MUNI BUSES AT THEIR WORST - THE LIGHT RAIL SYSTEM PLAGUED WITH PROBLEMS - ALL BECAUSE OF VERY POOR LEADERSHIP.

The is only so much crap that anyone who is sane; can take from the Municipal Transportation Agency (MTA) - that is in charge of our MUNI - our public transportation buses and our failed Light Rail system in San Francisco.

Good leaders make no excuses they do something about it.

More, when they have dipped into the trust fund of the TAXI cab and are treating and have treated our TAXI cab drivers with disdain.

The took over the Taxi Cab Commission to help them - but, have royally screwed them over - again and again.

It does not help when Scott Wiener who talks the talks but cannot walk the walk -  constantly wants funds for MUNI - when MUNI has NO accountability and very less transparency.

Our MUNI buses stink, crime and mugging on the increase and what is most disgusting to know - it that the cameras installed on the buses - DO NOT WORK. More than 60% of these cameras - DO NOT WORK.

Mayor Edwin Lee has been informed about them, the Controller has been informed about them, the District Attorney must now step up and investigate - why more on the newer MUNI buses too - the cameras do not work.

The Chief of Police now must also step up and find out - why is MUNI treating the decent, tax paying constituents with - disdain.

SAFETY comes first - I heard it first hand from the Mayor - that is why I stepped up and I am helping the Mayor and all San Franciscans.

The SF Board of Supervisors care less about Quality of Life issues - more Malia Cohen the most despicable.

Scott Wiener - we call him - Tinker Bell - Jane Kim - the rolling eyes clap, the others not worth mentioning.

We are a Transit First City - which means that Transportation is paramount.

Yet,all over our City - Public Transportation has been used as a ploy - and those who use it - have to bear with long delays, dirty and stinking buses and Light Rail cars - that are never on time, mostly.

Constant delays - the through-ways clogged with cars and other vehicles - congestion that has reach EPIC heights - and all we hear are excuses - from everyone - not worth the salt.

Let us start by reducing the pay scales of all those that work for MUNI. The Management - all those - making over $200,000 - if ten of these cum bags had their salaries reduced by $100,000 - we would save a lot.

If twenty of them - had their salaries reduced to half - we could save more.

I see them - all over the place - wasting their time.

Then you have the Ticket Inspectors - aided by Law Enforcement - twenty and even more - targeting the indigent, the immigrant who cannot speak English - thinking they are bringing - million in our City's coffers - while all the time - disgracing themselves.

You do not need more than two to enforce - checking tickets - it cost more to have these obese, good for nothing, Ticket Inspectors - surrounded by Law Enforcement - pretending they are doing our City of San Francisco - some good.

Far from the TRUTH they are pandering - and wasting their time.

Half of these Ticket Inspectors - do not live in San Francisco - yet, in the company of armed personnel - they throw their weight around.

Ed Reiskin the General Manager of MUNI - must gather these folks - or at least send them a MEMO - about their sordid - behavior.

MUNI is a joke - and we all know it.

Recently, a brand new bus was brought in - the Mayor, Edwin Lee - worked up - but when the Mayor and his entourage - began to take the ride - the brand new Bio-fueled bus of sorts - broke down. That is the real state of affairs - when it comes to MUNI.

People at MUNI talk the talk - but fail - each and every time to walk the walk.

The two tier-system does not help the MUNI drivers - at one time I knew all the Superintendents who worked for MUNI - the many drivers whom I have seen - give up on MUNI.

The MUNI drivers are fed up, the passengers are fed up - the buses do not run on time - the Third Street Light Rail - over $700 million spent - does not work. And all we hear are excuses.

You watch the Municipal Transportation Agency (MTA) meetings - it is a joke - all these idiots do - is pat themselves on the back - when the entire system - is failing - crumbling before their eyes.

60%  of the cameras do not work. Who is going to be responsible for this? And when? Aho.

TOO MANY SHALLOW POLITICIANS WITH NO MORALS ABOUND IN SAN FRANCISCO - FOREMOST AMONG THEM PANDERERS - JANE KIM, MALIA COHEN AND SCOTT WIENER.

Too many shallow, inept, immoral politicians abound in San Francisco - foremost among the panderers Jane Kim and Malia Cohen and Scott Wiener.

The TransBay with the millions of dollars has gone South - and Jane Kim and Maria Ayerdi-Kaplan both trying to represent Willie L Brown Jr as best they can - are making NO progress - time will tell.

Jane Kim who did not choose to represent all - use to stand up - but did not say the a word at the Pledge of Allegiance - in Room 250 the August Hall of the SF Board of Supervisors - thus bringing disgrace - where once most every was graceful and too the pledge to uphold the principles known well and acknowledged by those who are, sane.

Jane Kim an unprincipled and immoral person - apparently felt that the pledge did not meet her standards - this transplant from South Korea - with a sordid past of sorts. She has been biting the hand that feeds her - and this can go only for so long - before she falls flat on her face.

Scott Wiener is another - constantly trying to vie with trying to change things for the sake of changing things. Bring amendments - fighting the poor, fighting those that have earned their rights - if he does not agree to something - he starts to legislate and adversely impact the poor - others that have rights, too.

Jane and Scott hail for New York - where they should have kept their bad habits - back there - but have chosen to abuse our hospitality.

Malia Cohen is the worse of them all - she is shallow.

Malia Cohen and one Nadine Burke have gathered $4 million from the California Pacific Medical Center and another $300,000 from the San Francisco - 49ers to build a Wellness Center - in a contaminated area to apparently - help children. It is such immoral actions - that truly reveal where these disgusting, immoral, perverts come from.

Malia Cohen's trade mark - grinning like a jackass - as we all saw when the same sex was celebrated at City Hall - and there was Malia; in the center of the pandemonium.

Malia Cohen who has NOT come out of the closet - but for all practical purposes - is as they say - closeted and shallow - and has failed to represent.

As these San Francisco Board of Supervisor continue to wallow in the cesspool of their own making. All of them without exception have failed the common - San Franciscan and our fair City and County of San Francisco.

Daily we see before our eyes - Quality of Life compromised.

Muggings, thefts, house break-ins, car break-ins, assaults are on the increase.

The mentally ill - left to fend for themselves on our streets - the thousands of tourists that come to our fair City - wonder, what is happening to San Francisco?

We have more dogs than children in San Francisco - according the National Geographic Magazine - some years ago - it reported in access of 100,000 - now, may be around 120,000 dogs.

Double that the feline population - the growing singles - and less families - are the signs of the times - nothing progressive but mor sordid in nature.

Our San Francisco could care less about decent families - father, mother and children.

Thousands of decent families have left San Francisco - do you think for a second Jane Kim, Malia Cohen, and Scott Wiener with their sordid - less morals and ethics - care about decent normal families?

David Campos should thank his stars that he has been voted in by some straights.

Not for long - always pushing and bringing up issues - that do not embrace the entire community - often times favoring a one sided issue - the majority of San Franciscans - could not care less. Like giving our airport  SFO situated in San Mateo; another name - that makes no sense.

David Chiu thinks he can fast track legislation to adverse small businesses - it is the same with the others.

None of them have a plan to reduce the violence, the shootings and the killings. None of them represent our youth - none of them have created - " jobs" that matter. All of them - these SF Supervisors - pander and their time is coming.

None of them care about - career jobs.

The SF Supervisors once were paid $38,000 - tax payers money.

Today we reward these good for nothing - scumbags - and give them $125,000 plus with benefits and other perks - none of which they deserve - our tax payers, money.

We have made NO progress when it comes to affordable housing in San Francisco.

One has just to read the Housing Element and see what it says - then compare the progress made - when it comes to affordable housing - pathetic.

The 35 cranes that Mayor Edwin Lee brags about - is all about the filthy rich - market rate value - where a two room condominium - will cost over $ 1 million and a half away from the down town area.

More in some areas that matter - most over $3 million and some for as much as $5 million closer to the Bay with views.

When you have to pay $2500 for a two bedroom apartment - that says it all. The poor on a $1000 monthly cannot live - now imagine if you make $800 - and more our Elderly who live on a fixed incomes of below $900 if ever.

Some have money for the first five days of the month - the rest they have to beg and borrow - and our San Francisco Board of Supervisors - are busy making deals behind close doors.

Raking in illegal money - bribes and involved in ploys and machinations - do not think - we are not aware of such illegal activities. You have more time for lobbyists than you have for your constituents.

Come election time - these scum bags will promise all to take care of Safety, Housing, Education, Transportation, Open Space, Child care, Senior care, Jobs - but once in office - these scum bags do nothing - at all.

It is time - right now - we boot these good for nothing - scum bags - booth them off - and bring in those that care for the people.

Those major crooks like Willie L. Brown Jr. who is behind these shenanigans must be called out.

The devious consultants headed by Richard Blum and others - all evil and all interested in filling their own deep pockets.

Paul Pelosi and his wife Nancy Pelosi - caring more for themselves - and less for the commons.

In San Francisco of all place we tolerate such nonsense - we must do it now - boot these scum bags - and tell them to stay away - or forever hold our peace.

Daily our children, our single mothers, our youth, our young adults are suffering.

These scum bags - the SF Board of Supervisors - I have mentioned above - prey on the community - and they get paid for doing so - with our hard earned - tax payers money.

THE DESTINY OF THE FUTURE OF BLACKS IN SAN FRANCISCO SHOULD NOT BE IN THE HANDS OF BLACKS WHO ARE NOT EDUCATED ON ISSUES.

Blacks in San Francisco have been reduced to hearing some, few Blacks who gather people to pontificate and share information in the most nonchalant manner.

Of all the topics - Re-Entry. In a nonchalant manner - disdain for those who came to listen to some topic informative - but were treated like - brats.

Yesterday, Friday, July 19, 2013 the San Francisco Black Leadership Forum (SFBLF) gathered to discuss the issue of Re-Entry and Realignment - linked to the many prisoners who have been released.

More those that the system will be forced to release - according a mandate passed by the Federal Court - linked to over crowding.

Those on the panel were Sheriff Ross Mirkarimi, Chief Adult Probation Officer Wendy Stills, and a representative for Public Defender, Jeff Adachi - Attorney Vilaska Nguyen.

We must always remember never, ever to intimidate the audience.

This happened right from the inception.  Orders - that you will do this and that and the other - and no one had even proved that the speakers or the discussion was worth the salt.

The hidden agenda that no one seemed to bother to note and less to ask - money. There is a pot of money linked to Re-Entry - and the pot has less money.

Too many vultures vying to get to it - those that dole out the money - are at a loss.

Much like the predicament of the folks - who are incarcerated - and released with less money to make - some sense of their lives. What a paradox.

The mikes were not working and this had to be fixed and it took at least an hour before the panel discussion had the mikes working.

For the first hour - the mikes were being tweaked - and this became - a major distraction. The speakers screeching made the whole event - an uneventful event.

I was accompanied by two Polynesians who wanted to learn something from this panel discussion. One a pastor and the other an Elder. At the end of the event - they felt the behavior of some in the audience was to say the least - pathetic.

Those in the audience were allowed to write their questions - and those who submitted their questions early on - had their question dumped and lumped on top of questions - that kept coming, later on.

The Master of Ceremonies losing his cool - talking a lot - and trying to argue with the few - trouble makers.

The fact that some Blacks who think that running their mouth, be loud mouthed - argue with the Master of Ceremonies - is cool - is an inherent factor that points of lack of manners, etiquette, and diplomacy.

There is NO way - any community can attain UNITY - speak with voice - and contribute to Society in a holistic manner - if some in the community - disrupt, want others to hear their drab, shallow, worthless comments - these folks are pathetic, they want some attention - and they should get it some where else.

Most of the questions were far fetched - we have had several similar forums - with more astute audiences - at the San Francisco State University, in Berkeley, with smaller and better educated audiences - else where all over San Francisco.

After some time I had to walk away - waste of my time - and I was sorry I invited two of my good friends to attend - such a poorly organized - event.

There was talk about the "Our Migration" a flawed document put together by mostly Blacks who did not have the best interests of Blacks in our community in San Francisco.

A document funded by the former San Francisco Redevelopment Agency - now dead - and paid for - to pacify the Blacks in San Francisco.

No one worth the salt is paying attention to the "Out Migration" - document.

Some try to bark up the tree - but that is the extend of that sordid, document.

Once Blacks in San Francisco made up 25% of the population - now it is much like 4% - though people who are NOT in the know - tout that it is more like 6% - which is not true.

Much before this drab document called the Out Migration - reminding one of Migratory Birds - there was a document named the "Unfinished Agenda".

The "Unfinished Agenda" - a more through document that spelled out in detail - the needs of Blacks and what needed to be done - to empower Blacks.

Unfortunately; the uneducated on issues - have tossed this important document on the shelves to gather dust.

I have post the document at the end of this article. Read it carefully and ask yourselves - if you are one of those Blacks constantly arguing - what have you done to better the Black community? The empirical data was there - but why did it take our City and County of San Francisco - so long to do something about the situation at hand? Why?

While all the while trying to address the perennial issues among Blacks in San Francisco - in a drab manner -  some anointed Blacks - who do not have their heart in the right - place - have failed the community at large and the Black in particular - miserably.

The average Black family in San Francisco is hurting. The thousands who have left - left, because of lack of Quality of Life issues where they lived in San Francisco.

They had serious concerns about Safety and their lives, the poor education offered, lack of sound transportation, lack of child -care, very high rents, high costs of health services, lack of opportunities, blatant discrimination and the list goes on and on.

The paradox is that those few loud mouthed Blacks who conduct such forums as we witnessed yesterday - and especially the pandemonium nearing the end - is a sign of abject - dysfunctionality - that has reached - saturation point.

It is not as if the woman while shouting and screaming - that those who wanted to express themselves were denied the FREEDOM to express themselves at this forum - was wrong - she was right.

Those in charge treated the audience like brats - talking down to them - and do not know the difference between FREEDOM and LICENSE.

License is the abuse of freedom. Those in charge did just that - abused their freedom - while looking down on the audience in - general in a demeaning, manner. This nonsense must stop.

Incarceration affects all communities but it mostly affects the Black community - when it comes to Re-Entry.

One of the main reasons - is that once released from prison with the measly $200 or whatever - Blacks in general do not have anywhere to go - and even if they go to the half-homes - they still are forced to follow stringent rules and discriminated.

Others who live in the filthy, stinky, bed-bug infested Single Occupancy Residential (SROs) are even worse off - and those that know it - know it - and those that put these forums have no clue - what they are talking about.

We had one Case Manager and I know him from the Bayview who has tried to reach the Chief Adult Probation Officer for 67 months - with no results. He made this statement boldly at this forum. Those who heard him - better accommodate him.

The Chief Adult Probation Officer harps that she has an open door policy - she is White - and as much as she purports to say what she wants to say - she truly cannot feel and more comply - with the needs of the prisoners released - more Blacks - who are subjected to untold suffering.

I have heard her make statements at City Hall and at other places - and do not believe her at all. Actions speak  and millions of dollars that she has access too - do not go to the right - people and places.

You just cannot expect any prisoner - from any Nationality - who has been incarcerated for years - 5 years, 10 years, 15 years, 20 years - to come out and find it easy to adapt to Society.

We do not have one single program that has a wrap around program that totally embraces, holistically - the entire human being - who needs the help - some in less measure but more who are totally dysfunctional.

Mental issues in particular - have created havoc in Society and we see this all over San Francisco - on our streets down town and in our neighborhoods.

Lost in their world, many with severe physical scars meted out to them in jail.

Mental problems, others in despair trying to survive - commit crimes - and go back to jail - and for some the cycle is just that - till death - takes them away.

I know many of them - and all I can do is pray for them. They tell me everything - and what I heard at the forum is drab, shallow, not worth the salt.

You really want to have a forum on Re-Entry - have a person who is incarcerated and is articulate to address the issue. You all will be educated.

Have a parent on the forum - who can speak their mind.

Bring in the Psychologist or those that deal with the many mental issues - and most of those who organize - such forum will be astounded.

It is an experience when one visits the jails - which I do - then you really comprehend - what this prisoners go through.

There is not a single prison in California - that rehabilitates prisoners - they Correctional Officers - have banded themselves - to treat most prisoners - with disdain.

The only option the prisoners have is to band themselves together - and when this happens - the leaders are thrown in solitary confinement and given other - harsh treatments.

Blacks must remember that San Francisco is a Racist City - and it does not help having some Blacks - who through corruption and selling out have made it - the wrong way in Society.

Pretending to preach to others - knowing little themselves - that is what this San Francisco Black Leadership Forum (SFBLF) did.

The topic was worthwhile - "Community Forum on Prisoner Re-Entry".

The community that gathered was disrespected - by the organizers.

The few loud mouthed - poor general organization - the failing mikes, the harsh treatment of the audience, this does not bear well with most.

The organizers will never succeed if they do not change their ways.

If they can keep inviting the other Black sell outs on their invitation list - that I saw in the audience - the same ones that receive the dole - and turn their back on other Blacks.

The challenges for Blacks incarcerated are many - I know that for a fact - and for other Nationalities too.

The opportunities few - tons of talk - but very little walk.

I am not going to waste my time - the next time around - going to such forums conducted in a dictatorial manner.

Change your ways - organize your events better - and then may be - you will succeed.

You cannot teach, less preach - if you are not educated on issues.
 Aho.

ARE OUR CITY OFFICIALS WITH US WHEN IT COMES TO STOPPING THE ON GOING VIOLENCE, SHOOTINGS, AND KILLINGS - ALL OVER SAN FRANCISCO?

Our City officials must be asked a direct question - especially those who are doling out thousands - to individuals who have done nothing to stop the violence, the killings - and senseless shootings - all over San Francisco.

Our Law Enforcement have been given millions - to create an environment of SAFETY -  is this a cliche - or do we have women and men in our Law Enforcement - who want to work with the community to make a - real difference.

Our women and men of the cloth - do they want to step up - much like the prophets did, women and men dedicated to God - to stop the senseless shootings and killings - and make a true, difference.

Our Mayor of San Francisco, Edwin Lee - our Chief of Police, of the San Francisco Police Department, Gregory Suhr - endorse a model that can work - however, are we going to back this model - with sustainable resources.

With unity make it work - and have the community participation that is needed and is a must. In the past - some outsiders - people who think they can control things remote control - dictated things to others. No more. We have named them before - those that have failed to take the Community Response Network - to a better, place. The Mayor and his inner circle must take a good look at this situation - and while they are there - what is really happening with the Mayor at his office - if those in charge of the stemming the violence, the shootings, the killings - are really worth the salt?

The people have spoken, the parents, family, friends, supporters of the many victims - are pleading for help - and we can do it - while those exercising their "senseless behavior" - are feeling the heat - it is within true reach -  where we can - in unity and humility bring about - real change.

Some of us are visiting the hot spots - but this time with a mission to bring about a change.

One can talk the talk but to walk the walk - you must go to the source - see it, feel it, and then think about it - deep enough - to bring about change.

Our City Administrator Naomi Kelly bears a responsibility - we really do not need to visit her and waste her time.

Naomi Kelly -  can visit the Mayor and the Police Chief -  they too have endorsed a model that works.

Naomi Kelly - can lend her support. I say this because I did meet her in the hall way at City Hall - and I did mention this fact to her. She seemed to agree - but did she follow up?

We are talking about life - we are talking about trauma - we are talking about pain and suffering - we are talking about sacrifice on the part of those trying to stop the violence, the shootings, and the killings.

Those on the front line can only do so much.

We need the support of each and everyone - the prayers of everyone.

The strength and the unity; to keep this good thing going - where now there is no abject divisiveness - bring about lasting peace and unity.

God must be brought into this picture, spirituality must be brought into this picture.

Most of all respect must be brought into the picture.

So, watch out you Poverty Pimp Pastors - get out and speak to the truth and more by your actions - look after the sheep.

There are some Pastors - few just a handful who are doing the right thing - they know who they are.

They do not need to be told what to do - they have been doing - what their faith entails them to do - they have been taking care of the sheep - and you can see the - difference.

Our City and County of San Francisco has been named after Saint Francis of Assisi.

A humble Saint who fostered compassion - our Mayor has compassion, our City Administrator has compassion, our Chief of Police has compassion, many City Department heads have compassion.

I have made it known to them in writing - spread that around - spread the good word - and let us together - take our City and County of San Francisco to a better place.

Let us fine tune our conscience - morals are important - ethics must rule - but most of all our actions - daily in our lives - to bring about change and address Quality of Life issues.

It pains me - when small children - express to me that they are afraid to be out in their neighborhood.

It pains me when our children are traumatized but the gun shots - one hears at all times.

Our fair City is not a war zone - but some have made it so - and we know - who they are - so change your lives and your behavior.

The majority of good citizens must NOT be intimidated by a few - who want some attention - but, have chosen to do it - in a wrong manner.

We must be united to bring about this change.

This drastic change to last a long time - will not happen without a change of heart.

Spirituality must reign supreme -  where humility and hard work - is exercised with prudence and fortitude. Aho.

THE JURY HAS SPOKEN - MOST DECENT AMERICANS DO NOT AGREE WITH THE VERDICT - FROM THE INCEPTION THE VICTIM WHO IS DEAD WAS FRAMED.

The Judicial System  in this our land of laws - has fallen once again to the whims of a system that most people think works.

The system has not worked; more it has failed us miserably - creating animosity - and wondering if we are really a Nation of laws.

This matter of adjudication on any level is not just a matter of who is right or wrong. It is following the just - process.

If in adjudicating the serious matter at hand - finding out if there was  fairness, true justice, and a deep sense of doing what is right - within the set boundaries of the law - not the fringes of the law.

The Nation is hurting - and even though many are not protesting on the streets of their Cities.

All over this great Nation the United States of America - the hurt grows deeper than deep.

In the many living rooms, in the many gathering places - people are openly stating - that injustice was done - in that little town - in Sanford on the East Coast of the United States.

The Nation's Attorney General has spoken - in circles he has said so much - in the end he has said - nothing much.

The President joined in and he took had the audacity to say that discussing about the race card - does no good. I beg to defer and we must go back to the days of Jefferson and Frederick Douglass - where the rhetoric was there - a meaningful debate - and a better sense of reconciliation.

We are a civilized nation - and there is nothing wrong to turn back the clock - turn a new leaf - and shed light on norms and a mentality that some have - which smack of superiority complex.

Daily in our lives when we evaluate the doings of the Judicial System - we see blatant flaws. But, there is little we can do about it - but repeat the cliches - that mean nothing. " We are are a Nation of Laws" - really!

Those charged with crimes - if they are people of color - rarely get the best - representation. Thousands of families of color - suffer silently - and many say in private - nothing much has changed since the days of - slavery.

When an injustice - more when a life has been taken - hits hard and comes to a home - it becomes personal.

There is no convincing the loved ones - that the law has spoken and taken a course - more when the course taken - begs for fairness and blatant injustice has been used to bring an unfair and unholy - conclusion.

If those who are victims and people of color  do get representation - those purporting to represent them - take short cuts.

Often times -  those who put their trust in the representatives - so called attorneys - wish they had never, ever done so.

It is not uncommon for people of color to get five, ten times the jail sentencing - given to Whites for the same crime.  Attorney let down the victims - mostly Black clients - and the rest in history.

Victims linger in jails - and some for 10 years, 15 years and more.

We still continue to say we are a Nation of Laws. Are we? Our Supreme Court has said that Corporations are people - and many think - this is fine.

Our judicial system - has not stopped to ponder - why 10% of our population has been incarcerated at some point - and over 8% for years - the largest population in the world to be incarcerated.

We have a population of about 320 million. Think about that.

It is not uncommon for an all White Jury to send a person of color to jail - for an extended period of time - without blinking an eye.

We saw this again - and the entire Nation - was wondering why this all White or mostly all White jury - if theydid do the right thing?

The result when someone who shot a young man in cold blood - has gone Scott Free - but not for long.

The Nation is divided - those that could have taken a stronger role and action like the NAACP - have now stepped up.

Others who were fast asleep are now busy collecting signatures - still other have jumped on the band wagon - but, it is a little too - late. Time will tell.

Shame on those who with intent - created a scenario - where the baseline factors - were kept intact and convoluted.

The Jury forced to abide to certain sordid mandates - that did not favor any justice for a young Black man.

Just because he was Black - in a gated-community - which is becoming common. More segregation of certain communities -  who are rich - who think no end to themselves.

These gated community need Security guards to protect them day and night.

Notice I did not use any names - the Nation knows what I am talking about.

Here is the bottom line - I went around and asked a number of people from all walks of life.

Of course; this in San Francisco, where I live.

Ideally we are suited in San Francisco - to undertake such a survey. Asians, Blacks, Latinos, Whites, Native Americans, others - all live side by side - and all will express themselves - in such matters without fearing any - retaliation.

We all have a conscience - and that is what matters most - a conscience that has not be numbed - and most of those I asked - did not favor the adjudication of the Sanford Court. Practically everyone was against the outcome.

But does this voice count? This voice in the millions resonates - and many say - " what has become of America?".

Is it the American of our Founding Fathers? Is it an America of our Judicial System gone South?

The Main Media keeps barking up the tree. Talk shows galore - spewing diatribe.

Four members of the six member Jury - has told the Media to back off - they do not want to have the charade - the many stupid questions posed - making this "sordid adjudication" - all the more sordid and creating divisiveness in our communities, our neighborhoods, our cities and towns - in our Nation.

People from all walks of life are using "Black Twitter" to garner support - and such tools will bring other outcomes - better outcomes and shame the antiquated justice system that we have.

Much like the Electoral System that is a carry on from the Feudal days of old.

Now; it depends who has spoken to the Truth.

Has the Court that must represent the will of the people ; adjudicate well and been fair and just?

Or have we using the jury system - as one sided as it was -  still continuing to affirm the will of the people - when the opposite is true?

In this case - injustice was done - and a man who shot another unarmed man - in cold blood - was declared - dead.

The killer affirms that he stood his ground - even after following the man - even after being told by the Police not to follow the young Black man.

Shooting and killing him - and the rest is history. Aho.

EACH AND EVERY LIFE IS PRECIOUS - THE AUTHORITIES THAT BE - MUST FULLY COMPREHEND ACTS THAT DENY; OPPORTUNITIES TO PEOPLE OF COLOR.

Our sojourn on this Earth is short - compared to anything worth measuring that has longer life - more, when it comes - to those elements - that have evolved for thousands and millions of years.

Human beings are unique - and each life is precious.

So we say - especially here in the United States.

Again and again - history reveals to us - in so many ways - that greed, avarice, lack of compassion, hatred, and mostly lack of knowledge - forces many human to act - to the  determent - of what most of us, consider - positive - encouraging fair play and justice.

Our inner cities have areas where those - mostly people of color - are forced to live in inhumane conditions.

While those; not of color - are given opportunities - and many a times - handed stuff on a platter - those not of color - look down and mock those who are forced to irk out a living.

It does not come as surprise when an unarmed man of color is shot point blank and all sorts of excuses are made.

That experts go to court and paint scenarios that are convoluted - mind boggling - that defy the norm - and more paint "injustice" - on this canvass that most in our tainted courts; uphold - as justice.

Every life is precious - but in many areas - dogs and cats and other life except the lives of  - "people of color" - are treated with respect and decency.

Daily in our inner cities hundreds of young men and women are shot and killed.

Not a whimper. Those in Law Enforcement - look at the statistics - much as they would look at a sport.

More in places like Chicago and New Orleans on the East Coast - Oakland, California and Compton on the West Coast.

It does not help that our judicial system in flawed - even with a "jury" that must be fair - but in its every make up - can bring about different - results. Adversely impacting those people of color - who have fallen prey - again and again - to a system - purported to be "fair".

Fair is never, ever defined.

There is a big difference - when a jury has all men.

Quite a big difference when the jury consists of all women.

One of two strong women - more opinionated - can bring a completely different result - with the worse type of consensus - building.

Yet, another result with men and women in the jury - the results vary; tend to be balanced.

Those of us who have paid attention and studied - know this.

The media takes the easy way out - sensationalizes the elements of any case - and the rest is history.

Life is life and life is precious - but daily; all over the United States of America - people are shot and killed.

Many of those killed - at the hands of people who are encouraged to commit such blatant and uncalled for killings and violence - by  exterior forces - who have a hidden agenda - gentrification

Notice how protected - those are that live - "in gated communities".

How unprotected those are that live in Public Housing - the more indigent - the less - "decency" is meted out.

It is the same when the United States take such type of a mentality abroad to Iraq, to Afghanistan, to other places.

With clandestine activities, drones, and other nefarious activities - seek targets and human beings - and cares little about innocent women, children, and the elders - who they deem in their many reports - as co-lateral - damage.

The human conscience has been numbed.

Law Enforcement and the Judicial System - has take the stance that - if they have in their inner circle - what it takes to opine and favor the end result.

Never mind - the false adjudication - for as long as they are in control - their subjective, sordid - opinion counts.

This has been going on for a long, long time - but now - it has reached the stage - which is better known - " in your face".

Each and every life is precious - the authorities that be, must fully comprehend acts that deny - opportunities to people of color - those that cannot defend - themselves.

Fail to conduct themselves properly and deny people of color - fairness and act of proper - justice.

There are many crimes - crying to heaven for justice.

WE ARE ON THE VERGE OF BREAKING NEW GROUND WITH COMMUNITY POLICING AND MAKING A BIG DIFFERENCE - ALL WE NEED IS THE BACKING OF MAYOR EDWIN LEE.

All  those that matter agree that "Community Policing" matters - and is the way to go - here is San Francisco.

Where, so many innovative models, projects, products have been invented and introduced for all the world  to see.

When it comes to our youth and young adults  - we have failed miserably - to take a stand and make "community policing" - work.

We have the empirical data to prove - what we are saying - and we have provided Mayor Edwin Lee the results.

We have a detail model in place, vetted, every possible aspect evaluated - and we are ready to go.

We want Mayor Edwin Lee to remove the hurdles, clean the room, open the windows and the doors - and get rid of the cob webs, the stench - that has impeded progress - when it comes to Violence Prevention.

Millions have been expanded with NO viable results. Jacob Moody and Thomas Tapper - making a fool of themselves. Both do not have the best interest of the community at large - and have been hood winking the community. An audit will reveal the dirt - and the adverse impacts to the community at large.

In two weeks - working round the clock - some of the volunteers paid a measly sum - but more doing it out of love - with insurance from me that we can take control of our streets, our neighborhood, make a difference - and prove to all - once and for all that we have sound leadership.

We have done it - and we have survey and empirical DATA show those that  have been bluffing the tax payers - wasting tax payers money.

No one can fool - all the people - all the time. No one can do that and go Scott Free.

Good leaders know the way - show the way and go the way.

Our youth and young adults response to those that they respect - so we have gone out of way - and approached those leaders from the community - to reach out and do what must be done.

Respected leaders.

Kudos to them - these silent warriors - with spirituality, sound morals, ethics, and humility - have done a lot - and made a lot of sacrifices.

God bless their families, their wives, their children - extended family members, close relatives, and friends - for supporting them.

Often times - anyone can talk the talk but to walk the walk - you need resources - besides making, sacrifices.

We have a area that is a "safe haven" - that offers amenities like safe and free parking. Good sanitary facilities, a view of Bay - and air that is fresh and clean.

The Mayor, Edwin Lee - knows about this place and he knows more - now, he must move quickly to make good things - happen.

There are some that talk the talk and they can waste time - with fake power point presentations.

But the time has come now - for us to walk the walk - and those that walk the walk - always have a model, a plan, a vision - that is well thought of.

The time to act is now.

It is critical to comprehend - doing the type of work we do - with Violence Prevention.

You have to have teams that work long hours, understand what they are doing, protect and watch one another - that are in sync - much like the better teams in many fields - that train and practice - practice and train - soon without words - they know what must be done.

We have teams that understand this concept.

Are educated on issues - cultural competency is critical.

You need to speak the language of the youth and young adults - if English does not do the job - power points and para- military tactics do not work.

The youth and young adults have been let down by our City - because the City has permitted those that cannot and will not understand the youth and young adults - permitted them in a  nonchalant manner -  to head Violence Prevention - programs.

We  must bring it to the level of the youth and young adults - and understand their core values, their adverse impacts, their hurdles and problems - and be one with the youth and young, adults.

Be humble and not try to dress up and act like a goddess - with some weird mentality - that does not work anywhere not here - in San Francisco, for sure - and especially not in any major - City.

The Mayor has been kept in the dark by those who surround him - we need women and men with guts - and not those who are sissy - pretending to understand Violence and Killings - like the Anderson guy who is a misfit and has taken our City in the wrong direction - when it comes to Violence and Killing - backwards.

This is the only one opportunity the Mayor gets - to back us up - or forever to hold his peace.

Leading City departments - understand our plight.

We cannot solve our problems using para-military tactics - it does not even work in Iraq and Afghanistan.

If you hurt the people, the people with not trust you - and when the people do not trust you - you will suffer the consequences.

Band aid measures do not work - and so this one month trial - is indeed a band aid - and must be prolonged for at least 3 years.

We have a detailed plan and all is required is for Mayor Edwin Lee to review it.

Take it to your experts -  but since it is our plan - we must execute it - because it comes from our hard toil, our experience - our spirituality, morals, ethics - and our commitment to the community at large.

We are willing to work, with any well organized, well educated entity - which has standards, ethics, morals, and loves our City and County of San Francisco.

Time is running out.

We have been working round the clock - and have informed those - that we need the resources in good measure - to put our best foot - forward. Aho.
