San Francisco is not China - where buildings go up when ordered with no proper standards, permits, and what is more lack responsibility to the people of China and those foreigners who may live in them - at their own risk.

In San Francisco we have a process - but, as those of you who understand our failing infrastructure, the lack of process at San Francisco City Planning, the still lack of process and abject corruption at the Department of Building Inspection. This on going saga - will lead to a fiasco so detrimental to our fair City - that everything - will come to a halt.

Then the finger pointing will begin - we have seen it again and again - with the Cosco Busan case, the Taraval incident, the many grid locks on 19 Avenue, the continued grid lock on Market at Third, at 5th, at 9th, on Van Ness. No one give a damn.

Lack of comprehension from the City Administrator - and our Mayor Ed Lee - trying to encourage the Tech Companies - but failing to evaluate the various Departments within the City - that lack software and antiquated computers.

On some pertinent fronts encouraging - "fast tracking" - without a vision and less standards - on matters pertaining to "building permits" - the Environmental Impact Reports, California Environmental Quality Act and so on.

We are not China - and the Chinese do not care about life - their buildings come tumbling down - people die and no one - gives a rat's ass.

The will harvest the organs of the dead - and life goes on - and if there was no  - tomorrow.

At Hunters Point Naval Shipyard in San Francisco - in the Southeast Sector - it the responsibility of the United States Navy to clean up the entire Shipyard to Residential Standards.

If you follow the mandates of Proposition P - passed by 87% of the voters in the year 2000 - to the highest level possible.

On our City books we have the Precautionary Principle.

We know about it but do nothing about it. The City Administrator has not read it, the Mayor has not read it - the City Attorney knows about it - but does nothing about it.

Simply put the Precautionary Principle mandates - that if there is anything that adversely impacts any life - the project must stop. Also, the factors adversely impacting all life - but be addressed.

The people - human beings living by Hunters Point have been adversely affected and are adversely affected to by the worst type of contamination. 

Asbestos dust, lead, mercury, high level of radiological elements, dangerous particulates - and this City does not give a damn.

The City and Count of San Francisco failed on Parcel A at Hunters Point - that was conveyed to the City of San Francisco and who took upon itself to quickly convey it - to the now defunct San Francisco Redevelopment Agency.

The Successor Agency to the SF Redevelopment Agency is now in charge under Tiffany Bohee - who is inept, shallow, spineless and does not care about the community.

Our children are slowly dying, our Seniors are affected, the general population living around the area the Polynesian, the Black, the Latino, the Asians - others have been suffering - dying from cancer, and suffering from the worst chronic - respiratory diseases.

Our City Administrator know about this and is nonchalant.

Our SF Health Department and Barbara Garcia knows about this and looks the other way.

It is the same with the Environmental Protection Agency - a federal agency - and Jared Blumenfeld - who should do something but choses to listen to Nancy Pelosi and Diane Feinstein - two very corrupt - so called Representatives.

Recently one Scott Wiener - the Supervisor from District 8 - is trying to fast track the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). Thus adversely impacting Quality of Life issues - and trying to use such tactics - to gain fame and climb up the sordid - political ladder.

CEQA does not slow down any process - but it does evaluate and can stop processes that corrupt developers that Scott Wiener and some City Departments favor.

Case in point - building an arena at Pier 30-32. The area is prone to liquefaction, the piers are prone to a Tsunami, flooding for sure. Evaluations done - the last four point to the reasons stated above - but, no one worth the salt - is speaking up.

When built this Arena for the Warriors will bring in access traffic, impact Quality of Life issues - and this City has on purpose encouraged fast tracking on this project to defy San Franciscans. Something stinks in Denmark!

Right now we all know about Hurricane Sandy.

If we are visited by an Earthquake - or if we are visited by a Tsunami - the Arena however modern - will be affected. And if we are visited while a game goes on - then there will be a severe loss of life.

No one can play with Mother nature - we know this - but our City officials in San Francisco- are nonchalant - the City Administrator, the Mayor, the Department of Building Inspection, the many idiots who talk the talk but cannot walk the walk.

Climate change is here - and the ocean waters have risen and are rising.

The huge glaciers are moving south - and it make shock us; a few years from now to see some passing by Ocean Beach - much as we gather to see the whales go by - on their way to Baja, Mexico. 7/8th below and one eight visible the height of the Empire State Building.

Our City has reports on Earthquakes and other critical factors that adversely impact facilities, homes, and life - from the United States Geological Survey.

It is useless to discuss - less debate with folks that are NOT educated on issues.

Willie L. Brown Jr.  - a thug Mayor thinks that by placing his cronies - giving them important positions - he can make things happen.

When it comes crashing down - all his cronies will have to own up - and right now there is too much corruption happening - involving fast tracking projects - and some Big Developers - having a hey day.

One under laying factor are the Chinese - who have positioned themselves in San Francisco - the Chinese government - diabolical - care less about Human Rights - and want to achieve power at any cost.

Right now there is a power struggle in China and the Chinese government are breathing a sigh of relief that they have President Barack Hussein Obama as President - for sure they did not want to deal with Mitt Romey.

Our Congressperson Nancy Pelosi will be making millions with her connections - much as she says - she does not like the Chinese - on human rights but on other issues - she love to rake in the millions.

 Senator Diane Feinstein uses her husband - who represents Nepal and uses his diplomatic connection with that small Nation - using conduits like CBRE - to make money - many may call it laundering - but he loves to call it - his hard earned - investments.

San Francisco is a corrupt City - with many billionaires trying to buy power - hurt folks that do not need to be hurt - in recent days Christina Olague, Eric Mar, Ross Mirkarimi, and a host of others who will tell you - how is feels to be targeted, dehumanized, brought down, and stoned to death.

The Developers want their projects delivered on a platter.

In turn the Developers will fill the campaign coffers of the corrupt politicians - and in San Francisco we have many - leading the pack - Malia Cohen (now visiting China), Scott Wiener, Carmen Chu, Jane Kim and the list goes on.

Shame of these vermin that say they want to represent but sell out the hard earned values of San Francisco and San Franciscans.

WHAT IS SAN FRANCISCO DOING TO LEARN FROM HURRICANE SANDY?

San Francisco; supposedly, has the San Francisco, Office of Emergency Services - an entity that meets and pats themselves on the back - at the infrequently meetings where the public at large at met at bay.

Again and again in San Francisco - be it - the Cosco Busan incident, large fires within the City of San Francisco. Other incidents that I have mentioned before - the San Francisco, Office of Emergency Services - has failed to respond and more to find quick - proven solutions.

Hurricane Sandy is something that must open our eyes but more our hearts to a calamity that is in the pipe line - some of us refer to it as the Big One. 

Here we have the San Francisco, Office of Emergency Services - spewing diatribe - by folks that have been anointed and survive by praising their own deeds - when in actuality - the Office of Emergency Services has failed - again and again and again.

The City has welcomed Mayor Bloomberg the Mayor of New York City - and bestowed on him - great honor. I have NOT heard a word - if one single team that belongs to the SF, Office of Emergency Services - has been sent to help our children, Sisters, and Brothers - who are suffering on the East Coast.

We they have visited to learn first hand - then we must be briefed - so that we can determine if these so called experts - can in fact - evaluate and report to us all. We want to know.

We have in San Francisco for example - thousands of homes in the Sunset by the Pacific Ocean - that have been built on land prone to liquefaction - sandy soil - many of the foundations of the homes - NOT tied down.

If the Big One strikes - we know that many will lose their lives - and because of the situation at hand - large fires will automatically take place - and we must learn from Hurricane Sandy - but also from the incident that took place - at San Bruno with the large Pacific Electric and Gas - fire - from the faulty gas pipe but more from the lack of ability to turn off the gas - automatically.

The lack of air power to attach the fire from the air. Lack of specialized fire engines more the type they have at the San Francisco airport - not too many - but at least sufficient - to address the situation at hand.

As I have stated again and again - in the case of any very large calamity - those that suffer most are the poor, those that have no one to take care of themselves. Seniors, single mothers with children, the Physically challenged, those that are dependent on others because they cannot fend for themselves. We clearly saw this in 1989.

Right now; San Francisco has no plan to address a major calamity - it prides itself having "fake exercises" in some down town building, the Bart Station, some open space - and some areas; where most everything is known - so those conducting these "fake exercises" can respond in some - fashion to address the known factors.

What bothers me are the people in charge of the SF Office of Emergency Services.

Not too long ago - the Federal Government was expanding some grant money to upgrade on our San Francisco's existing Radio System or Communication System.

When the present head of the SF, Office of Emergency Services was questioned about the system at large, her expertise on how the money would be spent, why she did not have a plan in place that was brought in to discuss on time, and many other questions that went unanswered and remain unanswered today.

One may not believe that we have learned nothing much here on the West Coast about our communication system or radio system from 9/11 and other related emergencies. We all remember the One California fiasco before 9/11 - and still do not have a robust plan to address another one of those episodes - in a different scenario.

If right now we had some very large calamity - our Law Enforcement, our Fire Department, our SF Office of Emergency Services, the Federal Emergency Management Agency, the SF Health Department, and a host of other local, State, and Federal entities would NOT be able to speak to one another on the Smithsonian radio system that is in place.

A radio system - that does not have a dedicated broadband - or a novel system that kicks in - and addresses the large calamity that is lurking on the horizon.

How are we supposed to address the situation - sending smoke signals? This City must learn to walk the walk more - and less talk the talk - especially the many White folks at these sordid meetings.

At our San Francisco - Safety Meetings - we love to talk about everything - accept the pertinent factors that count.

At our past SF Office of Emergency Services public meetings - under Mayor Willie L. Brown, Mayor Gavin Newsom and now under Mayor Ed Lee - the SF, Office of Emergency Services - have been drab because the SF, Office of Emergency Services - is haughty and very arrogant.

I have seen idiots make comments - after they have failed miserably. When the next Big One strikes - there will be many excuses - and there will be riots - because those that now portend to know - know little - and when a fool that knows little portends to bite more than he or she can chew - we are in - Big Trouble.

It does not help that our SF Board of Supervisors do not care that now the public meetings; that are linked to the SF, Office of Emergency Services - are not held at City Hall .

The meetings are now moved and held at the SF Office of Emergency Services - to keep the community out. These important meetings are not noticed properly. All this falls under the purview of the City Administrator - Naomi Kelly and Mayor Ed Lee.

I heard the City Administrator, Naomi Kelly - give her prepared statement on our transmission line that comes under the jurisdiction of  Pacific Electric and Gas.

We must have a plan to restore power - if and when thousands do not have power. Right now that is happening on a smaller scale at Treasure Island - and the hands of the SF City and County is tied. 

The SF, Office of Emergency Services can learn from these on going incidents - by using generators and monitoring the situation at hand. Innocent families and more children continue to suffer at Treasure Island - with NO forthcoming - solutions.

The San Francisco, Office of Emergency Services - has not once in the past proved itself capable of first coming to the rescue of any calamity small or big - and secondly addressing the situation at hand - successfully. Go figure. 

We must learn from Hurricane Sandy - but more from being educated on issues - and addressing small calamities one at a time - and building a progressive - portfolio. 

HOPESF AND ITS DIABOLICAL PLAN TO FOSTER DIVISION AND BLATANT GENTRIFICATION.

Those of us who were around; remember the promises made to people who lived in Public Housing; when HOPE SIX was initiated and implemented. The consequences a disaster. 

Now; here comes round two with HOPESF. A diabolical plan of sorts - to foster gentrification by folks who have NO conscience and are doing the work of the DEVIL.

The City and County has learned nothing from this sordid past episode; but as you many realize thousands of innocent people - were adversely impacted - and their families to suffer to this day.

Many poor families who were on the verge of making a drastic change in their lives; putting some money aside to buy a home or condominium - had to change their plans - and many instead of moving upwards - had to endure drastic hardships - and lost everything.

Much as thousands suffered when San Francisco Redevelopment Agency removed thousands from their own homes in the early 1960s - many living in sound Victorian homes - and moved to the Tenderloin in San Francisco - to live in Single Residency Occupancy (SROs). Eminent Domain and the cruel ways of the SF Redevelopment Agency - now defunct.

The Tenderloin did not have much to offer - so alcohol, heroin and such drugs, smoking and prostitution - destroyed many Middle Class families and most of them Black.

This City and County of San Francisco and folks like Olson Lee who was part of this ploy and machination - and is now involved with the Mayor's Office of Housing - continues to foster ploys like HOPESF - to adversely impact - thousands.

HOPESF does not foster those living in Public Housing owning their own homes.

It does not foster encouraging the tenants to avail themselves of mandatory laws that Housing and Urban Development permits - buying your own home. Further encourage lease agreements - leading to owning one's unit.

The public housing all built and paid for many times over by the Department of Defense was handed over to HUD - who in turn leased the property to the SF Housing Authority. The SF Housing Authority has track record - of saying one thing and doing another. The most despicable entity in San Francisco.

With intent the SF Housing Authority permitted thousands of good Public Housing to be run down.

The intention was to remove the people living in Public Housing - and bring in Big Developers to demolish the units and build more Market Price units - while paying little or no attention to - low income and no income - individuals.

Folks like the John Stewart Company has no business around Public Housing in San Francisco.

Not after what the sordid company did to tenants in the Visitation Valley - the infamous Geneva Towers - that were torn down - the Geneva Towers - imploded. The tenants thrown out and forced to live - with relatives and many died on the streets of San Francisco. We know this but we forget so quickly - and this City turn around and favors the worst Property Manager in the Nation - the John Stewart Company.

The John Stewart company is back now at Huntersview at Hunters Point; using dubious folks some from the Community Based Organizations and even the YMCA.

Pretending to help some but creating confusion and pandemonium - while fostering blatant - corruption. We can name them all - but it will not do any good.

Large chunks of Public Housing have been divided and given to Mercy Housing, Bridge Developers, and the John Stewart Company.

Mercy Housing that has been given many opportunities and incentives; all over our fair City of San Francisco, Mercy Housing has adversely impacted many decent San Franciscans.

If Mercy Housing is not checked early on the consequences will be serious on many levels. If nothing is done on a war footing - the consequences to the poor will be mind boggling - for sure.

Mercy Housing is good with its - "conceptual plans" - but the problem with conceptual plans is that - it is like a dream - you wake up and it could be your worst - night mare.

The many meetings linked to HOPESF at Visitation Valley - have gone no where - again and again drab excuses.

Excuses do not help anyone - less those that suffer - more parents who have children and need sound housing.

In the interim SF Housing Authority spends thousands painting the exterior of the Public Housing units - while inside the plumbing is falling apart, the ceiling and walls peeling, asbestos friables flying around.

All contributing factors - to illness - mostly chronic respiratory diseases. Not to speak of the high incidences of cancer, migraine headaches, itchy eyes, and a host of diseases that the SF Health Department knows about and does nothing at all.

HOPESF is a ploy to remove decent poor people - many blue collar workers making it - pay to pay check - trying to give their children some hope - real hope - but not the fake promises made by - HOPESF.

Again and again the Zionist are behind these ploys - these filthy rich folks the likes of the John Stewart company - will do anything is their power - to evict, take innocent tenants who are behind their rent to court - while all the time enjoying millions of dollars of grant money from the State of California - some $150 million plus.

Over $60 million from the City and County of San Francisco in these dire economy times.

Millions of dollars of infrastructure and other amenities from the SF Public Utilities Commission, The Department of Public Works, the Metropolitan Transportation Agency, other City Department bending backwards to help the corrupt and arrogant - John Stewart Company.

The SF Planning Department, the Land Use Committee, the Department of Building Inspection, the SF Board of Supervisors - again and again will not fully represent the public at large and their concerns.

They will pander to Big Developers and the large amount of money spent to prepare - fake Environmental Impact Reports. the California Environmental Quality Act - producing other documents by so called experts to favor the Big Developers and the entities suppose to adjudicate - going with the flow.

Again and again; those that live by the Hunterview project - as is the case with the John Stewart Company - the residents - are bombarded by contaminants - this is the case at Huntersview better known by the locals as Middle Point.

The John Stewart company demolished 80 units at Middle Point - all containing large two, three, and four bed rooms.

Now it wants to build about 267 units - the first phase - and provide only 27 units to the residents - and these units will be smaller - a few one bed bed room, the few two bed room units, and the fewer still three bed rooms - units.

These mostly White folks have no business coming to the domain where minorities live - enter their living rooms - and without permission rearrange the furniture.

Nabbi Brothers and Cahill; fast tracked and given permits - that do the bidding of the City and County of San Francisco, the Mayor's Office of Housing, the Mayor Ed Lee, the Police Chief Gregory Suhr, the SF Health Department Barbara Garcia, Naomi Kelly, Tiffany Bohee, Olson Lee - these individuals have no clue what is happening to the residents.

The roads near Middle Point are blocked and the constituents deprived of MUNI - our public transportation. Ed Reiskin from the Metropolitan Transportation Agency (MTA) must step up and do something.

The Police Chief must personally ask the constituents if they are treated well and can use the District Attorney Office for help regarding contamination and adverse Environmental Issues. Every one is fast asleep at the wheel - while the people are suffering.

It is time the San Francisco Health Department - take biopsies of the many skin ailments and do their job.

Again and again as with the Lennar Fiasco in the year 2004; linked to large scale grading and bombarding the community with toxic dust laden with asbestos and other contamination.

The SF Health Department in the past with Mitch Katz and now with Barbara Gracia - is NOT doing their job.

The people are fed up - but not for long. That is why I am bringing this to the attention of the Police Chief - people are fed up. This is your clarion call - do something - or forever hold your peace.

Slowly, the children are dying - bombarded daily by the worst contaminants.

More from the on going development but also from the Pacific Gas and Electric - on going clean up - a few hundred feet from the John Stewart project.

Gusty winds - 30 mph to 50 mph carry contaminants far and wide. No one is paying attention to the contaminants. Not the Bay Area Air Quality Management District, not the Department of Toxic and Substance Control, not the Environmental Protection Agency, and of course not the City Administrator - who can order the local, state, and federal agencies to conduct an investigation and report to her - Naomi Kelly.

At Potrero Hill the plans by Bridge Developer are the same. Remove those that live there - and cater to the filthy rich with Market Price units. Our officials running our City have lost their conscience - you can tell them - but, they will NOT hear less listen. Shame on them.

In the mean time Malia Cohen the District 10 Supervisor is pussyfooting in China.

Parlaying with the corrupt in China - assuring the Chinese that if they invest at the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - a Superfund Site - they can get all the want.

Never mind that Malia Cohen is accompanied by Fiona Ma and other City officials one worse than the other.

The Chinese have no qualms - the will kill those they choose and harvest organs - and offer tours to those that need organs - for cheap - paying no attention to Human Rights and other standards that we Americans - adhere to.

We all know the inferior good they produce and the junk that lands on our shores. These trade is unfair and today the Chinese want to buy us with the trillions of dollars - that they have illegally amassed. San Francisco welcome this BLOOD MONEY - and on the forefront the lackeys who visit China - who eat, drink, lust - and connive with the blatantly corrupt - Chinese.

Politicians mostly are like pimps and whores - they will sell themselves - so that their campaign coffers are filled.

They will favor companies like AECOM and others - give them large contracts.

Then in turn AECOM and others; will hold breakfast hogging contests - where bacon and other delicacies are laid bare and hogged to one's heart's content.

At $500 a plate - ten or more hungry hogs around a breakfast table - all having bragging rights - and a dip for future favors.

Our City and County is involved with such corrupt practices and this nonsense must stop - and more the blatant interference of Platinum Consultants in San Francisco - that are over extending themselves - interfering with the many City Projects.

Time to call in the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Our City Attorney and District Attorney are in bed with the crooks.

As the years go by HOPESF changes its plan - now we have the introduction of the HOMELESS CZAR - Bevan Dufty and others - pretending to help the poor and those that need help.

Our veterans are not helped - while all the time shafting them - with vague promises - and no permanent solutions - addressing Quality of Life Issues.

District 10 has larger problems than most districts in San Francisco and we have 11 districts - in San Francisco.

Malia Cohen has no idea what representation means - simply, because the grinning jackass - is not educated on issues.

All she wants is the money - and she can have it - but not at the expense of compromising standards, ethics, and morals. The least she can do is say who she is - she is still in the closet and pretends that she is - straight.

After her last junket to Israel with Scott Wiener and others - paid for by the deplorable Zionists - Malia Cohen returned to remark - wish they had given her the $6000 or so - so that she could bask in the sun and tickle her arse pink - in Jamaica. 

In recent times our City and County of San Francisco have been electing so called Representatives that lack morals, ethics, standards, and embrace the worse type of leadership. Two stand out Scott Wiener and Malia Cohen - both must be recalled.

Good leaders know the way, show the way and go the way.

Our San Francisco Board of Supervisors has eroded in the last twelve years - and this year - we will be facing major issues with so called Representative that are NOT educated on issues.

Our Metropolitan Transportation Agency is in deep trouble. They have stolen the money from the Taxi Commission - after high jacking the Taxi Commission and expanding illegally; millions of funds that belong to the Taxi Commission and to the Taxi operators who are independent workers - and have been shafted.

Not a word from any San Francisco Board of Supervisor on this critical - issue.

We have thousands of public housing with large rooms that belonged to the Department of Defense and were handed over to the Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The housing could be bought and also leased at reasonable rates - and HUD has mandated language that favors owning these units.

The City and County of San Francisco chose to run down the public housing.

Created a fake model called HOPESF - that gives developers and Property Managers such as, the John Stewart Company, Developers such as Mercy Housing and Bridge Developers to build Market Price Units - and a small percentage of so called low income housing.

The above model favor gentrification but in the interim it has decimated the population - and favored a contemporary holocaust  only this time around on the Black and Polynesians - with a smattering of Latinos and others.

Developers putting hurdles that moderate income people have to endure - are well known. But increase those hurdles a hundred times when it comes to poor people - who are promised the sky and shafted again and again.

Not a word about this blatant injustice from the Mayor, Ed Lee, the City Administrator Naomi Kelly, Olson Lee, Tiffany Bohee, Jennifer Matz, Bevan Dufty, Alavarez from the SF Housing Authority, David Chiu and the SF Board of Supervisors. For sure one would not expect anything but the wide stupid grinning -  Malia Cohen who purports to represent District 10.

At Huntersview people are slowing dying - daily rashes, headaches, itchy eyes, soar throats, migraine headaches, vomiting, and a gamut of other chronic ailments. Not a sound from Malia Cohen - one of the most despicable Black individuals - who purports to represent but does not.

What the hell are you doing in China - if not pussyfooting? Never mind you are with Fiona Ma - she knows me better than you know her - and what I speak - is the truth.

Daily we have had crime increases in District 10 - some months ago - they Samoan Community and the Black Community were warring each other. No one could stop this on going killing and shooting. Some of us stepped up and helped this City and County of San Francisco - with no fun fare. Never mind that Diana Aroche and others were supposed to do their job - but are tags on the wall and worthless.

You all are invited to the California State Building opposite the Federal Building 450 Golden Gate - on November 13, 2012 closer to 6 pm to attend a forum on Safety, Shootings and Killings. Law Enforcement officials who have failed can San Francisco - will be in attendance.

Please be there to speak your mind and tell them what is the situation at ground zero. Some one must reveal to this suckers who rules in San Francisco.

I can guarantee you Malia Cohen the laughing jackass will NOT be there.

Representation does not come easy and those ploys and machination initiated by Willie L. Brown Jr. a former thug mayor, undue influence by Rose Park and others - must be nibbed in the bud.

Blood money in the millions have and are being used to put in sordid, evil, inept, shallow, spineless individuals to represent - in the past Malia Cohen was one of them. Recently; they tried putting in David Lee and he lost hands down.

The same sordid money was used by a few individuals to displace Christina Olague - and not a sound from those that  truly Represent. Eric Mar must lay it out - complete with financial details reported to the Ethics Commission.

Once we permit this cancer to go unheeded - the lack of standards, inviting inept and sordid representation - we are opening the door for blatant corruption.

Time to recall Malia Cohen - she won by a measly 200 votes the last time around - Rank Choice Voting.

PRESIDENT BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA - FOUR MORE YEARS - 2012 TO 2016

We the people have spoken; and what is important the contemporary changing demographics of the United States of America have spoken. The dynamics in the making - will forge this great Nation - the United States of America to a new awakening and progress - never, ever seen - before.

For the first time women had their say in large numbers and spoke loud and clear and with clear - justification. For the first time many added Blacks and Latinos voted and won in a big way.
The Queer vote and aspirations for a better representation is in the making - and those that have had light shone of them - look to the future with determination and fortitude.

In Florida it was not the Cuban Vote and the shenanigans of the past - but the newer Latino non-Cubans who voted and for the first time - proved that the past is the past and that the future is here to stay and for the better.

It was the same in California - and may be the time is ripe for the Supreme Court - to adjudicate differently - and declare that CORPORATIONS - are not persons.

In the November 2012 Presidential Elections - billions of dollars were spent. Those that spent and more wasted such large amounts of money - could do so - because of Political Action Committees (PACs). Where these sordid entities could raise and spend as they - please. A sordid scar on the conscience of America and that too coming from the United States Supreme Court that must have its head - examined.

We are a Republic and if the Founding Fathers were alive today - perhaps they would have agreed - that the model of checks and balances worked - in this one of a kind - very close Presidential Race.

No one lost - accept; those that stall - say one thing and do another - the buffoonery must stop in Congress, the filibuster in the Senate -  and the will of the people - respected for the good of the free world and decent human beings.

The Speaker of the House - for the first time changed his tone - and the President found wisdom - in meeting so many people - all over the Nation - hurting and more needing succor.

We the people won - and never mind how the elections were conducted - it was not perfect - complete with voting machines that did not work - and long lines reminiscent - of some under-developed country - where we send our observers who report to us - on matters of order, accountability, and democracy of sorts.
So what about us? In our own backyard we must improve and do it fast.

The collective vote of a people hurting; spoke loud and clear - the Nation fought hard - many working long hours - to contribute - it was tiring. Sacrifice and love - and those that honored the millions who went before us, the forgotten heroes of yesterday.

Those who died; more laid their lives in our Civil War, the many wars after, the many turmoils and tribulations; all duly noted but their efforts must not be in vain - their died so that we may live and be free.

Those humans who were slaves and only recently could vote freely are still are under the cloud of blatant discrimination -  in many areas of our Nation and they spoke loud and clear.

The hurdles of Identification Cards; hurdles to keep decent people from voting; must stop now and those that fostered hate and the many obstacles hindering progress - must be brought to justice.

Women the voting majority will lead and build consensus and men who have had it good all these many decades - have not learnt and now must - learn from the women. Those respected that rock the cradle - genuine women who give birth and bring forth life and raise decent families - all over this Earth - but more in the United States of America - where we strive for a more perfect union.

Congress and the Senate must learn - not by fake revelation and osmosis of sorts - but by hard work and humility that you REPRESENT and if you feel - it is hot in the kitchen - move out - and let new blood reign - supreme and fulfill the aspirations of a new time and sound beginnings.

Those that are voted again and again - must not for a moment think you are a shoo in - you are lucky that you are alive - and if you have not represented you better - the likes of Diane Feinstein and Nancy Pelosi - old in age - but short on deeds that matter.

Middle America is still lost and bewildered - the doldrums have struck them - and in their foundering and slow learning - they will awake from their on going long slumber. Time is running out.

For the first time in many years - with such high unemployment rate - the economy in near peril - the stock mercurial rise and fall - much like the temper tantrums of a person gone senile - some try to make sense of it - but it now needs to be assigned to some sanatorium. Most thought we could not overcome - but we have.
Only in America.

Europe is reeling - and as much as it is kept afloat - Europeans in large measure were shocked that we in America - spent so much and for so long a time - only to come to some conclusion that was apparent. Four more years and voted by the people; in a manner closely watched by Billions - all over this Earth.

Congress must now act - the checks and balances of the Nation - point to Congress and their many ploys and machinations - that have disgraced - decency. Stalling must stop and renewed determination and fortitude reign - supreme.

No one can take anyone to a better place - with the dubious distinction - constantly fostering and bringing on hurdles and stagnation. If it is too hot for you - if you not want progress, less believe in it - step out of the way.

The United States Senate too must step up - enough of the filibusters and the many wanton delays that take no entity worth the salt to a better place. You must be ashamed of yourselves.

America is God Fearing - and the people want to do right by their conscience.

Those that want to rule by buying votes such as the Koch Brothers and others with their diabolical intentions - have been put on notice - you made your money - and it is mostly; BLOOD money. If you think it is not - go ask your mama; that is if you have one.

Much like your mind - your vote is precious - and this time America spoke. Now, we must all roll up our sleeves - the time for just vain talking is over.

The projects are there, the blue prints, the time frames, the short and long term objectives. All complete with standards and we have the right people, in the right place to do the right thing - or so we have been promised and we are watching.

This is Turtle Island and the prophecy of the Hopi and other wise women and men - is coming to the fore. 2012 has been a year of Epiphany and more humanity and compassion.

On the West Coast and in Middle America we may have been spared the turmoils and tribulations of Sandy that fateful Hurricane - but, fellow Americans are suffering; not only on the East Coast but everywhere - from lack of employment, temporary jobs offering no benefits, foreclosures, and many other ailments that can be cured. 

The demographics and dynamics of this Great Nation - is changing for the good - where every child, woman, and man - has a role to play.

We humans have the decent side and we can be nasty - it is left to us all - NOT just one segment of the population; the ONE PERCENT to forge ahead and make progress - keeping the rest with intent to suffer and lag in the cesspool created by those that are greedy. That simply is W R O N G .

Those segments of the population that once ruled with a heavy hand are history - that nail has been hammered in and that casket sealed and buried for good.

The new life with renewed nurturing must be devoid of the old mistakes and ramifications that have stalled our progress.

These next four years are ours - we the people rule - as must be the case always. The Commons. Guaranteed by our Constitution - one of kind - on this hallowed land - the United States of America - also known as Turtle Island.

We Americans pride ourselves as being "free" and value our Constitution - that makes our great Nation - the United States of America - the best of all governments in the world.

We are a Republic - unlike any other - "we the people" have the power - not any one Representative nor a bunch of inept, shallow, spineless so called - Representatives - that try to hoodwink us, every opportunity they get - " we the people ".

In recent years we have permitted some very immoral so called Representatives who are playing with fire and have NOT read, less adhered to the Constitution of these the United States of America.

If you read the Constitution and you read it with an open mind; more study the words - word for word - anyone will comprehend quickly that our Founding Fathers - though not perfect - gave much importance to - "spirituality" and to "standards and morals".

While our Founding Fathers could have chosen any existing model of government - they chose our Republic - and fashioned it - in such a way that no one entity has - complete power. Keeping at bay any type of  dictatorial elements that would adversely impact the governance of our States - "in toto" - making the United States of  America. Giving powers to the State and stopping short to permit the States to work as a team with Washington DC and the Federal Government..

While some may think Congress has all the power - it does not. And, if one ventures to think that the Senate has all the power  -it does not. If you venture to think the " President of the United States " has all power - he does not.

The United States of America - prides itself as having a Republic - where  - " we the people" - play the most important role. There are unique systems of checks and balances.

Even our voting system to elect our President is unique - creating the "Electoral System" which is very complicated - but keeps at bay - the many models of dictatorial and blatant corruption that can invade and ultimately decimate our Republic.

In recent years the Supreme  Court created to further uphold check and balances - has failed our Republic.

One of the most blatant adjudications made by the Supreme Court - recently - will slowly but surely eroded our Republic.

The adjudication that acknowledges - Corporations as persons - thus directly changing the fundamental manner - in which political campaigns are conducted. 

How money is gathered, many campaign coffers filled - and a blatant blow to the Middle Class and fair play.

We now see and know more - with empirical data in hand - that the Middle Class is fast eroding - we have the - "filthy rich" and the poor - those that live - pay check to pay check - who are suffering.

This  erosion of spirituality at all levels has taken our Nation into a spin for the worse. Both in the Congress and Senate - that is no movement with both parties - be it Republicans and Democrats - failing to work for the good of the Nation.

The situation has gotten so bad that many sitting Congresspersons and Senator are throwing in the towel.

These Representatives - many of them with years of dedicated sacrifice and contribution to our Great Nation - and do not want to Represent anymore.

The more moderate in both parties openly speak - that the two main parties cannot meet half way; have no desire to work as a team - and this dog eat dog mentality must stop - but will it?

The Presidential Elections for the first time are a dead heat in the year 2012. This has not happened in a long time.

People are fed up and they see no sense in backing politicians that do not deliver.

The Presidential candidates - be it the sitting President and the one who is vying for his job - talk the talk and there is only so much that the people can endure - if it really does not pertain to Quality of Life issues.

People want to put bread and butter on the table.

People have to live in homes and have a safe environment.

People want good educational facilities that are affordable, hospital care that is good and reasonable. 

People want to procure food and other essentials to live a comfortable life.

People believe in God and want morals, ethics, standards, fair play to be exercised so that our Nation can grow, be progressive, and benefit all those that are citizens of this Great Nation.

This Great Nation that belongs to the Native Americans - better known - as Turtle Island.

It was stolen from them. Our Founding Fathers - incorporated many elements in our Constitution from the Six Nations - that practiced - "Democracy" - for thousands of years.

While the politicians running for office all over our Nation - on the local level, the State level, and of course the Federal level - make promises - again and again those promises have NOT been kept - less adhered to.

No one is paying attention to ethics, morals, standards, spirituality.

If these values and elements inherent and the soul of our Great Constitution melt down - we have blatant corruption, people lying, immoral to the core - pretending to represent - but deceiving themselves; and in deceiving themselves -  disgracing the fair political values and standards - this great Nation always prides itself of.

Here is San Francisco we see it with despicable; so called shallow, inept, spineless Representatives like Malia Cohen and Scott Wiener.On worse than the other.

On the Federal level Diane Feinstein and Nancy Pelosi two hags that worship greed and have failed San Francisco, California and the Nation.

We have inept and shallow politicians on the State level - pandering to Big Developers the likes of Lennar - and to those that fill their sordid campaign offers - as they did with Mark Leno.

The many recent State of California Propositions are sordid to say the least - funded with an ulterior motive. Lying to the constituents; promising them one thing - but delivering another.

This is just the tip of the iceberg - the abuse of our American values - that millions died for - in the Civil War and other Wars - to keep our unique Republic free - to treasure our "freedom".

Anyway you look at it - our Great Constitution - it is based on Spirituality.

You must read the Constitution - not as some commentary - and you must comprehend the words; etymology - and the fundamental meaning of the words; in the context of the times; you must be educated on issues.

Much as your sensitive conscience plays a role in your daily life - so does spirituality.

Sadly; today in the year 2012 with the erosion of spirituality - many politicians - including those at San Francisco's City Hall are doing the devil's work. Go figure.

CORRUPT INDIVIDUALS PUT IN CHARGE OF SENIOR HOUSING IN DISTRICT 10.

The San Francisco Redevelopment Agency's demise has NOT stopped the The Successor Agency of the SF Redevelopment Agency under the jurisdiction of the City Administrator and the SF Controller's Office - from carrying on ploys and machinations - adversely affecting Senior Citizens; working hand in hand with the Mayor's Office of Economic Development and Workforce Jennifer Matz and that most inept, spineless, shallow - corrupt individual Tiffany Bohee - who continues to play with fire.

It has become fashionable for some very corrupt folks in the community to work with the crooks; I have mentioned above who have control of large amount of money that formerly - was managed by the defunct SF Redevelopment Agency.

Again and again; Senior housing promised to local Seniors from District 10 once encouraged to fill out applications and put on the list - are treated like dirt.

The only exception those that have connection - jump the line - and get ahead of everyone - folks like Willie B. Kennedy who has sold out her community - many times over.

If a single dollar be it local, state, or federal is spent on housing - we must abide by laws, democratic laws, and not be caught using ploys, machinations, and abject favoritism.

We have former corrupt folks who were on the Bayview Hunters Point Project Action Committee - given a chance to move ahead of the line - and occupy so called affordable housing. This is totally - wrong.

On Carroll Street by Third Street some Senior Housing is planned. The site on which the Senior Housing is planned is contaminated. Within less than hundred feet there is a rail line that makes a lot of noise. Far exceeding the decibel standards that adversely affect Quality of Life issues.

In future a high speed train will ply on this line - and the Senior will have to deal with this noise. Who in their right mind - is involved with this project - we want to know.

This matter for sure will go before the San Francisco Board of Supervisors and for sure it will be endorsed. If this project was planned for the Pacific Heights area - the process would have been very stringent. 

The City and County of San Francisco is encouraging corrupt forces - who are on the take - to create some Senior Housing for some ulterior purposes in District 10.

For sure NOT have the Senior population in mind. Again and again Seniors from the community who qualify have been shut out. This is not fair.

This $70 million project to build this Senior Housing by Carroll Street has not had one single meaningful meeting - with the community at large. Shame on those who are in charge.

One has just to take an inventory to find out who live in these Senior Units from all over the area - the entities in charge with intent have shut out - so many of our District 10 Seniors.

Immigrants from Russia, Chinese that immigrated a few years ago, all sorts of folks who are NOT citizens - who have not served this Nation - be it the military, advocated for San Francisco - have been kept out.

While Malia Cohen, Olsen Lee, Tiffany Bohee, Jennifer Matz, Bevan Dufty - other sellouts that I have mentioned before like Linda Richardson - are encouraging lack of accountability and transparency.

Can we have the names posted on some website - complete when the applicants applied and when they moved into their Senior units - and who are the folks that made this possible?

If any person has broken the law - both those occupying the units now must be disqualified for breaking the law.

Those responsible for putting them in - using their influence - must be removed from office.

Case in point moving Willie B. Kennedy - who lived in Public Housing at Hunters Point, then moved to the suburbs - did not like it - and was accommodated illegally and given a Senior Housing in the newer units on Third Street by Carroll - 5800 Third Street - moving ahead of others who qualified and are now waiting for their turn - but, it seems that will not happen. Why?

Why are we encouraging corruption of the worst order - especially when it comes to our Seniors in District 10 but all over the Southeast Sector.

The City and County of San Francisco has chosen - to hinder progress and deny qualified Seniors from the Southeast Sector and more District 10 - their rights as American Citizens. 

Our local government has failed us in this case - broken a number of laws staring them in the face; our only HOPE is there is a God watching this blatant discrimination - all the while - our Senior Citizens are suffering. Go figure!
