MILLIONS WASTED BY THE SAN FRANCISCO PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMISSION - MORE WITH THE IMPENDING SEWER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENT PROJECT.

From the inception the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC) has had its teething problems.

An Enterprise Department - with crooked officials - have used this one of kind Enterprise Department to steal, wheel and deal, and do things as they please. Formerly the Water Department - which the present SF Water Department continues to do most of the work for the SFPUC - also the San Francisco Department of Public Works - that receives millions in contracts - that it doles out to those that have the right - connections.

The biggest crook behind the scene that has control over what happens at the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission in terms of contracts - is the former Mayor - Willie L. Brown Jr. a "thug major" from San Francisco.

Mayor Willie L. Brown Jr - who has left a bad taste in the mouth of any individual who aspires to decency, standards, morals, and sound ethics.

Some years ago  San Franciscans were cheated and lied to that a bond measure was required to fix our Clean Water and Waste Water infrastructure.

Most decent San Franciscans voted to do right - and voted for the $2.4 Billion bond measure.

Yes, a $2.4 Billion Bond Measure - which most of us thought too much to spend - but worth every penny - to upgrade our infrastructure - both Waste Water and Clean Water.

In course of time the Clean Water Project - got a fancy name the Water System Improvement Project (WSIP).

The Waste Water is now called the Sewer System Improvement Project - all fancy names - tons of talks - but no walk.

Today, the WSIP is at its tail end - and we all are watching - what is happening at Calavares - which some of us - have been monitoring for years.

Monitoring the inept, spineless, nonchalant SF Public Utilities Commission - Project Manager - and Julie LaBonte comes to mind - too much talk, loud barking - and less sound action. Julie LaBonte has compromised the Calavares Project - make no bones about it.

The Calavares Project is a mess - in access of $300 million has been expanded.  The required borings was not done - to find out and evaluate the soil and the state of the rock fromation - prone to Earthquakes.

Many faults know to the United States Geological Survey - that has maps - all well depicted - showing the various faults, the impending impacts - all part of the history of Earth Quakes in the region by the now Calavares Dam.

A long time ago - I advised the SF Public Utilities Commission to seek the advice of the United States Geological Survey.

There was vain talk that this was done - but, to the contrary URS the Prime who has connection with Richard Blum the husband of Senator Diane Feinstein - got this huge contract - and URS engineers - have comprised the entire project.

Millions of tons of dirt had to be removed to re-enforce one side of the hill side - where two former faults - large cracks were found.

A tunnel was dug at great expense - stark naked in the middle of these two faults. If we do get an Earthquake - the entire Fremont area - will be flooded. Thousands will die - billions in liability. Think about it.

So much for the stupidity of San Francisco Public Utilities Commission and all those who worked for Julie LaBonte who has now jumped ship. Can you imagine she wanted the job of linked to the Assistant General Manager of Infrastructure. How many more lesbians can we accommodate at the SF Public Utilities Commission and other weird folks - who are a liability.

With Julie Labonte out of the way -good riddance of very bad rubbish.

The present SF Public Utilities Commission leadership cannot think outside the box. The only way they do it - with great fun fare it by hiring consultants and wasting millions of dollars.

Millions of dollars in grants - have been channeled to folks who know little if nothing -  under a evil, unethical, crooked and corrupt Assistant General Manager of External Affairs - all sorts of ploys and machinations - have gone unchecked.

Thousands of dollars funneled to her former non-profits - and project put in place to help the former non-profits Juliet Ellis worked for - some with the help of one SF Public Utilities Commissioner - who constantly runs her mouth.

This evil woman Juliet Ellis must be got ridden off.

Fired - and kept out of the system - debarred from holding a City and County of San Francisco job - but, she is still on the job with a group of women - all hired from her former non-profit organizations - who are creating havoc in San Francisco - and the impending Sewer System Improvement Project (SSIP). Time will tell.

Here is some history - to proved how much I know about the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission - and its ineptness. I have been involved with the SF Water Department and the SF Public Utilities Commission since the early 1980s.

Around 2002 the Main Force at 3rd Street and Marin was compromised. This is the Main Force that carries millions of gallons of secondary effluents into the Bay as much as 80% of the 80 million gallons treated daily - which increases to as much as 570 million gallons when it rains - we have a dual system - that carries both treated sewage as well as rain water.

Right by Pier 80 under which the Main Force passes. Today, this shed is used by Larry Ellison from Oracle who is vying to retain the World Cup - known as the America's Cup - the premier sailing cup linked to sailing - world wide. This year the races are been held in San Francisco - by the Bay near Alcatraz.

The SFPUC, a rogue developer Cattelus, the SF County Transportation Authority in the year 2002 - authorized tunneling three conduits under the Force Main - at 3rd and Marin in San Francisco.

As one would imagine the Force Main was compromised. 

Even though we brought this incident to the San Francisco Controller's Office - I in particular - up until today - I have received - no written statement - about the adjudication of this very serious incident.

There was some land on top of the Force Main - one and half acre or so -  twenty or thirty feet below this dirt land lay the Force Main.

On this patch of dirt - some of us created a Park - we called it the Muwekma Ohlone Park and Sanctuary. 

The land was really Port Property - but the SF Port Authority - in those days - could not look after its property. Deferred maintenance - let piers rot and fall into the Bay - so this plot of land - by Islais Creek - bordering this path of land - lay filthy, full of outgrown weeds and bushes.

The area was used by "drug addicts, prostitutes, and other unsavory characters.

So David Erickson and some of us who knew each other - cleaned the place - got it fenced - and kept the unsavory characters out.

We then created this garden - which we later named the Muwekma Ohlone Park and Sanctuary. Many people loved to come to the Park and Sanctuary by Islais Creek.

One of a kind birds made their abode in the Park and so did the Chorus frogs - which I will write a little bit about.

The benches we placed in the park - allowed those who loved the area to come and sit down and relax.

More on days - when there was a Full Moon - you could see the shadow of the giant facilities once used to store grain - the large cranes now falling apart - appearing like some "art work". 

During herring season - the creeks would slimmer and shine with herring - once so full that fisherman had a hay day.

The seals showed up and they would bark - and the large ships on the horizon - all made this area - look so surreal - but it was there in our back yard - and many chose to come and enjoy this one of kind Park.

The new Islias Creek Bridge was not there - the old one was operational - during the day.

One had the opportunity to see the bridge - rise up - like two hands and let the taller boats go by - to the other side - north.

When the Force Main was compromised the SF Port Authority was shocked - what had happened - the SF Port Authority - in those days was totally dysfunctional - better run today under Monique Moyer who I know pretty well and she calls me her friend.

The new employees like David Beaupre had just come on board and Diane Oshima - was the same - the know all - who knew little if nothing - then and now. The then Director Wong - cared only about his pet projects and the title of Port Director.

We formed a committee to save the Muwekma Ohlone Park and Sanctuary - that was compromised - and fought the SF Port Authority tooth and nail.

The SF Public Utilities Commission to this day - could have said something - but has not. It has chosen to know about this incident - but to wash its hand - like a Judas.

Those crooks within the SF Public Utilities Commission - involved in the grant making do not know this history - but purport to waste our tax payers money - more the money from the Bond Measure.

They will talk about "greening", open space, being sustainable, having no clue about what they are talking - spewing diatribe and shooting arrows in the air - cliches galore.

Empty - empty vessels that are full of hot air. Leading the chorus one Juliet Ellis who has no history about our fair City and County of San Francisco.

Corrupt, immoral, and unethical to the core. Matier and Ross had to expose her corruptness twice - and we still have people - backing this very corrupt woman.

Of interest to the public at large - this Muwekma Park and Sanctuary had a colony of frogs - Chorus frogs to be precise.

 A frog expert visited us - and we took him around and showed him - some other colonies of "chorus frogs". We played recording of this little rascal - the size of finger thumb - but boy can he croak and fill the air with sounds of a kind.

I wrote many articles about this incident that happened a long, long time ago. Well recorded and you can google and read the articles - I do.

 I keep watching these idiots and buffoons at the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission - avoiding any mention of the Muwekma Ohlone Park and Sanctuary which they destroyed - when the Force Main was compromised.

What about restitution? They want you to beg - but, we can and will shut them down - when the time comes. Right now we are watching them like a hawk.

Harlan Kelly worked for the Department of Public Works - he now heads the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission and is its General Manager.

There are others that know about this incident about compromising the Force Main.

The very corrupt former Supervisor of District 10 - Sophie Maxwell - we questioned  her about the compromised Force Main and she avoided answering.

When we asked her why were three conduits permitted to be tunneled under the Force Main - the idiotic woman - said she knew nothing about it and lied through her dirty, filthy - teeth.

We still have the same situation with Malia Cohen - under District 10 Supervisor who is worse than Sophie Maxwell - one worse than the other.

Always trying to rake in the thousands of dollar - Malia Cohen - so that she can pussyfoot around.

Millions wasted by the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission - more with the impending sewer system improvement project - crawling like a snail into the cesspool of the SF Public Utilities Commission own - putrid, making.

HOT SPOTS OF VIOLENCE AND KILLINGS ALL OVER SAN FRANCISCO - AND ONLY GENUINE COMMUNITY POLICING - CAN BRING ABOUT THE NEEDED CHANGE.

All over San Francisco we have hot spots - mostly near public housing - where youth and others that should be cared for - are left to fend for themselves.

Two years ago we could have conducted training opportunities and certified our youth - in the many fields - open fields - linked to the Sewer System Improvement Project (SSIP) - an over $10 Billion project over 15 years - that can and should bring progress to the community. After all it is in our back yard.

I know for one thing - you cannot brain wash idiots - women and men that are corrupt and have a hidden agenda. Many of them make their abode at the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC) - an agency that is an Enterprise Agency - meaning it generates it own money  and tons of it - when you come to think of it.

The many inept employees who make over $200,000 plus benefits that hover in and around the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission. A burden to our City and County of San Francisco - talk a lot but no action at all.

The present "cash cow" - using the peoples, the tax payers bond measure passed - to wine, dine, and plunder our assets - more our failing infrastructure that has been compromised - by deferred - maintenance.

Past Mayors of the City and County of San Francisco - and mostly during the term of Mayor Willie L. Brown Jr - stepped up their tactics, ploys, and machinations - to create divisiveness - and drive hundreds if not thousands - of poor people, people in need, mostly Black folks - away from these -hot spots - where the indigent lived to survive - evicted, moved, sent to places - to fend for themselves and die.

Mayor Gavin Newsom was no better - always smiling saying something - but screwing the people in the butt - much like he does in his personal life today and did yesterday.

A despicable person and one that should not be ever, ever trusted.

For our population of only 805,000 and with 2,000 San Francisco Police women and men, thousands of other Law Enforcement working for the Sheriff's Department.

Add the Federal Bureau of Investigation -  other State and Federal agencies whiling their times - the nonsense we see - committed by a few - can be stopped - nay nipped in the bud.

What prevails is the ignorance of the leaders in the community - mostly the Black leaders - who will sell out their own people - and have failed to give mostly Blacks - any HOPE - any HOPE at all.

The Blacks love to talk a good talk - but give them any small plan of action - and they fail - each and every time.

Most of them desire anything good - given to them on a platter.

I know what I am talking about; having made too many sacrifices - to help those that need help most - only for most of those who receive help - to bite the hand the feeds them.

Right now in the year 2013 - sad to say - gentrification has taken its root - which means daily - even as the economy is booming in San Francisco - thousands of Blacks mostly - in utter despair - have left San Francisco.

Left for doom town.

It happened in the Fillmore during that period in the early 1960s and 1970s - when San Francisco Redevelopment -practiced gentrification. And now it has already happened in the Bayview Hunters Point area - starting from the year 1996.

So the YMCA with Kathy Perry, and Gina trying to do their little thing for themselves first - and nothing much for the people at large - must be put on notice.

We have seen such vermin before and seen them over time - falter - much like Lolla Whittle, Aurelious Walker, Calving Jones, Linda Richardson, Dwayne Jones - others - no one respects them - no one who is decent and worth the salt.

Sophie Maxwell, Aurelious Walker, Calvin Jones, Dwayne Jones, Dorris Vincent, Lolla Whittle, Veronica Hunnicutt, Linda Richardson, and the recent sell outs too many to mention - joined by Young Community Developers, Girls 2000, the Bayview Hunters Point Foundation - all sell outs - must be put on notice.

This is the clarion call - sent to you - because we know the price that you are aiming for - and know that you do not deserve what should be shared with the community first - for they are the ones that rule the roost - the community - not vermin that seek their won gratification.

In the last round - the above charlatans were all after San Francisco Redevelopment Agency (SFRA) money. Some of us shot down the San Francisco Redevelopment Agency.

The SFRA money  evaporated- the well dried - and many of the sell out withered on the vines. Many left down - but they have moved into the community again - seeking to partake of the fated calf. Time will tell.

Now, it is the Sewer System Improvement Project (SSIP) - the over $10 billion project over 15 years that San Francisco Public Utilities Commission - wants to expand to build the Digesters - the tanks that hold the treat sewage and do what needs to be done. Brown and Caldwell has won the $2 Billion contact and will take 18 months - just to do the designing and planning - while we the community - have to wait. Waiting for Godot!

We have to fix the WEIRS that hold the secondary effluents - that most people do not know what I am talking about.

But much of these effluents - much of it half-treated - during heavy rain falls - compromise our Waste Water System - the dual system that fails mostly, when it rains heavily - and compromises our Bay.

It does not help that all the "Out Falls"- huge pipes taking the treated sewage deep in the Bay - deep and miles away into the Pacific Ocean - out falls, situated all over the Bay - in the North, Northeast, by Pier 80, by the Caltrain Station at Seventh and King, by Executive Park, by the San Francisco Zoo.

These out falls - all do not function as they are supposed too. But, the so called experts will not talk much - because they themselves do not know - what is truly happening.

The impending Big One - Climate Change - deferred maintenance - all have left some in charge - hold the bag. In their ignorance they think the problem will do away - but, it does not work like that.

Imagine the SF Public Utilities Commission with all of the players - today holding important jobs, including Harlan Kelly the present General Manager - permitted three conduits to run under the Main Force - by Pier 80 - in the early 2000 without any soil testing.

Forced to do so under political pressure - by Catellus Corporation - and other crooked, and corrupt politicians,  behind this sordid scene - Willie L. Brown Jr - the former, only Black Mayor and a disgrace to anything decent - known to those who are decent - as the "Thug Mayor" of San Francisco.

It is the same today with the plans that are drawn up to some how fix the Sewer System Improvement Project - (SSIP) - only those who have connections are raping the system.

You must know someone to screw the coffers of the City - be it the Enterprise Department - that is the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC) - and those who know and have been plundering the loot - that in recent months - has been exposed by scandal after scandal after scandal.

For sure Juliet Ellis must go - not only she evil, corrupt woman - but her entourage that she has hired. What is Mayor Edwin M. Lee doing about this?

Juliet Ellis receive payment a salary from her former non-profit and with this one count - conflict of interest - she must be far away from any operation. She is anathema. Make no bones about it - she must go - now.

What is Naomi Kelly our City Administrator doing about this?

What is our District Attorney doing about this - in your face attitude - where some one thinks - a corrupt person like Juliet Ellis can be rehabilitated? Think twice.

What is the City Attorney doing about Juliet Ellis - she must go and with her - the sordid entourage of  inept folks hired from the East Bay - especially the one that is useless - Radikha - useless to the core. And there are more.

The SF Public Utilities Commission took a Blue Print given to them to open up a Contractors' Center - it took SFPUC over two years to - figure out the plan - and now it is taking forever to implement the original plan. The plan was meant to benefit the community - to date it has NOT.

This Center which is at Executive Park must focus on the SSIP and must bring in the best minds to address the Digestor Operation, the failed Weirs, the state of our Bay and the untold damage done by the SFPUC all these years.

The state and purpose and what damage daily the " out falls " are doing to our Bay and the Pacific Ocean. Mitigation and Abate measures that can be put in place. Who is doing the planning - can those in charge - even think?

Folks from Pacific Heights, the Presidio, Nob Hill and Telegraph Hill, those from the Financial District and others who have had it good like the folks from Bernal Heights - and all those that live up the many hills - must contribute towards the mitigation of the adverse impacts - done to the community in the Southeast Sector - sending your sewer, your rubbish, anything away from your community to those that have been accepting it. No more.

You cannot expect a stupid, moronic person like Juliet Ellis and her cohorts - who think like her - to bring hope to the Southeast Sector.

They simply do not have the history and less the under-laying factors that they have failed to first comprehend and cannot plan in a vacuum. So they fall back on the corrupt ways - the non-profit ways - pandering, whoring, cheating, lying, stealing and all the evil that are not decent - fail standards and are pathetic to say the least.

When you visit the building at 525 Golden Gate - the brand new SF Public Utilities Commission building - these folks working for Juliet Ellis are wasting their time - laughing and being empty headed - they are dead wood.

They bring the same mentality to the SF Public Utilities Commission - and I will spell it out - at the next SF Public Utilities Commission.

We want those that have won huge contracts to do the right thing - not pander to entities that have not stood, fought, and done something positive for those that have been adversely impacted.

Leading the charge AECOM which is doing nothing much - except working with the corrupt. Those in charge better step up forever hold your peace.

Fools are receiving grants in the thousands - while those that have been doing something, attending the meetings, contributing models to help the SF Public Utilities Commission - have been royally - shafted.

This article is just the tip of the iceberg - exposing the on going nonsense - that is too much to bear.

Right now; when we should have working in earnest - we have folks whiling away their time.

Spending hours on the internet - doing internet shopping - amazing - you just have to have some IT person audit  - review the history of the computer; one person has been using - whiling away his time - at the newly created center.

It is pathetic that those hired - especially those that do not know - what they are supposed to do - and are put in our neighborhood - just because they hail from some country in Africa - which is pathetic and down right - insulting.

In the mean time our youth are left to die - in our neglected neighborhoods - the violence and killings have been increasing - with no contribution from SFPUC. What is Mayor Edwin M. Lee doing about this? 

What is our City Administrator doing about this - Naomi Kelly? 

What is our District Attorney doing about this - George Gascon? 

What is Dennis Herrera doing about this our City Attorney - live is important - then trying to pursue law suits against Las Vegas - sending their indigent to San Francisco? How come you just woke up?

While fat calves, inept, with no history  of the community, less of the operations and practical functions of the SSIP are running the show.

The show - how ever it is must be run - must be run by the community in toto. It is in our back yard and it was our plan  - there is nothing extra ordinary - about running this Center by the community.

As the General Manager must have comprehended from the few questions that were posed to him at the Soft Opening. He took some time to answer - but understood quickly there was much more to be expected - then he could ever - imagine. 

Life is for the bold and those that take a chance to make opportunities happen - progressive opportunities. As far as the Center is concerned - we few took the opportunity to put a model in place.

Much like the Repairain Project - that has taken over two years.

We are looking forward to the Hard Opening of the Contract Center at Executive Park.

Seeing for ourselves the shenanigans - nothing much has changed.

Only the corruption - gotten so worse - worse than the stench of the present sordid state of the current digester operations at Phelps Street - closer to the Southeast Commission Facility situated at 1800 Oakdale Street in the Bayview Hunters Point Area in District 10.

YOUTH IN THE BAYVIEW LIED TO, CHEATED, DEPRIVED OF REAL OPPORTUNITIES - FOSTERED BY LEADERS MOSTLY BLACK FROM THE SF BAYVIEW YMCA SITUATED ON LANE STREET.

Our youth in the Bayview are taunted, cheated, lied to, deprived of opportunities - by crooks who have made their nest at the YMCA in the Bayview in San Francisco.

Pretending to do good - while all the time - doing the worst possible things - and adversely impacting the Bayview Hunters Point constituents - folks who run the YMCA on Lane Street in the Bayview Hunters Point.

The mostly Black crooks who work for Lennar a Rogue Developer, take money from the City and County of San Francisco too - tax payers money - and laugh all the way to the bank.

The mostly Black crooks keep diving the community - and the segment that is mostly affected our youth - who need help most. 

You cannot enter the YMCA unless to pay a hefty fee - the once Catholic facilities - are now under the jurisdiction of the worst type of human beings - who do anything to make a fast buck.

Folks who lack spirituality and far from the ideals and principles of the YMCA. I know what I am speaking of - having had dealing with the YMCA - since my days working at the Presidio of San Francisco - where the finest YMCA facilities were built.

The Bayview YMCA poking their nose into the affairs of the people at Hunters View.

Taking control of facilities - pretending to help the residents - when there is no " effectual tenants association" - in numbers - using proxy sell outs - again all Black to do more damage - to the innocent resident who are hoodwinked.

The John Stewart Company that fosters Zionist philosophy - has no place at Hunterview.

Not with its sordid history - linked to the Geneva Towers - and the thousands that were impacted - when the Geneva Towers were imploded.

Then, at that time - the people impacted were promised housing - one on one - and other choice promises.

In the end only 3% of those that once lived in the Geneva Towers complex - got good housing.

The rest moved - driven away - many of them to DIE on the streets of San Francisco - more in the Tenderloin - on Sixth Street.

You just have to go to Sixth Street today - hundreds of Blacks that once lived on the Hill - what we  also call Middle Point, Kiska Road, North Ridge - Mariners' Village and more - have been moved out of their units -  forced out - and left to fend for themselves - on the Streets of San Francisco - more, once again on Sixth Street.

After living for generation on the Hill - now left to die in sordid conditions - while some Blacks the likes of Gina and Kathy Perry - think they can control the destiny of everyone.

More - without having any training in planning, land use, housing, the housing element. Less knowledge, even less experience, stupid to the core, arrogant - and using ploys and machination - to hoodwink the constituents at large.

We are watching them like a hawk.

A good opportunity would be to bring yourselves on August 24, 2013 at 9 am  at the YMCA on Lane Street - and check for yourself how these good for nothing scum bags - address - "Health Issues". See for yourselves what these crooks have to offer in terms of practicality and empirical data.

You can talk the talk but can you walk the walk.

Ask them what is happening to the Southeast Health Center - and why the patients who come there for help - cannot get the required help.

Ask the organizers what are the doing to monitor the air, the water, the contamination in the soil. If the results can be posted on any notably website.

Why do we have an increase of cancer and other chronic diseases. Why are respiratory diseases on the increase in the Bayview?

Why do we have so many truants in the Bayview - not attending school?

Why do we have over 50% drop out without no health care given them - they catch the worse diseases - before the reach their teens.

Why do we have so many teen prostitutes in the Bayview?

Who is selling the drugs and why is not the YMCA involved in addressing - "drug addiction" - working with Malia Cohen who is political whore - anyway you look at it.

Ask them why we have high readings linked to Asbestos Structures - on Parcel A - and Lennar has once again NOT informed the community?

Ask them what are they doing to provide good child care - and why are outsiders taking control of our childcare facilities - in our neighborhood?

Ask them why are they demanding Credit Card reports from tenants on the Hill - to move in the units at Huntersview ?

When these issues or factors - were not highlighted initially - a long time ago - when the initial deliberations were conducted?

The land - all of it - belongs to the Ohone - the First People and I represent them.

The strangers stole the land, raped the women, killed the children. Up until 1927 you could kill a Native American and fetch $5 for a scalp.

The land for sure should not be given to a company like the John Stewart Company - Zionists who are protected by the evil - and make deals with the devil and have for all these years.

Now Blacks who are on the fore-front selling out the community - encouraging crooks to build units on land that has been desecrated. 

As I said we are monitoring - but here is something I will reveal to you all - in three months on Parcel A - an incident will happen - that will send a signal to STOP any work on Parcel A and beyond.

 Remember today's date, the month, when you read it first - today August 20, 2013. Three months from today. Aho.

We must stand united and be educated on issues.

Keep the Black sell outs at bay - and clean the area of such vermin.

Never mind if the City and County of San Francisco backs them - we are in charge of our own back yards - and those home owners who value their pride - better speak up - now.

THE PARODY IN THE SAN FRANCISCO BAYVIEW HUNTERS POINT - WITH THE YMCA TAKING THE LEAD TO DECEIVE THE PEOPLE AND RAKE IN THE THOUSANDS.

There is a lot happening in the San Francisco Bayview Hunters Point - it is a sort of parody - that only those comprehend the details - those who can connect the dots - and follow the paradoxical, flow.

The crooks gather at the YMCA on Lane Street in the Bayview Hunters Point - to figure out - how to take control of the neighborhood - they have met with some static - but, have no clue what is in store for them. 

Crooks mostly get caught in the high; while they are stealing, deceiving, cheating, have no conscience- they are caught up in their new found high - just like any dophin, any drug addict, any whore not worth the salt. Any criminal and we know the many who surround them.

Then one day - just like that  - a few seconds, like a fleeting moment - BOOM.

They realize they have had it - wrong - it does not pay to be the devil - they reel; they think they cannot fail but fall on their dumb, evil, faces - and wallow in the cesspool of their own sordid, creation.

Nothing good comes from Willie L. Brown Jr. just check his record - he is a slime ball - respected by no one in the best  of circles where decency is admired and king.Where honesty and standards count - where spirituality is a must - mention Willie and you think - "sordid" - scum of the earth.

Among the crooks there is where he holds some grip - but not for long.

His failing sight gone - he is groping in the dark - and when he meets his MASTER - he will beg for forgiveness -  he will have to read his own commentary from memory - only this time - he will not be able to - BLUFF.

So, when his minions do the dirty work trying to foster gentrification. And being Black they are a disgrace to the human race - they leave a legacy that is not to be admired less touched.

We have seen it before - we saw it with LENNAR and brought them to the floor.

There is more - round two will be even better - Lennar will be reeling in the cesspool of their own making.

They incorporated in 1998 and it is 2013 - and as the years go by - LENNAR will get dipper into the PIT - for sordidness and utter, disgrace.

The YMCA has no business getting involved with the key issues in the neighborhood - especially when they cannot comprehend the basic standards - linked to Transportation, the Housing Element, Health, Education, Community Policing, Land Use, the general economic situation facing our Nation - and there is more. 

Nothing good comes from the leaders that lead the YMCA on Lane Street that has been plagued with rampant corruption. Adversely impacting thousands - who should be helped - siding with those that foster evil - like Lenanr and the very corrupt politicians like Malia Cohen - a good for nothing - piece of crap.

Folks who once lived for a short while in the neighborhood and are have come here to make a living - lying, cheating, stealing, bluffing, and taking advantage of those that know little.

Preying on abject - ignorance - and to think of it Gina and Perry think little of what they are doing - with intent harming the community at large in the Bayview and beyond.

You can be in bed with the politicians - have your fake health fairs - one of which will be held on August 24, 2013.

Dumb folks trying to tackle - complicated and convoluted health issues. The YMCA is become a bed of thieves - Ali Baba and the many thieves - one worse than the other.

As usual the bigger crooks are Blacks - first it was the Poverty Pimp Pastors the likes of Calvin Jones, Aurelious Walker, the others too - too many and nasty to name.

A disgrace to the human race. Now, we have Gina and Kathy Perry trying to make hay while the sun shines - ignorant to the core about genuine issues - and preying on the humanity while raking in the money - from crooks of the worst order.

At Hunterview pandemonium reigns supreme - people are hoodwinked by the John Stewart Company - which has created the many Limited Liability Companies - to cheat and hoodwink the people.

Tenants were promised the world and are now left to fend for themselves. Who are these outsiders like the John Stewart Company - know to be crooked and corrupt - that keeps harming the indigent and those that cannot defend themselves.

The land belongs to the Ohlone - it was stolen from them. Anyway you look at the land - even given the recent history - these crooks negotiated with Human and Urban Development (HUD) - a federal entity - that at one time - boldly stated and wanted the people to lived in Public Housing - to own their units.

The crooks with intent ran down the units - using deferred maintenance.

Now the crooks - and of all the crooks - in the Property Management  business the John Stewart Company: www.jsco.net has leased the property for 99 years - and is playing hell with the tenants - who have lived at Hunters Point for generations.

Can you imagine Blacks or people of color going into the White Community and committing such abhorring crimes - right before the eyes of those that live there - and have been promised in writing that they would be helped. Where is the justice, where is the fair play.

What is happening to our City and County of San Francisco?

Who is behind all these mayhem and who is going to take responsibility?

Depriving the tenants to live now at Hunters View and the surrounding area - from forming legal, viable, and sustainable tenant organizations.

Trying to hoodwink the neighbors  - by using crooks like Gina and Kathy Perry - to infiltrate and adversely impact hundreds of innocent people - living in Public Housing. All because their palms have been greased with "blood money".

Lennar is not respected in the community. Believe me - nothing good will happen on Parcel A.

Not a single good thing - on the entire Shipyard - the remains of the "First People" have been desecrated - and no one that does that - will enjoy peace of mind.

This is unwritten law that those that are ignorant and do not know to respect - will bear severe consequences for. Now and for a long, long time. No one can go forward - without acknowledging the fact - of the blatant - DESECRATION.

This time Lennar will fall flat on its face - even with it ploy to entice Chinese blood money.

Do not ever fool with the Chinese - they will get to you - in the worst possible way.

The land at Hunters Point is contaminated and no one worth the salt - should have anything to do with it.

Why build units to live in the middle of Chernobyl? Only a fool will do that.

So Gina you can dream of your YMCA in the middle of Hunters Point - you are your kind - and you can have all the fun - driving in your new found wealth - your Jaguar -  a toy of sorts that will come to haunt your ass.

I met you once and told you what is right and what is wrong.
You tried to listen but did not hear.

With intent - you now want to act as an agent to do wrong - you asked for it - and you will get it - not from mere human beings - but from a higher force - believe me; you will for your misdeeds.

The San Francisco Redevelopment Agency is dead.

The Successor Agency to the SF Redevelopment Agency with Tiffany Bohee is cooking the books - lying through her teeth - there is only so much of it that can be done.

One day soon these vermin will fall on their face - in utter disgrace. Right now their fate is being - determined.

Leading that group of crooks and evil to the core - Malia Cohen.

THE MANY CARDBOARD POLITICIANS IN SAN FRANCISCO - MANY OF THEM ON THEIR MONTH LONG BREAK THAT THEY DO NOT DESERVE - IMMORAL, UNETHICAL, AND MOSTLY SHALLOW AND INEPT.

You would not believe easily that San Francisco is a rich City and that the politicians here are hand picked to do the devil's work. 

Some of those that pretend that they represent in San Francisco - are quick to meet close doors to take bribes and listen to the more corrupted - lobbyists - to do the bidding of the devil. 

People say that Washington DC is saturated by lobbyists who can get anything they want -  about 35% of retired House members - go into lobbying - and about 50% of the Senators - do the same.

There is not a single piece of legislation - worth the salt - that is not tainted by the lobbyists. 

Corrupt to the core - these so called Representatives are a disgrace to our Republic - the United States of America.

Here is San Francisco we have Diane Feinstein and Nancy Pelosi - one worse than the other.

Notice I do not address them by their title - because they are pathetic - the Nation looks at these two old women - who have nothing holistic to offer - and have amassed great wealth for themselves and their minions - disgrace to the human race.

Both of these Representatives say they live in San Francisco - which they do a little - but have large homes in Washington DC, in the Napa Valley, and in other places - built with money - tainted money that Nancy's husband Paul Pelosi has amassed by treating the Polynesian with disdain.

Richard Blum who is Diane Feinstein husband who is linked with nefarious Real Estate investment, the likes of CBRE and more. Raking in the millions selling government property like Post Offices and making deals on behalf the United States government.

Our local politicians pander to these Representatives who have hoodwinked decent, hard working constituents, all these many years.

The time has come to kick these vermin out - and for a breath of fresh air to come in - and work for the commons.

San Francisco lacks affordable housing. No one has paid attention to the thousands of rental units that were converted into dorms by the Academy of Art University - that has lost its accreditation - and has adversely impacted - thousands of innocent students - mostly from abroad who do not know what to do now. Giving a bad rap to San Francisco.

Students who paid thousands of dollars to get an education - and are now wondering - what will happen to them - stranded in San Francisco without a degree or whatever they had in mind.

The San Francisco Planning Department and the Department of Building inspection has been asleep at the wheel - preaching to the constituents about permits, and buildings standards - while all the time pandering to the Academy of Art University - that has deprived thousands of hard working San Francisco constituents - of rental units - all over in City and County of San Francisco.

It is shameful that hard working people have to pay 80% of their salaries to get a one bed room or two bed room apartment. 

How can ordinary San Franciscans survive - more if they have children?

So decent families - father, mother and children - are leaving our City and County of San Francisco - and move out - many of them out of State.

One bed room apartments going on an average for $2000 and a two bed room apartment on an average for $2800.

People find it difficult in San Francisco - to get a full time job - that pay benefits. There are lots of temporary jobs that give you NO benefits.

The Tech Companies make things even difficult - they promise a lot but give little in return - companies like TWITTER which have been subsidized by the City and County of San Francisco.

Subsidies - initiated by folks like Supervisor Jane Kim from District 6. A panderer, who rolls her eyes - pretends she is useful - but behind close doors has been raking in the thousands - under the table.

The Middle Class is eroding in San Francisco.

In recent years millions of dollars has been flooding in San Francisco - and Chinese who cannot speak English - buy homes with cash - $800,000 to $1,000,000 plus. Where is this money coming from?

Carmen Chu who once was a Supervisor and is now an Assessor for the City and County of San Francisco - is beaming with joy - with all this tainted money.

Tainted money - that the City and County is pleased 
to receive - but - has failed to put in place - accountability and transparency - that adversely - impacts Quality of Life - issues in San Francisco.

I pressed upon two Chinese home owner who have bought homes in the area where I live in the Portola District.

They smile a lot - and say nothing - they know they are told to do so - say nothing.

So where do they get the money - large sums of money that these folks can make available to buy homes - in which they will live for all eternity - with on accountability.

As far I know China is not doing well - its economy is in the doldrums.

Here in the United States we are fortunate in the land of the Native American - that I call the First People - our population is about 320 million. 

We have fertile land to grown all kinds of food and rear animals and what we want for food.

Our lakes, rivers, and our watershed in many places is not polluted like China - and we can survive - and have been providing the world with rice, wheat, and a lot of help with money, equipment, technology, information, we are ready to share and more.

Right now we hold the number one spot when it comes to the manufacturing of cars.

Not long ago we were of the verge of folding many companies that manufactured our American cars - not any more.

This one fact show that where there is a will there is a way - and that we can turn our economy around.

We have to figure out why the ONE percent - is still amassing 80% of the Nation's wealth.

Who are those behind the scenes - that favor keeping the Middle Class down. The frustration is growing - and the Middle Class is eroding  - this cannot go on forever - something will give.

In the mean time our politicians in San Francisco - many of them now taking a long break that they do not deserve - immoral, unethical and mostly shallow and inept - the likes of Jane Kim, David Chiu, Scott Wiener, and Malia Cohen from District 10. 

We have stupid people; who have no clue what is happening to them.

We have a population of about 320 million and 99% of them are kept in the dark - check this documentary to learn but just the tip of the iceberg. I am not kidding you.

THE SAMOANS PART OF THE LARGER POLYNESIAN COMMUNITY - FORCED OUT OF SAN FRANCISCO - WITH THE CITY AND COUNTY OF SAN FRANCISCO TAKING NO RESPONSIBILITY.

Over 35 years ago I bonded with the Polynesian community - more when I worked at Sixth United States Army and Presidio of San Francisco.

Later I bonded with various Polynesian families - mostly Samoan and Tongan. Others from Hawaii, Cook Islands, Fiji, Tahiti, New Zealand and so on and I was fortunate to learn a lot about these great indigenous people - admire their culture.

The Aloha Festival came about with my facilitating this one of a kind festival - first at Crissy Field and then on the Main Post at the Presidio of San Francisco - over 18 years ago.

The National Park Service wanted to charge the Polynesian  $10,000 at that time - but I got it free of charge for them. I represent the Muwekma Ohlone - had the Chairperson invited to the first Aloha Festival, worked with the organizers, brought in the large Healing Pole - five feet wide and sixty feet long -blessed it and the rest is history.

The first few Aloha festivals at Crissy Field by the Bay in clear sight of the Golden Gate Bridge - drew authentic Polynesian dancers from many places. Bonding many Polynesian and making them feel proud - about this one singular gathering - which initially was not commercialized.

The boat races and other festivities unique to the Polynesian culture - all bring back memories - those days are gone - but deep in my heart - I felt I did what I had to do - to bring the indigenous people together - as opposed to the vain Whites - who want money for everything - and have no appreciation for culture.

In my travels world wide - I have met Polynesian Chiefs and dignitaries - the pastors and bishops - politicians - and listened to them with intent - all indigenous and many Polynesian. Most talk a good talk but when it comes to action -  there is big cultural divide - and here lies the crux of the problem.

Here in the United States of America - we know some about sports and the Polynesian - but few know the tears and suffering of those many - Polynesians - who willingly laid their lives in war - fighting for the this great Nation - the United States of America.

Polynesian have served our Nation in very large numbers - and given their lives in even greater measure. The military in all the services has been well represented by the Polynesian - they have brought great honor to their people and the Department of Defense.

A fact that  many do not know about - and those that know and do not care to appreciate this great sacrifice - have themselves to blame.

What is worthy must be high lighted for all the world to know. A life is a life is life - and no price can be put on a life. The greatest honor is sacrificing your life for your Nation.

In San Francisco we have always known the Samoan community who are well represented in many fields - sports, government, nurses, security guards, bouncers, dancers, musicians, teachers, MUNI drivers, in the construction field - and many of us admire their tenacity, fortitude - and more the genuine love they share with those they come in contact with.

Spirituality is well embraced by the Polynesian - hence the deep respect for the church and the pastors.

Here in America - some one must represent - and since the Polynesian already respect the Chiefs and the Pastors - some form of communication must be maintained - when it comes to concrete and meaningful - representation.

Starting from the mid-1980s here in San Francisco there has been a greater divide among the older traditional Samoan community and the younger ones who are caught up in mores of modern and contemporary bling, bling.

Creating a confusion of sorts - baffling the community leaders who are lost in the confusion. The sign of the times.

The older Samoans more respectful - once they find out where you come from; if you are not a Polynesian - open themselves up. In course of time - with more inter-actions - you are part of the family. More deeds less words.

As they open up - the general  problems most folks face linked to lack of finance, lack of good housing, concern for the youth getting into fights, drugs, and the many so called evils that today's society brings to the door.

The younger Samoans and I have focused on them in larger measure because even though I have dealt with most adult Polynesian - my experiences with the youth, and young adults in the Samoan community have been profound - because they have a greater - need.

Way back in 1999 - I witnessed many facts and scenarios - and I always said to myself - I have to step to the front - gather to my side those Samoan youth and young adults - and address the issues with humility - to make San Francisco and the world a better, place.

My experience in various fields working for the United States Army, the National Park Service, and finally the United States
Park Police and learning a lot of the tactics, the philosophy, the policy making, the penal codes - linked to Law Enforcement.

Digging deep into matters linked to Quality of Life issues - as the Director of Environmental Justice Advocacy linked to the local, national and International fronts and issues - again and again my inter-action with the indigenous people - has been awesome and profound.

There is nothing like meeting and speaking to the people who are the salt of the earth.

As opposed to those who stole, raped, and until 1927 could scalp a Native American in California and fetch a measly - five dollars. Yes, five dollars.

For for fifty years our San Francisco, City and County authorities who could not dare create better living opportunities -  for our Polynesian community.

Many living in Public Housing in deplorable conditions.

This and other  human factors challenged me - to take upon the task and help the Samoan youth in San Francisco with the Samoan leaders being in the cockpit.

As I always say - I am the facilitator.

If you give me a hundred turkeys during Thanksgiving for distribution - I will distribute all of them - since I have some money - I will buy me a turkey - if I care to do so.

But, to take all the turkeys home - this is uncalled for. If the cap fits you - wear it - this is what you have been doing for all these years - pretending to help the Samoan community and screwing them Royally.

It took me three years to rein in John Nauer - who then worked at Young Community Developers running programs and making good things happen.

While the then Director  Dwayne Jones - mismanaged his responsibilities. I clearly saw the disconnect and the lack of transparency and accountability. Using John Nauer to feed Dwayne's own selfish - habits.

After baiting John Nauer for three years - and winning him over - we created All Islanders Gathering As One (AIGA1) - which when pronounced the Polynesian way -  means - FAMILY.

This one act - bringing the Polynesian youth - mostly Samoan, few Tongan, others too - was a singular feat that helped us address the many issues facing the youth and young adults. We did this in 2002.

We met regularly for years with no funding from anyone - and took our successes to a better place. We had some fantastic retreats at Oxnard, California, South Lake Tahoe, Santa Cruz YMCA Camp - other places - but these three stand out in my mind.

Graduates from Berkeley, University of California Los Angels, others too many to mention - but all linked to Community Based Organizations - Polynesian mentors, graduates - loved to come to our camps - where we treated the youth and young adults - with tender, loving, care - and more.

Most of our members went on to becomes productive citizens - learning to be proud of their Polynesian Culture.

I keep in touch will all of these adults - and when we meet - the joy of all we did - comes flashing before our eyes. Tears of joy and happiness.

Our achievements working with Polynesian as a team has been extra-ordinary.

We saw this not only here in San Francisco - but in other places where I visited - be it Hawaii, Auckland, New Zealand, in Melbourne, in Australia - all over the United States of America.

Any model created with the team concept in place - with sound leadership - with clear instructions, with clear goals - providing sustainable nutrition - that is good food - and you are set to attain - any mission objective with excellent results -  with the Polynesian.

It is this model - that allowed the Polynesian to traverse the oceans - thousands of miles -  and occupy islands from New Zealand all the way to Hawaii and beyond.

In San Francisco our Mayor Edwin Lee knows about the Polynesian families.

From Mayor Edwin Lee's many years - working as a City employee - until trust into becoming the Mayor.

Mayor Edwin Lee wants wants to do good - but he is surrounded by "bad apples" - who are now putting hurdles - curtailing help to the community at large - and having a tunnel vision that is not holistic.

There is only so much sacrifice that anyone can make - there is only so much money any one person can expand - when the City and County of San Francisco has a budget of $8 Billion - Yes, $8 BILLION.

When the City policy makers have no clue about Quality of Life issues - are NOT educated on real issues.

Cannot connect the dots - and will take NO time - to listen to community at large. We have had it with the buffoons.

In the interim - the few do what they have to do - because they love this City named after Saint Francis of Assisi. It does not matter if they have to dip into their own pockets - which they do. Enough is enough.

The Chief of Police - Gregory Suhr knows what is lacking - when it comes to - Community Policing. 

We can talk about it - beat the horse to death, and revive it only so many times - in the best sense of the words -  the implementation of " genuine Community Policing " has been put on the back burner.

We should not have the killings and shootings in our community.

We have them because Law Enforcement lacks the tools, the understanding - about culture - and cultural competency.

If you say that to their face - they think something else - much as when you call those who are rednecks - which they are. Few have the balls to call them that to their face.

Our present San Francisco Board of Supervisors are a JOKE.

Leading the jokers - one Malia Cohen - who should step down - and forget running for second term in District 10.

Many of the deaths and the lack of services and amenities - are there because Malia Cohen has failed to "represent" and is an "air head".

Malia Cohen - loves to take junkets to Israel, to China, to Ireland - anywhere where she can pussy foot around.

This guy Anderson and Maria Aroche; who work at the Mayor Office have been an outstanding failure - when it comes to violence prevention and killings - which comes under their jurisdiction.

These two do not understand nor are they respected at ground zero. Their days pandering - with the panders - who took money and did nothing meaningful are over. The likes of Jacob Moody.

Our only hope - is our Mayor Edwin Lee. He must step up - as he is now stepping up trying to stop the Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) strike - which is a Regional issue.

What about the issue of violence and killing in your backyard?

For sure a more pressing issue are the killings and shootings.

The Mayor knows within the Polynesian community - in last two months - we have put a lid - working round the clock. In fact I told him that myself - and he said - he understood.

Good leaders know the way, show the way and go the way.

The time is come to address the issues dealing with men who have guts - women who want to stand shoulder to shoulder and save lives.

Not only Polynesian lives, not only Black lives, not only Asian lives, not only Latino lives - but any human life - Native American, White, others, too. All life. Does the Mayor get it ? We want to know.

Indigenous people are loving, generous, hospitable, have a culture that is second to none - all over the world. Their dance, their music, the many good things that can calm the soul and more.

So why all this violence?

When will this City build affordable housing - instead of Market Price housing?

Hoarding indigent folks to live like animals - while talking stuff that we are a Transit First City and that we care about our Carbon Foot Print.

My foot, you do not know what you are talking about - in this land of the First People - the Ohlone that I represent.

Decency, caring, hospitality, loving, compassion comes first - and this City and County of San Francisco with corrupt politicians, shallow, inept, immoral folks like Malia Cohen - have been given a pass to do worse.

Elsewhere; in our City Department cheaters, liars, so called environmentalists who have funneled thousands to an entity like Green For All - have been told they did nothing wrong - when indeed she did - WRONG.

Make no bones about it. Bragging that no one can touch her -  after being severely, reprimanded. You bet I can - single handed.

Mayor Edwin Lee this is your challenge - as I  have been supporting you - with deeds not words and plain talk.

Get rid of the rubbish - incinerate the rubbish - we do not want crooks in San Francisco - screwing San Franciscans and making hay while the sunshines - helping Green For All, Habitat for Humanity, San Francisco Foundation - other non-profits that are NOT respected in San Francisco. 

Folks that take blood money from Lennar - folks that did not stand up when our children were harmed, our seniors were harmed - when people that needed help most were - adversely impacted.

Mayor Edwin Lee I congratulated you and was in your office that memorable day - when you were sworn in office.

You must stand your ground and to the right thing. That is what you promised me - help me to serve the community.

The time is now - the  action plan should have been in place five years ago - so we are five years late - and catching up takes hard work.

We have the plan, we have the people, we need the resources and that is possible - because we have HOPE and care to serve with humility.

Channel the resources to the right people and operations with standards and people who have morals and are ethical.

This can only be done with the right people at the helm of affairs - not the crooks that we see committing crime - and allowed to stay - they must go - they, and those hired - evil hirelings from the East Bay - when we have so many good, astute, stellar people in San Francisco. 

As to the Polynesian people - more the Samoans people - who I have cared for and worked for - their time in now and we are ready to walk the walk. Aho.
