Malia Cohen is not only corrupt she is stupid - here is another one of her mistakes.

Malia Cohen the District 10 Supervisor is not only corrupt but she is stupid to the core.


Who would ever think that Malia Cohen would team up with one Dr. Nadine Burke attached to CPMC to initiate land zoning at Third Street and Quint Street an industrial zone to accommodate health services?


One is dumb and the other dumber on such complicated issues.


The area around Third and Quint Street is a toxic hot spot. Millions of vehicles spewing particulates, the stench of the Raw Sewage Plant constantly hovering around the area.


The Wellness Center is proposed to cater to children. More children that are very sick. It is not accessible for parents, more single mothers, to access this area without walking some distance - and being adversely impacted.


Dr.Nadine Burke a new comer has been conducting her business on Evans Street for some time now - getting grants and raking in the money while pretending to serve the community.


This Dr. Nadine Burke had nothing to say about our children when Lennar, a rogue developer - adversely impacted our children.


Yet,Dr. Nadine Burke - purports to be interested in some sort of Wellness Center to administer health services to the children from the Bayview Hunters Point area.


The area around Third Street and Quint where the Wellness Center and other health services are proposed to be situated - attracts tons of criminals.


Many of them take their recycling material - mostly stolen property to the near by areas operating recycling centers.


This area and surrounding areas have a large number of pedophiles, rapists, and other criminals. Many camp around Islais Creek a few hundred feet from Third Street and Quint.


There is very little policing. The area has constant traffic - and is the worst area anyone could think to cater to any community service much less a health service - where vulnerable and sick people would be seeking help.


Why is it whey it comes to our children we offer them the worse. I do not think both these women are family orientated - their life style point away from being family oriented - that is a real father, a real mother - living with children - in a real family.


It bothers me that Supervisor Malia Cohen would not have one single meeting in the community about this sordid plan of hers.


Supervisor Malia Cohen could have contacted those that know - but again and again - Supervisor Malia will initiate such actions to the detriment of the community at large.


In this case - if all this project goes through -  it will cause serious adverse impacts, more endangering our children.


Yet, I am told that this matter came before the SF Planning and went through. Strange!


If this is true the SF Planning Department has done injustice to our children and to the Bayview Hunters Point community - once again.


Dr. Nadine Burke has a grant of $4.3 million and needs 22,000 square feet to conduct her operations - and utilize this grant. This grant expires January 31, 2012.


Why would someone wait until the last moment?


Has this something to do with SF Redevelopment that move some money that should have been spent on Parcle A - to this doctor - who purports to be interested more in money and less in the welfare of children?


Now, I was there at the Last Land Use Meeting held January 23, 2012 at City Hall in Room 263 at 1 pm.


The above item was discussed after I had to wait for over three hours.


Another item, one of two item at the meeting - was discussed ad nauseum - about some faulty legislation introduced by Supervisor Scott Wiener and two open spaces in the Castro.


Then Supervisor Eric Mar called agenda item two - in the midst of noise and confusion.


Supervisor Eric Mar stated that as he had announced at the beginning of the meeting that this agenda item dealing with the zoning in the area surrounding Third and Quint would be continued.


I have learned that Supervisor Malia Cohen was in Los Angeles - as usual pussyfooting around - failing to represent San Franciscans in general and her District 10 in particular. Pathetic to the core.


Co-incidentally Dr. Nadine Burke too was in Los Angeles and will arrive on Friday and is available for some dialog on the above matter. Friday, January 27, 2012 - four days before the dead line of the grant? Does anyone see the apparent lack of concern - and lack of thought in this process?


$4.3 million - in these dire economic times - from where is this money coming? Who is behind this heist? Should the Law Enforcement be called in? 


Where is District Attorney George Gascon on this one? Something stinks in Denmark? What was Supervisor doing in Los Angeles really when she should have been in San Francisco? Why do we tolerate - these Supervisors taking so much time off - after any holiday before and after the holiday - these Supervisors get to get time off?


I was the only person during public comment to address the item linked to zoning in the area around Quint Street.


I gave a short history and had to use Malia Cohen name because -it is well known that Malia Cohen does not live in District 10 - but purports to represent District 10.


This is illegal. The agenda item does not have a legal representative and as I am proving by this article - less qualified - justification to put a Wellness Centers surround by dangerous particulates, foul smell, very heavy traffic, and what is more criminality of the very kind.


When I made the statement about Supervisor Malia Cohen -  Supervisor Scott Wiener injected that I could not use the Supervisor's name. I did have an answer for this idiotic Supervisor from the Castro - but I let it go.


Earlier, for three hours Supervisor Scott Wiener a queer transplant from New York - was berated by over eighty or so mostly queer folks - bring to his attention that he was targeting the poor, the disenfranchised queer youth, others - by introducing mundane legislation that is uncalled for. 


I made sure at Tuesday, SF Board of Supervisors' meeting that I announced to the world that two SF Supervisors do not live in their Districts. Our Mayor, Edwin Lee must look into this.


So, must John Arntz from the Election Department and so must the District Attorney George Gascon and the City Attorney Dennis Herrera.


I will make sure this article is sent to the Secretary of State - so that she is informed about the sad state of affairs linked to illegal representation in the City and County of San Francisco.  

City and County of San Francisco ACCEPTS to take on tainted responsibility of SFRA.

Only is San Francisco will something as sordid as fast tracking and embracing some sordid past transactions linked the diabolical San Francisco Redevelopment Agency(SFRA) - take place.


The sordid actions took place and corrupt folks fast tracked the processes put in place to take over TAINTED assets of the San Francisco Redevelopment Agency.


" No good ever will take place at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard. And to that may I add NO good ever will take place linked to any transaction however - miniscule. The SFRA is and will always be a diabolical entity whose BLOOD deeds  stand alone or transferred to those who with intent embrace such projects and everything inherent with these sordid - processes bear full responsiblity". Make no mistake - no one entity that with intent poisoned our children, our elders, and with intent bluffed the people in the Fillmore and in the Bayview Hunters Point at Parcel A and beyond - will go Scott Free.


All those that do not pay heed will suffer.


Please do not say I did not tell you so. Nothing, I repeat nothing will go right. This is not a matter to joke about - and I witnessed all the sell out present in Room 250 and saw them well to document them all on January 24, 2012 in Room 250 at City Hall.


This matter is NOT about jobs and it is NOT about housing. The entire process from the start has been tainted with BLOOD.


Olsen Lee if you sit him down - he will tell you that big mistakes were made with the Fillmore SFRA projects.


Olsen Lee will tell you that vouchers were given to people affected and nothing came of it.


Olsen Lee will tell you that the SFRA lost the vouchers and that people suffered and many died because SFRA made promises and did not keep them.


Tiffany Bohee will tell you - if she has any decency that at Hunters Point on Parcel A for four months Lennar, a Rogue Developer bombarded the area with Asbestos structures with intent.


This act which resulted in some Notice of Violations, numerous meetings before the Bay Area Air Quality Management District by the affected community our Sisters, our Brothers, our dear children who all gave true testimony.


Earlier for months on end I testified before the Bay Area Air Quality Management District, the SF Health Commission, and numerous times before the SFRA Commission, many meeting held on the local and State level linked with the SFRA - all documented.


No one can assume that all this happened in a vacuum.


Now that Tiffany Bohee has been warned that is all I can do - the rest is on her - she has BLOOD on her hands.


This is the final warning to those that surround the sordid projects linked to SFRA - and I will say no more.


You that are warned - if you still continue to go with his sordid process - you will FAIL. Take my warning while the warning is good.


Again, I repeat our children especially cannot be violated by anyone - and do not think for a second - that any entity will go Scott Free - no way.


God in His infinite mercy and compassion led the community to do right.


When some of us chose to do right - our City and County of San Francisco under Mayor Gavin Newsom - did wrong - he wanted Jobs and he wanted Housing. He got nothing.


He lost his race for Governor but removing himself - because we the few were in this face to tell the world that he was a LIAR. We did this in Napa, in Oakland, in San Diego, in Santa Barbara, here in San Francisco - every where. He gave up and now is Lt. Governor and plays second fiddle. Those that listen to Gavin Newsom - listen to the devil.


In the first newsletter that Governor Jerry Brown's office published - the Governor printed my article on Redevelopment. In it - I stated that the end of the Redevelopment Agency was the right thing to do.


Months later Governor Brown initiated AB 26.


The matter went to court - and of course the sordid Redevelopment agencies and their minions the likes of Tiffany Bohee, Michael Cohen, Fred Blackwell, Olsen Lee, Amy Lee, and others joined in the fray to fight it.


They were all defeated. All Redevelopment agencies are null and void - as of the end of January 31, 2012 - they are - kaput. They are DEAD.


Now for the City and County of San Francisco to first fast track this process. Secondly to craft a fault Resolution, and third to shelter SF Redevelopment is totally - wrong.


All this to take over and make something of the assets of SFRA which our City and  County of San Francisco must have nothing to do with. Let the State decide what is Right they are in a better position.


I warned you all and you do not seem to comprehend the basic law that if with INTENT you harm any life - you are culpable.


This City and County of San Francisco has a Precautionary Principle ordinance - a law.


It simply states that if there is a hint of any adverse impact - with any project - everything must STOP.


We did not do that with Mission Bay. We did not do it with Transbay.We did not do it with Hunters Point and Parcel A.


We can do it by taking this matter to court - but, that is not necessary in this case.


Go ahead the challenge KARMA and see what happens in the next three weeks. Anyone that has anything to do with these sordid actions - will fail - and FAIL - miserably.


Challenge what I am saying - and I am telling you before it happens.


This City and County of San Francisco is named after Saint Francis Assisi.


We are known for our compassion and not for embracing the devil.


In recent years first with Mayor Willie L. Brown Jr., then will Mayor Gavin Newsom  have taken this great City and County of San Francisco down the road and into the cesspool.


When few have spoken the TRUTH they have been persecuted.


Well, history is full of facts of people who have stood for the TRUTH and those that stood by them - have succeeded, be it may - that they have suffered - no pain no gain.


The writing is on the wall - it is a law - REDEVELOPMENT is D E A D.


We need a separate entity - one that has complete transparency and accountability to take care of what remains of SFRA and its sordid assets - in San Francisco.


It must have nothing to do with those that were part of SF Redevelopment now heading another pseudo agency - some hundred plus sordid employees.


All tainted and who participated in the slow death of our children, our elders, with intent.


Who continued working for the SFRA - because the needed the money but did not do the right thing.


This warning is serious because some that have fallen into this trap - have fallen because they think they are moving up - so they think. No, you are moving in the pits of HELL.


No one can simply think that they can control land that is not theirs in the first place.


Take Mission Bay most of it is Public Trust Act land. Belongs to Sante Fe and before that to the Ohlone.


Take Hunters Point the land belong to the Ohlone, then belonged to private citizens and was taken by Eminent Domain by the Department of Defense.


Idiots would not know that - but this is the truth.


Same at the Transbay - you all will be gaping at that BIG HOLE for along time.


Also, the High Speed Rail will not happen in the next 10 years. No one has $100 billion plus, yes BILLIONS - in today's dire economy.


The acts of Sodom and Gomorrah once were proclaimed by the prophets and no one listen to them.


Money is nothing. It comes and goes - what will befall you all - that, are jumping into this cesspool - is so deep because you are blinded by GREED.


None of you can create JOBS and none of you can provide affordable housing - in today's given circumstances. You did NOT do it before and you cannot do it now. You all simply do not have the fortitude.


At Huntersview each unit is costing about $650,000.That should send you all a warning.


As I said nothing good would happen at Hunterviews and the John Stewart Company. You all went ahead - well, reap the fruits that you have sown.


Again, no one can with intent harm anyone who is innocent - that is " with intent" and think all is good. It simply does not work like that.


I will be meeting Mayor Edwin Lee and will listen to him first - then what I have put in writing - I will state to him.


I represent the First People the Muwekma Ohlone but I also represent those that have suffered - because of Lennar a Rogue Developer. I am not afraid of anyone - especially the CROOKS and I can and have named them all.


It is past the SF Redevelopment has abused its power, folks like Tiffany Bohee have LIED.


Tiffany Bohhe cannot continue to be here doing the same. She has been tainted and must go away. She and her minions.


All those that support Tiffany Bohee and I saw you all - the new City Administrator, Olsen Lee, Ben Rosenfield, others - you are warned - this is no joking matter.


I would not say and write what I am writing - if I did not do my homework. Do not say I did not tell you so.


Do not carry on any of the sordid projects of SF Redevelopment - they simply must be handled by some other independent entity - far removed from the City and County of San Francisco.


Do not bluff us and tell us that AB 26 forced you to do what you are doing. AB 26 does not force you to fast track any process illegally - and bluff the people.


Our US Government is of, for and by the people.


Do not think for us, act for us, and speak for us - without our permission - the PERMISSION of the people. 


If you do not listen to the people - under the laws of the Constitution - you are breaking the law.


But, it this case there is a superior law that will get all the evil - bastards. It is a shame that San Francisco has stooped so low - because of Greed and Avarice. 

Mountain Lake at the Presidio of San Francisco to be clean up.

For over 20,000 years the Ohlone the First People of San Francisco - camped around Mountain Lake and got its nourishment from this once pristine Lake.


Mountain Lake is situated at the Presidio of San Francisco which is a National Park Service is open to the public.


Around 1776 the Spanish came and with them brought their cattle and with the cattle and recklessness.


Slowly but surely polluted the surround area, away from the Lake and eventually the Lake - itself.


Near by at the Presidio for years the Lobos Creek ran freely and its spring water was used for drinking.


It still runs freely one of the few free flowing creeks - by 25th Avenue in San Francisco.


Another Spring is the El Polin Spring in the Middle of the Presido.


The Presidio has just completed a renovation of the El Polin Spring - destroying the ones natural surrounding - and creating a contemporary look - some common camping site.


The Presidio trust is a quasi-federal agency that was created by legislation led by Congressperson - Nancy Pelosi.


Around the year 2000 the Presidio Trust was given $150 million to upstart its rehabilitation of its buildings and other infrastructure. 


From the year 2003 - Congress continued giving the Presidio Trust $20 million every year and will until the year 2013 - when the Presidio Trust is slated to be self-sufficient.


Towards the tail end at this time starting around the year 2000 and ending in the year 2013 - the Presidio Trust is getting about $9.5 million to abate Mountain Lake that is very polluted.


Run off from the near by freeway and surrounding area - mostly oil contamination.


Near by neighbors have taken their dogs to use the lake and do what they do naturally. Others, over the year have dumped whatever they could into the Lake. 


Sounds horrible but it is the truth - couches, shopping carts, you name it they dumped it into the Lake.


The Lake once had fish and other life - now it is most devoid of life - mostly, because the toxicity is too much for any life to survive for any length of time.


The sludge at the bottom of the lake has been tested over the years - and found to be very, very toxic.


The Presidio Trust cannot be "trusted" no pun intended - they talk a good talk but cannot walk the walk.


All their projects are over budget. 


Some presentation is going to the be given to the General Public at the Golden Gate Club at the Presidio - from 6 pm - January 25, 2012.


Those interest should go - those who want to learn more should go - it a nice way to know more about the Presidio of San Francisco.


The Presidio is a National Park and is open to all.

It was strange at the swearing in of Mayor Edwin Lee when Mayor Willie L. Brown Jr. who was the emcee - called on Carmen Chu, Malia Cohen, and Carmen Chu to stand up and take the bow.


There is something going on with Willie and these three witches - who take orders from him and his minions.


At the same function - Willie lost in this egoistic ploys and machinations failed to call Supervisor John Avalos the first time around - and called the City Treasure Jose Campos by baptising him with another surname.


Remembered well - to call the three witches by their correct name - and with a chuckle in his voice. I thought that was strange.


The City and County of San Francisco have hundreds of lawyers that could have done a better job - dealing with the consequences of Assembly Bill 26 (AB26) - dissolution of SF Redevelopment and other Redevelopment Agencies - that come the end of day - January 31, 2012 will cease to be - gone, gone forever and rightly so.


Some of us have been fighting San Francisco Redevelopment for years. For sure I have - you just have to google Francisco Da Costa and Redevelopment.


SF Redevelopment Agency (SFRA) made a lot of promises to the people - and has never, ever kept them.


SFRA has made sure that they will take care of the 100 or so employees - so that they can conditionally, transfer and work for the Mayor's Office of Economic Development. The think they will get away with murder - but this time - they will be held accountable.


Others could work for some other City Department - and this fact in itself is very dangerous for our City and County of San Francisco. There is a freeze in all Departments - but those that know how to work the system - can fix anything.


SFRA is a cancer and we do not want this cancer to spread. Suffice to say that it has been stop, it cannot function - it is DEAD. The knell has been sounded and rightly so.


The City and County must NOT permit the old SFRA employees to be in charge of any policy making.


Submitting to the SF Budget Committee under Carmen Chu - one of the supreme witches - to adjudicate without details and more without facts on the dissolution of the SFRA.


What Carmen Chu deems right for the constituents of San Francisco is a figment of her imagination.


This is blatant abuse of power that no one should permit the transfer of any SFRA prperty - without a hearing - where the public who have been adverse impact - have a say.


It is wrong to hook wink the general public - with intent permit harm to come to this Fair City,  Fail to have a hearing where the many educated and astute citizens can make their peace.


Willie L Brown Jr. a former "thug" Mayor of San Francisco is grooming Carmen Chu for the the State Assembly in Sacramento.


Carmen Chu can take that route - Sacramento has a way to cure - witches.


Carmen Chu should remember well - and let this be a serious warning to her - she cannot fool all the people, all the time while pandering to the corrupt.


Jane Kim, and Malia Cohen are put on notice too - we the people do not like buffoons - to THINK for us more to make policies that do not embrace the best good of the majority.


More not knowing the sordid history of SF Redevelopment Agency.


Secondly, the fact of those harmed, the adverse impacts that thousands of innocent people have had to suffer because of SF Redevelopment Agency.


Thirdly, how SF Redevelopment created jobs - more six figure jobs - so that some could enjoy high salaries - while using tax increment and other ploys and machinations to fill their pockets and have failed to serve the public at large.


SFRA has over the years created avenues to cheat, deceive, bluff, rob, lie, more by removing people using "gentrification" killing thousands of people. SFRA has blood on their hands.


Just imagine removing decent citizens, more middle class citizens - from good homes and throwing them to the wind to face inclement weather and die as drug addicts and prone to other habits nauseating to even mention. History has not been kind to those that lived in the Fillmore and were victims of SFRA.


In recent years at Parcel A on Hunters Point SF Redevelopment has not held Lennar to the Disposition and Development Agreement (DDA).


Legally, Lennar has defaulted - and the SF Board of Supervisors including the three witches - have no clue about the DDA - and less do not care about the people.


Lennar bombarded our children with Asbestos structures - and many of them will die - because they were at the wrong place at the wrong time.


Today, these innocent children suffer - and this City and County of San Francisco has done NOTHING to address this atrocity.The SF Health Department knows about the adverse impacts and has not cared of lift a finger. There is Karma and SF Health Department will suffer the consequences, much as SFRA has, and much as all those who use to be on the SFRA Commission have. The all have blood on their hands.


Malia Cohen who says she represents District 10 does not live in District 10.


She cannot look me in the eye - she has no business representing anyone. Legally she must step down - or show prove that she is living in District 10 and has been continually living in District 10 from the day of her swearing in - each and every day. This sordid woman is as fake as the come - on any level one can think of.


The Treasure Island Development Authority has been dissolved and rightly so.


While the Hunters Point and Candlestick Point projects, the Mission Bay, and parts of the Transbay projects are grandfathered - it remain to see - how our City and County of San Francisco - will raise the money to fulfill any meaningful obligation.


We the people elect the Representatives - in these case we have some buffoons - the likes of Supervisors Carmen Chu, Jane Kim and Malia Cohen - who should be removed from office.


These three witches do not care about the people - and each of them are looking to advancing their political careers - but this time around they will not succeed.


This matter of transfer of assets is very complicated. It is time the State take over the assets and assign them to a sound, fiscal entity that has transparency and accountability.


Something stinks in Denmark that is why the Treasure Island Development Authority (TIDA) was dissolved.


While, we must pay some severance pay to the SFRA employees - this City and County of San Francisco has no obligation to cater to the needs of the dismissed SFRA employees - who worked for a quasi- State organization - and has NO obligation to pay them any pension. 


We must not hire the corrupt and incorporate them in any other City departments - these evil employees must go their way - they knew well when they made their bed with the devil.


Tiffany Bohee lied and adversely impacted our children, our Seniors, and today keeps telling us half-truths.Our City Attorneys must step up - Dennis Herrera can now speak up for the SFRA. Let us see what he has to say.


I remember we collected 33,000 signatures - John Arntz  the Director of SF Elections validated our signatures. Then City Attorney used some flimsy reason to nullify the signatures.


SFRA declared a large area a Survey Area without any meaningful process - then declared the large area a Project Area - again without due process - and thought it would have its way forever. Today SFRA is D E A D. 


The diabolical SFRA must cease to exist - this demon and its minions must be fired - and not incorporated in any other SF City department, entity - to carry out the work of the devil.


We the people need a hearing on the SFRA - we must have a say.


We must not allow the three witches who work for Willie L. Brown - Carmen Chu, Jane Kim, and Malia Cohen - to dictate terms to the constituents of San Francisco.


At this hearing our children will speak out. The Elders will speak out. Others will speak out.


I am requesting Mayor Edwin Lee and his advisers that this hearing needs to be held as soon as possible. Mayor Edwin Lee was once a Civil Rights lawyer - once he spoke against SFRA - so this matter is simple - serve the people and listen to their pleas.


Do not force us to take this matter to court - we will do it - so that the right adjudication is made where the court can hear - all that has to be heard in a fair and equitable manner.


January 14, 15, 16 were holidays - some evil person injects this agenda item to be held on January 18, 2012. Please do not fool the people. You cannot fool all the people all the time. Not with such gimmicks - not without giving us the people the opportunity to speak. Not with a hearing on the subject of the many assets of SFRA - a diabolical entity that has harmed so many in San Francisco. 


Malia Cohen must not head any body or task force linked to SFRA. She legally does not represent District 10. I was sent an address, as part of a FOIA request - where Malia Cohen purports tp live.


It turns out that this unit at Candlestick Cove where she lived is in foreclosure. Where does Malia Cohen live - under some bridge?


We the people want to know where does this woman who grins a lot - lives?


She could have done right - but she has chosen with intent to do wrong.


She cannot ask the right questions - and bites the hand that feeds her.


She is confused - lacks experience - open her mouth and shoves her foot each and every time she speaks.


We the people want a hearing - and we want in as fast and quickly as the Budget Meeting was set with the agenda item linked to the transfer of assets some $5 billion plus - supposedly to the City and County of San Francisco.


We want the City Attorney to inform us why this illegal action is being fast tracked.


We do not want the Pacific Heights Mafia to tell us what to do. More to think for us - we the people.


Now, that the SFRA Commission is no more  and lackeys such as Richard Swig cannot use his influence to cater to the needs of very Big Development.


We the people of San Francisco do not want Richard Swig - and other SFRA Commissioners like Leroy King and Covington to be anywhere around City Hall creating problems.

SF Unified School District despicable performance with very, very poor ratings.

You would think that San Francisco Unified School District (SFUSD) would put its best foot forward - and hire the best teachers.


More keep the best teachers - weed out the worst - and cater to needs of our students and provide them a first class education - curricula - NO.

It is fun to watch the SF Unified School District Board of Directors on television. They love to pander to the public - but some of us in the education field know better and can rate them - and the evaluation as it stands today - is not something that bodes well for the SFUSD - Board of Directors.


Some of the the Board of Directors - have been there forever - there must be  term limits. And some how parents - I am talking mother, father, and children that went to SFUSD should have a mandatory seat.


We have too many lackeys and one of them being Hydra - she is a go along, do along, pretend everything is rosy - panderer. And with her two or three others - that should get out of the way and make room for fresh blood.


Some  who are on the SFUSD - Board of Directors, use credit cards carelessly and then make excuses. Others will demand for Child Care and other necessities as if they deserve them as compensation for their drab work. Few have a grasp of what education is all about - and in their daily grind are caught up with the mundane and trivial issues.


The SFUSD has a poor record caring for the students per se. Not all the schools are the same - the better ones are in the better neighborhoods. The worst ones in the neighborhood that are neglected. The Bayview Hunters Point Area has no high school.


No one is paying attention to the changing times - the  students who live in one neighborhood forced to commute to another neighborhood - as part of a Court Case - that at one time thought mixing the students would produce better results - the real result is a - fiasco.


The demographics have changed drastically.Once about 25% of the population were Black in San Francisco - today it is less than 4% and dwindling. Read the Unfinished Agenda and then the recent document - called Out Migration.


I use to visit all the schools, had to get a card - get the required health tests - and found out a lot myself - from visiting the schools.


Now, on occasion I visit the schools but I do take time to have focus groups and deal with the students mostly high school - outside the schools.


Our students must be introduced to the workings of our City Government is a bigger way. Right now the intern jobs and a few introductions to the way SF City Hall works - is at best dismal.


You would think with Eric Mar, David Campos, and Jane Kim - these three and there are others that once had something to do with the SFUSD - that they would play an important part. As it stands - the interaction with the students is as best - very dismal.


The SFUSD comes under the State of California.


However, in past years many neighborhoods played an important part in contributing to the SFUSD. Not only Property Taxes but contributions to the school and many years of volunteer work.


You see this when you visit the various schools - the older schools have a charm of their own - say, when you visit Balboa High School and visit their auditorium.


You visit Lowell High School and you see a better environment and better students. The old Portola High School is no more - replaced with Dr. Martin Luther King Academy and Mcateer High School - now is an Art School.


The other thing that is funny about our San Francisco schools is how they change their names. Philip Burton is now Thurgood Marshall - this changing of the names of one's school must stop.


We have over 10,000 truants in the SFUSD and no one really cares about this problem. 60% of these student are chronic and the SFUSD really does not have the ability to address the situation.


The shallow SFUSD Board of Directors can talk the talk but when you pose the realities of the day - they stumble, fumble, and act as if they know some but in reality they are dumber than dumb. Leading the charge Hydra Mendonsa a stooge. 


In recent years we have children who go to school who have no home - many sleep on the streets and many live in shelters. All this in San Francisco - one of the richest cities in the entire world.


No one is paying attention to this fact - and it must be addressed on a War Footing. This is San Francisco - not any City - but the City and County of San Francisco. We have a budget of over $6.9 BILLION. Yes, Billion.


For every 28 constituents we have on City worker. Many of them making six figure salaries and we must learn to curtain the many positions - that are not required and make our City well coordinated.


Some filthy rich folks live in San Francisco and they do not care about the SF Unified School District.


They care about the richer private schools like say Saint Ignatius run by the Jesuits.These private schools get a lot of money and must somehow work with the Public School to share some.


The City and  County of San Francisco does not have the mandatory responsibility of catering to the SF Unified School  District but does anyway.


Former Supervisor Tom Ammiano, a former teacher at the SFUSD - introduced the "rainy day fund" - the SFUSD is quick to tap into this resource. Some years this rainy fund has stopped many teachers from being laid off.


The time has come to interact with the private companies - especially those in the Financial District and those involved with the Technology Industries - these companies can built superior tech platforms and use technology to improve the very sad state of affairs in most of our SFUSD schools.


It is not only the caliber of the teachers in the SFUSD who are too stressed and many spend their own money to cater to the students.


No books, no equipment, no money for necessities - there is only so much any good teacher can do with limited income.


In many of the countries that excel in their studies - teachers are paid well.


Not only are they paid well - teacher vie for teaching positions - and these countries demand well qualified teachers.


The base line being having a Masters Degree - besides mandatory Educational Degrees and orientation to help aid the teachers that are - well respected in these countries.


From Denmark to South Korea, China, India, Russia, Australia, New Zealand, Canada and many other smaller nations - the more sound emphasis those in charge put on education - the better the results.


The SFUSD Board of Directors - gets a F-.


They deserve it - because they talk too much and cannot fathom after all the years of talking - that they need to get out of the way - and get a life.


Many of these SFUSD Directors want to join politics - become a District Supervisor.


This has messed our City Politics - these former SFUSD Board of Directors - bring with them a mentality - that does not bode well in addressing City issues - and with it a nonchalant attitude of pandering and lowering of the standards we once enjoyed in the political arena.


I hope in the future - we get NO ONE from the present SFUSD Board of Directors trying to get elected for Supervisor from any San Francisco District.


We have eleven SF Supervisors today. From these eleven - we have three - David, Eric, and Jane who once worked for the the SFUSD - we could have five - and in a jiffy six and mess things up.


Recently, we have some White principals who cannot comprehend that immigrants bring with them certain cultural elements that need understanding.


There are certain Principals in certain schools that are treating some students - in this case Latino students - with disdain.


This nonsense must stop and the Principals sent for deep - counseling and rehabilitation.


Our tryst with Mexico, the Spanish and Spanish speaking people has been a long one. Longer than the drab European mentality that has ruined it for many of us. Let us not get into the details - because it would just make matters - worse.


We are a Sanctuary City - we embrace everyone - as does the quote on the Statue of Liberty. This Nation, the First People call Turtle Island - belongs to the First People. Only the First People can say - who is welcome.


Our City protects all immigrants even against the ICE agents who perform the duties linked with immigration and customs - but love to interfere and mess with the lives of those that want a better life.


In past years many that came to these shores - and invaded the country - and interfered and messed the lives of the First People - in our area the Ohlone.


I represent the Ohlone of San Francisco in matters where the youth and children count - I say the First People of this area - welcome the immigrants from Latin America.


We have many things in common and thousands of years of a shared heritage. We cannot say that of the Europeans who continue to dominate - and make things worse.


This topic of education, truancy, children sleeping in the streets of San Francisco, in dirty, filthy, bed-bug ridden shelters, teeming with criminals and more pedophiles and more - is not a pleasant conversation to make.


From time to time I address the situation - and it has fallen on deaf years.


It is time the SF Unified School District - Board of Directors - totally revamp their way of conducting themselves.


In recent years - it has been pathetic. Always making excuses and spending thousands of dollars, on consultants - who are far removed from the present demographics of San Francisco.


Recently, the Governor took steps to get rid of the Redevelopment Agency and send more money - millions more - to our Public schools.


It is one thing for the public schools to protest - but, one must learn to spend the money correctly - do not always beg and in the bargain - harm our children. The message is more for the Management of the SFUSD.


If you are professional - first you must be educated on issues, learn to discern, have the ability to comprehend and plan well.


I see too many folks joining the SFUSD Board of Directors for political reasons - this is not how it should be. Take this warning seriously - or forever hold your peace.

Where are the JOBS in San Francisco - and who are those poised to get good JOBS.

Where are the JOBS in San Francisco and who are those poised to get good jobs.


To make it simple - CAREER jobs.


Anyone, can continue giving some one some fish to eat and live - but it is quiet another matter - when you truly teach some one to fish - so that the person is independent.


Since the year 2000 we have listened to drab talk about creating JOBS.


The JOBS mantra is becoming a JOKE - so much so that - mostly, young people are totally frustrated.


Our City and County of San Francisco keeps throwing numbers out there - 2600 housing units linked with the Transbay Project.


10,500 homes with Hunters Point and Candlestick Point.


Another 2000 homes with the old Schlage Lock Company site and 4000 homes with the Sunnydale HOPESF and beyond.


 Another 2000 homes at Potrero Hill again linked with HOPESF - this nonsense is spoken ad nauseum and it makes one ready to PUKE.


Right now - we have some 800 plus high density homes being build at Huntersview by the John Stewart Company.


A rogue Property Management Company that is despised in San Francisco.


This despicable company was propped up by former Mayor Gavin Newsom - who promised the residents at Huntersview the world - but the residents have
got nothing in return.


A San Francisco Police Station has been created next to the property and the area bombarded by Asbestos Structures.


Much the same that Lennar did at Parcel A.So much so that several Notices of Violation were posted at the Huntersview site. The project shut down by the Bay Area Air Quality Management District.


The Asbestos structures are from the Serpertine Rock - when crushed into powder - produces the Asbestos Structures - and if one single structure enters your system - over time - 20 years of so you die, a slow miserable dead.


Initially a scar is formed around the structure which grows and constricts your lungs and other parts of your body - then as you breathe these structures poke your insides and you can do nothing.


If you have witnessed anyone suffering from Asbestosis you know what I mean. It is a miserable death.


Suffice to say that many African Americans who worked during World War II at Hunters Point and other areas that built ships - fell prey to this horrible disease.


Now their widows and children have been exposed to Asbestos structures - and no on one really cares about these folks at Huntersview. Where are our Civil Rights lawyers? Where is our District Attorney on this one? Where is the Federal Bureau of Investigation that has a branch that can investigate such environmental issues.


Where are the Foundations that given prizes to Environmentalists all over the world - but shun to see what is happening in their own back yard. What is happening to San Francisco?


Politicians the likes of Congressperson Nancy Pelosi and by her side the District 10 Supervisor were laughing and grinning like jack asses - as they praised the Huntersview Project - that was not too long ago.


To date there have been every few jobs, that are steady, and no one cares to monitor this project - and collect the data necessary to prosecute the John Stewart Company.


There are laws on the book but there is not one single agency local, state, or federal that sends qualified compliance officers - to find out what is happen on the job site.


It is the same at the Transbay and it is the same at the Central Subway - project.


These projects receive money from the Federal government, the State government, Redevelopment monies - tax payers money - and we have State, Federal, and local hiring laws that must be adhered to - but none of these seem to apply to these projects - in large measure.


It is amazing on the Transbay Project at the Joint Transbay Transportation Powers Board meetings false information is spewed like dangerous particulates.


Given - that the public at large do not challenge these fabrications and lies. The Primes keeping doing as they please and they hire who they want.


It is much like the Mafia and it is time to exercise the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organization Act (RICO) of 1970. Again and again false statement are made - one some time ago - that over 70% of the employees were from San Francisco - this is NOT simply true.


Now, with the Transbay Project there will be no money - to complete the project. So, we will have a big hole in the ground that the Transbay Joint Powers Board members bragged about who be a reality.


They promised to build the Great Central Station of the West -  failed to see the writing on the wall - when they did not make great efforts of secure the funding some $98 billion that they thought Nancy Pelosi and others - corrupt to the core - would garner. The Republicans said no - and will say no when they are elected in the majority and the Democrats left to lick their lean chops.


You can build a white elephant and that may be somewhat possible - but what about the vision to have a High Speed Rail that travels all the way to Los Angeles and beyond.


The cost of this project alone - right now - $98 billion. Why did the IDIOTS not see this train coming their way - while they were having a chat on the tracks?


So what happens to the talk about the 2600 homes,35% affordable and all the crap that some of these liars talk about - but now do not know what to make of the conceptual plan.


A conceptual plan is like a dream - while you are dreaming it makes you feel good - then, you wake up and reality hits you so hard - and it could be your worst nightmare.


There are serious problems with the old Schlage Lock Company by Bayshore and Arleta.


The abatement is some what dubious - meaning that the on going clean up is - suspect.


SF Redevelopment who promised the world is gone.This project was not spoken for in toto - the Transbay and the Hunters Point were - but where is the money going to come from?


A person from Taiwan who had the money linked to the old Schlage Lock site - some $800 million - is now on the run. Turns out it was stolen money - we knew about it - but no one had the guts to speak to the TRUTH.


In the mean time the stupid members who created the Citizens Advisory Committee to this project - are left in the dark. They are not even aware of the few details that I have mentioned - which is just the tip of iceberg.


It is the same with Mercy Housing who have been bluffing the residents of Sunnydale. You cannot blame the residents - they are lied to each and every time by folks that themselves do not know what is happening.


As of the end of this month SF Redevelopment is history.


Those that used SF Redevelopment Agency to hire corrupt employees making six figure salaries - now look around as they find themselves shunned and without a job.


Fred Blackwell is working in Oakland as the assistant City Manager. Michael Cohen is working for a financing company - in the private sector.


SF Redevelopment Agency is a quasi- state agency - that Governor Jerry Brown decided to discontinue because of its many nefarious activities. One being giving six figure salaries to inept and corrupt Redevelopment workers. Second pandering to Big Developers who raked in millions. Third many non-profit organization joined in fray and accrued - blood money. 


Many of the SF Redevelopment workers have been given pink slips - some of them see me but few talk to me - because they have a guilty conscience.


Some admit they did wrong - but that they were there to get their salary. They thought their future was bright - but today it is a nightmare. They cozy days are over - and now they truly feel the plight of those they tortured.


Well, in life you must stand for what is right. You have those that are living and you have the living dead.


The lying Tiffany Bohee who worked for SF Redevelopment and was the Project Manager of Hunters Point Shipyard.


Tiffany Bohee who lied when Lennar bombarded our children is now heading some interim group - linked to the former SF Redevelopment Agency. This woman and those that surround her are corrupt and have BLOOD on their hands.


We must also mention Dwayne Jones who is now a consultant and works for Platinum Consultants.


Angelo King who paradoxically works for Dwayne Jones and his fake consultant company - raking in money from AECOM and other dubious entities to do outreach.


Aided by Nicole Ford and other mostly fake, shallow, Blacks. Blacks doing harm to Blacks but now more - because of the changing demographics in the Bayview.


All this talk about jobs is so shallow and sordid - that is truly calls for some serious investigative reporting - but, what is more Law Enforcement to step in and rid this City and County of San Francisco - of a rapid growing cancer.


Why is Rhonda Simmons still around from the Mayor's Office of Workforce still around?


If Mayor Edwin Lee does not get rid of her - she will take him down.The entire City Build Program is not working and hundreds of mostly innocent youth - have been taken for a ride and this has been going on since 2002.


I could say more - so again I ask where are the JOBS and who is really poised to take the JOBS - linked with TWITTER, ZINGGA and the other companies - that get the tax breaks - but are taking the City and County for a ride.


A model was created where SF Redevelopment would pay the rent of the companies named above. SF Redevelopment is DEAD.


You known the City has no money - and we cannot touch money from the General Fund. So, now the City and County is left holding the bag.


We pay the rent of these companies, we give them a tax break, they promise us jobs but give us nothing. If we press them - they say we do not have qualified workers - this nonsense has been going on for years.


We did this with a Solar Company that put some inferior Solar Panels on the Sunset Reservoir. Gave the company all breaks even breaking our City's vetted processes. The company took us for a ride.


No one wants to talk about details. Much like Huntersview where each unit is costing on an average $650,000. Go figure who in the Southeast Sector can afford such a unit - more surrounded by contamination.


While the rest of the City in San Francisco - has 60% renting - in the Southeast Sector - the Bayview Hunters Point, Little Hollywood, Silver Terrace we have 60% who are homeowners.


The current dire economic conditions have affected many homeowners from the Southeast Sector - forcing them to foreclose.


Mostly new homeowners Latinos, Chinese, fewer Blacks, others who were duped by Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Citibank, and the other more corrupt banks. 


No one is coming to their rescue.


We have over 7000 Journey men and women workers who have not worked two, three, four years. What a crying shame.


People make tall speeches at the steps of City Hall - and most of it is flaky - who is allowing this to happen - how about less talk and more action?


Who came out with this idea to train some youth for three months - promise them the world - and then screw them royally?


Where are the CAREER jobs for those that must make a living, have sound families, contribute to society in a healthy manner?


Why is there so much incarceration - and why is it that only some segments of the population are incarcerated?
I want to know.


Then when it comes to throwing stones on some like newly elected Sheriff Ross Mirkarimi - the Main Media, the Zionists, the corrupt politicians are all waiting in line to pelt stones.


But, these folks are as corrupt as they come - the do evil, see evil, speak evil, hear evil, and breathe evil.


Our jobs and the situation surrounding career jobs is tied to our Justice System.


It is broke.


The system contributes to injustice, then hires "thugs" and "puppets" - some of them are politicians the likes of Supervisor Malia Cohen.


Always grinning and thinking her connection with Emerge a phony organization - will give her some clout and upward mobility.


Which is not so. She does not even live in the district she must be representing - what the hell is happening? Who is tolerating this nonsense - you have been informed. Let Supervisor Malia Cohen from District 10 throw a Block Party - and let us know where she has been living for the past nine months if not more.


We have SF Supervisors that did well to sign the Local Job Ordinance - but, there is NO enforcement.


No one wants to take on the Big Developers - and the Pacific Heights Mafia. The RICO Act must be enforced to weed out the rampant - corruption. Now.
