, stench of the worst order. Drugs, prostitution, other deadly diseases - those in the City know it - but do not want to discuss about this very serious - matter.

All sorts of people - many dangerous to the core - worsen, the plight of the poor and indigent  in the SROs and surround areas - made worse daily - all the more horrendous - by criminals who exploit, shoot and kill - and no one knows when death will snatch you - such are the burdens of those that have fallen in bad times.

All this in the City of San Francisco - named after Saint Francis Assisi - the Saint of Compassion. So where do these devils come from - the devils that sit on the San Francisco Commission of Investment and Infrastructure?

Who is fooling whom? I want to know? The constituents of the Bayview Hunters Point area want to know.

Thanks to those that have no leadership. Less moral, even less ethics, and of course lack of compassion and love - so needed to understand, serve, and represent.

People talk the talk about Hunters Point Naval Shipyard.

People talk about Public Housing - today, those who have been dreaming for better opportunities.

The poor, the indigent, the seniors, those that have fallen on bad times  - have had their hearts wounded.

The poor and those needing help have been - lied to - spat upon - evicted to die a slow death - in conditions that cannot be mentioned. Aho.

God is watching you all - you who with intent - harm poor people.

Wake up San Francisco - do not say you know - you do not.

TWO TERMS FOR THOSE THAT CHOOSE TO SERVE THE NATION AND MORE THE CONSTITUENTS - ONE PAID TERM THE OTHER VOLUNTEERED - BYE, BYE.

The Nation came to a standstill and thousands of Federal Workers - were told to stay home - accept those that had to provide - "essential services" - whatever that means.

Today, the Government will be open - but, it will never, ever be business as usual.

The Representatives both from the House and the Senate - are looked upon with disdain by the American People - yes, the American people consider them - bums.

60% of the American constituents want the BUMS out.

The majority of the constitutents - more those that vote - want most of the bums out - because they have failed - failed, everyone - in this Great Nation.

Here in San Francisco  - we want Barbara Boxer, Nancy Pelosi, and most of all Diane Feinstein - all good for nothing - fungi - that need to be removed and shunned.

In the interim our Nation and its people were adversely affected in many ways.

Many lost their lives, and thousands that to go to bed hungry, many could not get what we term their "essentials". None of them will be compensated.

Over $24 BILLION were lost - in the markets and Fitch, Moodys, and a host of so called financial experts - say the loss is more.

In the world markets a doubt has been planted - a doubt that does not bode well - linked to anything we say as a Nation - more on fiscal matters.

All this and more steming from the very childish, nonsense - that our Representatives have resorted to. Childish actions -  that brought our Goverment to a standing - halt.

The President has borne a lot of insults from the extreme right.

More fanatics - who think and act - much like the "terroists" - we attack and kill - all over the world.
One track minded with a super narrow tunnel vision - that defies common sense and logic.

Yet, here at home we tolerate folks like the Representative Cruz who has lost his mind.

Surely, he wants to run for President - but those who support him - and those who care to have him for some Representive - surely, must have second - thoughts. That is if they are - sane.

The Affordable Care Act nicknamed Obama Care - has a number of salient features in it - that needs drastic changes - much like any large program or project - that bring their share of headaches.

The software created to enroll those wanting to use the system was defective and could cater to at the most 60,000 customers.

On the first day - over one million - more like a million and a half - used the system - the frail system - crashed. 

This has happened before with the Medicare and other models that the Federal and State governments often - try out - but no one has made a very big deal - because there was NO focused attention.

The President, Barack Hussein Obama would do well to bring all the Representatives on a par on the Affordable Care podium - where they get no favored status.

The Representatives should not be permitted to have a favored status where they can chose and have what they want - choosing their health providers. 

Charity must start at home - and the Representative live a life of hogs - they behave like HOGS - for sure.

Children, seniors, and those that truly need health care - more preventive care - should be taken care of and nurtured - as all Americans aspire to give our best to our children.

Some model has to be in place - not to penalize those that pay the health preminiums for workers - for example - some businesses who cannot afford it.

We tweaked the system in San Francisco - with Healthy San Francisco - also known as HealthySF. So, we know what we are talking about.

The Representatives did not represent the people well - the people of this Nation - during this debacle - the Closing of our Government.

The Representatives - are shameless - so it is useless to tell them NOT to be shamed of themsleves. They are clueless and what it more dumb.

The Representatives lack morals and ethics - that is for sure.

They know of no shame - swimming in the cesspool of their own creation - selfishness - and having NO compassion for those that need help - most.

Most of all they have no direction - are not educated on issues that pertain to the constituents of the United States - ordinary citizens leading ordinary lives - under very difficult - circumstances.

We all know - at close observation - when we see plainly - the Representatives lack morals and ethics.

This saga that has just ended will start again at the end of the time, given - some few months - for the increased debt ceiling to facilitate some critical operations and actions.

In a couple of months - the same rascals and bandits - idiots to the core - who have no qualms of conscience -  act like fools and the drama will begin - for all the world to see - how the FOOLS - behave themselves.

These Representives must serve but two terms - the first one they get paid.

The second term they volunteer - NO PAY.

The Representatives must get no pension, no benefits, and most of all no perks at all.

This Nation the United States - once called Turtle Island - belongs to the First People - better known as the Native Americans. Its resources are for all decent children, women and men.

The Great Spirit watches us all - and as we all see today - what has really transpired - what has really become of our once Great Nation - Turtle Island.

More,espeically the behavior of the Senators and the Congress persons -  which is a disgrace to the human race.

What Super Power behaves in like manner?

No Nation - more the United States of America -  no constituents - should be represented in such a sordid manner by immoral and unethical - good for nothing - spineless - shallow - congressperson and senators. Aho.

INCARCERATION IN SAN FRANCISCO AND IN PERIL BLACKS WHO FORM FOUR PERCENT OF THE SF POPULATION - YET SIXTY FIVE PERCENT ARE IN OUR JAILS - NO ONE GIVES A RAT ASS - IT SEEMS - REALLY - ABOUT THE SITUATION AT HAND.

The world knows about incarceration in the United States - and its addiction to incarcerate.

So much so that 10% of the entire population of this Nation - has been to jail - many for a longer period of time - and less for a short period of time.

Our Nation's population is about 320 million.

This is Nationwide but here in San Francisco - incarceration and discrimination - it is bothering many - too many people - decent people  - at least those that have a conscious.

Our population in San Francisco - is about 650,000 with the population increasing to over a million and a half - during the day time - people coming to work and more when we have sports and other events.

Here is a significant statistic that we must bear in mind. That is if as a person - you have some heart and care about your fellow human being - why is it no one cares.
Why is it - more Blacks - inordinately; more Blacks are incarcerated.

Once here in San Francisco - 25% of the population consisted of Blacks in San Francisco. 

Today, with the City's active participation over 65% of those incarcerated are Blacks.

The City does not care about this pertinent statistic.

Not once has it come up at the San Francisco Police Commission or at the SF Board of Supervisors - where everyone pats each other on the back - and looks the other way. 

I was at the San Francisco Port Authority's Commission meeting some months ago.

The topic was how best to celebrate the 150 year of the SF Port Authority's contribution to the Water Front and San Francisco in general.

The Whites had most of the attention - less the Native Americans - even less the Blacks - the Chinese some how factored in - but the entire picture - made you think a lot.

The SF Port Commissioners as usual were talking about everything under the Sun - but failed to speak about the role and contribution of the Blacks.

The distinctive, stellar and ardent contribution of Blacks - to the SF Port Authority's success, to San Francisco in particular and to California and the Nation in general.

The reason is simple - most people are not educated on issues - and even if they are - the information on some topics they have - are clouded with biasness and discrimination.

Even a fifth grader in San Francisco knows about the Ohlone the First People of San Francisco - and that they were here for over 10,000 years. But not the SF Port Authority - I had to pin point that fact and it was corrected.

As to the contribution made by the Blacks - no one stepped forward to contribute anything much in terms of an exhibition - something  pertinent and inspiring - accept those who wanted to do something and get paid for it. Mostly Whites but a few Blacks too.

I was at the meeting at the SF Port Authority - at the podium talking and thinking to myself how dumb could these folks be.

I know the Black Porters for example - where well respected - the way they carreid themselves and the first marking point of the then railway - started right at the Ferry Building - a few hundred feet from where this meeting was being carried - on.

Blacks had so many things going on the Wharf and little further away - huge ware houses, wash rooms where all sorts of amenities were delivered, six stellar news papers - each vying with the other and each providing some excellent information - all run by Black then called Negros.

San Francisco was unique with Black Churches well established and one or two beating the 150th Anniversay of the San Port Authority - having estabished themselves early on - well provided - where UNITY was a given - because the times were different.

I was as I said at the podium and out of the blues - I said I would volunteer and put up a Buffalo Soldier exhibit.

This happens when the Spirit comes on you and you say - and you remember you said it - and now you have to do it.

Long story short - I made it happen with Anthony Powell the historian on the Buffalo Soldiers - and some good friends as ardent supporters.

We did not get a single penny from the SF Port Authority - because they said they could not afford it.

We left it at that and did what we did - we put up an excellent exhibit in just under a week. Stellar and people are still talking about it.

Back to Blacks and how they lived and contributed to San Francisco.

We had great men and women all of them Black at that time called Negros living and doing business - on Washington Street, Merchant Street, Clay Street, Sansome Street, Leidesdorff Street, Sacramento Street, California, Pine and Bush Streets and more.

Today you just have to visit these streets - to see who lives there - only to understand the locations better and to envision - those time - with all the amenities and opportunities created by Blacks for them and others.

I worked at the Presidio of San Francisco and we have over 450 Buffalo Soldiers buried at the Veterans Cemetary - which is situated in the middle of the Presidio of San Francisco - now a National Park.

The Buffalo Soldiers were all Black who managed the Federal Lands now known as the National Parks. They wrote the Standard Operating Procedures - that the White National Park Service took over - but not a word about the Buffalo Soldiers - until recent times when I and others - brought this fact to those that have ears to hear and eyes to see.

The Buffalo Soldiers were under the command of General Pershing - named Black Jack - because his soldiers were all Black.

I once worked in Building 102 at the Presidio of San Francisco - one of the rare brick buildings - starting with number 99 all the way to 106 - named after a U.S. Commanding General during the Civil War. In 1853 he helped build the historic Montgomery Block - today we call them the brick buildings - situation on the Main Post at the Presidio. General Halleck.

Blatant discrimination and lack of opportuties denied Blacks today - and in the days gone by when they were called Negros is nothing new. Blacks survived because they had no other option.

In the late 1980s hundred of Blacks left San Francisco - they could afford to lease a ship and sail to Canada.

The Blacks arrived from San Francisco and found better opportunities in Canada. Some still return to San Francisco to vist their relatives - but have forgotten why they had to go to Canada in the first place.

On Third Street closer to Market there is a Park - called South Park - a beautiful Park - where there are homes built in a circle - with the Park - right in the middle.

For many years until the late 1990s - Blacks would return to this Park to celebrate - remember the days when only Blacks lived around this Park - called South Park.

Today, not one Black lives there - in the sense that a Black owns a home - in this historic site - that the City and County of San Fancisco - has no clue about.

In fact some years ago - the police were called to stop a Reunion - I was called and explained to the neighbors what the Reuion was all about. The audacity to call the the San Francisco police - the arrogance and more igorance. The matter was settled - I hope forever.

Blacks contributed to San Francisco in large measure. This City and County of San Francisco does not acknowledge that fact - because there is to much discrimination. 

Today, the head of the SF Public Utilities is Black - Harlan Kelly. His wife is Black and she is the City Administrator - both good friends of mine.

The head of the Department of Public Works is Black - good friend of mine - I can go on - but that is not the point. Discrimination is.

If you say San Francisco is a racist city - those who live here and are minorities - they will tell you the truth - racism prevails. 

The Whites will find excuses - like why should 65% of the Blacks  be held in our jails and just happen to be Black.

Through statistics have shown an inordinate number of arrest directed towards Blacks - this is plain wrong.

It is wrong to assume that because you are Black - you must be arrested - or that you are prone to violence, crime, and what have you.

This type of reasoning is silly - but that is what prevails today in San Francisco and in minds of those making - the general - policies.

I was chilling downtown with some Black youth - men and women - when a Police Officer stopped by and I greeted him - "hello Officer".

He recognized me from City Hall and my appearances on the SFTV 26 and started making small talk.

The youth were surprised how this all happened - initially I bet he took me to be one of them - I have dark skin and proud that I have it and prouder still that I was born in Nairobi, Kenya.

I also served with Sixth U.S. Army and Presidio of San Francisco as their last Congressional Liaison , the National Park Service and the United States Park Police.
I know how to address an officer - and more to stand tall and handle my business.

This small circle of Black young adults were petrified at first - until I greeted the Officer - the Officer was taken aback when he recognized me - making small talk - trying to get some clue - about this assembly of sorrs.

I took the conversation to a higer level - challenging him about congestion on our roads, back to back traffic, mentally challenged folks disturbing the peace - and no law officers to be found - he knew the longer he stayed the more asprins he would have to take - he fled.

The distrust for Law Enforcement among Black youth and young adults is at a high.

This generates hostility - and it is not only about White Officers - Law Enforcement period . Young people freeze and when you freeze - you do not have your wits about - you.

The SF City and County brags that our unemployment is about 6% - in neighborhoods where Blacks abound it is 40% and no one says that - because some one wants to paint a rosy picture.

Thousands of units are planned and thousands more built for the rich - the filthy rich - unfortunately with this segment of the population - they really do not have to deal with the Law Enforcement - they live in gated communities - with their own Security Guards - who protect those that live in the gated communities.

In these communities Blacks are kept out - and with the new Chinese money - invested by the Chinese from Mainland China - the discrimination is getting worse - and it is - of another kind. Time will tell.

Blacks are dwindling - every week - every month - fewer and fewer Black and those who are around - struggling - the grandmothers - the Black grandmothers - protect the young, nurture and love the siblings, it is not easy but they do it - much like the days of Slavery.

Young Black men mostly cool with Bling Bling - and the bitch word - repeated in the rap - so many times that is hurts the ear - and points to nonsense and less sense.

The media potrays Blacks in the worse light possible - and on Black TV - you get the laughs - but - it is not as if some difference is made - the mind challenged and those who are not Black - made to think - better.

How do you connect this with crime, violence, and rampant incarceration - think about it. You tell me.

OUR REPRESENTATIVES IN THE UNITED STATES HOUSE AND SENATE HAVE FAILED TO SERVE THE CITIZENS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.

It does not bother the shameless politician that this debacle - shutting down the government - while each faction - plays chess - like kids in a sandbox.

At the peril of putting millions of those that care about their Nation - the United States of America - in harms way. Pathetic to say the least - so called Representatives.

The world is laughing at us - and this does not bother those that want to hold this Nation hostage and more a Black President - Barack Hussein Obama. The Affordable Care Act is law - and there are other ways to amend parts of this Act which is law.

It is simply disgusting to see these brats act the way they do. If they cannot agree to disagree they should not be in government - any type of governance. In fact they have broken the law and many of them - must go to jail for a long, long time.

The time has come for those in the Senate to pass a bi-partisan resolution - vote on it - and allow those in the House to swallow their own medication. For the President to use his extraordinary powers - and open the government and raise the "debt ceiling". There are laws and means to do this right now - and it must be done.

In fact this could have been done a long time ago - but we have no leadership in the Senate - worth the salt.

None whatsoever in the House - which is sinking ship.

Most everything would be done quickly - if there was some little talk - about curtailing the salaries, the pension, the perks - including the on going perks - that this despicable so call Representatives - receive for free but our tax payers money - pay for these perks.

These fat cats at the fancy gyms - can get a nice bath, clean towels, shave and and the other perks and amenities - the hard working woman and man - Americans - hardly get to enjoy. All this while they keep bragging they can do this and that - and keep the government shut. They have all failed the Nation. People everywhere at fed up of these spoiled - so called sordid - Representatives.

Also, what is most pathetic - when these so called Representatives - target Women and Children with the Women's Infant and Children (WIC) program, other Food Stamps, other Safety Programs - that the indigent and poor - need to sustain themselves.

Targeting our Veterans - who have served our Nation - laid their lives for the entire Nation.  While all the time paying lip service - these Representatives have lost their mind and act like little spoiled - brats.

The solution is simple - one term limit - for the sordid Representatives both in the House and Senate.

If they want another term - they can serve but without pay. Let us see how much they love their Nation.

Where there is love - there must be sacrifice.

These Representatives do not care - how much they harm our beloved Nation in the  long term.

The Debt Limit is something unique to our Nation - and we must not default - and we must not be silly - to raise it at the last moment - but we do and this - again and again and this is crying shame.

Our United States dollar is tied to the currencies worldwide - for the simple reason - past United States Presidents, Secretaries of State, astute fiscal advisers - deemed fit to bring about and put in place - standards that would stabilize the world economic.

The system is not perfect - but it works. So much so that even the heads of many world fiscal institution, Presidents and Prime Ministers - have said so.

Brazil, Russia, India, and China (BRIC) countries have been trying to put together a package to gain control of some currency and they soon realized they were facing a tough battle.

The English will stick to their Pound and have refused to tie the English Pound to the Euro but are in bed with the Dollar - as the 2008 economic spiraling of the world economies - showed. Corrupt deals in London that affected the United States. Who is fooling whom?

Germany and France have ties to Washington and to the Dollar and have shared fiscal agreements too deep to fathom.

Recently, we found out Germany demanded to have their - gold reserves held in the United States - that one demand - sent shivers to Wall Street and there was pandemonium in the higher Washington DC circles. Has the United agreed to this demand - or have some other deals been made to shove the issue under some dirty rug.

China has patience and will WIN in the long run.

It does not matter China is having serious problems with its local population - the emerging Middle Class - being let down.

China is using its trillions of dollars - to prop up its economy - while all the time pacifying the many investors - who are worried what tomorrow will bring.

China has been busy buying resources minerals resources, food, petroleum products, anything that it can store - to buffer a crises at home. While all the time carrying a stick and keeping its population - well controlled - with fear.

Ireland, Spain, Portugal, England, France, Greece, and the many other countries are experiencing a deep recession - this time around the youth and the young adults that are educated and many have not worked for years - are desperate.

Many have left for the former colonies that they countries once ruled and feel that decision is better. Others who have no where to go - have taken to the streets. Others have moved in droves - illegal to countries - just to survive.

This world situation does NOT strike a nerve with our United States - so called Representatives sordid to the core.

We witnessed the Arab Spring for other reason - mostly depriving the Arabs of freedom - whatever the means.

Today the situation is in the doldrums - and no one knows - about yet another silent but impeding - revolution - in the pipe-line. We saw this in Egypt - thousands jailed and many more maimed and killed. This cannot happen without severe repercussions. 

It is the same in the United States that I predicted a long time ago. What keeps us from getting too excited to take to the streets - are the low interest rates - and the bread crumbs thrown with fleeting incentives - to those that have been hungry for years - who will take anything - but not for long.

Enough is enough.

The "One Percent" who control 85% of the economy - will face the wrath of the people.

That time is coming and will come - with a short thunder and tons of energy - a force too much to envision but building up - as we go through our present ploys, machinations, and shenanigans.

Few have the guts to take the pulse - at ground zero - where the populace has stopped vetting and now wants to take matters - in their own hands.

The Empirical Data is there for all to see - more those educated on issues - those who are paid to analyze this data - themselves have been shafted by the United States government officials - and by the present sordid, inept, and spineless - politicians.

No government should be oblivious to the pain and suffering of those that most need our help.

The politicians forget that they must represent - today they act like dictators - while all the time behaving like - fake jokers.

Closing down our National Parks - forcing decent American citizens to keep them open - using their own hard earned, money.

Chiding the constituents by allowing half the Federal Workforce to go to work - more those that work for the Defense companies - where the 1% - have their investments. The Main Media has NOT written nor said a "word" - about this - fact.

Bragging aloud our clowns in the House and Senate - that the Federal workers will be paid - while they are at home for over two weeks.

The Federal workers will be paid - but who will deal with the present stress and the stress to come - with all the back log.

In the year 2013 on most levels when it comes to technology and the Federal Government - crooks control the system - be it Medicare, the Affordable Care Act and Programs - better known as Obama Care - you name it.

The hardware and software the Federal Government uses to keep in touch with the constituent is Primitive. Ask Ross Perot - he made millions - talk loud and giving the Federal Government - some software and hardware - while raking in millions in profit.

Other clowns followed suit - ask the husband of Senator Diane Feinstein and the husband of Congress person Nancy Pelosi - Diane's husband Richard Blum and Nancy's hubby - Paul Pelosi.

The layperson is kept in the dark and knows something - but I know more - having seen the nonsense for myself.

I served my Nation on more than one front - and I am pleased to say my peace - we need to remove from office - inept, spineless, very corrupt so called Politicians and Representatives.

These buffoons think they can fool all the people all the time - their time is coming. Aho.

SAN FRANCISCO LACKS A SOUND AND HOLISTIC WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT PLAN THAT FAVORS CAREER JOBS - TOO MUCH HOODWINKING BY THOSE THAT PURPORT THEY ARE DEEP INTO WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT - THE OPPOSITE IS TRUE.

It is a shame when folks like Rhonda Simmons a transplant from a State north - who has no clue about our local culture - less about the the role our working UNIONS the role they UNION have played in San Francisco - to bring good jobs and uplift so many families - all these many years.

Rhonda and a number of folks who are into the policy making linked to some sordid Workforce models - themselves are not family oriented.

They lack the sense about how a bread winner who has a career job, a well paid UNION job - with rights - caring for his or her family - putting bread and butter on the table. The difference this makes in the life of anyone - and those that have traditional been treated with dignity - in this great and fair City and County of San Francisco.

Workforce training and more CAREER jobs is well understood by those that have skills, have worked a good job, and have themselves been in the trenches - fighting for CAREER jobs.

Most of all San Franciscans who have lived here and understand the greatness of our City - and most of all the culture of this great and fair City - second to none - in the world.

This is not the case with City Build, Young Community Developers, some others who purport to carry some fake Workforce Development.

An audit of their finances - will show much of the money spent - on administrative fees.

According to a recent audit over $80 million is spent on Workforce Development - if we zero in and analyze the amount of time spent on any carricula that favor CAREER jobs - it is simply non existant.

Of course some one like Rhonda Simmons would not care about that - since she was hired when Michael Cohen was the Director of the Mayor's Office of Economic Development and Workforce - Rhonda has been behind the scenes - spreading her evil ploys, machinations, and shenanigans - failing to deliver - and not representing.

Why should this woman who cannot articulate, less deliver, be making over $200,000 while all the time - pussyfooting around?

It is the same with City Build - it is time the UNIONS - all of them - come together to shoulder the responsibility of training - good CAREER jobs - for our WOMEN and MEN.

The private sector working with the UNIONS to develop an understanding - more in keeping with Project Labor Agreement - to give opportunities in new and emerging technical fields - that need a deeper understanding of needs and more the best practices in using technology - in all the many fields that can been about meaningful - development.

In our hospitals, in our industries, in our construction, in our testing and collection of empirical data linked to the soil, the water in the Bay, the air we breathe, the general state of affairs linked to liquefaction and flooding.

Chemicals in places where people congregate, the proximity of Wellness Centers to contamination - all the many development that is not paying attention to Quality of Life issues, congestion on our streets, loud noises at all times, contamination and pollution from all the millions on vehicles, the erosion of the Carbon Footprint - neutralized by chemicals, and particulates, and other contaminants - too many to mention.

Our City and County of San Francisco, our SF Health Department, our Department of Environment - other local, State and Federal Agencies - have been fast asleep in the cockpit.

Over 300,000 housing units are planned for the Southeast Sector of our City and County of San Francisco.

Over 200,000 tons of Methane Gas spews in this area from 4th and King to Mid-Way Village by Geneva Street bodering Daly City.

The idiots have no clue that one ton of Methane Gas equals 22 tons of Carbon Dioxide - and yet you will hear City Officials - brag about some Carbon Footpring and the strides they are making - when the opposite is true.

The architects, our planners, our City Building Inspectors, our Compliance Officers. those at the Land Use, our SF Board of Supervisors - are all at the mercy of corrupt Developers and folks like the "Thug Mayor" - Willie L. Brown Jr.

Not to mention the inept, shallow, and spineless Supervisors like Malia Cohen - talking the talk but failing - each and every time to walk the walk - on matters of importance.

Our youth and young adults are LIED to and all this will come to a halt soon.

The young adults are now being informed - who is on their side and who has been exploiting them.

Folks like Dwayne Jones who have brought in these - corrupt folks dressed up in suits - with evil in the eyes and more armed with plans to exploit the community.

It is the same with Tiffany Bohee - promoted and making a good salary - but failing to serve the community - she heads the left over - dead - the SF Redevelopment Agency. It now goes by the name of Successor Agency of the SF Redevelopment Agency - whatever crap that - means.

It is the same with the SF Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC) failing to take the lead and providing CAREER jobs.

The SFPUC loves doling millions to consultants - I can name them - but it will serve no purpose.

These consultants have made a career - working for Platinum Consultants, getting themselves certified as consultants, much like Willie L. Brown Jr - raking in the millions - without providing the neccessary certification and paper work - to the Ethics Commission.

What is happening to Juliet Ellis from the SFPUC - she and her cohorts should be fired? 

Why is this CANCER lingering over our heads - for how long must be wait to tolerate and endure the stench of the on going corruption?

We now have the ability to serve small contractors and help them participate with the on going projects in the pipe-line linked to the Sewer System Improvement Project (SSIP).

Some progress has been made in this area.

However, we need training with the the Primes in the cockpit - forking out the required money and serving the community.

After all the Primes make millions in profits - while deliver a poor product.

URS got into Calavares because of Willie L. Brown Jr. make no bones about it.

Today, URS has slapped the City and County of San Francisco - by putting up a dam that does disservice to engineering - challenging any sensibilities - and building the dam stark naked - in the middle of three faults.

As and when the details are released - our City and County of San Francisco, our City officials, our Mayor - even our Govenor Jerry Brown will wonder what is happening? It will be too late.

The answer is the corruption wielded by Diane Feinstein and her busband Richard Blum - and the shenanigans, ploys, and machinations - that has been tolerated - all these many years.

If the Calavares dam is adversely impacted the entire area - known as Fremont will be flooded - hundreds of homes will be swept away, and lives will be lost. Who is responsible for this nonsense?

The burden is on our leadership - most are interested in fluff - screwing around - not paying attention when they are warned - now, they all will become fools - their legacy noted - as making money while on the job - and screwing the people - by failed to do their duty - and NOT - representing.

Much as they have destroyed families - failing to provide good jobs and decent housing. Thousands of decent families have left San Francisco. 

We have many perverts doing the devil work - pretending to say the right things - but doing the opposite - adversely impacting the constituents who pay the taxes, work hard - and have to watch the on going circus - each and every day.

The mentally challenged on the streets keep harassing the tourists and those that are decent - with no succor to be found - from any quarter. How long will this nonsense be tolerated?

When will decent citizens from San Francisco be given good housing - good jobs - and a chance to be loved by this City?

Those managing our Housing, our Workforce, our Health - are far removed from families and children - they are famous for another type of extra-curricula actitivity - one that does not even behove - mentioning.

These are the folks in charge - how can these folks - who cannot act straight, less think straight - deliver anything meaninful and more holistic model that are progressive and benefit all?

Think about it. Sodom and Gomorrah - and San Francisco is sinking in the cesspoll of its own creation. Aho.

WHERE ARE OUR CAREET JOBS AND DOES THIS CITY TRULY THINK IT CAN DELVIER ANYTHING TO THE CONSTITUTENTS - WHO ARE FED UP -WITH ALL THE ON GOING - NONSENSE.
