Malia is one of those political whores - grinning and laughing - least disturbed that her district - District 10 - has been neglected - that thousands of the indigent, the children, others challenged are suffering - every single day of the year.

Give Malia Cohen a chance at the podium - and she will spew diatribe - each and every time - Malia is as corrupt as they come - and a disgrace to the human race. More to District 10 and to San Francisco - which she has failed to represent. She wants to climb the political ladder bad - using the worst means to attain these goals - that will have her fall - flat on her face.

Summer has just started and already we have had over 15 serious incidents - involving shooting and killings, now rampant home invasions, hundreds mugged and their IPhone stolen in Malia Cohen's - District 10.

There is utter pandemonium in District 10 that Malia Cohen represents - and this inept, shallow. spineless Black woman - keeps on grinning and laughing - like a hyena.

Our Seniors cannot walk on Third Street. If any decent young woman walks - she is taunted - hundreds of men - just released from the jails - love to make the Bayview their home - and conduct nefarious - activities. In the open - while their representative -hides with some fake Whites in Potrero Hill.

From early morning to late at night - drugs, pimping, prostitution, selling MUNI tickets, anything you want - can be got on the street corners - in District 10. I challenge Malia Cohen to walk the streets and see things for herself.

The businesses in District 10 and more on Third Street are hurting - go anyway in District 10 - more the Southern area and it  is a mess. 

Every time you drive - some one is tearing up the streets - and no one is paying attention.

More Third Street and main street - and already has the Third Street Light Rail taking too much space with a rail - stark naked in the middle of the once wide road - depriving vehicles - more smooth traffic.

It is the same when Pacific Gas and Electric - the lights go off for hours - and no one responsible - no one does anything - to fix these on going - black outs .

The District 10 Supervisor has aides that are worse than her - many tied to Lennar and others doing what they do best - pussyfoot around.

At Third and Palou there was no bus shelter - I had to go in the rain and collect the signatures required.

Did it as part of the process. 

Then when all the forms were complete - the Municipal Transportation Agency - kept demanding more.

And I said NO. Force me to do one more thing - and I will bring this matter before the Federal Transportation Authority - on the Federal level and stop the funding you get - because you folks - shun serving the people that need help most.

I got the two shelters; it has been nearing a year - and the Elders, the single mothers and children - those that are challenged use the shelter. Do you think Malia Cohen cares about the constituents of San Francisco?

This idiotic woman had the audacity to challenge the San Francisco Fire Department getting over time.

This dumb District 10 Supervisor - needs to sit down with the San Francisco Fire Chief - who is also a woman - who is smarter and more astute than the dumb Supervisor from District 10 - Malia Cohen.

Some days ago -there was a protest at the Hunters Point Shipyard Gate - there will be more protests.

Malia Cohen has been pandering - raking in thousands and making deals - with the Developers who plan to built housing and other facilities - at Pier 70, Lennar on Parcel A - and some others projects - in District 10.

Much like the despicable Sophie Maxwell before her - who now keeps a low profile - having filled her pockets - with illegal deals - and raking in the thousands. She has NO peace of mind.

At City Hall giving the opportunity - Malia Cohen will speak - she spews words - but they mean nothing.

She will talk in circles - and has  made a fool of herself.

 District 10 is not represented well - but what is to be noted - right now - with this nonchalant attitude - the District is divided - and those who are indigent and poor - forced to suffer.

This singular one fact - will reach a saturation point - and Malia Cohen will bear the brunt of the repercussions. 

If there is any junket to be taken to any place Nationwide or abroad - any grant that benefits Malia Cohen - there she is - the greedy, useless, corrupt -  with an open hand - she will grab anything that fills her kitty - and loves pussyfooting around.

The youth in District 10 are fed up with her.

She keeps appointing Queer youth to positions - thinking that she can have things under control. We are watching this good for nothing - useless to the core - and pandering so called politician that is dumb.

She panders to those - who treat the poor with disdain - the folks who look down on the poor - who think no end to themselves - living on Potrero Hill. Let us see  - how long this drama - plays out.

During this Budget Session - where some $7.9 Billion is in play - every District has had some meaningful discussion.

The Budget dog and pony show in District 10 - held at 1800 Oakdale - was the worst.

The way it was facilitated immature - pre-selected cards were given - insiders told what to say - and when they came to the podium they make a fool of themselves.

People were disgusted - only those that were favored spoke - and what they spoke -what the attempted to speak - was shallow.

The hard working decent constituents of District 10 - have been thrown under the bus.

The sell out the likes of Girls 2000, Young Community Developers, like Community Based Organizations - have ill served the community.

All the above CBOs want is money  - it is pathetic to witness the YCD operators - beg for money - every time the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission meets at City Hall - more when there are some grants to be doled. This nonsense must stop.

Young Community Developers did not participate when the Disposition and Development Agreement was discussed - linked to Parcel A. 

Behind the scenes Dwayne Jones has acted as a conduit for YCD - trying to make YCD some point organization - and YCD has failed - miserably.

It failed on the LOWE's project - where the community has been taken for a wild ride. Rampant discrimination; LOWE's employees mostly Black have taken LOWE's to court. Not a sound from Malia Cohen and less from Young Community Developers.

The tons of Community Benefits have evaporated, employees treated with disdain, employees work for years with no promotion, under horrifying conditions - and less community benefits.

 YCD received in access of $200,000 - from both LOWE's and before that HOME DEPOT - contributing thousands and some one pocketing the money. What a crying shame.

It is the same with Young Community Developers acting as the conduit for Lennar on Parcel A, the on going nefarious activities at the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - now with the Sewer System Improvement Project and more.

YCD has been a failure - and will continue to be a failure - with a hidden agenda - the YCD Board that is out of sync with the real world. Just ask Derrick Toliver.

Malia Cohen keeps working with crooks - and it is time for the community at large - to take this evil, ugly woman to task.

We are free spirited and we embrace - we adhere to leaders who are intelligent, open, and willing to take challenges - and come out mostly on the winning side.

You can lose some but not all the time. We understand that here on our turf.

Our cultural centers, our educational institutions, our hospitals, our varied and exotic restaurants, our tech savvy companies, our research laboratories, our stellar scientists and scholars - and more - make San Francisco is the Center of many things - more innovative and holistic.

In this world - folks who have petty minds, play one against the other, are wicked, greedy, and the worse those that have no spine - and take orders and do things - without having the guts to stand up, adjudicate rightly - and be fair and just - must step aside.

Barbara Gracia has failed San Francisco - telling us blatant lies - pretending to be a good, a shy Lesbian and trying to win some sympathy. Failing all the time - and more involved with shady deals.

Failing; in great measure on many critical issues. Barbara Gracia panders to the higher ups at City Hall and continues to swim in a cesspool of her own - creation. She is no leader and for sure - she cannot articulate.

At 3450 Third Street in the Bayview; Barbara Gracia - on that Wellness Center to be sited at 3450 Third Street in the Bayview - has backed people like Malia Cohen and Nadine Burke - who are evil. These two want to make money - on the backs of our children.

We, the community have stated again and again that it is a very polluted and contaminated site - 3430 Third Street in the Bayview.

Prodded by the corrupt the likes of Malia Cohen and Nadine Burke - Barbara Gracia - turned her back on the community, our children, and today is despised by those that are sane - but have fortitude to fight to the end.

Recently, Barbara Gracia actively participated in depriving HIV AIDS Positive patients - more Hispanic - from getting support and depriving them from funding.

The corrupt San Francisco Health Department and Barbara Gracia - that manages the San Francisco General Hospital - has failed this City and County of San Francisco - by failing to provide a higher standard of health services.

Needed Registered Nurses (RN), other vital positions that are needed are cut  - all so that Barbara Gracia - can do as she places - favoring those that she likes.

When you oppose her with validity - silently but surely - like a fake  Queen - she will take - her revenge.

This is what she has done with Dr. Rajiv Bhatia - who is much more intelligent than she is.

Can debate and put forth pros and cons - and will not take orders; from those - that are shallow, spineless - and more coming from an inept and uneducated on issues - Barbara Gracia.

When you are in authority - you must make fair decisions.

The ability to make fair decisions - comes more when you have the ability to discern.

Good leaders know the way, show the way, and go the way.

Barbara Gracia panders to those in power - to retain her position and salary.

She is still in the closet and cares more about her salary and her life style while jeopardizing the standard - we San Franciscans must have and has failed to address Quality of Life issues.

She has failed on Hunters Point Naval Shipyard, Parcel A, and Hunterview - a contaminated site - the air is polluted - and those moving and living in those new units - are all prone to cancer and other chronic diseases.

Barbara Gracia is not fit to lead our San Francisco General Hospital and the San Francisco Health Department in today's world. Simply put she is unfit.

San Francisco is a world class city and Mayor Edwin Lee - must replace this vindictive person - who pretends to smile on your face - and stab you in the back. That is what the Butches are famous for - never trust - one of them.

I participated in the future planning of Hospitals and Hospital Care - in San Francisco.

Carefully - those that pander - who I call "sell outs" were invited - and chosen to be as part of the deliberations.

When I spoke out and wrote about the shallow meetings - all with a hidden agenda - Barbara Gracia did not like it.

Barbara Gracia has sheltered those that those who "Whistle Blew" against the on going machinations and ploys at the Laguna Honda facility and the operations there - adversely impacting the poor - and the indigent.

Millions of dollars have been diverted and stolen - linked to the Laguna Honda Institute.

Once known as the " Poor House " the land bought through public donations.

The building built by donations given by the people of San Francisco.

Now, controlled by the City and County of San Francisco - and crooks - of the highest order.

The City stole the funds - set aside for the poor the "Indigent". What do you call people who steal from the poor - you call them scum bags. 

Barbara Gracia knew about this and did not speak up.

Recently when the Whistle Blowers were rewarded by the Courts - I was present. 

Barbara Gracia did not apologize for her organizations misdeeds - when two stellar Doctors were fired - for telling the truth.

She is unfit as the Director of the San Francisco Health Department  and does not have the ability to lead - at all.

Let me ask her and Mayor Edwin Lee - why is it we do not have a Toxicologist - to deal with the serious issues - if this City falls prey to an epidemic?

Why is the Emergency Department at San Francisco General Hospital - the way it is - when at one time 15 years ago - it was the best ever?

Dr. Rajiv Bhatia may have his opinions - he may be a little head strong.

If you convince Dr. Rajiv Bhatia - in a dialog that you have a better plan - but, do not play him. Dialogue him in good faith - he will agree. He is a team player.

In this case - some one is trying to bully him and Dr. Rajiv Bhatia will sue and win - hands down - he will win and take that from me.

When my good friend - Mayor Edwin Lee; listening to some dubious mostly Lesbians - took on my other good friend - Ross Mirkarimi - on some Domestic Violence incident - which it was NOT.

Millions were wasted to put the Sheriff down - causing bad blood - but today the Sheriff has his position - and in due time - those who are against him - will learn their bitter - lesson.

The Butch named Shorter - has already learned her lesson and her misdeeds reported in the Media. The others who were spewing diatribe - to get donations and pocket the money - in the name of Domestic Violence - are already cowering down.

Sheriff Ross Mirkarimi - who was elected and won more votes than the Mayor - by his own right as Sheriff - in the same election - today has done so much and won greater respect - for his fortitude and tenacty.

 Mayor Edwin Lee should have been slow to target Sheriff Ross Mirkarimi and more; prevented the the adverse impacts to Sheriff Ross Mirkarimi's wife and young son.

While most sat on the fence - and were watching the circus - playing before them. I did not in the Sheriff Ross Mirkarimi case - and will not with the Dr. Rajiv Bhatia case.

I sent an email - frankly telling Mayor Edwin Lee - that he was wrong in taking on the Sheriff .

More as a Mayor of a great world City - he had better issues - to deal with. That he should back off. Mayor Edwin Lee has since learned his lesson and now focuses on better and more astute - issues.

I copied this email to the heads of many Departments - and all that I wrote in that email - came to pass. When you speak the TRUTH - when you do it with compassion and fortitude - there is no one that one should be afraid of.

We the people stood for our Sheriff - our Sheriff Ross Mirkarimi and won.

We must be always careful not to hit below the belt. We must have the ability to "discern" -  not take revenge - it never, ever helps.

Dr. Rajiv Bhatia went for his vacation - when he comes back he goes to his office - on arriving at the office - some underling informs Dr. Rajiv Bhatia - that he cannot enter the office. More that he is fired.

Dr. Rajiv Bhatia has been working for the San Francisco Environmental Department - linked to the San Francisco Health Department - since 1998. Give me a freaking break!

In another case - where we must get rid of a crook and one who is corrupt; doing the devil's work. As I said at the Municipal Transportation Agency (MTA) - we have a crook; a corrupt crook - I call him the man with a ear piece - working for the Municipal Transportation Agency (MTA).

I handed over facts about this man - to the Controller Office - Ben Rosenfield - three months ago. Nothing happens.

Hundreds of San Franciscans have been adversely impacted.  No one is doing anything about this man - John Hailey.

We have several cases with the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission - sexual harassment cases - other cases involving - conflict of interest. 

This cases have surfaced - only after - bringing it to the attention of other outside adjudicating, authorities - at great expense to the victims.

No one can fire anyone and should not without due process.

Just like the Ross Mirkarimi case - this fair  City will fall on its face - with the Dr. Rajiv Bhatia case -  if it choose to persecute him.

The City and County of San Francisco - will fall flat on its face - I repeat. 

This time for sure - Barbara Gracia has met her match.

In the past - right at the start - in such cases - I have stated my point of view.

I have done this - after great deliberation and thought. Each and every time - in over forty cases - I have proved right.

Wake up San Francisco and do not pander - do not stray away from the TRUTH  and always have compassion - especially; when there was no "intent" to do harm.

If there was "intent" - more "deliberate intent" - then punishment must follow.

 I did not expect to get this call from my good friend Tim Norris -  three days ago; that his daughter was arrested and held at 850 Bryant - the San Francisco Police Department - headquarters.

Booked in the wee hours of the morning - pass 2 am - after being held for 6 long hours - in pain and suffering at the North Beach Police Station.

More his daughter - Timarrah purported - to be involved in a stabbing case.

We have yet to know the name of the deranged White man - 44 years - who provoked these two young women  in the first place.
On of them a minor - just 16 years old.

The Press chose to reveal the name of Timarrah; did not reveal the name of the deranged White man who was 44 years old. Why these double standards.

The Press with intent did not reveal the truth facts - and why has the name of the White deranged man - 44 years - well known to the San Francisco Police Department - not been mentioned in the Media at all?

Who is this freaking deranged man; who truly speaking should be kept out of our streets. His mug shot posted here, there and everywhere. Told to stay away from San Francisco.

I know Timarrah Norris as a baby - and have seen her grow - and she has always been very respectful to me and others.

Soon Timarrah will be 19 years - and in a flash you see the world go by you - your heart races - and you have to stop to think. What in is hell happened here?

It is a living night mare for me as the family friend - more for any parent - but also for someone like me - on another level - who treats the youth of San Francisco - more those that I know - as family.

I have deep connections - with the Sheriff of San Francisco - Ross Mirkarimi who is my good friend. Others who work for the Department and more.

I know Chief Gregory Suhr - let us stop here - I know practically anyone in the City and County of San Francisco that matters - including the Mayor of San Francisco - Edwin Lee.

It does make a difference when you have access. Most people do not - and I have grassroots access - if we really want to protests - and teach those that discriminate - a lesson or two.

Timarrah Norris and her cousin who is 16 years - a minor. Timarrah is 18 years and will be 19 shortly; as I said - these two have known each other - since they were childhood friends. They go to church and they chill out when they have the time - and always asking permission - from their parents and others in authority.

Timarrah lives in the Portola District - District 9 and her cousin lives in the Western Addition - District 5.

On the 2800 block of Jones Street - both these young women - decided to go for a Burger and Milkshake.

Their added incentive this time was that they had a "gift card" - and also knew someone working at this place - where they have frequented many times.

These two young Black women - get their eats and drinks - and settle down d out of the blue comes this white deranged White man  - who we learn is mentally challenged.

More has a record is 44 years - and should be on medication and avoid the general public - he is well known as a trouble maker.

Once again this White man starts calling these two women names, spitting on them - and harassing them.

Timarrah tried her best to guard her cousin - who as I said is a minor .

The situation got from bad to worse, quickly and Timarrah could not take it anymore - she threw the milkshake at the mentally deranged man - and walked out of the business.

This White mentally deranged man - with a history well known to the San Francisco Police Department - chases after the two young women outside the premises - and proceeds to assault them.

The younger woman received blows to her face - and Tamarrah did not expect this incident to exasperate - as this deranged White man - proceeded violently to pounded Timarrah with his bag.

In this bag that the deranged White man used as a weapons - the bag  turned out to contain cans and out popped a knife from this bag.

Fighting for her cousin's life and her life - Timarrah grabbed the knife and swung at the man - she then blacked out.

She was trembling - and more so when the San Francisco Police Department arrived and for a longer duration - while she pleaded she was in pain - the San Francisco Police Officers - ignored here pleas and the male officer - taunted her.

Timarrah's eye glassed were broken, her one eye was hurting, her head paining, and more she was totally traumatized and in shock. Those who have been in a situation like this - know more.

Right of the bat  - the two officer that arrived - did not want to hear anything from these two young BLACK women.

This is how it starts when Law Enforcement - create a barrier thinking just because they are White - they know - everything.

This world is a mess - mostly because of White people. More because of folks who have tunnel vision.

 I have seen this again and again -  I  will not indulge - to shed light - on the stupidity of the SF Police Department Officers - involved - in this case.

I will do so at other forums - and at the appropriate time reveal the names of the officers - and more. This is a given.

We do not know what happened to the deranged White man - 44 years old - and his on going off the chart and bunkers at Fisherman's Wharf.

Some report says he was taken to hospital. I hope he stays there under guard - and charged for this crime and other crimes known to the authorities. That he stay away from decent citizens - and that the San Francisco Police Department do not protect him - just because he is White.

Fisherman's Wharf - which is a tourist stop - the best known in San Francisco, the Nation, and the world.

Closer to Alcatraz with views of the Golden Gate Bridge. We should not allow crazy folks - more those that intimidate people - around our tourists and decent people.

These two women Timarrah well educated with good grades who graduated from a Private School and her cousin well behaved - both attend Church. As I said they are very respectful - but this White deranged man - triggered the worst in them.

What the SF Police Officers surmised - mistaking them as they usually do and thinking they were some brats - some gangsters. This was not the case and thinking in this manner - ruined the lives to two decent Black women.

This is normally how the SF Police Officer come off - and they are totally wrong; when they react to Blacks men and women in this matter - more, here in San Francisco.

This case will prove more - and it only takes one bad apple - to give the SF Police Department - a bad name.

Surely, this incident that took place around 8 pm did not deserve a headline " Man stabbed by frothy femme fatales at Fisherman's Wharf.

This by a reporter named Rob Nagle from the San Francisco Examiner. Accompanied by a large 18 inches knife and milk shake photograph borrowed from the Getty collection - that creates  such a disturbing picture.

Timarrah Norris was held for over 6 hours at the North Beach Police Station. Then in the wee hours of the morning - this traumatized young woman - booked at 850 Bryant.

In the first holding cell - was a White woman stinking like hell - so much so those in charge - moved Timarrah to another cell.

In this second cell - she shared it with Black elderly woman - influence by some drugs - who remained to herself. Still the situation was very intimidating to Timarrah.

In this second cell - Timarrah witnessed a man - pulling out his penis and jacking off. Disgusting and more horrific - and I suppose caught on some camera - for through investigation - and adjudication - linked to this case.

After 48 hours or so Timarrah was movedto another holding center - where I had a friend provide her with some basic sanitary requirements.

Imagine a young, decent woman - put through all these trials and tribulations - all because she is BLACK.

All the focus on these two young women and not on the deranged 44 years old White man - know to the San Francisco Police Department as a trouble maker.

I did my best and provided general information to the Chief of Police - Chief Gregory Suhr on this case. 

I did the same to the Sheriff - Ross Mirkarimi.

Further I asked my very good friend Jeff Adachi - to line up the best Public Defender - and copied it to Matt Gonzalez an attorney who works for the Public Defender.

I am sending this article to my personal attorneys - and we must come with a plan to nib such nonsense in the bud.

Blatant discrimination when it comes to Black folks - and this nonsense must STOP.

Timarrah was released after 72 hours - at 10 pm in the night - and made her way to the Portola District alone - that is where I live.

She took she long ride at night  - all by herself. Her cell phone was dead - and the brave girl; though traumatized proved again - that Black women are tough.

While in the SF Police Car - the police radio stated this White deranged man must have not taken his medication - stated his age - 44 years. Timarrah heard this loud and clear.

The two police officers - one a male and the other a female officer - offered no succor to Timarrah.

Her eye was injured, her eye glasses broken. The  male officer called her a liar - and instructed and chided with the female SF Police Officer - that Timarrah was not injured - just pretending.

Chief Gregory Suhr will be sent this article - because at one time - when I was angry - he said to me that someone reported to him - more or less what was reported in the article that I sent the Chief, earlier.

He inquired what was my version of this case.

On top of it the journalist requested the public to tip the SF Police calling this number: 415.575-4444 or a second tip by texting - to TIP411 with"SFPD" in the message.

How many valid tips have you got - after publishing such sordid articles - with blatant lies - and nefarious - fabrications of the worst order?

The District Attorney has dropped the charges - pending an investigation.

The community must be prepared - and fight - much like the Oscar Grant case.

Such blatant discrimination by the San Francisco Police Department are committed every day - and there is no one - like me to take the matter to the highest level.

People are scared of the PO POS - gone are the days - when you looked the PO POS in the eye and told them what you felt - and they accommodated you.

At City Hall - the Mayor and the rest of those who should represent - are busy pandering - and the constituents are put through - hell.

Those incarcerated and held a 850 Bryant - must be given a bath; allowed to take a shower - and no one should be exposed to intolerable stench. The holding cells must be clean.

Pulling out one's penis and jacking off - outside a women's holding cell? When did you hear that last?

San Francisco giving access to yellow journalism by leaking incident reports.

Normally, if you ask for an incident report in writing - it takes weeks to get one.

Crooked and corrupt journalists are provide one - to spread gossip and fabricate tales.

In San Francisco - Blacks mostly are treated like dirt - again and again by the San Francisco Police Department.

If you really interview Timarrah; as I did since I know the family in the presence of her father - who is my good friend - it is a miracle that she stood her ground - and maintained her sensibilities; in the given circumstances.

THOUSANDS OF HISPANIC HIV AIDS INFECTED CONSTITUENTS SHUNNED BY SAN FRANCISCO HEALTH DEPARTMENT AND THE SF BUDGET PROCESS.

The San Francisco Board of Supervisors have some members who are QUEER.

Others who pretend they care about Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer (LGBTQ) issues - but the reality is far from the truth.

Hispanic constituents who are HIV positive, others who are LGBT and attend certain programs that support the Hispanic LGBT constituents are now targeted - getting less funding - and in some cases no funding - at all.

This is the time for all Hispanic constituents who can vote - to send the salvo in the right direction - if you are a politician, if you want to hold an office - you better represent - everyone. 

If you pretend to represent - this fake representation will not take you far - everyone. You are put on notice - more you who think - that you can fool all the people - all the time.

AIDS does not discriminate - and this City - the City and County of San Francisco has now gone public and is targeting the Hispanic population - with disdain and less funding that it can afford.

 Much as the SF Health Department has failed to provide - a standardized and better health services to the Hispanic population - for all these many years. The situation in recent years has gone from bad to worse - but in the year 2013 - it has hit rock bottom.

Time for Tom Ammiano to visit City Hall - and address the jerks in Room 200. Mark Leno could do something - being a Queer and may AIDS positive - but he will not represent. He is in for the money and wants to climb the corrupt political ladder.

Tom Ammiano will speak his mind - he is Queer OK -  but, he has the guts to stand for what is right. Time as I said for Tom to dress like a Queen and put on a show for all - and silence the hypocrites - who talk the talk but cannot walk the walk. 

Let us have an official Queer Parade right in City Hall - in the Chambers in Room 250 - during Public Comment. Failing that we can have a bigger event - someone could call for a Hearing on this subject - and nib this on going nonsense in bud. We do have the funds - we have a $7.9 Billion budget.

We need those SF Board of Supervisors who act like political whores the likes of Malia Cohen out.

Also, Scott Wiener who is more interested in the Municipal Transportation Agency (MTA) - which continues to bleed the system.

Wasting money -spending millions as a result of very poor management. The man with the ear piece - must leave - he can go somewhere else; where his fake ploys are accepted.

Malia Cohen the laughing jackass was heard saying recently that she does not care if the minorities do not get funding.

Of course that would only come out - from an idiotic Black woman -  who cannot accept her own identity - and has lost her self respect. 

Malia Cohen is not for the poor and those that need help - she lives in a fantasy world. Always pussyfooting around - saying one thing - and always pandering. A disgrace to the human race. Pathetic.

The future belongs to the Hispanic population -that is growing and will be in power.

Those that think they Represent -  the few Hispanic representatives - that talk a lot and cannot represent - must now show their true colors. 

Those that are now Hispanic constituents and getting help and have been tested AIDS positive - must be kept stable.

Preventive measures and spending money to prevent and keep those AIDS positive healthy - is the way to go.

If the programs that encourage keeping the constituents - more Hispanic constituents who are targeted now - are deprived of necessary funding.

This fiasco will turn to utter pandemonium and before you know - the raging fire will cost this City and County of San Francisco - millions more.

The paradox is we have the money - we have a Budget of over $7.9 million - but, our City have some folks in the SF Health Department - who can do better and do not. 

The SF Health Department has over $1 Billion budget and growing. The SF Health Department with a Hispanic Barbara Garcia can do better - but she as a Lesbian and more Hispanic - has failed us all.

The SF Health Department and more SF General Hospital - failed miserably under Mitch Katz. He jumped ship - after screwing the system up - more Laguna Honda hospital. Barbara Gracia knows that but she will not do anything about the current situation. Making wrong decisions  and thinking that astute San Franciscans - do not know the reality of things. We do.

 Barbara Gracia in charge of the SF Health System -  who should know better and is a Lesbian - has failed more than ever more - she has disgraced herself. 

Just goes to prove - how some Queer folks think and behave - how their actions reveal their true - motives.

Some Queer - have become the enemy to those that they can help most. I always thought Barbara Gracia would step up - she has failed on many of the pressing health issues in the Bayview. More with the Willness Center partnering with Malia Cohen - who is another sell out - adversely impacting our children and all of San Francisco.

The Bayview in now the place where thousands of AIDS patients are living - women and men - and most of them from the Black population.

The Black population which is high risk - where precaution is not a high priority among the AIDS positive group.

More those use "crack cocaine" - of course Malia Cohen would not know this - her fix is closer to her clap - and her hits dubious in nature.

Thousands of HIV AIDS positive constituents from the jails - are released into the general public. Many make their abode in District 5, 6, and 10. That is the District where London Breed, Jane Kim and Malia Cohen bear responsibility - none of them have spoken on this issue with authority. All hypocrites and political whores - pandering and pretending to represent.

I will address this issue at City Hall and do it in a manner that all well remember. Also, when you all least expect it. You stay on your filthy toes - and mark my words.

It is the same with Jane Kim - thousands of her constituents are suffering with no sound health care - and many AIDS positive - drug addicts selling their bodies and doing what is takes to survive - in the filthy, stinking - Tenderloin.

Precaution is necessary and must be mandated on a War Footing to curb the increase of HIV AIDS and other chronic diseases.

Once your immune system has been compromised - all of sorts of diseases can kill one - but what is more - newer types of diseases - are prone to show up - and it only takes one singular case - to affect thousands and may be millions. That is possible in this day and age.

We had SHANT at one time - and other stellar organizations that stepped up and did the right thing - we led the Nation and the world - addressing prevention - and stemming the spread of HIV AIDS.

We had astute doctors like Dr. Silverman known the world over for addressing models to address  HIV AIDS - when it was a raging fire - in the 1980s. 

Many of us - including myself participated in the many "citizen meetings" - and did what we could to stem this disease.

Today - the paradox is that Queer folks like Barbara Gracia, Scott Weiner, David Campos, others too many to mention - shady and corrupt have turned their back on those that need help most.

At the many Budget Committee meetings - the poor, the indigent, those that need help come and plead, cajole, cry, and subject themselves to the worst indignities.

As these constituents in despair - thinking; these political whores and pimps in Room 200 - will hear them and come to their rescue.
Hardened and corrupt the  political whores and pimps look the o the way - and care less. Disgraceful. 

The mean, lying bastards -  continue, to hear the pleas and turn a deaf ear. 

Some of the stellar and astute advocates - do not go anymore to City Hall - it is useless to waste one's time - the process has been turned into a circus of sorts.

It is the same with London Breed from District 5 - where many AIDS programs for Blacks and others - once helped curtail the diseases - no more.

 In the year 2013 once would have thought - we could do better. We seem to follow the nonchalant attitude of the leaders in South Africa - some under-developed country - where resources are not there - but in San Francisco - we have it - in abundance.

I would never have thought - San Francisco that led the Nation in the prevention and cure of  HIV AIDS - who turn their backs on those that needed help most - and were HIV AIDS positive.

If medicines and support is given - to keep stable - and keep such constituents -  that are HIV AIDS positive - positive support and health care - can help the constituents that receive such care - to contribute as best they can to Society. This is the way to go.

The situation at hand becomes all the more serious when Transgender constituents - many of whom I know and talk to me and tell me stuff that they would not to others - are shunned and have to suffer daily - indignities.

What is happening to this City - where is the compassion - to well associated with Saint Francis of Assisi  -the patron saint linked with kindness to all living beings?

Where is the Mayor - Mayor Edwin Lee on this one?

Where is the City Administrator - Naomi Kelly on this one?

Where is the Controller - Ben Rosenfield on this one?

Where is Gregory Suhr the Chief of Police on this one?

Where are the so called health experts on this one?

Where are the many stupid advisers on this one - they ought to know - but, how can they - when they play politics with the lives of human beings.

THOUSANDS OF SAN FRANCISCANS DEPRIVED OF CAREER JOBS BY THE SF CITY AND COUNTY OF SAN FRANCISCO, THE UNIONS, UNIVERSITY OF CALIFORNIA SAN FRANCISCO - AND PRIVATE CONTRACTORS.

Once  Labor Unions took care of the people - no more. Today, UNIONS are hand in glove with the corrupt politicians. Today, you cannot trust the UNION leaders - they talk a good talk - but as I said they cannot be trusted.

Many of them have NOT read the Disposition and Development Agreement to the major projects.

Many of them have NOT read the Labor Agreements - many of them cannot speak English and for that matter read and speak decent - Spanish - they are beholden to crooks and corrupt people.

These same Union Representatives have no clue about the on going process - but think if they utter something nice - they will get jobs on the platter.

None of them comprehend what Quality of Life means - they talk a good talk but cannot walk the walk. San Francisco is a Labor Town - we must foster the UNITY - where UNION members laid their lives - so that we may all - receive he benefits we enjoy today.

Nothing is given to anyone on a platter - the Developers will lie, cheat, steal, bribe - work with the lying politicians - the UNION must stay away from abject - corruption.

San Franciscans lost BIG TIME with the Water System Improvement Project (WSIP) - millions of dollars - with the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission.

Any decent audit will show that - the Community Benefits was negligible  - the Primes raking in the millions - and SF Public Utilities Upper Ups - bribed. They must be ashamed of themselves.

It is happening with Sewer System Improvement Project (SSIP) too - all over the City - projects linked to it - and given to cronies - corrupt companies who bid low and make change undue change orders - and rake in millions.

The newly formed Contract Management Division is impotent - and even though some fundamental changes have been made - after moving away from the Human Rights Commission.

The members sitting on the Contract Management Division (CMD) - are beholden to the corrupt politicians, spineless and shallow City Heads of Departments - crooked consultants - more a sordid consultant entity - named - Platinum Consultants.

I have tried to use my practical experience having worked at the Presidio of San Francisco - a Federal Organization - then within the Department of Defense and the Department of Interior - where I helped create and operate the Infrastructure Group.

The Maintenance Technical Group, and finally the Real Estate and Property Management Group at the Presidio of San Francisco - some over 1600 acres of Federal property - 650 Buildings and Facility - over 3000 housing units, a state of art Communication Center, Olympic Swimming pools, state of art Water Treatment Plant - miles of infrastructure, Golf course - working closely for many years with the City and County of San Francisco - the San Francisco Fire Department and the SF Police Department sharing Memoranda of Agreements.

Before handing everything to the Quasi- Federal entity the Presidio Trust - backed by corrupt entities like Congressperson Nancy Pelosi and Willie L. Brown Jr. the "former thug Mayor of San Francisco".

My last years I worked for the United States Park Police and have been the Director of Environmental Justice Advocacy since 2000 - involved with Environmental and Infrastructure issues - since the early 1960s.

Way back in June of 2012 - I came out with two concepts - to shore up the best for our City - the City and County of San Francisco.

One concept having a viable and sustainable - with goals, time-lines, and quarterly reports. A "Contractor's Hub" - where a few - very experienced neutral folks - would put their best foot possible - and do something stunning, provocative - but eye opening - for our great City - the result today - nothing much happening.

Another project the Raparian Project, Native Plants, Landscaping, learning to become a qualified Arborist - nothing is happening. Giving opportunities to our youth - more disadvantaged youth - it is amazing the patience one has to have with these - buffoons. You give them a plan on a platter and they cannot execute it.

What I could do in two weeks at the Presidio of San Francisco - it takes these idiots - two years and counting!

They love to talk and talk - meet and meet - beat the horse dead - revive it - beat it again until it nearly dies - revive it - and expect decent, intelligent people - to respect these buffoons. Give me a break!

It is nearing - the end of June, 2013 and nothing is happening - nothing worth the salt.

What is truly happen with the Calavares Project? Why so many brand new pipes bursting at the seems? Who is taking full responsibility for all these cases? Do we need a audit?

 Now; every single day that is wasted - thugs, corrupt companies Primes and subs from outside - are vying and digging themselves in - while inexperienced, shallow, spineless, clueless, folks that cannot think outside the box - are making over $200,000 annual salaries - and selling the shop - working for the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission - many of them from the East Bay.

What is the Mayor - Mayor Edwin Lee doing about this nonsense?

I have been following the $7.6 Billion Budget Process - it is a JOKE.

Wasted the time of the constituents - by coming into the neighborhood - the 11 District we have in San Francisco.

Promising the constituents - "bread crumbs" - while crooks and those with connections - are laughing all the way to the bank.

There must be a law like the "RICO ACT" that puts a stop to pandering.

The blatant corruption with the local government; where outside forces led by Richard Blum, Nancy Pelosi, Diane Feinstein, Willie L. Brown Jr., -  who control the many whores and pimps - that the people call the San Francisco Board of Supervisors and others who do their -bidding.

Four of these San Francisco Board of Supervisor can put on the Ballot a Proposition - much like the Federal "RICO ACT" - but with local connotations - and stop the on going blatant corruption - where San Franciscans are treated like a dirty rag - used and thrown away.

Corrupt contractors dig our roads - come in our neighborhoods - and kill small businesses. Small businesses lose millions - and no one cares.

The City must repay these small businesses - compensate them.

Recently I had to intervene and stop this nonsense - on San Bruno Avenue in San Francisco. For weeks one contractor - SYNERGY - who has been given lee way - all over this City - opening up the roads - trying to do a band-aid job - all linked with the Sewer System Improvement Project.

Failing most of time - when it comes with having focused and meaningful - "Neighborhood Meetings" - treating our small business and decent residents with respect.

When the City of San Francisco - fails to RESPECT - you are in deep trouble. When you permit crooked contractors to disrespect - it is even worse.

Add the SF Police Department, Street Cleaning, mean Meter Maids, giving Parking Tickets without cause - the matter gets even worse.

We the people need a hearing at City Hall on this matter.

This is happening because minions are hired to work for our City - who have no history about our City's history - that is San Francisco - take our kindness and generosity for granted - and DISRESPECT decent San Franciscans.

You who are doing this to San Franciscans are put on notice.

The City and County of San Francisco has NO definition of Green - and I will address this at the next San Francisco Public Utilities Commission.

The City and County of San Francisco has no clear definition and concept of "sustainability".

Buffoons - throw words - like an arrow in the air - and do not know what the repercussions will be.

Being idiotic and thinking by spewing diatribe - they can FOOL us - the better informed, astute - constituents of San Francisco who are monitoring the on going nonsense - all over the City and County of San Francisco.

Who is advising Mayor Edwin Lee - a saturation point has already been reached - and no one can fool all the people all the time.

I need some time to sit with Mayor Edwin Lee and may be Harlan Kelly and Mohammed Nuru - we need but half a hour - get to the point - the jocular vein and do the needful. 

The peoples' Bond Measure linked to the Sewer System Improvement Project to fix our aging clean and waste water pipes - over $8 BILLION - for the next ten years - must benefit San Franciscans not the sordid crooks; that are now enjoying the roast. Outsiders and our City embraces without need.

The Bond Measure to fix our aging roads the same - and while we are it - on a wide but through scale - Pacific Gas and Electricity, Comcast, AT&T, the many other utilities that purport to know - and making our congestion and traffic worse.

If these rascals do a bad job they must be penalized. We have some policies in place - we have the laws - but we have NO enforcement - NONE whatsoever.

The 805,000 constituents that live in San Francisco are fed up. 

This holds true with the machinations and ploys linked to the Municipal Transportation Agency - where over 60% of the MUNI buses do not have cameras - paid for by our taxes. 

The SF Controller Ben Rosenfield - and yet to get to me - after three months. Who is fooling whom?

The man with a ear-piece must go - and he must go now.

It is the same with the other agencies - corrupt people, inexperience people who are taking advantage of our hospitality and kindness must go - do not keep any cancer lingering and hovering around.

Cancer that grows - and the many so called "Black sell outs" - that I will name soon - these few have tarnished the good name of San Francisco.

More - working with corrupt entities like the former Mayor - Willie L. Brown Jr - using undue influence pedaling like a lobbyist and saying that he does not.

Where is the SF Ethics Commission on that? And why is Saint Claire still there - lying through his teeth - after failing miserably in the Ross Mirkarimi case; and the many other genuine cases - that the San Francisco Ethics Commission has failed to act on.

More after the Sunshine Tax Force has sent cases to be adjudicated after vetting them - this nonsense has gone for too long - against the wishes of the constituents of San Francisco - that voted through a Proposition voted by all and agreed by the majority - to do the right thing.

It stinks to high heaven - and no one must be exempt from the law.

The law that must be enforced - more when people do not have  NO morals, no standards, less spirituality - and think money means everything.

Yes; it does and may to the devil and those that worship mammon.

Of course the crooks would not know what that is - especially those that pussy-foot around - with life styles that are wanting and demean - decency and universally comprehended, standards, morals and refined, etiquette. Aho.
